The 2020 presidential election was stolen is insidious.
It preys on those who love their country.
It is a door Donald Trump opened to manipulate Americans to abandon their principles, to sacrifice their freedom, to justify violence, to ignore the rulings of our courts and the rule of law.
This is Donald Trump's legacy, but it cannot be the future of our nation.
History has shown us over and over again how these types of poisonous lies destroy free nations.
Like many candidates across this country, my opponents in Wyoming have said that the 2020 election was rigged and stolen.
No one who understands our nation's laws, no one with an honest, honorable, genuine commitment to our Constitution would say that.
It is a cancer that threatens our great republic.
If we do not condemn these lies, if we do not hold those responsible to account, we will be excusing this conduct, and it will become a feature of all elections.
America will never be the same.
Okay, we have a lot to go through.
It's Friday, 12 August, the Year of Our Lord 2022.
You're live, you're in the War Room.
We are absolutely packed every second of the show today.
We're really going to get into the fiasco, lead story in the Daily Mail of London.
President Trump's calling this whole nuclear thing a hoax.
We're going to get into that.
We have Liz Harrington, Chief Communications Strategist for President Trump.
We have Boris Epstein is going to come on.
Also, Daniel Horowitz, One of the senior editors of Blaze TV and also at the Conservative Review, Jack Posobiec.
Mike Davis and Matt Whitaker are going to be tonight.
So we've got a lot going on.
But I have to start in Wyoming.
The entire political world is now focused on what's going to happen next Tuesday.
It's one of the real stalwarts of the old Republican Party, pre-Trump.
Uh, the legacy is about to have, um, really the day she's weighed and measured.
I want to bring in Harriet Hageman, who is running for that seat in the Republican primary.
Harriet, you got to help me out here because, you know, Wyoming is kind of the Patriots out there and it's the frontier in the American West.
It means so much to America, not simply for the patriots that live out there, but every generation that went out to Wyoming in the tough climate and really made it a great part of the United States.
When I see Dick Cheney himself, the Ed that was last week, I see this, these other things they're doing.
Put in perspective, will you, in your race, how are folks in Wyoming Because I've seen the polling, but I want to hear from you.
How are they, how are they when they hear these ads and this kind of lawn whining and, you know, all this with the music, how does it set with folks out there?
Well, the funeral, the funeral type music was definitely an added touch to that video that you just showed.
They're not buying it. | ||
As you say, we are a rugged people and to have The kind of messaging that Liz Cheney has put forward with both her dad and that advertisement is just really stunning to people.
As you mentioned earlier, it is almost a parody.
This is a woman who does not believe in freedom of speech.
She does not believe in due process.
She does not believe in the Fourth Amendment.
And yet she lectures us about the Constitution.
You may have just seen yesterday, she actually came out and criticized people for being critical of what happened at Mar-a-Lago and the FBI raid on a former president of the United States of America.
So this is a woman who, again, doesn't even believe that we have the right to question things that our government has done.
But that's absolutely the hallmark, not only of the United States, but folks in Wyoming, especially.
We have the right to question our government.
Our government works for us.
The FBI is not my boss. | ||
I'm its boss. | ||
And so it's rather interesting that this is the way that she talks about the Constitution and criticizes anyone who may have questions about what happened in 2020 or questions about what the current administration is doing.
So tell us about the race.
I've seen some pollings.
I think Trafalgar came out and everybody, you know, Town Hall, everybody's been pushing out.
You're up almost 30 points.
As you go around, what are folks interested in?
I mean, she's been all J6 and all of this.
I know you've been talking about the economy, the Biden regimes.
How they destroyed energy this new, you know green new deal bill that just passed through the IRS agent so when you go around Because I know you've been running a grassroots campaign because you're clearly she's raised so much money from multinational corporations very little from inside Wyoming itself Among the great patriots out there.

|
What are what's what's on the top of folks is mine Well, we're going to push through to Tuesday.
We bike by Monday. | ||
We will have covered 40,000 miles of In the state of Wyoming, since I announced on September 19th or September 9th of last year, we, as you can probably tell by my background, I'm in yet another hotel.
We're over at Pinedale in the Western side of the state.
We did two events yesterday.
We have more today, more tomorrow and Sunday, and then we'll head back to Cheyenne on Monday.
It has definitely been a grassroots campaign because I've been out there meeting with the people.
This is the way that our government is supposed to work.
This is the way that our representatives are supposed to conduct themselves.
We're supposed to be out meeting with the people and understanding their issues.
And I'll tell you what the issues are that are important to the folks in Wyoming.
Inflation. | ||
I don't care how often they talk about the gas prices going down.
One of the things we have to fight against is this idea that this can be a new normal.
I'm still going to say it.
I work for farmers and ranchers.
We can't grow food at $5 a gallon diesel.
We are crushing our industries and our small businesses with these gas prices.
And the fact that they have gone down a few cents doesn't make any difference.
