Here's your host, Stephen K. Banham.
OK, we want to thank our distributors everywhere.
Real America's Voice, G News, the guys over at Getter, everywhere.
Frank TV, John Frank's Radio Network, you can get us everywhere.
We're ubiquitous and we're free.
So we appreciate all of our distribution partners.
And of course, Go to warren.org and download the podcast.
OK, and give us a review.
Download the podcast right there.
You can give us a review because the podcast is on fire.
We do that after the after we take the show and cut it into a podcast.
Make sure you you get that.
Although I do believe the shows.
The podcast is an audio.
I do believe it's it's better as a video and we're going to try to figure that out.
But the watching on TV with Rural America's Voice and the other streaming services is, I think, the best way to see it, given everything we put up.
OK, we got America's Mayor Rudy coming in.
A ton of topics to talk about, particularly Rudy's driving influence on the laptop from hell and the coming impeachment of Joe Biden and the Biden crime family, as Rudy so delicately puts it.
But before that, I gotta bring in Fincham.
The lead story on the Gateway Pundit, and I reach out to the Hoffs because it's kind of confusing to me.
It sounds great in the headlines, but maybe I get into the details.
I'm a little let down, maybe.
So I got the one and only Mark Fincham, who's running for Secretary of State out in Arizona.
Mark, the headline in Gateway this morning, the great Gateway pundit, was about Brnovich finally getting off his ass and doing something about Katie Hobbs, the criminal Secretary of State out in Arizona, and actually referring criminal charges, I think, to Cochise County is one of the counties.
I don't know if that's getting off his plate.
Explain to us, and I'm going to have Rudy come in right after you, what did Brnovich do?
She's broken so many laws, right?
What did Brnovich do? | ||
And I notice this is not about 2020.
That's what, what has she done recently?
That's worse than she did in 2020.
And why is Brnovich not prosecuting herself on a criminal charges?
Why is he kicking it down to some County?
Good morning, Steve. | ||
So there's, you got a whole bunch of questions there and I'm going to try and get to all of them.
First off, the reason it was referred to Cochise County is because Katie Hobbs and Bernovich were already in court on this, so he's conflicted out.
Basically, what he's calling her out for is a memo from January 16th, I believe, where he explicitly told her, if you take the online petition gathering tool that is required by law, mandated by law, the Secretary of State maintained, if you take that down before the end of the collection period, You're committing a class six felony or class three misdemeanor, depending upon the facts and circumstances.
She did it anyhow. | ||
And the reality of that is it doesn't affect statewide offices like the one that she's running for, but it does affect legislative offices.
That means that rural legislators and even some of the folks in suburban Arizona are unable to collect signatures online.
And this is leading up to, we're just days away from the close of the nomination petition collection period.
So what she's done is she has interfered with the political process of candidates getting on the ballot.
That is serious. | ||
And this woman has been lawless all throughout this last year.
So is this going to lead to a criminal process?
They're trying to clearly change the makeup of the legislature.
They understand they don't like Republican, although you guys are right at the cusp of both.
They want to tip it back to Democrats.
One, is she going to be able to accomplish that?
Is she going to actually be charged and gone after on criminal charges?
Or is this just more of a hopium?
I don't think this is hopium, Steve.
The referral of this to a county prosecutor is a pretty serious matter.
And Cochise County is apparently Conservative county.
It's a rural county. | ||
So this is one of those counties that would be affected by the kind of activity that Hobbs is engaged in.
I think this is very serious.
You've got evidence, clear cut evidence.
You've got a warning. | ||
In fact, I think she got two warnings.
So you have an act. | ||
You're able to show that there was a premeditation here.
So she knowingly did this.
I don't see how this doesn't end up in some kind of a conviction.
unidentified
|
Wow. | |
I think it will go to court.
She's going to try and defend herself, obviously.
She's going to make all kinds of claims.
But at the end of the day, she committed a crime.
Wow. Wow, Mark, we got to bounce.
How do people get to you, find out about your campaign, to actually become an honest and rule of law Secretary of State?
Katie Hobbs is a lawless criminal running for governor, but that's a whole different, that's a typical Democrat, right?
They're all either criminals or incompetents.
Take your pick. | ||
Your two options as a Democrat, they're either total criminals or they're incompetents.
Yeah, I'm going for what's known as the Democrat Party, yeah.
People can follow me at realmarkfincham.com, that's V-O-T-E, F like Frank, I-N like Nancy, C-H-E-M.com.
You can also find me out on Truth Social, at realmarkfincham, and I would encourage people to please follow me because I'm posting a lot of news out there these days.
Brother Fincham, thank you very much.
Let me go to Rudy Giuliani, America's Mayor.
So I've got so much to get to of the lawlessness of the Biden crime family in the And the intelligence community covering it up, and the media covering it up, and now it's finally coming out, they can't not admit it.
But Rudy, I gotta go back in time.
Katie Hobbs, I understand Brnovich is on her for this latest thing.
Was she a criminal in the way that she oversaw the 2020 presidential election in Arizona?
