...this morning on a poison that is coursing through the country right now.
joe scarborough
Fear locks our minds in the past and makes us anxious about the future.
Fear allows us to hate people we don't even know.
It can even make us forget the best in ourselves.
Fear is a tool that's used by media moguls and tyrants to target the weakest and most emotionally fragile among us.
And fear feeds on the dispossessed who are mired in lost causes.
Like Faulkner's Quentin, whose, quote, very body was an empty hall, echoing with sonorous defeated names.
A barracks filled with stubborn, backwards-looking ghosts.
Or, like Hitler's Germany, haunted by a shattering defeat in World War I. Or Russia's Putin, a tyrant who's unleashed terror on a continent because he is still stricken a generation later by the collapse of his beloved Soviet Union.
Are like that infected appendage still attached to the GOP.
The Trump wing.
The wing fueled by white grievance and wild conspiracies.
Pushed by that former president, by House Republican leaders, by social media monopolies, and by a powerful cable news network.
Yes, billionaires are once again leveraging fear to make more money and gain more power by preying on the aggrieved.
And make no mistake of it, they work every single day to turn whites against blacks, whites against Hispanics, whites against Muslims, and whites against Jews.
It is the most grotesque of marketing schemes.
That is killing.
Yes, literally killing those Americans whose very existence is now used by news networks and a political party to breed fear, make money, and win votes.
It is sick.

There are people, and I don't think we should be dancing around his name, there are people like Tucker Carlson who are directly trying to preach who call him our guy, the only guy in the mainstream media who speaks up for him, for them.
That man is actively trying to appeal to these people.
It's extremely dangerous. He's the highest rated show on cable news.
It's extremely dangerous when he is actively trying to appeal to people who have this very warped idea of reality based on white grievance.
Well, right.
I mean, you have to, you have to say at the outset, what this shooter did was his, you know, his decision alone.
No one, as far as I know, told him to go out and shoot up a supermarket.
But there is a cause and effect to amplifying this garbage.
And some of the consequences are intended, right?
It stirs up racial animus, ethnic animus, religious animus.
That is the intended effect of turning neighbor against neighbor and getting people angry and afraid.
Growing that base that is angry and afraid is part of the consequence.
That's how it spreads.
The next consequence is those people go out and vote for characters who believe in that.
Folks like Marjorie Taylor Greene or Lauren Boebert or name your nationalist or anti-Semite or conspiracy theorist.
Those people get elevated.
And then finally, Those people run, right?
You get more Kathy Barnetts who spew Islamophobic and anti-LGBTQ stuff, conspiracy theories.
They feel empowered to run because this garbage that was once disqualifying has been so mainstreamed by political leaders and far-right wing media that they're not wearing hoods anymore.
They're not hiding in the basement.
They're out in the open talking about this, you know, openly as if it's no big deal.
It's compounded and compounded and compounded.
And, you know, you see it in the numbers, the rise in hate crimes, the rise in extremism.
And folks on the right don't even acknowledge that that is real.
Tucker Carlson has said, right-wing extremism doesn't exist.
It's not a thing.
So there's the disinformation, the conspiracy theories, the racism, turning people against each other, the fear mongering.
It's this cauldron of hate and it's metastasizing in our country.
And I just want to say to these people who used to be colleagues and friends, What are you doing?
When is it going to be?
Enough!
We've had an insurrection, we have a rise in hate crimes, we have these horrific shootings where people are telling you exactly why they're doing it, because of stuff you're saying.
When is it going to be enough?
When will you have reached your disgusting, gross goal?
And when will you stop feeling completely disconnected from all of this?
Like, you've done nothing to get us from A to B. When will it be enough?
fareed zakaria
But it's clear that many countries, from China to Russia to even friendly nations like India and Brazil, are working hard on ways to reduce their vulnerability to Washington's whims.
None of these efforts have so far gained much traction, though it's worth noting that the share of global foreign reserves held in dollars has declined from 71% to 59% over the last two decades.
Now, partly this is because the United States appears less stable and predictable in the use of its extraordinary privilege.
In the two decades preceding Russia's recent invasion, Washington massively ramped up sanctions for all kinds of reasons, by more than 900%.
Many of these measures have been overreactions and should be rolled back.
After 9-11, Washington put in place highly intrusive measures aimed at tracking money going to terrorists.
It has imposed harsh punishments on banks that do not adhere to all U.S.
sanctions.
It has sanctioned Iran, Venezuela, North Korea, Cuba, and others, often simply to satisfy domestic critics who wanted to do something but not pay much of a price.
This kind of economic warfare has failed to change the regimes in any of these countries, but has caused widespread misery for ordinary people.
Note that sanctions against Russia are aimed at policy change, not regime change, and therefore could be much more effective.
Sanctions jumped up sharply during the Trump administration, which unilaterally withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal and then threatened to impose sanctions on anyone who traded with Tehran, even though the Iranians had adhered to the deal, which took place under a U.N.
framework.