They're still dramatically higher than they were a year ago.
Go to the grocery store.
I went and got five bags of groceries last week because I like to cook and I have a lot of family and we had people over.
It was $250 to buy groceries.
It is astronomical. | ||
I cannot even imagine what it must take to feed a family or four or five, especially if they've got growing boys in sports and things like that.
That is obviously very important.
Our open border. | ||
I was just watching the news this morning, watching the people pour across that border, but watching the fentanyl pour across that border.
We have a soft war going on right now, and we have a country, China, that is importing a deadly drug that is killing people.
We have lost over 120,000 people just in the last year with fentanyl overdoses.
All of that is coming from China.
That open border is one of the most destructive and insidious things I've ever seen.
Joe Biden is the largest or the most destructive human trafficker in our history.
And we need to be addressing that.
And then obviously, the continued war against our fossil fuel industries, our energy industry.
Energy security is national security.
It's that simple. | ||
You can talk about the Green New Deal.
You can talk about turbines.
You can talk about all that till the cows come home.
It isn't going to make it so that we can turn on our lights, so that we can have heat in the winter, air conditioning in the summer, so that we can power our cars, so that we've got the ability to fly to different places.
The Green New Deal cannot work.
What they're trying to do with us in terms of destroying our energy industries is absolutely insidious.
And that's why I keep saying, We should never have a situation where the government becomes the enemy of the people.
Yet that's exactly what the Biden administration does.
They're doing everything they can to increase the cost of housing, food and energy.
And frankly, that is not the job of the government.
And right now, Wyoming has nobody in the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.
that is beating that drum, fighting that battle, because she has completely aligned herself with the Democrats, with Nancy Pelosi, With Jamie Raskin, with Adam Schiff, really it comes down to you are the company that you keep, and she's become a Democrat, and she's pursuing policies and an agenda that they like.
I want to go back to something.
We have Steve Cortez and Dave Brat for our audience, going to be in the second hour to go through some economics, some monetary, fiscal policy, things that are happening in the economy.
The cheerleaders on Wall Street, CNBC, Kramer, everything about this, the deceleration and the acceleration of inflation, they're saying, oh, it's all over, this is great.
You represent farmers and ranchers.
I just want to go back to that point about inflation and where we stand today.
In the farmers' and ranchers' mind, in the folks when you go around and are going to these small meetings and in people's living rooms, are they cheerleading?
Do they see inflation coming down rapidly like Wall Street's talking about when they're just talking about a very slight deceleration of the acceleration of prices, ma'am?
No, what you're seeing is a problem across the board.
We've had a problem getting fertilizer.
I know of farmers that are leaving fields fallow because number one, they can't pay for the electricity to operate their center pivot.
And then you've got the diesel costs that I was just talking about.
This is going to have a huge impact on our food supply, not just right now.
But one of the things that I think people need to understand is this is probably even as bad as it is with inflation.
I think that this is a bit of the calm before the storm.
I think starting this fall and this winter and early next spring, you're going to see shortages worldwide.
What's happening in the Netherlands as they're attempting to take one third of their ag production out of existence is absolute insanity.
The Netherlands are the second largest largest is the second largest exporter of food in the world with the United States being number one.
We truly have this kind of Western world mentality that we are going to try to turn almost all of these countries into third world nations.
And what's going to happen is the food supply is going to be one of them that has hit the first And it's going to be hit the hardest.
And so you're going to see people who really are struggling with being able to put food on the table.
So our farmers and ranchers are being hit terribly hard, both in Wyoming, Nebraska, all throughout the Midwest and the Western United States.
So again, bringing the price of diesel or gasoline down a few cents or 15 cents or whatever it may be, doesn't change the fact that it's still about a dollar and a half to two dollars higher than it was a year ago.
And one of the most expensive inputs you have in terms of food production is energy, your electricity, again, for center pivots, as well as your diesel and fuel costs.
So we're going to be hit hard.
And while I think that people are trying to kind of keep things at a level playing field right now, as we go into the November election, the Democrats trying to say, it's not us, we're not increasing inflation, it's not our bad policies.
It's horrific policies.
And what they're about to pass today, It's going to be one of the most destructive pieces of legislation that ever comes out of Washington DC.
And that is saying a lot.
This $700 billion boondoggle is a disaster.
It's full of corruption.
We don't need 87,000 IRS agents.
We need border patrol agents.
And the idea that they would defund the police at the same time that they want to sick the IRS on the average citizen across the United States.
Tells you who and what the Democrats are.
And I'll tell you what, they're not on the side of the American people.
They're on the side of the dictators.
I was saying just last year, what went on in Canada with the trucker rallies and things, the Democrats in the United States didn't look at that as a problem.
They looked at it as a roadmap.
And I think things are going to get worse, both from the standpoint of just our standard of living, but also the effort to try to restrict our civil liberties.
Harriet Hageman, a new voice, going to represent the hard-working folks and the Patriots out in Wyoming.
