We are, what, 89 days away from the biggest midterm election in the history of this nation since 1862, when we're at the beginning phase of a quite bloody, brutal, and protracted civil war in this country.
People talk about Civil War and all this, it's all nonsense talk.
We are two-thirds of... This is why they're so afraid.
This is why they're using every apparatus of state power in their fight.
Remember, you know, Cortez calls these flexes.
You're giving a full flex or going beast mode, giving a flex.
This is not strength.
This is weakness.
When you gotta get the FBI down and do some raid and start, you know, desecrating and going through Melania's...
You know, her closet and all that.
That's not strength.
That's not strength.
That's weakness.
Do you think that puts any fear in us whatsoever?
Do you think that we, that, oh my gosh, we're trembling.
You know, somebody had a story up there, I think it was in Politico, about the anger, the fear, the paranoia.

Politico, once again, you get it half right.
We're extremely angry, but we have steely resolve and righteous indignation.
We're not going to allow this to happen to our country.
Be very easy for us to do that.
Be very easy to say, okay, let's go, let's go play golf.

And it just is what it is.
But no, that's not what we're doing whatsoever.
And that's where they're so angry and attacking me.

When you clean up the bots and you chase the intelligence services out of there and the national security apparatuses throughout the world, it ain't much.

And he's challenged the CEO to a debate to prove that.
My point is, they have the oligarchs in tech, they have the oligarchs in media, they have the oligarchs in Big Pharma, they have the authoritarian impulse of these radicals inside the government.

The American people.
And if you look throughout history, in the Revolution, in the Civil War, in the Great Depression, World War II, when the American people finally make up their minds, And they take a while to get there, when they finally make up their mind.
There's no power on earth that has stood up to them.

The British Empire, at the beginning of the top of their game, not the top of their game, but the beginning of the top of their game, couldn't do it.

I think he came from Tennessee, down in Texas, talking about the slave issue, talking about the coming days of the Civil War.
He said, When the American people make up their mind, right?
They have a steely resolve, and they're not to be deterred.
Well, that's what you're seeing now.
This righteous indignation.
I don't care if Anderson Cooper clutches his pearls.
I don't care if Southern Poverty Law Center and NPR lose it, right?
We want them to lose it.
We want them to clutch your pearls.
That's good.
That's a good thing for us.
Because we are never going to quit.
Understand that.

Bill, let's go back to the situation with the Chinese Communist Party, the Wuhan lab, NEPA.
Tell us about, they're supposed to be complying with a biological weapons treaty that is of the most, I think it's actually more important than the nuclear weapons treaty.
Tell us what you're finding from congressional testimony that nobody else is reporting on except the great Bill Gertz about NEPA, this virus that they admit to doing gain-of-function and weaponizing in their lab, sir.

Well, yeah, this is an unfolding story.
This is definitely a bombshell disclosure that came out last week in a Senate hearing.
Stephen Quay, who has been on top of the virus origin from the very beginning and He has done this forensic work and discovered that the Chinese at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which is obviously one of the places where the COVID virus came from, was doing research on this Nipah virus.
Nipah is not as transmissible, but if it were to become aerosolized, it would have a 60% lethality, which would be, you know, 10 times worse than the Black Plague, you know, hundreds of years ago.
So we're looking at a very dangerous research and there's been no pressure.
There's no international pressure on China and its government and the Wuhan Institute of Virology to come clean with what they know.
I'm getting indications... Hold it, hold it, hold it.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Because, you know, Miles thinks they let this thing off on purpose.
I'm of the fact that it inadvertently leaked out, but it was definitely weaponized.
It's definitely a bioweapons lab.
There's no doubt.
Certain people that are involved in taking down the CCP, as you know, have different ideas about this.
But given the sloppiness, given the lack of professionalism, and given the insidious nature of the PLA and the CCP in this, I want to make sure the audience understands something.
You're telling me in that Wuhan lab, which is the railhead of a pandemic, and regardless of what you think of the severity of the pandemic, it changed world history and the world economy.
And took Trump out of the presidency because they used it with these phony mail-in ballots.
You're telling me that right now, in that lab, that was the cause of the CCP, Wuhan, COVID-19 virus, that they're working on a virus that is 60% lethal and, what did you say, six times or ten times more deadly than the Black Plague?