And then there are the measures pursued domestically by American regulators and judges, like the almost $9 billion penalty against the French bank BNP Paribas in 2014.
Again, all these only work because of the power of the dollar.
I support the sanctions against Russia.
But President Biden needs to make a speech explaining them.
He needs to make clear that the Russian invasion of Ukraine marks the most serious assault on the rules-based international system in decades.
If it succeeds, it could tear apart that system.
That is why Washington has worked with its allies to impose these extraordinary measures.
He needs to detail the legal basis for America and its allies' actions.
For example, how exactly can governments seize privately owned property for which the owner, even if he is a Russian oligarch, has clear legal title?
How can people be sure that these powers will not be abused?
Biden needs to emphasize that the U.S.
will only take such measures in the future when there are blatant violations of international law on the scale of Russia's actions.
The dollar maintains its crucial role in the international system because the U.S.
is the world's largest economy.
It has the most liquid debt markets.
Its currency floats freely.
And crucially, it is regarded as a country based on the rule of law and not one prone to arbitrary and unilateral actions.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to give you, welcome, it's the War Room.
It is Monday, the 16th of May, the year of our Lord, 2022.
You're in the War Room.
I want to thank all of our distribution partners, there's a lot to get to today.
We're here for signal, not noise, and the signal is the collapse in world markets today, the collapse of the Chinese economy, the CCP, who lies about everything, put out numbers last night, they're absolutely horrific.
And we'll have a massive impact on not just the global economy, but the U.S.
economy.
So we're now in totally uncharted territory.
Of course, all the morning shows are all over Tucker Carlson and a few others about the replacement.
They seem to miss the point.
And here's what we're not going to back off on.
This is, and for people who follow this show from day one, We are inclusive nationalism, right?
We have said from day one, and supported from day one, and work every day from day one, it's Hispanic Americans in the rear Grand Valley in South Texas that are leaving the Democratic Party in droves.
It is African Americans in droves that understand the lies and misrepresentations of the Democratic Party.
We are inclusive nationalism and participatory populism, okay?
And we're winning.
This is about the sovereignty of the United States and this is about the citizens of the United States.
And so we're not going to let any misdirection play.
The thing that the morning media should be focused on this morning, what they should be focused on this morning, is how did this psychopath, right, how did this psychopath get visited, get visited by authorities, and the FBI didn't have him on a watch list?
Well, how did that happen?
How is the FBI taking time to make the moms and dads of America domestic terrorists and lie about it, as we know from the whistleblower, and go after people going to school boards to stop the cultural Marxists from poisoning their children with critical race theory and social-emotional learning and gender identity and gender ideology?
Those are domestic terrorists.
When you had a very sick young man whose parents clearly were not doing their job, and it's the parent's responsibility, remember?
We're for the American family.
And there's a chain of command in the American family.
And people have responsibility, they have authority, they also have to be held accountable.
This kid was turned in over a year ago.
Authorities met with him, gave him the psychological test.
Why was he even allowed to be able to wander around?
We're going to get to all that.
We've got Rudy Giuliani and Berta Kerr coming in.
We've also got a lot to do today.
We've got Kathy Barnett, David Perdue.
It's in this hot race.
Doug Mastriano.
Maybe a couple of two or three other surprise guests.
We got a lot to get to.
We're going to go through math, etc.
But we're not backing off one.
We're not going to back off one instance.
Remember, it is this show that has led the fight against this Ukraine situation.
Right?
And today, I think it was in the Financial Times of London and the Guardian had stories about Germany and France and Italy.
The leaders there are telling the United States, we don't want to go as hard as you want to go.
You're escalating this.
We want to de-escalate this.
This is about the $40 billion.
And we've been at the lead to say, hey, the Ukrainian refugees come up to the southern border.
They got to be absolutely stopped and get in line, just like just like everybody from Central America and Latin America and people coming from the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa.
We have been adamant that we should take zero, zero, zero Ukrainians.
unidentified
Okay?
steve bannon
So this is not about race.
This is about American citizenship.
This is about the value of your citizens.
The Biden administration and the radical left, as seen by Morning Mika and Morning Joe and that whole crowd at the New York Times and the whole crowd at MSNBC, are about ceding the sovereignty of this nation, whether it's to the WHO, of which we're going to fight today.
We're going to have Michelle Bachmann or Frank Gaffney at the webinar this afternoon, whether it's ceding to the WHO or whether it's allowing an invasion on the southern border.
And no, we are not backing off one inch.
Because inclusive nationalism and participatory populism is what's changing this country.
And that's what they're freaking out about.
And this is why we're going to win 80 to 100 seats in the House of Representatives.
This is why we're going to flip the United States Senate.
This is why we're going to take over every school board in the nation.
This is why we're going to take over every electoral This is why we're going to take over every medical board in this nation.
This is why we're going to take over state legislatures, and DAs, and Attorney Generals, and Secretaries of State, and Governors.