Also, the farmers and ranchers from all over the country, which are really the backbone of the nation.
Harriet, how can people follow you in these next couple of days?
People want to know if they can get live streams, where you're going to be in Wyoming.
How do they get all that information and how do they follow you, ma'am, on social media?
Well, it's hagemanforwyoming.com is our website.
And we obviously are putting things out on social media pretty much every day, every couple of hours with all of the events.
That we're having. | ||
Again, we're over in Western Wyoming.
We've got some events set up.
One of the things I'm trying to do is I'm trying to get back around to say thank you to some of my strongest supporters throughout Wyoming.
I have been so honored by the people, the great folks of Wyoming who have embraced me, embraced our campaign.
They have a lot of hope and they hope that we are now going to send somebody to Washington, D.C.
that is just one of them.
I have said over and over and over again, I would pick a 435 average everyday ordinary people off the streets.
And I think they do a better job in Washington, D.C.
than what we have right now, especially when you talk about the Democrat policies.
They've been very destructive and we need to get some new blood in Washington.
We need to take our country back.
As I said at the rally speech in May, we're going to take our country back on November 8th.
We're putting everybody on notice right now.
We're not going to tolerate this nonsense anymore.
Harriet Hageman, honored to have you in here and say hi to all the great patriots in Wyoming as you go around this weekend.
Look forward to seeing you back here on Monday.
Thank you, Steve. | ||
Thank you. | ||
What an incredible race.
Absolutely incredible.
With no money, total bootstrap campaign taking on the great corporate interests throughout the world that is represented by the Cheney family.
I want everybody also now to go to precinctstrategy.com.
You've got to get in the game.
In the game means... | ||
Or even being a force multiplier, which we greatly appreciate and has such so much power to it.
But now's the time you've got to get engaged, whether it's a school board, whether you sign up for one of these parental right groups, whether you go to be a poll worker, a election judge, whether you get into our canvassing board.
But start, you can always start very, all these are free.
They're 100% free. | ||
We understand the very tough economic times.
In fact, we're going to talk, Harriet just gave you a heads up.
On food and fuel we're going to talk about in the second hour.
Dave Brett, Steve Cortez are going to be here to break down even more of what's happening in the economy.
But you need to go to precinctstrategy.com.
This will get you in to be a member, actually an official in the Republican Party.
Make sure you're a committeeman.
You're then not just a donor, you're an owner.
Go check it out right now, precinctstrategy.com, totally free.
Okay, we're jammed up, but now we're going to be talking about the search warrant, the affidavit, all of it.
The big hoax around Mar-a-Lago.
Is Christopher Wray and Merrick Garland going to resign today?
You're going to find out next.
Liz Harrington, Boris Epstein, in the War Room.
unidentified
|
Well, I have made clear that the Department of Justice will speak through its court filings and its work.
Let me address recent unfounded attacks on the professionalism of the FBI and Justice Department agents and prosecutors.
I will not stand by silently when their integrity is unfairly attacked.
The men and women of the FBI and the Justice Department are dedicated, patriotic public servants.
Every day, they protect the American people from violent crime, terrorism, and other threats to their safety, while safeguarding our civil rights.
I can't listen to any more of this wimp.
I can't listen to any more of it.
He stood right there and lied to you.
Bald-faced lied, right, to you.
And then here's what it is.
There are court filings in our work.
You know, this sanctimonious little worm, right?
First off, 40 minutes late for a three and a half minute reading on a piece of paper.
Three and a half minutes.
Taking 40 minutes late.
Disgusting. | ||
And gets up there in front of the whole world and shows that he's not a man.
That's the problem. | ||
We've got enemies throughout the world and they look at the senior law enforcement official in the country.
The Chinese Communist Party is supposed to be scared about that.
They're supposed to put fear in the KGB, the FSB, the Mulas, the guys in Venezuela.
All the bad hombres throughout the world are supposed to be afraid of that.
He's wetting himself. | ||
His voice is breaking. | ||
He's almost tearing up.
And it's a bald-faced lie.
It's through our court filings and our work that we speak.
You went off the stage and went to the Washington Post and leaked the hoax on the nuclear, you know, the nuclear information.
You left the stage and leaked to the Washington Post.
This is what a bald-faced liar you are.
And no. | ||
Stand silent. | ||
unidentified
|
You can stand any way you want, brother.
The FBI under your watch is a Gestapo.
And I don't care if they like me saying it or not.
You've turned it into the Gestapo.
Do you have some good people there?
Yes. | ||
But as Seb Gorka said yesterday, it's time for the good people to come forward.
unidentified
|
Stop whispering to people, oh, I can't take it.
It's so terrifying. | ||
Stand up and be a citizen and come for it.
You got Jordan, you got Gates, you got all these committees, you got Veritas, you got Wharram.
Come to us and say right now, you're a whistleblower.