Yes, at least.
At least, because again, the lethality of COVID is 1%.
And this virus is 60%, up to 80%.
And there have been outbreaks, natural outbreaks of this in Asia and in Africa.
And when this virus gets into you, it causes you to have a coma and you die.
You know, 8 out of 10 people or 6 out of 10 people.
Now, I was going to mention that the administration needs to come clean on this.
I have a very strong suspicion that this is being covered up because I contacted all of the agencies involved in this kind of virus defense and heard nothing, nothing from them, especially the State Department.
Now I can tell you this, and I put this in my story, China for two years in a row has failed to meet with US officials to discuss concerns about Chinese biological weapons work.
In other words, They're stonewalling the US.
And the State Department puts out an annual report on arms compliance.
And for two years in a row, this report has said China has refused to discuss its past work with biological weapons.
And it says very clearly that China is engaged in dual use work that has military applications.
We also know that at the very end of the Trump administration in January 21, They put out a fact sheet on the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
That fact sheet said very explicitly, this was declassified intelligence, it said that military experiments on animals were taking place at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
So this is a dangerous laboratory and yet nothing is being done to pressure China into disclosing what it did and then halting that work.

The Biden administration is so fraught of a conflict with China that they will do anything to appease the communist rulers in Beijing.

It's the worst I've ever seen it in my decades covering Washington.
China has presented three lists to Wendy Sherman, to Jake Sullivan, and to Tony Blinken.
The top of those lists of demands for better relations with China is that the US not undermine the Chinese communist system.
And all the Chinese reporting on this says that this is what the President himself, Biden himself, has agreed that he's not going to undermine the Chinese system.
We're never going to have peace in this world as long as the Chinese Communist Party is in power in China.

Cortez, first off, the Chinese Communist Party, the cow-towing by the Biden administration, they've called the Justice Department off, the FBI's not doing their job about our existential threat because they're spending more time rolling up domestic terrorists at the school board level, concerned parents that want to enforce parents' rights.
That's what the Justice Department and the FBI's doing.
Talk to me about our great ally that we've sent $62 billion over to, and begging for money every day, and guilt-tripping you every day, and having Hollywood stars over there.

What is he doing with the Chinese Communist Party, sir?

Well, and Steve, I wrote about this in a new column that is up at Newsweek on the narrative finally shifting about Zelensky.
And there's enough reasons, by the way, to oppose this massive aid to Zelensky just on its own merits in terms of the way he rules his own country.
He is as much an autocrat as Putin is.
There is no good guy in this fight between Zelensky and Putin.
This is a battle of Black Sea oligarchs.
The Ukrainians are the first victims, the citizens of Ukraine, but now Biden's making Americans the secondary victims.
And regarding China, this is really what spurred me to write this new article, because this is the new news about Ukraine.
Regarding China, Zelensky engages in overt outreach to the Chinese Communist Party and to Xi personally for assistance in the war and in trying to rebuild Ukraine.
He gave an interview to the South China Morning Post which is based in Hong Kong and he specifically said that he wants More dialogue with Xi, and this is a quote he said, to help rebuild Ukraine.
Now, in an earlier call with Xi, the readout from a phone call between these two leaders, Zelensky and Xi, says that Zelensky offered Ukraine, and again this is a quote, as a bridge to Europe for China.
So realize that.
I think there's two aspects here that are crucial.
The first is Zelensky is directly, openly reaching out to the foremost adversary, the most dangerous foe of the United States, the Chinese Communist Party.
He is openly engaging with them, or at least trying to engage with them.
Why?
Well, I think one reason is because He can read the tea leaves, and he sees that even in the Biden administration, even in the West Wing, even in the corporate media, there are rumblings of discontent regarding Zelensky, and he realizes he may need a new sugar daddy soon.
It may not be Washington, D.C.
and the State Department and the Davos crowd, so he's reaching out to China.
So that's one very critical aspect.
But the other aspect here, which I think is important, For those folks out there who think they're doing something virtuous by posting Ukraine flags on their social media, or perhaps even in front of their homes, supposedly standing for human rights, well, Zelensky is showing his cards here.
He is unveiling himself for his true nature.
He is literally imploring uh... the chinese communist party to join him and a lot of the ccp of course being the greatest abuser of human rights by far in the entire world so the lucky forfeit any pretense any ridiculous notion that he had some paragon of human rights quite the opposite uh... the lengthy belief in the left at the expense of the ukrainian people the american people and the abused chinese people uh... who suffer from the chinese communist party
So let's just get real about who he is and why we should not be aiding him at all, much less to this mammoth extent.