And we're not going to stop.
We are ascended, and we are not going to stop at all.
This is about inclusive nationalism.
It doesn't matter about your race.
It doesn't matter about your ethnicity.
It doesn't matter about your religion.
This is about your citizenship.
And if you're a citizen of the United States of America, rally to our cause and do not be distracted by what they're doing, because they're fighting a rearguard action right now.
A rearguard action.
It's not going to work.
It is not going to work.
Okay?
We are two-thirds to 75% of this country.
It's just never been organized in a vote.
Well, it is.
And that's why I say right there in Morning Meeca and SC Cup and all that with the whining and the pulling the hair, you understand what happens when a political institution gets shattered.
And we are here at the ballot box this November, right?
To destroy the Democratic Party as a national political institution.
From the school board level, all the way up to the United States Senate.
And just waiting for when we take back the White House with a sweeping 40-plus state landslide win with Donald J. Trump in 2024.
They can cry all they want, they can whine all they want, they can tear their hair all they want.
The one true thing you heard right there was Farid Zakhar.
Farid Zakhar taking notes right from the war room, everywhere from oligarchs having their property stolen or taken, as they should, but you got to do it legally, to the dollar and making Biden come to the American people and make a case for why we're at war in Ukraine.
Short commercial break.
Rudy Giuliani, Bernie Kerik, going to join me in The War Room.
unidentified
War Room, pandemic, with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, we got the two-gun strategy here.
You got first, you have to get a great night's sleep.
And by the way, for all the haters out there in the audience, I can't believe some of the warm posse saying, Steve, does Steve get a chemical peel?
No.
We just are out doing some outdoor activities this weekend.
This is my normal summer look.
Remember, I cut off all the wild man hair.
Rudy and Bernie remember that.
I think it's the 4th of June of, was it 2021?
Yes, 2021 when I had the, had not had a haircut for I think a year and a half at the New Federal State of China's commemoration.
Finally realized it was a little too long.
It went from Wild Bill Hickok.
MyPillow.com.
Buy one, get one free.
Towels, pillows, sheets.
So we decided to change that up.
We got a lot to get to.
Two gun strategy, you gotta get a great night's sleep.
Mypillow.com, buy one, get one free.
Towels, pillows, sheets, you got the biblical towels and blankets for the grandchildren or children, Or maybe yourself.
You never know.
It's a trying time right now.
You might need that.
Okay, go there.
You've got hundreds of things on sale.
Support the great manufacturing company up in Minnesota.
MyPillow.com.
Also, the coffee to get up and get jacked up like we are here in the Warpath Coffee.
Warpath.com.
Go there.
It's a company of veterans.
And the Dark Roast Mariners Blend, the one that I worked on, my favorite, my baby.
Go get that, best dark roast ever made.
Also, we have a little lighter blend, a breakfast blend, but it's got a kick to it.
It's called Black Powder.
And we just, the roaster just got us another, I don't know, 10,000 pounds or something, so we're grinding through this.
Make sure you go today.
Put in warm, you get 10% off.
The first one, okay, so you understand the angle they're coming with you.
Fareed Zakhar, here's the important thing, open.
Fareed Zakhar on yesterday's GPS literally cribbed the notes that Ben Harnwell, myself, Cortez, Navarro have been walking through on this, on the Ukrainian mess.
And he knows, he's a smart guy, he called for Biden to come forward to the American people, to come forth and make a case of why we're at war.
The Democrats are now using this, you know, Steny Hoyer, they all stand up in the House and go, we're at war, we're at war in a time of war.
Well, hey, if we are, and all conservative ink, and particularly conservative ink are fanboying for Zelensky, why don't you say, hey, how about that thing called the Constitution?
At least kick in the War Powers Act, which I realize half of you think is unconstitutional.
Hey, I don't know.
I'm not a constitutional lawyer.
But let's kick in the War Powers Act.
We're at offensive economic war with them.
And after the $40 billion, which you cannot spend, remember, go to 202-224-3121.
I need everybody in this posse today.
They're all back.
Light them up.
You saw that smiling buffoon McConnell walking around fanboying with Zelensky?
Boy, that looked like a city under siege, didn't it?
They're in khaki pants and khakis and blue blazers.
Looks like they're at a donors meeting.
Or, hmm... Well, I'll just leave that for later.
Okay, so you've got to do that.
We've also got the WHO webinar this afternoon at 4.30.
Gaffney, Michelle Bach, others will be in in the second hour to get to the details of that.
We've got two big things we're working on on American sovereignty.
Okay, I want to go to this situation in...
Up in Buffalo, stinks to high heaven, and of course the mainstream media is focused on the wrong thing.
They're sitting there jumping on Tucker and folks, I think, totally inappropriately, right?
Trying to spin it their way.
Let's go to, to me it's the parents, and hey, the FBI and the state authorities.
Let's go to Rudy Giuliani.