In your mind, as a former U.S.
head, former head of the Southern District of New York, somebody that put the mob away, that broke the five families, somebody put Milken and the crooks on Wall Street away, someone that came in as a mayor and cleaned up New York City from its lawlessness and its anarchy and its chaos.
Rudy Giuliani. | ||
Is Katie Hobbs and the way she oversaw She was certainly worthy of being the subject of a criminal investigation.
Having not investigated her, I can't tell you that she could be prosecuted, but she did enough illegal in the sense of civil illegal.
She violated the Constitution of the United States by taking on power she didn't have.
There were so many irregularities when you go through that report in Arizona.
It's hard to know how many you could pin on her, how many she could talk her way out of.
But she certainly was worthy of a very, very serious criminal investigation for that.
And she certainly was one of the people that covered up.
For example, as you remember, they never wanted to show us the paper ballots in Arizona.
They never wanted to show us the paper ballots in Arizona because they knew, as we've now found out, that there were 100,000 or more that were illegal.
And they would have been spotted had we been able to see them.
Also, they have all kinds of out-of-town voting, out-of-state voting.
Actually, in that area, they may lead the crooked states.
So all of this is under her purview.
How much of it was she involved with?
I can't tell you directly, but she sure as heck, first of all, she should have been fired immediately, impeached for Oh, the wrongdoing she did.
And the election in Arizona was a disgrace to the United States, as the one in Georgia was.
Of course, in the Democratic Party, you're either criminal or incompetent.
Of course, what happens to her, she runs for governor.
unidentified
|
So why not? | |
We got a president that's a 30-year organized criminal.
Let's talk about that. | ||
Let's go back to the summer of 2020.
What a great segue. | ||
Let's go back to the summer of 2020, when Rudy Giuliani, the guy that has the computer store, comes to Rudy Giuliani in the summer of 2020.
And Rudy got me involved because of my knowledge of China and the Chinese Communist Party.
He said, hey, will you take a look at this part?
It was literally six minutes, five minutes into it, I go, holy mo-ho-ho.
I said, Rudy, this is unbelievable.
Yeah, I can't say it. | ||
No, it blew me away. | ||
Rudy, this is what I don't get.
And this is why you're such a hero.
And remember, folks, let me frame this.
Every time you see him coming after Rudy on something or something like that, Rudy is a true warrior.
He don't back off one inch.
The whole hard drive from hell and laptop from hell and Hunter Biden and all of it would not exist.
If Rudy Giuliani, if they had not come, if the guy running the store said, Rudy Giuliani is a man of integrity, Rudy Giuliani is a warrior, Rudy Giuliani is a fighter, and I'll get to Rudy Giuliani.
And then Rudy brought in experts in every area to go through it.
Both in the pornography, the child situation, all the different payoffs and stuff like that.
He reached out to me for my knowledge of the Chinese Communist Party and what they've done.
Every different expert.
And then Rudy, because of his reputation, was able to get the New York Post.
And the amazing team at the New York Post, particularly the lawyers, right, and the technology people to ascertain this.
Rudy, you very quickly came to the opinion, as we did check-ins, that this thing was real.
The New York Post got involved in September, but by October is ready to go.
And now, finally, the Washington Post and New York Times are coming out and verifying it in March of 2022.
What does that tell you about this?
First off, Barr and Wray have it in December of 19.
Rudy gets it in the summer and makes it a thing for the nation to see in September, October of 2020.
And now in March of 2022, the finally the Washington Post, Tom Hamburger, the Pulitzer Prize winning team is now verifying because Jack Max, he's carpet bombing this stuff every day, is now verifying this.
What does that tell you about the system that we have that that runs that runs the United States about the lawless criminals in every area that run this country, Rudy?
I mean, in a very large measure, we're a corrupt country.
It's a horrible thing to say about the country that we love.
I mean, not everyone, obviously, there are many of us who are disgusted by it.
But we are we are now run by a group of criminals.
And the media is equally complicit, as is Silicon Valley.
I mean, it's a conspiracy between them.
You know, they they censor people because They're asked by the Biden administration or the Democratic Party to do it, or they do it on their own because they're partisan left-wings.
I really consider them socialists or communists.
And they're crooks. | ||
The reason they fought so hard to keep Trump out is because he was going to break up their game.
He was going to break up probably the biggest con operation that ever existed.
Look, some of them are making millions, some are making billions.
The whole thing with coronavirus led to trillions.
So, I mean, this is a heck of a thing we're talking about.
Much more money than you or I ever thought of maybe five years ago when we thought about the deep state.
It's much deeper. | ||
It's much more dangerous.
It makes the mafia look like a small organization.
And these people are ruthless.
And willing to lie. | ||
People always wondered, why didn't I just give this to the New York Times or the Washington Post?
Well, they just prove why.
They're still lying about it.
If you listen to them, there's no evidence of Joe Biden's involvement in this.
The evidence against Joe Biden in the hard drive is stronger than against Hunter Biden.
I sent you what I consider to be the core of my racketeering case.
In a racketeering case, you have to prove ongoing criminal activity.
I never had a piece of evidence like this.
