Speaker Time Text
mika brzezinski
...extreme the current Republican Party has become, not just on the issue of guns.
Here is South Dakota's Republican Governor Chrissy Noem speaking on Sunday with CNN.
dana bash
The Indianapolis Star is reporting that a 10-year-old girl in Ohio who was six weeks and three days pregnant now has to travel across state lines to Indiana to receive an abortion.
unidentified
So, because this is a trigger law that was passed before you became governor, I wanted you to be clear.
Will the state of South Dakota, going forward, force a 10-year-old in that very same situation to have a baby?
In South Dakota, the law today is that abortions are illegal except to save the life of the mother.
mika brzezinski
Here are some of the answers in a recent Republican primary debate for Arizona governor.
kari lake
I'd actually like to ask everybody on this stage if they would agree we had a corrupt, stolen election.
unidentified
Raise your hand.
Why can't we treat human life in the same way that we would treat alien life?
I'm pro-life.
From conception to death.
steve cortes
And I believe... No exceptions for rape or incest?
mika brzezinski
Well, that's a gray area.
Abortion is evidence that we have failed women.
So here are some of the candidates in a Republican primary debate for Liz Cheney's Wyoming congressional seat.
Take a listen.
unidentified
I think that Mr. Fauci is one of the most corrupt individuals in Washington, D.C., which is saying a lot.
The coronavirus was actually, it's engineered to attack what we are susceptible to.
You have the Department of Education pursuing radical gender ideology and pursuing things that are, that again, are so anti-American.
What about Facebook?
Using the system to steer people.
We know for a fact all the major internets do that.
What people are concerned about in terms of the J6 committee is it's just totally unfair.
And so contrary to everything that our country stands for.
mika brzezinski
In contrast, Congresswoman Cheney warns the Republican Party cannot survive if it remains the party of Trump.
unidentified
Can the Republican Party survive in the way you've known it if Donald Trump is again chosen?
It can't survive if he's our nominee.
No.
I think that he can't be the party nominee and I don't think the party would survive that.
I believe in the party and I believe in what the party can be and what the party can stand for.
And I'm not ready to give that up.
Those of us who believe in Republican principles and ideals have a responsibility to try to lead the party back to what it can be.
mika brzezinski
And Republican Senator Mitt Romney echoed that notion in a recent piece for The Atlantic, writing in part, quote, a return of Donald Trump would feed the sickness, probably rendering it incurable.
Congress is particularly disappointing.
Our elected officials put a finger in the wind more frequently than they show backbone against it.
Too often, Washington demonstrates the maxim that for evil to thrive, only requires good men to do nothing.
steve bannon
The guy asked the question in the Republican Party, in the way you've known it, right?
She goes, I'm not ready to give that up.
Of course you're not, the neoliberal neocons.
We're going to have Carrie Lake on a little later in the show with a new ad she's got out in Arizona running for governor.
Trying to get Hageman.
Oh, Kristi Noem, I think, is on tomorrow, and we're trying to get Hageman for Friday.
So we're going to do the trifecta all the morning, Joe.
Hit piece right there on Governor Kristi Noem on Hageman running out there in Wyoming.
For that at-large seat and of course Kerry Lake.
All three of those we're gonna have on the show.
Lake today, Nome tomorrow, try to get Hageman for Friday so we can do the trifecta here.
We've got a lot to get through today.
I mean it's packed wall-to-wall with so much news and things are kind of mega ascendant.
Got Cortez coming with economic news.
But of course, it would be on the morning that the New York Times actually gave a shout-out to Congressman Flores down there in the Rio Grande Valley.
Says you're seeing the rise of Latina.
Far right.
So we've got a lot to celebrate, commemorate today in a couple days after the 4th of July.
I want to go to Europe.
A lot happening there.
We're going to start with Christine Anderson, Member of the European Parliament from Alternative for Deutschland.
We're going to have Dr. Malone on later talking about the latest updates on vaccines, latest updates.
On all the numbers coming out right now about the virus, about the pandemic.
Also, we're going to be going and talking about the Dutch farmers with Michael Jan, who's actually in Holland.
So we'll get to all that.
And also, Ben Harnwell, about commitments that your government's making right now for the $750 billion.
rebuilding of Ukraine on your money.
Okay, Christine Anderson joins us.
Christine, tell me about the pilots.
What's this issue right now?
We call it Armageddon.
Every weekend is an absolute disaster.
People can't get anywhere, and they're saying it's because of climate change with the thunderstorms, it's supply chain, that a guy can't get a bolt, or that it's because of FAA shortages.
They never talk about the pilot.
They lie about the pilot shortages here.
Walk us through.
What's the issue with pilots in Europe?
christine anderson
Yeah, well, what you forgot to mention, it's of course all Putin's fault too, you know.
unidentified
I mean, whatever goes wrong, it has to be Putin.
christine anderson
No, yeah, so it's over here in Europe, I think it's all over the world, there is chaos, you know, at every airport, there's lines, there is suitcases piling up, people don't know how to get their clothes once the plane landed, whatever.
