story that NBC News has just confirmed in the last couple of minutes with the White House announcing it will excuse me with the with the lifting of what's called title 42 according to two sources familiar with this plan title 42 you know is this pandemic era policy put in place under former President Trump a policy that will officially end in late May NBC's Julia Ainsley has that reporting from her sources here Julia talk to us about what we're hearing so title 42 Hallie was put in place by the Trump administration and had long
thought to be lifted early on in the Biden administration.
That this wasn't necessary to stop the spread of COVID, to keep immigrants from coming across the southern border.
It's been in court battles for a long time now, and now we are understanding that the CDC has said that they believe Title 42, which is their authority to implement, That means families coming across the border with young children.
It means even single adults can cross the southern border and claim asylum.
It means a return to the status quo of our asylum system that existed pre-COVID.
Now, what that means for officials at DHS is there might be some scrambling going on.
They say that they want to do a phased approach so that they aren't overwhelmed by the resources at the border.
I've also had some sources say that Maybe this is giving people too much lead time.
I might encourage them to leave their homes in Central and South America to see if they can now come by May 23rd.
But of course the advocacy community says this is long overdue.
May 23rd is still too late and that they want to see a real commitment to see that all of these people get their day in court to have their cases heard, Hallie.
Julia, it's I think hard to overstate how much interest there was in this among advocacy groups and among people who follow this issue.
This is a highly, I think it's fair to say, a highly anticipated announcement based on what you're hearing from your sources is set to be coming down from the CDC.
Highly anticipated, but I can't tell you how often we've been reporting that they were just about to lift it.
I remember the July 31st 2021 deadline we were all expecting and then there'd be another wave or there might have been a surge in immigration.
Of course we are planning for multiple contingencies and we have every expectation that when the CDC ultimately decides it's appropriate to lift Title 42, there will be an influx of people to the border.
chuck todd
By looking at the key factors that influence the performance of a president's party in a midterm election, you have the issue of direction of the country, the president's job approval rating, and the generic congressional ballot here.
And just a reminder, right, these are big changes in a midterm 2010, 63 house seats.
Democrats held the Senate.
94, both flipped.
06, both flipped.
14, the Senate flipped.
18, the House flipped there, as you can see.
And what we're labeling as exceptional are the two times, essentially since 1990, that the incumbent party gained seats.
You can make a case it belongs in decent rather than exceptional.
But again, we're dealing with it within the Overton window here.
So, where are we right now?
Well, let's take a look.
The current round track in our poll is 71%.
What's really striking is third straight poll where the direction of the country has been above 70%.
Only been one other time we've had that in our poll.
It is not a good time and if you have 71%, forget, look, 65% wrong track is a bad number.
71%, that's why it is in the shellacking category.
Let's look at presidential job approval rating.
When Bill Clinton and George W. Bush had midterms that went their way, their job approval rating was right around 50 or north of it.
When you start dipping below 45, you've got a problem and you're going to have midterms that are in the bad to shellacking ratio.
President Biden's at 40.
George W. Bush was at 39% in 2006.
We know how that turned out.
So you see, that's also in shellacking territory.
Let's look at the generic ballot.
What you're going to see here is a narrow lead for the Republicans, 42 to 44.
And you're going to say, oh, that's competitive.
No, no, no, no, no.
And national polling is extremely rare because of the way gerrymandering is worked, the way Democrats are packed into districts.
You know, they have more 85% districts than the Republicans do.
The bottom line is generic ballot.
If the Democrats are losing, it means they're going to get walloped.
Last time in 2010, Republicans had a two-point advantage.
That translated to 63 seats.
So in summary right now, you've got three, essentially three numbers here that all point into dangerous territory for the Democrats and the incumbent party.
Presidential job rating at 40%, wrong track over 70%, and the Republicans leading in the generic ballot.
Not a good time.
steve bannon
Okay, it depends on what side of the aisle you're on.
It's a great time for us.
It's Wednesday, 30 March, Year of Our Lord 2022.
Chuck Todd just walks you through it.
