Massive aid package that just swept through the House.
$40 billion headed to Ukraine.
The biggest package yet.
Bipartisan, overwhelmingly support.
There were some Republican holdouts.
We can talk about that in just a moment.
But what does this package do?
And you actually gave President Biden more than he asked for, which was $33 billion.
You went to $40.
unidentified
Look, I think it does a couple of things.
Number one, it arms Ukraine, something that we obviously, in a bipartisan fashion, want to see happen for them to defend themselves.
Number two, it also has a lot of other, I would say, funding that's actually also important.
For example, Ukraine actually is the world's breadbasket, especially to Africa and other developing nations.
Because of the war right now, many of those countries are actually going to be losing A lot of the food that they usually would be getting from Ukraine.
So we actually put some money to actually help also developing nations there so there is not massive starvation, right?
Number two, there is a lot of aid that particularly to just hold up like the functioning aspects of the Ukraine government, because right now, since they are actually in war, they can't produce anything right now and they actually can't tax.
So therefore, the functions of the government are actually falling apart.
So this is a very comprehensive bill to help us fight, to help the Ukraine both stay alive and also fight Russia, which I think at this point is a bipartisan approach.
chip roy
It's kind of sad that we have somebody who's still trying to make this a pro-Russia, I would say, issue.
My staff is pouring over the pages trying to see what's in it.
You want to talk about the institution?
You want to talk about standing up alongside Ukraine?
Why don't we actually have a debate on the floor of the People's House instead of the garbage of getting a $40 billion bill at 3 o'clock in the afternoon?
Not paid for!
Without having any idea what's really in it, with a massive slush fund that goes to the State Department, $13 billion, $8 billion for the Economic Support Fund, $110 billion for embassy security, we've got $40 billion that is unpaid for, and you want to sit here and lecture this body about what we're going to do or not do about staying alongside Ukraine?
Why don't we talk about the American people who are hurting, the wide open borders, the inflation that's killing people, the jobs that people can't get because of the cost of goods and services in this country?
Sitting here and being lectured to when I don't even have time to look at a $40 billion unpaid bill.
I make a motion to adjourn.
steve bannon
Okay, there's a firestorm going on right now and it's because I want to give a hat tip to this audience to make people aware of exactly what the scam is.
Just moments ago, The worst producer price number, producer price index, which you know is that always, although they come, CPI comes one day, the producer price.
Producer price is kind of the wholesale level, right?
Consumer price is what you're hitting.
So the producer price always rolls downhill to the consumer price.
The worst since the 1950s.
That's a little controversial.
11% year over year.
Steve Cortez has got that up.
Other people say maybe calculate 13% of the different aspects of this.
But here's the point.
These are numbers that have not been seen in decades and decades and decades.
It's clearly out of control.
It's not driven by this ridiculous situation that Europe, Davos, the NATO, the people in NATO don't pay for NATO.
Have gotten us into in in the east of the Russian speaking border of eastern Ukraine.
But this 40 billion the Senate was going to do it real quickly.
Remember McConnell said the quick fastest thing and you got them frozen up right now.
I want to get up if if if.
Denver and the crack team at Real America's Voice.
I want to thank our producing partners out there.
A lot of the stuff comes in at the last second.
You should know that.
I know that surprises you.
If you can put up the numbers of the U.S.
Senate.
In fact, you can just put the central number.
Call your U.S.
Senator today and tell them under no circumstances are they to vote one red cent for this bill.
It is outrageous.
It is a scam.
We have no money to pay for this, right?
Ask them where the money's going to come from.
Ask them, quite frankly, where is this money going to come from?
And just say, hell, we're going to appropriate.
No.
We had a $1.5 trillion deficit last year.
They're going to put a budget for it.
It's going to have another $1.5 trillion deficit this year.
Where is the money going to come from?
So, I want to get to all that.
We've got more about the Producer Price Index.
We've got Dave Brat coming on.
We're going to try to get Peter Navarro.
Cortez is going to join us tonight.
These numbers are absolutely, completely, and totally horrific.
By the way, a day that starts like that, we've got so much to get through, right?
We've got so much to get through.
There's going to be a lot of focus on Pennsylvania.
We're going to try to get some personalities.
And people up there are very engaged in what's going on in Pennsylvania.
Senate race, so that the primaries, so that people, you know, Kathy Barnett, Dave McCormick, Dr. Oz, a real fight there.
Kathy Barnett's been kind of on a roll, so she's now getting a big part of focus.
The Guardian newspaper today, by the way, we got we got the moms for liberty and other moms for the parental rights are under the FBI and Justice Department lying.
There's no whistleblower.
We got a letter sent by Jim Jordan.
It shows they actually are targeting parents.
We got stuff on the Wuhan lab.
We got huge breaking news.
On the World Health Organization, there actually is a comment period that we got Michelle Bachmann, Frank Gaffney, Jim Rogowski, we got Dr. Bregan, all of it.
We're going to show you how you can actually comment in writing and maybe even be one of the people that are on there tomorrow to actually voice your opinions and give your comments on what you think about this tossing of American sovereignty.
The Guardian Newspaper's lead story globally for the Guardian Newspaper today Was the one and only Mike Lindell.
They talked about Mike Lindell's newest angle of attack on the machines about these lawsuits in Arizona.
Lawsuits are coming in other states.
They quote he's put in $30 million of his own cash to do this.
They actually sound a little concerned about this one.
They would go after Lindell pretty hard.
But I told Mike it's a very, very positive article in regards to what he's trying to accomplish as far as gets to the truth.
