The virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't and the worst happens, Okay, welcome.
steve bannon
It's Thursday, 30 June, Year of the Lord 2022.
It's the end of the first half of the year.
Remember how we started this on New Year's Day?
We did a whole special on just getting focused and getting things done.
We're going to get into that throughout the day.
It's packed on news and economic news.
I think it'd be hard to say it could get any worse.
The way they monitor inflation up 4.7%, the worst that the Fed, I think, has had in 40 years.
Stock markets imploding, bond market imploding, capital markets all over.
We're going to talk about the convergence of these crises throughout the day.
We've also got National Guard troops that may, I don't know, hundreds of thousands that could be blown out of the military.
The process started today because of the vaccines.
We've got Dr. Malone here.
We've got Mike Davis.
The President of the United States, or the guy that's sitting there, Joe Biden, the head of the regime, is overseas and he's trashing the Supreme Court of the United States.
These people are supposed to be institutionalists.
Remember that.
We're supposed to be the anti-institutionalists.
And so he's trashed.
We've got Mike Davis.
We have Dr. Robert Malone.
We have Royce White.
We are packed.
We've got a lot more than that.
We're going to be going all over from Tennessee to Capitol Hill.
We're following two big announcements today, supposedly from the Supreme Court.
I'm pretty sure they're coming.
And that is the administrative state ruling about EPA.
It's much bigger than just the EPA in West Virginia.
It's about deconstructing the administrative state.
That is due today.
And of course we have the remain in Mexico.
So Todd Bensman's on standby.
We got it all packed in.
A lot of economics.
Russ Vought.
Wow, what an all-star.
I kind of like to be at home watching this.
We want to start in the great state of Alaska.
Another blockbuster announcement last night.
Kelly Chewbacca's running for the Senate out there in a primary.
It's kind of funky the way they run out there, but essentially Murkowski is her opponent.
Kelly, you've got big news.
Tell us what's going on with you and President Trump.
kelly tshibaka
President Trump announced and confirmed yesterday that he's coming for a rally July 9th at 4 p.m.
Alaska Airlines Stadium in Anchorage.
For everybody who wants to know the details, I'd love to see you there.
This is huge for us, Steve.
Just as you said, there's a lot of things right now that are incredibly discouraging across America.
And that was absolutely expected when Joe Biden took the helm last January.
I think I was one of the first Senate candidates in the nation to announce my candidacy last March.
And one of the reasons we went out so early was exactly because of what you just said.
The nation needs hope and it needs a vision for the future.
And I think that the left believed that when they removed Donald Trump from the stage, that they were going to silence and mute all of us because I believe they thought we were following him and they had that so wrong.
I don't think we were following Trump.
I think Trump was reflecting us.
He was just holding up a mirror and saying, this is what America is saying and thinking.
And so I wanted to raise my hand and say, Hey, we're still here and we're messaging hope and a vision for the future.
And so this is the way let's go.
And after that, you see that there are so many of us, I think really millions of us who are saying, this is what we believe.
This is even coming out in the data.
There was an article headline just a couple of days ago that said the net gain in changes of voter registrations have been over a million people have changed to Republican in this past year.
So that red wave is definitely happening.
And I believe in 2022, you're going to see a ton of Republicans.
steve bannon
I think this is also, let me be blunt, I think because of the deplorables in Alaska and President Trump's great love for the America First and the deplorables in MAGA and quite frankly you.
I mean, you were a lonely voice.
You were the first one to step out and condemn all the stuff the Biden regime was doing on the spending.
You kind of called the shot.
You were the very first one to come out.
And on this show over a year ago, you're the first one to talk about all of this energy.
One of the things we'll be talking about over the next couple of days and through all of our specials through the Fourth of July that we commemorate, the Independence Day, is the bottom of this is energy.
Right?
You're the first one to call that.
I think it's a huge, not just a sign of support, but a recognition that you're already an important voice.
You've been very anti-Stalin.
Murkowski is bigger than just Alaska.
What she and her family represents, because remember Palin tangled with her years ago, the Murkowskis represent one of the central political problems in the country and the world.
The Murkowskis just happen to have it in Alaska where they lock it down with these machines, right, of graft, corruption, and incompetence that get deep-rooted.
And you've got to dig those roots out.
That's the same thing in Washington, D.C.
It's just a difference.
It's a difference in degree, not in kind.
Same thing in Davos.
Same thing in Brussels.