Mayor, tell us what you know.
And how did this kid, how was this kid able to even, you know, buy a gun after he had this visit from the authorities and threatened, I guess, to shoot up his high school?
Why is he even wandering around, Rudy Giuliani?
rudy giuliani
Because we live in a pro-criminal, Democrat state, where two years ago, New York City had the highest increase in murder in its history.
This is not an isolated event, Steve.
I mean, Yesterday, we had 27 shot in Chicago.
We had 23 shot in Milwaukee.
We had a woman, an elderly woman, shot in cold blood in New York City.
I can go on and on.
This person should have been turned in.
There's no question about it.
But the concerns are more with the rights of the criminals than the rights of the victims.
He did everything he could do to tell us he was going to do this.
I don't know what else he could have done.
He wrote a 180-page manifesto telling us he hated blacks, Jews, and by the way, lots of other people, like the publisher of the New York Post, Murdoch.
unidentified
He wanted to kill him, too.
steve bannon
But hang on, hang on, he's the Azov Brigade guy, he's got all the insignias.
He comes across as, he said he's a left-wing authoritarian, an eco-authoritarian.
It's in the manifesto, which they won't release.
I don't know, just release it.
It's not going to warp people's minds.
People can make decisions.
Parents got to be on top of stuff.
Why the parents?
Is this kid going to church?
Is this kid going to church?
rudy giuliani
How about he got arrested?
unidentified
I mean, he gets arrested.
rudy giuliani
He's in the hospital for a day and a half and it's not in his record.
So when he goes and he buys a gun, people who have mental issues shouldn't buy a gun.
Well, of course, you have to be able to be competent enough to enforce the law and make sure those records get there.
Hochul announced just the other day she's doing a good job reducing crime.
And this year in New York, we have more murder and we have more violence and crime than we had under de Blasio.
I mean, these people live in a pro-criminal world in every Democrat controlled place in America.
And this is not isolated.
steve bannon
Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, where's Ray in the FBI?
You know, Chris Christie's buddy, Chris Christie, who's by the way down in Georgia.
Remember, everybody in Georgia on the big radio station we got with John French.
Remember, if you hear the sound of my voice, Chris Ray's in the FBI because of Chris Christie.
Ask when he's up, when you ask him a question in Q&A, ask him about his buddy, Ray.
That he foisted on President Trump.
How's that working out for Georgia?
How's that working out for America?
How's that working out for MAGA?
Why is the FBI setting up domestic terrorism investigations of America's parents and school boards to stop the poison being put in the kids, whether it's vaccinations or masks or CRT or SEL or gender, I don't know, all of it?
Right?
And to destroy.
Hey, they're trying to kill them in the womb or starve them with formula.
But then when they get the little tough ones that get through, they're going to poison them.
That's the plan.
That's the Democrats plan.
So, Rudy, what about the FBI?
Where's the FBI in this?
Are they asleep at the switch again?
rudy giuliani
No, it's much worse than that.
The FBI is part now of a political law enforcement operation.
I mean, they might as well be in East Germany.
The reality is they spent all their money on investigating January 6th.
Meanwhile, we have record murders in 27 cities last year, all of them Democrat.
This one they should have picked up.
They should be all over local law enforcement for all the information they can get about people who are wacky and violent.
Now, this is not a guy, you know, some of these people never expressed it and they just turned out to be crazy.
Nothing you can do about that.
This guy told you he was going to do this.
He told his school he was going to do it.
He told the police he was going to do it.
He was in a hospital for a day and a half, and that's not in the FBI records.
What the hell use are they?
I mean, what good does it do to say mentally ill people shouldn't have guns when a guy who's been in the hospital for expressing extreme violence Doesn't get reported, and the FBI doesn't keep after it, doesn't audit it, doesn't insist that these things be put there.
How many times has this happened to us?
The Vinayev brothers in Boston, that guy went to Russia, he came back, he expressed all kinds of views about killing people, and the FBI didn't have the resources to go after him or refer to the local police.
steve bannon
Because they're too busy rounding up people for January 6th.
They're arresting people all the time for January 6th.
rudy giuliani
We've got plenty of time for that!
steve bannon
Okay, everybody in the FBI, understand.
You better become a whistleblower now.
After November 8th, too late.
Too late.
Preserve your documents.
Rudy, hang on for one second.
I'm going to bring Bernie Kerrick in.
Bernie, you've given me some information that's quite shocking about this.
Where are the authorities on this, and how well-trained was this kid?
bernard kerik
Well, you've got a couple things, Steve.
First of all, the local state and the federal authorities all knew.
They all knew what he was up to, they all knew what he was about.
When you fill out the application to buy and purchase a firearm in New York State or in New Jersey, you've got to indicate whether you've been seen by a medical professional, a psychological professional, and that stuff should have been flagged on the federal end and on the state end.
He should have never been able to buy a gun, number one.