Also, so we got a lot to get through.
It's packed today.
We're going to be juggling and normally we like to bunch topics so we can go all the way through the topic and then go on to another topic.
We may not be able to do that.
Ambassador Rick Grenell is going to join us late in the show and Ambassador is going to talk about Dr. Oz.
Some issues they have with the vetting of Kathy Barnett.
We've got Jack Posobiec that's actually going to come on and talk about that he thinks that a little bit of this is unfair about the angle of attack of Kathy Barnett.
We may have some other people on here too as we get a little more organized.
I want to start because she's in a rush and here's the thing is that so the Guardian newspaper goes after Mike Lindell on what Mike Lindell is doing on this focus on the machines, right?
And now he's in court and by the way, he's getting traction.
In Arizona, it's gotten traction so far, right?
You got Carrie Lake, and I think Fincham are parties to the lawsuit, right?
They're the guys putting it up, and so it's getting traction.
Guardian's all freaking out, going after Lindell.
The 2000 Mules, you've had the film 2000 Mules, had the premiere last week.
We've had Kathryn Engelbrecht on, she heads True the Vote.
One thing about 2000 Mules, let's just be blunt.
I mean, a lot of the major conservative outlets like Fox News, like I think Newsmax, like even One America.
One America had a spot up the other day apologizing.
They've reached some sort of settlement.
They essentially apologized.
It's been pretty hard to find platforms that will actually promote them or let the people come on.
We've had Catherine on a couple times to talk about her, what she and Greg Phillips did, which is absolutely incredible.
The Washington Post yesterday The Washington Post, Philip Bump, and he's one of their senior guys, and he only takes on the most important topics as they see it.
And when the Washington Post focuses on something, that means you know that they're worried about it.
Okay?
Let's say they're not MAGA friendly.
They had a detailed analysis.
And actually went through the film kind of line by line and had a refutation of what they think are the misrepresentation of certain facts or maybe the spin that's being put on it by, at least by Dinesh and the filmmakers.
It's a terrific film and everybody will see it.
But the underlying facts are really provided by True The Vote and Katherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips and the team there.
So, Catherine, we don't have time today.
I did have original time.
We're going to do it.
But because of the jam up of what's happening in Pennsylvania, what's happening in the domestic terrorism thing with the mothers, what's happening on 23 May, the economy, because I want to take time to do it.
But I just want to say I want to talk about real quickly the problem you guys have had of actually getting platforms.
The film is very successful, but Fox News won't talk about Newsmax.
Don't talk about it.
But The Washington Post.
I just want to say this to the audience.
We're going to have Greg and Catherine back on and go through Philip Bump's line-by-line refutation of 2000 Mules, right?
And they're going to counter that with what the facts are, or how he's misinterpreting.
At least the Washington Post is showing you they're bringing big respect because they put their senior guy on it and he took a lot of time to go through the film and then to find the research at least purports his side that he says you're wrong there.
Catherine Engelbrecht.
catherine englebrecht
Bring it.
I mean, that's actually Philip Bump's seventh article about this film.
Bring it.
You know, we've got the goods that will continue to be revealed.
So, you know, thanks, Washington Post.
Great press.
steve bannon
Why is Philip Bump, the senior guy they have over there that really goes after MAGA, why has he done seven articles?
What is it about the film that is under the saddle of brother Philip Bump, ma'am?
catherine englebrecht
You know, I think that we have taken data that they have really made their heyday with for quite some time.
I mean, this is the same type of data that all of the January 6th stuff is based upon.
And we flipped it on its head in a conversation that they don't really wanna have.
And so they're trying to dismiss this in any way that they can, counting on, I guess, at some point us retreating.
But that's not going to happen.
We're right.
The data is on point.
And that will continue to be.
The movie's just the start.
We've got so much more to come.
Uh, you know, so I look forward to, uh, the continued sparring match with, uh... Well, it's actually a one-way spar, because he's never called us for comments on anything, which is ironic, I guess, in some way.
In some, you know, universe where journalism matters.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho.
Don't bury the lead.
Don't bury the lead.
He's never... He's done... No, no, because Philip Bump's a big guy.
I mean, when he does these pieces, they roll him up on MSNBC.
The way the system works, he goes up on MSNBC or CNN right away.
MSNBC's the A-League and CNN's the B-League, but that's how it goes.
They get it, put the article up, and then that's how they... You're telling me Philip Bump has never reached out to Katherine Engelbrecht or to Greg Phillips or anybody true to the vote for any comment or to more depth of some of the analysis?
catherine englebrecht
No, not once.
And frankly, I didn't even know he was a senior guy.
I did a little bit of research on him and the closest I could see is that in addition to the, you know, the tirade against us, he has his own little newsletter where his most recent articles have been focused on the analysis of the success of Marvel movies and then migratory paths of evil.
So I didn't think he was a senior guy.
That, you know, makes it all the more fun.
steve bannon
No, no, no.
They put him as an attack dog.
They put him on things.
They want to attack and then they put him on MSNBC.
When you say this is just the first of many, I know you're looking for a time where we are too.
You said, first off, why is this thing not on every platform?
Why are you not non-stop Newsmax, One America, and Fox?
I don't understand it.
This is the most significant film.
You know, RIG 2020 is fabulous.
This takes it up to even a next level.
You know, I think Lindell's working on something, but why has there been kind of a blackout of this, ma'am?
catherine englebrecht
Yeah, you know, I mean, that's for them to tell us.
I'll go on any platform that will have us.
We're trying to spread this word, and the fact is the American people are still spreading it.
