But you know, there are a lot of people looking at this, especially with this new strain.
I can't even keep up with a doctor or even know if I'm pronouncing it right, this BA 2.75 or what have you.
It always seems to be mutating.
It always seems to be spreading.
And yet the collective view of the world is we are over this.
Time to move on.
Time to live our lives.
Time to fly again.
We're no longer forcing those who are coming in from other countries that they've either been vaccinated or testing negative for the virus itself.
So how do you feel about all this?
anthony fauci
Well, we are certainly not over it.
And I think that, you know, people have an understandable desire to put this in the rearview mirror and say we're through with it.
But that's just not the reality.
steve bannon
Okay, that was the French parliament.
We've got Jerome Revere.
Thank you very much from the European Parliament.
You haven't been kicked out of the European Parliament?
jerome riviere
No, we still have democracy, so it's the voters that decide.
steve bannon
Okay, fine.
We're going to get to all that.
But tell us, before I bring Malone in, because we've got this thing with Fauci's now back on the scene.
What was that yesterday in the front?
That was Front National plus the left-wing Populist Party voting against medical tyranny and Macron?
jerome riviere
And some of the Republicans from the former Sarkozy's party, they voted against this stupid law.
They want to be able, Macron wants to have the full powers, and he wants to be able to reinstate, you know, this COVID pass that was required to go in a restaurant, to travel, to do anything.
unidentified
And the national rally... It's a vaccine passport.
jerome riviere
It's a vaccine passport, literally.
steve bannon
And that got overturned.
unidentified
Yeah, he doesn't have the majority anymore and he learned the hard way that some politicians keep their promises.
steve bannon
Exactly, a lot of times you get the majorities here and they crater.
What you saw yesterday was a coalition of many different political philosophies come together to say no more.
jerome riviere
We have to say, the National Rally, where I come from, are the populist national people.
steve bannon
The far-right.
jerome riviere
The far-right, and they will hold, they will be true to their word.
The problem was the far-left, because at the European Parliament, two weeks ago, we had the same vote, and the far-left voted in favor of the past, because they were unsure of themselves, and then we called them out, and they said, oh, we made a mistake, we pushed the wrong button, It was a huge thing, yeah, because you vote with buttons.
And they literally said, we made a mistake.
And they sent a letter to the European Parliament saying, we made a mistake.
But it doesn't change a vote.
steve bannon
It's unbelievable.
jerome riviere
So as we called them out at the European Parliament, yesterday at the National Assembly, they could not make another mistake.
So they had to be true to their word.
And Macron learned the hard way that he doesn't have a majority.
And a majority of the French politicians do not want that.
steve bannon
If you spend time actually in France, you understand that some of the hardest core right-wingers in the world are in France, and I love them, particularly, you know, it's just fantastic people.
They stood up yesterday on the eve of Bastille Day.
jerome riviere
Exactly.
steve bannon
You stood up for freedom.
I'm telling you, this is a shot heard around the world because Macron kind of cruised in.
Macron is the poster boy for this entire thing, and he thought, oh, I'm just going to do this and just get it again, this authorization, and you're back to vaccine passports again, correct?
jerome riviere
Exactly.
Macron won the presidency again with a large margin against Marine Le Pen for many reasons that would need an entire show to discuss.
But what the world didn't see is that he lost the legislative election, which means he does not have a majority in the French Congress.
steve bannon
Well, the War Room saw it.
We followed that closely because now this is what we're going to do here.
It's analogous to what's going to happen this November when we'd have these sweeping victories in the House and shut down Biden.
jerome riviere
Exactly.
But you have to remember that in France, the French president has, even though it doesn't look like it, he has way more power than the U.S.
president.
He can do basically anything he wants.
And for the first time in many, many decades... You want a king?
steve bannon
You want a king or Napoleon?
jerome riviere
It looks like that sometimes.
steve bannon
It definitely looks like that.
Real quickly, I want to get Malone in here.
Dr. Malone.
You know, because you've been all throughout the world now, what a massive victory this is.
And Naomi Wolf, we'll get on her later today.
A massive victory, sir, for what you've been preaching on a global basis.
I know you got an update.
Tony Fauci's back.
The reason it was so great Jerome came in, it was so perfect what happened in France.
Fauci reappears.
And of course, he reappears on my favorite show on Fox News where they're, it's coach pitch.
They're just tossing one softball to the other.
So we asked Dr. Malone to change his travel schedule.
Dr. Malone, you want to go through your presentation of what reality is here.
dr robert malone
Yeah, but first I want to give a shout out to my French friends.