So, and it's like that in the United States too, I guess, because I saw some headline a couple, it's a couple of weeks back, that some US airline put in some replacement travel by bus instead of flying.
I was like, well, that's brilliant.
So, what actually is happening and what they will not talk about, because that's an absolute no-go, Um, it might actually be related to these ridiculous vaccines, um, that the people were pushed down their throats, uh, during that so-called pandemic.
Um, when you look, so what actually happened was this, uh, the pilots or the flying crew that, uh, refused to get the vaccination, um, were let go.
They were fired.
and the ones that did get the vaccination, turns out they may no longer be fit to fly.
And that is a serious issue. What you're looking at is, you know, the associations with this vaccine. You are looking at myocarditis, pericarditis, blood clotting, you have brain fogs, it's all sorts of things that, you know, could potentially, yeah, render you unfit to do your job.
And when you look at the data collectors like EMA, that's the European Medicines Agency,
It shows, the data shows, within the first seven months of rolling out this so-called COVID vaccine, there was 20 times more severe adverse events reported and 23 times more deaths reported in regards to this COVID vaccine than in all other vaccines combined in the last 20 years.
They should have pulled this stuff off the market right away.
The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System of the United States, VERS, is basically showing similar data.
And when we're talking about severe adverse events, we're not talking about some redness around the injection site or arm hurting or something like that.
No, the definition of a severe event is basically a hospitalization.
So this is what we're talking about.
So, now when it comes to flight safety, there's various regulators in charge of this.
There's the French Civil Aviation Authority.
In Germany, it's the Luftfahrtbundesamt.
You have the EASA, the European division of it.
You have the FFA.
They all should have done their job and made sure that none of these issues in relation to these vaccines would pose a potential threat or risk when it comes to flight safety.
But they haven't done that.
When you look at the EASA, the European Safety Agency, they put out a bulletin on March 25th of 2021, basically stating, well, you know, there is no data available regarding the impact of in-flight conditions on the severity of the side effects, nor is there a resulting impact on the ability to ensure safety on board.
But hey, it's all good.
All of the flying crew should get vaccinated anyway.
And the point is this, they put this out on March 25th of 2021 and they haven't done anything ever since then. So basically over a year now there is so much more data out and they just didn't bother to maybe review their initial assessment here.
And then when you look at the international coalitions of medicines regulatory authorities and the manufacturers documents, they explicitly state, well, there was No testing done as far as genotoxicity, mutagenicity and carcinogenicity is concerned because we assume there is no such thing.
So, these vaccinations have no impact on these things.
So, the testing simply was not done.
So, what we're actually looking at here is, well, aviation is basically the safety on board a plane is no longer guaranteed because most of the flying crew is now vaccinated.
unidentified
Otherwise, they wouldn't be able to do their job anymore.
steve bannon
So what are you going to try to do either in the European Parliament or Germany?
Germany is one of the worst nations on Earth, I think, for forcing the vaccination.
So tell me, we've got a couple of minutes here.
Walk me through the action plan, either in your country, your home country of Germany or at the European Parliament level.
christine anderson
OK, just looking at the data and actually it's been proven There is no safety insurance on board a plane anymore.
So these vaccinations need to be pulled and the governments need to stop pushing this.
It's poison, basically.
They need to stop pushing these poisons onto people.
And as far as the safety on board a plane is concerned, we need to talk to these pilots because what is happening is A lot of pilots, yeah, they do have symptoms, but they are hesitant to report it because they may lose their medical license.
So they trusted the government.
They trusted their employers.
They did the right thing.
So they thought they got vaccinated and now they're running the risk.
If they do experience symptoms that may interfere with their ability to safely fly a plane, they will now lose their license to fly.
So by getting vaccinated in order to keep the job, they actually put their job at risk.
And not only that, it's everyone stepping foot on a plane needs to be aware of the fact there could be an issue.
And it's not just pertaining to the people actually on that plane.
It's, you know, the start or during takeoff or landing, you know, approaching a major city.
Whoa!
I don't even want to know what could happen.
So people need to be aware of this.
unidentified
Pilots are probably the healthiest group of people on the entire planet.
steve bannon
Taking their flight, I think you meant to say pilots license, not medical license.
We're quickly, we've got about a minute and a half.
Is there any action at the European Parliament that you're going to initiate?
christine anderson
We're just starting this now.
They need to roll back all of these, like I said, pushing the vaccinations on people.
We need to take a look at these severe adverse effects of these vaccinations.
There is a committee that was formed in-house here.
It is supposed to look at, you know, everything that was done during this pandemic.
But what they're doing, they don't want to critically question what we have done and what might have gone wrong.
No, they just want to look at things and how brilliant they were and how worse it could have gotten.