You know, the first weekend that it opened, even in limited theaters, by any other measure, we were within the top couple, two, three, four movies in the country.
So, you know, it's doing very, very well.
The word's getting out.
And ultimately, as you know, Steve, the truth can't be stopped.
Ultimately, this is all going to come out.
steve bannon
Your footage is unbelievable.
So you said this is just the first of other things.
Tell us, just give us a hint.
What's next?
catherine englebrecht
Well, next is something that I have been long awaiting that we called Ripcord.
Our goal is to let all of this be let loose publicly.
The video, we're figuring out how to manage this.
I mean, it's a petabyte of data and you've got a lot of considerations around how to do this.
And we've come up with some very novel approaches.
I cannot wait to put it all out there for anybody that wants to take a shot and let them see what we've been working with.
That's the next thing and I'm super excited about it.
steve bannon
Okay, ma'am.
Can you give, let's give all your coordinates because I want people to get all access to True the Vote to you personally and obviously get access to the movie.
catherine englebrecht
Absolutely, just go to TrueTheVote.org.
We are primarily communicating through email right now, so sign up TrueTheVote.org.
And we've just started a locals channel on Rumble, so you can find us on Rumble Locals.
We'll be doing more live there.
Next week, we're going to host an Ask Us Anything that will feature myself and Greg Phillips.
It will be a fun time to get your questions answered.
We're on some social media, not much.
We'll be platformed on most.
But Rumble and our website are solid choices.
steve bannon
Okay, Katherine Engelberg, look forward to covering all this next week.
Thank you very much, ma'am, and have you back on to go through Philip Bump's line-by-line, seven-article analysis of your footage in the film.
Let's do it!
Let's do it.
Okay, we're going to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania next.
Strap in.
It's gonna get a little hot next.
chip roy
...talked about protecting this institution or talked about this institution, but we got a $40 billion bill at 3 o'clock in the afternoon!
I haven't had a chance to review the bill.
My staff is poring over the pages trying to see what's in it.
You want to talk about the institution?
You want to talk about standing up alongside Ukraine?
Why don't we actually have a debate on the floor of the People's House instead of the garbage of getting a $40 billion bill at 3 o'clock in the afternoon?
Not paid for, without having any idea what's really in it, with a massive slush fund that goes to the State Department, $13 billion, $8 billion for the Economic Support Fund, $110 million for embassy security.
We've got $40 billion that is unpaid for, and you want to sit here and lecture this body about what we're going to do or not do about staying alongside Ukraine?

Sitting here and being lectured to when I don't even have time to look at a $40 billion unpaid bill.
I make a motion to adjourn.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
It's Thursday, 12 May, Year of Our Lord 2022.
I want to thank everybody in the War Room of Posse for being here at Real America's Voice, John Frederick's Radio Network.
Of course, all of our live streaming services, the G-News that puts us up in Mandarin, the Getter Crowd, all of it, Samsung TV, Roku, Pluto, all of it.
I want to thank everybody.
Also, the podcast audience, late in the day, now close to 175 million downloads on the podcast.
Clipping along at about a million a day.
I think so.
It's really want to thank everybody.
So, okay.
Here's the thing that there's there's obviously been a very intense period in Ohio in that in that in that very bitter Senate primary that you know came to fruition and now everybody's coming together to take on Tim Ryan.
He just had the situation Nebraska.
There's a huge three or four Republican governors going on a back camp in Georgia.
But the one that the world's attention is on right now is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
And I want to make sure everybody understands this.
We are going to provide a platform like we always do over the next couple of days so that you, the War Room posse, can ascertain.
You can make your own decision.
You can weigh and measure.
You can see everything is out there.
We're going to get you all the information.
And what we strongly recommend as these candidates, Kathy Barnett and Dave McCormick and Dr. Oz, go around the state.
You do the same thing with Cortez and JD Vance.
We want everybody to attend.
Try to pick where you see it in your location and go up and talk to these folks.
You weigh and measure.
You are going to be the determining figure.
You need discernment and judgment and you need to weigh and measure this.
Right?
We need to take the emotion out of this and I think get focused on what the issues are and what we're trying to achieve and how we're trying to do it.
Ambassador Grinnell on later, Jack Posobiec, talk about some things that are happening.
We're trying to get the other candidates.
We're very honored right now to have Dave McCormick join us by phone.
He's going around the state, I think, with Senator Cruz.
Dave McCormick is a graduate of West Point.
Dave's awarded a Bronze Star in the Gulf War.
He's obviously a veteran, a combat veteran.
Dave, you're a Wall Street guy.
I've got a couple things to talk about the bill.
But first, the producer price index just came out at the beginning of the show.
I think the calculation is somewhere between 11% year-over-year or 13%, but it's the worst since the 1950s.
You're a finance guy.
One thing you're running on is that, hey, I understand where the country's financial situation, how this PPI and the impact on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, because producer price index is going to roll through consumer price.
How bad is it, sir?
unidentified
Oh, first of all, Steve, thanks for having me.
Good to be with you.
It's it's a disaster.
And Joe Biden has taken no accountability for his economy.
And this inflation crisis is killing people in Pennsylvania, kills working families.
It kills elders on fixed income and it's killing small businesses wherever I go.
And it's the direct result of Biden's policies.
The socialist agenda, the extreme spending we've seen unprecedented in American history, $30 trillion debt as we talk about this $40 billion Ukraine aid package.
It's the result of energy policy, which has made us energy dependent in 18 months, going away from the Great America First energy agenda that President Trump had in place.
