War.
We are at war.
We're at a political and ideological war.
You can say anything else you want about it, but we're at war.
mika brzezinski
talking a lot about not just what happened at Mar-a-Lago and the FBI search but the response to it. Sort of the strange and dangerous ironies of Trump's Republican Party so to speak. Well and you look at how Republicans are doing right now whether you're looking at the generic ballot you look how they're doing in special elections.
joe scarborough
They're underperforming.
What was done in 2020 by five, six points in a lot of these special elections, they continue to fall.
When you look at what happens in polling, you look in the Senate races, they're underperforming in a year that should be massive for the GOP.
And they just can't seem to connect the dots.
They're all rushing to the defense of a guy who likely broke the law and who's going to be brought to justice.
They keep careening closer and closer to a cliff of political oblivion.
And Americans can see it.
They can see how hypocritical this Republican Party is.
Yes, I understand people are upset because they're going, this is war.
This is war!
Let's ten our testicles.
This is war!
They're so extreme.
And they're hypocritical.
And Americans can see through this grift.
You see, they're shocked by a legal search for classified documents.
A legal search.
You read Hugh Hewitt's column yesterday in the Washington Post.
A very good column that spelled it all out.
He said, well of course a former president can be searched, but we need transparency.
I agree with Hugh on that.
steve bannon
But they're shocked by a legal... Okay, I've heard enough.
unidentified
What?
What?
steve bannon
Morning Meek is giving him stink eye.
Let's bring in Steve Cortez.
We were going to go to Tapachula, Mexico in Palm Beach with Jane Zirkle.
Had a few technical problems.
We're going to get that all sorted out.
So my third date, my backup, backup date for the night, Steve Cortez.
Steve Cortez.
Steve, you're always number one in the War Room's heart, you know that.
steve cortes
Nobody puts Cortez in the corner again, okay?
unidentified
You know, I should storm off the set, but I'm not going to do that because we have important business to discuss this morning.
steve bannon
You're too classy for that.
But first, before I get to the numbers, we're jammed today, but before we get to the numbers, give me your overview of Morning Mika.
You know, what is MSNBC going to rename the show?
She carries the weight.
Right.
This guy is like a flake.
He's sitting around flapping around.
All the numbers he just told you are absolutely dead wrong.
We're on a complete roll.
We're going to have Kerry Lake and Joe Kennan in the second hour talk about now their focus on the general elections.
MAGA has ascended.
But tell me about that duo of your thoughts, Steve Cortez.
steve cortes
Well, Steve, listen, you're right in calling it Morning Mika because she clearly does carry the show.
And as much as I disagree with her politics and as much as I think she's a propagandist, She's a far better broadcaster than that moron who happens to be her husband who sits next to her and gets the show named after him.
But listen, I do watch at least part of it most mornings, and I'm sure that makes a lot of the audience cringe.
But it's important to know, number one, what the opponents are up to.
But number two, I have found in recent years that Morning Mika largely sets the tone for the corporate media for the day.
Because that show is early, they largely write the script and that script is carried on then all the way for the rest of the day through prime time.
So it's important, I think, for those of us on the right to have an understanding of where they're going.
But this morning there was a particularly Interesting interchange between the two.
Joe Scarborough actually called it a raid, which of course it was.
When you force yourself into a residence, into a private office, that is a raid.
It's a law enforcement raid.
He called it a raid, and he was immediately scolded by Mika, and he didn't push back at all.
He essentially said, oh, I'm sorry.
Uh, that I actually called it a raid.
And by the way, Joe, uh, I think unwittingly actually spoke some truth this morning because he said this raid is not about documents and classification.
And my thought is exactly correct, Joe.
Of course, it's not about documents or the archives.
Or some arcane records law.
Of course not.
It's about a far bigger agenda.
It's about trying to indict Donald Trump.
It's about trying to disqualify him because they know they cannot beat him at the ballot box.
So, he said the quiet part out loud and he was scolded for it by Mika, who's the true host of Morning Mika.
steve bannon
You agree, it's a full flex.
They're trying to flex and they're trying to intimidate everybody.
Today, President Trump, once again, the out-of-control insane, and she's insane, Attorney General of the State of New York has got Trump up there deposing him today.
We're going to get to Boris, we've got Bernie Kerik, we've got Mike Davis, all of it.
Let's go, they had Matt today, and of course the pom-poms are out, Jim Cramer's doing backflips, he's got his little cheerleader skirt on, he's running around on CNBC.
I'm not so sure about this math, Cortez.
That's why we reached out to you to do some analysis.
The CPI today, walk us through the assessment.
unidentified
Right.
steve cortes
So listen, CPI came out at 8.5%, an absolutely blistering pace.
To put that in context, if we were to take out the last four months of just absolutely scorching hot CPI, today's print is the worst print since 1982.
So let's not hold any parades because we've gone from 9.1 to 8.5.
We are still in the stratosphere as far as price increases.