The docs came and protested outside of Paris, also in Marseille a few months ago, and then we got whipped in the election.
I was so glad to see what happened with the legislature, and I'm overjoyed by this vote.
It's the best news I've had today.
So now we have another viewer.
It is absolutely fantastic.
Thank you so much.
Thank you to Europe and the French people.
My heart goes out to those in the Netherlands, the farmers.
But I think the worm has turned.
Really do.
steve bannon
Big time.
This thing you're saying, the reason was it was a coalition of people.
The far left that had voted in the European Parliament, like the far left will vote here, actually saw, hey, your people didn't send you there to have vaccine passports.
And that's where they stood up.
And you had the centrist or the center-right guys, the Gaullists.
jerome riviere
Some of them.
Not all of them, but some of them.
steve bannon
But you're getting some.
dr robert malone
And Steve, Steve, you know.
jerome riviere
That would be very rude.
They grew balls suddenly.
unidentified
We're seeing this now in the States.
dr robert malone
We're seeing the traditional left, the farther left, coming out of the fog of the mass psychosis and the whole locism saying, hey, we've never been for war before.
We've never been for all these globalists.
We've never been for these totalitarian regimes.
What the heck are we doing?
steve bannon
I want to take something back also.
I want to take this back publicly.
I was all over Dr. Malone, because Dr. Malone, when we're sitting here hammering and sweating in the war room, Dr. Malone goes to finish his book on a catamaran in the med, right?
It didn't look at work, but I know you were, every weekend you tell me, hey, I've got all these doctors from France.
They're all coming down.
I'm networking.
I'm pushing the word.
So hold it.
We saw the result, the fruits of your labor of which I didn't, I wasn't quite buying it at the time, Dr. Malone, but now I understand.
Steve, remember, the first time you came in France to talk to the National Rally, you said something that triggered everything.
You're not alone.
And this is what Dr. Malone did too.
together and to happen in the French Parliament, particularly with Macron, he triggers me somehow.
jerome riviere
But Steve, remember the first time you came in France to talk to the national rally, you said something that triggered everything.
You're not alone.
And this is what Dr. Malone did too.
It's a fact of assuring the people that in every country there is the same fight going on, the same desire to be based in freedom, to recover our citizens' rights.
And this is one step.
And I'm glad France is on the forefront of this battle.
And this is a battle that is going to be won in November here in the United States.
But remember, I clearly remember you coming in Lille and screaming, you are not alone.
And this made things happen.
unidentified
Thank you.
dr robert malone
I'm going to be in Belgium in a week.
I'm going to be in Ireland for a week after that.
I'm going to be in Italy in the beginning of September.
This is an international problem we have.
They're attacking us using the same strategies internationally.
And we have to fight the same guerrilla warfare.
And Steve, my hat off to you.
You have taught me so much about how to handle these globalists and their media lapdogs.
steve bannon
Thank you, but it's you guys going out on the hustings and getting on those planes and doing it.
But at the same time, we're seeing now HHS has come out and now they've weaponized Fauci again.
Fauci makes his first thing and they're talking about a new variant.
And hey, this is going to be even worse.
It's going to get terrible.
They see November 8th coming on there and they got to figure out, you know, the last minute they got to slap something together because they're going to get blown out.
And I know as soon as I said to you, this is all spin and nonsense.
So Dr. Malone, walk us through because we want to get over the other side of the hill.
We're winning victories all over the vaccine passports, but they're coming back and Fauci's saying you got to be boosted.
This is going to be, this new variant is going to be worse than ever.
What's the reality, Dr. Robert Malone?
dr robert malone
Oh, and by the way, he's saying, oh, we need to have more home testing.
You remember when Peter Navarro and I said that on your program and we got hammered for it?
It's now the party line.
OK, so let's start off.
How bad is Omicron?
Let's just get to the bottom of this.
How bad is this big, spooky, scary thing for the most of us?
OK, I'm going to quote from the great publication of the left, Business Insider.
I'm told they're all a bunch of communists by people within the industry.
Here's what they say are the symptoms of Omicron.
Its symptoms are similar to past Omicron variants.
This is B8.5.
A sore throat, sneezing and a runny nose.
OK, so this is what they're trying to scare us with.
And they're doing it in a bunch of ways.
But here's the punchline.
We get right to it.
The problem is the data are coming in from all over the world.
The people that are dying and ending up hospitalized with Omicron VA5 are the highly gabbed.
The data from New Zealand is stunning.
They managed to keep the earlier variants out, they gabbed everybody, and now Omicron VA5, which is the escape mutant, it's learned how to avoid the vaccines.
