To our children of the fatherland, the day of glory has arrived.
Against us from the pyramid, the bloody banners are raised.
The banners are raised high!
Do you hear in the countryside These ferocious soldiers roar?
they come into our arms, to feed our sons, our companions.
Citizens, form your battalions, marching, marching, Qu'un sang impur, un rêve oscillant, Aux armes citoyennes, sont mouillées aux bataillons.
Chant. | ||
Let's go! | ||
Yeah! | ||
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
Let's go! | ||
the next one. And we'll see you then.
And we'll see you then. | ||
Marchons! | ||
Qu'un sangue pur est révolution!
Aux hommes citoyens, formez vos bataillons!
Marchons! | ||
Marchons! | ||
Quelle sainture et révélation Aux hommes citoyens, formez vos bataillons Marchons, marchons Quelle sainture et révélation
L'amour sacré de la patrie Conduit, soutient nos ravageurs Liberté, liberté chérie Converse avec les défenseurs of the homeland, that we support him with our arms.
Liberty, liberty, dear, that we go with the defenders, that we go with the defenders.
Under our flags, may victory run so fast that your desperate enemies see your triumph and our glory.
To other citizens, form your battalions, let's march, let's march, let's go to the ocean.
To other citizens, form your battalions, let's march, let's march,
Welcome to Thursday, 14 July, Year of the Roller 2022.
We obviously commemorate All Day by Steel Day as a tradition here.
We used to do it at Breitbart Radio and of course here in the War Room.
For those that are not on the podcast, the radio, the moving black and white images there are from, I think it's Tale of Two Cities, the silent version.
Very stunning and put to, I think, the most played version of the French National Anthem.
Let's bring in Boris Epstein, the French, the revolutionaries.
Remember, the French Revolution was triggered because of their financing of the American Revolution.
It was paying off the debt, right?
Just like the American Revolution was triggered by the French and Indian War paying off the, wait for it, the debt.
It was all about the taxes.
Who's gonna pay for it? | ||
Who's gonna pay for this?
The debt we accumulated in Parliament and the crown for the French and Indian war, which was the seven year war, the American, the American extension of that.
Then later, the French essentially underwrote the American revolution as part of their long conflict with the United Kingdom.
And when the bills came due for that, they had to figure out, well, we got to, you know, increase taxes like they had to do in the American colonies.
And guess what? | ||
Next thing you know, revolution starts.
Three hundred trillion dollars.
What did I say in the morning show?
We're going to have Ben Harnwell and Dave Walsh up at with Joe Kent up at six o'clock.
We're going to talk about I called it at eleven o'clock this morning that the Italian government was going to fall.
Right. | ||
And all the oh, no, they're going to work up a boom at one o'clock in the afternoon, our time.
Draghi hands in his resignation.
They're trying to keep it together.
The only reason they're trying to keep it together, if they have to go out to the hustings today, what's going to happen to the establishment in Italy is exactly what's going to happen to the Democrats in November.
And part of this is driven by the Ukraine war, but what the Ukraine war has brought forward is these radical, the new theology.
The high church of the left, the high church is, it's a pagan religion, it's Gaia.
It's the worship of the earth.
They call it global warming or climate change, whatever they're gonna call it.
Greta Thunberg is the high priestess.
But you've got all these other guys, no science, no evidence, no data.
Sorry, they're gonna all melt down now.
And you're going to kill hundreds of millions of people here are gonna starve to death.
Hundred billions right now 1 billion people in the world don't have the electricity we had in 1910.
2.4 billion do not have the electricity the United States had in 1920.
1.5, as Jason Trenner said this morning, 1.5 billion people today do not have, throughout the world, do not have regular electricity.
and they're the most rational actors in this.
As the French government has essentially fallen, Macron's been blown up by his nationwide parliamentary elections.
So he's kind of been stopped just like the Republicans will stop Biden.
Boris Johnson, they're looking for a new prime minister.
The Italian government has essentially fallen.
The only way they'll stagger through till next year is because they don't wanna face the voters today who are furious.
Yesterday, the president, look at this, The last time the Germans had deep social unrest was the Weimar Republic.
in September, October, we're going to have a choice between food and electricity.
The Germans today came out and said, we're going to have to subsidize natural gas because we're going to have social unrest.