One of the co-conspirators, Hunter Biden, describes on Christmas Day, 2018, to his daughter, the racketeering enterprise.
He writes it out. | ||
He says, I love all of you, but I don't receive any respect.
I hope you all can do what I did and paid for everything for this entire family for 30 years.
It's really hard, but don't worry.
Unlike Pop, I won't make you give me half your salary.
So that's the core. | ||
That is the core of the racketeering enterprise.
The fact that the Washington Post, the New York Times, the rest of those criminals haven't published that, tells you they're crooks.
And this is what they would have done to us if I had put this out in 2020.
They'd have left that out.
They'd have pretended it wasn't there.
They'd probably doctor up a couple of quotes, and they'd give up Hunter Biden immediately, and they'd say, poor Joe, poor Joe, he was just going easy with his son who was addicted, without explaining that Joe is probably the reason why Hunter Biden is so addicted.
I mean, I'd put the responsibility squarely on Joe Biden's head.
This would be like prosecuting Sammy the Bull and giving John Gotti, you know, the freedom medal.
I want to take a short commercial break, Rudy, and come back, and here's what I want to lay out.
When America's Mayor, people know him as America's Mayor for 9-11, and really us, the people, folks that lived and loved New York City remember him as cleaning up a city that was overwhelmed by anarchy and chaos.
But before that, as the head of the Southern District of New York, he went out and broke up the five families.
And Rudy Giuliani's genius came after that.
Because he took the racketeering construct and turned it on to the bigger criminals on Wall Street.
That's what he's telling the American people right now, what we can do.
Short commercial break.
America's Mayor, the great Rudy Giuliani, joins us in the Royal Room, next.
unidentified
|
You're reporting here because this is very, very bad for the President's son.
It is. | ||
And it's an investigation, as you pointed out, going back to 2018.
And right now, prosecutors in Delaware are focusing on a number of things, including whether Hunter Biden and some of his business associates violated laws, including tax and money laundering laws and foreign lobbying laws.
A lot of this has to do with Hunter Biden's time working with this company called Burisma, an energy company in Ukraine.
He was getting paid as much as $50,000 a month for that company during a time that The Joe Biden, his father, was vice president, was in charge of handling Ukraine issues for the Obama administration.
And that, of course, raised questions of a conflict.
Well, Brianna, this is a very real, very substantial investigation of potentially serious federal crimes.
We are seeing federal prosecutors in Delaware do exactly what you would expect I expect to see federal prosecutors do in this situation.
They're talking to witnesses.
They're bringing people into the grand jury.
They're issuing subpoenas.
And I would expect, as Evan reported, they're now gaining steam, and they need to make a decision, I think, in the at least intermediate future.
This case has been going on for four years, and there is a realistic chance this could result in federal charges.
Of course, then we'd be in unprecedented political territory, not legal territory, but a situation of having potentially the Justice Department prosecuting and trying to imprison See, there's another misdirection play that goes much deeper than that.
Hunter Biden's just the new business guy.
He's drinking what the client's drinking.
And quite frankly, Rudy and I do sometimes disagree on this part of it.
I think the whole Burisma thing is a sideshow to the main event, which is the Chinese, although Burisma is up to his neck.
The way the media is cramming this is a poor drug-addicted son is over there and yeah, he's done some bad things and paid some taxes and some investigation.
I want to make sure I just do a quick reset here.
Rudy Giuliani, you've watched The Godfather and all, Rudy Giuliani broke the five families in New York.
Those scenes in The Godfather when the Don's sitting there talking about they're gonna bring the drugs into Harlem, the five families.
Well, a guy named Rudy Giuliani, a young Italian kid, He broke the five families in the 80s, okay, using RICO, using racketeering charges.
He then turned, and this was the genius, because I was working at Goldman Sachs and we were the raid defense team against Milken, who were coming with these junk bonds on every company in America and destroying the companies, taking their pension funds, all that.
Rudy Giuliani, in his brilliance, turned the guns on them and said, hey, you know what?
I think I can use these racketeering charges, but the racket on Wall Street, and it was a racket.
And guess what? | ||
Boesky, Milken, all of them went to prison.
He broke it using racketeering.
So Rudy Giuliani, when the phrase racketeering crosses his lips, you should pay attention because this is the godfather of that.
Rudy Giuliani. | ||
Forget Hunter Biden and something on his taxes.
Is there a racketeering case to be made against the Biden crime family?
And I mean, Joe Biden, the illegitimate regime head and the two brothers.
I think it's James and Frank.
Because Hunter's just a clown.
He's the guy that's sending on the plane to go drink with the clients drinking and kind of be the guy that hunts the deals down.
The guys that execute the transactions and squeeze out the cash, whether it's from Iraq, Ukraine, or principally the Chinese Communist Party, that's Biden and his brothers.
Rudy Giuliani, racketeering, Biden family.
Yes, it's a very, very clear case.
Rarely is the contract spelled out as clearly as Hunter Biden did for his daughter.
The boss gets 50% for 30 years.
They also take care of the boss's expenses and then they whack up the rest.
This is not uncommon. | ||
You know that's not uncommon in China.