Remember we talked about this so long ago, Steve, and you were kind of spooked by the words, escape mutants.
But here we are reliving it, just like we predicted.
And it is hammering New Zealand because they don't have any natural immunity.
They avoided the earlier circulations.
And here's the sick, sad thing.
The guppies, the FDA and the CDC have already approved and the HHS has purchased three point two billion dollars worth of triple trivalent vaccine that has never been manufactured before.
Will not be clinically tested, will be deployed right before the elections.
And it's probably going to have a higher dose, which means it's going to have more adverse events.
And it is perfectly designed to drive immune imprinting and make people even more susceptible to infection.
The whole problem that's going on here.
And they have got their heads in the sand.
This is the first rule of holes.
When you're in one, stop digging.
Somebody has got to hammer that into their heads.
steve bannon
Stop thinking.
The answer is not.
Slow down.
Slow down.
I want to hit rewind, because we're going to hammer them.
But I want you to go back, and I want you to show the evidence to the audience that the problem here is the highly jabbed.
Walk us through that, because then that gets to the.
dr robert malone
Let's load up the slide deck then, Cameron.
unidentified
OK, we got that.
steve bannon
Just roll.
Yeah.
dr robert malone
OK, so in the first slide here, what I've got is a clip from the Wall Street Journal talking about the hopes of the reprieve being gone.
And just a little screenshot from my own substack about the fear porn, which is a fun thing to read.
But let's move to the next one, the fear porn news cycle.
This originally came out with Eric Topol, whose substacks appointed a COVID expert.
He's actually a cardiologist.
And he's got access to a proprietary data set of testing.
Okay, and he put out this piece about how the incidence of the disease is spiking.
That immediately got converted into this daily beast fear about the most dangerous one yet.
Remember I read you the symptoms?
It's a sore throat and a cold.
Okay, the most dangerous for most of us.
Next slide.
Here's where it looks in the world.
This is a major global database, consolidated from nations all over the world.
And I put it on a log scale that allows me to look at both the incidence of the daily confirmed deaths and the cases.
Cases are diagnosed, OK?
And I've thrown a baseline here at the log of 100 because it'll allow you to compare.
So you can see that in the world, the deaths are going down.
Okay, even though the daily cases are going up because this is not very lethal.
Look at the next one.
South Africa is an interesting place.
They have a very low rate of vaccination, and those that are listed as vaccinated, a lot of them are actually just carded.
It's fake vaccines.
And notice how their daily deaths is well below that 100 baseline.
You're going to come back to that.
Notice also, they were one of the first to get VA-5 And they've almost completely cleared it.
See that drop on the upper line?
That's incidents.
The lower line is deaths.
Next slide.
Now we come to Portugal.
Portugal is highly, highly jabbed.
Very compliant population.
They're still seeing Omicron BA5 kind of perching along and grazing.
unidentified
But the problem is they're seeing the deaths come up.
dr robert malone
The deaths are coming up in the highly vaccinated But look, they're still below that 100 line in the log graph.
Now let's go to the next slide.
steve bannon
I tell you what, hold it, hold it, hold it.
Before we get to the next slide, let's take a short commercial break.
We've got Dr. Robert Malone.
We're walking through the fear porn that now Fauci's putting back out.
We got Jerome Revere from the European Parliament from France.
And France, I gotta tell you, it was so amazing on the eve of Bastille Day to have this amazing victory against medical tyranny.
They shot down Macron and the globalists on their vaccine passports.
Also, Jerome is here.
The reason we're so excited about having him here.
The French are going to teach us how to do it.
Paper ballots count by hand and finish at 10 o'clock at night.
unidentified
All next.
Partake.
But back then, anyone who refused to get vaccinated would get ratted out immediately because we knew that person could hurt other people.
The Commonwealth was a commonwealth.
Now we're engaged in a similar struggle with COVID and Eisenhower would be aghast.
We have immunocompromised people who are incubators for every variant to come walking around lawfully unvaccinated.
That's psychotic.
We have companies that have tried hard to get people vaccinated now backing down.
We have governors who want to be president by grandstanding on a foolish states right issue.
The right to get sick and get other people sick.
So it's time to admit that we have to go to war against COVID.
Require vaccination universally.
Have the military run it.
If you don't want to get vaccinated, you better be ready to prove your conscientious objector status in court.
And even then, you need to help in the war effort by staying home until we finally beat this thing.
Kidney Corps focused on the treatment of chronic kidney disease.