And it's the lack of pro-growth economic policies and deregulation.
And that's why we've got this terrible problem.
And it could get a lot worse before it gets better unless we turn things around dramatically.
And the key to that, honestly, is getting a good majority Republican, conservative, American First agenda in the Senate and in the House so we can push back on this crazy extreme left.
It's taken our country down a path where we're not going to recognize it in the next couple of months and years if we're not careful.
steve bannon
Look, you went to West Point.
You served your country.
You've been in some tough situations.
You've kept your hand.
I mean, it's known that President Trump wanted you as Undersecretary of Defense under Mattis to kind of control that situation.
It didn't work out.
But you know the world.
You know the dangerous neighborhoods.
This $40 billion, we play the chip Roy.
I have never seen since we've had this show, and dude, we've been through some pretty heated times since we started it during the impeachment in October of 19.
I've never seen our audience get more fired up about just signing off on this bill without Biden making a case.
We don't know what the objections are.
As a United States Senator, because now the heat is on the Senate, it's all going to go there, would you vote for this $40 billion bill or against it as it's currently constructed?
unidentified
Yeah, I'd vote against it.
And I think it's emblematic of, you know, a terrible agenda from President Biden, but I think it's also emblematic of the problem.
within our legislative branch both both the house and the senate and it's a good example here we are thirty trillion dollars in debt uh... we have a forty billion dollar uh... package which which of understanding it right the president proposed thirty three we've got another seven billion dollars worth of that happens sometimes it's great the white house the capitol hill right you know if you have a lot of stuff in there Right.
No, no accountability.
We're not clear where this money is going to go.
steve bannon
No, no, no.
Hold it.
No, not, not, not one hearing, no hearings, no due diligence, nothing.
unidentified
Right.
And America is the most generous country in the world, but we got to focus on our problems at home.
And man, when I'm going across Pennsylvania, Steve, I mean, I do it every day.
I put 25,000 miles on my pickup truck in the last three and a half months.
And I'm talking to Pennsylvanians.
They are, they are pissed off and they're scared.
That their country's slipping away from them.
And, you know, why aren't we investing in securing the border?
And the border wall, and what needs to happen there?
And as Chip said, we've got this 40-year high in inflation, and we've got all sorts of problems across our great country, and we need to be focused on that.
steve bannon
Hang on a second.
Chip Roy, I think, was chief of staff of the guy you're touring with, Ted Cruz, the great Senator Ted Cruz.
And you're going around with the Commonwealth crews.
Chip Roy was his chief.
You know Chip, and Chip kind of cut from the same cloth.
Isn't a problem we have is leadership.
We've got a big problem with leadership in the House.
There are 150 some votes.
And I talked to some of the Congressmen in the vote.
They didn't really know the details of it.
And the way it was presented was outrageous.
Isn't it time for change in leadership in the Senate also, sir?
unidentified
Yeah, we need a whole new generation of leaders in our Republican Party and in the Senate.
And listen, as you said, I'm a combat vet.
I've been a successful business person.
I don't owe anybody anything.
I'm going to Washington.
To fight to get our country back and to fight to get a conservative agenda in place.
And I think we need a whole new generation of leaders to step up into those leadership positions.
I've got no allegiance to Mitch McConnell.
If a great next generation conservative steps up to run against him, I'll vote for that person.
And as you said, I'm with a great America first conservative today, Ted Cruz.
And so we need we need leadership that can take us forward.
We need to fight back the risk, Steve.
are so high in terms of losing our country, and the risk on this seat, they couldn't be higher.
This seat is not only important for Pennsylvania that we have a strong conservative in Pennsylvania leading the charge in the Senate, but this seat will determine whether the Senate is led by America First conservatives, whether we have a true conservative leadership in our Senate.
So, man, the stakes are high, and that's why I'm running.
steve bannon
I just want to read, because we have three minutes, I want you to make your case.
You've just said, hey, if there's an alternative that's presented to me, I'll vote for that and not Mitch McConnell.
So I just want to make sure we're clear on that.
Not Mitch McConnell.
Now, you've got three minutes.
Look, obviously, there's a big part of this audience that loves Kathy Barnett.
There's another part of the audience that says, hey, look, I don't know all the things, but Trump is my guy, and Trump's coming out for Dr. Eisenhower.
I kind of like the cut of Dave McCormick's jib, but I don't know where he falls in there.
Give me two or three minutes on, make your case right now for MAGA, of why Dave McCormick's their guy, and why when you weigh and measure Kathy, and you weigh and measure Dr. Oz, it's got to be McCormick.
unidentified
Right.
Well, listen, the weakness and the wokeness that we're seeing in our country is going to destroy it.
This seat will determine the future of Pennsylvania and the future of the country.
We need someone who's battle-tested.
I've been battle-tested in a variety of ways.
I'm a ranger.
I've served in combat.
I then went on and led two businesses, global businesses around the world.
I've negotiated toe-to-toe with the Chinese, and I'm a Pennsylvania true guy.
Seventh generation.
Grew up baling hay and trimming Christmas trees, and then had jobs I created in Pittsburgh.
This Senate seat, you need three things our voters need to think about.
The first thing is, hey, is this person someone who shares my conservative values, is going to go fight for the things I believe in?
When I look him in the eye, do I trust what I see?
Is this an authentic person?
I'd say, look at my track record.
I've been America first since the time I was 18, and I was willing to put my life on the line.
Second thing is, can they win the general?
Man, the stakes are so high.
And in Mehmet Oz's case, we have a guy who doesn't share our conservative values.
