Speaker Time Text
rachel maddow
For him to deny that this all happened, when in fact it happened.
In a statement to the New York Times earlier today, a spokesman for Kevin McCarthy issued a flat denial that McCarthy ever said he would push Trump to resign.
That spokesman said, quote, McCarthy never said he'd call Trump to say he should resign.
McCarthy never said he'd call Trump to say he should resign.
To further clarify, you should also know that NBC News reached out to the Congressman's office following that statement, specifically asking again and drilling down on the question of whether or not Mr. McCarthy said he would push President Trump to resign.
His spokesman responded, saying, quote, no he did not.
Leader McCarthy also issued a statement himself today, saying in part, quote, the New York Times reporting on me is totally false and wrong.
The problem with these denials from Mr. McCarthy and his office is that we have now obtained audio of that January 10th phone call that Leader McCarthy held with other top Republicans in which he, in fact, said he's going to call Trump and tell him that he must resign.
The authors of this new book, Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns from the New York Times, they have shared that audio of this call with us so that we can share it with you tonight so that you can know that when Kevin McCarthy denies that this happened, He is not telling the truth.
Here it is.
unidentified
Liz, you on the phone?
Yeah, I'm here.
Thanks, Kevin.
I guess first a question.
When we were talking about the 25th Amendment resolution, and you asked what happens if it gets there after he's gone, is there any chance, are you hearing, that he might resign?
Is there any reason to think that might happen?
I've had a few discussions.
My gut tells me no.
I'm seriously thinking of having that conversation with him tonight.
I haven't talked to him in a couple days.
From what I know of him, I mean, you guys all know him too.
Do you think he'd ever back away?
But what I think I'm going to do is I'm going to call him.
This is what I think.
No one will pass the house.
I think there's a chance he'll pass the Senate, even when he's gone.
And I think there's a lot of different ramifications for that.
Now, I haven't had a discussion with the Dems that if he did resign, would it not happen?
Now, this is one personal fear I have.
I do not want to get into any conversation about Pence partying again.
rachel maddow
I mean, the only discussion I would have with him The discussion I would have with him is that I think this will pass, meaning the impeachment resolution will pass, and it would be my recommendation you should resign.
I mean, that would be my take.
unidentified
This ain't your father's Republican Party.
Not a joke.
All you gotta do is look what's being played this morning about the tape that was released.
Anyway.
joe biden
You know, but all kidding aside, this is a MAGA party now.
It's, you know, you got the senator from Texas and others.
unidentified
These guys are a different breed of cat.
They're not like what I served with for so many years.
And the people who know better, I will lose my race.
steve bannon
You're absolutely correct.
unidentified
That's what democracy is about.
What does this guy not get?
steve bannon
This is the MAGA party.
unidentified
You are absolutely 1,000% correct.
steve bannon
come to me and say Joe I want to be with you on such and such but I can't I'll be primary I'll lose my race I'll lose my race I will lose my race you're absolutely correct that's what democracy is about what what is this guy not get this is the MAGA party you are absolutely 1000% correct you're right there you come out of your stupor on Friday 22 April year of our Lord 2022 and he's wandering out there on Earth Day It's another embarrassment.
Oh my God, what's the CCP and the guys in Moscow and the mullahs, the gangsters in Tehran, what they must think of us.
He's wandering out there on Earth Day.
He doesn't even know where he is.
It's not making any sense.
Yes, we're the MAGA party.
And yes, the collaborators that come to you, Biden, And talk to you.
Yeah, I would vote for you.
See that they're all Democrats.
They're all Democrats.
I would vote for you, Joe.
I'm with you, Joe.
I'm with you, Joe.
But I can't say it publicly.
I'd be primary and I would lose.
He just walked through the whole case.
Boris, we got Biden commenting on on McCarthy.
You should resign.
You should resign.
Think about that for a second.
Think of how catastrophic for the country.
Think of where we'd be right now.
How catastrophic.
If he had taken McCarthy's advice and actually resigned the presidency?
Boris Epstein.
boris epshteyn
Well, it's good to see that we've got such strong hands at the rudder of our country, that's for sure.
And this definitely goes to the point of elections of consequences, of stolen elections, of catastrophic consequences.
And that's the bottom line on Joe Biden.
He's going to spend billions of dollars to make all the cars climate neutral or whatever it is.
Then he went into this strange ramble and soliloquy about trees.
In terms of the Kevin McCarthy issue, and I've heard from a lot of people after our appearance this morning, here's the bottom line.
Here's the bottom line.
There's no way to spin the fact that that audio is unbelievably disappointing.
There's no two ways about it.
And there's also no way to spin the fact that it shows that folks on the Hill completely misunderstood, on our side of the aisle, completely misunderstood the moment.