Celebrating interesting facts.
steve bannon
We're going to start the morning with oil.
Basically flat, but still below 96, Jim.
Any chance you think this gap gets filled today?
unidentified
This opening gap?
steve bannon
Is that too aggressive?
unidentified
Too aggressive.
I want to just say, by the way, on oil, this is all the fear of more China lockdown.
And the numbers are frightening.
And anybody who's involved, you know, I was just going over some of the things with some people I know who just got it again, or just got it.
And I just think that the idea that you can somehow lock down, if one person gets this thing, The pandemic isn't over.
it to five. You remember that class you had with the five times five, you know, the very quickly you get to very large numbers when you double right. Yes. So I think that once again, China has to change its policy. But if they do oil spikes, the ones but the pandemic isn't over. The virus is still out there evolving. We got to stay on our front footing here and continue to battle this thing.
steve bannon
Remember, that was Kramer when the military This is a couple of months ago.
This guy won the military to run a forced vaccination program.
And if you didn't get the vaccine, you're going to be sent to a camp.
That's Kramer and CNBC.
Now, today, he's talking about the China lockdowns.
He's saying that's fear porn.
And then, of course, you got the guy at the HHS guy at the White House.
Oh, here's what they're trying to do.
They're trying to confuse you, and that's why we sit here every day and make sure you understand this with the data, the science, and the evidence, okay?
They know they're gonna get blown out in November, and what they're trying to do now is come up with, it's another variant!
It's another variant, this variant, you know, you gotta do this, you gotta do that, and we gotta go to all mail-in voting, everybody stand in line.
Fauci talked yesterday on Cavuto, mask indoors.
You gotta wear a mask indoors.
Fauci's back to the same old playbook.
jerome riviere
Steve, there is one thing I don't understand from a French perspective.
I have all these people that are telling you that they want to jab you by force, or the same ones that tell you, my body, my choice in order to have an abortion is the last day of pregnancy.
So it's my body, my choice to kill a kid in the womb, but it's not my body, my choice to get jabbed here.
steve bannon
because the jab is different. The jab is obvious. For them, the abortion thing now is a public health crisis. That's what Biden's going to sign in the executive order they're talking about.
And of course, this is a public health crisis. Dr. Robert Malone, give Jerome some guidance here.
Go through the rest of these charts because you're laying down that it ain't this variant is a runny nose, a cold and a sore throat, right? Because it's mutated so many times.
And the issue, according to you, sir, who are one of the founders or the creators of the MNR and a gene therapy.
Thank you for watching.
So first off, let me say, anybody that comes to me for stock investment advice is nuts.
Anybody that goes to Jim Cramer for medical advice is nuts.
And you got to get boosted, and you got to continue to get boosted.
Dr. Malone.
dr robert malone
So first off, let me say, anybody that comes to me for stock investment advice is nuts.
Anybody that goes to Jim Cramer for medical advice is nuts.
Anybody that goes to The New York Times and The Journalist are nuts.
I mean, let's stay in our swim lanes a little bit here.
The data are the data.
It doesn't matter what I did in the past.
And getting back to the slides, we were just looking at Portugal.
And I mentioned to you, now you're looking at the United States.
There we go.
There's Portugal.
OK.
Notice that orange line that I dropped in there at 100 on that baseline.
That's Portugal's deaths below there.
Now let's go to the United States.
unidentified
Bada boom.
dr robert malone
OK, we have one of the worst mortality rates in the world.
unidentified
Way worse than Portugal.
dr robert malone
And it's not going down.
Who is dying of something that is a cold, is a sore throat, is a runny nose?
What the heck is going on?
OK, now, if you look at the next slide, here's Israel, extremely highly vaccinated.
But they also had strong waves of early infection.
And their Omicron infections are still going up, as you can see in the upper one.
Their deaths are not.
And now the big reveal is the next one.
Badaboom.
Omicron has escaped the vaccines.
And it is able to reinfect, and it is suppressing both the T cell and the B cell responses in people that have been previously infected and repeatedly jabbed, which is a large fraction of those highly compliant persons.
And if you look on the next slide, there's the big punchline.
Exposé.
And this article is lovely and Cameron will put the links below because it has the links to the primary data from the British Health Service that shows that the vast majority of people that are dying are the ones that are triple and quadruple jab.
What's happened is they have driven through repeated vaccination a form of immune memory that makes it so the virus has been able to escape and is more able to infect the highly jab and Going back to what Kramer said, the people that are actually breeding the new variants are the ones that have been highly jabbed.
They're getting repeatedly infected.
Talk to the people around you.