So, but people need to be aware there is something big coming.
And it will turn out to be the biggest crime ever committed on humanity.
steve bannon
Christina, real quickly, your social media.
How do people follow you here in the United States?
christine anderson
Well, I'm on Twitter.
I'm on Telegram.
unidentified
If you could just put that up, that would be really great.
steve bannon
Perfect.
Christina Anderson, Alternative for Deutschland's member of the European Parliament, one of their members.
Thank you very much for joining us.
And yes, we have Dr. Malone coming on later to talk about this exact topic as we promulgate people just to get the information.
Thank you very much for joining us today from Europe.
Okay, we're going to be in Holland with the farmers.
We're going to be with Cortez in the numbers!
I also might ask Cortez a little bit about Illinois and also the rise of the Hispanic right.
All next in The War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, Walmart, the big box, yanked the armor-piercing shell that is Mike Lindell.

Breaking news out of the United Kingdom, our own Ben Harnwell, Head of International Enrollment, a former apparatchik in Parliament.
Ben, you've got a pretty big breaking news on Boris Johnson, who tried to tough it out overnight.
What's the latest?
unidentified
Morning, Steve.
ben harnwell
Well, the latest is that the British levelling up cabinet secretary, Michael Gove, has apparently resigned.
unidentified
There's no notice of a resignation letter as yet.
This is really news coming in in the last couple of minutes.
But he has said that Boris Johnson needs to go.
So it's strange that he said that without formally resigning from the cabinet.
But he was nowhere to be seen this morning in the House of Commons.
steve bannon
But Michael Gove is a heavy hitter.
Big hitter in the Tory party.
And a big hitter, quite frankly, in the whole, let's get Brexit done.
So big, big deal there.
Hang on, Ben.
I'm going to bring you back about this scam.
Remember, taxpayers, you're about to underwrite a $750 billion rebuilding of Ukraine.
We're going to get to that in a second.
Steve Cortez.
And we've got Michael Yan on location.
A lot of Europe today.
Got Michael Yan on location with the Dutch farmers trying to be crushed by the administrative state of Davos and Brussels, trying to crush the brave farmers.
They're kind of like the farmers of Concord and Lexington.
They're having their Concord and Lexington moment right now.
We're gonna get to that in a second.
Cortez!
By the way, I gotta give you a fabulous story in the New York Times.
Of course, they try to dump all over about Congressman Flores, the upset winner down there in the Rio Grande Valley.
The rise of the Latina far right, I think they say it, but it's actually, when you read between the lines, a very powerful story about the rise of the Hispanic right.
And Brother Cortez, you've been working on this and preaching the gospel of this for many, many years, right?
You know, Steve- From 1915, when we first met you.
Go ahead, sir.
steve cortes
It's fascinating.
When the leftists, from places, platforms like the New York Times, When they try to sling pejoratives at us, a lot of times we say, thank you.
You know, we'll take that.
We'll take ultra-MAGA.
And when they say the rise of the Latina far-right, I say, thank you, yes.
There is absolutely a rise of the right among Hispanics.
Let me put some numbers to that, by the way, because the New York Times is actually onto something here.
And this is polling from Civics, and this was actually just updated as of yesterday.
Right now, Hispanic approval of Joe Biden.
He is underwater by 12%.
He only has 36% approval and 48% disapproval.
Now, to put that in context, Steve, to show you how massively that has changed in just a year and a half, when he took office in this same poll, according to Civics, he was at 65% approved and only 25% disapproved.
He was plus 40% Among Hispanics in the United States, when he took office, he is now at minus 12.
Steve, you know polling as well as anybody, a 52% net decline is an absolute catastrophe.
It is an implosion.
It's absolutely unprecedented in American political history.
So, bad hombres and proud Latinas are turning away from Biden in droves and rallying, thankfully, to patriotic populism to the America First agenda.
steve bannon
Before I get to the numbers, because you do the best job of walking through all the economics and capital markets, the right-track, wrong-track Rasmussen, we did it on the show last night, on the 5 o'clock, 18% right-track, 18% wrong-track, and a 25% drop.
I guess the EU meeting and the NATO meeting didn't go quite as they thought.
It was a 25% drop in a week.
Brother Cortes, you've done a lot of right-track, wrong-tracking in life.
Put that in perspective, sir.
steve cortes
No, listen, to put that in perspective, it's a matter of inflation at 40-year highs.
According to official reads at 8.6% overall, I think actual inflation is far higher than that.
If we take the necessities of life, and then three items specifically, groceries, gasoline for your car, and then utilities for your home, those three items together, according to official government statistics, are rising at a 25% pace.
Steve, those are Venezuela or Argentina kind of numbers.
Those are things that America has never experienced before, not just 40-year highs.
Those are all time highs right now.
So, unfortunately, when you have this kind of unprecedented economic burden put upon regular folks, you're going to get those kind of miserable right-track, wrong-track numbers that you reveal.
