Well, the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.

We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
It's Tuesday, 21st of June, the year of our Lord, 2022.
It's summer solstice, the longest day of the year.
You couldn't tell in Washington, D.C.
It's overcast today and a little cool, at least for this time of the summer.
Summer starts officially today, not Memorial Day.
You're in the War Room, but this is a city on tenterhooks as it awaits this couple of monumental decisions from the Supreme Court, particularly about Roe v. Wade, so there's no better way to start the show.
We are jam-packed, wall-to-wall for the next two hours, but No better way to start any show than with Liz Your and Mike Davis.
CNN I want everybody to go to my getter and if they can pull if Captain Bannon can get that to camera I don't think I got it to you, but I pinned on my getter account the CNN article That's it's it's quite excellent in the fact it lays out traditionally for those on Capitol Hill people know that every the last Day of the court is normally a big day where they make a bunch of announcements of controversial meaningful Every decision they obviously make is meaningful to get to the Supreme Court, but the super meaningful ones are waited.
There's always a There's a whole, I guess, kind of process or things precedent that's built up about how people react to them, how people go out and argue the other side or promote what the decision was.
None of that's happening.
You know, all these people, all they tell you all day long at MSNBC and all you're hearing at the J6 is, no, they're institutionalists.
They believe in institutions.
And, you know, the Trump people are insurrectionists and they try to tear down institutions and they want to burn everything down and they're awful.
Obviously, if the legacy mainstream media is telling you that in the regime, it's the exact opposite.
And it is.
And there's no better example than exactly what is happening here over the last four or five weeks.
And I brought in two hammers.
Davis and you are to explain it all to you.
Liz, you take it away.
Start first.
Why are the justices not here?
Why are the justices not with this, what always is the traditional last week or the last couple days of the court?
Why are we doing this all by email?
And why are they going to do it in the dark cave of the Internet, ma'am?
liz yore
Well, because terror has now reigned.
We now have insurrectionists pointing their arrows at the third branch of government.
You know, Steve, when this illegal leak happened nearly 50 days ago, we all said they must release the decision immediately.
And when they did not, what did we see happen?
We saw that the left, the insurrectionists on the left, have been recruiting and terrorizing for the last 50 days.
They have been daily at the Supreme Court justices' homes.
These are homes that in many cases have small children there.
Terrorizing the neighborhoods, attacking pro-life centers, arson, physical attacks.
This is insane.
And the leak gave the revolutionaries time to build momentum, create new organizations, rally the troops, engage the enemy, and provided everyone with a heads up.
Now we have at least three new groups that have come up, rise up for abortion rights.
Jane's Revenge, Ruth Sentas, all of whom have been on display attacking the Supreme Court justices' neighborhoods.
You know, Steve, we put barricades up for black parties.
The police won't even put barricades up for the Supreme Court justices so that they can enforce 18 U.S.C.
1507, which is a federal statute.
that protects the justices from harassment and threatening.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, hang on a second. Every time you had these last days of the court had these big decisions. This place is packed with people that are pro or con every, every element of these and they're out there with their signs.
They're out there with their microphones.
They're out there.
They set up their mini press conferences.
I mean, it's a it's a I don't call it's a festival of law, but it's it's the way the system works.
It's an advocacy system and you got advocates on both sides.
Why is why is this different in your opinion?
In fact, why do you believe this is different than what we've seen before?
liz yore
Well, first of all, because they have already threatened in many different ways.
We are everywhere.
The night of rage is upon us.
Now, that's reminiscent of the days of rage.
I'm old enough to remember the days of rage where people were killed, hurt, cities were burned, burned down.
So the threats are Every day, non-stop from Jane's Revenge going into churches.
If abortion isn't safe, no one's safe.
Isn't that the threat?
I can't think of a more intimidating threat.
We've heard it in emails, voicemails, they have come out.
This is the movement is organizing and it's ramping up, you know, and quite frankly, Steve, I think, you know, abortion and the Dobbs decision is really a pretext, just a trigger for what the Marxist revolution, revolutionaries have been wanting to do this summer.
They want a summer of rage.
And this is the perfect excuse.
And we can see it building.
And it's building on every front.
And it's frankly open season.
They have declared open season on pro-life pregnancy crisis centers.
In my mind, that's not advocacy.
That's violence.
And there has been, except for the attempted assassination of a Supreme Court justice, there has only been one arrest that I can see as a result of all this violence already on pro-life centers and And you know, just imagine the intimidation that is going on.
And we've never seen, this is an attack on the institution, the third branch of government.
Probably the first time that we have ever seen it in our lives.
And it is violent, it is threatening, and it is terror.
And so, and this is the last remaining institution In the third branch that hasn't been infiltrated and taken down by the revolutionaries and they're seizing their moment, in my opinion.
steve bannon
Mike, Davis, let me bring you this conversation.