In Cathy Barnett's case, listen, she's already been tested.
She was tested 18 months ago in the congressional election and lost by 20 points, but more than that, She's now being supported by the Club for Growth, which is the establishment.
I went and met with the Club for Growth, and I told them I was going to lead an America First agenda in the Senate, and they didn't like that.
They didn't like the fact that I was going to be an America First conservative.
So that's a real problem for Cathy, and that's the wrong kind of support, and that should give you a pause on whether if she made it to the Senate she'd be a great America First conservative.
The third thing is who's going to hit the ground running?
So when we talk about inflation, Steve, we talk about Ukraine.
We talk about energy policy.
We talk about China.
Listen, I know what to do on inflation.
The 82nd Airborne is in Poland.
I know how to think about Ukraine.
To think about China, I've been spending the last 20 years of my life writing about China, thinking about China, and knowing what to do to fight back on the communist regime.
I fought the communists for nine years.
So I'm someone who can step into this job on day one.
I don't need on-the-job training, and I can make a big difference.
And listen, we're in the world where big differences need to This isn't a small ball.
This is the future of our country.
And that's why I'm running.
And I'll say a final point.
I'm asking for their vote.
I'm asking for the vote of your listeners.
It'd be a great privilege.
I've served my country time and again.
It'd be a great privilege to serve as the Senator from Pennsylvania.
And I've been honored to run, and I'd be honored to go to Washington to fight for all of us.
steve bannon
Give us your... How do people get to your campaign site?
Because I want people to go out and meet you and ask these questions.
What's a campaign site?
unidentified
It's Dave McCormick, PA.com.
And, you know, Ted's in town.
As we said, he's coming in later today.
We've got four big rallies.
We've got one in Montgomery County tonight.
You can find out about it on the website.
We've got one in Allegheny County later this evening.
steve bannon
Hey, Dave, just hang on for one second.
We're going to hold you through the break.
unidentified
Hang on.
War Room.
Pandemic.
chip roy
With Stephen K. Bannon.
unidentified
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
chip roy
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
unidentified
Okay, welcome back.
steve bannon
Let's go back to Dave McCormick.
Dave, tell people where you're going to be.
I went to Posse.
Look, there's been some interesting comments in the chat.
We follow you guys.
We're on Posse.
We got a pulse.
Dave is going to be out with Ted Cruz.
I want you to go check it out.
Hear him.
If you got questions, just like you had with JD and Josh Mandel and all that, all the feedback we got, you guys would pack it.
Go up and ask your questions.
Go meet Dave McCormick personally.
Dave, where are you going to be the next couple of days?
unidentified
Great, thank you.
Today, Montgomery County, at 4 p.m., we're going to be at Leddy's Pub in Harleysville.
And then later tonight, we'll be at the Carnegie Office Park at 7 p.m.
for a second rally in Allegheny County.
And then tomorrow, Ted and I are going to start the day in Wilkes-Barre at Luzerne Firehouse for breakfast.
And then later in the day, a rally in Lancaster, in Lytton.
And all those details are on my social media, Dave McCormick, PA.
And you can see all the schedules, and we'd absolutely love to have all your listeners attend.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to get it all up there in all of our live chats.
I want everybody to get in there, get your questions to Dave McCormick.
Dave, thank you very much, an honor to have you on here.
unidentified
Steve, thanks for having me.
Have a great day.
steve bannon
Okay, thanks.
Okay, let's play... Dave just talked about the huge new ad for Kathy Barnett that's now carpet-bombed all over the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania media.
Let's play the ad, and then we're going to bring in the one and only Jack Posovic.
unidentified
I grew up on a pig farm in southern Alabama.
No insulation, no running water.
This country allowed a little black girl to claw her way from underneath a rock.
But that America with all those opportunities is fast coming to a close.
Democrats are serious when they say fundamentally change this country and by fundamentally change they mean screw it up real good.
This is about the survival of our nation and we need people who understand that.
steve bannon
Okay, with $153,000, that's it.
Kathy Barnett is now in a dead heat with Dr. Oz, which has the entire Fox platform in back of him, and President Trump.
We're going to have Ambassador Rick Grinnell on later in the show.
Endorsement of President Trump.
He's got Rick Grinnell and some of the top people in the Trump inner circle out campaigning with him.
He's got, obviously, Fox News, except for maybe Tucker's show, all in.
Dave McCormick.
Dave McCormick's personally wealthy because of his time with the hedge fund.
And I think Oz has spent $12 million.
Dave spent $10 million.
Kathy Burnett spent $153,000.
Pure MAGA.
And I said yesterday to Axios, this is MAGA versus UltraMAGA in the Commonwealth right now.
That ad, very powerful ad, it's now up in Pennsylvania.
It's an independent expenditure.
It's not tied to her campaign, because she doesn't have any money, because she's running a bootstrap operation.
Remember, she's also running with Mastriano, and they've got that incredible, I think, volunteer ground game, which is something different than the other people have.
But that ad is a very powerful ad.
It's well-made, and it's everywhere.
That's also the Club for Growth.
You just have to... I know a lot of people... Okay, just step back.
Remember, if we're going to sort this country out, the country's depending upon you.
You're the creditors committee.
So you've got to weigh and measure all of it.
This is the club for growth.
The club for growth is the enemy of everything MAGA stands for.
unidentified
It just is.
steve bannon
The club for growth is the club for Chinese growth.
The club for growth is for no terrorists.
They're open borders.
They are open capital markets.
Your capital is going everywhere.
Your jobs are going everywhere.