Same thing in Geneva with the U.N.
Wall Street.
You see it.
And that's why your fight is so important.
Your fight is much bigger than just you versus Murkowski.
And that's why I think, having gone to Alaska to make a film about Sarah Palin and falling in love with the state and the people, because it is the last frontier for America, I can tell you it ain't easy to get to when you're in Seattle Airport and get on the plane and it just keeps going to go, wow, the maps don't really show you how far away it is.
In the middle of July, a bed minister, he's going to obviously give up a couple of days of golf.
I'm actually recommending he take a couple days and tour and see the beautiful thing of the state.
I think it'd just be amazing.
I think it says something about President Trump's bonding with the deplorables in America first and just working class people because Alaska is a working class state and Kelly also I think it's emblematic of what people think of you, of how you've been the first voice out there.
I think you're the first person to say, I ain't voting for Mitch McConnell.
I'm not.
This stuff's got to stop.
It's got to stop for the state of Alaska.
And more importantly, what Murkowski means for the country.
We wouldn't have.
She's one of these.
She's a Democrat.
And she's what I call the collaborators.
You wouldn't have had all this mess if it hadn't been for Murkowski and what Murkowski represents.
So I think it is hugely important.
When I heard it, I'd heard the rumors about it, but when it was finally talked about and then announced, I said, we got to get Kelly on right away because this is even bigger than the rally.
Donald Trump is going to Alaska to address the people in Alaska in support of fighters.
You tell me two people tougher.
Then Kelly Chewbacca and Sarah Palin.
They're both tough as boot leather, right?
And that's what you need.
You can't, it's easy to falter.
And they're fighting a machine just like there's a McConnell machine here.
They're fighting the machine out on, you know, this is a 30 front war and they're on one of the fronts.
So Kelly, I think it's a huge for Trump in July to head out there.
I just think it's, it speaks volumes of his support for you and what you stand for, ma'am.
kelly tshibaka
Thank you, Steve.
You're right, the fight is on, and it's going to be big.
And you're right in calling out what this is.
Remember, the Murkowski monarchy has handed down our Alaska Senate seat for 41 years.
She inherited this seat from her father when he appointed her to it, and now she's been in this seat for 21 years.
She now votes with Chuck Schumer 20% more often than she does with Ted Cruz, and she's appointed and confirmed most of Biden's radical nominees, the people who harm Alaska, including casting the tie-breaking vote to advance the nomination of the radical environmentalist Deb Haaland to be the Interior Secretary. So you are exactly correct when you say the only reason that the Biden administration has gotten this far is because of Murkowski.
steve bannon
And hang on, let's be very specific about Murkowski.
These numbers today, it's the worst performance of the stock market, I think, since 1970.
It's a 40-year number on inflation by the Fed's calculation.
I believe when they get the calculation for the second quarter, I haven't seen the Atlanta Fed number because I've been jamming to get this show ready, but I think it's going to show technically, and for the deplorable working-class middle class, you're already in a recession, but I think the math is actually going to show that.
How has that happened?
We keep saying on the show, you can't get this thing turned around until you get energy as at the basics of all of it.
And Trump was full spectrum energy dominant, not independent, dominant in every sector of energy.
The New Jerusalem, America, We are blessed by divine providence to not just have one.
We have two Saudi Arabias.
Biden's going to go over and kneel before the House of Saud to say, please, please, please increase production.
It was so humiliating.
Macron had to tell me the other day in the cameras because Macron wanted to be the big shot.
Hey, I talked to MBZ.
UAE is tapped out.
They can't produce anymore.
Oh, and by the way, he tells me the Saudis do 150,000 barrels a day.
That's it.
He's gonna go over and bend it knee.
We're supposed to pay trillions in defense, not one penny for tribute.
Remember that?
Our founders told us not one penny for tribute.
We'll pay for whatever it is for defense, not one penny for tribute.
He's going over and show that we're a tributary state to Saudi.
We don't have one, we have two Saudi Arabias in the United States.
One is in Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, Ohio, and part of Illinois.
A Saudi Arabia of natural gas and oil right there in the heart of the country.
The other's in Alaska.
Alaska is one of the greatest natural resource places on the face of God's Earth.
And these numbers today, when you're out there and hearing us on the radio stations in Atlanta and in Pennsylvania, or seeing it streamed all over the country, or on the podcast later, understand that what Kelly Chewbacca is fighting Murkowski is because the Biden regime has shut down Alaska.