And that's why there was such aggressive walk back after.
The interesting thing that we pointed to this morning, Stephen, and that I think we have to hammer on again and again and again, is that how consistent the New York Times has been in the last week on one single very important thing.
And that is that President Donald J. Trump remains the unquestionable, undeniable, and disputable leader of the MAGA movement and the Republican Party.
And what was said on that tape in no way lines up with actions, a lot of the actions, from Kevin McCarthy in terms of doing all he can to stay on the good side of President Trump, including that statement yesterday, which was undoubtedly ill-advised.
That was a mistake.
To do a blank denial and then have the tape dropped on you, that's a mistake.
That's Com's mistake.
That's a political mistake.
That's a strategic mistake.
Where do we go from here?
A lot of MAGA is going to say, done.
Don't want to hear it again?
Done.
Some are going to say, okay, what have you done for me lately?
Are you Kevin McCarthy supporting MAGA candidates?
Are you doing what you can to make sure that the 100 seats, 100 years that's going to happen in November is populated by all MAGA?
I'm on social media today, in the chat room.
I'm not seeing a lot of positivity.
I'm not seeing a lot of hope.
I'll tell you that.
steve bannon
Zero.
Zero.
unidentified
We've got to call it like this.
steve bannon
Yeah, but you made a very good recommendation today.
And so here, for particularly the mainstream media that may not understand MAGA, there's two choices.
McCarthy's got two choices.
He either heaves to on a full MAGA agenda.
Full MAGA.
And that means he's got to stop this nonsense.
As President Trump says, you've heard this many times, no games.
No games.
When he says that, no games.
None of the Nancy Mace crap down in South Carolina.
None of the stuff going against Joe Kent.
No going against MAGA candidates.
If he goes against MAGA candidates, he's showing you right there.
So he's either got to heave to 100% or he's gone.
No choice.
We don't need this.
The country's in the balance, and he showed when the country's in the balance last time, you said, you know, they misread the moment.
Well, he doesn't get paid to misread moments.
If you misread moments, you're not a leader.
You're not a leader.
He wants to be Speaker of the House, third in succession to the President of the United States, to be POTUS, and I would argue the Vice President, the second most important person, and I could actually make an argument in many cases, The founders set the Speaker of the House up to have massive power.
Does he rate that power?
And there's only two choices.
Full MAGA, and he's going to show MAGA by actions, not words, because we're tired of the words.
Or, gone, and let's replace him, and I think there's a couple of good candidates, maybe even a team, that could do this.
And they're misreading President Trump may be having a nice conversation, taking the phone call.
I don't speak for President Trump, and Boris, you don't speak for President Trump, but we know President Trump well enough.
He's a gentleman.
Don't misinterpret him taking a call and being a gentleman with what you need to do for MAGA.
Either you're all in or you're gone, because this is just unacceptable.
And we got more stuff we're going to play.
Let's play the other stuff from Jonathan Martin, those guys, the authors.
I'm going to have Boris listen to a little bit of it.
It's too long to play over.
Just let's get rolling.
We got other new footage from this afternoon.
Let's play this right now.
rachel maddow
Just ask what you make of the fact that Mr. McCarthy and his office is denying that this ever happened, denying explicitly to NBC News today, when we followed up with him about their denial on this, explicitly clarifying that he never suggested he was going to make this kind of a call to Donald Trump.
It really does appear to not be the truth for Mr. McCarthy.
unidentified
Well, that's a pretty diplomatic way of putting it, Rachel.
It's a totally bogus denial, as your audience just heard.
And I think that what this moment captures, in addition to everything Jonathan just said, and what this tape in particular captures, is just the staggering gulf Between what Republican leaders say about Donald Trump in public and to his face, and what they will say about him in private.
And I don't know that anybody should find it terribly reassuring that Kevin McCarthy is more clear-eyed about Donald Trump and the dangerous force that he represented in January of 2021, that he is more clear-eyed about that in private than he is in public.
Because, Rachel, this is an ongoing story.
We all know Donald Trump.
Is preparing to run for president again.
We all know the way he talks about what happened in the 2020 election and the way he talks about what he believes should happen in the 2024 election.
And if past performance is any indicator of future results, what you heard on that tape and then what Kevin McCarthy did subsequently to hold Donald Trump to account, which was nothing, is a pretty ominous story about the future.
rachel maddow
And I don't mean to be Pollyanna about this at all, or naive, but it seems to me that I sort of expect a certain level from politicians in particular, you know, that of saying one thing in public and saying it another way.
steve bannon
We could go on for that for, and it's actually a very interesting dialogue, but Boris, You get the drift of Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns.
And Alexander Burns, look, the reason I was CEO of the Trump campaign is Burns and Maggie Haberman in August of 2016, he's an assassin.