And despite that, by the way, and I want to point this out because CNN just put this headline up on their official Twitter account, they said U.S.
inflation took a breather in July thanks to the falling cost of food and gas.
The falling cost of food and gas.
Now, okay, food and gas prices are not falling.
The rate of stratospheric increase might have taken a slight breather, but they are not falling, okay?
That is the reality right now.
And to prove that, let's go to a chart.
If we can go to chart number one, you know Cortez always shows up for charts, even if I am your second pick for the night, Steve.
I show up well-armed and ready.
To educate the audience and inform them so that they can make their own decisions.
And by the way, I think most people know this in their own lives because they pay their bills and they see what's happening in their checking account.
But listen, let's look at actual inflation rates.
So this is updated as of this morning for some very key items.
The first three of which are have-to items, and really all of them to some extent are have-to items, but goods and services.
These are year-over-year rate increases.
And tell me if, CNN, these are prices falling.
Gasoline, 44% year over year.
Utilities, 30%.
Groceries, 13%.
That's food at home, not fine dining out.
Health insurance.
The Democratic Party is supposedly the party that can deliver affordable health care to individuals.
Health insurance, 20% year over year.
And airline fares, 27% increase.
year and airline fares 27% increase.
So 8.5% is the overall number, but the number for some really key goods and services is of course, far, far worse.
And I think it's important for us to continually track that half-to basket of groceries, gasoline, and utilities.
Right now, those three together rising at 29% year over year.
That is the reality that Americans face.
So, a small downtick in the rate of acceleration is not falling in prices, Steve.
So, in other words, think of it this way.
If a plane is crashing, okay, if it is crashing down to earth, and it's able to slightly slow its speed of descent, the plane is still crashing, okay?
The plane has not righted itself and started to ascend back upward towards safety, okay?
That's, I think, an analogy to what's happening right now.
So, the rate of descent slow, or excuse me, the rate of price increases slowed very, very slightly, but by historical comparison, Still in absolutely staggering, punishing, recession-inducing levels.
That is the reality right now, and Americans know this.
Again, they're facing this every day.
The corporate media is going to try to throw metaphorical parades all day today.
The deplorables aren't going to fall for it.
And look at the reality of those numbers as reported by the government.
By the way, those are government stats, which I think understate inflation.
But I'm taking their official statistics right now on Facebook.
steve bannon
I sent you some tweets from some folks.
Is the Fed going to go dove on us quickly?
Are they talking about a 50 basis point in September now instead of 75 basis points?
Because they've already got the punch bowl back up on Wall Street.
Of course the Wall Street crooks are out there skipping around wanting you to buy the dip.
Is Powell going to go dovish on us?
steve cortes
Well, he certainly should not, but will he?
Yeah, I think there's a decent chance he will.
I think he's dying to not play the bad guy, right, frankly.
And he wants to please Wall Street far more than he wants to protect American consumers and protect Main Street small businesses, which we know are being absolutely crushed by this inflation.
Again, that data from a lineable of survey of over 3,500 small businesses in the United States They self-report that one-third of them, 34%, said they could not pay rent in the month of July.
So tell them, by the way, that they're getting a break and that things are fine.
When one-third of small businesses can't pay rent in the month of July, they need help.
Part of that help is the Federal Reserve finally doing its job.
And the Fed has put itself, through its dereliction of duty, it's put itself in a very difficult position, okay?
And so, I mean, I do have a tiny bit of empathy For the Fed, but they again put themselves in this place where they must play the bad guy But to answer your question look the the markets this morning, which is where I really look rather than just Economists and pundits.
Let's look at what markets are actually pricing in regarding Fed policy It flipped from a for sure thing of 75 basis points in the next meeting to now roughly a 50-50 bet whether it's going to be 50 basis points or 75 or But, you know, I don't want to get lost in the weeds.
The point is, the Fed is nowhere near where it needs to be.
Rates need to be at least double at the short end where they are right now.
And by the way, speaking of the stock market, you know, you talked about how the stock market is celebrating this morning because they think they're going to get an easier Fed.
And again, that may happen.
But consumer-facing stocks continue to suffer incredibly.
If we can pull up chart two here, I think this is very telling.
Because any company that is... No, that's the inflation rate.
If we can pull up chart two, please, of sweet green.
There we go.
Any company that faces the consumer, any sector right now, is having a terrible time.
And this is the salad chain Sweetgreen.
And again, as always, I'm not trying to pick on this company.
I have no view on this company.
But it massively disappointed in earnings.
Unfortunately, they're going to be laying off a whole lot of people.
And that is the chart of Sweetgreen year-to-date.
And even though the broader stock market is advancing today, Sweetgreen right now, as we speak, is down Two and a half percent.
And as you can see on that chart, it is massively off of its highs of earlier this year.
Why?
Because their input costs for food have absolutely soared.
And because they're consumer, it's a relatively expensive restaurant for a quick service place.