They shut down one Saudi Arabia, they've shut down the other ones in Pennsylvania and West Virginia from the fracking or from the natural gas, yet we will go on bended knee to Saudi Arabia.
And the worst guys in the world.
Iran, and Caracas, and Moscow.
Every worst element in the world's making more money than ever.
Why?
We've shut it down ourselves.
And all they do is lie and misrepresent.
You saw what they said about Alaska and about the Gulf.
They're lying.
They lied about the leases.
They'll look you in the face and lie.
And that's what Kelly Chewbacca's up against.
And Lisa Murkowski agreed with it.
Kelly.
kelly tshibaka
Well, not only did she agree with it, she put the person in place who's spearheading it, knowing that she was doing that.
That's the exact vote that got me in this race.
I watched her do it and she said, this will hurt Alaska, but I'm going to do it anyway.
And I just said, you're not for us, you're against us.
Government's supposed to be for us.
I'm holding you accountable.
But it went further than that, Steve.
The other reason we're in this financial crisis is because of the excessive spending.
It's the trillion here and the trillion there.
And we had a financial advisor from Obama that was on liberal media just a week ago, and he said, the reason we have this economic crisis is because of runaway spending.
Well, guess who wrote that Green New Deal infrastructure bill?
Lisa Murkowski.
And I was just at a conference yesterday where she said, some people call this a Green New Deal.
I'll tell you, it was a great deal for Alaska.
And she says that because it, quote, brought in money for Alaska, but she ignores the fact that it's also going to cost Every Alaskan, $565 million.
So while there's grant funding available that we may or may not get, it comes at an extraordinary cost when our economy is so destroyed.
And I just got a picture from someone out in rural Alaska where gas is now over $8 a gallon.
And I was just in rural Alaska where they literally had no milk on the shelves.
That's how great it is of a deal for Alaska.
That's what's happening in our economy thanks to the decisions And literally, Lisa Murkowski writing the bill that's affecting every American right now.
That's how much we need to get this person out of the Senate.
steve bannon
Kelly, give all the information of how people can get, and I want them to come from far and wide to see Trump in Alaska.
Get all the information about your campaign, about how they get to this great event on the 9th of July.

Just hunker down.
We got this.
It's coming our way.

I don't know if we have Mike Davis up.
I want to go.
Okay, we're getting Mike Davis.
A big ruling from the Supreme Court.
Hey, wait for it.
I think we're deconstructing the administrative state, baby.
We're going to get to the details of that.
I think this EPA ruling came out in our favor.
We're going to get a checking on that in a second.
That's going to be very important for economically as soon as we get Mike Davis up.
We have an exclusive interview with Archbishop Vigano.
It's insanely powerful.
It's exclusively up on War Room right now.
We're going to be pushing out to Gateway Pundit, Citizens Free Press, all those guys.
But I want to bring in Ben Harnwell.
Ben, a very important interview.
I'm so honored that the Archbishop agreed to it.
Walk us through some of the highlight reel, and then we'll have you back on throughout the morning and the evening to talk about this, because it's a big day for us.
ben harnwell
Morning, Steve.
Yeah, well, Archbishop Vigno is an 81-year-old cleric.
He's a career diplomat.
He started his diplomatic career as the Holy See's formal representative to the Council of Europe, and he finished as the Holy See's ambassador, the Pope's ambassador to the United States, which is a very important diplomatic appointment, obviously, for the Catholic Church.
So his words and his thoughts, even though he's retired, have a great deal of weight.
I'm going to go on and say a few words at the very end of this about the importance of Archbishop Vigano to the movement.
But first, I just wanted to go to three polls out of the 10-page interview, and I'll just say a little bit about them.
I'm going to go straight to the first page for the first quotation, and this is what he says about the coronavirus pandemic.
steve bannon
Hang on a second, let me just set the stage.
The Archbishop has become, I think, the greatest public intellectual on a global basis about the Party of Davos, about the Great Reset.
He is transcending.
He is deeply a religious figure that he is for traditional Catholics.
He has, because of his professional part as a priest, was in the diplomatic corps and particularly the relationship with the United States in the Vatican, of which he's the leading expert, I think.
And he's geopolitically one of the smartest guys in the world.
His writings and a lot of his questions are not just about the church, the Vatican, and the religion.