I have a question, technical question.
In the history of the Republic, have we had a federal grand jury indict anyone on attempting to assassinate a sitting justice of the Supreme Court?
Because isn't there a grand jury in California that just is in the process of indicting this guy?
mike davis
You know, I'm not aware, but I mean, this guy clearly had the he was clearly trying to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh and then murder his wife and two daughters in the middle of the night.
He had a gun.
He had zip ties.
He had padded shoes, burglary tools, pepper spray, and he admitted that he was going to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh.
He wanted to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh, but for the fact that he ran into federal law enforcement, Who are standing outside of Justice Kavanaugh's home.
And this is deadly serious.
And here's the problem, Steve.
This goes back to 2020 with Chuck Schumer going to the Supreme Court steps and threatening Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Gorsuch by name if they didn't rule Schumer's way in a pending abortion case.
This goes to Jen Psaki from the White House podium encouraging these illegal home protests in violation of 18 U.S.C.
1507 obstruction of justice.
This goes to Nancy Pelosi encouraging these protests.
This is a deadly game that the Democrats are playing and it almost cost a Supreme Court justice his wife and two young daughters their lives.
steve bannon
I remember, I was actually, I think, in Rome at the time of Kavanaugh, when Kavanaugh was confirmed, and I said it looked like the French Revolution.
I remember they ran across the plaza from the Capitol to the Supreme Court.
They were banging on the doors.
I've never seen anything like it.
It was an unleashing of emotion that reminds you of Paris during the days of the Reign of Terror.
I mean, if they'd had guillotines out there, they'd have been using them right then.
I've never seen anything like it.
That started With Kavanaugh's confirmation, and it's only ramped up since then.
Walk us through, okay, so I understand, Liz, okay, so you've got these groups, they're getting worked up, but they're supposed to be, you know, our opposition keeps saying that we're the anti-institutionalists, they're the institutionalists.
They're supposed to be structures and systems and processes in place that, you know, bad elements are allowed to vent and then they go back to whatever they do during the normal working day.
Where's the system here?
We have a DOJ, you have a couple of governors.
I don't understand why, because the justices don't make a ton of money, they live in fairly, they don't live in palatial homes, they live in Essentially, neighborhoods surrounding Washington, D.C.
Why are local officials, why is DOJ, why is the FBI, why are the governors of, quite frankly, Maryland and Virginia, allowing this?
And local people, why are they allowing this to happen?
Why are they allowing the neighborhoods to be terrorized, the children to be terrorized, the neighbors to be terrorized?
Because that's what it is, and threatened, when it's an obvious breach of law.
Mike Davis first, then LeJour.
mike davis
So yeah, the FBI has just completely fallen down on the job here, and I think it's intentional.
You have FBI Director Chris Wray, who is totally incompetent, totally... Do we just lost him?
steve bannon
Liz, we'll have to reboot Mike Davis.
Liz, can you pick up from there about why nobody's doing this?
liz yore
Oh sure, Steve.
We've been talking for the last two years, haven't we, about the breakdown of law enforcement, the thin blue line.
And we've seen it, we've seen it everywhere.
Anybody who lives in a big city, the lawlessness, the failure to prosecute, arrest, to keep peace.
And now it's going to the Supreme Court.
And you know, this is about protecting our rule of law.
And if we can't protect the rule of law, we're nothing more than a banana republic.
And this is this is violence and we have to call it out as violence.
And what was originally going on when they attacked Justice Kavanaugh is this is the 13th rule of Saul Alinsky.
Polarize it, attack it, identify it, going after one human being and to, as a result, going after the institution.
But if you can polarize and demonize this one individual, then the next step is to take down the institution.
That's what we're seeing now.
And, you know, my great concern is that we didn't move quickly enough.
You know, the left was organizing the moment the leak came down, and law enforcement was doing virtually nothing.
And it's slow to put up barricades around the Supreme Court, allowing daily harassment in these neighborhoods.
And, you know, they've got five or six, you know, marshals in front of the homes of these Supreme Court justices.
This is insane.
And yet, you know, we are not respecting the rule of law.
And what's going to happen, what's going to happen, I sadly predict, is we are going to have used this decision as an excuse to attack, you know, the whole institution of rule of law.
You know, it would have been very quickly dealt with had immediately the streets been barricaded, There have been arrests under 18 U.S.C.
1507 that would have sent a very strong message the first week of this release of the leak, and there would have been a force of law enforcement sending a message to the radical left, we're not going to tolerate it.
But instead, They allow an attempted assassination.
To this day, they're allowing harassment, pro-life centers.
We've had two firefighters who were hurt putting out arson in a pro-life center.
