You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.

War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
It's Tuesday, July 5th, the Year of the Lord 2022.
You're live here in the War Room.
I want to go immediately to London and Nigel Farage.
Breaking news out of the United Kingdom.
We're going to get more in-depth of this at 6 o'clock.
We're going to have Hart of Oaks and Ben Harnwell.
We'll be able to get the great Nigel Farage hot off of GB News.
Nigel Farage, who's crushing Piers Morgan over there in ratings.
Nigel, two major... I think Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Health and Welfare Minister both resigned.
Subcabinet members resigned.
Lord Frost is throwing stink eye.
You know he's a major player.
Also, I think the vice head of the Tory party.
And they're resigning with letters about Boris.
John says he has no principles, no morals, no integrity, and he's incompetent.
Sir, is Boris Johnson going to survive this, sir?
nigel farage
Well, Boris Johnson may survive it for a little bit, but be in no doubt, this is the beginning of the end.
Here was the man who inherited Brexit, who won a massive majority off the back of it.
The famous Red Wall seats in the north of England, the Midlands.
These were former Labour voters who'd moved to the Conservatives over immigration, borders, patriotism, flags and Brexit.
And here we are now three years on.
He's let people down.
But you know what the biggest problem is?
The biggest problem is he cannot tell the truth.
And we've had a sex scandal here over the course of the last few days.
And by the way, Steve, no one does sex scandals like the Brits.
I mean, we are really, really good at this.
So we have this terrible, terrible bloke, you know, who's there in government going around groping young men, doing it repeatedly.
And he gets exposed in the national media, finally.
And the Prime Minister denies all knowledge.
Didn't know anything about it at all.
Then it emerges that he did know about it.
And they admit that.
And then he says, ah yes, but I'd forgotten about it.
And the whole thing is just not truthful.
It's unbelievable.
And we all know people who lie regularly.
And they lie so often, in the end they forget what the truth is.
It's that drip, drip, drip on the stone of a breach of trust and confidence that has led to these resignations today.
But here's the problem.
Boris Johnson isn't just damaging his own historical reputation.
Boris Johnson is damaging the Conservative brand.
Damaging the Conservative movement with high taxes, big state and obsession.
With net zero.
I mean, can you believe we have vast reserves of oil, gas and coal in the United Kingdom?
We're now a huge net importer of all of those, because apparently we want to cut CO2 reductions.
So I hope it is the beginning of the end, because if we stick with Boris Johnson up until the next election, then the Conservative car will go over an electoral cliff.
steve bannon
Isn't he?
You know, you have all these remainders.
You guys have an administrative state, probably even more powerful than the United States.
The remainders there, they have not wanted to move on Brexit at all.
Have you made any progress on actually executing and implementing Brexit?
Or has he dropped the ball on this also?
nigel farage
We've made some.
I mean, we are, you know, signing trade deals all over the world, although, of course, not with the Biden administration.
So we are signing trade deals.
In foreign policy, we're making ourselves felt, although whether you agree with our Ukrainian policy is a separate issue.
Some things are working, but most of it, no.
We got Brexit done, but we haven't got Brexit done properly.
We haven't completed Brexit.
And yes, I know there's been a pandemic.
But this Prime Minister had a massive parliamentary majority.
If ever there was a time to get things done, to reform, to deregulate, to get rid of crazy EU rules, he hasn't done it.
And the other thing is, Steve, we've still got these boats coming across the English Channel, right?
And we tried to deport a large number of them to Rwanda.
We were stopped by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
So, there are bits of Brexit still not done.
And the truth is, Johnson used Brexit as a career opportunity.
He's not a Conservative.
He is a metropolitan Liberal.
He always has been.
He always will be.
I don't care about Boris Johnson.
But I care that he's damaging conservatism and going to allow a Liberal-Socialist coalition next time round.
The sooner he goes, the bigger the chances to reset conservatism in the UK.
And I believe that very strongly.
steve bannon
Macron has been destroyed by that nationwide vote for the parliament that really just stopped, thwarted his power.
A lot of that driven by this fiasco of the economy, but the Ukraine.
Boris Epstein is going to be here in a minute to walk through these horrific numbers for Joe Biden and also for Trump's tremendous polling numbers.
Biden is basically a non-event right now, but he's the biggest cheerleader for the escalation in the Ukraine.
Boris Johnson says the other day, it's the toxic masculinity of Putin that's led to all this.
What is this going to mean for... Is Zelensky the guy that's on his bended knee at night praying that Boris Johnson hangs in there?
nigel farage
Oh, absolutely.
Yes, of course he is.
But can you imagine?
Can you imagine a so-called conservative talking about toxic masculinity?
We must get rid of all male leaders and replace them with female leaders or transgender leaders, I expect.
He probably believes in that.
I mean, you know, all of this proves the point, Steve.
He's not a conservative.
But leading a big conservative government with a big role amongst conservative movements across the free world.
And as for the escalation in Ukraine, I mean, just coming out with nonsense every day.
I mean, it seems to me that in economic terms, what Putin has done is to find very big new markets in China, India and elsewhere.