I don't know what they were doing after they interviewed him, after they talked to him, after he told them he was going to do this, but the one thing I can guarantee they weren't doing is they weren't monitoring him because this kid had an enormous amount of training.
I have the video.
I've watched the video several times now.
He was double tapping.
He did a mag change that is good as any special operator I know.
Um, within seconds, um, and I watched the video.
I watched the things he did.
He was extremely well trained.
He's been on the range a number of times, um, doing what he did in that park a lot and in that store.
Um, so I, I don't know what's going on.
I don't know why they weren't looking at him, why they weren't following him, why his, he wasn't flagged within the system.
So that when he applied for a permit to get a gun, he couldn't get it.
Don't know why, but something has to be done.
Frank James, the black radical that shot 10 people on the New York City subway system, same thing.
They knew about him.
He was promoting all this anti-white stuff online.
At what point do you say enough's enough?
Do your job.
Do your job.
steve bannon
Real quickly, Bernie, Rudy, Mayor, please hang with us.
I know you guys are under time pressure.
I've got Doug Mastro, I've got a lot of people we're taking quick hits from on the campaign trail.
Real quickly, from the time that the authorities went to, you know, he was in the hospital for a day and a half, interviewed him and knew that he had intended or wanted to shoot up the high school, should he been put on some sort... I'll tell you what, Bernie, hold your answer because I want to get into it.
We're going to talk about should he have been on some sort of watch.
This is, once again, Uh, where you put your resources.
Where the FBI's got it is arresting people for January 6th.
Where they've got, where they've, uh, where they're putting it is, uh, American moms and dads as domestic terrorists.
Where they're putting it is, uh, canvassers out in Arizona that you're breaking the law to find out about the illegal voting that got this illegitimate regime in the White House.
Okay, Doug Mastriano, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, next.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
You know, the great blessing of the show is to get to know this audience and to work with folks out there, the activists and people that are working and get to meet you and read the comments you make and up on Getter, etc.
The other great one is the people I get to work with every day.
And I've got three of my favorite, three heroes of mine that are now with us in this segment.
The greatest mayor New York City's ever had, who saved New York City and turned it around, was devolving into anarchy and chaos.
He also cleaned up Wall Street.
He broke the five families of the mob.
One of the greatest American heroes, Rudy Giuliani.
You got Bernie Kerik, one of the toughest cops in the country, and a great New York City police commissioner.
And of course, you got the new frontrunner in the Republican primary for Governor, Mastriano.
Before I get to Doug, I gotta do this quickly.
Rudy and Bernie, you guys were there at the beginning with Colonel Mastriano.
Rudy, I think it was 25 November, up there in Gettysburg, That was a conference that changed everything.
We were a little kind of disorganized.
Remember that conference?
Doug Mastriano stood up when everybody told him, no, you can't do this.
You're going to be ostracized, etc.
And you guys went to Gettysburg.
You guys went to Gettysburg and had a conference all day long.
The fact is nobody wanted to listen to us.
that whether it's rigged 2020 the movie, the 2000 mules, et cetera, all the themes is like an overture.
I know you love opera, Rudy.
It's like an overture to a great opera, right?
All the themes were laid out in Gettysburg.
rudy giuliani
100%.
steve bannon
That, no.
rudy giuliani
People of America should not have happened without Doug Mastroianni.
The fact is nobody wanted to listen to us.
A lot of young Republicans and three other legislatures were very interested, but their leadership was threatening them and doing all kinds of things to them.
When Doug said he would hear us, even though the majority leader took away everything, his car, his office, his people, the minute I got that, and it was in the newspapers, four other legislatures said, oh, I want to go first.
I want to go first.
I'm telling you, without Doug and his gut, we may never have found out about any of this.
And Dinesh, Bernie, took courage to do it.
And they really made him pay a price.
He doesn't like to talk about it.
They made him pay a price.
And beyond that, this man is a historian.
He's a war hero.
He knows Gettysburg better than anybody else.
Beyond everything else, he's going to be a great governor and turn that state around.
steve bannon
You were the very first person to endorse him, I think?
rudy giuliani
I don't know if I wish I was.
I'm going to claim I am.
steve bannon
I was the first one to endorse him.
rudy giuliani
That's right, I gotta think like a politician.
unidentified
I was the first one to endorse him.
steve bannon
I heard it on War Room.
Let me bring in, by the way, courage is the most important of all virtues, ladies and gentlemen, because it is upon courage that all the other virtues rest.
That's Doug Mastriano.
Real quickly, Bernie Kerik, tell me about Doug Mastriano.
bernard kerik
Listen, all I can do is repeat what the mayor said.
Nobody had the balls or the courage to do what he did.
And he did it.
He put that hearing together.
It was extremely well done.
And the one thing that came out of that hearing, Steve, if you remember, the president called in and he invited everybody to the Oval Office.
What we didn't know is that he meant like today, like tonight.
And it was the day before Thanksgiving.