It's a form of Chinese organized crime as well.
The Chinese are expert at getting the money to the relatives and then the relatives get it to the family.
Get it to the key guy. | ||
So, yeah, and I should emphasize, racketeering is also, I used it against politicians.
Congressman Biagi was convicted.
A number of commissioners in Ed Koch's administration.
It's kind of what made me a natural candidate for mayor.
And also, it's been upheld by the courts.
And Professor Robert Blakey, who wrote the statute, said, I wrote it for all forms of Criminal activity that become entrenched, that become businesses.
That's why the 30 years is so important.
When I saw that, I said to myself, I don't think I ever started off with a better racketeering case than when I saw Joe Bonanno's book and he had a chart of the commission on the mafia.
I mean, he just gave me the core of the business enterprise.
The commodity they're selling is Joe's influence.
They're giving money to Joe in two forms, expenses And then 50% of the income.
And when you look at what they're paying for, you could almost limit it to, I call it the point man racketeering case.
Every time Obama makes Biden a point man, like in Iraq, he's supposed to have our troops stay in Iraq to protect the people that got killed after we left.
He fails. | ||
The brother gets a third of a $1.5 billion housing contract in Iraq.
He goes to Ukraine. | ||
He's supposed to help them against the Russians, but he won't give them any guns.
He fails for America, but the family takes out 8 to 14 million.
He goes to China. | ||
You're right, it is the big one.
He goes to China to try to get them to back off the Sakhalin Islands.
Obama calls him the point man.
He comes back a big failure.
Go check the contemporary newspapers.
They actually criticize him.
But they don't tell you that the son gets a $1 billion commitment to a totally crooked private equity fund, which includes Whitey Bulger's nephew.
Whitey Bulger, an organized criminal, is included as a partner in that private equity fund, which he may still be a member of.
We're not sure. | ||
We're going to have you back on to make the case, but I got to get to New York City for a second and what needs to be done there.
But quickly, how do we get this racketeering thing rolling?
What's the call to action here for this audience?
Tell me what we have to do, because this is obviously vital to the nation, sir.
Whenever they say, you know, we got 10% for the big guys for that one Chinese transaction, We've got to make it clear he got 50% for 30 years.
He got 50% of the money for 30 years, according to his son.
That has never been printed by any of the newspapers.
They leave it out as if the text doesn't exist.
It's right there with all the other texts.
We will get on that and we'll talk.
We'll get you back on in more depth.
I've got to pivot to New York City and New York State.
I've got to do this because I love New York City.
I've lived there on and off for many, many years.
I love the place. | ||
I know you have a deep love in your hometown.
It is, it breaks my heart to see what's happening in New York City.
It is a city that's descended into anarchy and chaos and the criminality is at every level shocking.
You have a DA that's clearly incompetent.
You have a mayor I think's incompetent.
Tell me what can happen and can the governor, can we get, is it take a Republican governor to step in in Albany and then turn around and try to claim it?
I mean, what are people to do here?
Well, it takes a Republican governor in all these states that are setting records for crime right now.
We've got a crime wave that's Kind of unprecedented right now going on in America.
The main thing that the governor should do is copy Ronald Reagan and make believe that criminal justice is the Defense Department.
Ronald Reagan cut every damn thing in government, including my Justice Department, and I had to do the cutting.
But he increased defense spending right away by 15, eventually by 25%.
And he spent the Soviet Union, in Gorbachev's words, into oblivion.
He has to fund if my son is governor, which I hope happens.
First thing I would tell him to do is you cut it.
You cut that entire budget the way I did.
And then you take all that money and you put it in the police.
And then you start requiring them the counties that want it to follow the rules that you said.
But maybe he's not going to want it.
Hang on. | ||
You're the greatest mayor in the city of New York's history.
The greatest mayor. | ||
And there is no second. | ||
Rudy Giuliani. | ||
Tell me now about this mayor and this DA.
This city is collapsing into anarchy and chaos and criminality, Rudy.
Is it their actions that are doing this?
Well, I mean, the first action has to be to remove Brett.
The governor has the power.
Jokes around about it and says that if I'm really nice to him, he'll let me deliver the pink slip.
But I mean, seriously, that should be the first act of the next governor.
And you're telling me, I want to make sure I clear Andrew Giuliani as governor of New York, the first action he will take will be to dismiss and they have the power to dismiss the DA and the mayor that was elected.
Yeah, you could just Roosevelt dismissed Walker.
I mean, you can dismiss a mayor.
I could have at any time been dismissed by the governor of New York.
Now, I get a hearing, but I'm not the mayor.
In the case of Bragg, he gets dismissed for not following his oath of office.
He doesn't have a right to set up whole categories of crime that he's not going to prosecute.
He has the right to not prosecute a particular case for some reason, but he doesn't have a right to say, oh, I'm not going to prosecute anybody that does a holdup but doesn't shoot anybody.
I mean, that is violating, I promise, to uphold the laws of the state of New York.
Ouch! | ||
Go ahead, fight me in court.
Do you believe that Bragg and Adams have to be removed from New York City?