The ruble is now higher than it was before the invasion of Ukraine.
And it's Europe.
It's Europe that is feeling the brunt of this energy impact, which is why the dollar today is the highest it's been against the euro since 2002, and pretty near similar highs against the pound.
So Europe have got this wrong.
Trump called this right.
Trump said to Merkel, said it publicly at a UN meeting, you are making yourselves over dependent on energy from Russia.
Europe is paying the price.
Britain is paying the price.
And very few people at the moment are seeing it.
steve bannon
Nigel, how do people get you on social media, and particularly how do they get to the show?
The show is absolutely amazing.
Best show in the United Kingdom.
And you're crushing Piers Morgan, much to the merriment of Donald J. Trump.
nigel farage
Yeah, I think Donald's enjoying this very much, as he should, and that's because Piers Morgan is a weasel.
That's the only possible description for him.
I hope that crosses the pond, that particular analogy.
Look, you know, just Google me.
Go to the website.
Anybody you'll find.
I'm on all the social media platforms, but just Google me.
Go to the website and drop me an email.
Drop me a line.
unidentified
I'll be happy to communicate with any of you.
steve bannon
Nigel, if you had been in 10 Downing, we wouldn't have all these problems in the UK right now.
They'd be on the way to be solved, and I mean that.
You're a great leader and one of the big leaders of the populist nationalist movement throughout the world.
Nigel Farage, thank you for taking time away late tonight to join us.
unidentified
Thank you.
steve bannon
Okay, at six o'clock, we're going to have Hearts of Oak and Ben Harnwall from Rome, Hearts of Oak from London to go on this massive resignations today.
The British government teetering on dissolving a conservative government.
Boris Epstein.
Boris, before I get into the polling and everything about Trump and about Biden, Zelensky can't be... Macron, his buddy Macron, jammed up by the people of France.
Joe Biden, he's going to walk us off to the second, is jammed up in the United States.
American voters have turned him in, particularly his Ukrainian policy.
And I just saw a morning consult.
I think it had Ukraine interest in Ukraine at 3% as far as issues go.
And now Boris Johnson, who looks like he may be shown the exit.
Or if he does, he hangs on.
It's going to be, he's going to have bled out.
What are your thoughts?
Give us your assessment.
boris epshteyn
Well, Steve, I mean, first of all, Boris Johnson's a buffoon, right?
Let's just call it the way it is.
I mean, the guy does not represent Great Britain for what it should be.
It's a constant disaster after disaster after disaster.
You guys become a joke of a leader, and he's lost all credibility, and it's sad to see, it's disappointing to see, but that's just the truth of it.
So, I think Boris Johnson, my namesake, has a lot of problems, a lot of issues there in Great Britain, and Nigel.
And Nigel Liddell, you need to have credibility to be leading one of the history's great countries, great empires.
And Boris Johnson's lost that credibility.
And Zelensky is losing friends by the minute.
The G7 came and went.
The NATO summit came and went.
And what's the net result of it?
Nothing's changed.
Gas prices are at historic highs, and Joe Biden is at historic lows.
steve bannon
According to Rasmussen, Russia's artillery has now won the Donbass to the demise of these poor Ukrainians who are thrown out.
You see the articles over the weekend.
These people are not trained to fight a combined arms.
They're out there and they've got these guys who should be docents.
They're saying, what's your job?
They say, well, they've told us to block this road if the Russian tanks come down.
And they're just getting slaughtered.
I know we're here for Biden and for the polling.
Why don't we walk through, because these numbers are so horrific, I want to carve out enough time for you to go through it.
So walk through Joe Biden and also President Trump's dominance in this area.
boris epshteyn
Steve, no doubt about it.
A lot of vital polling coming out over the last couple days.
First of all, on Rasmus.
Rasmus on right track, wrong track.
Right track at 18%.
This is a six point drop in one week.
Ladies and gentlemen, that is unheard of.
A six point drop in one week means one thing.
At the bottom.
We've been calling for, for weeks and weeks and weeks and months and months and months.
The bottom has fallen out of the Biden administration.
Right track is now at 18%.
That's a true approval of a presidency.
He's at, he's at double, he's at low double digits now, and falling to single digits.
That, that is where we are on right track.
steve bannon
Hold on, we know, Boris, Boris, you know, two thirds, one third is almost insurmountable, right?
Bush, Obama came to power on that and Trump came to two-thirds, one-third.
He's got to increase a hundred percent to get to the one-third.
It's, I mean, 18 percent. These numbers are not, this is Millard Fillmore, James Buchanan, Herbert Hooverland. Is that not correct, sir?
boris epshteyn
Okay, first of all, don't be mean to Millard Fillmore, okay?
Don't be disdainful of James Buchanan.
Herbert Hoover and Jimmy Carter deserve better than this.
We have never in the country seen numbers this terrible, okay?
Never.
Never.
You look at all of them.
You know, a typical do a Tyler 2.
You look at Taylor.
You look at Pierce.