And between the time he said it, And the time the hearing ended, I had to come up with a bus to fit 21 of these guys on the bus and get them to the Oval Office.
But Doug led the charge.
We got down to the Oval Office.
They got to see the president, and the president said it then.
He is without a doubt one of the best legislators they had.
steve bannon
Colonel Mastriano, tell us how these are the guys that were with you at the beginning.
I remember, I think we actually did live coverage in the morning, and I think in the afternoon we caught you guys in the bus coming down.
Talk to us about where the campaign is, where the people of Pennsylvania are right now.
What's going to happen, sir?
doug mastriano
I'm really humbled and appreciative.
I'm surrounded by American heroes there.
Thank you, gentlemen, for all that you've done for your country, and our job's not done yet.
We are excited.
I didn't think there'd be any more polls.
And the last night, an Emerson College poll came out having me, now there's nine people on the ballot, having me at 42%.
And I think we're going to blow this tomorrow.
I think we're going to blow it sky high.
It's going to set the apple carts.
You know, the establishment really isn't trying to strike back.
They're trying to convince some of the other folks on the ballot to get off and to get behind one of their hand-picked folks.
That's compromise.
And it's not going to work.
People of Pennsylvania are sick of it.
We just wrapped up a bus tour.
I covered the whole length and width of the state.
And anywhere we went, we had, uh, you know, massive crowds.
You know, we, we did one night, we were stopping actually in Democrat strongholds for a couple of big stops.
And we stopped in Erie and had 500 people come out one night and Republicans like, how does this happen?
Well, the people of Pennsylvania, they saw the Gettysburg hearing on 25, November, 2020.
Uh, they saw us saying, you know, being, uh, Having being turned upon by our own party and nothing being done.
There's a lot of unanswered questions out there.
We need to get to the bottom of it here.
But in the end, we're going to take our state back here and it's going to be magnificent.
steve bannon
Colonel, just real quickly, because I know some of the guys are running, and they're good guys, but here's what I understand.
Having fought hard, and you've fought along with them, it's been a very tough race.
I don't understand, when they get down to the last couple of days, why are they trying to tell people they've fought for six and eight and nine months, hey, you've got to drop out because we've got to get back one guy because we've got to stop Mastriano.
What's so bad about you that they're trying to talk some of these good guys into just quitting Before the game's over.
Oh, we got to get one guy.
We rally around.
You got to stop Mastriano.
They had these guys last night putting out all these tweets and going crazy.
These groups have been putting tens of millions of dollars against you and having no impact.
Don't they understand it's humiliating?
And that's just not the way things should run.
And particularly for the honor and dignity of the guys running, they should just continue to run and run through the tape and maybe try again later.
I don't know.
Why are these fat cats and these big donors?
Why do they think it's all like chess pieces and people can be manipulated, sir?
doug mastriano
Yeah, my opinion is simply, they're looking for somebody that's compromised, that they own, that they invest money in, you know, that's time for paybacks kind of thing.
And we have not taken dark money.
We have no major lobby group with us, no massive, you know, million dollar donors, you know, and what have you.
So we really, really work for the people.
I know this might sound a little Captain America-esque, but it's true.
We work for the people.
We've been fighting with the people.
We're based and built upon, you know, small donations, about $2 million, but they're mostly small donations from people across the state.
When we go to these events, I'll ask people, is this your first time ever giving to a campaign or volunteering for a campaign?
And sometimes it'd be half or two thirds of the room, people raise their hand.
I mean, so they're terrified of the people.
It's funny.
This is the first time since 1978 that the state party has not endorsed a candidate for governor.
So this is 44 years.
And that was probably our last good Republican governor.
And he had two terms, Dick Thornburg, most of us remember him.
He did a great job working together with Reagan when Reagan came in in 80.
And so I think we're really at a historic flex point in the history of both our state and the nation.
And if we get this right, we're going to get it right tomorrow.
And everyone needs to get out to vote, though.
We've got to run from behind.
But on 8 November, we're going to have a huge victory here, and we're going to make Ron DeSantis look like an amateur.
We love him, but Pennsylvania is going to be the place to be.
steve bannon
Wow.
How do people go find you today?
How do they get to the site?
How do they find out more about what's going on in the next 24 hours?
doug mastriano
So, obviously, we have a huge social media presence on Facebook.
It's Doug Mastrano Fighting for Freedom.
Twitter, same thing.
Doug Mastrano Fighting for Freedom.
And online, you get everything at Doug4Gov.com.
Doug4Gov.com.
Thank you.
It's an honor to be on together with Bernie and Rudy.
What a cast of heroes you have there, Steve.
I'm very humbled by this.
steve bannon
Same here.
I'm humbled to be in your guys' presence.
Colonel Mastriano, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on.
doug mastriano
Thank you, gentlemen.
See you tomorrow.
steve bannon
So, Bernie, I want to go back to you before going back to Rudy.