You'll find that the ones that are getting infected again and again and again by Omicron or have chronic infections are the ones that are highly jabbed.
That's what's going on.
It's called immune imprinting.
And what the government has bought is the perfect vaccine combination To cause this to get even worse.
steve bannon
Dr. Malone, before we let you go, I'm going to ask you for the solution, but just on the mask indoors, Fauci's pushing this.
Your professional opinion on this variant, the BA.5, sir.
dr robert malone
Okay, on the masks, there's a real simple thing.
There's three ways you get infected.
You get it in your mouth.
You get it in your nose.
You get it in your eyes.
The masks don't help.
The data is clear.
These masks, this whole logic of particulate masks like I'd use for my sander if I was working with fiberglass even, I wouldn't even use these for fiberglass.
They don't work.
This is madness what he's doing.
It's about control.
It's about fear porn.
It's about this whole idea of giving some false sense of security.
It's a ritual.
It's ritualistic behavior.
It has nothing to do with infection control.
Head Start is going to force all of those poor kids to be masks.
This year, the Feds are forcing every child in the Head Start program to wear masks, and there is no rationale for it.
The whole thing is security theater.
steve bannon
Real quickly, before I lose you, I know you've got to bounce.
If you were in the Oval this afternoon with Fauci in one chair and you're in the other and you've got the illegitimate dementia clown Biden sitting there at the Resolute Desk, because that's reality, and Fauci makes his pitch, what does Robert Malone tell him right now about what should be the action plan of the United States government in relation to BA.5, sir?
dr robert malone
Very aggressive provision of early treatment.
We have many different ways to treat this disease.
Continued vaccination is insanity.
Here's the stacks of papers peer-reviewed that demonstrate it.
You have to stop this rollout of the trivalent vaccine.
It's absolutely the wrong strategy.
You have to pivot to making early treatment available as widely as possible.
I'm promoting health, promoting vitamin D, vitamin D testing.
There's a ton of things that can be done to save lives.
There is very few people who can't be saved with early treatment.
We need to keep them out of the hospitals.
All the stuff that Tony has resisted doing is what we should have been doing from the outset.
steve bannon
Dr. Malone, we gotta bounce.
I know you gotta bounce.
We gotta heart out.
I want people to know anything about your travel schedule, how they find you, what's your website, what's the social media, because you're one of the most prominent voices in all the work you've been doing, representative today in France, on this monumental vote to get rid of the, to stop Macron, to thwart the globalists from reinstating vaccine passports.
Sir, how do people get to you?
dr robert malone
Well, thanks for that, but I didn't do it.
The French people did it.
And the Europeans are rising, and I'm just doing my best to try to help them and stand by their side.
I'm off to Freedom Fest today in Las Vegas.
I'll be there until Friday.
Then we head out to Belgium.
Then we bounce back.
There's a trip out to the heart of the beast in San Jose, also Dallas, then back for a week in Ireland.
Landing in Dublin.
And then we're going to be in Italy in the first week of September.
And many, many more domestic U.S.
The travel is almost nonstop.
Please, Getter is the best feed.
Absolutely.
R.W.
Malone, M.D.
And then Substack, it's rwmalonemd.substack.com.
And I think with that, that's a pretty good start.
And thank you so much, Steve, And I just remember the words of Harry Truman, right?
Let's give them hell.
steve bannon
Dr. Malone, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on here.
Look forward to talking to you again.
Safe travels.
Jerome Revere joins me.
He's going to be here.
We're going to try to get Mike Lindell, track him down about how you vote and how you count in France on Next in the World.
unidentified

This is Eric Prince's deal.
If you go to Unplugged.com forward slash War Room, just go check it out.
See how it is.
OK, Jerome, first off, go back.
I want to go back to this medical tyranny.
he thinks he's Napoleon, he thinks he's an emperor, he just does, the way he struts around.
And he particularly got this Ukraine war going on, but he didn't think this was going to be a big deal.
Was he shocked when all the different groups came together to thwart him?
jerome riviere
They keep on playing this idea that the far right, which is the national rally, it is not possible.
Because they're like the Uniparty, the centrist Democrats, thinking MAGA.
steve bannon
No more human beings to work with.
jerome riviere
So he's trying to tell the far left, look, you are good guys, you are Republicans, so you cannot vote with them.
So in his mind and in the mind of the Macron's believer, there would never be a vote that would link together the far left and the far right.
steve bannon
Because they're like the Uniparty, the centrist Democrats thinking MAGA.
Nobody will work with MAGA because MAGA are like lepers.
jerome riviere
Yeah, except you are the majority.