As we keep saying, if we execute and do our job, it's a 100-seat pickup and we will run the country for 100 years.
100-seat majority for 100 years, we'd have a 100-seat pickup.
And that's the focus.
Chuck Todd's just walking you through the math of all the different indices.
To show that right now it looks like it could be above a 63-seat pickup, as we've talked about.
Equivalent or greater than the 2010 Tea Party revolt.
But people have to do their jobs, they have to make sure.
And part of it, the key part of it, Is to get the redistricting right and correct.
So on the full politics show at 6 o'clock, Anthony Sabatini is going to be back on with us to talk about the special session that's coming Easter Monday in Florida.
That is the Big Kahuna, also Missouri.
Breaking news up there about the redistricting.
Those are the two big ones that are left.
So we're going to get to all that a little bit later.
But one of the big things that's going to drive this, as Steve Cortes keeps saying, is inflation and immigration.
The two I's.
And I want to go to To Todd Bensman, Real America's Voice investigative reporter on the border.
Ben Berquam, Ben Berquam on the border, Real America's Voice.
Ben, Title 42 lifted today contingent on May 23rd, right?
So does that give people enough time To prepare for this.
Walk us through, what is the attitude of the folks down there in the rear Grand Valley that Title 42 is being lifted, the COVID restrictions being lifted, and all bets are off?
ben bergquam
Well, first off, it gives people south of the border time to get to the border.
That's exactly what's happening right now.
We've already got people, the people I interviewed at that Stripes gas station two days ago said they're already getting the word that Title 42 is going away.
It doesn't matter if it goes away in April or it goes away in May.
All that does is create an invitation to the world to come.
And so what we're going to start seeing over the next days and weeks and months leading up to that is a massive wave of people Coming through coming to the southern border and just waiting for that date.
It's going to be completely overwhelming speaking to Sheriff Joe Frank Martinez out of Eagle Pass.
He says it's not going to be a crisis.
It's going to be a disaster and I'm here in a little town called Carrizo Springs, Texas.
It's about 30 miles from Eagle Pass, Texas, and they're already talking about bringing people and dropping them off here.
This town has 5,500 people.
They're talking about dropping off hundreds of people per day here because they can't handle them in Eagle Pass and in Del Rio.
And all that's going to do is spread out to the communities around here.
And it's just like yesterday I saw.
What we're going to see is more deaths.
So they're pushing this date out to May.
Just like the women I saw walking with the two infants on their chest yesterday with the small boy that almost drowned when they were going across the river.
We're going to see more of that.
We're going to see more drownings.
We're going to see more dead people out in the desert.
People that are trying to get across because they know the invitation is ripe.
It's open.
And it all goes back to what the lead-in to your show said.
It's these activist groups that aren't okay.
They won't be okay until we have no borders, no walls, no USA at all.
That is the chant that they keep chanting.
And that's what they want to see.
They want to see these towns destroyed.
They don't care as long as their agenda is pushed forward.
steve bannon
Joe Frank Martinez is a Democrat, correct?
How's the politics on this playing down in the rear of Grand Valley?
I've seen the polling, but you're on the ground there all the time.
And many of the law enforcement officers and many members of the community you deal with are traditional Democrats, come from Democratic families like I do.
What is the sense of Democrats like Sheriff Joe Frank Martinez?
ben bergquam
Well, there's a major shift happening.
Sheriff Joe Frank is one of the anomalies.
He's still a Democrat, but he is absolutely against Washington, D.C.
He says it openly.
He's against Joe Biden and what he's doing.
He says it's destroying his community.
But what we're seeing most of the time, most of the folks I'm talking to, especially in law enforcement, used to be Democrats.
Now they are hardcore MAGA.
They are pro-Trump.
Because of what he did, to secure our country. He came along, we had Republicans and Democrats for years saying they were going to do it.
Both of them lied to the American people. President Trump came along and did it and now they're seeing the worst example in American history of security on our southern border in Joe Biden and the Democrats in Washington DC.
You are seeing a massive shift, a massive wave of people leaving the Democratic Party and moving to the Republican Party.
