| Other people I know are saying, no, it's trending towards McCormick. | ||
| But the key thing, I think, is Dave Mastroianna won. | ||

| On Mastriano, they're losing it. | ||
| Like nobody's business. | ||
| They're losing it because Mastriano's like that version of Trump in this cycle. | ||
| He's not Trump. | ||

| But he's that version of out of... came from nowhere and totally rejected by... Remember, the biggest enemies Mastriano's got up in Pennsylvania, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is the Republican establishment. | ||

| The difference between victory and defeat there is the Republican establishment does not want MAGA to win. | ||

| He said what I've been working on since I went over there in 2018 is that these groups have to work together. | ||

| This populist nationalist sovereignty movement, traditionalist movement, have to work together. | ||
| He says, we've got to work together for your 2024. | ||
| He just got elected, I think, another six years. | ||
| You've got Bolsonaro's coming up. | ||
| It's very important. | ||
| They're like-minded individuals throughout the world who are nationalists. | ||
| They want to put their countries first and do what's right for their country. | ||
| They totally buy into the Westphalian system. | ||
| Where you can have allies, you can have partnerships, you can have trade deals, you can have trade associations, all that. | ||
| But your nation comes first, right? | ||
| As it should. | ||
| And once people start focusing on that and get away from the elites, because what the elites want to do is take all the power. | ||
| They want to take all, really, the margin. | ||
| They want to take all the labor. | ||
| And I'm not a Marxist, I'm a populist. | ||
| But I can, and I'm a capitalist, but I understand how they do. | ||
| They want concentration of wealth and power and they want to extract As much of the value of your labor as possible. | ||
| Quite frankly, if you go back over the last 40 or 50 years, and I have this discussion with people all the time, people in capital markets, you can go back to the economic history and what we've done is we've had two higher returns to capital and two lower returns to labor. | ||
| It's a reason that you don't own more than you should own. | ||
| With the wealth generated by this nation and the increase in the wealth of this nation, just look from the financial crisis of 2008, you should never have the concentration of wealth we had. | ||
| The founders would be shocked. | ||
| They would actually come back and say, This is what we fought against, and I want to pull maybe one time I can do it. | ||
| If you haven't seen John Adams, you ever see that series with Paul Giamatti? | ||
| And I think it's Steve Delaney's, the British actor who plays Thomas Jefferson Magnificent. | ||
| That scene where he's having the debate with Alexander Hamilton, it kind of lays out the big debate economically about the country. | ||

| This is the update that we've had today, that there was actually a vote, a preliminary vote yesterday, in which Turkey formally said no to the entrance of Finland and Sweden. | ||
| This is not definitive. | ||
| It was only basically a very fast-tracked entrance for the discussions. | ||
| But Turkey did formally say no in this vote. | ||
| So what obviously the rest of the NATO Secretary General, the United States and other countries are now doing, I think Jake Sullivan spoke this morning with President Erdogan, is that they're putting a huge amount of pressure now on Turkey to try and get Turkey to back down and to let these two countries in. | ||
| Oh, Jake Sullivan did so well with Tiger Yang in both Alaska and in Rome, getting lectured to by Tiger Yang, which there's another very disturbing story about those guys saying, hey, it's a very unsettled situation in Taiwan. | ||

| His right wing Fidesz party won 135 out of 199 seats and he bagged the fourth consecutive landslide election victory. | ||

| He said that conservatives in Europe and the United States must fight together to, I quote, reconquer institutions in Washington and Brussels from the liberals who threaten Western civilization. | ||

| A few minutes or so ago. | ||
| 2024 is both the obviously the next presidential cycle, but it's also the next cycle for elections in the European Parliament. | ||
| That's why this 2024 event is going to be so key. | ||
| He also said, Stephen, I'll leave this one with you. | ||
| He said, progressive liberals, neo-Marxists, dazed by the woke dream, people financed by George Soros and promoters of open societies. | ||
| He wants to annihilate the Western way of life and that you and I love so much. | ||
| So this is a person who's deeply committed to the Judeo-Christian West. | ||
| It's not simply a form for him for election sloganeering, as it's been for so many parties on the centre-right over the last few decades. | ||
| This is the core and the background of his government agenda. | ||
| And that's why he continues to get re-elected. | ||

| This is coordinated by a whole group of organizations that call themselves Humanity Against Censorship. | ||
| And the reason we are protesting today in front of Facebook is because they are censoring speech, and that goes against the First Amendment. | ||
| Now, Facebook is arguing in court against Children's Health Defense that they're a private company and therefore they do not have to abide by the law. | ||
| Okay, okay. | ||
| Ho, ho, ho. | ||
| Slow down, slow down. | ||
| Why do you say they're censoring your speech? | ||
| What's the evidence? | ||
| Give me the evidence that Facebook, big ol' Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg, is picking on the poor Children's Health Defense. | ||