So, you know, we've got to take this seriously.
And it's up to individuals in their communities to insist on the rule of law being enforced both by the police departments, by the sheriffs, by their FBI.
And frankly, we have to secure these pro-life centers because 63 million babies have been killed in the last 50 years.
I fear we're not going to be able to celebrate this win in the Supreme Court because of the chaos.
And of course, that's the other issue, right?
But, you know, and we all know that abortion, the fight will go back to the states.
So, you know, all this convulsion over this decision is quite frankly not the end of abortion, unfortunately, but moving to the states.
But they don't want that message to go out.
steve bannon
Liz, just hang on.
We're going to try to get Mike Davis back up.
We've got John Solomon, Boris, Rudy, Eric Greitens, Kerry Lake, Joe Allen.
Got a special guest in the second hour.
A lot going on today in the War Room.
Be back in a moment.

We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.

The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back.
Welcome back.
Thank you for that, Mike.
Welcome back.
Walmart gave the boot to Mike Lindell and MyPillow.
I think it was one of the most profitable SKUs, as they say in the industry.
SKUs they had, but they didn't care.
They don't like what Mike Lindell's doing to save the country.
And so they gave him the boot.
Now his major distribution system is all the shows you see him on.
We're proud he's a sponsor here at War Room.
Go to MyPillow.com, promo code WarRoom.
You got all the buy one get one free across the board.
You can check them all out.
Got the slipper sale still up there.
Got the biblical pillow and the biblical blanket.
But you've now for the first time got the classic pillow at $19.88.
That's $19.88.
That's the Walmart price.
You've got it.
Want to keep those production lines humming up there in Minneapolis with hard-working Americans.
Support Mike Lindell, support the War Room, support the manufacturing company that is MyPillow by going there today, MyPillow.com, go to the square, promo code War Room, get all the special great deals.
Trying to get Mike on this afternoon to get an update on everything that's going on and his fight to get the machines out of the elections.
The midterm elections of 2022.
Let's go back to Mike Davis.
I think we've worked out the technical problem.
So, Mike, I don't get this.
I don't get what this law, how we've allowed this lawlessness to continue.
And today, you know, I don't know if the decision comes today, Thursday or Monday.
It's up in the air when it's going to come.
I assume it's going to be the last day before they get out of town.
But they are definitely ramping up the intensity.
So what is to be done about it, sir?
mike davis
Well, I think what needs to be done about it is when House Republicans take over in January, they need to start impeaching these officials.
They need to impeach the Attorney General Merrick Garland.
They need to look at impeaching the FBI Director Chris Wright because they clearly have a political double standard at the Justice Department.
They are more than willing to sick the FBI after every parent who publicly, legally protest at Loudoun County school board meetings.
They're very willing to sick the FBI after every grandma and goofball who merely trespassed on January 6th.
They just indicted someone in Washington, D.C.
for protesting at abortion clinics.
That was back in March.
Yet they're unwilling to enforce the federal laws, the federal civil rights laws to protect Catholic churches, to protect Pregnancy centers that's Protect Supreme Court justices at their homes.
They're very selective with the way they're enforcing the federal law and they're inviting these attacks.
They're inviting these attacks on Supreme Court justices in their homes.
They're inviting these assassination attempts.
They're inviting these fire bombings of pregnancy centers and churches.
And the Attorney General is the official, the federal law enforcement official, responsible for this.
So House Republicans need to open an impeachment inquiry.
steve bannon
Okay, one of the reasons we have you on is about issues like this.
You're Steady Eddie.
You were Grassley's guy for a long time.
You shepherded some of these Supreme Court nominations through.
You're not a fire-breathing radical.
I just want to repeat that.
You believe that what they have done, or failed to do, consciously and willingly, the Attorney General of the United States and the Director of the FBI, because what you're calling for, I don't believe we've ever impeached or started an impeachment process against an Attorney General or a Director of the FBI.
You, Mike Davers, are saying you see enough evidence there of willful misconduct That you would tell the Republicans when they take over they should start immediate impeachment hearings on both these individuals?
mike davis
Absolutely, and others.
There are several top Justice Department officials.
The Attorney General is number one, Merrick Garland.
The Deputy Attorney General is responsible for the criminal side of the House.
That's Lisa Monaco.
The Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division, Kenneth Polite.
FBI Director, Chris Wray.
And then the various U.S.
Attorneys.
The U.S.
Attorneys who are responsible for 18 U.S.C.
USC 1507 in Virginia with Justice Thomas, Justice Alito, and Justice Barrett, and then the U.S.
Attorney in Maryland who's responsible for the Chief Justice, Justice Gorsuch, and Justice Kavanaugh.
And those U.S.
Attorneys are Jennifer Eber in the Eastern District of Virginia, and then Eric Barron in Maryland.