And look, the reality is, Steve, and I want to be clear with the audience, in my view, and I've been right so far, and I think I'm going to be right on this, In my view, things are going to get worse before they get better.
Now, I don't say that just to depress people, though.
I say that to encourage them to take action because we need to elect the right people in these 2022 elections.
We don't need just a Republican majority.
We need an America First Republican majority.
We need to elect people who are intent and have the policy prescriptions to go to Washington, have the boldness and the bravery to truly be disruptors on Capitol Hill and end this Biden madness, particularly as it pertains to inflation.
steve bannon
No, it's going to be incredible.
Hang on right there, because I've got more economics to go through, but I want to get to Michael Yon.
Michael Yon, tell us about the farmers.
Why are the farmers, why are we so focused, and why did you fly over?
Because you've got a nose for news.
Why did you fly over to Holland?
Why is the story on the farmers so important for an American audience, and what's the latest update?
unidentified
Yes, sir.
Right now, I'm on the A7 highway on the way to a town called Leeuwarden.
Yesterday, police fired a couple of shots at one of the One of the farmers who was protesting hit the door frame of the tractor actually and 16 year old driver.
He's in jail right now.
So now there's Many farmers heading there saying that they want to get that 16-year-old out of jail.
So the farmers, the government of Netherlands, the Dutch government, is making a naked stab at stealing, confiscating farmers' land in mass.
Huge amounts of land.
The most productive farmers in the world taking them off of their land and using the land to develop it into cities.
And so they're using the excuse of nitrogen and ammonia poisoning, which is obviously ridiculous.
And of course, you would just take that the food is still needed.
So you would just be, you know, forcing other people in some other country who are Not nearly as proficient at farming as the Dutch farmers.
The Dutch farmers are the best in the world.
And so, you know, this whole country should be a farm.
Meanwhile, they're trying to make the whole country into a city.
steve bannon
Michael, one of the reasons they're doing this is saying it's about fertilizer, and the Dutch are so productive on the small patches they have, and it's underwater.
Remember, they've been doing this for 2,000 years and holding the sea back.
What is it Davos and Brussels The Central Administrative Apparatus, what do they have against fertilizer?
Why are they against the productivity of the Dutch farmer?
unidentified
Well, that's just information war, as you know, Steve, because they're trying to... The Davos crowd, the cult of Davos, is making a stab at taking over our food security.
They want to control the food, and as you know, who controls the food will control the population.
Those are Dutch shelves that you're showing now.
Many shelves around the country are empty.
Others are not.
So, you know, to be clear, not all the shelves look like that, but many are.
And, uh, but yeah, so this is a naked stab at taking control of the food supply.
Now, I got a message just about an hour ago from Congressman Tom Tiffany's office because they're watching my coverage and they watch War Room and, uh, and they're working on a bill now so that this cannot happen in the United States because they see what's happening here and they know that we're the flash to bang, you know, this is the flash that's going to bang in the United States as well.
steve bannon
Yeah, shot in a chaser.
Michael, how do people follow you 24-7?
Give us your site so they can get to the footage and get to your writings about this.
A very important story.
unidentified
Yes, sir.
I'm on Locals.com.
Locals.com.
Michael Yan on Locals.com.
I publish there every day.
steve bannon
Also, Laura Logan and others, all of us on Getter, putting his stuff up non-stop.
Go to Getter and get Yan's stuff.
We're reposting his stuff constantly.
Michael, be safe over there and check back in as soon as something breaks.
unidentified
Thank you, sir.
steve bannon
Cortez.
Cortez, you're the first one to say, hey, this problem is going to be a fertilizer problem.
Walk us through what's happening with the, what's happening overall, why they're trying to shut down the fertilizer.
And of course you got Russia.
And now look at what Davos is doing to the guys in Holland.
steve cortes
You know, Steve, one of the consequences of engaging in a totally unnecessary economic war with Russia is imperiling the fertilizer market globally, because Russia and Belarus together control about 30% of the global export market for fertilizer.
I don't know if the Biden administration even thought about this aspect, but if they did, they didn't consider it enough of just how important this would be, because in the United States, it results in much more expensive food.
In developing parts of the world, Steve, in the third world, it results in actual famine.
So it's really hard to overstate just how consequential these policy disasters are, these policy errors are for humanity, not just for the United States, but for all of humanity.
The unforeseen or the unintended consequences of engaging in an economic war with Russia.
And regarding fertilizer and regarding farmers, Steve, look, Advances in fertilizer have allowed farmers, whether they're in the Netherlands or whether they're in the Midwest of the United States, to feed not just their own populations, but feed the world.
But there are nihilists out there.
There are on the far left, and they are emboldened and empowered by the Davos crowd to attack these kinds of advances, unfortunately.
Thankfully, These farmers in the Netherlands, they're acting a lot like the truckers did in Ottawa.