I don't believe Adams has to be removed.
I think Adams will go along if he has to.
Adams is 50-50, Steve. | ||
He gave a great speech to the cops the other day about not having cameras too close to The cameras are now being used selectively to hurt them.
He has fought quietly, too quietly in my view, for bail reform.
He should go see Hochul and basically squeeze her, politically squeeze her, and tell her, you want my support?
You better do bail reform.
Hold on, but you're saying Andrew Giuliani as governor, his first action would be to remove Bragg as the DA of New York City?
That's his first action?
Yeah, and offer New York City a large amount of money to hire more cops.
And let's see Adams turn that down.
He won't turn it down. | ||
Adams wants to get reelected, he just doesn't know how to do it.
You've got 30 seconds. | ||
Give me your podcast and how do people get there?
The podcast is on fire. | ||
How do people get there?
Rudy Giuliani, CS.com.
Rudy Giuliani, CS.com.
I do an interview, this one with John Solomon, because just like the hard drive is opening up now, the elections are bursting open.
They're just not covering it.
I mean, the report on Wisconsin was devastating.
Devastating. | ||
Devastating. | ||
We'll have you back on on that, and I want to have you back on about the Ukraine situation.
There's so much, Rudy, we've got to tap your expertise and brilliance, and particularly the racketeering efforts against the Biden crime family.
Rudy, thank you very much.
Short break, we'll be back with the Worm in a second.

Lindsey Graham announced on the Senate floor he is a no on confirming Judge Katonji Brown Jackson on the Supreme Court.
Senator Graham is speaking live right now.
The senior senator from the Palmetto State cited his issues with Jackson's record on child pornography cases that Republican senators used to try and discredit her during her hearings.
Not tried to discredit her.
Let's not spin it MSNBC.
Did discredit her. | ||
This has nothing to do with Judge Jackson's qualifications.
Judge Jackson went to the finest university in this country, undergraduate.
She went to the finest law school, right?
And I'm an alumni, so I can brag about it.
She's Clark for the best people.
Her academic credentials are unparalleled.
The time at her law firm, top law firm, Morrison Foster, great.
Clark for the right people.
She's qualified. | ||
Except for when you talk about her judgment.
And Lindsey Graham right there, and this is a massive victory of this audience.
Not one of these conservative groups, from Heritage, to the Judicial Crisis Network, to Leonard Leigh, and I love these guys.
Worked with them for a long time.
But, hey, no offense, you should not be stroking a check for them right now.
I don't want to see any more commercials about dark money, okay?
That's not the issue here.
Defend justice other people supported. That's just not the issue Where the Germans called the sphere point right the center of gravity of what the issue is the line of attack?
Is about her judgment about?
child rape and torture Let's not call it pornography.
Child rape and torture and people that watch that and make money off it.
Okay? | ||
There's something disturbing and I think disqualifies her.
And I say that this is not my line of country and we were totally quiet on this and not even going to cover it.
Up until Mike Davis came to us, and it's a great victory for this audience.
202-224-3121. | ||
Lindsey Graham is a no, and Lindsey Graham was going to be a yes at the committee, and was promoting her all over town.
It was going to be 65-35.
Now we're coming down to the thing itself.
50-50, or it's going to be the hardest vote.
The vote is going to, Mark Kelly's going to be defeated in Arizona if he votes yes.
It's the hardest, it's a Pyrrhic victory.
This will be a career-ending vote for the Senator in Nevada and the Senator in Arizona.
So bring it. | ||
And this thing's just heating up.
Dave is going to drop a lot more information today.
We told you we just had him on here.
So this thing's heating up and we're going to be manning the ramparts on this.
Harriet Hageman, I'm so glad that you came in here.
You're like, everybody in town's buzzing.
You've been here, this big group meeting with the conference, Elise Stefanik and all the great folks over there.
Everybody wants to know, because this thing heats up every day and she's in everybody's grill.
Liz Cheney is not only not, something's happened that's triggered her on her just absolute raw hatred for Donald Trump.
And I can see the folks in Wyoming, but it's even gotten to the thing that it's just, it's uncomfortable to watch.
She has an obsession with Trump.
So everybody, when we announced that you were coming on, what people want to know is, how is the race going?
She has to be defeated. | ||
And she has to be defeated at the ballot box.
She can't be removed. | ||
She's got to go with her constituents, although there's a great website about Liz Cheney for Virginia.
But for the folks in Wyoming, have to vote her out of office.
How is that going, man? | ||
It's going fantastic. | ||
We've been traveling the state extensively over the last several months since I was in here last time.
We continue to go to the larger cities and the small towns and meet with voters all over the state.
We spend two hours at a time in town halls everywhere we go.
And what are they telling you?
What's the feedback you're getting?
Well, they're worried about the issues.
They're worried about the current administration.
They're worried about what Biden is doing.
They're worried about things like the Supreme Court nomination.
They're worried about all of that.
They're worried about inflation.
They're worried about the open border.
They're worried about just the horrible policies coming out of this administration.
They're worried about what's happened with our oil and gas industries.