There's also the U.S.
Attorney in D.C., Matthew Graves.
If these are organized in D.C.
and they're driving out to Maryland or Virginia to do these protests, he's on the hook as well.
Those are seven officials Who should face impeachment inquiries if they fail to do their jobs by protecting Supreme Court justices by preventing them from getting death threats in their homes.
Justices and their families had to be removed from their homes.
There was the assassination attempt of Justice Kavanaugh.
This is obstruction of justice, and you can't get more insurrection-y than threatening Supreme Court justices in their homes over a pending case.
So again, if you're going to arrest 500 grandmas and goofballs who went in and took selfies on the Senate floor on January 6th, you better go after these people who are threatening Supreme Court justice.
steve bannon
I was going to have John Solomon join us for another topic.
I've got to bring John Solomon in.
John, this is your line of country.
You've been, probably more than anybody, investigating every aspect of this.
Is Mike Davis, in your opinion, is Mike Davis correct?
john solomon
Well, listen, there is no doubt that the American people see a dual system of justice now, and it stems all the way from Russia collusion all the way to the Supreme Court justices' front steps of their home.
The Biden administration has selectively enforced all.
Just look at immigration.
They're not enforcing laws that are clearly on the book.
They're not following judges' orders and appellate court orders to follow the law on securing the border.
This is an administration that is thumbing its nose at certain laws and then taking other laws and maximizing the prosecution, such as what happens with the J6 and the story we broke yesterday, where you have someone defacing the property of Marjorie Taylor Greene in a congressional building On at least seven occasions they get referred for prosecution by the Capitol Police.
The Biden Justice Department doesn't do that.
How many people got charged for trespassing in the Capitol?
People see that dual system and they say, that's not America.
steve bannon
Walk me through this story quickly.
This story, they were inside the Capitol near her offices, defaced her property, recommended for prosecution, and the Justice Department says no interest?
john solomon
This is a Chief of Staff to a Democratic Congressman.
He started his career working for Adam Schiff.
He upgraded to become Chief of Staff to Massachusetts Congressman Jake Ashencloss.
He is caught on camera on multiple occasions defacing posters that Marjorie Taylor Greene had put outside her office saying, I believe there's only two genders, male and female, trust the science.
And he's caught putting stickers, biblical stickers on this.
He puts the stickers over the word female often and he's targeting her faith.
The police capture the video.
They confront him in the hallway, confirm his identity.
He declines to be interviewed and gets a lawyer.
The Capitol Police believe this meet the standard for defacement of property.
They refer to the U.S.
Attorney's Office.
Oh, by the way, the same U.S.
Attorney's Office that are prosecuting all the J6 defendants.
And the U.S.
Attorney's Office declines prosecution, putting Marjorie Taylor Greene in a very awkward position.
Think about this.
She has to go to work every day knowing there's a guy in the building that's been harassing her and defacing posters and obsessing about her and even using biblical language in trying to attack her.
Where's the MeToo movement now?
Why does she have to look over her shoulder?
Those are really good questions that the Democrats can't answer.
steve bannon
Do you believe that there will be, John, before I let you go, do you think the Republicans have got the stones to actually begin impeachment inquiries for a whole host of reasons on Merrick Garland, not just the Biden White House, but on Merrick Garland, Chris Wray, and the other five that Mike Davis just put forward?
john solomon
Most of the interviews I've done, the leadership all the way down, I think they want to start with Mayorkas.
They believe that Mayorkas has the clearest case of violating the law, thumbing his nose at court rulings.
I think they'll start there, whether they will expand to Garland or to Chris Wray.
I haven't heard that much talk among the Republicans.
This has not been a courageous crowd historically.
They don't play by the same tactics as the Democrats.
But I do think that Mayorkas has enough majority support among the Republicans to go after an impeachment proceeding.
steve bannon
John Solomon, how do people get to you, the show on Real America's Voice, also your amazing website JustTheNews?
john solomon
Thank you.
Well, we follow you every night at 5 o'clock on Real America's Voice.
We're at 6 o'clock on JustTheNews.noise with Amanda Henn and I. Jay Solomon reports on all social platforms and JustTheNews.com, that's where we write our stories all day long.
steve bannon
We're always linking to it on Getter, so great job, John.
Thanks for joining us.
unidentified
Thank you.
john solomon
Thanks, guys.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, we've got our work cut out for us, but I know that we can do it here in the War Room.
Liz, I want to go back to you for a second.
Is the right to life and the 50-year struggle of what you guys have accomplished is nothing short of miraculous?
That's why we're talking about this Supreme Court decision, devolve it back to the states as it should be.
All the activity you've done at the state level is incredible, particularly in the courts and thinking through these legal strategies.