Their consumers are increasingly strapped and by the way That's not just a sweet green story now That is a niche company that again serves in general a higher-end clientele But we also got news this week from Tyson foods one of the biggest meat packaging companies in America And they reported and their stock has been hammered on this news Tyson food said that consumers are increasingly trading down They are buying cheaper and cheaper cuts of meat, so we see it on the macro level at the lower end of the price scale We also see it on the micro level from a niche company
The reality is the consumer is in a ton of trouble in this country.
It is getting worse, not better.
And a slight downtick in the rate of acceleration is no reason for anyone To celebrate or for anyone to assume that things are going to be fine.
And to that point, if I can actually show them that third chart that they just had up, CPI going back one year, chart three, please.
This I think is worth looking at.
You can see if you look there for the folks who are watching, in April, there was a slight downtick as well, okay?
There was a slight downtick.
And then right back into the soup, right back into an inflationary spiral.
So this slight downtick in the rate of acceleration right now, I think, looks a lot like April.
Again, nobody from a single print that's not quite as bad as the previous months.
No one should assume that things are okay.
Far, far from it, Steve.
steve bannon
By the way, Steve Cortes is such a classy guy and such a good guy.
He's agreed earlier to break this up, bifurcate his hit, and he's going to come back with his major new column in Newsweek magazine about General Milley.
We're going to get into... Oh, no, no, you're about Zelensky.
We've got Zelensky in Ukraine.
The Geopolitics and Geostrategy, a major piece in Newsweek by Steve Cortes.
Steve, we'll see you back in the second hour.
Amazing analysis here.
Let's go.
I think we got the technical problem worked out.
Let's go to Oscar.
Let's go to Oscar.
Let's go to Oscar Blue Ramirez and Tapachula.
Oscar, tell us what happened last night.
unidentified
I look like a lot of violence.
steve bannon
Okay, do I have Oscar?
Okay, let's go ahead and drop it.
We don't have a technical problem.
We're still trying to get Oscar Blue.
The caravans heading up here are really getting in the face of Mexican officials and the hard-working, decent people in Mexico.
Last night looked like a riot, burning things down, burning buses down.
Absolutely out of control.
As soon as we work out our technical problems, we're going to get Oscar Blue.
He's down in Mexico.
And also we're going to come back in the next segment with Jane Zirkle.
Jane Zirkle is down at Palm Beach.
As we left yesterday's show, Jane was covering this kind of live, spontaneous demonstration of MAGA and Trump supporters.
Well, guess what?
The police didn't like it last night.
They came down and shut things down.
We're going to get all of that.
We've got Boris Epstein, Mike Davis, Bernie Kerik about this warrant.
Exactly what's going on here?
You know, the DOJ has had a history of lying to federal judges.
And this magistrate, did he get the full story?
What is it about this raid that took place in Mar-a-Lago?
A desecration of a president's home, the first time in American history.
Short commercial break.
We're going to get into all of it when we return in The War Room.
unidentified
Bring it on and I will fight to the end, just watch and see It's all started, everything's begun And you are over Cause we're taking down the CCP Spread the word all through Hong Kong We will fight till they're all gone We rejoice when there's no more Let's take down the CCP We're waiting for the mainstream news to talk about hunger bites That's what we're waiting for
I'm gonna go to jail Stop all this!
We're saying here to the mainstream media, talks about the Hunter Biden story and about his laptop.
We want to know why there's pictures of him having sex with hookers and smoking crack.
He doesn't get arrested, but they raid President Trump's house.
President doesn't smell right.
steve bannon
Okay, amazing.
Let's bring in Jane Zirkle.
Calamity Jane is down outside of Mar-a-Lago, as she has been.
Jane, the Daily Mail this morning had one of their top stories was how, and you told me, the police came down and started shutting things down.
Walk us through what happened.
That was a spontaneous... Okay, we lost her again.
We're having a little technical problems today.
We got Tapachula, Mexico, and we got Palm Beach, but it's not working.
Boris, let me bring in here, brother, President Trump, another A phony situation.
Everybody has to understand.
Because he represents you.
I've never, they're after him in every different angle to try to break him.
He's unbreakable, but they're gonna try to break him.
Okay, now you got Letitia James, you know, she's insane.
After him, deposing him this morning in New York City.
They're hitting him at every angle.
We got Bernie Kerik, Mike Davis, but of course, the one and only Boris Epstein.
Boris, spontaneous yesterday, we had Jane Zirkle there, she's there live, but we can't hook up with her for a technical problem that we're trying to work out.
But she showed yesterday how this was, you know, it started the first night on Monday night, but yesterday it was a spontaneous, I mean it was huge.
And let the audience understand, 50% of that crowd is Hispanic.
Cubans, people from Puerto Rico, American citizens that are sitting there understand that Donald Trump represents them.
That is the fear of the Democratic Party.
That is 100% why they're doing this.
And Boris is spontaneous, and the authorities made him clear the bridge, or at least part of the bridge yesterday, because there's so many people out there.
Boris, give me your update on everything you know about the President's state of mind and what's going on, and I know he wants to fight.