And you had a president.
But the real thing is that for the first time, and the Parliament is not very old, so it's going to be repeated on many issues, and I hope we'll have several victories against Macron for the first time, they decided that they will hold true to their promises.
They promised at National Rally, they promised at the far left, that they would vote against this path.
steve bannon
Even people on the far left did not want the vaccine passports?
jerome riviere
We want to fight for freedom.
I don't share a lot of economic values with them.
I don't share their desire for mass immigration.
But on some personal freedom values, they do share the idea that citizens should make their own choices.
So they were fighting the jab that was forced to every French citizen.
They were on the same track as we were.
But to be very honest, as we mentioned earlier, They have a double language.
And in the European Parliament a couple of weeks ago, the European Parliament wanted to have the pass at the European level.
And the far left said that they would vote against it, but they vote in favor of the pass.
And a couple of hours after, on all the social media, We pointed out how they lied.
They kept saying that they would vote against and they voted in favor of the past.
They said they made a mistake.
They couldn't have possibly said that.
They did say that.
The minority leader of their group said, you know, I pushed the wrong button.
And then you can send a document to the Congress and say, look, can I make an apology?
Can you change my vote?
Formally, the vote is changed, but it doesn't change the results.
The result that counts is the one that is done electronically.
So the pass was adopted by the European Parliament.
But they were called out.
And they could not, at the national level, pretend again that they were making a mistake.
So they had to take a stand.
Either they were going to say, look, we lied to you to be elected, and in fact were in favor of the pass.
Or they could hold true to their promises, and they promised they would vote against it.
And they did.
They delivered.
And the National Rally, who was clear in the European Parliament, and who was clear at the National Assembly, they made a majority.
A few of the Republican, they would be rhinos here.
unidentified
You know, they talk loud, but they are- This is called the Republicans.
steve bannon
Is this the Gaullist Party?
jerome riviere
That's what's left of the Gaullist Party.
steve bannon
It's under 5%, correct?
jerome riviere
They have only 61 members of Congress in France.
It's not a lot.
They do not exist very much, but the one that are remaining are trying to secure their honor and their reputation by holding true to what they said.
And half of them decided they would join into this fight against restriction of freedom.
They are for freedom so the past is a restriction of freedom.
They voted against it.
And Macron and his believers discovered yesterday that indeed they do not have a majority.
They are lacking 44 votes in order to have a majority.
And they are not going to get those by some tricks, some political tricks.
On those core issues that define the parties, they will have a majority against them on repeated issues.
steve bannon
So Macron, for this big victory he had in the presidential election, it's really phenomenal.
What has happened in France is what's going to happen here in November.
You're going to have the opposition party essentially take a big majority in this combination when they work together.
And so Macron just can't be like he used to be, correct?
jerome riviere
No, he cannot.
The French Parliament for the five years when he was president before was kind of a room where they would register his decision.
They would never call him out.
They would always say whatever he wanted.
Right now he has to convince a majority of people to vote for whatever policy he wants to go through and he's not able to.
So those policies that restrict freedom, those policies that are at the core of our discussions right now, he won't win anymore.
He will win on other issues, for example, immigration, because he has his believers, and the far left is in favor of immigration.
So it won't change on some issues, but on this huge issue...
steve bannon
What on immigration are they doing?
Because immigration is such a huge issue in France.
How can they be liberalizing immigration when you just had this situation with the World Cup that played in the suburbs of France and the people were attacked?
jerome riviere
The far-left leader, Mélenchon, had an extremely high score in the presidential.
He came out third, and he came out third with a very notable participation of people from Muslim accent that were recent migrant from a Muslim accent. So he's playing to them. It's for survival in the French politics. He's talking to this community that is new to France and he's trying to have more of them because they voted massively for him. It's the first time in France that we have had a vote that you can distinguish
by community.
It used to be very difficult to understand if you were Catholic or Jewish or Muslim for who you voted.
But this last election made quite a difference because the Muslim community And our immigration is massively 90% Muslim, voted for Mélenchon on the far left.
So on this issue, he has a very different standing.
And it goes with what the globalists are trying to push, because they want more migrants, because it lowers the price of work.
It is the globalists and the far left agenda that are aligned at that time.
steve bannon
I want to we've got about five minutes left in this segment.
In the next segment, I got to ask you, today's the eve of Bastille Day.
Yeah. What talk is what of the French Revolution is resonates in France today when you talk about the politics of it?
