little detail at this point, Kate, other than to say this man is an adult man from California.
We don't yet know what the nature of the threat was.
We don't know what language the threat was or what kind of weapon this man might have had if he had one at all, because the information at this point is just so thin.
But Kate, this certainly contributes to this overall threat landscape we've been talking The major concern here with this abortion ruling from federal officials, and they've been sounding the alarm on this for about a month, is that Supreme Court justices will certainly be, you know, potentially targeted by violent extremists who are angered over this pending ruling that is poised to strike down Roe v. Wade.
This is an extremely Passionate issue.
There are emotions on both sides.
Federal officials have made clear over and over they believe the risk truly comes from both sides of this abortion debate.
So certainly this case, you know, really solidifying what federal officials have been warning about.
People are angry. | ||
They might seek to use the abortion ruling as a justification to cause violence.
And that puts these Supreme Court justices, their staff, and other members of the judiciary, especially the Supreme Court, at risk.
They just sit there and bald-faced lie to you.
Everybody knows exactly what this is.
This is all the left. | ||
Glenn Greenwald calls out Joanne Reid today.
Says he wants to know about... How come there hasn't been any information out about this guy whatsoever?
This has nothing with the pro-life people whatsoever.
That's just a bald-faced lie.
It's Wednesday, June 8, Year of Our Lord 2022 here in the War Room for the afternoon show, the early evening show.
And we've got a couple of insane packed hours.
But this assassination attempt, that's what it was.
The guy had a gun, he had a knife, he had pepper spray, and he was taken by authorities.
They knew that at the time.
This has been reported out.
People knew that. | ||
I haven't seen his name yet or anything like that.
This is a problem of America.
They're signaling they're not protecting the justices.
See what's going on here.
It's not violent. | ||
This is far left radicals.
This is the summer of 2020 all over again.
This is when they let Antifa burn Seattle and Portland.
Thank God people are coming to their senses.
That scumbag spawn of Satan, Chezza Boudin, or whatever it is, Boudin, whose parents were two of the worst humans ever in the United States of America.
They should have gotten a death sentence.
Killing people, blowing up people, working class people.
They targeted working class cops.
Working class people. | ||
unidentified
|
Awful, awful, awful. | |
All those elite terrorists back in the Vietnam War.
Terrible, awful. | ||
And they get out and they go around to the New York cocktail party circuit, the Hamptons.
That's why people hate you guys.
Yes, people hate you. | ||
I said this at the choir party, they hate you.
Sorry, not sorry. | ||
And now they're targeting, you know, and here's the thing, I think CNBC, CNBC, the lefty CNBC put the neighborhood in the article, put the neighborhood where Kavanaugh lives, put the neighborhood.
And they put the other ones, put pictures of his house.
Today, this morning, this assassination, a guy gets on a plane and flies from California and flies here.
Or gets here and has a gun, a knife, and he says, and I'm quoting CNBC's report, he told the police he came to kill Associate Justice Kavanaugh.
This was not anything unclear about that.
And they're saying, oh it's both sides.
It's not both sides! | ||
There's a story the other day about how they went on, I think The Intercept.
There was a conference call with 60 of them, how they're going to shut this thing starting next week.
Shut down the whole, around the Supreme Court so people can't get to work.
That's what you're dealing with.
They're going to try to enforce their will upon the court.
This is what we're playing with.
They know they're losing.
They know they're getting the tables run on them.
And now they're going to start getting very, very dangerous.
Hey, they're going to kill some people.
They are. | ||
They're getting very dangerous.
You think they're going to give up control?
Just give up control? | ||
Well, they're going to get swamped at the ballot box.
They keep talking about democracy, democracy, democracy.
We got a little bit of a democracy suppository last night in San Francisco, in the Bay Area.
Right? | ||
Where maybe, hey, suppositories are not a bad thing.
Hello? | ||
Then you got it down in L.A.
also. | ||
With a Democrat turned Republican.
He won. | ||
Of course, this guy got a runoff, but he led shockingly.
And then today, the tweets out there from the Fox, Fox LA News, not Fox News Network, Fox, Fox LA, saying that there's a poll out right now, I think 47% to recall Gascon.
He's the other dirtbag.
We're going to get them all.
We're going to get all the Soros sponsored.
Basically, they're prosecutors.
These prosecutors are criminals because they're allowing people to die, stores to be robbed.
They're cultural Marxists.
They want the destruction of the country.
And they're going to look the other way.
Let's bring in Mike Davis.
Mike, this is so outrageous.
The justice has got to feel completely unprotected.
Merrick Garland, save the receipts.
He ought to be impeached just on this alone.
Do you not agree, Mike Davis?
I 100% agree that the Attorney General Merrick Garland should be impeached.
He has been completely derelict in his duty.
They have been protesting, doxing, threatening these justices in their homes.
They had to remove justices and their families from their homes.
It is a federal crime. | ||
18 U.S.C. | ||
1507 obstruction of justice to show up to a federal judge's home for the purpose of intimidating them on a pending case.