But is the right-to-life, what I call the hobbits, from the Shire, are they ready, you think, psychologically, and ready for the onslaught they're going to have at the churches, at the pro-life centers, this kind of wave of violence that at least is anticipated and bragged about by the radical left?
liz yore
Well, they certainly have been warned, both within the system and outside the system, watching what goes on.
And, you know, this group, Steve, violence in the womb is now spilling out violence into the streets and it's the left who is perpetrating Both sets of violence and so it's not surprising I might add that there have been cyber attacks on pro-life Pregnancy centers many of them have had to take them their whole operation offline And you know, so they are making
Steps to protect their facilities, but we'll see what happens. And obviously there Thank you.
steve bannon
Did we lose Liz?
Mike, why don't you hang on.
Mike, you hang on through the break.
I've got Rudy Giuliani, Eric Greitens, Boris Epstein, but I want to drill down some more questions on Mike Davis.
We'll give Liz's call signs.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We return.
We've got Eric Greitens in the most controversial ad of the cycle.
We've got Rudy Giuliani on the campaign trail up, I think, in Rochester.
Boris Epstein, we're going to continue.
We've got Mike Davis going to continue to talk about the institutionalists that won't come to the defense of institutions.
Interesting.
I think we know why they won't do it.
And Mike Davis is going to make the case of impeachment inquiries ought to come at the highest level in our justice system.
All next in The War Room.

Okay, Liz, can you give your social media so that we can make sure we follow you?
Because this is going to get quite intense, ladies and gentlemen, over the next couple of days.
So what's your social media?
liz yore
Elizabeth Yore on all platforms.
Yore, Y-O-R-E, children.com is my website.
And my podcast is Faith and Reason on Lifesite News.
steve bannon
Okay, and I want to have you back on and talk about, once again, in more depth, is the Right to Life movement, and particularly the church and the churches.
They're going to be prepared to defend their territory, their ground, stand their ground, because this, I think, is going to get pretty nasty.
Liz, thank you.
Mike Davis, what is your social media so people can follow you?
mike davis
Sure, it's MRDDMIA.
MRDDMIA.
That's my initials, Des Moines, Iowa.
steve bannon
And we're going to pull this, but just to reiterate, you're calling for impeachment inquiries to commence immediately upon the Republicans taking in seven officials related to the Justice Department, the FBI.
Am I hearing you correctly?
Because we'll cut that and make sure that gets out there, everybody can see it.
Is that what Mike Davis is calling for?
mike davis
Absolutely.
They are, at best, recklessly.
Ignoring key federal statutes on obstruction of justice, on civil rights violations at pregnancy centers, on civil rights violations at Catholic churches.
They are selectively enforcing the law.
They're going after every goofball and grandma who trespassed onto the Capitol grounds on January 6th, yet they're ignoring these obstruction of justice, dangerous obstruction of justice tactics at Supreme Court justices' homes where their families have to be removed from their homes while the justices are deciding a pending case, where one of the justices, Justice Kavanaugh and his wife and two young daughters faced an assassination attempt in the middle of the night. This is a
deadly game that the Democrat politicians and their crazy followers are playing here. And the Attorney General is supposed to be impartial.
He's supposed to enforce federal law no matter how it falls, and he's refusing to do that.
So is the Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, the Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division Kenneth Polite, the FBI Director Chris Wray, and the three U.S.
Attorneys in the D.C.
area.
They need to be held accountable.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, thank you very much.
Liz Schor, thank you very much for joining us today.
unidentified
We'll spend a lot of time with you guys over the next week.
steve bannon
We're going to try to get Terry Schilling, the great Terry Schilling, on tonight or tomorrow morning about the same topic as this comes down.
Rudy, you're up in Rochester.
Before I talked about the campaign trail, you've got the institution of the Supreme Court.
We now find out That they're not even going to come back in session and actually put out the final decisions they normally do and people get on the front steps of it and argue and there's all this type of, you know, traditional, you know, precedent setting or based upon precedent that we've done for part of a tradition of the court rulings for decades and decades and decades.
They're not going to do that because the Justice Department, the FBI have allowed these groups to spring up about this Dobbs case.
I'll give you an example in the Reagan administration when Hinckley attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan.
to do everything remote and in the cave of an Internet, push it out there.
What are your thoughts about the DOJ and the FBI and the U.S.
attorneys doing their job here to make sure you can't intimidate the Supreme Court?
rudy giuliani
I'll give you an example.
In the Reagan administration, when Hinckley attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan, a lot of people advised that we shouldn't have Hinckley in open court, that we wouldn't be able to be protected, that it was too insecure.
Attorney General Smith made the decision, damn it, we're going to follow American procedure.
They're not going to intimidate us.