Uh, but the other thing is that they're very, very, very fed up with Liz Cheney.
And the reason that I think that they're talking a lot policy with me is because so many of them have moved beyond Liz Cheney even being our representative.
They recognize... I think the thing, you don't see her in policy except for, and I'll leave the Ukraine thing off to the side for a second, but it's just all January 6th, January 6th, January 6th.
The country is, NBC did the poll which shows no enthusiasm from Democrats.
The bottom's falling out.
We could have a hundred seat victory here.
And yet, all she's doing is January 6th, January 6th, January 6th, and not addressing any of the issues that impact the nation or the folks in Wyoming.
Well, I think that you used the appropriate word, which was obsession.
She is obsessed with January 6th, and she's obsessed with Donald Trump.
But she's repeated the reasons many, many times, and we need to take her at her word.
It isn't about finding out what is the truth.
It is about making sure that Donald Trump never gets near the Oval Office again.
She has said that probably six times.
She's also said that she spends the vast majority of her time working on the January 6th Commission.
So this is a total abuse of power.
It is not about due process.
It's not about getting to the facts.
It's not about finding out exactly what happened on January 6th and looking at the broad spectrum of activities that day.
It's not about finding out who Ray Epps is.
It's not finding out about whether there were provocateurs in the in the crowd.
It was about it is about persecuting Donald Trump and his supporters.
That's what this is about.
That's what she's focusing on.
But that isn't the issue for Wyoming.
In Wyoming, we are concerned about $5 a gallon diesel.
We can't raise food. | ||
In Wyoming? | ||
In Wyoming. | ||
We cannot raise food with $5 a gallon diesel.
We are concerned about gas prices.
We are concerned about the fact that they've stopped permitting and leasing on federal lands.
We are concerned, again, about the border.
We're concerned about illegal immigration.
We are concerned about federal overreach.
I mean, there were so many issues that are of importance.
We're worried about Liz Cheney is not.
Liz Cheney is focused on her obsession.
Before I get to what you do as a congressman, you talk to two or three parties, I gotta bring up this thing about the House.
They had the opportunity, and I think you explained to the audience, because it's a national audience, obviously this is a nationalized race, Can Democrats come and vote in a Republican primary?
And people are confused about, and the Wyoming legislation didn't cut that off.
Tell me what's happening.
Actually, Democrats can come and support here against you.
You ain't getting any Democrat votes.
Or you maybe get some old school folks that still say Democrats, but they're Trump people.
But how can they use Democrats to defeat you?
Well, in Wyoming, we allow crossover voting, even on the day of the primary.
So as a Democrat, you can walk into your polling station and you can change over and become a Republican, take a Republican ballot, vote that Republican ballot, walk back over, change back to a Democrat, and walk out the door.
So we tried that there was an effort this year to well actually there's been repeated efforts to stop that.
The problem is is in the Wyoming we are a one party state and we have a lot of Democrats in the Republican Party and they know that if they vote for that crossover bill that it's going to affect their ability to get elected as well.
This is kind of the swamp.
The tiny swamp that's in Wyoming.
Yeah, the horse tank. | ||
That's what this is. | ||
Yes, it is. | ||
Is there enough Democrats to, because people are concerned, are there enough Democrats to support her?
Because she's on MSNBC every night.
Is there enough Democrats to support her to defeat you?
Well, we are confident that we are going to be able to defeat Liz Cheney, even with the crossover voting.
So, there's 40-45,000 registered Democrats in the state of Wyoming.
The vast majority of our voters are Republican.
We have almost 200,000 registered Republicans.
And she's just, she can't get above 20-25%.
She's just really limited.
She has a ceiling. | ||
There are very few people in Wyoming who like her.
She's that unpopular. | ||
She's that unpopular. | ||
And it was interesting, I was reading an article from her alleged hometown newspaper this week, the Jackson Hole Guide.
They made the observation that she had not had a public meeting in Jackson, Wyoming since 2016.
She doesn't come back to Wyoming.
She doesn't interact with the voters.
In six years? | ||
In six years since she was first elected.
So she got elected in 2016.
She hasn't even bothered to come back.
unidentified
|
She's not had a meeting or town hall.
Wow. | ||
She doesn't come talk to the voters.
She doesn't really care.
She really is from Virginia.
She is from Virginia. | ||
She lives in Virginia. | ||
There's a side up that I know is mocking her now, but the reality is it's true.
She is from Virginia. | ||
She is from Virginia. | ||
She doesn't really have any connection.
Her husband's law firm is in Washington, D.C.
Her family is here. | ||
Her kids go to school here.
She is from Virginia. | ||
She always has been. | ||
She just bought a house in Wyoming and decided to run for Congress.
She was elected in 2016, but you know what?
Now it's time to elect someone that's actually from Wyoming.
We've got a couple minutes.
I'm going to ask you about what you do, but I want to make sure everybody has access to your site.
I want to do two shots here.
It's the last day of the quarter, just in the practicality of politics.
How do people get to your website and find out more about your campaign and more about you?
If they're so inclined, maybe hit you with a couple of bucks.
HegemanforWyoming.com.