It's embarrassing to see the business networks, because they take one top-level piece of data, and they extrapolate all this off of it, and it's not serious.
They're not addressing their audience seriously with real data and analysis.

Well, you know, first, just quickly on that productivity piece, the reason we don't have productivity right now, and we just saw the biggest drop in American productivity since the 1970s, unfortunately, we're setting all kinds of ignoble records, you know, 40 and 50 year misery records under Joe Biden.
But the reason why are we not seeing the productivity?
It's because American companies have not been invested because they have not been incentivized to invest.
They're not investing in CapEx and capital expenditures and to make their people and their operations More productive.
Why?
Well, because of zero interest rates.
Instead, what did companies do?
They engaged in financial engineering.
So, buybacks and dividends rather than core businesses.
That's one of the consequences of the Fed's dereliction of duties with zero interest rate policy that went on for way, way too long.
uh... you know and that's a massive problem now regarding the corporate media business media specifically this week trying to spin this inflation news inflation is at staggering stratospheric levels of it that is empirically true when we look at the cpr that we got yesterday for example if you take up the last four months of a process inflationary yesterday is a forty-year record in inflation ok So, now, did the rate of acceleration have a slight, slight downtick?
Yes, it did.
Okay, fine.
And, you know, we'll take it.
We'll take whatever we can get.
But the point is, we are still suffering from massive, massive acceleration in prices.
Prices are not falling.
And that was a phrase that was used widely by corporate media yesterday.
They are nowhere close To use an analogy, it would be like somebody, let's say, who has a drinking problem and drinks a 12-pack of beer every single night.
If he were to then say, you know what?
I'm now only drinking 11 beers.
I no longer have a drinking problem.
Well, no.
That is not the reality, okay?
That's an analogy to what's going on right now with inflation.
So, did the rate of increase slightly downtick?
Yes, it did.
In an immaterial way.
But the point is, prices are galloping higher.
In this economy, any year-over-year read will show you that.
And of course, again, Americans know this in their own life.
I mean, they know this intrinsically.
They know it all too well.
It's why consumer confidence is at 70-year all-time lows right now.
Because Americans are strapped.
They are understandably anxious.
It is far and away the number one issue for 2022.
And we're not going to let a slight downtick in the degree of acceleration of inflation fool anybody.
Into November, because we need a massive course correction right now in the United States.
When you combine, Steve, that lack of productivity, which you're talking about, when you combine that with massive inflation, you unfortunately have the recipe for not just a recession, which we're already in, but for an incredibly deep recession and a greater risk even than that.
And I really believe this is the case.
We are one or two policy mistakes away from tipping all the way into depression.
And I don't think I'm exaggerating when you say that.
When you have, right now, in the United States, one-third of small businesses say they cannot make their rent.
They did not make their rent in the month of July.
You are in Great Depression-type metrics, unfortunately, and it won't take much for this current recession to become far, far worse.
But again, I don't want to tell this to the audience to depress them.
I want to equip them and motivate them and arm them so that they go into this political battle into November aware of the stakes and ready to make the hard choices that we need to make to course correct and to use our agency, our political power, to get back to a place of a growing economy through populist nationalism.
We can do it, but it's not going to be easy.