Those two guys are killers.
They're assassins.
Okay?
What's your take on his, not just what he said, but coming out and lying about it, and lying to President Trump about it, sir?
boris epshteyn
Well, first of all, it's amazing how obsessed they are and how triggered they are by the fact that President Trump is absolutely in the wings.
By the fact that President Trump remains the most powerful politician in America and the world.
And, oh, it's a continuing story.
And, oh, this is all so bad.
We're all democracies in danger.
Okay.
You literally work for a fiction peddling publication, Alex.
Okay.
With all due respect.
With all due respect.
Okay.
We've got to say that with all due respect.
And I'm not going to repeat the mistake I made a couple of days ago, but I will say that the New York Times is full of bull crap.
steve bannon
But hold it.
You said with, hang on, hang on.
You said, you said, you just said with all due respect.
Yes or no, did Kevin McCarthy bring respect to Donald Trump when he briefed him on the article in the New York Times, Boris Epstein?
Did he bring respect to what you just described as the most powerful and important politician, not just in this nation, but the world, Boris Epstein?
boris epshteyn
Here's the bottom line.
We need honesty.
I'm not privy to the conversation that they had, but we need honesty.
MAGA deserves honesty, and the leader of MAGA and the country, President Trump, deserves honesty.
And, you know, what Alex said is interesting.
That, you know, a lot of the establishment leaders say one thing behind President Trump's back, behind our backs, and they say different things to President Trump's face and to MAGA.
And that is a thousand percent the truth.
That is a thousand percent the truth.
And it's a troubling truth, and it's a truth that we've got to face.
And to go back to where we go from here, it is an inflection point.
You and I talked about this afternoon.
It is an inflection point.
Either.
Kevin McCarthy has an opportunity to say, you know what?
That was a tough time.
I made a mistake.
I made a mistake.
And, you know, we could have handled the response better in the last 48 hours.
There's no doubt about that.
But I am here for MAGA.
I'm going to fight for you.
And I'm not going to take a step back.
And I'm going to be a fighter for President Trump and for MAGA.
And then back it up with action.
And then it'll be up to President Trump and MAGA to evaluate that action and say, OK, it happened.
Because that's, you know, that's the give and take that we're engaged in, you know?
But if that doesn't happen, if it's all like, well, you know, it's just, we're being attacked by the New York Times, let's ignore it, let's move on, it's nonsense, we can't take that.
We can't take that.
unidentified
No.
boris epshteyn
This is an opportunity, it's an inflection point, and it's a time for action, action, action, not words.
unidentified
back with force and uh... the situation with uh... mccarthy next door well i think it's obvious this morning that kevin mccarthy has lied to a lot of He lied to his leadership team.
He lied to his conference members.
He lied to the former president.
He lied to the press.
Kevin McCarthy lied to the American people.
And so, very likely now, his second bid for the speakership is in jeopardy.
Kevin McCarthy thought he was going to become Speaker in 2015 with the resignation of John Boehner.
So much so, he flew his wife and kids into the room for the vote among the Republican caucus and he fell short.
I was one of those members at the time who withheld my support from Kevin McCarthy.
And so the challenge now is, can he keep his Republican leadership team within the ranks?
Can he withstand the next week or two within his own ranks?
Or do we see, Andrea, come the Sunday shows, if you will, that there are Republicans in Congress today who say they would entertain the idea of becoming Speaker should the opportunity present itself?
What does an Elise Stefanik do?
A Steve Scalise?
Other members?
We know that Kevin McCarthy will be challenged by the Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene caucus, but what about those other Republicans that might be on the precipice of elevating their own leadership?
Do they begin to kind of message test their candidacy to be Speaker should Republicans win the House back?
steve bannon
Okay, Boris, I want to have your response to that.
We're going to also play some new tapes that's come out on McCarthy.
What's your response to what Jolly's saying?
boris epshteyn
You know, Jolly's paid to say something and he's out there and he says that there's some interesting information coming across the wires on a lot of different fronts this afternoon.
This is undoubtedly an inflection point in Kevin McCarthy's career.
There's no two ways about it.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on.
I just want to tell some people.
There's a bunch of politicos that's put up a huge story.
We're trying to get to the back of it, if it's real or not.
But it's disturbing, to say the least.
boris epshteyn
Very disturbing.
steve bannon
We will return.
Very disturbing.
We're going to get back to that in a second.
Do we have the other clip?
Boris, hang on.
Can we play this?
I want to hear McCarthy's voice on this, Boris.
I want to get your comments on this too.
boris epshteyn
You got it.
unidentified
And here's another piece of audio tape from the authors.
This is from, you know, Burns and Martin.
Take a listen.
I've had it with this guy.
What he did is unacceptable.