Merrick Garland, you're a bald-faced liar, and hopefully by the end of the day, we're going to have a resignation from you, because it's all about to blow up in your face.
The lies, the misrepresentations, and the spin.
Liz Harrington is the Chief Communication Officer for President Trump.
Liz, put in perspective what's going on.
unidentified
|
The Daily Mail's got a huge headline.
Daily Mail's biggest paper in the world, biggest website in the world by a couple of orders of magnitude.
Huge headline. | ||
Trump, it's all a hoax. | ||
Liz Harrington. | ||
unidentified
|
Well, Steve, how many times have we had to see this movie before?
If anyone has been paying attention, this is now year seven of Show Me the Man, I'll Show You the Crime.
And now, instead of dressing it up in suits like Merrick Garland tries to do, they're sending in the jackboots.
They're getting more brazen.
And they can try to clean it up with all the spin and the leaks and the lies like they've been doing for the past seven years.
But what do we know? | ||
Every time they've tried to come after the leader of the most powerful Political movement in American history.
President Donald J. Trump.
It backfires big time. | ||
You know why? | ||
Because they don't have the truth.
They've tried to gin up fake crime after fake crime after fake crime to cover up their own crimes.
By the way, they did it with Russia.
I mean, that only implicates Hillary and the FBI.
They did it with Ukraine, hoax number two.
They did this to cover up the Biden crimes and anyone else in Washington who's been using Ukraine as a giant money laundering operation and God knows what else.
They've done it with the impeachment hoax number two on January 6.
This is what they do, and we are not going to sit back.
President Trump, release it all.
He is a man—you know what you just mentioned about Seb Gorka?
It's time for the good people to start speaking up.
We need men of courage. | ||
Merrick Garland is not a man of courage.
He's a coward and a little weasel.
You know who is a man of courage?
Donald J. Trump. | ||
And he's not going to stop fighting these people because it's not even about him.
He's standing in the way.
They're coming for us. | ||
They've already been coming.
And in fact, they came. | ||
They came on Monday. | ||
They crossed Aruba Khan.
And the American people, left, right, in the middle, doesn't matter, are not going to stand for it.
Liz, hang on for one second.
We've got Liz Harrington, Chief Communications Officer for President Trump.
I want to bring in Boris Epstein.
Boris is jammed for time.
Boris, I played the clip from yesterday that outrages me.
The whole thing. | ||
Forty minutes late. | ||
But for him to sit there pontificating in front of the American people.
We speak to our filings.
And then walk off the stage and leak to the Washington Post.
Josh Dawsey and that crowd over there are vipers.
Delete to them this lie about the nuclear information.
It shows you what a complete and total scumbag he is and he should be forced to resign today before close of business.
Boris Epstein. | ||
Steve, honored to be with you, honored to be with the War Room Posse today, obviously a huge day.
President Trump last night, in spectacular Trumpian fashion, vintage President Donald J. Trump, putting out a statement eviscerating the weaponization of law enforcement, and specifically of the DOJ and the FBI, political weaponization, and getting right in their face and saying, hey, you want to go ask, oh, will I oppose?
That's exactly what he's doing.
mainstream media, oh, is President Trump going to oppose releasing the documents?
President Trump said three words, release the documents.
President Donald J. Trump is not going to back down.
President Donald J. Trump is not going to be intimidated.
The president is going to continue to fight for the American people, and that's exactly what he's doing.
He's standing up for what's right in our country.
This country, as the president said, has reached a low it has never seen before.
On everything from the border, to gas prices, to the economy, to national security, and now there's these political witch hunts, which are absolutely disgusting and despicable.
And, you know, I've had all kinds of reporters call me, oh, well, what do you think?
Okay, are you guys gonna mount this big challenge?
President Trump is not afraid of transparency.
The president, what he wants, what he demands, is for the DOJ and the FBI and for Joe Biden to come clean about what this is.
And it is a political witch hunt.
And there's no two ways about that.
Do you know, just because I know you've got to bounce, do you know the timing?
We think about what's the timing of all this today?
Do you have any idea when these things will be actually released?
Because particularly the affidavit, the inventory, the search warrant, as soon as we get all that out, they've got to get ready.
They ought to come with Ray and Merrick Garland, if they were men of honor, that's all they talk about.
They should come with their resignation letters to the nation attached to it.
Boris Epstein. | ||
Well, first of all, both of them were just, oh, this wasn't really us.
And Mayor Garza said, well, I did authorize.
But yet you've got senior officials on background saying, no, no, no, no, no.
It was the FBI. | ||
Complete cowardice. | ||
Complete passing the buck.
It truly is a disgusting display from the DOJ and the FBI here.
In terms of timing, Steve, now, to be clear, keep in mind, and it's always vital to read between the lines, right?
Signal, not noise, every day for the War Room Audio.
The affidavit And the application are not in the documents that Merrick Garland, in his four-minute embarrassment, spoke of.