Nobody, none of them had numbers as bad as this, okay?
Chester Arthur was despised.
Didn't have numbers like this.
McKinley.
We are at a point in history where the president isn't just, you know, disagreed with, or the illegitimate president isn't disagreed with.
He isn't, you know, derided.
He's discomforted.
steve bannon
Tell you what, we lost Boris.
We're going to have to reboot.
Let's reboot.
Boris, we're going to break.
We got Boris Epstein back up here.
We got some numbers that we're going to go through.
Headline, Rasmussen poll, right track, wrong track.
Right track for the country, 18%.
Boris, we got you.
Try it again.
Okay.
Not working.
We're going to have to sit there.
We're going to have to reboot the whole thing.
If we can't get him, we'll have him calling by phone.
Newsflash.
Rasmussen poll.
Right track, wrong track.
18% right track.
Wrong track.
82%.
Historic numbers.
Never seen before in American history.
This administration, the bottom has fallen out, but now people are turning and they actually despise, as we said from day one, Remember the first day when CNN, the head of politics, was crying, saying the reflecting pool down by the Lincoln Memorial is like the arms, you know, had the little lights flickering, so it's like the arms of Joe Biden comforting the nation, pulling the nation in for a hug, right?
For a hug and a sniff.
Freak, okay?
18% CNN, suck on that!
Hey, Little Jamie Raskin, Benny Thompson.
unidentified
18%.
steve bannon
I think we killed it in the crib.
They gave an assist.
But the War Room will take the credit.
18%!
The nation hate you!
unidentified
Hate!
steve bannon
Short commercial break.
unidentified
Boris will be back in a second.
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, Walmart gave MyPillow the hook, and now if you want to get the classic pillow, you've got to go to places like War Room.
Go to MyPillow.com, promo code WarRoom.
$19.88, the classic pillow.
Get it here.
We've got the, uh, we've got the buy one get one free and all the different verticals.
You've got the slippers.
All these special sales and, of course, the biblical pillow and blanket.
Go check it out.
And, of course, hundreds of other sale items.
Go check it out today.
We're going to try to get Mike Lindell on tomorrow afternoon or Thursday morning about his updates and everything he's doing vis-a-vis the machines.
We'll get to all of it.
Let's go to Boris Epstein.
Boris, we still had a little technical problem.
We got you on the phone now.
We still put the charts up.
Walk through the polling.
And why is this important, sir?
boris epshteyn
Well, Steve, honored to be with the audience today.
Who knows, trying to get us not to be able to talk, but here we are.
The state loses one more time.
Here's the bottom line.
That Rasmussen poll, that 18% right track, cannot be overstated.
18% means that, A, you're getting down to a single digit.
Almost as importantly, it's a 6%, Steve.
It's a 25% drop.
From a week ago, meaning 6% from 2018, but 25% from, you know, in terms of percentiles.
Just think about how momentous that is.
In one week, Joe Biden and his feckless, pathetic team have lost 25% of their support.
The bottom is falling out, and it's falling out fast.
We've been previewing this for weeks and months, almost over a year now, and here we are.
The bottom is absolutely falling out.
steve bannon
Perfect.
I agree with you 100%.
I don't know how you come back to this.
I guess the EU and NATO meeting didn't quite turn out, didn't represent the leadership the nation was looking for.
Let's go, because all the other horrific news.
We're now in a recession.
That's been agreed to by the Atlanta Fed at 2.1% negative growth for the quarter.
Worse six months for the bond market, worse six months for the stock market in history.
Right?
I mean, just one catastrophe after the next.
Boris, walk us through the rest of the polling.
boris epshteyn
Here's the key polling, and it's Harvard-Harris.
Okay, by the way, Harvard-Harris also having terrible right track, wrong track for Biden, terrible for Biden.
But this is the vital point on the 2024 Republican primary if, as you hope and expect, President Trump jumps into the race.
And this tells you all you need to know, okay?
To all the mainstream media, To all the rhinos, to all the establishment thinking, oh, you know, we're going to have a real challenge here.
Here's the numbers, folks.
OK.
President Donald J. Trump, 56 percent.
Fifty six percent.
Let me say one more time.
Fifty six.
Ron DeSantis, 16.
Mike Pence, seven.
Nikki Haley, four.
And down you go.
So President Trump leads by 40 points in this hypothetical matchup.
And this is without any politics.
This is without any, you know, any campaigning.
And by the way, it's early days.
This poll was taken early days after the overturning of Roe v. Wade, which is a thousand percent, because President Trump delivered on his promises to the American people and nominated and got confirmed constitutional justice to the Supreme Court and judges up and down the bench.
So President Trump leads by 40 points in a Harvard-Harris poll.
This isn't Rasmussen.
And this isn't Trafalgar.
This is Harvard Harris.
And by the way, Emerson College Polling, also no friend of Magda in the right, has President Trump at 55, dissenters at 20, 35.
So, right there, same thing, right at 40%.
The bottom line, folks, and I want everybody to hear me loud and clear, is if President Trump jumps into the race and declares a bid for 2024, there is no primary.