And we cleared out that court, Judge Webster and I. I was the one who got him out of the custody of the Metropolitan Police.
It was a terrible police force back then.
And he wanted to hold it in open court to show American procedure goes forward, we don't stop.
I worked my backside off on 9-11 to make sure that everything went forward.
We got the stock exchange back as quickly as possible.
I brought people in by police car to go to perform in Broadway plays.
We were back in two nights.
It's important to say to these terrorists, and that's what those people are, They're just being protected by Democrats.
Democrats are allowed to be terrorists and get away with it.
They should be told, you don't affect us.
You're nothing.
You're a bunch of criminals.
You're violating federal law and state law.
The only reason you're getting away with it is because you have a corrupt government.
And you're not going to break up the Supreme Court.
What are you, crazy?
steve bannon
This is the restoration that we need.
This is the restoration we're going to have.
We're going to have law and order.
We're not going to descend into anarchy and chaos.
And don't believe the spin they're putting on it.
Rudy just nailed it right there.
Precedence and procedure.
The court's not going to come back and do what they normally do for decades and decades and decades and decades because of these punks?
This is why Garland and Ray, among many other things, but this ought to be at the top of the list, I agree with Mike Davis, for an impeachment inquiry.
Make them come up and show the receipts.
Where are your emails?
Where are your meetings?
What are the text messages?
Where are the people?
What did you decide to do?
Why didn't you do it?
We're going to do it all.
Garland, Ray, all of that.
Rudy, I know you're on the campaign trail up in Rochester, another great American city.
The Silicon Valley was the Connecticut Valley first, and then it was up in Rochester.
Rochester created so many great innovations and research.
But it's a city, I think it's got a murder rate that's out of control.
You're up there campaigning for Andrew.
Give us an update.
rudy giuliani
Yeah, it's very, very sad.
I mean, this used to be a Republican city.
Now it's a Democrat city.
So here's the difference.
It was sixth in the nation.
For homicide last year.
Little Rochester, fifth in the nation for homicide per capita.
More than New York or Los Angeles or, I mean, fifth in the nation.
Because Black Lives Matter took over two years ago and decided to reimagine the police.
They reimagined the police and they got just about half of Rochester killed.
I mean, it's a disaster.
The murders here are off the charts.
The crime rate, off the charts.
It's the worst in New York State.
I mean, we talk about New York City and brag all the time.
They got their own brag.
Nobody goes to jail.
And the people are moving out in numbers that there might not be a Rochester.
And Andrew is going to have the debate here on Newsmax, after he caught Zeldin in a massive lie last night.
I mean, big time lie.
And Zeldin created one of his own.
I mean, Zeldin denied that he ever referred to Trump, Donald Trump, President Trump, as a racist.
And there's videotape of him on CNN saying it Twice, agreeing with Paul the Rhino, Ryan, that Trump is a racist.
And he lied about it, directly on television.
And second, none of these guys could answer the question, was it a stolen election?
Here's what we got.
And Zeldin, even Zeldin couldn't straight answer it.
Zeldin voted he should have been reminded to decertify.
And what, did he change his mind?
There's only one person who answered it.
He answered it in about five words.
Yes, it was a stolen election.
That was Andrew Giuliani.
That's why he should be governor.
unidentified
He's the only one that's got the guts to be governor.
rudy giuliani
You're not going to face up to these crooked Democrats by being a rhino-wimpy Republican, by lying about whether you called—if he called Trump a racist, he should have said, I said it.
I did it at a different time.
I didn't mean it quite that way.
At least give an honest answer.
What do you think, we're stupid?
We have the tapes.
We played them right away.
unidentified
Boom!
rudy giuliani
Put them right out.
There you are.
You put one next to the other.
steve bannon
What's his response to that?
rudy giuliani
What a liar!
steve bannon
What's his response to that?
rudy giuliani
He doesn't have a response.
Tonight we'll find out what additional... You know when once you lie, you've got to keep lying?
So I'm interested in seeing what the newest version of it is.
So if Andrew gets a chance to question him again, I think he may leave the room because Andrew destroyed him last night.
I didn't know that my son had cross-examination abilities.
I mean, Zelda just fell apart.
He just said to him, didn't you agree that Donald Trump was a racist?
And he said, I don't recall.
And then the next thing we put up, did it twice on CNN.
Said he agreed with Paul Ryan that Trump acted like a racist.
Agreed with Paul Ryan.
That's great.
We're going to elect Paul Ryan, governor of New York.
We might as well elect a Democrat.
We're not going to do anything, we're not going to do anything to this state by putting in a rhino Republican who can't tell the truth.
And it might tell you something about Judge, I mean, General Flynn's endorsement.
Remember when he was on your show, he said he endorsed Andrew because Andrew had leadership qualities and Zelda didn't.