Nobody can defend that and nobody should defend it.
Victoria, this is not a good look for the Republican caucus.
It's not.
And I'm going to slide a little bit more here with David in that I don't think that this is good news for Kevin McCarthy.
I mean, one thing is to have the Lindsey Graham's and the Ted Cruz's that have private disagreements with the president.
But this is a whole bunch of audio as is.
And as you said, Andrea, who knows what more is going to come out?
I think that's one piece.
And in addition to that, we have a lot of folks within the Republican caucus who have aspirations to higher office, who want to be in that leadership.
You know, perhaps not the Marjorie Taylor Greene or the Matt Gaetzes, but a Scalise, other folks as well.
Scalise, excuse me.
So I think that Kevin McCarthy, I'm not a betting woman, but if I were, I don't think he makes it to get that gavel.
steve bannon
Jordan, Stefanik, I mean, you got some great pieces of manpower there in a combination and team, you never know.
But that's what I'm saying, Bors.
What they're saying, look, these guys are professionals.
They're doing a bombing run now, right?
You're going to keep hearing this stuff.
You're going to keep hearing leaks.
You know where this is going to go, Bors.
boris epshteyn
Steve, first of all, you're right.
At least Stefanik and others, there are some very strong MAGA Members of the House, okay?
Also, you know, note to MSNBC when talking about leaders of the Republican Congress, probably helpful to know how to say their names.
steve bannon
Scalise?
boris epshteyn
No, wrong, it's Scalise, okay?
Just figure it out.
You're supposed to be experts.
I mean, I know it's MSNBC, but still.
In terms of where this goes from here, A, as in dealing with any political crisis, Steve, you and I have dealt with plenty, right?
First, you have to deal with the known-unknown, okay?
Thanks, Don Rumsfeld.
Rest in peace.
Known-unknown is, is there more audio coming out and what's in it, okay?
Then you've got to think about the unknown-unknown.
And the more known-unknown is, what is the reaction going to be long-term from MAGA and from President Trump?
And again, this goes back to action, action, action.
If I were advising Leader McCarthy, I would have said that today would have been a good day to be out there more, actually, and to change the narrative, and to talk about, here's what I'm doing, here's what I'm going to do for MAGA candidates as we're going into November, okay?
steve bannon
Listen, hold on.
Hang on for a second.
Ho, ho, hang on a second.
Fox is suppressing this.
Fox is not playing it.
This is where I come to the worm some other sites.
Fox is not playing it.
boris epshteyn
No shocker.
steve bannon
They're covering, and I don't know what other conservative publications may not be making a big deal about this.
They're part of the system.
They're trading off for access.
boris epshteyn
The Uniparty.
steve bannon
The Uniparty.
This is, a few brave sites are putting this up and playing what MSNBC is playing.
But it's got to be addressed.
boris epshteyn
Make no mistake, even though Fox News is not covering others, this is what the left is going to use against us over and over and over and over again.
And they're using it, obviously, to perpetuate all of the nonsense being thrown at President Trump, at both of the guys on screen, and all of MAGA around January 6th.
As I said in the morning, I tweeted right on January 6th that there's no room for violence, full stop.
What the left and the mainstream media and rhinos and establishment have done is taken that and made it this huge cause celebre and used it as a cudgel to attack President Trump.
But what's happened is it's boomeranged on them and it's made MAGA only stronger.
Because the American people can see nonsense when it's happening, and they know that everything around the January 6th committee, the January 6th prosecution, is a witch hunt.
What's been done to the January 6th prisoners is absolutely unconstitutional and terrible.
So to take it back, Steve, to the issue of the day, you know, FOX6 are suppressing it and it's going to go away.
It's not going to go away.
If, again, I were advising Leader McCarthy, my advice would be take action now.
Take this as an opportunity, change the narrative, and lead.
Because right now, there's a vacuum, and you're going to see the left outlets continue to focus on the vacuum, and you believe you me, on Twitter, on social media, on Getter, on Truth Everywhere, it's continuing to play, and MAGA is seeing all of it, and it's building on itself.
So, is there an opportunity here?
steve bannon
Step one, take your packs and take your money.
Take your money and stop backing opponents to Arrington in South Carolina and Kent in Washington.
They're full MAGA.
Trump's endorsed them.
He loves both of them.
MAGA loves both of them.
You should not be going for these rhinos and these people that have Consistently voted against President Trump and oppose MAGA and oppose President Trump.
Let's play the Florida.
Do we have the Florida clips?
Tell me when those are ready.
Okay, ready.
Let's play Florida.
I want you to respond to that.
unidentified
We've got breaking news now from Florida, where Governor Ron DeSantis has just signed into law that bill stripping Disney of its self-governing district.
This following clashes over the company's criticism of the so-called Don't Say Gay law.