Judge Esther Salas, a district court judge in New Jersey, had a lunatic show up to her house and kill her 20-year-old son, Daniel, and shoot her husband.
This is deadly serious stuff when you're doxing federal judges.
When you have Senator Chuck Schumer... Ok, ok, ok.
Ho, ho, ho, slow down. | ||
So why is your boss Grassley?
Where are the Republicans?
He's senior judiciary.
I haven't seen any Republicans come forward and say what you just said right then.
Why are they not demanding federal protective service for the Marshals?
And why are they not hauling Merrick Garland up there and saying you're violating federal law?
Where are the Republicans in this?
All I hear is they're a bunch of sheep.
Go ahead, Mike. | ||
So they have. | ||
They passed a law immediately after this happened, 100 to nothing in the Senate, to increase security for the Supreme Court justices and their families.
Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats have held this bill hostage for the last three weeks.
And during this time, Supreme Court justices and their families had to be removed from their homes.
This guy who showed up at Kavanaugh's home had a pistol.
He had zip ties. | ||
He had burglary tools. | ||
It looked like he wanted to kill Justice Kavanaugh and maybe kidnap his wife and two daughters.
This is deadly, serious stuff.
This is squarely on Attorney General Merrick Garland for doing nothing.
I don't need to wait for Nancy Pelosi.
Why is Merrick Garland not before the Senate being keeled hauled on just enforcing federal law today?
You don't need to add extra protection.
You can just call the federal... The Federal Protective Service is totally shut down around the Supreme Court.
Why? | ||
Because I'll tell you, when you go and talk to the guys, they said the bomb threats in the court, and they say the assassination attempts or the assassination threats against the justices.
And these are not against the liberal justices.
Let's call it like it is.
This is the violent, same crowd, the exact same crowd of the summer of 2021 after Trump.
These are anarchists. | ||
These are criminals. | ||
This is a combination of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, all of it.
And now they got a new thing.
Their new thing is the, and they say not the old, you know, women's choice.
It's abortion on demand.
They're up in your grill about this.
They're violent and they're dangerous.
Mike Davis. | ||
Yeah, you're 100% right.
Now, I will say that I work for Justice Gorsuch.
I ran oversight of the federal judiciary when I worked on the Senate Judiciary Committee, including security for the Supreme Court.
So I think people need to understand justices do have protection.
They have increased the protection recently after these threats.
If anyone thinks that they're going to show up to a justice's home and try to assassinate them, that person is going to end up in prison or debt.
So that should be made very clear.
These justices have protection.
It needs to be increased.
The Senate passed a bill, 100 to nothing, to increase security for the justices, and Nancy Pelosi stalled this.
Merrick Garland did nothing for nine days.
Nine days did not do anything while these threats were being made against justices.
I get that more needs to be done in the Senate.
The problem is that Chuck Schumer runs the Senate.
Dick Durbin runs the Senate Judiciary Committee.
The Republicans have zero leverage.
They can't call hearings.
They can't bring legislation to the floor without Dick Durbin and Chuck Schumer.
So this is squarely on the Democrats.
This is on Merrick Garland.
This is on former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki encouraging these people to show up to the Supreme Court justices' homes illegally.
To protest, to get them to try to change their mind, change their vote on a pending abortion case.
So, you know, this is squarely on President Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland, Chuck Schumer, Dick Durbin, Nancy Pelosi.
Those are the people who are responsible.
What should people, what should the War Room audience, what should the posse do?
Tell us, give us some guidance.
Well, I mean, there's not a lot we can do on this.
I will say this. | ||
The Attorney General, after he took a tremendous amount of heat, has had U.S.
marshals supplement the Supreme Court police.
The Supreme Court has a nearly 200-person Supreme Court police force.
The marshals are supplementing the security.
The Republican governors in Maryland and Virginia had to do this initially.
They had to send State troopers from Maryland to Virginia to supplement the Supreme Court police because the Attorney General did not act.
They have acted now. | ||
unidentified
|
What we need to do is just get... Are they letting people protest outside their homes or is that over?
Are they letting people protest outside their homes or is that over?
They've shut that down?
They have not. | ||
And that is 100% squarely on a total justice.
Okay, stop. | ||
Okay, stop. | ||
Stop, Mike. | ||
All the rest of it was a waste of time.
They haven't done anything.
If they're allowing those people to go outside these justices' houses and basically essentially dox them and show the whole world where they live and they protest, then here's what's been done.
Nothing. | ||
I don't want to hear about a 100 to 0 vote.
Nothing's been done. | ||
Nothing's been done. | ||
If the people can still show up and do that, that's how you incite these crazies to go over and try to kill them.
And they may have two or three federal marshals, they may have a couple of U.S.
marshals, and no offense, the U.S.
marshals don't exactly look like guys that scare a lot of people, okay?
They just don't. | ||
So if they can, these mobs, can still go like the French Revolution, outside their homes, in these private residences, and the governors won't stop them, and nobody stops them, then Mike, nothing's been done.
Nothing's been done. | ||
I'm sorry, nothing's been done.