Boris, when are we going to announce?
I thought today was our day.
Are we going?
Is the plane ready?
Is the plane fueled?
Walk out of the deposition.
He doesn't need to be there for Letitia James.
Tell us he's got stuff to do.
He's got business to take care of.
Boris.
boris epshteyn
Steve, here's the bottom line, here's the reality of it.
President Trump's power, President Trump's strength is the highest right now it has ever been, okay?
MAGA is not just the Senate, MAGA is in control.
And we've been saying this now for almost two years, since January 20th, 2021, since 12.01, that this was gonna be the strongest moment, the strongest catalyst behind MAGA.
And that's exactly what has become President Trump putting out a powerhouse statement.
Just in the last several minutes, regarding the witch hunt that's been undertaken against them by the federal prosecutors.
And by the way, I'm hearing, the information I'm hearing about the premise for that warrant is so concocted, is so corrupt, is so decrepit, that once it comes out it's going to shock the world and only further if it's even possible.
steve bannon
Woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah On the show that you should break news here, right?
unidentified
No, this is not... It's a dig!
steve bannon
It's a dig!
It's a dig at some other folks, but that's okay.
Walk me through this.
unidentified
The premise, because I got Mike... Ask you for all my news to War Room, because... I understand.
steve bannon
Always signal, not noise.
Hold it.
I got Mike Davis and Bernie Kerik.
We haven't had Bernie on for a while.
Bernie's head's been blown up about this thing.
Walk me through the basis of this.
I mean, Look what happened.
I actually put the Daily Mail's lead exclusive story up if you go to my getter account right now Because the details are coming out.
They went through the first lady's clothing.
They didn't allow the video cameras to be turned, you know, they cut them off.
They didn't allow any of the people of his lawyers around.
They had guns and weapons.
This thing is so over the top and out of control.
And you got Charlie Sykes, you got all these guys that are never Trumpers are sitting there going, hey, this is too much.
And I'm telling you, when you watch CNN and MSNBC at night, There's a very worried look.
I know when they're throwing, you know, when they're dancing around and spiking the football.
They ain't spiking any footballs right now.
They're kind of like, well, you know, he's got a, you know, Hugh Hewitt comes out, you know, he's got, it's all nonsense.
So tell us what you know.
About the predicate because Boris they have lied and every time they've gone to the FISA court This is how they control this is how they came after us the first time right after we won They went to a FISA court and lied to a judge the FBI which is the new American Gestapo and let me tell you ever all the whistleblowers the FBI you got to come forward now and You got to let people know that you're clean, okay?
Because the FBI is going to be defunded and liquidated.
It's time now to get this Gestapo out of here.
And we need to know the people in the FBI got to start coming forward.
There are already hundreds coming forward.
You need to come forward.
And let people know that your skirts are clean, because I'm telling you, there's going to be an investigation, litigation, liquidation, incrimination, all of it.
Incarceration, okay?
So you're not going to get away with being an American Gestapo, and you're not going to get after Trump.
Hey, we're going to punch back, and we're going to punch back quite hard.
Boris Epstein.
boris epshteyn
Steve, here's the bottom line, and this is vital to remember.
That the DOJ and the FBI, they lied on the warrants.
They lied when they went after General Michael Flynn.
They lied when they went after Carter Page.
They lied when they spied on President Trump's campaign and then President Trump's actual presidency, his administration.
There's a long history of modus operandi.
As it's called in the legal profession.
There's a long history, an MO, by the DOJ that has gone absolutely woke, absolutely liberal, and has been weaponized.
Weaponized, not by just feckless Joe Biden, but it's been weaponized now for a long time, from Obama to George W. Bush, etc., etc.
This DOJ and FBI have been trying to set up President Trump and those close to him, those who work for him, For, you know, since 2015.
For almost, for seven years now.
And I, you know, I do not have, we don't have the full information yet.
On how this warrant was obtained.
We do have some information on the magistrate judge, but we don't have full information on how this warrant was obtained.
But based on everything President Trump has said, based on everything that I know, based on everything that has been public and frankly that is still to come out, President Trump and his legal team are in full and total cooperation and compliance with the DOJ on this NARA issue, okay, on this presidential record.
unidentified
Slow down, slow down, slow down, stop, slow down, stop.
steve bannon
Hit rewind.
I need you to say that slowly so our audience can absorb it because their force multiplies.
Hit rewind and give me that.
And all the media and the hedge funds and the Chinese Communist Party intel, I want to go back slowly.
Give me the full and complete, you know, you guys are in accord with everything.
Go ahead.
boris epshteyn
As President Trump said in his first statement on Monday, when this raid by the DOJ, when this break-in into President Trump's historic home, raid and break-in, when that happened, President Trump said that this was unnecessary.
Unnecessary because President Trump and his council have been in total cooperation with the DOJ.
This has become public now.
The DOJ asked for a lock to be put in a certain door.
The lock was put on.