Boris, you're a guy that is steeped in history.
The last time the Germans had deep social unrest was the Weimar Republic.
It didn't turn out too well, did it?
Probably not the best, and assuredly not great for my people, who were massacred and slaughtered by the millions.
And, you know, six million Jews, millions and millions of others, World War II wrought on the world because of unrest.
The significance of what's happening in Europe, Steve, cannot be overstated because it has such broad reach.
And it also shows the impact of a complete lack of any real American leadership.
You know, America has stepped completely back.
The energy crisis is unfolding because of that, because of the fact that America went from energy independent under President Donald J. Trump to energy dependent under feckless, illegitimate Joe Biden.
And we've got the disaster in the Ukraine.
We're coming up on the anniversary of one of the, if not the worst military disasters in American history.
Well, definitely the worst since the Bay of Pigs.
In Afghanistan. | ||
At least the Bay of Pigs was an offensive maneuver that failed miserably and was terrible.
This was something that was so unnecessary.
Not a retreat. | ||
Not a retreat. | ||
A retreat. | ||
A retreat. | ||
What happened in Afghanistan was a disgusting, sad, embarrassing retreat that was then made so much worse by sending in brave but effectively defenseless young men and women and leaving them to slaughter in Afghanistan.
So this is the Right now is a time that definitely reminds me, as we study history, of the 1910s, but also of the late 1920s and 1930s all across the world.
We've got huge economic problems.
The markets are in turmoil.
You've got weakness in America, and you've got rising dictatorial regimes, especially with the Chinese Communist Party.
He's over there to kowtow to the Saudis.
Tell me about your streak, guy.
Tell me about the 11.3% producer, which none of them were expecting.
I thought it was going to be like nine and a half.
11.3%, sir. | ||
Tell me about that. | ||
Well, they thought that the CPI was going to be in the eights, and they thought that the PPI was going to be somewhere in 10, 11.
But that's absolutely not what happened.
And Joe Biden is, as you said, kowtowing to the Saudis, who he had said, I'm not going to deal with MBS.
First of all, everybody knows he doesn't know who MBS is.
I'm not going to deal with them.
But the Saudis, eh, you know, buddy, you're going to have to deal with who you're going to deal with who we tell you to deal with.
And guess why? | ||
Because Joe Biden, the terrible, pathetic, feckless, disgusting Democrats are doing exactly what you said, Steve.
They are praying and bowing down to this pagan god of theirs.
And that's why they were forced by the Green New Deal and other nonsense to cancel the Keystone XL pipeline.
And to shut down Americans and American energy independence.
This inflation is 1,000% gas-driven.
That's what it's all about.
President Trump dealt with gas prices, drove them all the way down.
Actually, they were too low at some point, and they had to be popped up a little bit for the continued economic strength of the American economy, because we became a net energy exporter.
Full spectrum, full spectrum energy, full spectrum energy dominance, full spectrum energy dominance.
It's a tough day today. | ||
And, you know, deepest condolences and thoughts to the whole Trump family.
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
I know you're going to mention that in a second, but I want to mention.
No, no, no. | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
Because I want to play a clip on folks that don't mind.
Ivana, Ivana Trump passed away today.
In a personal moment. | ||
OK. | ||
Just for those of you who watch the show and don't necessarily agree with us, okay?
And I'm thankful for all of you.
There's no doubt about it.
I'm thankful for everybody who wants to take in the information that we put out.
And Steve, I'm so honored to be here and be a small part of this unbelievable historic program.
Just stop for a second. | ||
If you're still out there questioning, you know, hey, where's this country versus it was two years ago, just stop yourselves and look back to 18, 19 months ago and where we are now.
And energy is a place where it is as stark a contrast as any.
And let your personal distaste or personal triggerness, let all that go.
And just focus on the facts.
And the facts are clear that we need President Donald Trump more than ever before.
Let's play the clip. | ||
Ivana Trump passed away today, the mother of three of the Trump show.
Let's go ahead and play that.
unidentified
|
The Trump family, Donald Trump specifically, announcing on his Truth Social platform that his first wife, Ivana Trump, has died.
Mr. Trump, the former president, calling Ivana his first wife, quote, a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman who led a great and inspirational life, saying it is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ivana.