You're exactly right, Steve.
The U.S. | ||
Attorneys in the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S.
Attorney in Maryland, the U.S.
Attorney in D.C., they need to step up and start ordering the FBI to make arrests.
Here's what they need to do.
They're lawless. | ||
This has turned into a lawless society.
Because the Justice Department stinks from the top all the way down.
It's got to be cleaned out.
All the FBI has got to be gotten rid of.
It's a Gestapo. | ||
Disgrace. | ||
Justice Department's a disgrace.
The U.S. | ||
Attorneys are a disgrace.
They've had this. | ||
They know what's going on.
They're trying to intimidate these people.
Trying to intimidate and traumatize their families.
And they're not doing anything about it.
I want to hear about a hundred and nothing votes.
They got another two cops over there.
Two, essentially, U.S.
Marshals of Tanama to rent-a-cops.
Okay? | ||
Because that's what they are.
These justices have nothing and this is a disgrace.
And everybody, if there's not an investigation immediately upon taking charge in January, we've got to get on top of this and Merrick Garland ought to be impeached on this and everybody that reports him ought to be impeached on this very fact.
If you can't have a court that can make a decision and not have this kind of mob rule, that's what the Democrats are.
They're trying to poison your kids in the school.
Send the drag queens in there.
Intimidate the just. | ||
This is a lawless, dangerous, cultural, Marxist operation.
This is what it is. | ||
You're going to show you, oh, you know, you've got to use the courts.
You've got to rule the law.
The rule of law is right over there.
They made a decision. | ||
Live with it. | ||
They made all these abortion decisions over the last 50 years.
Here's people who lived with it.
Even if they can't get him removed in the Senate, make him go through hell, be the first Attorney General in our history to be impeached, because this is a complete dereliction of his duty.
It's a disgrace. | ||
A total disgrace. | ||
We go through this whole thing with the Supreme Court, it's a disgrace.
A disgrace. | ||
Black mark on our country.
A total disgrace. | ||
And hey, this summer, you watch, they're gearing up.
It's going to be this, it's going to be everything, right?
It's going to be the guns thing you watch.
It's going to be another summer of 2020, another summer of love.
It's coming. | ||
And now you got the air conditioning is going to be too expensive to use.
You watch the lawlessness in Chicago, in L.A., in New York City, in this.
OK, they're going to try to break this society.
We're not. | ||
We're unbreakable. | ||
We're unbreakable. | ||
But they're going to try it.
Mike, how do people get to you, sir?
So it's article three project dot org at article three, number three project dot org. And I'm at my personal getter and Twitter is M R D D M I A M R D D M I A.
Mike Davis, thank you very much.
Looking forward to getting back.
We got to talk antitrust over the next couple days.
Mike Davis, the great Mike Davis.
Thank you, Steve. | ||
Thank you, Steve. | ||
Disgusting. | ||
This is disgusting. | ||
Revolting. | ||
They sit there and pontificate all night.
They're this, they're that.
Hey, you're going to see what you are this fall.
We've got to drive them out of power.
You've got to get out and vote.
You've got to get the precinct strategy.
You've got to become election officials.
You have to get engaged to save your country because this is the kind of lawlessness you're going to have.
An assassination attempt.
That's what it was. | ||
Caught him with zip ties, all of it.
Burglary to break in. | ||
To assassinate. | ||
He told them right out. | ||
Why'd you come back? | ||
To kill. | ||
I came back to kill the Associate Justice Kavanaugh.
To kill him. | ||
Came back to kill him. | ||
Where's Merrick Garland?
Where are these guys? | ||
We've got to run these guys out of here.
Garland's got to be impeached.
We've got to put him under the pressure and preach him.
He'll crack like a walnut.
A walnuttoe. | ||
Okay, we're going to go to Mexico next in the war room.
unidentified
|
Okay, we're in Wixlock, Mexico.
We're going to go to Oscar Blue Ramirez.
Don't need to cut that down, guys.
Let's keep the footage up.
Okay, Denver. | ||
unidentified
|
Let's get it back up. | |
Do we have Oscar Blue Ramirez?
Fabulous production there, guys.
Hit the marks. | ||
Okay, Oscar Blue. | ||
Put us in the room. | ||
Tell us what's going on.
unidentified
|
Well, Mr. Van, today they came to an agreement with the Institute of National Immigration and they gave away 100 formats of immigration.
This is the format of the document that permits them to walk freely for 30 days to the north borders or to whatever part of the country they want to go to.
Now, the caravan has decreased, sir, from 15,000 to 8,000.
This is due to the fact that in that immigration center, which they are getting these formats, there's around 4,000 migrants and they're camping out And you've got six to 8,000 right here around this particular dome waiting for tomorrow.
They are going to embark themselves tomorrow now in the morning, sir.
Mr. Millagran, the leader and defender of humanitarian rights, the leader of the caravan, said, I'm holding complicit the United Nations.
I'm holding complicit UNICEF.
I'm holding complicit the Organization to Save the Children.