They are the ultimate That's just a fact.
And we fought these guys forever.
And finally, President Trump turned on him during the Ohio situation.
I want to bring in Jack Posobiec.
Jack, you've been all over this nonstop.
And I want to get to that.
That's why I asked Ambassador Grinnell to come on.
Later, he's going to carve some time out for us.
Last night, there was a pretty heavy-handed Sean Hannity segment with Dr. Oz that I think actually hurt the argument they were trying to make.
They were trying to say Kathy is unvetted, and the problem is that she's unvetted, you don't know about her, but it was the same tactic that Fox News and Megyn Kelly The Fox News and Megyn Kelly used in the first debate in 2015.
And the only person that really came to Trump's defense was Breitbart and Stephen K. Bannon of which I went after Megyn Kelly and she's on a PBS, they did a whole PBS frontline news thing on this about that whole situation.
We went after her relentlessly and Fox News about that by going into Trump's Twitter feed to go into His Facebook account from 10 and 12 years ago and pick out these kind of random things, attack them.
That's exactly what they did last night.
And I think it actually helped Kathy Barnett.
So give us your assessment.
We just had Dave McCormick on.
You saw the ad.
You're no club for growth guy.
Give us your assessment right now of where are we in this race and particularly the issue that has now come up.
That Kathy Barnett is terrific.
She's great.
She's a firebrand.
She's obviously pure MAGA, but she's unvetted.
Jack Pasovic.
jack posobiec
Yes, Steven.
And you know, it's been interesting sitting at myself looking at this because you see a lot of these pundits weighing in.
You know, people from all over the country.
I'm from Pennsylvania, right?
Born and raised.
That's that's my backyard.
That's, you know, I was the Temple University College Republican chairman out of North Philadelphia.
I was a statewide Pennsylvania College Republican executive director.
You know, I go to Wawa every chance I get.
steve bannon
Hang on.
unidentified
Hold it.
steve bannon
And people people should understand.
People did approach you.
Early on this process about you thinking about getting in here and running for the Senate seat.
I mean, there's people I know that say, hey, what about Pasoka?
He's young enough.
jack posobiec
And I've also had phone calls asking for my endorsement or asking for my support.
But what's very interesting is actually the only person that has not called me and asked for my support is is Kathy Barnett, believe it or not.
She's the one person that the only time I've ever had a chance to actually speak with her was she said, Jack, I wanted to reach out to you because there were some questions made about my record, particularly her military record.
She said, I know you're a Navy guy and you know how to read these records.
I want to send this to you because I don't trust these other reporters that haven't been in the military.
So I did speak to her on the phone yesterday.
It's the only time I've ever spoke to her.
And she didn't say, hey, Jack, I want your endorsement.
I looked at her website.
I didn't even know this.
She has been endorsed by General Flynn.
She's been endorsed by Mastriano, a number of other endorsements, Catholic Vote.
Susan B. Anthony with the strongest pro-life organization in the country, one of the strongest next to live-action and the great Lila Rose.
And so my whole, you know, platform here is not necessarily to support one candidate or another.
I definitely oppose Dr. Oz for a lot of morally unacceptable reasons and I did that prior to any further endorsements that were made of him.
I came on here in War Room day one and said this guy is not one of us and He's Oprah's lawyer, he's pushed transgenderism for children, he's pushed Roe v. Wade, he's pushed gun control.
This is not our guy.
Right?
Then you've got another guy who's a hedge funder, CCP ties, BlackRock ties.
You know, we have issues with that, even though he does seem to be a traditional conservative.
And then you've got Kathy Barnett as well.
And so what they're doing to Kathy Barnett is, Steve, as you just said, it's the same thing they do to Donald Trump.
It's the same thing they do to me.
This is the fine people hoax on steroids.
They are going into videos and they are clipping things completely out of context where they took a video, Steve, where she was criticizing Black Lives Matter and criticizing the defund the police movement and they changed it to make it look like she was in support of those things.
And quite frankly, look, They say that Satan is the father of lies and I think what they're doing here is incredibly immoral.
So what I'd like to do with my time is just to push back on that and say, yo, guys, pull it off with this.
This is a primary.
Right.
We are all on the same team.
We are all on Team America.
unidentified
We're all on Team America first, not the other country first.
We've got to live here tomorrow, the day after, and the day after.
Perfect.
steve bannon
That's one of the reasons the War Room is here.
For all the War Room posse, get your stuff out there.
We want you to go see these guys.
This is what happened in Ohio, and it worked out, and people are coming together after that.
And like you said, it's 60 days of pain.
This is going to be tough.
Freedom is going to get hurt.
I just want to make sure, because people come to me all the time and say, is Pessoa getting paid?
So you're not associated with Kathy Barnett's campaign in any way, shape, or form?
jack posobiec
I've never spoken to her in my entire life prior to yesterday when she sent me her military records.
steve bannon
And no independent outside, like Club for Growth's coming in now, big.
How does that sit with you, Posobiec?
You're a populist, you're America's first economic nationalist.
How does it sit with you that Club for Growth now, the payback?
Listen, this is all about payback.
jack posobiec
That seems to me to be kind of a response.
Club for Growth got slapped down pretty hard in Ohio last week.
in the JD Vance victory and of course that was sort of a tête-à-tête between them and President Trump and so I think they're looking at this as kind of a proxy war Kind of situation between them and Trump because they've got to go back to their donors, right?