He is really becoming the top theoretician, intellectually, in the 21st century for exactly what the free world, free men and women are up against in this what is the party of Davos, this consolidation of the world economic forum, and not in this kind of crazy conspiracy theory, in an individual that has a piercing intellect that can really get cut through the fog of war and get down to the heart of things. That's why he's become
ben harnwell
such a major figure. With that as a open, Ben Harn will take it. I think the proof of what you just said, Steve, is in the quality of these three thoughts here which I've picked out.
So talking about the coronavirus, he says, the prohibition of treatment, the discrediting of the effectiveness of drugs that have been in use for decades, the decision to hospitalise the elderly who became sick in nursing homes, and the imposition of an experimental gene treatment that has been demonstrated not only to be ineffective but also harmful and often fatal
All this confirms for us that the pandemic has been planned and managed with the purpose of creating the greatest damage possible.
And the whole 10 pages is of identity and linear thought, as this example.
And it's quite exceptional today in the Catholic Church, Steve, to find a cleric Especially a senior cleric who's able to speak and command this degree of authority and insight and intuition and to communicate it so clearly as Archbishop of Viganon.
steve bannon
Ben, hang on for one second, because I've got Dr. Malone's going to join us when we get him up.
He's got some comments on this.
Malone's up.
Hang on.
Let me go to, I've got to go to Mike Davis.
Is Mike Davis up?
Mike, we've got breaking news from the Supreme Court.
I want to make sure that we get this out first, not just for the hedge fund guys that watch this, but I think it needs to be explained.
Is the EPA ruling in right now, Mike Davis?
mike davis
It is 6-3 with the Chief Justice joining the five conservatives and ruling that the EPA exceeded its statutory authority when the EPA tried to regulate air across the country.
This is a major win for the Constitution, for our liberties, and it is a major setback for the administrative state.
steve bannon
Okay, here's the point.
Here's the point.
This is what ties the interview with Viganò to Dr. Malone's lonely crusade.
Not lonely anymore, there's so many scientists and doctors who support him.
As I've said, and I said back in February 2017 on the stage in CPAC, the deconstruction of the administrative state is one of the central issues that we face, not just in this country, but now on a global basis.
The World Economic Forum The operation of Geneva with the UN, right, the CCP has, Brussels, NATO, all of it.
It is another version of the administrative state.
What is the administrative state?
It's more than a bureaucracy.
It is basically a control function where these global elites think they're smarter than you, think they know better than the drive of free men and women in a democracy.
It is the most anti-democratic thing going.
That's why they keep saying, oh, you guys are not the institutionalist.
And I'm going to prove the institution.
I have to play this.
Ben, you hang on.
Do we have Joe Biden?
I want people to hear what a guy that purports to be the President of the United States on foreign soil.
Remember, these people are supposed to be the institutionalists.
It's Bannon and these crazies who want to burn everything down.
They're the bad guys.
They want to burn everything down.
I want you to hear the head of the regime, Joe Biden.
Do we have it ready to go?
Let's go ahead and hear it in his own words.
unidentified
85% of the U.S.
public thinks the country is going in the wrong direction.
How do you explain this to those people who feel the country is going in the wrong direction, including some of the leaders you've been meeting with this week, who think that when you put all of this together, it amounts to an America that is going backward?
joe biden
They do not think that.
You haven't found one person, one world leader, to say America is going backward.
America's better positioned to lead the world than we ever have been.
We have the strongest economy in the world.
Our inflation rates are lower than other nations in the world.
The one thing that has been destabilizing is the outrageous behavior of the Supreme Court of the United States.
An overruling, not only Roe v. Wade, but essentially challenging the right to privacy.
We've been a leader in the world in terms of personal rights and privacy rights.
And it is a mistake, in my view, for the Supreme Court to do what it did.
But I have not seen anyone come up to me to do anything other than... Okay, okay.
steve bannon
Nobody's going to come up and tell you to your face, you hapless old man.
The economy is in great shape.
Our inflation?
Can't you do the math on real inflation?
And to sit there and trash... Mike Davis, I'll let you take it.
To trash the Supreme Court of the United States on foreign soil.
Sir.
mike davis
Yeah.
So Biden was the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
He should know better than this.
This is a dangerous assault on judicial independence.
This is what the Klan used to do.
They used to go to judges' homes and bring their mobs and they were upset if the Klan uh... didn't like the federal judge was ruling for desegregation or some other civil rights case they would just show up with their mobs of what we're seeing we're seeing this for see the democrat party with their mobs at supreme court justices homes with their intimidation campaign campaigns Whoa, whoa, whoa.