There is no primary.
There's no competition.
There's no contest.
President Trump will be the nominee of the Republican Party and he will beat, whether it's Joe Biden or whoever else, will beat the Democrat and walk into that Oval Office on the latest.
steve bannon
These numbers are overwhelming, but I got Liz Cheney telling me the other day that if he's nominated, it's the end of the Republican Party as we know it, and probably the nation.
He's the biggest domestic threat to the country in the history of the country, Liz Cheney.
And you got Mitt Romney riding in the Atlantic.
It's going to play out exactly how it played out in 2016.
And you and I know all about it.
We've had to put the stories out there.
Mitt Romney writing that Trump is the biggest threat to the nation.
So how's that going to play out?
How's that going to impact these numbers?
unidentified
It's going to play out exactly how it played out in 2016.
boris epshteyn
And you and I know all about it.
We know exactly how that plays.
The never Trumpers crying and whining and moaning, oh it's the end.
and how are we ever going to move forward.
And what do we get with President Trump?
Constitutionalist justices overturning of Roe v. Wade, our borders secured at the South, our positioning across the world strengthened, new NAFTA, and actually a real trade agreement that protects American trade and American manufacturing.
Mitt Romney is just another case, right?
I mean, Liz Cheney, she doesn't, you know, she doesn't even register.
So, great.
Let's have the noise.
And by the way, Mitt Romney said the same stupid things in 2016.
Remember he had this speech where, oh, Donald J. Trump is no good.
No doubt about it.
We're going to put it together.
We're going to put a column together on Newsweek working on it right now.
steve bannon
Are you going to put your analysis of the Harvard-Harris and this, we're going to obviously push this segment out, are you going to write this up somewhere so somebody can see this on Getter or your Twitter account or your Newsweek column?
I mean, where are people going to see this analysis that you're doing?
boris epshteyn
No doubt about it.
We're going to put it together, we're going to put a column together on Newsweek working on it right now.
We're going to get it up and out because this is vital.
There's a lot of chatter out there, right?
The New York Times, the Washington Post, they love to put this out there.
Oh, President Trump maybe has a challenge.
These numbers put that issue to bed.
steve bannon
They're showing straw polls from Wisconsin.
They're showing straw polls from these county supervisor meetings.
There's a straw poll that shows DeSantis is within striking distance.
I'm seeing straw polls.
Right?
I'm seeing straw polls.
That's what they're putting up.
Listen, the New York Times and those guys.
When New Yorker Magazine... Look, Governor Sanders is doing a great job down there.
Nobody can say it's a fantastic job.
But when New Yorker Magazine is doing a 10,000 profile of you and it's laudatory, watch out.
Okay?
New Yorker Magazine, not a friend of MAGA.
Okay?
You saw the Atlantic on Peace on Me.
That was not laudatory.
When they think you're a problem, they come after you.
unidentified
When they want you, they're laudatory.
boris epshteyn
and even with the people that are ready right there over a thousand person sample polls both emerson and harvard harris these are the this is where it and by the way i will tell you appear if this were an honest magical I bet you President Trump's up by 60%, especially once you actually absorb the real impact of the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
And by the way, again, hey, Robinson is great.
Job in Florida, fine.
You know, agree with him on the mass mandates, on the vaccines, agree on Disney, and agree on redistricting.
President Trump is the undoubted, unquestionable, irrefutable leader.
steve bannon
of the MAGA movement and the Republican Party, you'd see it in the rallies, you see it in the movement, and you see it in the polls. By the way, Roe to me is always, the bigger one is taken on the administrative state in the high church of the administrative state, which is climate change, on the EPA regulation. Right, the EPA.
You see the schedule, Axios' lead story today, the court is going after the Administrative State, going right after the Administrative State.
That's huge.
Boris, social media, your morning email, all that, how do people get to it?
boris epshteyn
No doubt about it.
And again, folks, it's an honor of mine to be here and an honor to be talking about these poll numbers.
And this is all a huge credit to the War Room Party, the MAGA movement under the leadership of President Trump.
We continue to stand strong, and our best days are still yet to come.
The website is BorisCP.com.
BorisCP.com.
Sign up right now.
They're hot on Twitter at BorisCP, on Twitter at BorisCP, hot on Twitter and social at Boris, and of course hottest on the gram, Boris on the square up sign.
Stay strong, God bless, and I'll talk to you tomorrow.
steve bannon
And we'll look forward to that Newsweek column.
We'll put that back up on Getter and blast it everywhere.
Very important piece.
unidentified
No doubt.
steve bannon
Thank you.
I want to bring in Dr. Peter McCullough now from Harvard, one of the top guys in this entire, one of the top doctors and researchers in this whole area of the vaccines.
Dr. McCullough, talk to us first about this, what's happened at this conference about FDA, because I want to ask you about Canada, and I want to ask you also about this Wall Street Journal op-ed.
You've got something to report for us, sir.
dr peter mccullough
Yeah, thanks for having me on the show, Steve.
And just a correction, I'm not at Harvard.