And then what does the DOJ do in their break-in?
They break that same lock.
They break the president's safe.
This was a brazen, craven raid and break-in, and the premise for that is absolutely non-existent.
It is absolutely non-existent.
There's beautiful Mar-a-Lago.
And that's why you've got the American people coming out in droves and treating Mar-a-Lago now as a place for pilgrimage, because it stands for freedom.
It stands for not backing down to tyranny, to big government, to absolutely rampant, runaway, woke abuse of authority and weaponization of law enforcement.
That's what happened.
That's what's happened against President Trump and his statement this morning on, you know, Tish James in New York and other runaway, completely political, partisan persecutors states just that.
It states just that.
This has been an amazing week for MAGA, and here's why.
It's an amazing week for MAGA because the exposure of the radical, woke, tyrannical left has now hit overdrive.
And as you said, Steve, it's not just MAGA that's absolutely inflamed by this.
It's not just MAGA that's saying we will not We will not stand for this.
It's the National Review.
It's Annie McCarthy.
It's Charlie Sykes.
You've got Andrew Cuomo yesterday, who I think may be plotting a comeback or whatever he thinks is possible, coming out saying we've got to get to the bottom of it.
McCarthy coming out with a hot statement.
And then McConnell on the Senate side coming out with a statement against this.
You know, there was an interesting piece in Axios yesterday about this being effectively a field-clearing exercise, Steve, that we discussed off-camera.
Every single A Republican, you know, political figure, whatever, who's even giving a thought to potentially—which, by the way, would be a ludicrous thought—to challenging President Trump if and when, as we hope and expect, he runs for president.
Every one of those people, from Pompeo to Pence to DeSantis, they've come out and backed President Trump on this.
What this has proven once and for all is that the American people stand with President Trump, and President Trump is the only irrefutable figure Fully.
Fully in leadership of the MAGA movement, the Republican Party, and America.
But when we get to the bottom of this, when all the information does come out about how this was, what the predicate was for the warrant, how this was organized, how it was approved, note that they didn't go to a judge in Washington, D.C.
The DOJ has a judge they usually go to for these kind of actions.
They went to a local federal magistrate judge that on social media has said nasty things about President Trump.
steve bannon
Why, why was that?
He's Epstein's lawyer.
Why, why was that?
boris epshteyn
Why did they go to the magistrate?
Epstein, let's not mix that up.
You know, that was Epstein.
unidentified
Got it.
steve bannon
We understand.
No, no, no, no relation.
Why, why, why, why did they go to a magistrate?
Not a federal judge that had the case?
boris epshteyn
And really, between the tea leaves, the reason to go to a local magistrate and not the federal judge, and it's a federal magistrate, but a local Florida magistrate and not a judge up in D.C.
or D.C.
area is because they try to overrun some local yokel, or maybe they did know about the judges.
Prior statements on social media, etc.
And, and, oh, we need to, this is absolutely necessary to do this.
But also, we have no idea what they actually put in there.
Were they, was, was the DOJ actually honest about the overwhelming cooperation between President Trump and his council and the DOJ?
Were they honest about the time?
And now you've got, you know, the DOJ trying to spin some nonsense about, oh, no, this was, you know, there was breakdown in communication.
There was no breakdown in communication.
There was full cooperation.
steve bannon
That's a lie.
They're lying.
They're bald-faced liars.
There was total and complete accommodation, coordination, and communication.
One thousand percent.
Boris, Bernie, Davis next in the world.
mika brzezinski
I'm gonna stick on the CCP.
I think I understated the case because it is about to get very ugly.
Elected Republicans, who frequently remind us that they are the party of law and order, could have 1.
Adopted a posture of strategic silence or 2.
Given the FBI the benefit of the doubt while they conducted a court-sanctioned investigation.
Instead, they gave us this sort of thing.
End quote.
Take a look.
Threats to defund the FBI.
Threats to the Attorney General himself.
Claims designed to chip away at trust in our institution.
It goes on.
Claiming a legal FBI search is the weaponization of government, Paul Gosar saying.
We must destroy the FBI.
I mean, these guys, Joe, are a joke.
Well, they're a joke.
joe scarborough
They are, but Charlie, they're a joke.
They are a dangerous joke.
And that, I'll be the first to admit, because I guess I, at times, I'm a bit too optimistic.
Before January the 6th, I was concerned, but I didn't think.
That what happened on January 6th would ever happen?
That people who claim to love America would ever brutalize police officers and beat them up with American flags?
I never thought that they would go in and jam police officers' heads in doors and wipe excrement all over the Capitol and try to hang the Vice President of the United States.
So, yes.
steve bannon
OK, I've heard enough.
I want to get Boris in here.
By the way, we are going to defund the FBI.
It's given the benefit of the doubt that the American Gestapo and it's outrageous what they have done.
They have taken a great institution and Boris is right.
It's just not this.
It's been over years.
That's why you need a new church commission on the CIA and the FBI.
The FBI is going to be liquidated.