We're seeing this populist uprising all around the world, thank goodness.
Whether it's Latinas, those proud supposedly far-right Latinas in South Texas, the folks in Ottawa, the folks in the Netherlands, we are seeing a populist uprising, thank goodness, against these ruling class Davos dilettantes.
And here in the United States, again, I want to bring it back to elections, because we still have primaries going on right now, and we need to select Republican candidates who aren't, don't just have an R after their name.
But believe in prioritizing Dayton over Davos.
That needs to be the rally cry, the motto, the binding ethos of our movement, that we are prioritizing America first, and that includes farmers, it includes truck drivers, it includes everyone, every working class person in this country who has been largely ignored and largely harmed by the agenda of the Davos crowd.
We need to reverse all of that.
We can, and we will, and we will reverse that inflation, but we need to select the right leaders.
steve bannon
Uh, Steve, hang on.
We're gonna bring in Russ Vogt, talk about this, uh, stopping the invasion of the southern border.
Cortez just connected the dots.
The Rio Grande, the hardscrabble Rio Grande Valley to the Dutch farmers, to the truckers up in Canada.
It's a populist revolt against the ruling elite, but also the administrative state that's their enforcement mechanism.
Short commercial break.
unidentified
for us vote next on stopping the invasion of the southern border.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, Eric Prince has been working on this for years.
This is a way to secure your communication.
They've got a phone coming out in the fall but they've got the app now.
The app does two things.
One allows you to download all other apps and they can't monetize it, they can't track you, they can't do anything.
In addition, this is the best encryption system made.
A new encryption key every time you use the phone.
Unplugged.com slash Worm.
Go check it out now.
Tons of information.
Eric Prince is all over this and Eric Prince is a guy who knows this area inside and out.
Been working with a great tech team for years.
Unplugged.com slash Worm.
Secure your communications.
Okay, let me go now.
So honored to have Russ Vought on here for the Center for Renewing America.
People that are taking action, action, action!
Yesterday on the 5 o'clock show, we were down there, I think in Brackenville, Texas, at the press conference.
We had Morgan, the former Border Patrol guy.
We had Ken Cuccinelli from the Center, one of the co-founders with Russ.
We had Ben Burquam was down there, Chip Roy.
It was just absolutely incredible.
We had the local Kinney County Sheriff who's been arresting folks.
Russ, explain to the audience While we now have somebody, and we've gone through the process, it's all constitutional, I'm sure it's going to be a challenge, to essentially stop the first effort to really stop this invasion on our southern border, sir.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
This effort has started really about a year and a half ago, and one of the things we wanted to do was look at the Constitution, articulate what the founders would have done if they were governor of Texas, or Governor of Illinois, and illegal immigrants are flowing across their borders.
Knowing that the President of the United States is changing his policy.
We can yell at him and criticize him, but we also have to take action based on that reality and achieve results.
And we came up with this plan.
russ vought
Ken Cuccinelli really led the charge on this and being able to argue that under Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, not federal law, but self-defense powers that are granted to the states, like authorities, When the federal government is not doing its job, and they are faced with an invasion which we are clearly seeing as a result of the mass numbers that the drugs come across, the fact that the cartels have operational control of the border.
unidentified
And we've put this idea out there and we've worked... Hey Russ, hang on a second.
steve bannon
We've got to reboot you because there's a technical problem with the way you're going out.
Let's take a real quick reboot.
Let me get Cortez back in here while we reboot Russ Vogt.
This is too important not to hear.
This is action, action, action!
Cortez, why is this good for our country and why is it particularly smart politics, sir?
steve cortes
Well, listen, on the policy front, of course this is the right thing to do, Steve, because Republicans need to start wielding power.
We could actually take some lessons from the Democrats and from the left, because while we totally disagree with them on principle, they are better about using power when they have it than Republicans are.
Think about this, Steve.
The majority of the U.S.-Mexico border between the states of Arizona and Texas, the majority of the border in terms of landmass, is controlled by Republicans with Republican governors and Republican legislatures.
And yet, neither of those states has really taken decisive action.
Governor Ducey in Arizona has been a disaster, and even Governor Abbott, who I hope is re-elected because Robert Francis O'Rourke is unthinkable as the governor of Texas, but let's face it, Abbott on the border issues, he's been a lot more talk than he has been action.
So thankfully, these counties are starting to take action and saying, listen, we have agency, we have power, there are measures we can take to protect the United States.
And on your point about politics, not only is it good policy, But it's also good politics, Steve, because Hispanics in this country, contrary to media narrative, Hispanics are incredibly tough on border security issues.
And I would give you a couple of statistics.
The first one is that Customs and Border Protection, that agency is the most Hispanic agency in the entire U.S.
government.
It is, in fact, majority Hispanic.
So there are a lot of bad hombres, a lot of proud Latinas who are doing the tough, Onerous work of guarding America's front door.