I previously had lectured there as a guest lecturer.
I'm in Dallas, Texas in academic practice.
And the update is that on June 11th, the World Council for Health, which represents about 70 organizations internationally, called for a recall of pulling all the COVID-19 vaccines off the market.
And they based this call According to the U.S.
CDC VAERS system, the Vaccine Averse Event Reporting System, but also the UK Yellow Card system, the EU UDRA system, and the VigiSafe system held by the WHO.
Four out of the 39 systems that are out there show record deaths after vaccination.
40,000 deaths overall certified by these agencies occur typically within a few days of taking the vaccine.
Clearly, the excess mortality is far too high.
And these systems are all congruent with one another.
We think this is a vast underreporting of what's really happening out there.
And at this point in time, Dr. Katarina Lindley from Texas read this into the FDA record.
She was one of the presenters at the pediatric meetings for EUA approval ages six months to five years.
She read this into the record.
I also read it into the Texas Senate record myself on June 27, 2022.
And the only answer that's there right now, people keep asking me, why is no one in Washington talking about it?
And the answer is the FDA, CDC, NIH, and White House Task Force are willfully blind to the safety problem with the vaccines.
And it's a serious one.
We're talking about excess death.
steve bannon
Dr. McCullough, hang on, we'll take a short commercial break.
I want to come back and ask you, why are they willfully blind?
And why did they pass this for the under five-year-olds?
unidentified
I think the Wall Street Journal is starting to ask some questions too.
steve bannon
And there's a blockbuster news coming out of Canada today.
Mark Jektovic, we're going to try to get Mark Jektovic in here also.
Okay, short commercial break.
unidentified
Dr. McCullough, join us after the break.
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Your communication security is paramount.
Eric Prince has been working on something for a couple of years now.
He's got Unplugged.com forward slash War Room.
Go there today, check out the system he's got.
The phone's going to be here in the fall, but via Android phone, go right now, you can download an app and it makes every app, you can't be canceled.
In addition, every app that you download off this, they can't monetize, can't track your data, none of it.
In addition, it's got the best encryption system going, encrypted on each and every contact you make, each and every phone call.
So go check it out, unplugged.com forward slash war room.
Go check it out today.
I want to go back to Dr. Peter McCullough.
Dr. McCullough, how can all those agencies you listed, the White House, how could they be willfully blind?
dr peter mccullough
The whole program was set up incorrectly.
There should have been a separate vaccine administration and it should have had a data safety monitoring board, a critical event committee, a human ethics committee, and it should have had monthly safety meetings.
Instead, the CDC and FDA were named as the sponsors of the program.
They were told to get a needle in every arm.
So, in order to do that, the FDA is intentionally willfully blind, and the CDC has overstepped its powers.
Normally, it's a data outbreak evaluation unit.
So, it's really a problem because there is nothing right now, there's no agency on these COVID-19 vaccines that's protecting the safety of Americans.
steve bannon
What do you recommend has to happen right now to change that?
dr peter mccullough
We have to immediately have the FDA and CDC be dissolved as the program sponsors.
I think all the mandates should be dropped and there should be a temporary pause.
We should go along with the World Council for Health and pull all the vaccines off the market, figure out what went wrong, and start to really, in earnest, evaluate safety.
Who is injured, disabled, and actually have died through the vaccines?
steve bannon
You've had a chance to look at this op-ed in the Wall Street Journal.
Is the Wall Street Journal's editorial page starting to start to agree with the Dr. Malone's, Dr. McCall's, Naomi Wolf's of the world about the vaccines, sir?
dr peter mccullough
Yeah, I think so.
And, you know, there's a one way trend here that large corporations, jurisdictions and even countries, the one way trend is to drop these vaccines.
It's not it's not the opposite.
It's not like large companies are picking up new vaccine mandates.
People have really lost their love affair with mass vaccination.
They've seen it fail in terms of safety and efficacy.
And I think many actually just want to be over with COVID now and move on.
steve bannon
Dr. McCullough, how can people get to you and follow your writings and follow you on social media?
dr peter mccullough
I have a link tree, PeterMcCulloughMD.com.
That'll take you out to all the social media sources.

Dr. McCullough, honored to have you on here.
Look forward to having you back.
dr peter mccullough
Thank you.
steve bannon
Dr. McCullough, one of the thought leaders in this area.
Let's go and play this cold open for Mark Jastrowicz from Canada.
unidentified
Scientific studies.
Clearly show that our protection from the initial two-dose vaccine decreases over time.
Our immunity level evolves in a dynamic way as a function of time and variants.
The virus evolves and Omicron cruelly made us aware that we will never be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Like the virus, our immunity also evolves and Omicron Made us understand that two doses are no longer enough.
We have to maintain our vaccinations up to date.
steve bannon
Mark Jastowiec joins us, the bomb thrower.
It's the lead story up on, or was the lead, up on Zero Hedge.
Wow!
Did I just hear the Health Minister of Canada translated from the French?
Jastowiec, did I hear him?
You're never going to be fully vaccinated?