Shouldn't this kid have been supervised?
I mean, where were the parents?
Where were the authorities?
They knew this kid had a problem, a deep problem, right?
Why was he unsupervised?
Why was he allowed to buy a gun?
Why was he not?
Why was the FBI not on top of this, sir?
bernard kerik
Well, you know what, Steve?
These are all questions that the authorities are going to have to answer.
Where were the parents?
And like I said, this kid had an enormous amount of training.
Any special operator, anybody that's handled an AR or a weapon like he had, anybody, they watch that video, they will know he's had a great amount of training.
The other thing this does though, Steve, And I would caution the police departments out there that's watching right now.
The whole doctrine of, you know, shooting to stop, hit center mass, you know, this, the cop that was out there, the retired cop that was on the scene, that was pulling security duty at that store, he hit this kid supposedly two or three times.
He had body armor on that stopped the shots.
We got to start looking at other things.
We got to start looking at headshots.
Got to start training police, local police, state police.
Have to alter their training a bit.
When you see a guy like this, you got to make sure you take him down and out.
steve bannon
I want to drill down, hang on for one second.
I think we've got Senator Perdue, David Perdue, running in this intense race in Georgia.
Senator Perdue, today, lead story in Politico, the lead story is Mike Pence's rehabilitation tour is going to peak down there in Georgia, defeating you.
What say you, sir?
unidentified
Well, again, it's a badge of honor.
Last week they went out to party with George W. Bush.
Those guys, and he's got Ricketts and Chris Christie and Doocy.
So this shows you what they've done.
They're circling the wagons because they think this career politician here in Georgia is embattled and in danger.
I want to comment on your prior guest there, the commissioner.
Thank you, sir, for what you're doing.
But I'll tell you, in Georgia right now, we have a serious public or personal safety issue as well.
I mean, Atlanta right now is America's murder capital right now, unfortunately, and we've got to do something about that.
steve bannon
Why is Kemp, just so I understand, what is it about these establishment types that they don't understand that the minority community is the group that bears the brunt when you have these law and order issues inside America's cities, sir?
unidentified
This is the most racist thing that happens.
I mean, this is in our black communities where a lot of this is happening, and a lot of our white officials don't seem to get too excited about it.
I mean, our governor said, oh, I'll just keep my powder dry when they talk about it.
We're short 1,200 police officers.
In this state, in the five major cities, 100 short in our state patrol.
And the people who are suffering about that are our teenagers in tough areas and the families that are trying to be safe and so forth.
This is on his watch, and we can do so much more to get this fixed.
I just call on the governor right now to step up and tell us what he would do.
He hasn't said anything yet, except that he wants to keep his powder dry.
steve bannon
What does that mean?
He's refusing?
I know it's communities around Atlanta and Atlanta himself.
He's refusing to make sure that the appropriate police force is hired?
unidentified
Steve, there are five areas of Georgia who have asked the state legislature for a vote to decide on their cityhood coming out of a county government.
One of those was Buckhead right here in Atlanta.
They're part of the city of Atlanta.
Their crime rate is out of control.
It's awful.
And they've asked to have a vote to determine their own political destiny.
And the governor has blocked that.
He says he wants to keep his powder dry.
One of the major drivers of that desire to have their own city is crime.
Personal safety is a number one issue in that part of our state, as it is in many parts of our state.
steve bannon
Senator Perdue is basically saying he's a that the camp's almost like a defund the police.
He's been almost running a de facto defund the police operation.
unidentified
Well, certainly, I would say in the city of Atlanta, he's allowed that to happen.
He says, well, I'm not mayor, I can't do anything.
Of course he can do that.
He can withhold state funds from any city that is, in his mind, defunding the police.
And right now, I would argue that these five major cities have been quietly doing just that over the last two years.
Since the summer of 2020, it's become de rigueur, and they are not hiring these people at the rate they should.
Atlanta alone is short 430 police officers out of, I think, their full staffing is something around 1,700.
That's 25%, Steve.
There's no wonder people can't fill up their cars here without feeling threatened.
steve bannon
Senator Perdue, how do people get to your website to find out how they follow you on the campaign?
unidentified
Steve, voteperdue.com.
It's a very critical thing.
We've only got eight days left.
May 24th is the last day of voting.
Please, everybody get out and vote.
steve bannon
We're going to make sure every patriot there goes to that website right now.
We're putting it up on all our platforms.
Senator Perdue, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on.
Back in a moment.
unidentified

Breaking news just across from the New York Times.
President Biden approved a plan to redeploy hundreds of ground troops, wait for it, ground troops into Somalia, reviving an open-ended American counterterrorism operation.
That's not my quote, that's from the New York Times headline.
The move largely reversed the decision by former President Trump to withdraw nearly all 700 ground troops who had been stationed there.
So Somalia, so the administrative state, the deep state, whatever you want to call it, the APRA, same one, they can't get enough, $40 billion is not enough for them in Ukraine.