Those brave officers have been totally disrespected and endangered by these porous border policies.
In addition to that, we know from polling from Trafalgar, and this is the second stat that I'd like to cite, that 65% of Hispanics, two-thirds of Hispanics, say that they support totally closing the border.
Totally sealing the U.S.
border.
Steve, that's a position to the right of me that is a position to the right of Donald Trump.
So this idea that Hispanics are soft on the border is just utter nonsense.
So not only is it good policy what these Texas counties are doing, but it's also winning politics.
steve bannon
Let me give you a random thing.
Flores is a wife of a Border Patrol agent.
In the hardscrabble Rio Grande Valley, they understand what the game is here, right?
They want security.
They're American citizens and they want security.
This is good for the country, it's great policy, and it's brilliant politics.
unidentified
And that's why Russ Vought and these guys are attracting Flores.
steve cortes
If you look at her campaign, she really ran on two things.
It was border security and pro-life, right?
And according to the consultant class out of Washington, D.C., according to establishment Republicans, we're supposed to avoid both of those issues.
Those were the two issues that she ran on, and not only did she win, she really ended up running away with that victory in a district that hasn't been represented by a Republican since the Civil War.
So, Steve, when we stand on principle, when we're right on policy about things like protecting the sovereignty of the United States, protecting the unborn in the womb, not only are we right on policy, but then we're also right on politics.
It also pays dividends.
So I think we should be encouraged by her victory and I think we can also take lessons away.
Stand on principle.
The only people who are supportive of porous borders are giant multinational CEOs and the far, far left.
This is one of those 80-20 kind of issues where we need to be strong and where Joe Biden has particularly miserably failed the country.
It's also why I believe That we need to impeach him for this.
At the very least, Steve, I think we need to impeach Mayorkas.
But I think in addition to Mayorkas, I think we should start with Mayorkas and then move on to Joe Biden.
Because this is a willful, intentional dereliction of duty.
The first duty of every government, whether it is your local The first duty is to ensure the protection of citizens, is domestic tranquility.
It is the exact opposite what Joe Biden has pursued.
He has recklessly not just allowed, but actually invited and incentivized a mass human tsunami of trespassers to break and enter into the United States, into our home, to cause great havoc in this country, both economically and in terms Of street safety, and we have had enough of it.
This is an impeachable offense in my view.
steve bannon
No doubt, and they talk about they're the institutions, we're the anti-institution, we're backing.
Now you've got the sheriff, the institution of law and order, subsidiarity at the local level, are now empowered because of what Russ Vought and these guys do, to actually make arrests and send guys back across the border.
You're in front of people's eyes, in front of the little kid's eyes, you're empowering Law enforcement in these local communities.
Steve, take a minute and walk us through.
I know you got a lot to talk about.
The Fed meets this afternoon, brother.
The Atlanta Fed already said it's going to be 2.1% negative growth for the second quarter, right?
I don't think the official number comes out to July 27th or that week.
But we know we're in a recession.
You've already called it.
Particularly working class and middle class people don't need to be told.
The Fed and the eight economists Steve, look, we're clearly in a recession, right?
steve cortes
The only question right now is the extent of the recession.
I fear it's going to be really terrible.
By the way, I wrote an article about the Atlanta Fed with their GDP now, which is a statistical model.
It's not always right, but it has a pretty good track record, and it's not An Economist's Opinion.
It's a statistical model with numerical inputs and tells us where GDP is at that moment.
I wrote an article on my sub stack about it, Steve, when it went negative, when it went to minus one.
The very next day, it went all the way to minus two.
I mean, my article was almost irrelevant within 24 hours.
That's how bad the economy is floundering right now.
And I'd like to point out, if we can go to chart number one, I want to touch on the bond market here, because as I often say on your show, Steve, The stock market is more interesting, it's more sexy, it's more glamorous.
But the bond market is what really matters to more Americans' lives.
And I understand that they don't want to follow it on a day-to-day basis.
But this is very important, what's going on and what I'm showing right there on the screen.
This is the 2's-10's yield curve.
So, that is 2-year Treasury debt versus 10-year Treasury debt.
This is the way the United States borrows money, the way the world lends money to the United States government because, of course, it's running unbelievable deficits.
And in normal times, That yield curve is steep for those who are watching you can see on the left side of that chart You have a steep yield curve meaning that long-term rates are supposed to be higher than short-term rates to put this in very practical terms if you go to your bank and you want to get a CD the bank gives you more money the longer you're willing to commit to the CD that's a normal yield curve, so you've got almost nothing if you
Are only willing to give them money for three months or six months if you'll give it to them for a year or two years, they will give you more interest.
That's so you can think of them in those terms.
That's a normal yield curve.
What I'm showing right there is two's tens has gone to completely flat again.
It is zero.
There is no spread between two-year yield and ten-year yield in the United States.
Now what is it inverted?