And we're going to see that in the midterms, and we're going to see that in the general election in 2024, if something major doesn't change.
And what we're going to see in these communities, really the shift is going to take place when these communities are overrun.
And just like yesterday, when we had waves of people coming across the river, Uh, it was a group after group after group and we're just sitting there with our cameras.
They already are stretched too thin.
The border patrol processing centers are already overflowing.
They're sending them out to NGOs the same day they pick them up.
They're not doing background checks.
They're not checking identities.
They're not doing biometric testing.
They're not checking if the men that are bringing the children or the fathers of the children or they're simply bought these children in Mexico.
They're not checking if they're terrorists.
We are, we are setting ourselves up for the destruction of our country.
steve bannon
Let me ask you the argument.
We had talked about if Title 42 came off and it came off too quickly that April and May before the desert heated up would be record months of three or four hundred thousand.
Todd Bensman and Chris Kobach both recognize that.
Everybody, Todd Bensman is going to join us in the six o'clock hour.
We've got Ben Berquam now.
Ben, does the administration get any credit for that, that they at least push this as far past the last two, or the two most pleasant months to cross, which are April and May, to make sure that fewer people cross in the summer, or are people looking at it as a liability because it'll be more dangerous?
ben bergquam
I changed the direction of the camera because that was one of the buses right there bringing a group of illegals into Carrizo Springs as we speak right now.
Joe Biden gets no credit for anything other than undermining the sovereignty of our country.
We've already seen the most historic overrun of our border in history last year, and we are already past a million this year, leading up until these spring months.
It doesn't matter what Joe Biden does at this point.
The invitation is out there, the people already have it, they are on their way, and they're going to be coming no matter what.
All it's doing, if anything, it's pushing more of those people into the hotter months, which means more of them are going to die as they're coming across.
It goes back to this whole lie that open borders are compassionate.
Well, all this is going to do is create more death, it's going to create more misery, it's going to create more destruction in Mexico, in Central America, and in America.
And the only person, the people that should be held responsible for it are the radical leftists that are pushing, the activists pushing for this, and the policy makers in Washington, D.C.
steve bannon
I want to go to this before I let you go, is that the journalists there were saying, hey, we've heard this before, they've talked about Title 42, but there's been a surge, so they've continued to delay it.
So you've had these kind of announcements before, but they're under pressure.
They're under pressure from the open borders crowd, right?
The NGOs, Catholic charities, all that.
Talk about the pressure from the no borders left that the Biden administration is under.
ben bergquam
Yeah, they are.
And most of these people live in cities and in ivory towers and gated communities.
The people that are pushing for these policies in San Francisco and in New York City, these are the people that are pushing for it.
But that is, it's the radical left.
When we say open borders, it's truly people that don't believe that America has the right to have a border.
They believe that anyone in the world that wants to come should be able to come.
That's 7 billion people that they believe should be able to just walk across the border and come into our country.
That is the mindset of the base of the Democrat Party.
And so even if you have some moderate centrists, blue dog Democrats, that's not who's pushing the agenda.
The people that are pushing the agenda are no borders.
No, again, their phrase, their chant is no borders, no walls, no USA at all.
That is the mindset.
It's the same people that are pushing CRT, that America is this evil, racist country, and that we need to give back to the world.
These are the same people.
It's the same enemy.
steve bannon
Last thing, the shift down there, you can see it's palatable of working class Hispanics that now are starting to support the Trump agenda and particularly are going to be coming to the polls this, if we execute, come to the polls this November and start throwing these bums out.
Is that the sense you get?
ben bergquam
A hundred percent.
Again, we've got several.
It's been such a wall-to-wall event.
We've been out 15 hours a day just covering this, but the interviews we've been getting with folks on the ground, we're going to start releasing some of those.
And they are Hispanics in the Rio Grande Valley and here up in the Del Rio and Eagle Pass area.
They are fed up.
For the long time, they weren't willing to speak out.
They were afraid because of the cartel influence, because of the violence, and because of the historic nature of this.