Well, everybody knows if you're conservative or if you're in the vaccine safety movement, if you say one thing questioning vaccine safety or efficacy, they will shadow ban your account, which means they can throttle how many people are seeing your posts. | |
| They can actually remove your account and put you in something called Facebook jail for sometimes 30 days, sometimes more, and sometimes permanent Facebook jail so you can never be on Facebook again. | ||
| And that happens time and again to all of our colleagues for the most mild and oblique comments you could possibly make about vaccine safety and efficacy. | ||
| OK, so what? | ||
| So this beef is in court, but why? | ||
| Why are you coming together? | ||
| You're fighting in court. | ||
| Why are you coming together to protest outside of Facebook's headquarters? | ||

We're coming together today to protest outside Facebook's headquarters because it's a high visibility area in Silicon Valley. | |
| It's at the intersection of Willow Road, which is the road that goes right into One Hacker Way, which is Facebook's headquarters. | ||
| And that crosses with the Bayshore Expressway, which then crosses the Dumbarton Bridge. | ||
| So it's a very high visibility area. | ||
| And we want not only Facebook employees to know that there are a majority of people who do not like the censorship, But we also want all the passers-by in this high-traffic area to know as well. | ||
| We've got a lot of media coming to cover the story, including somebody from your outfit. | ||
| Yeah, we want to be there because he thinks it's pretty extraordinary. | ||
| This is not just like the deplorables. | ||
| The whole vaccine safety or this whole issue around that has come to the forefront, but it's bringing in so many different elements of it. | ||
| It's one of the reasons Bobby Kennedy Jr. | ||
| is going to be out there, Naomi Wolf's going to be out there, others that have been on the show a lot. | ||
| So, I mean, what do you hope to prove? | ||
| If you were to have an outcome, either in your court case or with Facebook today, let's say Zuckerberg walked out and Zuckerberg and his wife walked out and said, OK, we didn't understand this was going on. | ||
| Tell me what the bid and the ask is. | ||
| What would you guys, the vaccine safety movement, what would you propose that Facebook do that all of a sudden it would all be, you know, the sunlit uplands? | ||

So the reason for the timing of this protest is that everybody in the movement knows that Children's Health Defense went up against Facebook in court on Tuesday, and we were arguing against the motion to dismiss that Facebook put out there. | |
| And the reason that we think They should not be censoring speech, is that they are being directed by our own government, by Pelosi, by an open letter from Adam Schiff, telling them to censor conservative content, vaccine content, and even children's health defense itself. | ||
| And so if the government is directing speech, then it's no longer a private company. | ||
| It's a state actor, and they have to abide by the First Amendment. | ||
| And the First Amendment is so important, and that's the point of our protest. | ||
| We are demonstrating because we are operating under our First Amendment rights to demonstrate and make our voices heard. | ||
| It's part of the checks and balances of a good democracy. | ||
| If the citizens cannot criticize the government, it is, it's not good. | ||
| I mean, it's, it's worse than not good. | ||
| It's catastrophic to a democracy and it's catastrophic to our economy and all the businesses in the country as well. | ||
| And so we need to let them know what they are doing to us. | ||

Let me add one thing that it's really important. | |
| Judges want to be conservative. | ||
| Do you believe that? | ||
| You don't think they'll just rule on what they think the law is? | ||
| public opinion, then it's easier to get a judgment in our favor. | ||
| And so if a judge feels like there's a critical mass of people who really care about free speech, we're hopefully softening the landscape for a favorable ruling. | ||
| Do you believe that you think you don't think they'll just rule on what they think the law is, you think they'll actually be swayed by popular opinion? | ||