And by the way, in FISA and with General Flynn and with Carter Page, it was the application and the affidavit where the law enforcement, DOJ, lied.
Those are not in the documents that weren't released.
They want to release the warrant, and they want to release the itemization.
That's all the inventory.
That's what they want released.
We must have the affidavit.
We must have the affidavit, because we know they lied on the affidavit.
We've got to see it. | ||
They lie all the time on the affidavits.
This is how they surveilled the Trump campaign after we won, after we defeated Hillary Clinton.
This is a nullification project.
Before and after we won.
They go right into a FISA court and lie.
Yes, before and after they did.
They bald-faced lie. | ||
Got to put it forward. | ||
Okay. | ||
So what's your understanding?
What's the timing? | ||
Because you're going to join us back in the afternoon show.
What's the timing, your best idea of what the timing of all this is going to be?
I think it's going to, you know, three o'clock is what the deadline that has been set on the docket for the government to go back to that judge, Bruce Reinhart.
and we all know what his background is, to go back to him and let him know whether President Trump has consented, approved of releasing those documents.
President Trump has already said, release the documents.
So I would anticipate that there would be more news, more information, and the documents coming out after the three o'clock timeline.
That's what I would anticipate.
I know you're going to be back on the afternoon show.
I just want to say one thing, and I don't know if we can pull it up.
If Denver, I think you guys have it.
But in this morning New York Times, David Brooks, who's kind of the head, the intelligentsia of the never Trump, one of the intelligentsias, he says that they've just, DOJ and FBI have just handed President Trump the presidency in 2024.
And he's a hater from way back.
And George Will in the Washington Post.
When you have the two intellectual leaders of the Never Trump faction, right?
David Brooks, and look, I can't stand what those guys stand for, but they're both heavy hitters when it comes to thought leaders.
David Brooks in the New York Times.
George Will, in the Washington Post, saying, hey, these guys, the Justice Department, FBI, have really got to come clean here.
Totally clean. | ||
It's the end of days. | ||
And this just is going to propel President Trump to another, to his third landslide victory.
You see the polling. | ||
Boris, give me your social media.
I've got David Horowitz, Daniel Horowitz, and Liz Harrington still with us.
We're going to get all of Liz's analysis and observations in the next segment.
Boris, give me your social media so people can follow you throughout the day.
We got a ton of firepower.
Steve, as you said, President Trump is at the apex of his political power right now, because nobody, nobody, not liberals, libertarians, anybody but woke radical crazies, everybody is against overreach, tyrannical government.
Only woke radical crazies like what's been happening.
That's a tiny sliver of the population, but we're seeing it in the polls.
Steve, my information, BorisCP.com, hat on the website, BorisCP.com.
Okay. | ||
unidentified
|
We're gonna get back to Murderer's Row.

David Brooks and George Will Essentially saying the FBI ray and uh and garland have handed trump I mean, I think I think brooks has handed him the presidency in 2024 Why is it that the never trumpers that so many even the never trumpers charlie sykes and all those guys are coming over and saying?
Hey, this is such Gestapo-like tactics and such overreach, because the American people understand what could happen to them.
They're not a multi-billionaire like Trump.
They didn't have the power of being the president of what could happen to them, particularly, as you mentioned, the IRS agents being hired.
And as Cortez said yesterday in the show, the Senate Joint Committee said most of the taxes are going to come from couples or entrepreneurs under $200,000, not the $400,000.
Liz Harrington, David Brooks, George Will, and the new momentum in back of Trump's presidential run, ma'am.
unidentified
|
Well, if you have an ounce, just even an ounce of ability to see Clearly, in reality, or an ounce of credibility, you can see what is happening.
And this is a line that has been crossed.
And the blowback, as we already saw, the crowds coming out in droves the night of this illegitimate, illegal raid, is the people.
I mean, they're galvanized.
They're saying no. | ||
I mean, they're being reawakened.
And so if you can see it, we can't even get distracted in these details.
These are the sleaziest people who literally lie about everything.
And they said there are hookers in Moscow.
The only hookers were sleeping with Hunter Biden.
I mean, this is insanity what they do and what they lie about.
And anyone paying attention, this is what the key point is.
This has been a slow motion coup.
From November 8, 2016 to November 8, 2022.
And they know their days are numbered.
That's what this is about.
They'll use, classify, declassify.
That's what the Russia hoax was.
They hid behind all of this.
They think they control it.
They think they can use a narrative.
They can spin up everything.
But they don't have the truth.
That's why President Trump called their bluff He said, release it all.
We know we've done nothing.
We've never done anything.
We know President Trump stands in the way.
That's why they have to send in, that's why they have to rush this.
They've already done the red flag laws, right?
With a couple of our supposed friends, right?
Republicans. | ||
They've done the red flag laws.
They're coming for the guns.
Now they're trying to get the 87,000 agents.
We need everyone. | ||
President Trump issued a call.
On Truth Social today, we need everyone to stop this bill.