You know, Democrat families for generations They're all starting to realize that that's a lie now, that they're all starting to shift and they're all starting to leave.
We're going to see a mass exodus and you're going to really start hearing it over the next days and weeks to come.
steve bannon
Okay, how do people get to you and follow your reporting?
It's amazing how they get to you and get her.
ben bergquam
Getters at Ben Burquam all of my social media is at Ben Burquam and of course our next episode We're still working on we're working on our next three episodes of law and border on America's voice America's voice dot news Those will be airing on Saturdays in April and then frontline America calm Todd Bensman, Auden Cabello, Oscar Blue, Ben Berkwam, and Chris Kobach, and Michael Yant.
steve bannon
They've done an amazing job of telling you Title 42 is going to be taken off.
We've been covering this for the last five or six weeks.
That day's coming, 23 May.
Ben, be safe.
Godspeed.
We'll see you back here tomorrow.
Short commercial break.
Be back with Mike Davis in a moment.

War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
MyPillow.com, promo code WARROOM.
We've got pillows as low as $19.99, Giza sheets as low as $39.99, everything you need to sleep.
Remember, you need a great night's sleep, not a good night's sleep, to man the ramparts at the War Room.
So go to MyPillow.com, promo code WARROOM.
I've been promising you folks to make sure we get this webinar going with the technology.
I'm working on that.
We've got a lot of Irons in the fire, as you can tell, with the hard drive from hell, everything that's going on.
It's been crazy.
Mike Davis, amazing poll from Rasmussen.
Mike Davis in a second.
I want to say something.
What we try to do here is to make sure that with our distribution partners, Real America's Voice, with Frank Speech and TV, with G News, Miles Guo and Getter, and Miles has got a new platform he's working on to replace GTV, and they put them in all the different platforms.
We're ubiquitous and we're everywhere and we're free.
And I understand we have all these forums, you have the stuff in Telegram that's not ours and not official, but you can go to Worm.org and kind of get the official.
And people, we want people to push the content out and to do their own forums and do their own chats and everything like that.
However, All the War Room content is supposed to be free.
We specifically make sure there's not a paywall here because we don't want the deplorables to have to pay for anything.
The reason is we just want to push this out and make sure everybody gets access to it.
So if you're running a forum, if you're running any kind of chat room, if you feel like you've got to put up a donor page, come to us first, okay?
We'll have a discussion about how you actually run it and how it's actually paid for, etc.
But we don't want any of the deplorables They have to put any money into this.
The mission here is our task and purpose to make sure this information is out there and that it gets to everybody in the place where they get it.
And look, we love the forums, we love the chat rooms, we love everything that's going on.
Everybody can kind of find the place that they enjoy getting the show and it's terrific.
We're very enthusiastic and we've been greatly honored about the response and the fourth hour has been an incredible response.
It's, as people tell me, it's a little hardcore.
Right, it's a little hardcore and we're only going to double and triple down on that, particularly the polling and some of the analytics, etc.
But in this run up to November 8th of 2022, when we destroy the Democratic Party root and branch, we need an hour that's a little more hardcore than even the war room.
Okay, Mike Davis is going to join us.
Amazing polling on this Judge Jackson situation.
Amazing polling coming at Rasmus, and we'll get to you on that.
Really proud of the team that started talking about Title 42 weeks and weeks and weeks ago.
It's going to happen, and this is going to lead to an exacerbate, it's going to exacerbate the invasion on the southern border.
And Joe Biden, The people of the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas and Yuma and all the places on the border deserve to have Joe Biden go down there and to address them and face what he's done to this nation because Biden, that is going to be the first article of impeachment.
It's coming to me.
The first article of impeachment against you is to Initiate and exacerbate an invasion on our southern border and lie about it and break the law by not having ICE informant to execute on the laws.
Okay, Julie Kelly.
Julie, I haven't seen with Shifty Shift and little Jamie Raskin, I haven't seen the mesmerizing hearings we were promised.
The mesmerizing hearings are going to be like Watergate.