One of those lack of leadership may be lionly.
I mean, I've never seen quite that direct a lie in a debate.
Must have forgotten he was on tape.
steve bannon
What is this?
The campaign's down, what, it's got a week to go?
rudy giuliani
We've got a week to go.
steve bannon
The election is next Tuesday.
Give me your status report.
rudy giuliani
This is the last debate last night.
Only poll that I saw last night, Andrew, Got 60%.
Astorino came in second and Zeldin came in third.
And part of that also was he started squabbling again with his rivals, Wilson and Astorino.
And Andrew, to his credit, stays out of it, basically says, this is about $5 billion for the cops.
It's about getting rid of Bragg.
It's about stiffer sentences.
It's about three strikes and you're out.
It's about taking on the legislature and fighting them the way Reagan did, the way Trump did, the way my dad did.
You know, they keep saying, you can't get this stuff through a Democratic legislature.
Well, how the hell did I get it through a Democratic legislature?
How did Reagan do it?
How did Trump do it?
You go campaign for it.
You get up off your backside, and you go campaign for it.
You go into the districts where people have been killed, and you tell them that their assemblyman or state senator voted to let people off and go out with no bail.
And if they didn't do it, what will Johnny be alive today?
And I'm sorry I have to put it to you so directly, ladies and gentlemen, because it's the only way we're going to save lives.
That's what I did.
That's what Reagan did.
joe scarborough
That's what Trump did.
steve bannon
Walker, Sue, the debate tonight is on Newsmax.
Give us the details in the debate and then all the social media you guys have that people can follow you.
rudy giuliani
Well, the best one, the best one to follow us on is SaveNewYork.org.
SaveNewYork.org.
And if you could make a contribution, Dad would appreciate it.
unidentified
Save New York.org.
rudy giuliani
We've been getting a terrific response.
unidentified
Save NY.org.
rudy giuliani
You know what we got the biggest response for?
Save NY.org.
We got the biggest response when he wouldn't answer on stolen election.
We got loads of contributions and we also got the following.
Andrew gives very direct answers like General Flint pointed out.
Was the election stolen?
Well, on the one hand, the other, the other, the other.
Zeldin can't remember how he voted.
Andrew said, yes.
I saw over 300 after Davids, plus a lot of other evidence.
I don't think there's any question.
Well, we got things like, this is the only guy that should be running on the Republican ticket.
What are these other people doing on the ticket?
Who are they running for?
For the January 6th committee.
I mean, the Northeast is infected The Northeast has been set by rhinos, and Doug Mastriano did a good job of wiping them out in Pennsylvania, and I think we're on the verge of doing it here, but give us your support.
steve bannon
Once again, can I have Dr. Ryan give me two in the background so the audience can understand it?
unidentified
It's Save NY.
Save NY? Save NY? Save NY Hotboard and Andrew H. Giuliani on Truth on Getter and on Facebook.
dr maria ryan
And he typically is on Facebook Live for his press conferences.
rudy giuliani
And there'll be one today at 1 o'clock.
steve bannon
Fantastic.
We'll make sure it's all covered.
Behind every successful man is a strong and determined woman.
And we're seeing her right there.
rudy giuliani
Who's more intelligent?
steve bannon
With no comment.
With America's Mayor.
rudy giuliani
He was great.
I have to say, as a father, I was so proud of him last night.
Particularly the cross-examination, which is what I did best as a lawyer.
Man, he nailed it.
I love catching liars.
steve bannon
He was fantastic.
Rudy Giuliani, Dr. Maria Ryan, thank you.
Eric Greitens, Boris Epstein, next in The War Room.
unidentified
Greitens, Navy SEAL, and today we're going rhino hunting.
The Rhino feeds on corruption and is marked by the stripes of cowardice.
Join the MAGA crew.
Get a rhino hunting permit.
There's no bagging limit, no tagging limit, and it doesn't expire until we save our country.
joe scarborough
I would hope Republicans would call this out, but they just don't.
So again, I just want to underline again, we're talking about the rise of American fascism.
You can look at January 6th.
You can look at ads like this.
You can look at the continued use of violence and imagery.
You can look at Donald Trump telling his audience members to beat people up in the audience that disagree with him.
It's fascism.
mika brzezinski
And this is why Unfortunately, this is the only thing that needs to matter when you're casting your vote, which is very hard to say because this country has a lot of problems and we have a lot of growing pains we still need to go through.
We have a lot of issues which we've fallen back on.
But right now, This is the issue to vote on and even Hillary Clinton made that clear.
It's either we move forward toward continuing a democracy or we fall into something very dark and very frightening and very real.
It's not an exaggeration at this point, especially when you look at how this is pervading our politics from the bottom up.
All started pretty much by Donald Trump.