Well, gasoline, year over year, in this CPI report, up 44%.
Groceries, up 13%, the highest level since 1979.
Let's look at a few key categories of groceries.
Chicken, up 17%.
Eggs, up 38%.
Oranges, up 14%.

Or the Fed going back to a dovish, easy money policy?
Are those the things that concern you the most, Brother Cortez, as one or two things that could happen in the next 90 days, as they try to save themselves from November to do something like that, that drives us over the cliff, sir?

Steve, I fear it already happened, yes.
When I say one or two decisions, I think perhaps it happened last weekend, and that is this mini or scaled-back Green New Deal.
Really, when we look at the inflation crisis, it's multifaceted what Biden did to stoke this inflation.
But the genesis of it, you know, the real, you know, the headwater of it was attacking American energy, attacking our domestic, dependable, affordable energy production in the United States.
Well, the Congress just took what Biden did and put that on steroids in terms of attacking American energy.
So it may have actually already happened, right?
I hope not, but it may well happen.
To your second point, a Fed mistake could absolutely tip us into that kind of territory.
If the Fed loses its resolve and says, we're going to help capital, we're going to help Wall Street and BlackRock rather than protect consumers who are right now in a terrible place financially.
And inflation spirals even further out of control than it already is.
That also could be enough to tip us from recession into deep recession and perhaps even depression.
And, you know, to your point about the IRS, I'm saying, Steve, when I first saw it, I said, oh, that's made up.
That's a Photoshop.
No, it's not.
It's actually real.
And the Joint Committee on Taxation now says that 78 to 90 percent of the money they're going to raise is going—this is from the Senate itself—is going to come from people who make 200,000 a year or less.

They're doing that to intimidate you.

They're trying to cower you.
They're trying to make you comply with their dictates, right?

Senate, this is directly from their data, I picked this out this morning, they say that of the additional funds that they plan to raise, which they claim are going to offset their massive spending, 78, this is their stat, 78 to 90% of the money raised from audits is going to come from filers who make $200,000 a year or less.
Okay.
And a lot of those are joint files, by the way.
So these are not wealthy folks, necessarily, if both of them are filing and making under $200, particularly given, you know, whatever metro area they may live in.
78 to 90 percent, according to the Senate Joint Committee on Taxation, 78 to 90 percent of the money raised will come from tax filings of $200,000 or less per year.
So, yes, they are 100 percent Targeting regular folks, regular middle to upper middle class people, working class people, who again are going to be totally mismatched when the IRS comes calling.
These IRS agents who are going to be unbelievably aggressive.
These IRS agents who, according to the IRS's own HR advertisements, need to be ready to be armed, need to be ready to use deadly force.
I mean, this is just, it's an insane escalation.
Unfortunately, it's not surprising when you put it As part of the whole, when you view it in the totality of what government is doing these days under Joe Biden, what they just did at Mar-a-Lago, it is unfortunately fitting, but that doesn't mean that it's right.
And it certainly means that we ought to be alarmed, properly alarmed at this.
It's yet another reason for us to galvanize and mobilize and do everything we can to make sure that this November's election is a sweeping win, not just for Republicans, but for the America First movement.

This will be probably two hours of the eight hour presentation will be like what we just went down to Arizona about a month ago now, where that Obama appointed judge said, Hey, I'll look at it.

And it was, we had three hours there to present, uh, machine evidence to not ever use these machines again.
Basically, they're defective.
What I mean by defective is they can make mistakes, but they can also be hacked and changed, and algorithms put it.
And that's what's happened across the country.

They're contravening their own process by going to this low-level magistrate judge, but also in terms of, from what I'm hearing, how they actually got the approval to go and conduct this brazen raid, ransack, and break-in of President Trump's home.
The process was not followed.