I got that.
incited by Jen Psaki from the White House podium, even though they violate federal criminal code, 18 U.S.C. 1507 obstruction of justice. Now Biden's talking about he wants to nuke the legislative filibuster. He wants to get rid of the 60 vote threshold for legislation that we've we've had.
steve bannon
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I got that. But he just said on a global stage in front of the world that the prop, the part of the biggest thing of destabilization in the United States.
In fact, he says we don't have any problems. We're a world leader except for one problem.
We're being destabilized because of the decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States, Mike Davis.
Hey Merrick Garland, instead of looking at the parents in Loudoun County as domestic terrorists, you've got a domestic terrorist, he's sitting at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Where's Merrick Garland?
Where's Ray?
Right there, he just said in his own words, the central destabilizing element in the United States of America is the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mike Davis.
mike davis
Yeah, the January 6th Kangaroo Commission is holding their hearings right now.
They're bogus hearings with their bogus witnesses arguing that President Trump was a threat to democracy, that he attacked A separate branch of the government and destabilize democracy and attack democracy and undermine democracy.
Democrats have been doing this every day.
Since COVID, especially since the BLM Antifa riots, and now with Democrats having full control of the government, they've been attacking the independence of the federal judiciary, threatening to pack the Supreme Court, threatening to impeach Supreme Court justices over bogus theories, even threatening to kill them.
I mean, we have Democrats who are inciting Illegal protests at their homes that have led to an assassination attempt of Justice Kavanaugh, his wife, and two young daughters in their home in the middle of the night.
Other justices and their families had to be removed from their homes.
They know, the Democrats, the Biden administration know this is a deadly game because Judge Esther Salas in 2020 just had her 20-year-old son Daniel killed and her husband Mark seriously wounded in their home.
steve bannon
Okay, Mike Davis, hang on.
I've got Harnwell in Rome on Archbishop Vigano.
Dr. Malone's going to join us.
We've got the National Guard folks.
Here's what we're going to do in the next segment.
We're going to give an assist and we're going to help start to deconstruct the administrative state.
unidentified
All next in The War Room.
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Wow, another blockbuster just came in.
Mike Davis, this is a shocker, but I think we know why.
Tell me about Remain in Mexico, sir.
mike davis
In 2012 to 2014, President Obama granted amnesty to up to six million illegal economic migrants through DAPA and DACA.
He did this through executive fiat, didn't go through the administrative bureaucratic hoops, just did it after Obama tried to pass it legislatively for four years and failed.
Obama knew he didn't have the statutory authority.
He knew what he was doing that was illegal.
He did it anyway, and it went to the Supreme Court 4-4 with Roberts joining the Conservatives after Scalia died.
It went to a stalemate, so it went back down to the lower courts and kind of died in the courts.
And so Obama was able to eke out his victory on DAPA and DACA.
Trump repealed DAPA and DACA via executive order just like Obama initiated it or created it via executive order.
Roberts switched his vote in 2020 and said Trump didn't jump through the bureaucratic hoops when he repealed via executive order, via fiat, even though Obama didn't jump through the bureaucratic hoops and ordered it through fiat.
So there's DAPA, DACA.
And then in 2017, or excuse me, 18.
Trump jumped through the bureaucratic hoops.
You remember this, Steve.
Trump jumped through the bureaucratic hoops and issued Remain in Mexico, which is that if asylum seekers from Central America want to claim asylum in America, most of these claims are bogus.
They're just coming here to work.
But if they want to claim asylum in America, you do it When you're outside of Central America, when you're in Mexico, when you're away from this alleged persecution you're claiming so your government can't get you because you're in Mexico, we're paying to house them in Mexico.
We provide Mexico with assistance while we adjudicate their asylum claim while they're in Mexico.
If they win their claim, they come to America.
If they lose their claim, they go back to Guatemala or wherever the heck they came from.
And this dramatically reduced So how did Roberts and Kavanaugh, is this because they like the DC cocktail party circuit so much?
steve bannon
So had it, so had it, had it, had it, Justice, particularly Kavanaugh, the Deconstructing Ministry, had it Roberts and Kavanaugh, is this because they like the, they like the DC cocktail party circuit so much?
Are they cucked in this, in this regard?
unidentified
I'm Mike Davis, I don't mean to put you on the spot.
steve bannon
I understand that's part of your whole posse over there you work with.