Because I'm a big student of the American and the French Revolution and the French Revolution just completely.
mesmerizes me when you go and you study the history of the personalities, the issues, you know, because it was so much different than the American Revolution.
jerome riviere
It was so radical compared to the American Revolution. It was way too radical. My take on it is that it was way too radical. It's an important part of the French history, but that's where there is a difference between the far left and The far left believes that France was reborn on that day, and they want to forget everything that existed before the French Revolution.
The far right and the people that believe in the nation think that France began 2,000 years ago.
To me, it began when Clovis got baptized.
This is when France became a Christian country, and this is what built France, with all the kings following each other.
I include the French Revolution as a great moment in history, but it is not the reverse of France.
It is a moment that has to be seen as a rebellion against a tyrannical government.
It is a great moment for individual freedom, but at the same time, so much was destroyed that it put France in a difficult position.
That's when they introduced divorce.
That's when they introduced... They destroyed the family.
steve bannon
This is my point.
These radical revolutionaries... And the Bolsheviks took after this.
The Mao took after this.
Everybody tried to... The key is to break the nuclear family, correct?
jerome riviere
Exactly.
And this is the inspiration for all the communist countries.
Thank goodness, in France we had the Empire with Napoleon that came back and was able to make a transition, taking some of the good things left by the French Revolution and adding the long history of the French Kingdom.
And he made it possible.
But recently we have seen, because of people like Sartre, And because of this idea that somehow, and it's difficult to understand why, communist was something to look up to.
We see that the French Revolution is still marking French policies by the left, the far left, trying to destroy anything that is related to family.
So on abortion issues right now, It never was a subject, it was never a political issue in France.
Now they want to put in the French Constitution.
In France, the law was 12 weeks, a couple of months ago, on the abortion, a couple of months ago, against every scientific opinion in France, they put it 14 weeks, and now the far left wanted 24 weeks.
It is just crazy how they hate family.
They believe that it is more easy, it's easier to manipulate Is that the key?
steve bannon
To break the nuclear family and then they pick you off one at a time?
jerome riviere
Exactly, and they manipulate you and they can enroll you in a mass policy.
steve bannon
Let me get back to this.
Being on the right or the far right in France doesn't mean, and going back and looking at France from its inception in the glory, in the history, in the all of that, it doesn't mean you're a monarchist.
jerome riviere
No, I'm not.
steve bannon
Okay, fine.
Nobody is a monarchist anymore.
There is a small 1%.
They're all marginal free.
jerome riviere
It's not significant.
I mean, we have a republic and we have a democratic system and it's working quite fine.
We're able to elect the president that we want and we have paper ballots, which are very useful because we know that the votes are pretty fair in France.
But the idea is being from the right is believing in the family, believing that this is one of the core instruments of our society.
And this is where I had some difference with Marine Le Pen on many issues.
I fully agree with her.
And on those issues, I saw that Zemmour, who was the candidate I backed for the presidential election, was more consistent with my belief.
But it didn't change for the second turn.
We had to back her up because she was way better than Macron.
steve bannon
Well, people may not realize you were a senior member of Front National and you've left the party to join the Morse Party, which is essentially the takeover or... Yeah, to take back France again.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Even if we can't get Mike Lindell, I have promised the audience that we're going to walk through how France can teach America.
about how actually to run elections, because it's amazing how you guys do it.
And it's very, it's like a civic obligation.
It's quite powerful.
jerome riviere
It can seem archaic, but it is very efficient.
unidentified
And I love archaic things.
steve bannon
So we're going to talk all about that.
Real quickly, we got 30 seconds.
Do you believe your revolution lives is more in the living part of politics today than the American Revolution is in America?
jerome riviere
No, I don't think so.
I see a lot of Americans making reference to the American Revolution.
I can see that both revolutions talk about patriotism, and I think this is what resonates in both countries, is a sense of national pride.
steve bannon
Perfect.
Okay, short commercial break.
Jerome Rivera join us on the other side in the ballroom.

Also, on the 4th, the 7th, I think it is, in August, CPAC Dallas, I'll be there.

The 45th President of the United States will be there and a host of others.
We're going to be doing a lot of War Room special events around that.
I want everybody in this posse to go to CPAC Dallas.
You'll get to see me speak.
We'll hang out as we're going to do a lot of stuff.
We're going to bring in all the War Room personnel down there, so make sure you come August 4th through 7th.
Walk us through, and Jerome, thank you very much.
You're very busy.
I know you don't get to D.C.
that often and you really jam with meetings.
Walk our audience through.
Walk us through an election day.
We've got about six minutes.