Remember, she's the mother to the former president's oldest children, Ivanka, Don Jr., Eric.
The Czech-born woman met the future president while working in New York as a fashion model in the late 1970s.
As we mentioned, she was mom to Don Jr., to Ivanka, to Eric, and a grandmother to their combined 10 children.
During her marriage to former President Trump, she also took on big roles in the Trump Organization, which at the time managed the family's real estate holdings.
She was 73 years old. | ||
Mem, just a moment of reflection here, given this news that is developing here this hour.
Yeah, obviously the former president's first wife and longest tenured wife, if you want to put it that way.
The mother of the former first children in the White House.
It's worth noting, Hallie, and you know this as well as anybody, that the former president did have warm relations with his former wife.
They were still in contact over the years and she was still involved in the family life here.
But obviously, condolences going out to the former president, to his family, at the loss of Ivana Trump now.
Boris, you're very close to the children and to the family.
Give us your thoughts. | ||
It's a very difficult day.
And Ivana Trump was a wonderful woman, a groundbreaker, a leader, and somebody who will absolutely be sorely missed.
And, you know, I thought President Trump's statement really said it the best anybody could.
So, you know, me, my family, and I know the War Room posse, Steve, and all of us wish the whole Trump family strength Wish them, you know, confidence and wish for them warm memories of this person who they love so much.
And as we say in our religion and with our people, may her memory be a blessing.
By the way, very unexpected too, right?
Supposedly cardiac arrest, but... Very unexpected.
All the signs were very vivacious, vital, very energetic.
A very vibrant moment, yes.
She was at the inauguration, if you remember, Steve.
unidentified
|
She was at the inauguration in 2017.
Somebody will be missed.
Part of the kids and grandkids' life.
Okay, short break, back with Boris in a moment.
unidentified
|
After confirming what you already know, prices for just about everything continue to rise.
Producer prices jumped 11.3% in June from a year ago.
Inflation for consumers has reached a 40-year high, driven in large part by rising gas prices.
Joining us now is the personal finance expert, Jean Chatzky.
She is the CEO of hermoney.com and host of the Her Money podcast.
Jean, we need you to help with her money, his money, their money, everybody's money, because inflation is so high.
Something you gotta buy.
You gotta buy food. | ||
You have to get to work. | ||
You have to have a place to live.
So help us how to spend less when shopping for groceries.
Sure. | ||
So groceries go on sale.
And if you're an active grocery shopper, you may have realized this, but they go on sale on kind of a six week cycle.
So every six weeks you can count on chicken breasts or ground beef.
or your favorite brand of cereal going on sale.
The trick is to stock your pantry, load up on those items, stock your freezer when they're on sale.
And during the rest of the time, just buy the perishables.
That'll bring grocery prices way down.
So will those tricks that you use during the pandemic.
Make a list. | ||
Stick to your list. | ||
Cook more than you eat out.
It all works together to bring your prices down.
And eat your leftovers.
We throw away so much food in this country.
That alone can save you a bundle.
And if you stock up, that means fewer trips to the grocery store.
Maybe you save a few pennies on gas.
Gas is coming down, though.
Forty cents in the last month or so.
Still high. | ||
Average about $4.61 per gallon for regular.
How do we save at the pump?
Well, again, we save by driving less.
We save by recognizing that if you've got a loyalty card to your grocery store, it may come with points that help you earn money off gas, or you may have a credit card that works the exact same way.
But the thing that you can control the most is actually the number of trips that you make out of the house, or whether you are carpooling.
I know it sounds like Here's Biden's America.
You feel your life getting smaller and tinier minute by minute?
Eat your leftovers, drive less, move around more, stay in your house more.
I hope everybody under 40 sees exactly what's happening.
Your life is becoming smaller every day because of their actions, not your actions.
Can you work any harder?
Could you put any more in?
Could you do more? | ||
Maybe on the tiny margin, but hey, you're fully engaged, fully deployed, fully at it.
Their actions have destroyed your economic life.
Full stop, Boris. | ||
And now they're lecturing you.
Eat your leftovers. | ||
You know, eat your leftovers.
Have fewer meals. | ||
That's all fine. | ||
By the way, we should do that.