Did he actually say that?
mark jeftovic
He said it, and he said that from now on we have to move to an up-to-date regimen.
And for the foreseeable future, up-to-date means having been taken a shot, having been vaxxed within the last nine months.
steve bannon
Hold on, hold on.
Hold on.
mark jeftovic
Hold on Yeah, it takes moving the goalposts to a whole new level.
And, you know, to your point, not only did Fauci say that, you know, you would be one and done or two and done.
Here in Canada, Trudeau said he was against vaccine mandates at the very beginning.
He said he didn't want it to become a divisive issue amongst Canadians.
And then he went on himself to demonize Canadians who were against mandates, not against vaccines, but against having it forced upon them He was demonizing them as racists and fringe, and so everyone involved in this is doing the bait-and-switch, as you said.
steve bannon
Look, the Canadians, we saw this during the trucker incident.
The nicest people, maybe, on the planet.
Canadian nice.
How's this playing with your countrymen?
I realize this is hot off the press, but how's this playing with your countrymen?
mark jeftovic
There's a lot of outrage, and in my article I showed a recent Angus Reid poll that said Trudeau's support among Canadians is at an all-time low.
The segment of the population that strongly agrees with what the government is doing has fallen into single digits, and the largest category is strongly disagree with the Canadian government.
And following on Dr. McCullough's point, who was just on, Canada has the lowest booster uptake in the G7.
So, talking about citizens who are done, who are fed up with this, who see that these things have limited, if any, efficacy, Canadians don't want to get boosted, let alone every nine months for the rest of the foreseeable future, whatever that means.
steve bannon
I just want to make sure everyone understands, the Canadians, you going along with the program, doing what you're told, when this thing was first laid out by Trudeau and the government, you guys I think had the highest uptick rate initially of actually getting the jab, and then I know the first booster, but my point is you guys almost virtually complied With the program.
And so now you're telling me you have the lowest uptick of the latest boosters.
That shows you that the nicest people in the world have said, hey, yo, we're done.
Am I reading that correctly?
mark jeftovic
Yes, the hosers are done.
85% double shot uptake and then lowest third shot booster uptake in the G7.
steve bannon
85% and now the lowest.
And has the government, I take it the government's had a pretty active media program, an earned media program, to convince you to take the third booster?
mark jeftovic
It's not earned media in Canada, it's owned media.
The mainstream media is underwritten and subsidized by the government.
The CBC is fully funded by the government, so it's all gaslighting all the time.
You know, take your boosters, take your shots.
Don't be a, you know, don't be fringe and just go along to get along.
steve bannon
What does this mean?
We just had Nigel Farage on to open the show about the Boris Johnson government.
Looks like if it's not going to fall, it's critically injured.
You got Macron.
The people in France rejected his policies.
A lot of it about the Ukraine because of the economy.
Biden.
We just had Boris Epstein on here.
Biden's right track, wrong track.
18% right track.
Lowest in the history of polling.
What does this tell us?
You know, Trudeau's over there.
All those guys are over there like they're big shots, but none of their countries support him.
What does this mean overall for the Trudeau government?
mark jeftovic
Well, Trudeau is on his third minority government, and what he's done to stay in power is he's cut a deal.
He's effectively merged the Liberal Party with the NDP Party, which is a socialist party, so I just call it the Liberal Socialist Party here in Canada, and that's the only reason they're still in power, because the opposition would have brought successful non-confidence votes against them to oust them by now, but right now, As long as the NDPs keep propping up the Liberals, they're around till 2025.
But I think when 2025 hits, if they do last that long, we're going to see a blowout of epic proportions up here in Canada.
Something we haven't seen since 1993, when the Mulroney government went from 160 seats in the House of Commons to two.
And I think that's what we're headed for in 2025, if we even get there.
steve bannon
This tsunami's building, building here, France, everywhere.
Okay.
Jeff Tvek, how do people get to you on social media?
Cause you're, you're everywhere.
mark jeftovic
Yeah, I'm a bomb thrower on Getter, the website's Bites.com.
And if you're, haven't been kicked off a Twitter yet, I'm Stunt Pope over there.
steve bannon
Okay, brother.
Thank you very much.
Great article.
I'm glad the guys at Zero Hedge picked it up right away.
mark jeftovic
All right.
Thanks, Steve.
Nice to see you again.
steve bannon
Pretty stunned.
Remember, the Canadians 85% uptake for the jab and the first booster.
And now the lowest in the G7.
And these are people that don't like, you know, screaming at people.
They're saying, hey, we've been lied to.
Massive news.
We're going to have Russ vote on tomorrow about his organization.
Massive news on the border.
Just finished a press conference.
We have Ben Berquam.
Ben Berquam.
Ben, tell our audience what has happened today.
ben bergquam
Hey Steve, we're here live in Brackettville, Texas, and it's really a historic day.
I'm going to actually let Ken Cuccinelli tell you why it's so significant, but a declaration by judges and sheriffs, and we're also here with obviously Congressman Chip Roy, a declaration of an invasion on the southern border.