This is what they're doing in plain sight.
That's the game here. | ||
They're coming. | ||
They stole the election.
Now they're going to do everything they can to fortify that thievery.
That's what they're trying to do.
President Trump stands in their way because he stands for the people.
And the amazing thing about the David Brooks and the George Wills and the Andrew Cuomo's and everything else is it's backfiring on them and more and more people are uniting and saying we see what the real game is.
It's this weaponized government against its own people and we're not going to stand for it.
Liz Harrington, how do people follow you on social media because you're putting out great stuff all the time and obviously you're the president's chief communication strategist.
How do folks follow you?
unidentified
|
Truth Social. | |
I'm at Real Liz USA. | ||
All the other Twitter, big tech stuff, it's nonsense.
It's what they want you to be on.
They don't want you to be on Truth Social.
That's where President Trump is getting his message out.
That's where we're going to continue to get the truth out.
Liz Harrington, the former executive editor right here at The War Room.
She went on to, I would say, bigger and better things, as many of our colleagues have.
Liz, love you. | ||
unidentified
|
Thank you for coming on.
An honor and a privilege, sir.
Thank you so much. | ||
Thank you, ma'am. | ||
Okay, let's go now. | ||
You talk about George Will and David Brooks.
They're kind of the intellectual leaders of the old Republican Party.
I want to bring in Daniel Horowitz now.
He's one of the intellectual leaders of kind of the new Republican Party, the Trump movement, MAGA, America First, got a huge new book out about the administrative state in you.
Daniel, first off, give me your assessment.
You're one of the smartest guys we've got.
Conservative Review, got a show with The Blaze, one of the editors at The Blaze.
Talk to us about your thoughts of what's happened here with Merrick Garland, the FBI, in this entire fiasco, humiliating fiasco, for these guys down in Mar-a-Lago, sir.
unidentified
|
Well, great to be back with you, and look, welcome to The Rise of the Fourth Reich.
When we came out with the book this week, I didn't think it would be that apropos.
There is a devilish side of me that is a little bit gleeful that this is happening, because it was happening anyway.
You saw this early on with yourself.
And it was March 2020, to me, was the watershed moment.
It was the moment where they said we could allege anything we want without evidentiary standards, due process, anything.
And you don't have the right to breathe.
You don't have the right to move.
Life, liberty, property.
We can do anything we want for as long as we want.
We will criminalize your existence in status quo, in locomotion, unless you take an affirmative action against your body.
Your humanity is criminal unless you abide by a set of ethos that we determine and evolve over time.
Then you had BLM. | ||
Then you had January 6th.
Then you had Ukraine. | ||
And all the while, we've had raids being done on so many patriots that often couldn't afford lawyers, and now it's finally the President of the United States himself.
I think it has woken up a lot of our people that, hey, this is not just the economy sucks.
Inflation, taxes. | ||
No, this is the Fourth Reich.
This is about they could criminalize your humanity, your medical status.
They could criminalize your political views.
And I have a column out today connected to the Trump raid, I think was equally as important to seizing of the cell phone of Congressman Scott Perry.
The founders envision the speech and debate clause that the judiciary and the executive branch, if it's held by one political party, that they wouldn't be able to criminalize the political view.
So if you get up there and say, for example, I hate the police, I want the incarceration, which the Democrats do.
And even though I would argue thousands of people have gotten killed based on that, okay?
They're COVID policies, right?
But you can't arrest someone for taking a stance.
Hey, I feel that the state legislature, not the governor, has the final say in electing the slate of electors.
That is what they're doing.
The underlying crime is that belief.
Boom. | ||
There is no backstop. | ||
We can do anything we want to you.
And I think that's what people realize.
Because I want to ask, by the way, tomorrow we have our special.
We're going to do a two hour special with Alex Jones on Saturday about his new book the about the World Economic Forum and the great reset in the world for the world.
I've got Pacific on next from human events, and he's got a new show on But Daniel, I call it the administrative state.
Remember back at CBAC a couple years ago, five years ago, I said we've got to deconstruct.
It's one of our major lines of work.
The Supreme Court's now come out with that historic ruling of EPA West Virginia, and now you have everybody in the next Trump administration all focused on deconstruction of the administrative state.
Jack and Alex are guys who say, hey, it's really a deep state.
There's another apparatus, you know, deeply embedded in the administrative states that's even darker.
Your theory of the case, I just want to make sure, because you call it a fourth Reich, and you actually brought, pulled the camera back.
What is it that, when you talk about a fourth Reich, difference in Bannon's administrative state or Alex Jones and Basovic's deep state, what's, is it just different nomenclature, or do you have a different center of gravity of this?
unidentified
|
Sure, understanding the Third Reich, it was a genocide that was unique in history in that it was a middle of modern advanced civilization, 20th century Europe.
It had a little bit of public-private partnership in there.
I mean, IBM was involved.
There's some, you know, some sore points on that.