We've found the courts to actually be pretty favorable to the lawsuits that we filed in California. | |
| The Children's Health Defense California chapter actually just won a couple lawsuits against the Piedmont Unified School District and also against LAUSD School District, which is the second biggest school district in the country. | ||
| We got them to back off their illegal vaccine mandates. | ||
| So those were huge victories. | ||
| And now we're going into the discovery phase with LAUSD. | ||
| So the courts can rule in our favor, but they just have to feel like it's a conservative decision to do so. | ||
| And I think ruling with the First Amendment would be a pretty conservatively positive decision. | ||
| Since many of the people that are coming are still registered Democrats or former Democrats and a lot of progressives, why is it that guys like Schiff and Pelosi and these people, these Democrats, why do they seem to be so on the side I mean, I cut MSNBC on, we watch it non-stop with CNN. | ||
| MSNBC would not exist without Big Pharma ads. | ||
| I mean, it's kind of weird, actually. | ||
| The shows have so many pharmaceutical ads, you've got to think, how sick is this audience? | ||
| I mean, they've got everything in the world, but it's just constant. | ||
| Why is Pelosi and Schiff, why are they arguing against a lot of people who are actually their kind of base, or some of their voters? | ||
| Why have they politicized this to come in on the side of Big Tech and Big Pharma? | ||

Well, that's the question of the century, Steve. | |
| You really have to look at the bigger picture here. | ||
| And they want to get a shot in the arm or shot or more in every person's arm in the world. | ||
| And for anybody to question the narrative is going to make that much harder for them. | ||
| They want to have annual COVID shots. | ||
| They want to combine it with a flu shot. | ||
| And this whole thing, Was done to make people want vaccine passports. | ||
| That's why they've divided people along those lines about, you know, the vaccinated can go into restaurants and entertainment centers, but the unvaccinated can't. | ||
| Now they've been pulling back those mandates, but that got everybody very interested in something called a vaccine passport. | ||
| But what everybody has to know is that's not a vaccine passport. | ||
| That's the beginning of a digital ID that's going to lead to a social credit score system and everything you do. | ||
| is going to be on that ID and access to many things that you rely on for your survival could be denied if you don't have a high enough social credit score. | ||

| And even the other day on MSNBC, they said the reason is the threats of burning down the Supreme Court, the bomb threats to the Supreme Court, assassination threats to the justices, all that. | ||

| You know, Stephen, there's a supernatural element here and a natural element. | ||
| On the natural level, these people are behaving like spoiled children because the Supreme Court treated them like spoiled children when it handed them abortion on demand on a silver platter in Roe v. Wade without them having to engage the painstaking process of lawmaking. | ||
| Now that they see the platter being taken away from them, they're crying and yelling and screaming like children. | ||
| That's what's going on on the natural level. | ||
| On the supernatural level, as you well know, we've discussed before, abortion is demonic. | ||
| Now, we're not saying that the women who go to get abortions, Janet and I run a worldwide ministry helping these women. | ||
| It's not they themselves. | ||
| It's the advocates at the core of this industry who are, I have seen, The tools of satanic rituals inside of abortion facilities. | ||
| And there is a lot of this going on. | ||
| And it's not, you know, it's like assertion of oneself. | ||
| That's the opposite of, you know, the mind of Christ. | ||
| Philippians 2, though he was in the form of God, he humbled himself and was obedient to the Father even unto death. | ||
| But the idea of Satan, as we read in Isaiah 14, is I will ascend, I will be like the Most High. | ||
| And this is self-assertion. | ||
| My rights, my body, my choice. | ||
| And we see this throughout Scripture, condemned as a way of thinking that's alien to Christians. | ||
| When they don't get their way, they resort to violence. | ||
| Remember, their whole philosophy is violence. | ||
| Abortion is violence. | ||
| So these are people who know how to stand up for violence, and the devil himself hates God, can't destroy God, so he does the next best thing, which is to destroy what's made in the image of God, which as we know, is human life. | ||
| Janet, I want to talk about the book then, because like I said, it's not my line of country, but it's quite powerful. | ||