So let me withdraw that question.
unidentified
What's the legal argument they give?
mike davis
I'm in the war room posse and the Supreme Court posse, so I have to be careful what I say, Steve.
So in 2018, we had the Remain in Mexico, and it went through the legal hoops, it was legal.
Trump, or Biden, comes in on day one, just like Trump did back in 2017 and got rid of DAPA and DACA, Biden comes in on day one in 2021 and gets rid of Remain in Mexico through executive fiat, does not jump through the bureaucratic hoops.
So you would think the court Well, Robert switched his vote again.
what they did for Trump, which is, you can't do this, Biden.
We told Trump he couldn't do it on DAPA DACA. You can't do it on remain in Mexico. You have to jump through the bureaucratic hoops.
Well, Roberts switched his vote again. So it was Roberts and Kavanaugh joining the three liberals and said that that's that Trump had the power to do this under the statute and he didn't have to jump through the bureaucratic hoops.
steve bannon
Once before I lose you once again, how outrageous is this and how dangerous is that Biden is now trashing the Supreme Court while he's overseas in front of a global audience?
mike davis
Well, I think Biden should be careful.
I've already said that Attorney General Merrick Garland, the House Republicans must impeach him for his dangerous amnesty that has led to threats at Supreme Court justices' homes, including an assassination attempt.
If Biden keeps using the presidency to attack the legitimacy of the Supreme Court, He needs to be impeached as well, because this is a serious, serious dereliction of his constitutional duty.
If he's unwilling to defend the integrity, the legitimacy of a separate branch of government, he's not doing his job.
His job is to faithfully execute the law under the Constitution.
Congress writes the laws, the President executes the laws, the Supreme Court interprets the laws, and if the President is unwilling to execute or follow the Supreme Court rulings.
This is a banana Republican.
He is a danger to our democracy, as the Democrats always say about Trump.
He's truly a danger to the democracy if he's gonna undermine the Supreme Court and he needs to be impeached for it if he doesn't cool his rhetoric.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, how do people track you during the day on social media?
How do they get to your website for Article 3?
mike davis
Article3project.org, article number three project.org, and then on social media, it's Article3project, at Article3, number three project, and then my personal is MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA.
And thank you again, Steve, for having me on.
steve bannon
Thank you very much.
Ben, let's go back, hit the other two elements out of Archbishop Vigano, and then I want to bring in Dr. Malone for commentary, and then tell me about what FDA is before we get the National Guard guys on.
ben harnwell
Absolutely, Steve.
So the second quote now, and here I'm going to jump on to page four.
I'm going to go straight into it.
We must understand that our rulers are traitors of our nation who are devoted to the elimination of populations and that all of their actions are carried out in order to cause the greatest amount of harm to citizens.
It is not a problem of inexperience or inability, but rather of an intenzio nocendi, a deliberate intention to harm.
Honest citizens find it inconceivable that those who govern them could do it with the perverse intention of undermining and destroying them, so much so that they find it very hard to believe.
The main cause of this very serious problem is found in the corruption of authority.
Along with the resigned obedience of those who are governed.
Now, Steve, this is something that you said on the show repeatedly, that there's no time and there's no room in this movement for ill-informed complacency.
And I think, really, that sentiment that it is our duty, if we want to preserve what freedoms we still have, and we sort of claw back those that have been confiscated from us, we have to use all the gifts that we have to hold our government to account in order to do so.
And I think what Archbishop Viganò is saying there at the end is part of this.
One of the reasons why the globalist elites have made so much progress is because there are still many people, I mean, a great number of people are listening to the War Room and more people are coming in every day, but many people are still not listening to us.
And therefore, they go along on a day-to-day with a sort of foggy, dream-world complacency, thinking, oh, well, look, if I see this on CNN or NBC or what have you, that it must be true.
If I'm reading this in the New York Times, it must be true.
steve bannon
And of course!
They're not awake.
We're building an army of the awakened.
They're not awake.
They're sleepwalking through life.
They're in waking sleep.
Hang on for one second.
Let me bring Dr. Malone in.
Doctor, before we get to the FDA, you've had a chance to review Archbishop Vigano's 10-page interview with us.
We now have up exclusively on Warren.org.
They will be pushing it out everywhere.
Give us your first-cut assessment of this, sir.
dr robert malone
I am stunned at the clarity of his writing and thought, and also recognize him as truly a lion.