That's good stewardship.
Yes, you should do that.
You shouldn't throw food away.
You should, you know, eat fewer meals.
You should bite more, all that.
But that's your decisions.
That's your choices. | ||
Not that you have to do it, because your economic life is shrinking around you.
Making America great head is full-spectrum energy dominant.
And anything they have to say that doesn't get to energy first, they're lying to you.
They're spinning you. | ||
Boris Epstein. | ||
I'll agree, you know, I do agree that not finishing your plate is bad.
Now, my nutritionist doesn't agree with that, but yes, you gotta eat your food, you know, eat your leftovers.
This is such nonsense, ladies and gentlemen.
This is the United States of America, okay?
When I was a kid in communist Russia, I remember, somebody brought back those American Kraft singles, okay, that are packaged in little plastic, and I thought that was like the greatest thing I'd ever seen.
I literally thought this was a better invention than the printing press, because it's the promise of America.
You got a little cheese, and it's all wrapped up.
It's awesome, okay? | ||
America is supposed to be the land of abundance.
It's supposed to be the land of eat what you want, go have a good time, enjoy yourself.
And even if you don't have that much money, you know, we came over, we barely had anything.
And you still could have a nice meal and enjoy yourself and have a good time and laugh and smile at the promise and the beauty of the United States by God America.
But these idiots are doing all they can to ruin it for us.
And when I say these idiots, let me name some names, okay?
Joe Biden, Pete Buttigieg, Janet Yellen, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Shifty Schiff, and the rest of them.
Oh, and by the way, they want you to focus on some nonsense that they're putting together and splicing together with this crap at the J6 committee.
But that's not gonna work.
And no matter, no matter how much CNN says, oh, the gas prices are down, wrong.
Gas prices are not down.
The gas prices are up, you idiots!
The gas prices are through the roof.
That's why you've got some lady on there telling you to finish your meals and bike more.
And Steve, if I ever see you on a bike, our friendship's gonna have to have a retraction, okay?
We're gonna have to have a conversation.
I better not see you on any bikes.
unidentified
|
Big. | |
Okay? | ||
And no helmets. | ||
No helmets, I promise. | ||
No helmets. | ||
That's not on brand. | ||
I'm not a bike guy. | ||
I'm not a bike guy. | ||
Rasputin took like 37,000... Rubber Spear!
Rubber... It's Bastille Day.
Rubber Spear didn't have a bike.
No way. | ||
No bikes. | ||
Rasputin Dantone wasn't riding around on a bike, okay?
unidentified
|
You know, sipping champagne in front... That's just not what it is!
No, that's absurd. | ||
That's not who we are. | ||
I know what you guys are polling.
unidentified
|
I know. | |
I'm not taking my face off the palm either.
Hang on. | ||
Hang on. | ||
I like... We love Mediate.
They do a great job of following all the shows.
Let's play this morning.
I want your commentary on this.
Well, Steve, good to be with you.
morning show ahead. The economist, the great Steve Moore was on. It was a little early.
I think it was on the West Coast a little early. Let's play that. Let's play. The media caught us in action on the morning show. Let's play it. This is not what they have done is not easy to turn around. I mean, this is a catastrophe. Steve Moore. Well, Steve, good to be with you. I just listen with fascination to your great discussion with Jason Tanner.
unidentified
|
And I agree with just about everything that Jason said. I actually think, you know, I am so frustrated right now because I really believe if Trump, if the American people had not made such a big mistake in November, and I think people recognize they did. I really think there's no. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
You mean, not fighting hard enough to make sure that we got to the steel?
Dude, you're in the War Room.
Hold on, stop, stop. | ||
You mean we didn't fight hard enough to make sure that we got the big steel?
Let's leave that aside.
We'll put a pin in your head.
unidentified
|
Let's keep going. | |
Okay, I know. | ||
You still want to go on Fox, I got it.
unidentified
|
So hold it. | |
The illegitimate regime, the illegitimate regime that's there, their policies, do you see any rationality or logic of what they have done, sir?
unidentified
|
That was the point I was getting at, Steve.
Among my producers, they get a prep guest, they get a prep people before he came on.
Boris Epstein, Steve Moore lost the plot, did he not, sir?
I'm not sure Steve ever had the plot.