So we're almost inverted and it looks like Well, it's the bond market being incredibly pessimistic.
In other words, it's the bond market saying, we so do not believe in growth in the United States right now that we are willing to accept the same amount of yield for two years out as we are for 10 years out.
So, it's an incredibly bearish and incredibly pessimistic sign for the economy.
Historically speaking, Steve, an inverted yield curve has an almost perfect track record of forecasting recessions.
Again, it's another reason I believe that we are already in a recession.
It just won't be officially anointed yet, but we are in a recession, and certainly that is what the bond market is telling us.
There's one more chart I want to go through, chart number two, and this is Taiwan Semiconductor.
This is a company that I've mentioned previously on the show, and I'm not trying to pick on this company specifically, but It's one of the most important companies in the world that a lot of Americans perhaps haven't heard of, but Taiwan is a country that dominates global chip production, and Taiwan's semiconductor,
Dominates the Taiwanese market on the whole so this is an incredibly important company that again You may not know about but its components are in so many of the the machines that you use in your life Whether it's a computer or phone or an appliance in your in your kitchen, and if you look at this chart Taiwan semiconductor is down 20% Steve in just the last month It has been almost cut in half this year.
Now, a big part of that is because of recession in the United States.
But I also want to point out, Steve, because I know you are very big on getting ahead of the curve.
I also believe that Taiwan's semiconductor, part of the reason it's doing so poorly right now, is the global macro situation, the geopolitical situation for Taiwan gets more and more dangerous, gets more and more precarious because of the Chinese economy slowing and because of the weakness of Biden in the White House.
So, I think TSM investors are very correctly Fearing that the odds of a of a Chinese aggressive action a military action against the country of Taiwan those odds are Increasing and thus capital is fleeing from TSM the stock.
steve bannon
I think this is something very worth watching for the audience out there Yeah, by the way, Burry, the guy in back of the Big Short, put up a tweet yesterday, says he thinks they're going to move on him right after the 20th Party Congress sometime in early 2023, a naval blockade or actual invasion.
Real quickly, Steve, we want to hold you through the break.
We're going to get Russ Vought back up by phone.
I think we have some technical problems with him on Skype.
Steve, tell people real quickly why the 10-year Treasury number is the most important number in any economics or finance out there.
Why is that so important?
steve cortes
So Steve, every interest rate in the entire world is priced is gauged off of US 10-year Treasury yield.
It is the benchmark.
It's sort of the North Star of interest rates globally.
So everything from your credit card rate to your auto loan to your home mortgage.
All of them are predicated upon 10-year Treasury yield.
And again, what the bond market is loudly proclaiming right now is that not only is the United States headed into recession or in recession, but that in fact, it is going to be a very, very deep recession.
That is the reality, unfortunately.
uh... as prognosticated by the bomb market again i tell some people not to depress them on the one i want people to be ready economically as ready as they can be to prepare themselves the number two to take action to take action that we can correct all of this weekend but we have to let what action you can take a look at school of slash banning right now dot com free You get the first essay I did, the first lesson, event.
steve bannon
The fall, the end of the dollar empire.
Make sure you get that.
We've got other ones coming out weeks, but I want everybody to get that.
Okay, short break.
Russ votes.
Steve Cortez next.
joy reid
That this is terrorism in the sense that it does the same thing terrorism does.
It makes you feel unsafe everywhere.
You have to think, is this the day when I go to this park when I'm going to get shot?
You have to think about that all the time.
And having more police there doesn't do any good.
That doesn't change anything.
Now, what do you make of this sort of sense that we now essentially live at the mercy of whoever can, you know, go into the store and buy an AR-15 and decide to shoot whoever's inavailable?
unidentified
Yeah, you know, Joy, I've worked in conflict zones around the world, and I was thinking, as you showed the footage from Highland Park, I was thinking, boy, those sounds are like the sounds you hear in war zones.
And there are people all over the world who have lived during armed conflicts in daily terror.
You know, when does the mortar fall on your house?
You know, when does the soldier or the tank come down the street and just kill you?
And we are now living in that world, too, and we have brought it on ourselves, right?
I mean, we can't say, oops, it's the Russians' fault, they shouldn't have invaded us, or, you know, oops.
It's al-Qaeda.
This is us.
This is 100% us.
And it's because we are essentially slaves to a document that was written more than 230 years ago by a tiny group of white slave-owning men.
And we cannot break out of the bondage that we've imposed on ourselves from feeling like we have to everything by our Supreme Court has decided in reference to this ancient document which is just not serving us well it is it is causing enormous problems and enormous tragedies at this point. An ancient document. Hey lady the Constitution is not going to change
steve bannon
one comma or one iota.
No amendments, not at any time in the foreseeable future.
I put it up on Getter last night.
This is so outrageous.
She's a prominent.
I think Cortez, she's at Georgetown Law School, I think.