Those are the ones responsible for this massive influx and for this open border that is occurring on the borders of Mexico and also to the north borders of the United States, sir.
I want to make sure we got... Todd Bensman is going to come on in the next hour.
He's going to talk about the Ant... First off, that all these people are from all the exceptions that are being lifted on Title 42.
They know this. | ||
They're phoning people and texting people from out Latin America.
This is not really Central American so much.
They're from all over the world.
A lot of this is from Venezuela.
In addition, they've instituted what's called the Ant Operation.
The caravan gets so big and the optics get so bad as you're seeing since they don't want those bad optics they start carving people off and the cartels start taking them and so this this was going from a tops of 15,000 to 17,000 down to maybe it'll be four or five thousand by the time it hits the northern border of Mexico or the Rio Grande.
unidentified
|
Is that basically correct Oscar?
Yes sir, that's absolutely correct.
It has been happening for the past year as Mr. Topp, Edsmond has, you know, well elaborated that it is an end operation and now it is being seen that a lot of these migrants, they are scattered all over the part of Wiesla and they cannot find them. Now, there's 4,000, as I just mentioned, that they are right now waiting on the immigration center, waiting for this humanitarian visa or this format of immigration permit for them to transport themselves freely into the north borders,
which means they are going to move inevitably as Title 42 is being implemented or not, sir, if the stay in Mexico policy is being implemented or not, they really do not mind. They will move to the north borders and nobody is being held accountable.
No Mexican authority is being held accountable for these irregularities that are occurring in immigration law in Mexico.
Okay, I want to keep that footage up and I want to go to Ben Burkwam.
Ben, you're in Douglas, Arizona, so you're at the receiving end of this.
What are people in Douglas talking about in regards to these caravans?
Steve? | ||
It is insane. | ||
So this is, this is beyond the caravans here, Steve.
This is one of the, I call it the wild west of the border.
Every single night, and the wall behind me, this is Obama's wall, they have 500 to 700 people jumping this wall.
This is all controlled by the cartels.
On the other side you have massive compounds that are, that have been built by the cartels.
They operate it all. | ||
And this whole area is overrun.
This is an area that is overlooked because the mainstream media doesn't want to talk about it.
It's not sexy. | ||
We don't have the tens of thousands of people that are in these, you know, women and children.
These are hardened criminals that the cartel are bringing over.
And I witnessed last night, we were actually in town.
A bailout as these guys were trying to escape.
So what happens is they jump the wall.
They put ladders up against the wall.
Border Patrol rushes to that area.
Between 20 and 200 people will cross at a time.
And as Border Patrol are dealing with the guys right here, they'll put ladders up further down the wall.
And what is insane about this, Steve, is from here, from Douglas, Arizona, to the New Mexico border, which is over 40 miles away, There sometimes are only two border patrol agents for this entire sector and what we've been told is that they actually, they're pulling border patrol agents from this area to help deal with the processing in places like Del Rio and Yuma and McAllen because of the caravan.
So this caravan, everything you're seeing here, it's being orchestrated by the left, by the Marxist globalists, you mentioned Bowdoin in San Francisco, it's all the same people, by the NGOs, Those are a distraction for us to focus our attention over there while the drug cartels in Mexico continue to run quantities of fentanyl and heroin and cocaine and human trafficking over these walls and nobody's paying attention to it.
It's absolutely out of control.
Ben, how can people get more of your reporting?
You're going to be down in Douglas.
Are you heading back to the Rio Grande Valley?
Where are you headed? | ||
Yeah, we're going to be heading back.
I'm actually going to be back down here in about a week.
This is a new area for us.
We're going back. | ||
We'll be in El Paso tonight, and then I'll be back in Central Texas tomorrow, down in the Uvalde area tomorrow.
But you can catch all that at America's Voice News.
We've got so much coming out.
I was with Art Del Cueto of the Border Patrol Council yesterday, down on the reservation.
I'll be posting some of that video as well, as well as the sheriff from here.
The hundreds of guys with dope bags on their backs just coming through town.
You can get that at americasvoice.news, frontlineamerica.com, and then all of our social media at Ben Burquam.
We're going to be showing it to you.
It's unbelievable what's happening.
We are giving our country away, Steve.
Insane. | ||
This is the first article of impeachment at The Evasion.
Real quickly, you are going back to Ovalda, because I want to talk to you about the... There's still very little information coming out about the shooter, naturally.
unidentified
|
Right? | |
We know, you know, where's the gun?
Where's the $10,000? | ||
How'd he get there? | ||
All that. | ||
So, Ben Burcron will be back on the case.
Ben, fantastic work. | ||
Watch Ben, Real America's Voice, putting stuff up on their site the entire time, and on his Getter account.
So, Ben, thank you so much for joining us.
Yes, sir. | ||
Thank you. | ||
Let's go back to Wexler.
Let's go back to Oscar. | ||
Oscar, tell me, the core of the caravan, are they going to start tomorrow and continue to head north?