It's never been done before, as far as I know.
Ken, if you'd take over, let us know.
Why is today so significant?
unidentified
Sure, Steve, you and I have talked about it before, but here it's actually happened.
A judge here in Texas ruled as a matter of law that Texas is being invaded, specifically Kinney County, Texas, and that is the first time in American history that legal conclusion by a judge has ever been made.
Now, if Governor Abbott, we're in Texas, so if Governor Abbott came to the same conclusion, just declared the invasion, His constitutional authority would be triggered to go ahead and repel that invasion.
And all we're talking about here is putting people back across the border.
It looks exactly like Title 42 does today, except it's state officials doing it.
National Guard, DPS, you can deputize all of your local law enforcement, all the brave men and women we heard from here today.
A couple of months ago, the AG of Arizona issued the first legal opinion saying we're being invaded.
governors like Florida and Nebraska have said, we'll give you personnel, can come be deputized and participate in securing the border that Joe Biden has refused to secure.
So today's historic in that sense.
Couple of months ago, the AG of Arizona issued the first legal opinion saying we're being invaded.
This is the first time a judge has so ruled.
ben bergquam
Go ahead, Steve.
steve bannon
Yeah, for Chip Roy, and Ken, stick there through the break, but Chip Roy, you're one of the top guys.
Is this constitutional?
I think a lot of people are going, well, hang on, can counties and states actually be invaded?
I thought that was the purview of the federal government in the United States of America, sir.
ben bergquam
Congressman Roy, so the question is, is this constitutional?
Can locals, can the state do this?
A lot of people are looking at this saying, you know, it's never been done before.
Is it constitutional?
What's your message to them, sir?
chip roy
Yeah, well, first of all, we know how to secure the border.
We saw it under President Trump.
We saw what you do when you have physical infrastructure.
We saw what you do when you actually enforce policies.
And when you, you know, recognize cartels, the danger they are.
You take action, you can secure the border, the numbers go down.
This administration is doing the opposite and it's purposeful.
I was in Eagle Pass just this morning, went to their brand new tent facility.
And what's it designed to do?
Process people.
They're going to process people in the United States and release them.
That's what they're doing.
That's drawing more people, empowering cartels.
I asked a woman today from Cuba, hey, how much did you have to pay?
She said almost $10,000.
I just asked her point blank.
There's no propaganda there.
So what can Texas do to secure our communities from fentanyl, from gangs, from the danger, from fences getting cut, livestock getting out, from all the harm being perpetrated against Texas?
Which is do what you do in a republic when a constitution recognizes the power of the state.
Hold that thought.
We're going to go to break.
constitution that's what the constitution does it gives us the power to say we're going to repel an invasion an invasion as we're seeing it unfold before our eyes where Texans are being harmed by empowered cartels who are well-armed by the way flooding fentanyl into our schools fentanyl into our streets Texans dying causing massive economic damage massive harm to counties we have the power under the Constitution to do that hold that thought we're gonna go to break Steve just hold the thought Let's take down the CCD!

War Room Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Go to MyPillow.com, promo code WARREN right now.
Mike Lindell got the hook from Walmart, but you can still get the Pell's $19.88 when you go to MyPillow.com, promo code WARREN.
Check it out today.
Action, action, action.
Talking of action, the Center for Renewing America, Russ Vogt and Ken Cuccinelli came up and conceived an idea.
It's been executed and it's being implemented as we speak today about an invasion of the United States of America on the southern border.
Ben Berquam in Texas, in Brackettville, Texas.
Take it, sir.
ben bergquam
Thank you, Steve.
So the question first is to you, Ken Cuccinelli.
How did you come up with this idea?
unidentified
I read the Constitution.
Literally, it's in plain text at the very end of Article 1.
And it says very clearly that states, when they're actually invaded, those are the words used, they can respond.
But that resides with the governor.
That authority resides with the governor.
No one had looked at this before.
This did used to happen.
Go back before the Border Patrol.
We've got Mark Morgan here, of course.
Before the Border Patrol, Texas patrolled its border.
Arizona patrolled its border.
New Mexico, California patrolled their borders.
Where do you think they got the authority to do that?
This is where they got the authority to do it.
And it was very small numbers for those first hundred years or so before the Border Patrol was brought into existence to take over the mission.
And of course now we have a Border Patrol that's being held back from doing that mission and states still have that same authority.
It's at the very end of Article 1.
The Founding Fathers knew what they were doing.
ben bergquam
Mark Morgan, former Border Patrol CBP Director, what does this mean actionably for you guys, for the boots on the ground, the people on the border?
What would this mean when it goes into effect?
unidentified
Look, I don't want to oversimplify a complex, complicated issue, but at the end of the day, here's what it means.
As long as those that are coming and breaking our country illegally, as long as you release them into the United States and not deporting them lawfully, they're going to keep coming.
You can throw all the resources, you can build all the wall, you can throw all the border patrol agents down there and technology, which I support by the way, but you could do that.
But as long as you're releasing them and not lawfully deporting them, they're going to keep coming.