And we'll start over again.
Liquidated.
The systemic corruption, they are pure evil.
And every whistleblower there, you better start coming forward.
You better start coming forward.
There's plenty of points of contact.
There's plenty of points of contact.
You better start coming forward and letting people know your skirts are clean.
Because the Republican Study Committee spent three hours with President Trump last night, Congressman Banks and his team, right?
Claudia Tenney and others.
We'll get more on that in the afternoon show.
They're walking through already the deep investigations that are going to take place, the framework, the analytical framework for this.
We are coming for you.
And we don't care if Joe Scarborough, a failed, you know, three-term congressman because of a problem with a staffer happening to die that he then had to go, you know, spend more quality time with his families, quote-unquote.
We don't care if he's clutching his pearls, right?
We're coming, and we're coming hard, okay?
This is outrageous.
You've turned it into a police state, and we're not going to tolerate it.
We are not going to tolerate it.
Boris Epstein.
boris epshteyn
Absolutely, we're not going to tolerate.
We're not going to stand for this.
We're not going to back down.
And President Trump's statements time and time again, and his truth this morning that actually, I think I'd like to read, Steve, if we have just 10 seconds.
Please, please.
It's very important.
From this morning before, having to go in and do this ludicrous, nonsense, civil case, by the way, civil case deposition in front of the tyrannical Tish James.
President Trump this morning.
The FBI and others from the federal government would not let anyone, including my lawyers, be anywhere near the areas that were rummaged and otherwise looked at during the raid and, I will add, break-in at Mar-a-Lago.
Everyone was asked to leave the premises.
They wanted to be left alone without any witnesses to see what they were doing, taking or hopefully not, in quotes, planting.
Why do they strongly insist on having nobody watching them?
Everybody out.
Obama and Clinton were never raided, despite big disputes.
Full stop.
President Trump calling it like it is.
Hillary Clinton deleted 33,000.
33,000 emails after there were other subpoenas.
Okay, okay, okay.
steve bannon
I don't want to talk about emails.
Here's what I want to talk about.
Every person associated with this has to understand.
You're going to be, we're going to get to the bottom of the lies.
You lie all the time.
I was one of the guys that was, as soon as we won, they started surveilling the Trump campaign.
I was one of the lead people they surveilled.
They've been after me from day one.
You know why?
I was the CEO of the campaign.
Okay.
The come from behind campaign.
I was targeted immediately.
Have you ever seen Steve Bannon whine one second?
I'm not whining at all.
But I gotta tell you, you've crossed it now and we're fed up with it and no more.
You lied on that FISA warrant!
You absolutely lied about everything about the Trump campaign!
I took 30 hours in front of the Mueller Commission, another joke!
Another joke.
You people are the worst people on earth.
You've taken the greatest country that gave you more opportunities, and you've turned into the Gestapo.
And everybody says, what would people do, you know, if I was there when Hitler was coming to power?
Well, guess what?
You are the Gestapo.
We're defunding you.
And not just that, we're going to investigate, we're going to litigate, and we're going to incarcerate.
Investigate, litigate, and incarcerate.
You better make sure you should come forward now and get your skirts clean and say, hey, look, you know, I was just a good German and, you know, doing what I was told.
No, no, no, no, no, not going to be good enough.
Come forward today.
There's enough touch points, you know, with Gates and the people in Jordan over there at the House committees, at Project Veritas, or come to us.
But you better start coming forward.
We know there's a lot of decent people in the FBI, but your leadership and Chris Wray, a Chris Christie, if anybody sees Chris Christie ever come to an event, you should boo him nonstop.
Chris Christie is one of the central problems here.
His buddy, his lifetime lawyer, he told President Trump, oh, this guy's even handed.
This was Christie out to get Trump from the beginning.
That's how evil psychopath that guy is.
It's all it's all going to come out.
It's all going to come out.
Every single ounce of it.
I got Carrick and David's going to join us in a second.
Boris, anything else?
boris epshteyn
Yes, I have three words.
I have three words for those who perpetrated this raid and break-in on President Trump, his family, and the American people.
Preserve your documents.
Preserve your documents.
This is not a joke.
This is not a drill, okay?
And stop lying to the American people and saying, oh, the White House didn't know anything about this.
You think that, first of all, there's no good answer to that.
There's no good option.
If the DOJ did this without actually consulting with, you know, the illegitimate but supposed chief executive in his office, that is runaway, ludicrous law enforcement insanity, okay?
The other option is what I believe is that the White House is simply lying.
Of course they knew about it.
How could they not know?
They knew, and they wanted to target the person that they're most afraid of, because President Donald J. Trump stands for American greatness, stands for American superiority, stands for America's broad shoulders, and he's never going to back down.
And this is only going to make him, his movement, and this country stronger, because it is Making that path back to the White House at the latest, Jan 20, 2025, even smoother.
And if you're seeing what's happening this week, the coalescence, the coalescence behind President Trump of the whole movement is something we really haven't seen in a long time because there's no more Never Trumpers.