I take it it's now to 8,000 people?
unidentified
|
Yes, the leader of the caravan, Luis Villagran, today held a press conference, sir, and he said that tomorrow they are going to start moving, whether they give the visas or whether buses come or not come.
That is, quote-unquote, this is what he said, we are going to move, we are going to walk, and so tomorrow, around 5,000 people, 5,000 to 8,000 people, they say that they are going to keep walking to the northern borders around 6 o'clock in the morning, sir, head to the borders of the United States of America.
It's over 1,000 miles, 1,500 miles.
But here's a question. | ||
What happens to these Mexican towns?
8,000 people is almost an army division, an army division of about 10.
What happens when 8,000 people just come cruising through some of these small rural villages?
What happens? | ||
unidentified
|
Well, that's the number one thing that he said.
You know, he said that he doesn't see the United Nations over here.
I asked him that question, and he specifically said he's holding complicit the United Nations and also UNICEF, and also PARD.
Not only PARD, UNICEF, but he's also saying Save the Children.
That's what he said, quote-unquote.
These are organizations that should be here helping us, you know, to just avoid this suffering of this, you know, hundreds and thousands of children that they are stationed right here underneath this roof, sir.
Oscar, how can people get you on the Border News Network and what's your social media?
Because people want to keep up with you non-stop.
unidentified
|
Oscar Blue, sir, on Twitter.
Oscar Blue on YouTube. | ||
On Twitter, sir, OscarBlueRamirez.com and also RealAmericansBluesNews.com, sir.
Oscar Blue, stay safe. | ||
Look forward to having you back on tomorrow.
unidentified
|
Thank you, sir. | |
Real America's Voice. | ||
There's no better coverage than Burquam and Oscar and Todd Bensman.
I mean, they're on this in detail.
And Michael Yan down at Darien Gap.
I mean, these are serious people.
They're in dangerous areas.
They've been doing, you know, great reporting.
Now you've got the world flying down there, Tapachula.
These guys have been talking about this.
They're on top of these caravans.
In the next hour, we're going to talk about the ant operations and how they kind of split up and, and, you know, take it down from 15,000 to 5,000.
unidentified
|
So there's not the optics are not as bad.
This is a planned operation.
First article of impeachment against against Biden.
And I think we don't Merrick Garland and these other guys.
And Merrick Garland would get another one for him and not protecting the justices.
Let's go to Frank Gaffney.
We got Frank Gaffney of the Committee on the Press.
By the way, we're hitting him today, baby.
unidentified
|
Boom! | |
We're just hitting our marks here.
Frank Gaffney. | ||
Frank, yesterday, Bloomberg picked it up first, the senior economist for China, she comes out and gives a talk last week and said, hey, if the United States even thinks about doing hybrid warfare and economic sanctions or messing with our central bank like they did with Russia, we must go in and seize All the chips in Taiwan.
And oh, by the way, in addition, we know they're breaking down some of these factories and shipping them to Arizona and to Texas to try to rebuild and try to get America some capacity for high chip design from the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp, TSMC.
That ought to all be stopped immediately.
Frank, you've been co-host with me on these specials we've been doing about the war that's coming over the Taiwan chips.
Are they not signaling to you That they're looking at a naval blockade, that this will be a blockade that leads to a quarantine to block those chips going anywhere, sir?
unidentified
|
It is a reasonable expectation, Steve, that they don't want to risk an invasion which could blow up those chip fabrication facilities.
They need them every bit as much as we do.
So I think what this economist was basically describing was figuring out a way to get your hands on those without putting them at risk.
And I think a blockade that essentially assures that China controls what's coming out of Taiwan, and for that matter what's going into Taiwan, is one of the cards that they have to play.
And let's face it, If Taiwan is in fact blockaded, it can't last very long without food and energy and other raw materials for their economy.
So this is a very serious threat and one I think that the Chinese have thought through and are prepared to play.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We have Frank Gaffney, Naomi Wolf, Dave Penn, Robbie Starbuck.
We're packed in the back end of this.
Packed. | ||
Frank Gaffney is going to talk to us about an asset manager, Larry Fink.
They're changing some stuff up with the Biden White House and your head's about to blow up.
Talk about people selling their country down the river.
Well, we're about to name names.

Frank Gaffney. | ||
We have found traitors in our mist.
They are at the White House.
Tell us what's going on there and how they're working with Larry Fink to stab us in the back.
unidentified
|
Well, just to calibrate, Steve, of course, Larry Fink is the CEO of BlackRock, which is the largest investment house, I think, in the world.
Ten trillion dollars under management.
He is also the most powerful, least accountable, and I think therefore the most dangerous man in America.
His ambitions to mutate our Capital markets so that they're woke, as they say, the whole ESG agenda is bad enough.
Worse is that despite the manifest hypocrisy of that, he's very keen to have investors put money, in fact, triple the amount of money that they put into communist China, which is not very good on either environment, social, or governance issues, last time I checked.
This is made more worrisome because what Think was able to do at the outset of the Biden administration was salt its personnel with BlackRock associated, you know, individuals.
The Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, a fellow by the name of Wally Adeyemo, and the Director of the National Economic Council, A guy by the name of Brian Deese are both former senior Black Rock guys and they, let's face it, I think are working for Larry.
And what they've done most recently, Steve, which is really alarming, is not only turn a blind eye to the idea of putting the investments of America's servicemen and women and their civilian counterparts in the federal government workforce through the Thrift Savings Plan into companies tied to the Chinese Communist Party.
fact, including to the People's Liberation Army.
They are also, we just learned, I think yesterday, now mutating beyond recognition an executive order that the president signed back, I believe it was in June of last year, that we thought at the time was remarkably robust.
We actually commended them for doing it.
It was more or less of a piece with what Donald Trump had done.
But now we've discovered that through a sleight of hand, which if you can believe it, is frequently asked questions.
Thank you. | ||
These BlackRock folks have helped Larry Fink essentially dispense with prohibitions on putting money into China, whether it's from the Thrift Savings Plan participants or more generally.
And this is really worrying because I think you're absolutely right, Steve.
This is enemy within territory, and the effect of it is...
Making our enemy much, much more dangerous.
You're putting on, we've got to bounce, but you're putting on seminars.
I want to go through all the webinars so people can go for free because they love this.
I think we're going to do another special this Saturday because this Taiwan thing is too big.
And I'll reach out to you, but I want to get the webinars and I want to know where people can go get more information.
We got to get all, this Fink thing's got to stop.
It's got to stop. | ||
We have to stop it. | ||
Cortez saying it's got to be broken up, but this guy's too powerful, too irresponsible.
And it's unacceptable that folks' money is going in.
It's bad enough that they're an existential threat.
It is absurd that we're financing the existential threat.
That's got to stop. | ||
And we're going to stop.
unidentified
|
Exactly. | |
Give me the webinars. | ||
Give me the site. | ||
Give me all of it. | ||
unidentified
|
We're doing one tomorrow at 1 p.m.
That's part of our ongoing weekly series at the Committee on the Present Danger, China.
You can register for it at presentdangerchina.org.
1 to about 2.30, I think.
Where we'll be talking about elite capture.
Larry Fink, Joe Biden, and others who are essentially now running dogs of the Chinese Communist Party.
That's tomorrow. | ||
On Monday of next week, we're going to do an update on something we talked about recently, Steve, which I think with your help got a lot of people's attention.
What we're calling the digital gulag.
And that's our Stop Vaccine Passports Task Force of the Committee on the Present Danger China.
People can register for that at stopvaxpassports.org.
It's 4.30 to roughly 5.30, 6 o'clock or so on Monday of next week, and it'll be a very powerful program about the World Health Organization, about what happened at Davos, and how it's further compounding the danger we're facing in these regards.
Perfect. | ||
We're going to get those, Captain Bennett, get those all up on the different sites.
It's perfect. | ||
We segway right to Naomi.
But Frank, I'll talk to you after this.
I want to have somebody to tee up this.
I want everybody, don't waste your time on the, I know you're not anyway, on the fiasco 6 January.
That's a waste of time. | ||
Take that time and go to 1 o'clock free and go to the webinar on leak capture.
You'll understand why our nation's in this jam.
You'll understand. | ||
Facilities trap that. | ||
The elites are making more money on the decline of America than they made on the way up, because they sold us out to the Chinese Communist Party.
Frank, thank you very much.
We'll get it all up, and we'll see you tomorrow.
unidentified
|
My pleasure. | |
Thank you, Steve. | ||
You know, I'm so proud of these groups like the New Federal State of China, the Whistleblower Movement, the Rule of Law Society, the Rule of Law Foundation, the Committee on the Present Danger.
Got a lot of things going on.
Gonna have Dave Penn here in the morning, one of the precinct strategists.
Let's get to Naomi Wolf.
Naomi, a perfect segue to you.
Since you were the first one to kind of warn us about the hill to die on was about these digital passports.
More breaking news. | ||
One thing I don't understand, how can, is the Modernas, they're still gonna like give a third shot or third booster to babies?
What is going on here? | ||
I thought we shut this down.
unidentified
|
Well, we haven't shut it down yet.
I checked with our lawyer, or our lawyer's sort of Commando, who's Leslie Mnookin, who's overseeing the efforts of Scott Street and John Howard, these very distinguished lawyers, to sue Pfizer for the harms that the volunteers have found in these documents.
And I asked her, you know, how could they be going ahead?
And she said basically that the regulatory agencies are completely captured.
And that it's as a result it's easier to sue a private corporation like Pfizer than to stop the FDA.
That the FDA has kind of many rings of deterrence protecting it from lawsuits and protecting it even from criminal charges.
But we are moving ahead with both a lawsuit against Pfizer and a lawsuit against the FDA.
But they're acting with impunity.
I agree with you. | ||
And she also said that there's a push to get all of these launched under the Emergency Use Authorization because that gives these vaccines or these interventions impunity from lawsuits under the PREP Act, P-R-E-P.