As one of the great defenders of humanity and of our rights as individuals.
And I don't see in that statement a shred of sunlight between my own position and that of the Archbishop, other than he is able to say things more succinctly than I have.
His blunt, honest statements are precisely aligned with what I've come to believe In terms of this situation?
And what I find stunning is, folks, not to target your prior speaker, we must get over this idea that somehow Biden and his administration feel constrained by the law.
How many times do we need to see evidence that this is not the case?
Biden represents the West.
The United States government has been taken over using an inverse totalitarianism strategy and enabled by the administrative state.
And Mr. Biden is a very complacent enabler of this takeover.
We must get over the idea that he cares a whit about the Constitution.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on one second.
Let me posit the case, and you give me the pushback, that Vigano was at the top of his game on a global basis as one of the leading diplomats and ambassadors for the Vatican in the great capitals of Europe, and particularly where the cash comes from for the Catholic Church, the United States.
And Dr. Malone is a renowned scientist and somebody that very, you know, on the on the CRISPR and, you know, about DNA and RNA, all that is one of the great inventors, scientists at the top of his field and revered.
And for some reason, both of these guys are not just going to the dark side, they've gone to the crazy side.
And so they see this vast conspiracy so vast that it almost boggles the mind.
Right.
And the world just doesn't work like that.
Dr. Malone.
dr robert malone
I cannot reconcile the events, the data of what has occurred during this COVID crisis as having anything to do with public health.
Almost every single action is contrary to the interests of public health.
The only way that I have been able, as I've been obsessing over this for two years, trying to understand the why and the how.
Global coordination.
I can find no other explanation that connects the dots that hit the data other than the thesis which the archbishop is so eloquently summarizing.
steve bannon
Dr. Mohn, how does what happened the other day at the FDA, I know you've been traveling, you've been testifying down in Texas, we're doing all this, we had, you know, we had Toby Rogers from Brownstone, we have James Rogowski, Naomi Wolf, but this new framework, and just what you saw given all the evidence that you've seen, all the data that you've seen, are all the presentations you've made throughout the world, given what Naomi has found with the
war room posse, with the 3,000 volunteers and the lawyers, and now they're getting a legal strategy.
dr robert malone
How did that come about the other day, and what does that tell you from the evidence you've seen about where the administrative state is going on this? I assume you're speaking of the 20 to 0 vote in favor of jabbing neonates, basically, without any supporting clinical data of the safety and effectiveness and no clinical need.
steve bannon
I think, I think they would argue that it was 19 to two, but 20 years.
Yes.
That's exactly what I'm talking about.
And then the big, huge purchase order that came afterwards, the $10 billion order that was put in.
Well, how does that, how does that set with you?
dr robert malone
So Marianne DeMossy has just, uh, today released a very nice article that I posted on getter, of course.
She's been tracking all of this as a journalist and done a great job.
And she highlights key events that have happened.
And the thing is, once again, this is not just with the FDA.
This is with basically all of the Western regulatory authorities.
They have all been co-opted through a legislative strategy in which they have got the Pharmaceutical companies funding the regulatory authorities.
Uh, no, we want to cut to the break right now so we can summarize after that.
steve bannon
Yeah, just hang on.
We're going to go to a short break.
I'm going to keep Harnwell because we've still got more about Archibald Savigno.
I've got Dr. Malone.
We're also going to go, we've got Neil McCabe of Star News Network.
He's out front of the National Guard Headquarters because vaccines are going to force tens of thousands out of the military commencing today.
All next in the War Room.
steve stern

There's so much going on, I had to go to the bullpen and get a backup.
And if I need a backup, the backup again, it's not Pasovic or Rahim or even Dr. Peter Varma.
I need a backup.
Things are so intense and I need backup, backup.
The one and only Royce White joins me in the studio.
Fresh off a star turn off of Tim Pool.
unidentified
Yes, sir.
steve bannon
That was fantastic.
Thank you.
We got, we're juggling balls here.
Let's go.
I want to go outside of the National Guard Museum.
I've got from Star News Network, Neil McCabe.
Neil, walk through what's going to start happening to the troops today about vaccines.
unidentified
Yeah, so right now, Steve, is the deadline Big Army set for all troops to be 100% vaccinated.
The National Guard, which is roughly say 400,000, 440,000 nationwide, 10% of that force has not been vaccinated yet and that's of numbers I saw June 27.