There's no more, you know, RINOs.
And even Democrats and some independents are coming with us.
That's what we're seeing.
That's what we're experiencing.
And it is absolutely encouraging about the future of America.
steve bannon
Of War and Posse, I'm going to give you two mantras.
For the FBI, for everybody associated with the NDOJ, preserve your documents, but in addition, investigate, litigate, incarcerate.
Okay?
We're not playing games anymore.
We're not playing games.
The country's in the balance, and do you honestly think we'd have allowed this to happen?
Do you honestly think we're just going to sit there and accept it?
You think that that's going to happen?
You are absolutely 1,000% wrong.
Every person in DOJ and FBI should start coming forward.
Go to Project Veritas.
Reach out to Congressman Matt Gaetz's office.
Go to Jim Jordan.
Go to Congressman Banks.
Because the investigations are coming.
Okay?
Your day of judgment is coming quickly.
You should come forward today.
Boris, give your social media.
boris epshteyn
Steve, an honor to be on the show, an honor to talk to the War Room Posse, an honor to stand up today with you, a champion for the MAGA movement.
You've been fighting against the Deep State your whole career, and today is another in a million points of proof of how dangerous the Deep State weaponization of law enforcement and overreach of tyrannical government is, but it is only making President Trump and the MAGA movement stronger.
My website is boriscp.com.

God bless.
And I will talk to you in a few hours.
steve bannon
Thank you, Borissi, this afternoon.
I want to play Jesse Waters.
Even Jesse Waters, who's one of the nicest, calmest guys around.
Listen to Jesse Waters, last night on FOX.
unidentified
Why they had to raid President Trump's home 90 days before an election.
Yeah, you know, and I love having you on, Lindsey.
You know, you and I have debated about things, and I've seen you pretty spitting mad over Ukraine, but you don't seem as mad as you were about this, that you've been mad about Ukraine.
I don't understand why people aren't lighting their hair on fire.
I don't understand why people aren't out in the streets.
This isn't like, oh, well, you know, let's just see what's in the warrant.
I mean, they've been doing this.
This is the third election.
This is a third election.
We know they doctor evidence.
We know they plant evidence.
We know they hide evidence.
We know they lie.
We know they leak.
I mean, this is not anything new.
This has been years they've been doing this.
We can't just say, oh, you know, we're waiting for the guy to come out and give a statement about what is predicated.
I mean, what?
These people are out of control, Senator.
This country is at, like, we're on the edge of a cliff, man.
I'm telling you, this country is at the edge of a cliff here.
steve bannon
By the way, that's Jesse Waters, and Jesse is as good a guy as you can possibly get.
Let me bring you, I got Bernie Carrick and Mike Davis.
Bernie, give me your assessment of where we are, sir, and what dangerous territory we are in, given you spent your career in law enforcement, former police commissioner of New York.
Walk us through your assessment of where we are.
bernard kerik
You know what, Steve?
What happened at Mar-a-Lago was what happens in third world countries.
I could see it in Venezuela and Colombia and Cuba.
I could see it in dictatorships like Russia and China.
For it to happen here in this country is pretty frightening for two really valid points.
One, it's never happened before.
It was unjustified.
But two, the only reason it happened, it's one very specific reason, and that is because they do not want Trump to run in 2024.
They're doing everything in their power to stop him.
And as I said two days ago, when this happened, what I fear most, what if they can't stop him?
What if they can't stop him?
What if they don't, they can't get a court to arrest him?
You know, in these dictatorships, in these third world countries, what do they do?
They imprison you or they kill you, one or the other.
These guys will go to any length possible to stop you.
steve bannon
I've known you a long time.
Are you being overwrought?
When you said that the other day on Newsmax, you know, people's heads started blowing up and said, Bernie's kind of lost it.
Are you being overwrought in even suggesting that could be a possibility, sir?
bernard kerik
No, I don't think so, Steve.
Look at history.
Look at history around the world.
Look at history in these other countries.
And then look at what's happening here in this country today.
You have the weaponization of our entire criminal justice system targeting a former president of the United States over some inconsequential documents.
Really?
Really?
That's insane.
That is completely insane.
The bottom line is, this is extremely dangerous.
I don't trust anybody in government these days, especially in the Department of Justice and the FBI.
And I got to tell you, Steve, I know a bunch of agents.
I know a lot of lying agents who are terrified.
They're terrified because they're working in an agency that has become so political that it's beyond comprehension.
steve bannon
Bernie Hanger for one second.
Bernie Carrick, former police commissioner under Mayor Rudy Giuliani, is with us.
Mike Davis from Article 3, one of the smartest guys on Capitol Hill about everything in our legal system.
Short commercial break.

Bernie Carrick.
You're an expert in all this.
Tell me about the rate itself.
What struck you as being quite odd, former police commissioner?
bernard kerik
I think a couple things, Steve.
Some of the stuff I've seen and reports I've read What were all the backpacks for on the FBI agents?