These people right now should understand, if they're not comfortable with the United States Constitution, there's tons of opportunities throughout the world for you people to thrive.
I think you've got to do a gut check, because that right there is dangerous nonsense.
Russ, vote!
When you look at the Constitution, do you see it the same way, sir, that we live in bondage to something that doesn't work today and has enslaved us, sir?
unidentified
Of course not.
I mean, this is where the left is.
It's just ridiculous.
And they have rejected the Constitution.
They rejected it a hundred years ago.
They've built up an administrative state that has largely allowed them to evade the Constitution and to rule through experts.
And the one, one of the areas that they have not been successful at is in the area of Second Amendment rights.
And as a result, that is why after every crisis, they are unhappy with the control that they have.
And they are looking to basically make it so that they have that control too.
And they have the ability to do gun registries and red flag laws to let the administrative state know who the gun owners are and to make it sure that we don't have the ability to protect ourselves from The impact of tyrannical government, and I think that is one of the lessons that we continue to try to teach them, but they have no interest in learning that.
steve bannon
Russ, you and Cuccinelli, though, look at the Constitution and see a document that is thriving and robust.
What did you guys do with it on the southern border to stop the invasion, using the United States Constitution as a foundational element?
unidentified
Right.
We wanted to look and see what it actually said about a predicament that a border governor would be in when you have a Biden administration that refuses to do its job under the Constitution.
And lo and behold, Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 provides a roadmap to say that states have self-help, self-defense provisions to be able to say, if invaded, they can use warlike authorities, not in terms of trying to invade on their side of the border, But to use their authorities to interdict and remove illegal immigrants and bring them back.
And this would be rules of engagement to sheriffs and state troopers that would not require the Biden administration's approval.
And what we're seeing is we saw a state attorney general step up and say they have the legal opinion to do this.
The facts on the border, the cartels having operational control, the numbers that we're talking about.
Of course it constitutes an invasion, and what you're now seeing is local judges and sheriffs taking matters into their own hands.
We need the governor of Arizona and Texas in particular to step up and declare an invasion and to make this a statewide authority, a statewide initiative, and then we will be able to stop the flow.
I think we're going to get there over the next several months, but it has to happen.
We're losing Every day that goes by, we are dealing with a crisis, and we've got to put that crisis to bed.
steve bannon
Real quickly, Russ, for those on the left, the Morning Joes and the Morning Mikas and the Rachel Madden crowd say, hey, this is Russ Vogt and Bannon and this crowd, this Madden crowd, just being performative.
There's no real bite here.
This is just a performance.
This is high performance art.
Sir, your response?
unidentified
Oh no, absolutely not.
This is the only thing that will actually be not performance art.
Performance art is when you put illegal immigrants on a bus and send them to the Capitol for some tourism.
That's what performative theater is.
Performative theater is not a governor looking at the Constitution and using authorities that have not been used before because the Constitution has gotten dusty.
No, this is what it actually looks like to have separation of powers, to have federalism, And to use the authorities that are given under the Constitution.
And to have that debate at the national level.
That is exactly what will fix this problem.
And it's something that we have real experts who are sitting in these chairs.
Ken Cuccinelli was an Attorney General of a state.
He was the Deputy Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
He is the lead author on this proposal.
And it will work.
And that has been testified as recently as yesterday by these local judges and sheriffs.
steve bannon
By the way, the big battle here is taking on the Administrative State, deconstructing it every day.
The Center for Renewing America, they're doing it at RustVote.
How do they find you on social media, and how do they get to your magnificent center, sir?
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
AmericaRenewing.com is the website.
We are updating it regularly, and then I'm at at RustVote on all the channels to be following what we're doing.
Thanks so much.
steve bannon
Russ, thank you so much.
Hopefully have your smiling visage next time we get the techno thing worked out.
Cortez, give me your thoughts on, I think she teaches over at your school, Cortez, over at Georgetown.
It's an ancient document, enslaved us.
What's happening over there?
I thought you were on the Board of Trustees.
steve cortes
Yeah, that invitation's not coming soon.
Funny that you call it my school, Steve.
I believe you also hold a diploma from Georgetown University, and I don't think that Georgetown and the Jesuits at Georgetown want to claim either one of us.
They don't want Cortez or Bannon to be on their website, that's for sure, as featured alums.
So funny you call it my school.
But listen, unfortunately, a serious point, Georgetown, like most elite universities in the United States, is absolutely philosophically lost.
It no longer serves the Republic in any sense.
It no longer even creates minds that are capable of thinking.
That is clearly evident by the professors and the kind of moronic drivel that they put out there.
steve bannon
Let's take a short break.
Cortez, you hang through there.
By the way, I went there in the 80s when it was still a Catholic university, Cortez.
Whoa!
unidentified
Short break.
steve bannon
Chris Kobach in Kansas, Kerry Lake in Arizona, Dr. Malone, Steve Cortez.
We're wall-to-wall.