HegemanforWyoming.com, and it is the end of the quarter.
She's raised a lot of money from the swamp here in Washington, D.C.
Let's talk about that. | ||
Does that rub people in Wyoming the wrong way?
Because she's got a massive war chest.
She does, but it is rubbing people the wrong way.
Now, we had a wonderful event last night that Leader McCarthy headlined, but we also, there was Rand Paul.
I had a great visit with him last night, Jim Jordan.
We have over 100 members of the House Republican, yeah, it's incredible, that we're hosts and that have signed on, so I'm very honored to have that.
When you see the vibe, because I actually think that Cheney, you will defeat, but I think Cheney's running for president against Trump, and that's where she's raising the war chest from the swamp here in the defense industry.
But when you see, when you're there with 100 last night, it's pretty overwhelming That they would do it against someone that had such seniority in the Republican Party.
And obviously Dick Cheney, her dad, is still very dialed in.
What's the sense you get when you come in as a freshman congressman?
Tell me, what is the driving force that you're focused on and the vibe you're getting from folks last night of where we're going to go in the new Congress if we have a sweeping 40, 50, 60 seat victory?
Where do you think it's going?
You know, in shorthand, we're taking our country back.
We're getting back to our constitutional foundation.
We're going to block the agenda of this radical Biden and Pelosi administration.
We're going to stop the nonsense.
Is this what people in Wyoming want?
Absolutely. | ||
They're telling you, we've had enough of this.
We're sending you there and we don't hear any happy talk.
We want everyday confrontation.
Absolutely. | ||
We're going to fight. | ||
We're going to fight. | ||
We're going to fight this war on our fossil fuels.
We're going to fight and try to get some kind of common sense monetary policy back in place where we're not dealing with this horrific inflation that is affecting every single person in this country.
I mean, we're just flat taking our country back.
So when the mainstream media is going to flip, the New York Times is going to flip and say, the Hageman's world is nothing but obstructionists and they're obstructing the administration.
But your constituents in Wyoming want this obstructed.
They don't want, they don't want, they've had enough of this nonsense, the runaway inflation, all of it, and they want you to come in and say, stop, we're not doing this anymore.
It's not just my constituents in Wyoming.
It's everybody across this country.
What we're watching is we're watching what I have said for years is that the Democrats destroy everything they touch.
And that's what we're observing in this administration.
Everything came together at exactly the same time.
This is a moment in time where we get to see what these policies really are and what they do and the destruction that they that they leave in their wake.
Whether, again, it's $5 a gallon diesel, it is the inflation, it is the food costs, it is so much.
The Democrats destroy everything that they touch and we've got to stop it.
It's not obstructionism, it's about saving our country.
You're fighting a fight that has literally global... and people in Wyoming, I hope the folks, good folks in Wyoming understand that this is a fight not just on a national level, a global level.
What Liz Cheney's got in mind, and she's running for President against Trump, there's no doubt.
You're the first block to stop it, to defeat her in Congress.
But she's got ambitions to take on the MAGA movement and to take on... You're the first block, right?
But after you defeat her, she's going to try to go do everything.
That's what she's raising.
And people should understand, she's raising a war chest.
That is enormous. | ||
That's why, once again, give your website, because you've got to support Harriet.
If you're so inclined, I want you to go and find out more about her.
How do people do it? | ||
HagemanforWyoming.com, and this is about an America First policy.
That's who and what I am, and she's a globalist.
We need to stop her. | ||
When does she start running the negative Harriet ads?
They're going to carpet bomb you in the future, don't you know?
Yeah, I keep being told that.
What I keep saying is there's not a lot to go after me about.
All I've been doing is fighting for Wyoming for most of my career.
So there's not a lot there.
I guess they can make stuff up, which is what they'll do.
You're fantastic. | ||
Okay, one more time. | ||
How do people get there?
HagemanforWyoming.com.
Thank you to everybody.
Any support you can provide would be fantastic.
Okay, I want everybody to go check it out.
I think you'll like what you see.
Steve, thank you. | ||
Thank you. | ||
It's an honor to have you in here.
Good fight. | ||
Wait until the corporate bombing starts.
You're tough enough. | ||
There's no doubt that you're Wyoming tough.
Yes. | ||
Cowboy up. | ||
Okay, we're going to be back in a moment.
We're going to go to Rome and talk about the Ukraine situation.
Ben Harnwell in the War Room in just a moment.

God bless the USA Bible.
It's Lee Greenwoods. | ||
Got turned down by his publisher.
Ended up publishing the Satanic Bible.
They turned down his Bible because he included documents, the founding documents, the divinely inspired founding documents of like the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, the Constitution.
They thought that was outrageous and so they blocked it.
We've pardoned with him.

Okay, I want to go to Rome, and I've had a packed show today.
I want to go to our own Ben Harnwell.
Ben, walk us through the latest and greatest.
I just want to say about the dollar and all the fiasco right now, and this is Germany.
This is the front page of my beloved Financial Times of London.
Germany and Austria prepare gas rationing and standoff with Russia.