There are a lot of other Reasons from past presidencies that we got here, we can have that conversation, we can make all that blame.
But this is where we are.
This is what matters.
It's not Democrat-Republican in terms of voting.
joe scarborough
No, it's not.
It's democracy.
It's a growing wing inside the Republican Party.
And really, again, we can debate abortion, we can debate guns, we can debate Interest rates, we can debate.
mika brzezinski
Gas prices.
joe scarborough
Quantitative easing.
We can debate a thousand different issues, but for a growing wing of the Republican Party, it's just straight out pro-democracy versus anti-democracy.
And you look, whether it's Vladimir Putin, whether it's Orban, or whether it's just fascism, please Go on your Google machine and look up the definition of fascism.
And whether it was in Germany, whether it's in Italy, wherever it is, it is the pushing aside of democratic norms, the use of violence to do that, the use of violent imagery to do that, the glorification of violence to achieve whatever means necessary, use whatever means necessary to achieve total control and push aside democracy.
And it's happened over and over again.
steve bannon
Remember, these are people that are going to get blown out at a thing called the ballot box in November and they understand that, Mika, the only thing you have to vote on, don't do it on the economy, don't do it on the evasion of the southern border, don't do it at this geopolitical mess in Ukraine, don't do it that the Chinese Communist Party is taking Taiwan.
Everything is this.
Not sure what this is.
Democracy, I thought, was who wins the ballot box in a free, transparent election.
And that's what we're doing from the Rio Grande Valley all the way across the good old United States of America.
That's where you're getting a democracy suppository.
OK, I want to bring in Eric Greitens, obviously a controversial ad.
Did Morning Mika, did they invite you on to defend yourself since you're now Part of the rising, you've served your country, you've been a Rhodes Scholar, you're Navy SEAL commander, you've been in all these different situations defending democracy and freedom and liberty throughout the world.
Did they invite you on, Eric Greitens?
eric greitens
No, they didn't invite me on, Steve.
And you know what?
I would happily accept an invitation and be happy to go on with Joe and Mika to debate all of those issues.
And the reason why they engage in name-calling against me, the reason why they engage in name-calling against President Trump, the reason why they engage in name-calling against all of the true America First candidates and all of the true MAGA leaders is because they can't actually debate on the issues.
No one wants to support their open border craziness.
No one wants to support their defund the police nonsense.
No one wants to support the critical race theory insanity or their policy of American weakness abroad that leads to military disasters in Afghanistan where I and my friends served.
No one wants to support those leftist policies.
So what do you see?
You see the same tyrannical playbook that the left always uses, big tech censorship and name calling from the mainstream media.
They're losing.
They're going to lose in my primary when I defeat the rhinos.
And we're going to win this general election so that we can help to revive our republic.
steve bannon
There's one thing about an ad, look, to break through the white noise, and I think this thing's had 5 million downloads or whatever, there's one thing about being provocative, there's another thing about crossing a line.
Do you believe, in hindsight now that it's out, you've seen all the controversy, but you've also seen the traffic I'm sure is driven to your campaign site, when you balance provocative versus maybe, I crossed a line here, where does Eric Greitens come out?
eric greitens
Oh, we're 100% proud of this ad, Steve.
We're glad that it's had over 5 million views.
And the fact is, All normal people who actually see this ad, they also see that it is a metaphor.
When I said in 2016 that as a Navy SEAL I was going to come in and we're going to blow up politics as usual, no one thought that we're literally setting off gasoline bombs in the Capitol, but they knew that it meant that we were going to take on the Uniparty, and that's what I did.
We killed a politician's pay raise.
We ended all gifts to lobbyists.
We slam shut the revolving door between lobbyists and the executive branch.
I cut taxes for veterans.
I took on the rhinos to get pro-life legislation done.
Took on the rhinos to cut taxes for businesses.
Took on the rhinos to take on the deep state and cut regulations.
Every real American understands what a metaphor is, and they also watch this faux outrage
From these snowflakes all over Missouri and all over the United States of America, and it's one of the reasons why we're seeing tremendous support for this campaign, because they want leaders with courage, with compassion, and with clarity to stand up and to fight, not just against the crazy leftists, and not just against the mainstream media lies, but also against rhino corruption and cowardice that's put us where we're at today.
steve bannon
Eric, I know you're jammed today.
We have a 90-second break, and I want to just hold you over.
I want to ask you the questions about what's happened here at the Supreme Court.
Eric, Commander Eric Wright is with us.
We've got Carrie Lake.
Boris is going to come back.
We've got some politics we've got to get to.
I see Joe Allen.
Very disturbing paper analysis coming out of Oxford.
We're going to get to all of this.
A couple of surprise guests in the second hour or two, so hang in.
90-second break.
unidentified
Be right back.