NBC's Mara Barrett is in Tallahassee, Florida.
She's been covering this for us.
So, Mara, this doesn't take effect immediately, right?
What do we know about what it's going to mean for Central Florida?
Right, Garrett.
This law does not take effect until June of 2023.
So we've got about 13 months to figure out what's going to happen in the in-between.
We reached out to Disney for comment but have not gotten any clarity or comment from them on what they plan to do next.
It might be safe to assume that legal challenges will ensue because there is some confusion in the Florida Constitution about who actually has the right to dissolve one of these self-governing special districts, which is Reedy Creek that Disney sits in.
And so in this next year, we could see Disney push back against the state house here or work to compromise with lawmakers, which is what the Republicans are hoping to do to make them something more like a universal or other Disney or other theme parks, excuse me, that would have to ask for permission to expand their infrastructure or build new rides, that kind of thing.
And in the meantime, what people are really concerned about is where the tax dollars are going to affect the surrounding counties.
Disney has a billion dollars in debt that could now trickle into Orange and Osceola counties, spiking taxpayers' costs there.
Now, I also want to note, at this same event where he signed the Disney bill into law, he also signed what he calls the Stop Woke bill, which means stop wrongs against kids and our employees, which is an extension... Okay, she's lying right there.
steve bannon
This is a lie.
And we're going to have Anthony Sabatini on the next hour.
No.
They're trying to say it's a billion dollars going to go to the taxpayers of these counties.
That's just Boris.
They're spinning.
DeSantis is in full beast mode right now.
Is that correct?
boris epshteyn
Beast mode.
No doubt about it.
A thousand percent beast mode.
And look how quick that has happened.
And you know what I'm proud of, Steve?
Is that on this show, always signal, not noise for the audience.
We said the day this went down, the day this went down, we said, how do you deal with it?
You strip away their special access and their special tax status, all their perks, and all of the access that they have.
And it's been stripped away.
That's exactly what Ron DeSantis did.
You want to be treated like your own country, Disney?
You want to have all these concessions?
You want to have the tax breaks?
Sure!
But do not dare, do not dare get involved when either party, when a legislature and a governor make a decision for the best will and being of the people of Florida.
You know what, Disney?
Shut your woke mouth!
Shut your woke mouth!
And that's what they try, what they try to do is come in and be their own government and oppose the duly elected government of Florida.
And now, you know, you mess with the bull, you get the horns.
And they sure got some horns today.
And it's going to be a disaster for Disney.
And by the way, you better believe the people of Florida and the people of America are going to vote with their feet on this as well.
And they're not, you know, am I taking my kid to Disney World?
Absolutely not.
They can take their wokers and they can have it themselves and they'll have a good time.
We are for American values.
MAGA is all, MAGA is Big Tent, but it's Big Tent on strong values, on strong policies, and we're not going to back down.
steve bannon
No, and we're going to get, Sabatini's going to come on, because what they try to sell on CNBC, and they try to sell right there, oh, the taxpayers are going to get stuck with this billion dollars debt, duh, I don't think so.
Disney is woke and broke, stock's getting hammered, woke and broke.
If you try to go after the innocence of children, Okay?
And you try to back the Groomers' Bill?
You try to back a Groomers' Bill?
Has Democrats now become the Groomers' Party?
Is that what this is?
If you try to back a Groomers' Bill... That's what it seems like.
If you try to seize power from parents, you're gonna pay.
You're gonna pay.
Okay, short commercial.
Boris, I know you got a bolt.
It's the last night of Passover, but I'm just asking you to stay through.
I'll stay for a little bit.
Stay for a few minutes on the other side.
We've got Dr. Malone coming up.
I want everybody, I'm gonna talk a little bit about, you notice I'm not knocking back those Red Bulls?
You know why?

We're going to lose you until Monday.
Walk us through what people should be looking for in the Sunday shows regarding McCarthy.
boris epshteyn
First of all, that coffee jacks you up like nobody's business, okay?
I usually just, I usually hit the espresso about 15 espressos a day, okay?
But this Warpath coffee, the Warpath, it's unbelievable.
So, people gotta check it out.
Both blends, boom, hit it hard.
Warpath.coffee.
Get the code, 15%.
I love it, okay?
steve bannon
By the way, I was doing the espressos, too, and I love them.
Maybe we'll make an espresso later on, but we had to get the dark roast and the blend right.
But I'm off the espressos, and I'm on the warpath.coffee, because this Mariner's blend, hot and black, I'm telling you, it's great.
And no calories.
Got rid of that red one.
boris epshteyn
It's important for us, because we're trying to stay in the perfect shape that we are.
In perfect George Steinbrenner shape.
First of all, Steve, I do want to take 10 seconds.