This is, if Hitler would have had, every single Western country had every leader like him.
Then, so it's not medical nationalism, it's medical globalism, then it's public-private.
You have every private sector roped into it through that government orbit.
It's every country, you can't avoid it.
And then the technology.
I mean, just came out this week in Germany, they're using red-green color codes to warn people.
You walk in a restaurant like a, like a bag of lettuce to see if you got your latest vaccine, if you could participate as a human being in society.
That technology, it's global and it's public-private partnership.
You can't escape that. | ||
If we don't really shake this up, it's not an American problem.
This is every Western country.
Some of them are even worse.
You can't escape that. | ||
And that is why we need systemic reforms at a local and state level to interpose against the tyranny.
Just running, hey, vote Republican.
You know, we can fix the economy, which has kind of been the message the last couple months.
That ain't going to cut it.
That doesn't speak to what we're up against.
No, it's deeper. | ||
Let me, can I get the cover of the book up?
And look, Dana Horowitz, one of our leading, since his time at Conservative Review, one of the smartest guys, one of the leaders intellectually.
You're very close also to one of my heroes and mentors, David Horowitz.
Are you concerned about, because even like calling the FBI the new Gestapo, you know, the ADLs.
You know, honest. | ||
Are you concerned, being Jewish, using this intellectual frame, the framing device of the Fourth Reich and getting into the details of Hitler and then bringing it up to the current time?
Are you concerned that you feel that you may have crossed the line and that you're going to get a lot of blowback from the ADLs and the Southern Poverty Law Center and that?
Because I know you made a very specific decision in the framing of this book to do that.
Are you concerned about that?
unidentified
|
I don't think anyone's concerned about the Arab Defense League, as we call the ATL.
But I will say, we have a chapter, Auschwitz didn't begin with Auschwitz.
It is a testimony. | ||
It's set up like a Nuremberg trial.
So we go all out and one of them is a childhood survivor of the Holocaust.
And what she notes is, and this is very important, Auschwitz didn't begin with Auschwitz.
The Third Reich began with medical nationalism.
That's what it was. | ||
Now we have medical globalism, which is worse.
You can't escape it. | ||
It's this notion that you as a human being are a threat to another human being unless you take certain actions against your body.
We have allowed that to happen.
We have allowed to this day.
I get heartbreaking emails from people.
They can't get heart transplants.
For not getting Pfizer's magic kill shot.
You have kids in New Orleans, red state, over five have to cover their mouths in order to go to school.
I mean, we have become so desensitized to this.
And in terms of the death toll, Steve, I'll stand behind that.
The creation of COVID that wasn't natural.
Who was behind it? | ||
The blocking of treatment for it.
And the shots will wind up killing and already have tens of millions of people globally.
Okay? | ||
It is shocking how we have overlooked that.
But we need to recognize the severity of it.
We're just going to hold you through the block so people know how to get to you and get to the book.
Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily, the great new show on Real America's Voice at 10 o'clock Eastern Time every night, and one of the most active people in social media.

|
Daniel, how do people get the book?
Look, this book is going to be explosive.
I can already tell you from our live chat, which I think across all the different platforms, just in the live chat alone, I think we got a couple of hundred thousand people just in all the different, you know, from Telegram to the Facebooks to all the, you know, Real America Voice.
Getter, Rumble, of course, War Room, and many more.
People are really excited about this and quite controversial.
Naomi Wolf, over a year and a half, you talked about that.
Talk about the Nazi doctors, right?
Did this all start with that?
Your book lays out the whole thesis.
How did they get the book and then how do people follow you on social media and how they follow your show?
unidentified
|
Really appreciate it. | |
So we're telling people to go to trialsandexecution.com.
Yes, we are calling for a Nuremberg trial.
We simulate one and call for a list of policy action items.
to restore human rights, bodily autonomy, trialsandexecution.com.
Two reasons. Number one, Amazon. It's number one political book there, but they're likely going to take it down.
Number two, you can get the opening argument right there.
The first chapter. | ||
It lays out the case of COVID fascism.
First chapter for free because the stupid supply chains are broken with glue and paper now.
So it's going to take a while for it to come out after pre-order.
We want to make sure people get the first chapter out.
You can follow me on Telegram at C19Truthbombs.
All the data information on that.
I'm on Getter, Daniel underscore Horowitz.
And if you like my rantings every day for an hour, see our Conservative Review podcast on iTunes or anywhere you see that.
Daniel Horowitz, looking forward to having you back on here.
Thank you very much. | ||
Great effort. | ||
unidentified
|
Thanks so much for what you do.
One of the smartest guys out there for a long time.
Thanks, brother. | ||
Okay, let's bring in Jack Posobiec now.
Jack, I've got to tell you, first off, the show, I always loved your Human Events Daily, which was the 20-minute précis of the War Room, but our show at night is a massive hit, and the reason is, you know, yourself and Hernandez are just incredible, so I want to make sure everybody gets links to that.