Love Steve. | ||
Love the, you know, the old-school economics and all that.
But come on, man. | ||
Get with the program. | ||
Get with today. | ||
Get with the reality. | ||
And the Mediaite guys, good job!
Good job calling it out, okay?
And by the way, you are, to Mediaite and to Media Matters and everything, you are now in a War Room vortex.
You're on War Room, where we're showing clips from War Room and talking about clips from War Room, okay?
unidentified
|
It's War Room. | |
You're playing checkers, okay?
Don't bring in that nonsense into the war room.
Don't be too self-referential.
Quickly, the reason of this, he was saying that people are regretting it.
We're saying, hey, there were never 81 million votes because the polling's so atrocious.
There's more polling out today.
Boris, get us up to speed on where Biden and the Democrats stand.
Yahoo! | ||
poll came out this morning.
18% of Americans want Joe Biden to run again, and that's where his approval is.
We know we're in the single digits.
We've been saying for over a year, we're getting there, and we're there, ladies and gentlemen.
We are in the single digits on Joe Biden.
Only 35% of Democrats want this guy to run again.
He's done. | ||
He is toast. | ||
Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom is walking around the White House saying he's there to see the First Lady, while Joe Biden is in the Middle East, embarrassing himself.
And by the way, so offensive.
Yesterday he said, we have to uphold the quote-unquote honor of the Holocaust.
Hey Joe, get your stuff right, okay?
I know you don't know what day it is or what year it is, but at least have some respect at Yad Vashem.
Disgusting. | ||
Meanwhile, you got Gavin Newsom without a jacket doing his best Reagan impersonation gallivanting around the White House.
Something's off, buddy.
Something's wrong for Joe Biden in this picture.
Let me ask you about, particularly Israel, you know, President Trump worked out the deal with the Saudis and the Israelis and the UAE and all that.
President Trump moved the embassy.
That was huge. | ||
move the embassy, first thing, boom, sign it, let's go.
Tell me about this Iran situation.
I can't, this was John Kerry's beat, Joe Biden's weaken Iran.
Walk me through what they're trying to do in Iran.
It looks to me like Iran's getting ready to make some nuclear weapons, sir.
President Trump moved the embassy, that was huge.
He recognized the goal in heights, that was huge.
The biggest thing President Trump did was push back hard, hard on Iran.
Taking out Soleimani and making it clear to Iran that any step toward a nuclear program was absolutely unacceptable and would be punishable with the most extreme measures.
While Joe Biden and another bike rider, John Kerry, oh, this is all great, it's going to work out, we'll just give them nuclear weapons.
By the way, Joe Biden got faced today.
The Prime Minister of Israel, I believe it was Lapid, said, hey, talk isn't going to stop the Iranians.
Only action and threat of military action is going to stop Iran from becoming nuclear.
So Joe Biden getting embarrassed by one of the oldest, most staunchest allies of the U.S., Israel, right to his face there on holy ground.
How humiliating is it that he's going to prostate himself in front of the House of Saud, sir, before we go to break?
It's humiliating because of the way he's going to do it.
He said he wasn't going to do it.
Now he's going out there begging.
That's exactly what Biden's going to do.
And you know, he's going to embarrass himself.
It's going to be like today when he was trying to shake hands with nobody with, you know, with thin air.
This guy's a disaster. | ||
Our country's in free fall.
We need President Donald J. Trump back as soon as possible.
And the latest, Jan 20, 2025.
You know, the media doesn't show, poor Phil Mickelson's over at the Open Championship at St.
Andrews. | ||
Don't show him at all for the 11 hours of coverage.
Not one thing of Phil Mickelson.
A very little Ian Poulter, DJ.
Any of the guys doing the live golf with the Saudis are essentially banished.
Where's the same hate on what Biden's doing with the House of Saud?
You don't see anything like what they're putting the live golf guys.
He said he wasn't going to press them.
unidentified
|
He said he wasn't going to press them on Qatar.
Yeah, who? | ||
Khashoggi who? | ||
Right, they forgot all about that.
Okay, short break. | ||
Hang on for a second, Boris.
unidentified
|
Got Carmichael next in The War Room.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, CNN's big lead story is they got this, what, 72-page report, Boris, that totally refutes all of Trump's assertions or his assertions on the election.