They just lost by eight points their guy. So they've got to say hey, we're relevant. We're still in this We're still you know, we still have influence with the base.
steve bannon
So I think this is more of a proxy war kind of situation Okay, but hang up but this is my point Club for Growth, and let's be blunt, I want all the Kathy Barnett people to listen and think about it, because we've got to do some vetting.
Club for Growth is the people that fought us on the southern border non-stop in the White House.
These are the donors, this is the donor class that wants open borders.
This is the donor class that does not want us to confront China.
jack posobiec
They're the anti-tariff people.
They are anti-tariff.
If you listen to Steve Cortez, the great leader, if you listen to Lighthizer, the great ambassador, tariffs are what built this country, tariffs are how we fight back against the CCP.
The only thing is though, when I go to vet the candidates, I look at McCormick's record, I look at his financial ties, I look at Barnett, I look at Oz, I went back and researched all 1600 plus of Dr. Oz's episodes.
Can't find one instance of him espousing a single conservative belief. I can find interviews where he's talking about abortion and gun control and Transgenderism and children and all these things but when you look at Kathy Barnett's record I mean she is MAGA as they come you go back to these tweets you go back to these videos talking about how she wishes She could have voted for trump twice in 2016. Hold on On her on her on her economic policies Do you believe since club for grows putting in money? Do you feel comfortable?
steve bannon
Because Club for Growth goes through a vetting process.
Everybody knows that.
They vet candidates.
unidentified
Do you believe that she's with us on the border?
jack posobiec
I think this is a situation where they're trying to put a shot across the bow of President Trump.
They're upset about really getting, you know, getting annihilated essentially in Ohio last week and they want to, you know, kind of send a response there.
steve bannon
Let's talk about that strategically, and I realize, but people ought to put this into their calculation.
You've got to be part of the way you measure.
Waterloo's coming, and that's on the 24th.
Here's the thinking of the opposition to Trump, and let me just lay it out.
Trump won big in Ohio, because J.D.
was at 8.
I mean, Trump came in and muscled that through with Cortez and others.
He muscled that through, and the club didn't take that, and he threw down against the club.
They didn't take that lightly.
In Nebraska, Herbster came with lots of baggage, and the Ricketts, who have national ambition, that are never Trump, would use it against him, and Herbster lost.
What they intend, and this is why you have Christie and Ricketts and Ducey, by the way, Doug Ducey, not Steve Ducey, Doug Ducey, going together with Kemp, they're all coming down, all the RGA guys, to defeat Trump on the 24th in Georgia.
They hope to get a win here in Pennsylvania because they feel if they get Nebraska and then they get the, as important as a swing state as this is, to chop Trump down on the 24th, the media, if Kemp wins that night, they're gonna say, hey, Trump can't deliver in these big, Trump cannot deliver in these big battleground states.
Can't deliver.
And the firestorm, I'm not advancing any case for any candidate.
I just want this audience to understand strategically what's happening here.
Jack Posobiec.
unidentified
Sure.
jack posobiec
And I think the difference here to look at it is that it's kind of an apples to oranges, right?
J.D.
Vance in Ohio was an extremely known quantity in Ohio, right?
Number one bestselling book, number one movie on Netflix.
number one, you know, across the entire state, right?
He was a known quantity, right?
Everyone's grandmom and mom and everybody watched the, you know, Glenn Close and Amy Adams, right?
Dr. Oz coming in to Pennsylvania as a New Jersey guy, as a guy who's never been conservative and all of a sudden running around, flipping on all you find.
Is that what it was?
on his road to Damascus, but then doesn't explain to us what his road to Damascus moment was.
He just says that we're lying when we play all these clips that are not taken out of context in any way from his own episode.
steve bannon
Stick through this.
You're saying you watched 1,600 hours, is that what?
1,600 episodes?
We looked through the script.
jack posobiec
We looked through the scripts of all 1,600 episodes.
steve bannon
Scripts, I understand.
But no conservative values, you're saying.
unidentified
Okay.
steve bannon
Short break.
Posobiec's with us.
Boris is going to come in.
I got the Moms for Liberty about the domestic terrorism.
We're packed today.
unidentified
Stick around.
It monitors us.
Censors us.
Deplatforms us.
Conservatives have been helpless to do anything about it.
Until now.

Okay, we gotta go to our coffee, do the War Room.
Pasovic loves it.
He's like Cortez and these guys.
The only reason they come by now is for the coffee.
Go to warpath.coffee, put in War Room, get the Dark Roast Mariners blend, the Navy blend, or you get the Breakfast Blend, Black Powder's got a little kick to it.
And please, if you're a Navy guy, don't put in half the thing of cream what Jack Pasovic does.
So Pasovic, your secret's out there.
Okay, Jack.
You're gonna be all over, real quickly, you kind of vetted, there's a lot of confusion yesterday just on her military record as far as Jack Posobiec, Naval Intelligence Officer, has been able to ascertain.
Where do we stand with Kathy's military record?
jack posobiec
Yeah, it looks to me from what she sent over yesterday that she's got a record of both serving in the Reserve and the Guard.
This is a component that she was switching between because sometimes You know, when you're moving, when you're going to school, as she said she was doing in the 1990s while she was in, that she was switching between units.
And then when she moved, I think from St.
Louis to Alabama at one point, they didn't have a unit nearby for the reserves, so she switched to guard, switched back.
And I can see that from it, it looks like she took her initial training in 1990 and then has a discharge from 2000.
Now, of course, this isn't the full records, and that's something that, you know, I've definitely asked her for.
But to me, it doesn't seem like, yeah, for me, Stevie, look, Malcolm Nance over on MSNBC.