It's the last night of Passover, and I want to say thank you to you, to the show, and most important, to the War Room Posse, because Passover stands for perseverance.
Passover stands for strength.
Passover stands for coming through adversity and fighting against oppression.
And that is what we have done from the moment, from the moment that illegitimate Joe Biden was inaugurated on January 20, 2021.
Through now, and we will continue to do it in the future, this show is a perfect, in a lot of ways, perfect representation of Passover.
Because it stands for perseverance, and giving a big, a big middle finger to oppression, and to woke radicalism, and to those in the Yuda party who don't want MAGA around anymore.
We have stood in the breach.
We have succeeded.
That is why two-thirds of the country is now MAGA.
And I'm going to celebrate that tonight on the last night of Passover.
steve bannon
Perfect.
Boris, how do people get to your social media?
How do they find you and get the morning report?
boris epshteyn
No doubt about it.
Folks, make sure you're watching the Sunday shows.
It's going to be important.
Usually, we don't watch them.
It's a mess.
But you're going to see a lot of the noise that the left is going to try to push out, and they're undoubtedly going to be focused on this.
The only thing you need to be focused on is action, action, action.
Does Kevin McCarthy take this opportunity to take action, to be full MAGA, and walk with us as we continue on our path to 100 seats, 100 years, and then major victory 2024?
That's his choice.
If he does, great, and if he doesn't, that's the choice he will make.
Steve, honored to be with you.
BorisEP.com is the website.
Super hot.
Hot on Getter at BorisEP, Twitter at BorisEP, Truth Social at Boris, and of course, the hottest on the gram, Boris underscore Epstein.
Stay strong, God bless, and Chag Sameach!
steve bannon
By the way, breaking news, Fincham, Gosar, and I think Biggs all won the case out in Arizona.
They'll be in the ballot, so don't do the nonsense.
Boris, thank you so much.
Have a good Passover.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you.
See you Monday.
So, big news there.
We've got a bunch of breaking news at 6 o'clock in Hardcore Politics, so make sure you come join us on War Room Battleground.
I want to welcome back Dr. Malone.
He's been going all over the world, all over the country working, but I tell you, his sub-stack is fascinating.
So many great pieces down there I want to talk to him about, but I want to start with, is it vaccine damage?
You've got this very technical detail, and I want you to explain it to our audience.
We're going to put it up so everybody can see it.
But Dr. Mullen, what is this about?
You're saying the vaccine damage fund, or whatever it is, has not started to pay people yet?
Can you explain to what's going on?
unidentified
Not a single payout.
This is an obscure system that was set up with the outbreak, with the Emergency Use Authorization Declaration.
As we were pushing through this emergency Operation Warp Speed vaccine product, Uh, there was a decision to set up something that would mitigate the risk for patients.
If they were damaged, they would have a way to get compensated.
And that's this, uh, vaccine injury, um, uh, uh, pathway that you're thinking of that was recently covered by Marianne DeBassi in a BMJ article.
The shocking finding is that this thing is completely okay.
Uh, there's no accountability.
And so far, despite the huge number of vaccine injuries, there has been zero compensation, zero claims issued since the beginning of the vaccination campaign.
steve bannon
So look, we're going to have a special tomorrow at 11 o'clock.
We've got a hardcore show from 10 to 11.
Then at 11, we want everybody to join us.
We have 2,500 volunteers.
You've got 250-plus lawyers.
We're going to drill down on the Pfizer investigation of Naomi Wolf and the War Room apparatus.
So join us there tomorrow.
Dr. Moynihan, I know you've been following that closely.
Here's what I understand.
Is it actually to the phase that people are starting to file complaints for this, or is it the government stopping it?
Is this incompetence, or is this malfeasance?
unidentified
It's obstructionism and malfeasance.
There has been a surge now in claims, but there are many claims that have been pending for a long period of time, and they're just obstructing it.
They're not processing anything.
They're not awarding anything, and the compensation is modest.
You know, for most people, if they're damaged in the ways that many have been, they have no income, they can't be employed, they have Typically hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not more, in hospital bills, and there's nothing they can do about it.
It's exactly what we've been warning about is you have to take responsibility, for instance, with your children, if you decide to vaccinate them, because the state isn't going to help you.
And this is documentation that that is exactly what's happening.
steve bannon
By the way, so, Doctor, I want to go to, and I won't say that we've radicalized you, but I mean, you were a Hillary Clinton person and a Biden person, but in your substack, whether it's going after the World Economic Forum or the technocracy, I mean, your writings, are now kind of the cutting edge of this populist nationalist movement. Walk us through that.