We're going to go through that and offer these guys to come up and go mano-a-mano as we go through that.
Boris, I know you're looking at it, and some other people, and Navarro, other people are going through it and getting it out to the Finchhams and to all the guys in the States.
Mike Lindell has been fighting this fight all across the country, got booted from the big box stores, including Walmart.
Now, the sheets, the queens are $39.98, normally over $100.
The twins are $29.98, but go to MyPillow.com, promo code WARM.
We've got all the sales right there.
You've got the buy one get one free, you've got the slippers, all of it.
Go check it out today. | ||
Remember, Mike Lindell is never going to back off this fight, and either Are we?
Yesterday, we had a new sponsor, Carmichael.
I got such incredible feedback on this that people wanted to do it again.
So, Carm, tell us about Soul Tea.
Why is it important? | ||
Tell us what it's done for you, and why should people, particularly the concentration of this versus green tea, why is it important for our audience to go check this out?
Thanks very much. | ||
And by the way, I was listening to the earlier segment, and one thing I will say is, Conservatives already eat their leftovers.
We don't waste things. | ||
It's liberals that throw away food.
So, that's why the CNN people were speaking to their own folks.
But on Salty, we've been producing the main ingredient, the active ingredient in Salty for 18 years.
And it's a concentration of Theaflavin at 22.5%.
We have science on it, we did clinical trials, and it lowers, in our clinical trials, it lowered cholesterol 17% on average.
In my case, it lowered my bad cholesterol 18 years ago from 130 to 89, and it's been under 100 ever since.
And I'm 73 years old, my cholesterol's in great shape, my blood pressure's 115 over 80, and I take zero prescription drugs.
unidentified
|
And here's kind of something that's interesting.
There's 700,000 people a year who die from heart disease.
Most of the time that's from a straight up heart attack.
There are a million and a half heart attacks a year.
You know, if you get COVID, there's a good chance you've got the sniffles or something like that.
But a heart attack is serious.
And just a few factoids on our heart and our cardiovascular system.
There are 100,000 miles of veins in a human body.

Is Ken Paxson on? | ||
unidentified
|
Okay, look. | |
Ken Paxson, the always hard-charging and fighting Attorney General of the great state of Texas.
Ken, I walked through the day because the liberals are in full meltdown.
Are you first asking me if liberals misinterpreted something?
So you can walk through what today in the life of Ken Paxson was that you did to trigger people sir?
unidentified
|
Are you first asking me if liberals misinterpreted something?
Because I don't know how to answer that.
So no, look, we are just defending our laws.
Particularly if it's Ken Paxton, they would never misinterpret anything that Ken Paxton did.
Since you've sued the Biden regime, you know, like 9,000 times, but in fact, your opponent, the Bush guy, his big pitch at the end was, I promise I'm gonna sue the Biden regime less.
I don't know if that's a winning message in the great state of Texas, but go ahead, Ken.
unidentified
|
Apparently not. | |
So no, look, we are just defending our laws.
This is an attempt by the Biden administration to end run our abortion laws.
We had Roe v. Wade over here.
We fought to do that. | ||
And now it's up to every state to determine what their laws are.
They're trying to use this Emergency Treatment and Active Labor Act to basically force doctors and hospitals to perform abortions when that act was never intended to do that.
It was only intended to make sure that if there was an emergency that hospitals couldn't turn away non-paying patients.
It was never designed to tell a doctor under penalty of some type of fine or hospital losing Medicare funding. It was never designed to tell them what type of treatment to do with any type of treatment or any type of issue. So Ken, just explain to the audience what I know they're trying to do executive orders and all this.
They did an executive order that basically said you can go to an emergency room and have this procedure done.
Is that what they're trying?
That's how they're trying to get around the Roe v. Wade?
Make it something that's got to be done in an emergency room if you show up?
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
Basically, if you show up and you ask for an abortion, it seems from this executive order that these doctors will be forced to perform an abortion in states.
Where it's a violation of state law.
So they put these doctors and hospitals in a horrible situation, you know, between federal law and state law and it's untenable and, you know, we can't let it stay for sure.