What were they taking into the compound?
Where were the evidence bags that came out?
Where's the inventory of the items removed, which they have to put together and they're supposed to provide to the target, the target of the search warrant?
Also, the AG and the FBI mandates that the agents wear body cams.
Is the footage secure?
I sent a tweet to Congressman Jordan.
Somebody's got to make sure that stuff is preserved.
I have a feeling the body cam footage is going to disappear.
These are all things that somebody's got to look at when they conduct this investigation going forward.
These are things that somebody has to look at.
And I'll say one last thing on the FBI, Steve.
I love the FBI.
I worked with them hand-in-hand through 9-11 and the aftermath of 9-11.
One of the greatest agencies the world ever put together.
That's changed.
They need to revamp it.
They need to abolish the executive staff from the ground up.
steve bannon
It can't be saved.
It can't be saved, Bernie.
As an Irish Catholic kid growing up in Richmond, Virginia, The Irish Catholic guys they had at the FBI were the best people in the world.
The FBI has done so much, particularly, not just the mob, but in communism, right, going after the communists.
Amazing.
The legacy of the FBI and these people have trashed it so badly, it's a systemic problem.
The only way it could possibly be saved, which I don't think is there, of enough agents and enough people that actually love it, What it used to be can come forward.
It's in your hands to save the FBI.
It's in your hands.
Because I'm going to tell you, we're coming so hard, you have no earthy idea what we're going to do to get to the bottom of your corruption, and quite frankly, your criminality.
Okay?
So Ray, all of it.
Merrick Garland, and by the way, in this case, Ron Klain absolutely knew about the Chief of Staff.
There is zero probability.
Zero.
Okay, zero probability the White House did not know about this.
Merrick Garland not in a billion years would ever authorize that.
Bernie, you agree with that?
bernard kerik
Listen, there's no way.
One, Garland had to approve it, and two, he had to tell the President.
Normally, you have to tell the president or whoever is in charge of the White House, the president may not be that guy.
He constantly says he answers to someone else.
He's got to get approval to speak.
He's got to do, you know, he's going to ask for permission to speak.
Maybe there's somebody else.
Whoever that somebody else is, whoever dictates what Joe Biden's doing, that person authorized Garland to do this raid.
steve bannon
Okay, Bernie, real quickly, give me all your social media so people can get to you.
bernard kerik
Bernard Carrick across the board, Getter Truth, Twitter, Facebook, Bernard Carrick.
steve bannon
Okay, Bernie, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on here.
Let's go to, let's go to Mike Davis.
Mike, uh, before I talk about Mike, I want to talk about the raid first.
We're trying to clear up some time here cause I gotta spend some more time with you.
We'll get to the Leticia James thing in a second.
Give me your assessment, brother.
You've been up there.
You were a clerk for Gorsuch.
You were Grassley's right-hand man.
You know how the system works.
You have relationships with many people that when they hear the name War Room, spit right on the floor.
So you're kind of the connective tissue here, but give me your assessment of this raid, sir.
unidentified
This raid was completely unnecessary and likely unlawful.
When you do a raid you have to, that's a last resort when you're going in, especially a home raid, especially a home raid of a former president.
This is unprecedented.
What you do when you when you have a records dispute with a former president and the National Archives is you negotiate and if it can't get resolved through negotiation, maybe you alert Congress.
Maybe you go to a court and file a civil lawsuit.
Maybe you do a subpoena but to go right to a home raid.
of a former president is beyond the pale.
It crosses the red line.
This is part of a bigger pattern by this Biden Justice Department to take out Trump.
So he cannot be a rival to President Biden in 2024.
steve bannon
We know from what the attorneys are saying that they've been in constant communication.
They thought they were in compliance.
They told them to put a bolt on the door.
They were going back and forth and supposedly fully engaged according to what we know from Trump's lawyers.
So just walk people then through what the steps would be before you would go thermonuclear with a home raid of a former president of these United States, sir.
unidentified
Well, you wouldn't unless they're dead bodies in Mar-a-Lago.
So let's just put that out there right out front.
But what you would do is you would have the General Counsel of the National Archives work with the office of former President Trump.
He has staff that's provided by the federal government. They have security clearances.
They have office space. They have secure facilities called skiffs for classified materials.
It is routine for a president to leave the White House with boxes. It he didn't. President Trump didn't pack his own boxes.
Someone packed his boxes for him. And sometimes, you know, they over classify everything in the government. And the National Archives thinks that everything is a presidential record and they're entitled to everything. So that's what Trump is up against. And so he leaves.
There are these boxes, these 15 boxes. National Archives works with President Trump's office.
Mike, hang on a second.
steve bannon
I'm going to hold you through the break.
I've got to get to the bottom of this.
Investigate, litigate, incarcerate.
That's the mantra.
We're coming and we're coming hard.
Short commercial break.
Mike Davis on the other side.
unidentified
It's all started, everything's begun, and you are over.
Cause we're taking down the CCP.