What's this shift or this journey you've been on? And walk us through, we've got a couple of minutes, walk us through some of these ranks that people can go get access that maybe is not specific to your medical expertise and your scientific expertise.
unidentified
Well, what we've been trying to do is run down the rabbit hole and figure out how we ended up in this mess. Why did we have harmonized propaganda, censorship, medical suppression, these authoritarian measures?
What ties all this together?
Because it's global, and it's harmonized, and it's synchronized.
And this is a problem that's been bothering me ever since that Brett Weinstein, Dark Horse podcast with Keith Kirsch.
And it's been one small step after another, experiencing it directly, Experiencing the defamation, experiencing the censorship, seeing my colleagues experience it, watching what's happened in Europe, what's happened in Australia, what's happened in New Zealand, what's happened in Canada, one step after another step like the boiling frog.
And because I have this book coming out, I promise to make sense of what's going on and come up with some sort of analysis for what a brighter future might be and how we might get there.
In order to get to that point, I've had to try to dive deep into the political science to understand this, to put it in historic context, and hopefully to find some examples of recommendations or past practices that have helped other times and other points in civilization, other points in American history, to get out of similar problems.
steve bannon
Tony Fauci's come out on CNN Plus today.
That's where he's kind of been regulated to, but he came out today and he's making a big case.
We're going to get this up in the chat rooms.
I want to get it out to everybody and we're going to put it up.
Captain Bannon, who's down at the summit in Williamsburg, the voting summit, she's going to put it up on our getter.
But he says that CDC mandates, CDC authorization ought to be above Any regulation by the court system.
Dr. Malone, your thoughts and analysis.
unidentified
So I just posted this on Getter also.
I find it fascinating.
Tony is finally revealing he has gone full out with the case that the public health system is above the law.
That's what he's saying.
And I wonder whether this is a foreshadowing of his defense in the event that We succeed in that 100 days and those 100 seats, and Ron Johnson finds himself head of the Senate Subcommittee on Investigation.
Because Tony Fauci has to be held accountable, and he's already kind of gaming the system by saying, hey, I'm above the law.
That is quite literally what he is saying.
He is saying not only is he above the law, so is the CDC and the entire HHS and public health infrastructure in the United States.
This cannot be allowed to stand.
steve bannon
Okay, but he's saying, I want to be very specific, you got the situation in Philadelphia that just cratered, and you got the federal judge down in Florida.
Her ruling, he's basically saying this should have no impact, that what CDC says is outside of the legal system of this country, and no matter what a federal court says, no matter what they say about mass mandates, vaccine mandates, everything like that, he says the public health proclamations and mandates, his quote-unquote follow the science should be pyramid.
Is that correct?
unidentified
That is what he's saying, and furthermore, he's ridiculing the judge.
I mean, it's a fascinating clip.
You have to watch it.
I'm sure Steve, you'll have it up shortly.
And you can find it on my Getter feed right now.
Tony Fauci is over the top.
He has lost control of himself.
And we always thought he believed he was imperial, that he was above any accountability.
And we all laughed about, I am the science.
But now we see it in full flourishing.
Tony Fauci believes that he is completely above the law.
He is functioning, believes he is an imperial ruler and has no accountability.
steve bannon
Dr. Malone, what is your getter account right now?
We're going to put it up and send everybody to there right now.
What's your getter?
unidentified
Always, always RWMaloneMD, and thank you, Steve, for posting it.
Look for the red check.
I have just a swarm of trolls that keep imitating this, and they always solicit money or contacts from people.
I guess that's a sign of flattery.
And the substack is RWMaloneMD.substack.
steve bannon
Dr. Malone, thank you for taking time on a Friday to get us up to speed on this.
We're going to get his analysis of Tony Fauci.
Tony Fauci's over the top.
And by the way, don't forget Robert F. Kennedy Jr.' 's book, The Real Anthony Fauci.
If you want to read a horror book, that's it.
And Fauci, as Dr. Malone said, has his true colors.
Dr. Robert Malone, thank you.
Let's get her up.
Short commercial break.
A big movie's coming out and we're going to get you a preview when we return in The War Room.
unidentified
We rejoice when there's no more, let's take down the CCD!
Censors us.
Deplatforms us.
Conservatives have been helpless to do anything about it.
Until now.

It's time to cancel, cancel culture.
matt schlapp
There's really a great desecration going on.
Anything that's good, anything that's holy, anything that's truthful is being attacked.
unidentified
There is no end.
These people will never get tired.
matt schlapp
They will never stop until you stop them.
unidentified
the land of the free. More than half the registered voters saw their freedom threatened by a growing cancel culture. Under siege by an enemy from within. The Black Lives Matter movement is a Marxist organization. We will burn down this system and replace it, all right.
They do all have one thing in common, and that is an internet mob mentality.
Troubling allegations.
Fired after accusations of racism.
Another challenge to free speech.