So it's a rush basically to roll out one horrible intervention after another.
in order to basically be shielded from liability, which is sick, you know, it's absolutely sick.
And it's one thing if they just like, tucked these new damaging interventions under FDA's aegis and hid behind the PrEP Act, and they could just leave it there.
But they're not just doing that, they're also rolling out these gigantic propaganda campaigns and buying up influencers and buying up the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the AMA and other professional licensing organizations to get them to lie to people and pressure them and badger them, including pregnant women, to get these injections or parents to give these injections to their minor children.
unidentified
|
It's absolutely disgusting.
Thank you. | ||
Where do we stand? | ||
I know the lawsuit you got going, but when can we get you on and go through and take like a half hour, maybe an hour, major or special, and just go through where you stand with, I think it's 15 reports that the War Room volunteers and your team that's pulled everything together and the lawyers, I think it's 15 or 17 reports off the Pfizer documents right now?
unidentified
|
It's 23 reports now. | |
They are literally on fire.
It's 23 absolutely perfectly cited, impeccably sourced,
There's a new report by Team 5 and I would really, if you have time, love to read just two brief paragraphs because they've gone deeper into what's happening to babies and it's literally up to kind of us and the posse and the larger community to spread this by word of mouth because it's an emergency and legacy media are paying no attention.
So, this is a report by Maria Ziminski and Linnea Wall of Team 5, Risks to Babies of Vaccinated Mothers.
It's reported in VAERS, and their finding is that your baby is more likely to die at or before birth if you received a COVID-19 vaccine than if you received any other vaccine.
So, two quick paragraphs.
According to VAERS, which is the government database for adverse events, between 1998, the earliest VAERS reporting date, and May of this year, The total number of pregnant women who were vaccinated for all diseases and then lost their babies was 6,695.
These babies died in spontaneous abortions and fetal disorders such as cardiac arrest and cystic hygroma, a tumor that forms on a newborn's neck.
But just in the past couple of years, meaning just since pregnant women were vaccinated with mRNA vaccines, 3,816 babies died after their mothers received a COVID-19 vaccine manufactured by Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, or Janssen, and they show you the table.
These women were vaccinated between December 2020 and March 2022.
That means that 57% of all the vaccinations that resulted in a baby or fetus dying in the last 25 years or so took place when pregnant women started receiving COVID-19 vaccines.
Also, according to VAERS, we know that very soon within the first 10 days after these mothers were vaccinated against COVID-19, 1,559 of their babies or fetuses died.
The remaining 2,257 babies died from day 10 on.
Of the pregnant women who had spontaneous abortions or their babies died of other fetal disorders, 20, I can't believe, I'm sorry, I know you say no tears, but this is making me cry.
20% lost their babies on the same day mothers were vaccinated.
And 21% lost their babies in the following nine days.
And she gives the table.
Could it be a coincidence that a COVID-19 vaccinated woman loses her baby and 41% of the time the baby dies within 10 days of the mother's vaccination?
Naomi, you've got the book, The Bodies of Others.
I want everybody to buy this.
Listen, you're doing God's work to expose this.
This is how we're going to get solutions, and it's horrible that it happened, but you hang in there.
The Body of Others. | ||
Give your social media how to get to Daily Clout, ma'am.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Sorry to have been overcome with emotion.
I know we need to stay strong, but it's just so overwhelming because we're sending out this information And it's getting out there by word of mouth, but it's just as stunning to me that this is not front page news on the New York Times and the Washington Post.
It just breaks my heart every single time, let alone the CDC, the FDA, the NIH.
So you can go to dailycloud.io.
You can read the report there.
We're going to upload this report tonight.
I'm going to send it to Cameron.
I'm Steve Stern, CEO of FlagShirt.com, a third-generation veteran-owned small business.

Okay. | ||
Well, I want to double check this right now before I read it over the thing.
It's from the Daily Mail, but I want to double check it real quickly.
Let's go. | ||
Robbie Starbuck, huge victory today in this fight over getting on the ballot in Tennessee.
Five. | ||
Robbie's been there for, I guess, a year and a half running for Congress.
We're going to see if he's on the ballot.
Robbie, we only got a couple of minutes.
Walk me through. | ||
Huge victory, but you're back to the Supreme Court tomorrow morning.
Is that correct? | ||
unidentified
|
Our response is due to the Supreme Court tomorrow morning, but essentially this was a massive win for us and the people of Tennessee because these voters who have been disenfranchised, which the party actually did not dispute in court when we made the point that I was winning when they removed me from the ballot.
They never disputed that.
You know, those people deserve to have their voice on August 4th and in the early voting two weeks before.
And it's just an incredible win for all of us that the judge sided with justice here and said, you know, you can't do this in secret.
You can't go remove candidates.
So this is just amazing for us.
So what, tell us what's going to happen right now.
As of now, you're on the ballot, but you've got to submit your filing to the Supreme Court.
When are they going to roll?
So do you actually know?
Cause is it in, is it in a, it's in August where the primary is?