So you're looking at perhaps 40,000 National Guardsmen being separated from the National Guard.
And this comes at a time when the Army, big Army generally, right now is at 40% of its recruiting goal for fiscal year 2022.
And so we've never seen a purge like this before, Steve.
steve bannon
14,000.
First off, the Army's having an impossible time recruiting.
Like you said, they're 40% of the goal.
One is obesity, education, drugs.
Army recruiting is a disaster right now.
They're the first to admit that.
They're going to spend millions of dollars in marketing campaigns.
40,000, I think, is the minimum number.
My understanding is there's 14,000 for hardcore religious beliefs saying, we're never going to do it.
So they're essentially gone.
The question is, what is the Army demanding, the National Guard demanding, that what happens if you're not vaccinated by midnight tonight?
What technically happens to you?
unidentified
So in the Army Reserve, Active Duty Army, there's no play.
They'll just chapter you out and that's ongoing.
But for the National Guard, it's difficult because it's a blend of state and federal control.
The National Guard Bureau, DOD, has not given the individual states guidance on how to handle this.
As it stands right now, the National Guard Bureau told me this morning that each state is responsible for its own separation boards.
And so you have places like Florida, where DeSantis has started up his own state guard for people to finish their careers.
You have places like Oklahoma, where Governor Kevin Stitt has flat out said, I will not even convene a separation board.
And so right now, it's a horse blanket.
steve bannon
Yeah, but you've got places like you've got MAGA country.
I would argue the strongest MAGA's legislature in the nation is in Tennessee.
You've got the governor there this week.
We're going to have, later in the show, try to get one of the Army officers, one of the National Guard officers.
Is it Governor Lee's?
He's prepared to have these boards and roll people out?
Is that what I'm hearing?
unidentified
Yeah, Governor Bill Lee is full-on, and he is going to toe the line.
There's really no play in Tennessee.
He's moving forward, even with the State Guard, which is completely state-funded, completely state-controlled.
There's about four or five hundred of these guys.
They volunteer, and they are now also falling under Big Army's rubric.
steve bannon
Okay, McCabe, you hang on.
We're going to come back to you.
I want to go to Dr. Malone.
Dr. Malone, give me your professional opinion.
How outrageous is this, sir?
dr robert malone
I think that, by the way, I have experience with Mike Lee in Tennessee.
He's been a problem all the way through.
He appears to be captured by pharma.
But that's just my opinion from the testimony I've given down there previously.
He is uniparty.
How outrageous is it?
I think that we need to go up to the 40,000 foot level.
If you accept that we're in a position where the federal government is aligned with the globalist WEF agenda, then it's reasonable to conclude, or certainly to hypothesize, that the utilization of vaccines as a tool to detect whether a member of the armed forces is willing to accept an illegal act on the part of the government.
It is a way or not.
It's a way to discern whether individuals within the armed forces are willing to go along with pretty much anything the government demands they do.
And those that are not compliant with the vaccine mandate are to be removed from the armed forces because they will not be sufficiently compliant For potential future illegal executive orders or other actions, which may include the civilian force, remember that the National Guard is able to act against the civilian population, whereas big army can't.
I think what we have here is a strategy to identify soldiers who are not willing to go along with whatever they're told to do, even if it harms them.
steve bannon
Real quickly, we've got another fiasco this weekend.
We had one over the Juneteenth weekend, the holiday weekend, and Father's Day.
We have another disaster this weekend on the airplane schedules, getting canceled, and now people are finally admitting it's about the VAX mandates for the pilots.
Any comments, observations on that, Dr. Malone?
dr robert malone
I can't tell you how many people from the airline industry come and give me hugs when I travel, when I hit the airports.
There isn't a flight that I go on that I'm not recognized.
By an attendant or a pilot and thank for my work.
And I'm told also that they're having major recruiting problems and staffing problems in Navy pilots right now at a bare minimum.
I think that may be the subtext to this fantastic new Tom Cruise movie is it's really a recruiting tool.
But the problem with the pilots extends through the armed forces and through The airline industry, and it is absolutely because these are the people that are most attuned to their own personal health, because they have to have flight surgeon checks all the time, and they know what the jab's doing to them.
steve bannon
Dr. Malone, what's your sub-stack, all your sites, and your social media?
How do people get to you?
dr robert malone
Well, that'll take 10 minutes.
Thanks, Steve.