So now what President Trump did of trying to dial these things back, hundreds of ground troops redeployed to Somalia.
We're going to get into the details of that.
Later, we got Bernie Kerrick and Rudy are with us, but I want to bring a very special guest, Kathy Barnett.
She's running in this very tough Republican primary for Senate.
Kathy, we started with a cold open, but now I think the people in Morning Joe, or maybe it's CNN, Yeah, you know, so now I'm being called a white supremacist, but on Friday I was being called a member of the Black Lives Matter.
on the replacement theory, and there's all this white nationalism.
And now they've got people like Kathy Barnett.
She's a tool of all this.
And the reason she's popular, she's crazy like these people are.
Kathy Barnett, your response, ma'am.
unidentified
Yeah, you know, so now I'm being called a white supremacist, but on Friday I was being called a member of the Black Lives Matter.
They need to really get their talking points together, figure it out.
Fortunately for me, I don't really care what these people have to say.
I am so excited that a very big decision that's going to happen tomorrow is in the hands of Pennsylvanians.
I am the one out of my two primary opponents who have spent the most time with the people here on the ground here.
We've been traveling over 1,500 miles in people's homes, talking to them, working with them, and trying to pull our country, or pry our country out of the hands of these people who are all about control.
They could care less if we win come November of this year.
The only thing they're concerned about is control and keeping that control.
Because if they were really concerned with winning, they would not take someone like Mamet Oz, who has an unfavorable rating in the last poll I saw out of Fox News of 61%, meaning his base of voters in the Republican Party, 61% of them don't like him.
How are you going to take someone who can't even galvanize his own base, put them in a general, and think somehow he's electable?
I don't think so.
So I'm very hopeful, very excited about what my odds are come tomorrow.
steve bannon
I want to go to some policy things about Ukraine.
You saw Mitch McConnell.
They're over there and they're going to come back.
They want to force through this $40 billion just for five months on top of the $16 billion we put in.
The Guardian and the Financial Times have articles today that Germany, France and Italy All want to de-escalate this thing and want to do it rapidly.
Number one is because their people and their countries don't want to put in any more money into this deal.
They've got massive political pressure at home.
What say you about Mitch McConnell and the $40 billion and what do you say about Mitch McConnell overall?
unidentified
Yeah, I mean overall I think Mitch McConnell has served his time of usefulness and I think it's time to turn the page when I am in the Senate and if I have the opportunity to make that vote.
on our leadership, my vote would be no to Mitch McConnell.
In regards to the $40 billion, it is equally a hard no on that.
I mean, who would have ever thought, right, that we would now, I think I read somewhere that Ukraine's budget, military budget, all together, our defense budget is about $6 billion.
And with the $40 billion that we're looking to send over there, plus the billions we've sent already, I think we're looking at $58 billion that we would have sent over to Ukraine.
You know, I don't know if our leaders are aware that we have a massive issue called inflation right here in America.
And the primary issue with inflation is too much money.
chasing too few goods, few goods like we don't have milk to feed our babies, or too few goods like we don't have food on our shelves overall.
So we have some major issues here, and putting $40 billion more into the economy, into circulation, that does not dial back inflation.
That's like putting gasoline on a fire that's already raging.
And so we have some very real issues here in America, and I believe if you're going to make the world a safer place, a better place, it starts with putting America first again.
And I believe that that starts with a number of things like energy, and securing our borders, and stop all of this omnibus massive spending.
It is crippling our nation.
steve bannon
We've got about a minute.
Why are you the best candidate to take on Fetterman?
And do you believe you've been vetted enough?
And are you the best candidate to take on Fetterman?
unidentified
Yeah, all in a minute, Steve.
Really?
Listen, I've been running this race now for about 13 months.
I have made myself completely open, but it's the job of the media to do the vetting, and they've been derelict in their duty, like they're derelict in so many other things.
It's not my job.
It's not my fault that they didn't vet me.
I've been in a statistical tie for first place for over four weeks, but they were so obsessed.
With the two men in the race that they didn't pay me any attention at all.
And it wasn't because I was hiding.
It was because they didn't want to have anything to do with me.
They never thought that the people of Pennsylvania would go against their anointed ones.
But guess what?
They have.
And they are.
And we're surging.
And I don't even have to do another poll.
All I have to look at is what they're doing to me.
It's been this massive pile on.
On little old me, they're so unnerved that the people, like they did in 2016, is going to choose for themselves that, I mean, I'm getting it from left and right, but I am undeterred and I'm going to sleep real well tonight like I did last night and on Tuesday night.
steve bannon
Kathy, how did they get to your website to find out where you're going to be?
unidentified
Yes, go to BarnettForSenate.com.
If you have any questions about me and betting, there's a button there.
It'll take you to everything you want to know about Cathy Barnett.
There's no cloud of ambiguity.
They're just really bad people who are trying to control your decision.
steve bannon
Carthy, thank you very much.