They'll harass you, they'll vilify you.
Cancel culture is real and it's coming to a neighborhood near you.
matt schlapp
You will lose your job.
You'll be kicked out of the store.
You won't have your place in society.
They want you to be quiet.
unidentified
What's been shocking to watch is that the press, they're part of cancel culture.
The New York Times fired their editor because he dared to run an op-ed from a Republican senator.
Hopefully they don't want to debate.
Free speech is unhelpful to them.
I don't think parents should be telling schools what they should teach.
Calling parents domestic terrorists.
This is an unlawful arrest!
I am a first amendment legislator!
If we take over these school boards, we can combat the ridiculousness and the racist aspects of critical race theory.
They cancelled the president of the United States when it was my father.
We've got terrorist groups like the Taliban and they have a Twitter account, but an American president does not.
This week, Twitter and Facebook under fire.
Mr. Dorsey, who the hell elected you and put you in charge of what the media are allowed to report?
steve bannon
We cannot sit back.
We've watched in history this happen before.
unidentified
This is where we've got to stand up and not allow this to go on.
matt schlapp
This is the fight that we were put on this earth to make.
unidentified
The Culture Killers.
Even this conversation you're having with me right now on Twitter would be banned.
I mean, this is like beyond Orwell now.
♪ Wow.
steve bannon
Mar-a-Lago tonight with the president that's going to premiere.
Matt Schlapp.
Matt, tell me about this film.
Wow.
I'm jacked up from the coffee, from the Warpath.coffee, but man, this gets me.
So tonight it premieres.
President's going to be there.
How can people see this film?
matt schlapp
How can people see this film?
It's great to be having a CPAC Mar-a-Lago.
That's a pretty cool idea.
It's not just a documentary, Steve, which tells all the stories of these canceled victims.
It's also an attempt to raise the funds that are needed to take care of those victims.
We have so many people that are victims of Liz Cheney's 1-6 Committee.
We have cops, we have coaches, we have teachers, we have parents.
The victims are going to continue until we stand up and stop it.
steve bannon
So this is the use of proceeds for everything you're doing here.
It goes to this First Amendment.
Can you tell people about that?
Did we just lose him?
We just lost him.
See if we can get him back.
matt schlapp
Oh, did we lose him?
steve bannon
Oh yeah, here we are.
Matt, you there?
matt schlapp
Yeah, can you hear me?
steve bannon
I gotcha.
The use of proceeds is to help the victims?
matt schlapp
Yeah, you know, we have this fund, the First Amendment Fund, which is a project of RC3, and the proceeds of that are going to pay for all these lawyers and all the other fees associated with folks that are victims of cancel culture.
steve bannon
So you premiere in Mar-a-Lago tonight.
You've got a select group down there.
You've got the president.
Where does the film go from there, and how can people get access to it?
matt schlapp
They can go to our website at conservative.org.
Our next stop is Palm Springs.
We're going to be going to New Jersey and across this country to show the documentary, and we're going to be streaming it.
You know, we're in that little bit of that box where Amazon is pending their approval of streaming it.
Our last documentary was award-winning, and they showed it.
Now, the real question, Steve, is will they show it again?
I'm not sure, but don't worry.
We're going to get it out on every platform possible.
steve bannon
So if people go to conservative.org, they can see where you're going to show it.
So if they want to attend in New Jersey or whatever, or also they can download it and stream it.
Correct.
They got two options.
matt schlapp
Absolutely.
And our belief is everyone needs to hear and see these stories.
You know, when you see the compilation of all the ways in which this coordinated attack, which you and I know is a spirit, there's a spiritual side to this attack, too, on everything that's good and holy and decent in society.
steve bannon
No, but this is, look, I love the book you came out with, and Culture Killers sounds, if the movie's anything like the trailer, people are going to be at the edge of the seats.
Matt, good luck tonight.
You got the president.
It's a big premiere in screening in Mar-a-Lago.
Last one we had was Dave Bossi.
It went very well.
We anticipate yours is going to go great.
matt schlapp
We look forward to all the... The Bossi movie was... If we don't, if we don't secure our elections, we got nothing.
But I tell you, this election's about woke It's about the war on parents.
It's about the war on cops.
It's about the war on the police.
I mean, that's what this election is about, and that's why a lot of Democrats are going to vote for our candidates.
steve bannon
I am still on Twitter, believe it or not, at mschlapp.
matt schlapp
And I'm learning all my other handles on all these, uh, other, and you know, you're not going to believe he's here, Steve.
Look up.
unidentified
He does a great job.
Great job.
steve bannon
Wow.
Wow.
Special guest appearance.
matt schlapp
I needed to say my true social handle, which, you know, I'm learning.

I'll get, I'll get it straight.

Good luck tonight, Matt.