So what did you do? | ||
Are you going to go, you're going, looking for an injunction or are you just saying that they misinterpreted the law and it's not going to take effect in Texas?
unidentified
|
Oh no, we want, we want to enjoin it because we don't want it.
We don't want there to be this conflict where doctors and hospitals are put in a very terrible situation where they're They're violating their federal law or state law.
That can't coexist. | ||
We have to strike down this executive order, which is illegally provided by the Biden administration to protect state law and protect our doctors and the health of our women and our babies.
What's the next step here?
Are you joining today? | ||
When are you going to get a hearing?
Are you asking for an emergency hearing or just walking through the process?
unidentified
|
Yeah, so we'll ask for a quick turnaround on this, because obviously this is an executive order that goes into effect quickly.
And so we don't want this conflict going on.
So we're going to ask for the injunction to stop it.
And then, of course, you know, we'll get the appeal of the Fifth Circuit.
We'll get the appeal of the U.S.
Supreme Court, no matter who wins or loses.
And then at some point, we'll come back and argue the merits of this.
And I think, I mean, I'd be shocked if we weren't successful in the end.
It's a surprise you they had protesters outside the houses of the Supreme Court Justice last night.
Has it shocked you that the Biden regime is, particularly it's DOJ, you've got a Supreme Court ruling, but they just blatantly come out and say, we don't, we didn't buy it.
We don't agree with it. | ||
And we're going to do everything we do.
We're going to do essentially workarounds.
What you're talking about, the executive order, it's a workaround and they're going to constantly do this.
Did that shock you about the rule of law and about how you should, when the Supreme Court rules, they rule?
unidentified
|
No, I've seen them do this with, you know, immigration.
I've seen them do this with all types of issues.
They don't have respect for the Constitution.
Their role as the executive branch, and they view their powers way beyond what the executive branch has a lot to do with the Constitution.
They have no respect for federal law.
They have no respect for state law.
They want to rule by edict and by executive order.
For them, it's more like a monarchy or some type of You know, ruling elite or ruling oligarchy.
This is not about the Constitution.
They could care less about it.
It's clear from everything they've done since he's been president that they have no respect for the rule of law and they view themselves as the final authority on almost anything that they decide.
General Paxson, what percentage of time, all the issues you've got in Texas, everything you're working on, what percentage of time in your day is taken up by you having to confront the Biden regime?
unidentified
|
It's significant. | |
I mean, it's a significant portion of what we have to deal with.
We don't want it to be that way.
We have, you know, we have 38,000 or so lawsuits going in the state of Texas with my office, but these are so important.
They're about fundamental rights.
They're about the Constitution.
They're about First Amendment, Second Amendment, Fourth Amendment.
They're about all of these issues that really do matter.
If we don't fight an overreaching executive branch that wants to just run the country without any help, then we're going to We couldn't find ourselves without the freedoms that our founders wanted us to have.
General Paxson, how do people follow you on social media?
How do they follow you on your campaign site?
How do people get to know more about you?
unidentified
|
KenPaxson.com is our website and then at KenPaxsonTX is Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Attorney General Paxson from Texas, thank you very much for clearing that up, sir.
It's got to be a big story.
It's going viral right now.
So thank you very much for coming on.
unidentified
|
Hey, thanks for having me on.
I'm glad to explain. | ||
Thank you, sir. | ||
Ken Paxson. | ||
Look, it's a, as we call it, it's a 30-front war.
The situation with the Roe v. Wade is going to be every day.
I mean, they're open about it.
They're going to try to do every workaround in the world.
So it's going to be this, the Roe v. Wade thing is going to be quite intense.
Right, trying to get Terry Schilling back on tomorrow morning to talk about it, Liz, your others.
Okay, short commercial break.
We're going to go to, was it Joe from Scranton?
We're going to go to back to Pennsylvania.
See how folks are doing there with the PPI at what, 11.3%, CPI at over nine.
How's the economy working out for the folks back in, is it Joe Biden's hometown?
At least that's what he reports to me.
Not the corporate capital that is Wilmington, Delaware.
Short break, back in a moment.
I'm helmet Jim Bognet, runner for Congress.

He's going to talk about my Getter Free.
We're going to pull stuff off and talk about the fall of Italy.
And also Dave Walsh is going to be on to talk about global energy.