But tell me, give me your assessment, Jack, of the last couple of days, and put it in the Posobiec perspective, sir.
Well, Steve, I hope you don't mind if I'm coming in a little bit hot.
You might even say nuclear hot.
You might even say going critical, meltdown mode, because that's what's happening in the White House right now.
Everybody's running around like crazy.
Biden, nowhere to be found.
Of course, down there at this megadonor's palatial estate in South Carolina, not far from Jekyll Island, by the way.
Uh, you know, hint, hint, wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
But at the end, let's see, we have to look at this.
Kamala Harris, nowhere to be found.
Joe Biden, nowhere to be found.
They push him off the main stage and then they launch a preemptive coup.
A preemptive coup because they see the primary challenges all winning.
They see Kerry Lake. | ||
They see Joe Kent on the Western front.
They see everything. | ||
They see me and Drew, by the way, that we're basically war room night watch over there on Rav.
at the 10 p.m. hour and what's going on now in this country is they realize that President Trump and his movement are coming back and are coming back strong so Garland comes out there they leak the fake story to Newsweek. Newsweek runs with the fake story nobody buys it. Garland has to come out tail between his legs doesn't say anything.
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
Hang on. | ||
I gotta get to this Newsweek story.
Hold on, hold on. | ||
The Newsweek stories were important.
Two senior Justice Department officials go to Newsweek, which is left-wing but legit, tell them they have authority to speak to them, that justice had nothing to do with this, and they had direct knowledge of the matter.
It was all FBI. | ||
Jack Pasovic. | ||
Yeah, I don't know if that was Fusion GPS over there involved.
I don't know if that was Perkins Coy, another dirty dossier about the Russians and the hookers and the golden showers and all the rest.
But, you know, if Merrick Garland wants to talk about Golan Shallers and nuclear secrets, I'll be there with you all day long, buddy, because we know that the FBI, this FBI, and this DOJ has lied about President Trump since the day he came down the Golden Escalator.
And they're doing the same thing now because they're terrified of this movement.
Look, Steve, they're going to go and talk about the rhetoric of the war room.
They're going to talk about the rhetoric of Human Events Daily, the rhetoric of Posobiec, Drew Hernandez, Charlie Kirk.
Meanwhile, they're out there saying they want 100,000 new IRS agents with shoot to kill authority.
You got General Hayden, the former, former head of the CIA, calling for President Trump to be executed like the Rosenbergs out there on Twitter.
But the problem is we mean tweets.
No, I don't think so. | ||
We're not playing it anymore.
And hold on a second. | ||
I just got a weather report There's a storm coming and it's coming from Mar-a-Lago to Washington D.C.
Jack, let's talk about this thing.
Why would he stand on the stage yesterday and say, we only speak to our court filings, we only speak through our actions in court, and then walk off the stage and leak to Josh Dawsey and that crowd of scumbags over at the Washington Post the hoax story about the nuclear secrets?
And even today, we just found out from Boris, they're not going to release the affidavit, sir, which is like all the lies they told in the FISA courts.
Jack Posobiec. | ||
No, absolutely not. | ||
We need the underlying documents.
And by the way, Steve, when we covered this line by line on Human Events Daily last night, not only do we need the affidavit, but the Department of Justice that is currently run by Merrick Garland is still sitting on the declassified Spygate documents that President Trump declassified in his last few days in office.
They said, well, we just need to redact.
We need to go through line by line.
Can you send them to us? | ||
Mark Meadows sent it to them.
We have the meadow up. | ||
We have the memo up from this.
Where are the declassified underlying documents on Spygate?
They won't release those the same way they won't release the underlying documents of this raid.
And I'll tell you why. | ||
Because it's a lie, and it always is.
President Trump, his lawyers, they were in full compliance with the National... This isn't about the National Records Act.
This isn't about... I hear people, what about the clearance?
And does he have to... Put that all aside.
This is about stopping this movement.
This is about stopping the precinct project.
This is about stopping the awakening, the great awakening that is the response to the great reset that's going on in this country right now.
We are getting involved in the political process at the apparatus level, at the ground level, going in, working the polls, being observers.
That's what terrifies them.
That's why they're trying to smear MAGA.
They're saying you're all the next Timothy McVeigh, as the great Andrew Breitbart once warned us would happen.
He warned us that's exactly what would happen, and this is exactly what they're doing.
And Garland, look, Steve, he's a product of the 1980s, the 1990s.
This guy, you know he's only about 5'6", by the way.
So he's out there saying, well, this is the way it used to work.
You go up and say one thing, then you leak to the Washington Post, and they smear.
They smear what they fear.
That's what Garland is doing.
Jack, hang on for one second.
We're taking a 90-second break.
We've got Cortez and Brad on the other side, but I've got to ask Jack Posovic.
Twitter's come out yesterday and said they're putting a thumb on the scale on November 8th. |