| Why would you have to write a book about abortion for teenagers, ma'am? | ||

Well, because Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry targets teens. | |
| They're in the high schools, in public high schools, in the curriculum. | ||
| They've inserted themselves. | ||
| And on college campuses, they have abortion clinics in a lot of campuses, and if not, They have referral systems where they're on the campus, they'll give out medical abortion pills to college students, or they will take them for a surgical abortion nearby. | ||
| So they are embedded and getting at our youth. | ||
| And my publisher actually from my first book, Recall Abortion, said, Hey Janet, can you take that book and kind of dial it down or really direct it to kids? | ||
| And so I present a unique perspective too, because right now with Roe v. Wade, I personally knew Norma McCorvey and Sandra Cano. | ||
| Norma McCorvey stayed in my home in New York. | ||
| I stayed in her home in Dallas. | ||
| I was able to tell them firsthand the journey Norma went through, from first seeking an abortion, not understanding, jotting on the dotted line. | ||
| You know, she never spent one day in court. | ||
| Not one. | ||
| And the day the decision was decided on January 22nd, 1973, she didn't even hear from her lawyer, Sarah Waddington. | ||
| This is not normal. | ||
| So I tell these kids these stories about Norma and Sandra, and also Dr. Bernard Nathanson, that Father Frank and I both knew. | ||
| I also teach them in the book. | ||
| I tell them about the damage abortion does. | ||
| And of course, in the middle, of course, Steve, we have the baby photo album I put, starting from seven weeks on. | ||
| It's not a clump of cells. | ||
| Don't let them lie to you. | ||
| Look at this baby. | ||
| You know, and then I teach them how to dialogue with the other side and how to respond. | ||
| And instead of being good on the defense, I teach them how to be on the offense, turn the tables and question them. | ||
| Because guess what? | ||
| They can't defend abortion when you really ask them the hard questions. | ||
| And then, of course, I cover chastity and I show them the correct way to conduct themselves so they're not victims of all the sexual diseases that are rampant out there. | ||

| First off, we know, and I can tell this, when the Right to Life march, until Trump, no politician or no president would go there, is that there's 500,000, a million people, all over, bitter cold, in January, absolutely freezing, and it's 90%, 80% young people. | ||
| And the reason they're so, quote, technology, and technology shows them, just like the picture in the book, They get when life starts, at conception, because you can see in the technology that shows you that. | ||

| It seems like the tide's not just shifted to the Supreme Court, but when we get down to the state levels, you're having innovated legislation everywhere, and that's why the left is getting crazier and crazier, and they're kind of frantic, because they don't see any victories for them. | ||

| No, you got it right, Stephen, and you know, I've been actually saying in my travels for Priests for Life that I've been doing full-time for 30 years, I was preaching 30 years ago, we are winning, we are winning. | ||
| And there have been points in this battle that people have said, where are you getting this idea that we're winning? | ||
| Because the truth has been coming out consistently. | ||
| There's nothing the other side can do about it. | ||
| The truth about who this baby is, science is only going to go forward. | ||
| It's not going to go backward. | ||
| The truth about the harm abortion does. | ||

| Is this turned out that they made it up to be some huge issue that at the end of the day, I saw a poll the other day, abortion was at 1% and the economy was like at 35%. | ||
| Is this something they've been promoting for years to scare Republican politicians, and they just don't really have any weight in the back of the punch? | ||
| Well, as you know, the Democrats are losing so badly on every issue. | ||
| They're just trying to find something to try to turn the dynamic around politically. | ||
| It's not going to work. | ||
| There's a very large portion of the electorate that will only vote for candidates that agree with them on abortion. | ||
| And in that segment of the electorate, The polling of recent elections has shown that more people vote pro-life, sometimes by a margin of two to one. | ||
| The reason that doesn't appear as oh is this the major issue in this election is that in their minds? | ||
| It's a settled thing They know that they're gonna exclude pro-abortion candidates, and that's it you know other things are more. | ||
| You know Bubbling up, but no the other side is not especially Stephen because of the the extremism The independents and even Democrats they don't want abortion until birth without exception It's only the fringe the radical fringe that wants that so they're not gonna gain any voters from this not at all Okay, now Janice Janice booked not just about abortions Bishop Strickland says on the cover, it will teach your children they're precious in the eyes of God. | ||

| The trial court had granted a motion to dismiss. | ||
| We're asking the Ninth Circuit to reverse that. | ||
| Today, we're holding a protest because we believe that censorship, frankly, is un-American. | ||
| Censorship on important public matters like COVID and the COVID response, that's just un-American. | ||
| It's a violation of the First Amendment, right? | ||
| Internet, the cyber world is now the town square. | ||
| It is critical to our democracy that we have freedom of speech. | ||
| You know, there are certain restrictions, violence, obscenity. | ||