Let's go to Jim Bognet right now.
Jim, how's energy working out?
How's the economy working out around Joe, in Northeast Pennsylvania, particularly around Joe from Scranton's hometown, supposedly, sir?
unidentified
|
It is working out horribly, Steve.
I mean, the Biden-Cartwright-Pelosi economy is an attack on the working class in America.
These inflation numbers, over 9% on CPI and 11 on PPI, $5 gasoline, $7 diesel, is a regressive tax on the working men and women in Northeast Pennsylvania.
We have some of the most expensive gasoline in all of Pennsylvania.
And my opponent, Matt Cartwright, he's not doing anything about it.
Steve, he's up with a TV ad saying him and Joe Biden are going to fix gas prices.
They're the ones who got us into this pickle.
They're the ones that are destroying the American working class.
We have grocery store shelves half empty.
You go to some of our gas stations, you have people that look like they're about to cry at the pump.
My family's in construction.
It costs $132 to fill up our trucks when we want to send out carpenters and laborers to build schools and houses here in Northeast Pennsylvania.
It's an absolute disaster.
And Joe Biden and Matt Cartwright They are to blame for this.
They won't take responsibility.
But guess what, Steve? | ||
In 117 days, we're going to save America and throw these bums out of Congress.
Jim, just quick, how does Cartwright, what does he put forward that he and Biden are going to do?
Because it's their policies that got us in this, Jim.
So when they say they're going to fix it, specifically, what are they talking about?
unidentified
|
They are going to attack oil companies and profiteers and gas stations.
Well, as you know, Steve, most of the local gas stations are owned by small business owners, many of them legal immigrants to this country.
The oil and gas companies provide hundreds of thousands of jobs in Pennsylvania.
We need more drilling. | ||
We need more American energy.
But it's a typical liberal, you know, game of three-card Monty.
Blame anyone but themselves.
Don't blame Joe Biden for shutting down the Keystone XL pipeline.
Don't blame Matt Cartwright for signing on to AOC's Uh, crazy green rod deal for America.
These people are so out of touch.
They don't have the first clue on how to fix the economy.
They put Northeast Pennsylvania into a ditch, but we're getting the message out.
Even people in, uh, Joe Biden's quote unquote hometown of Scranton are getting the message that the Biden Cartwright economy is killing us and we're going to make a change.
But here's what I don't understand.
The people now, cause his approval, his approval is, uh, His approval is at 18%, a right track wrong tax now, like 82%, I'm guessing.
And Cartwright, these guys are going to cut him loose and try to run on their own.
The people in Northeast Pennsylvania understand it's the Democratic Party.
It's not just Biden, as hapless as he is.
Cartwright and Pelosi are the problem.
Because they're going to try to cut this and say, oh, it's just Biden and he shouldn't run again.
He shouldn't run. | ||
It's not about that. | ||
It's about taking these guys out at the polls on November 8th.
Do folks understand that Cartwright and Pelosi are probably even a bigger problem than Joe Biden?
unidentified
|
Well, Cartwright and Pelosi for the last 10 years and Cartwright's case for the last 35 years, since I was 12 years old in Pelosi's case, they're the ones who created these problems.
You know, all of our manufacturing has left for other countries under Pelosi and Cartwright.
They are the originators of this problem.
Cartwright's voted with Pelosi 99.5% of the time, Biden 100% of the time.
They are the authors of our misery.
And I'll tell you, man, some of the economy is in misery in Northeast Pennsylvania.
You go into downtown Scranton, unfortunately, there are areas that are totally being destroyed by illegal immigration.
My hometown of Hazelden, Pennsylvania, the illegal immigration that's been allowed by Biden and Cartwright and Pelosi.
Has really destroyed the quality of life in large parts of the really beautiful town I grew up in.
Can't walk around in certain areas of it.
We're the fentanyl and heroin capital of Northeast PA.
I'm angry about it. | ||
I'm disgusted about it.
I'd tell your listeners, go to bognetforcongress.com to hear our plans to stop it.
But it starts with getting a new Congress made up of America first Republicans in both the House and the Senate.
And then we'll get the country in shape for 2024 when we can take back America.
Jim, let's have that, I want to have the campaign site one more time.
What is it? | ||