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
August is a August 4th is the primary, but Supreme Court is going to have to decide very quickly.
So I believe they're going to decide tomorrow night, actually.
That's sort of our belief here because the 10th is the drop dead deadline to print ballots.
So we would think they want to decide one way or another before that 10th deadline.
So our response is due by 10 a.m.
The party immediately went there and asked them to intervene after the Court of Appeals and after the state court.
They said, please, Supreme Court, come in here and let us have secret meetings where we can kick candidates off and steal the voice of the people and not let them choose themselves who they want to represent them.
So they're costing us extraordinary legal fees.
So anybody who believes in our country and the way our founders intended it to be, go to starbucks2022.com and donate because they should never have anybody be this afraid of having America first candidates represent the people.
The people are the Republican Party, despite what the Tennessee GOP said in court, which was that they believe they get to decide who the standard bearer of our party is, not the people.
I don't agree with them.
Robbie, people are going to want to follow this 24-7.
What's your social media?
How do people follow you?
unidentified
|
At Robbie Starbuck on every platform, R-O-B-B-Y, S-T-A-R-B-U-C-K.
I'm on Getter, I'm on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, all those places, Rumble.
Follow up and we're going live with the story.
Every piece of news, we go and update it and let people know because this is about transparency and the people.
It's why I don't take money from special interests.
I am the people's candidate and I'm just a conduit for what they want.
So they're not going after me, they're going after the people.
Our guarantee, if they rule tomorrow night, you'll get more viewers watching what you're happening in Tennessee, the great state, the great volunteer state in this fiasco up here on Capitol Hill.
Robbie Starbuck, keep fighting.
I gotta tell you, Starbuck, you got a lot of fight in you.
You and your wife are not backing down on this one at all.
No, we're not. | ||
Thank you very much for joining us.
I want everybody to follow.
His wife's tough as boot leather, too.
She runs one of the great things trying to stop this child trafficking.
So, Robbie, thank you and the wife very much.
Appreciate having you on here.
unidentified
|
Thank you so much. | |
Yeah, she's at freedomforever.us.
Thank you, brother. | ||
Okay, you know, the meltdown on the article on American Rasputin and all the different aspects that have been on MSNBC is all about, they're totally freaked out about the Army of the Awakened that are now at Precinct Strategy, taking over election boards, taking over canvassing boards, taking over school boards, taking over medical boards, taking over all over, right?
Participation by free citizens.
Let's bring in Dave Penn up in Minnesota.
Tell us what's going on.
Steve Starnes says you're the best.
Royce White says you're the best.
You're credentialized here in the War Room.
Walk us through what you got going on, Dave.
Steve, thank you for having me this afternoon.
We're just here to talk about the Minnesota Way.
Minnesota is California in the upper Midwest.
And if the American First Nationalist Populist Movement can succeed in Minnesota, we're going to succeed everywhere.
So what I want to just share with the viewers is the Minnesota way.
I want to give my thanks to Dan Schultz, who's been laboring out in the vineyards for 13 years trying to spread the basic civics of the American people getting involved in their local politics.
I'm a participant in the Minnesota Republican Party.
I serve on what we call a basic political operating unit.
I got activated because of the mess that our country is in.
And why is it in a mess? | ||
We're in a mess because my generation of people had so much peace and prosperity that we sat on the sidelines and let globalists really overrun the country with an anti-American, anti-nation state philosophy.
So we're off the bench now and I hope there's hundreds of thousands of people like me that are going to get off the bench You get out there and play.
Politics is not watching television.
Politics is going to your local political unit and getting involved.
So we have a full spectrum approach to this here in Minnesota.
We do call it the Minnesota Way.
And first of all, we have a political organization called FreePeopleOfAmerica.org.
So anyone that wants to be contacted, get activated, go to FreePeopleOfAmerica.org.
That's our organization.
We are activated 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We operate a weekly, every Saturday meeting for political activists.
It's for money people, media people, messaging people, for candidates.
We get together. | ||
We've trained together on how we get this message out into Minnesota.
We publish a weekly newsletter called The News That Matters.
It goes out to thousands of people.
It really builds on the fact that six companies control 90% of the media in this country.
And unfortunately, most of the people in the Republican Party in Minnesota are getting their news from the legacy media.
They're not really getting a full spectrum awareness.
of all the available information.
So we're proud publishing this newsletter.
Hey, Dave, we got to bounce, but once again, give the free, I want to give that website in your social media real quickly so people can follow you.
Anybody that wants to get activated in Minnesota, go to freepeopleofamerica.org and we'll get back to you and we'll get you organized as soon as we can.
But I also want to get you on here to talk about how you do that in other states.
This is an amazing operation, and Royce White speaks incredibly highly of it.
You've got Steve Stern.
These are killers. | ||
Dave, thank you very much.
Look forward to having you back on here.
Take a short commercial break.
When we return, we're going to go from the border to Alaska.
And everywhere in between, we're going to talk about energy, why this is going to be a long, hot, expensive summer.
Stick around. | ||
We've got another hour power-packed in the War Room. |