Russia's basically saying that, hey, if you're going to sanction me, and particularly if you're going to try to crush my central bank and my economy by destroying the ruble in my central bank with the U.S.
dollar, I can punch back and you're going to buy my gas and I heat all your homes?
Well, you're going to pay me in rubles.
And they weren't prepared for that.
So now the citizens there are getting ready for rationing.
Ben Harnwell, what's the latest out of Europe on the Ukraine situation?
Morning, Steve. | ||
Well, we spoke yesterday about Sergei Lavrov, the Russian foreign minister, going to China.
I'm just going to read a very short extract from China's readout.
This is their official summary that they released after the end of their meeting.
Because it's very important, okay?
This is what they said. | ||
The Ukrainian issue is not only the outbreak of the long-term accumulation of security conflicts in Europe, But also the result of the Cold War mentality and group confrontation.
That's a direct quote of Wang Yi, the Chinese foreign minister.
He goes on to say, in the long run, we should learn the lessons of the Ukraine crisis, respond to the legitimate security concerns of all parties based on the principles of mutual respect and indivisibility of security.
Now, that is a direct That is a direct confrontation of the West's bullying that it has been attempting on China to support the West's sanctions on Russia and the direct backdrop of this meeting Yesterday, between Lavrov and Wang Yi, is the meeting that's taking place in Brussels from tomorrow onwards.
April the 1st, April Fool's Day, which is being hosted by Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Commission.
And here are the soundings coming out of the European Commission, right?
They said that they're going to ensure the neutrality of China, so that China doesn't help Russia, and they said that there will be consequences if China circumvents the sanctions.
So, China has just thrown back and thrown back hard.
And exactly as you've been saying, I think, from the very beginning of this crisis, what the United States and NATO and the European Union, the West generally, have done, acting way beyond their remit and legal basis, is that we are forcing Russia and China to form an ever closer axis between the two of them.
And other countries are joining that, as we discussed yesterday.
Okay, you're going to be in at noon.
You do your Get Her Live right at noon, right after the show.
It's going to be a spectacular day.
I want everybody to go right to Get Her and to watch Ben.
Tonight, I want to say about, we're in the middle of so many things and you're the driving force of it.
That's why people want to come on the show all the time and the audience is so powerful.
Lindsey Graham just gave us a note, went to the Senate floor to make a big deal about it.
And he said, remember Lindsey Graham was one of her biggest proponents and the people pushing her non-stop with all the media and having meetings in his office.
And Lindsey Graham went to the floor of the Senate and said, point blank, my mind changed because of her handling of these judgments around pornography, child pornography.
A no vote. | ||
So we're in the middle of it now.
McConnell, I think, is on our side on this thing.
You see, Grassley's on our side on this thing.
They've all flipped. | ||
They went from 65-35. | ||
This thing hangs in the balance.
Don't sit there and go, well, Collins always says yes.
It hangs in the balance, and particularly as new information comes out, and Mike Davis is putting that information out, and that information has to be dealt with.
I think, now that the committee's tied at 11-11 and they've got to do all these tricks to kind of get it out of there, my recommendation, and my recommendation to Judge Jackson, Is take the bull by the horns.
Don't let the White House hold you back.
Get the information. | ||
Let's go back to the committee and just vet it.
Let's vet it. | ||
This is a lifetime appointment.
And you shouldn't have this hanging over your head.
Let's clear the air. | ||
And the way to clear the air is get all the information out there and let's do it.
At five o'clock today, we have a war on the American family.
See, this is the front, the battlefield down there on Disney.
We've got an invasion of our southern border.
We have an economy that's literally in a freefall.
You have inflation that is burning out of control, and we've got to be very careful about hyperinflation.
We have inflation that's burning out of control.
You have the laptop from hell that shows all the criminality of the Biden family, and the cover-up by mainstream media and big tech, the oligarchs.
We've got the Tony Fauci situation that we're hammering every day, a lot of information to bring up on that about the vaccines.
This is a fourth turning.
This is an inflection point for this nation.
And the reason we expanded to the fourth hour of the show, we are here seven days a week, 20 hours a day to make sure that we're giving forth the information and providing a platform for your voice to be heard.
And remember, you are changing the arc of history here.
Both at the school board, in the village-by-village, but also in the macro sense.
This would have never happened.
Lindsey Graham would have never walked that floor and voted no if it had not been for this audience.
2-0-2, 2-2-4, 3-1-2-1.
And why don't you call Senator Graham and say, attaboy.
We're glad you listened to us.
We're glad you heard us.
And we're glad, really, that you went and looked at the evidence.
unidentified
|
Okay? | |
It's not about Judge Jackson's qualification.
She is highly qualified.
It is about Judge Jackson.
It's about... Thank you, Denver.
Can we get that louder? | ||
Right in my dramatic moment.
Oh boy. | ||
Okay. | ||
We'll be back here at five o'clock.
Don't... My producer's giving the big side.
Don't give the big eye roll.
It was a great show. | ||
Okay. | ||
Back here at five o'clock.
We're going to get into all this.
It's going to be packed today for two hours.
We'll see you back here at five. |