Walk us through an election day in France from like the morning of when people go and vote to what happens in the evening.
jerome riviere
So it is very different from here because on election day, we only have one election.
We have the election for the president or the election for the member of Congress or the election for the state election.
We very hardly have two elections the same days.
If we have two elections, we have two separate offices.
When you walk in a polling station, you know that you are going to vote for one election.
You are not asked several questions.
So that's one big difference with the U.S.
So as a candidate, any candidate is allowed to have several representatives within the polling station, which means that before the polling station opens, you can verify that the paper ballot are on the table the way they should be.
They have to be aligned in a specific order that was randomly chosen in the equivalent of the governor office or the DA office.
So you are either number 1, 2, 3, 4, depending on the number of candidates.
And the paper ballots are on a table available to be picked by the person that comes and votes.
So you can check that.
You can check that the urn in which you put your paper ballot is a transparent urn.
So you see it is empty.
It is locked in front of your representative.
There is a president of the polling station and he has a number of people that are in the bureau and these people are all pushed by the candidates.
So it is quite fair.
You know that you have, whether you are the main candidate or a tiny candidate with no chance of success, you have the exact same chance of assessing the situation when you come in.
And you also have a stack of envelopes.
Those envelopes are provided by the government.
There are small envelopes, same color, in which nothing is written.
They are of a unique color for the election, for that specific election.
Last time was blue.
In France, the next time might be yellow or red or whatever, but you know this envelope is the envelope in which you will put your ballot.
Once you come and vote.
So when you come in, you vote in, you have to show a proof of identification.
unidentified
ID.
jerome riviere
Yes, you do.
You don't vote if we don't know who you are.
So the first thing you do before anything, they want to show your ID and they want to see that you are registered indeed in this specific polling station.
Once they have checked that, they give you one envelope.
So you cannot take two envelopes.
Envelopes are not given freely.
They are counted.
We know exactly the number of envelopes that we have at the beginning of the voting session.
And they are given one by one, once you know the identity of the person, and once you know that they are indeed registered in this specific polling station.
Then once you get your envelope, you walk to a table where all the ballots are there, and you have to take at least two ballots.
You are not supposed to express your choice within the polling station.
So you take two, three, or four ballots, and you go in a small booth where you are isolated from everyone.
You put the ballots that you've picked inside the envelope, or you put nothing, or you put a ripped one, or you put whatever you want in this envelope.
Once you go out, you go to where the urn is, and here you have to show again your identity.
They want to see that you're really registered there, so you have a double check of identity, and there is a book on which your name will appear, and they will make you sign, and then you can drop your envelope in the urn.
At the end of the day, it's either 7 p.m.
Or 8 p.m., depending on the size of the city.
Then the polling station will close.
And then the urn will be brought to a large table, where again, a lot of, every candidate has a representative.
During the day, some citizens will be asked if they want to join.
So you can ask when you go vote, you can say, I would like to be there tonight to have a chance to check out the vote.
And the president will say yes or no.
Most likely he will say yes, because you need a lot of hands to be able to count the ballots.
So each urn will will be open and then the first thing they do is they you don't open anything you count the number of envelope because you want to make sure that the number of envelopes that you had in the morning match the number of envelopes that were not used and the number of envelopes that are in the urn because you know some people might go away with with an envelope so it has to be disclosed it has to be accounted for.
Once this is done, the envelopes are open, they are all kept, and the ballot is looked at.
Either it is a regular ballot and then it is counted for the candidate, or something is written on it, then it becomes a null ballot, or there is nothing in it, and then it's a blank ballot.
And then people count.
It goes pretty fast because you... It's not that hard.
It's not that hard.
unidentified
In an urn, you might have 600 envelopes.
steve bannon
You started, let's say, seven.
Roughly, the counting at the local level is done by what time?
jerome riviere
Maximum of two hours.
steve bannon
Two hours.
jerome riviere
Imagine, 600 people are allowed to vote.
steve bannon
And they roll it up nationally and by 10 or 11 o'clock at night you know what the vote is?
jerome riviere
is? We know for sure, but we know at 8 o'clock because we have pollsters that are going to come and check and they know in which, you know, you have representative polling station.
But usually we know the results of any election at 8 o'clock.
steve bannon
And there's no controversy.
jerome riviere
Sometimes when you have a very, you know, when it's very, very close, I won an election by four votes once.
So it was recounted several times and it lasted until 11pm.
steve bannon
What's your social media?
How do people follow you?
jerome riviere
You can find me on Getter or on Twitter.
It's Jerome, J-E-R-O-M-E.