That's the yellow standard when it comes to lying about your military records.
I can't find this guy says combat and he says everything else.
He says, by the way, he's talking about invading Russia.
I don't know if you saw that on his Twitter yesterday.
He's going to lead the invasion.
Yeah.
Aides into the Russian border.
Yeah.
OK, Malcolm, please don't do that.
When I look at at Barnett, I say, look, She said that she served.
She's not made any outlaying disclaims about her service.
And I look at this and I see honorable discharge.
And that's really what it comes down to.
And I really think for the voters, that's all it comes down to, too.
They're going to see honorable discharge.
And honestly, it looks kind of desperate.
It reeks of desperation to be attacking someone's military record.
When you've got a woman like her who stepped up and served, a lot of people join the Reserves, join the Guards, they can get money for schools, they can get a leg up in life.
That's all about what our country's about.
That's what the magic movement's about.
unidentified
No offense, no offense on this one, and this one, Hannity helped her.
jack posobiec
Turkish elections!
unidentified
You don't want to go to this territory, Oz!
steve bannon
Yeah, I think that was not a good call when he's serving the Turks.
Okay, fine.
This is hot and the audience is all worked up.
So how they follow Jack Pasova because you're on this 24-7.
jack posobiec
Show me your receipts, Dr. Oz.
Are they in English?
steve bannon
His DD-14.
Give me your handle, Pasova, because I want people to follow this non-stop.
jack posobiec
Oh man, Media Matters is going to love that one.
That's at Jack Posobiec on Getter, the Twitter killer, of course.
Still on Twitter as well.
We do live streams, though, on Getter exclusives.
A lot of fun there.
Really enjoying the entire back and forth of everything.
And of course, Human Events Daily.
We had the Cliff Notes of War Room, a podcast for people who don't like podcasts.
25 minutes and your entire day's news.
steve bannon
Okay, I know you gotta go film.
Say hi to Charlie Kirk and all the team over there.
Get rolling.
Human Events on fire.
Just bought Post Millennial.
jack posobiec
By the way, just because I'm a Wawa guy doesn't mean I don't respect Rutters, Pennsylvania and Sheetz, Pennsylvania.
Respect to all the Pennsylvanians.
steve bannon
Thank you, Pasovic.
Thank you, Jack Pasovic.
OK, can I get the Moms for Liberty?
Do I have Tiffany?
So, Tiffany, let's bring in Tiffany Justice.
Tiffany, yesterday, a letter from Jim Jordan.
Walk us through exactly what is going on here, because now we've proven the DOJ and the FBI are liars.
They have targeted parents going to school board meetings as domestic terrorists.
Tiffany Justice.
tiffany justice
Yeah, I mean, this whistleblower letter should be an alarm bell for every mom in our country, Steve.
You know, what many of us suspected and some of us knew was that the Department of Justice was using counterterrorism authority under the Patriot Act to investigate parents of kids who were going to school board meetings and exercising their First Amendment right to petition their local government for a redress of grievances.
And, you know, it's happening to, it was happening to our moms today.
It could be happening to you tomorrow.
unidentified
This is where we are in America with the Department of Justice.
steve bannon
Can you say, I know they're trying to kill people going to school boards and addressing it.
People go and comport themselves and still get a little heated, right?
That's fully within their rights.
So how are you getting the word out?
And I want the word out to people that we're going to have their back.
Because what they're trying to do is DOJ and the FBI are trying to suppress the voices of the parental rights movement.
That's very clear.
It's very clear what they're trying to do.
Tiffany, so how are we going to sort this out?
tiffany justice
Yeah, I mean, you know, you're right, Steve, that the effort was to suppress speech and to chill speech.
And I think it had the desired effect.
And I think every American needs to take notice of that.
And, you know, what we need to know is that together, you know, parents, we are the many and that American moms have realized this government doesn't work well without us.
We saw our children being put on the back burner, shouldering the burden of adult selfishness throughout COVID.
Moms were upset.
Dads were upset.
Schools were closed.
Healthy children were being quarantined.
If you ask me, those are crimes against children.
And the fact that our children's education was stolen from us, of course moms and dads are going to be upset about that.
And that's protected speech.
Not every time you go to address your school board is it all rainbows and butterflies.
And I know that's what public education wants, but the truth of the matter is that they're failing in many different ways.
They failed to get schools open, and now they're failing to educate kids.
And that's protected speech for parents coming to school board meetings.
And you're right.
I mean, we're going to stand by parents.
We've got their back.
We're working with them now.
You know, when the federal government is using our own resources against us, you know, this is not the time to lie down.
This is the time to stand up.
And, you know, we believe in empowering moms to understand their God-given and fundamental rights.
So we're just going to keep fighting and standing by our moms, but we hope every mom takes note of this.
Again, you know, today it's our group, tomorrow it could be you, and we all need to stand together and protect free speech.
steve bannon
We just had these sweeping victories in Texas.
We just took over virtually all the school boards, maybe outside of Austin, and you still got winners there.
They understand you're over the target.
The letter's up, Captain Van's going to put it everywhere.
We're going to spend a lot more time on this, but we've got to bounce.
Tiffany, how did they find you?
tiffany justice
Yeah, head to momsforliberty.org and check us out.
You can join us.
Moms, stand with us.
We are dedicated to fighting for the survival of America by unifying, educating, and empowering parents to defend their parental rights at all levels of government.
We welcome every parent in joining us to do that.
steve bannon
Thank you, ma'am.
We're going to be all over it.
90 seconds, we're back.
The second hour is even hotter than the first.