What this happens is, with the governor declaring an invasion, he's not enforcing immigration law.
He's protecting the states.
And what he can do as part of this declaration is then he can take away one of the things that the illegal aliens want, and that's to be released.
They can instead detain them and remove them.
You start removing them, you're going to see the numbers drastically go down.
That means more border agents back on the line, and that means a more secure border.
ben bergquam
Perfect segue for Kenny County Sheriff.
You did something that I haven't heard anyone else do.
You actually took illegal aliens that had come on into your county.
You took them back and sent them back across the border.
How does declaring this an invasion?
How does that help you?
And how does that help every other sheriff?
And what if the governor doesn't do it?
Will you continue?
unidentified
Well, the whole thing with that was there were four individuals that are involved in a wreck.
And because they had been involved in a wreck, Border Patrol Wanted them to be medically cleared by a medical doctor at an emergency.
I don't have the personnel.
I don't have the time.
I don't have the funds to pay for those bills if I take them into the emergency room.
So, based on what I had going, the number of personnel, my best option was to take them back to the port of entry and show them the way home.
Now, once they got out of that vehicle, they were free to do whatever they wanted.
They could either return to Mexico or they could try to come back in the United States again.
That was up to them.
But there was no formal deportation.
There was no hearing.
It was just taking them Back to their point of entry and released them there.
If they came back, they come back.
If they go home, they go home.
ben bergquam
And Congressman, you mentioned we were talking about that.
They're breaking their oath of office.
So when you talk about Washington, D.C., what are you going to do in Washington, D.C.?
And really, is this treason, what Joe Biden is doing?
And at that point, what do we do?
If the governor doesn't do it, if Governor Abbott gives it lip service, doesn't do it, obviously Joe Biden's not going to do it.
What's next?
chip roy
Well, first of all, Republicans need to make very clear what our plan is, what we would do to secure the border immediately.
We know what it is, right?
We've got it.
We've laid it out.
Mark's part of a great group that has put together a plan of activists and people in D.C.
and the smartest people on this topic, and it's a great plan.
I've laid out some ideas that are 90% overlap.
Let's get it out there.
You need physical infrastructure.
You need to enforce the policies.
You need to be able to make sure asylum is defined properly.
You need to be able to end capture and release.
You need to be able to turn people away at the border like we do at Title 42.
These are all things we know we need to do.
Deal with the cartels appropriately.
We can do that.
We can do it tomorrow.
And that's kind of what we're all about here, is why the federal government is refusing to do those things.
And they're doing that purposely.
So, you know, do I think that what they're doing is a violation of their oath?
Yes.
Do I think they're lying to us, as Mark articulated earlier?
Yes.
Do I think that we should impeach Mayorkas?
Absolutely.
We should take everything we can to go hammer them.
But here's the important part.
Republicans should stop funding an agency that is refusing to secure the border.
We should not give them a blank check.
We should give them requirements.
We should put riders on everything we give them and say, you're going to do this or you're not getting this money.
We should take action as Republicans and not just sit back and use it to run for office.
We owe the people of this country the fight.
ben bergquam
How can we help?
How can the people of this country help anyone?
And Steve, if you want to jump in, go ahead.
steve bannon
Here's what I want to say.
I want to say you got Ken Cuccinelli, you got Mark Morgan, you got Sheriff Coe from Kinney County, you got Chip Roy.
That's the 27 Yankees.
I want this audience to understand that you have some of the toughest, smartest people in this country that are on this problem.
This is not something kicked under.
You just heard what Chip Roy said.
Start putting requirements in these appropriations bills.
We gotta bounce, but I gotta tell you, this thing is monumental.
And the Center for Renewing America, Ken Cuccinelli, gonna have Russ vote on tomorrow morning, go in more detail.
Ken, we can't thank you enough.
Chip Roy, you've been a lion on this.
Sheriff Kenney, you're a hero.
And Mark Morgan, we can't wait till we get you back in to head up the whole... to impeach Mayorkas and replace him with Mark Morgan.
That's the type of heroes you need, Ben Burquam.
ben bergquam
Thank you, sir.
Thank you, guys.
He says we've got the 27 Yankees out here, so this is it.
It's the American people, guys, and to answer my own question, it's up to the American people to stand behind them and call out the fake news media.
We're filling the void there.
It's time for you guys to fill the void at home.
Stand up and take this country back.
steve bannon
Birquam, real quickly, what's your social media?
How do people get to you in Real America's Voice?
ben bergquam

We're on the march.
All day long it's been action, action, action.
Lawsuits, petitions.
Now this.
Okay, stick around.
Six o'clock, we're going to talk about the fall of Boris Johnson's conservative government.
We're also going to talk about the shooter was dressed as a woman.
Why was that?
Tiffany Justice is going to be here about the NEA, the biggest teachers' union.
They care about Ukraine, they care about climate change, they care about this, they care about that, they care about gender ideology.
What they don't care about is that your kids are learning to read and write and know arithmetic.
All next, as the War Room continues War Room Battlegrounds.
See you in a moment.