Mesmerizing hearings, national TV, primetime, networks are going to cover it.
People breathless, haven't seen that, and let me be blunt about this.
They did this dog and pony show on Navarro and these guys the other night.
CNN did not cover a second of it live, okay?
The only people that picked it up was MSNBC and that's because they had Ari Melber's footage in there and MSNBC's got nothing else to do.
The NBC poll that came out, they listed every issue the American people, from like 60% interest down to 1 or 2%.
January 6th didn't rate.
It does not fog a mirror.
So here's what we want.
We want New York Times, Washington Post, MSNBC, CNN.
We want you to spend all your time on just two topics.
Spend it on two topics from now to Election Day.
Ukraine, the eastern border of Ukraine, right, the Russian-speaking eastern border of Ukraine, and January 6th.
If you do that, we'll win a 150-seat pickup, okay?
But we want you to focus on that.
Julie Kelly talked to us about, and here's why you know, it's crickets on here on the Whitmer trial in Michigan, which was everything they wanted to talk about.
Only the Guardian comes up with that great article.
It says, hey, was this really a setup?
The Guardian said they go, is this really a setup?
Because it kind of looks like, Julie Kelly, where do we stand with this fiasco of a trial about the kidnapping Of Governor Whitmer.
julie kelly
Well, as you know, the reason why the media is not covering it is because it's such an illuminating backdrop to January 6th.
You have the same FBI who concocted this plot, used at least a dozen FBI informants and undercover agents to execute this caper, to lure these men, these sad, sort of pathetic, somewhat outlier, desperate men into this plot.
You know, it's interesting, Steve.
Here's one name who has not come up in the entire trial that's now on its third week, and that is Donald Trump.
These defendants never bring up his name.
This had nothing to do with Donald Trump.
It had to do with frustration about lockdowns.
And frustration about the 2020 riots had nothing to do with Donald Trump.
So of course the media is burying the story as much as they possibly can, because it is showing how extensively involved the FBI was, how they set this up, how they lured these men, how the number one informant named Dan was paid at least $60,000 by the FBI for six months work, paid in cash, paid with a new laptop, smartwatch, et cetera.
Another informant has been taken off the case.
They're accusing him of being a double agent.
But Steve, this is a lifelong felon with a rap sheet in nine states who is working for numerous FBI field offices as an informant.
They're trying to keep him off the stand.
He's threatened to plead the fifth.
So a lot of this is imploding.
The government really is relying on these recorded conversations of these men who, by the way, were stoned most of the time with the FBI informants and undercover agents who were recording them, sort of getting them all hyped up about lockdowns in Whitmer and other governors.
And so this, and as you know, Steve, the guy who was in charge of the Detroit FBI office, who helped manage, who managed all of this, Was promoted to head of the D.C.
FBI field office in the middle of October 2020, several weeks before January 6th.
This is all the same thread, which is why the media has completely, this story has been on a media blackout really for the last several months, but certainly the trial as well.
steve bannon
On the trial, this is just for our audience.
The mainstream media, which was all over this, who's actually daily?
We know Julie Kelly's covering it with great reporting.
Who's covering it actually from the mainstream media?
julie kelly
Well, Ken Bensinger at BuzzFeed.
And as you know, BuzzFeed really Did this deep dive investigative report that was published last year that talked about the FBI's involvement.
So Ken Bensinger also is covering the trial.
I know that there's coverage in Michigan media market Detroit, for example, Detroit Free Press is covering it.
But you would be hard-pressed to find an article in the New York Times or Washington Post.
steve bannon
Hold on.
New York Times, Washington Post, MSNBC, CNN, they're not covering this on a day-to-day basis.
Associated Press, they're not covering the kidnap that was the biggest story in October 2020.
It was wall-to-wall.
The kidnapping of this governor, they were going to assassinate her, everything like that.
They're not covering this?
Is that what you're telling us?
julie kelly
I know.
Shocker.
They're not covering it.
They're not covering the low-life special agents who have been fired, the one who was fired for assaulting his wife in a drunken rage after a swingers party last year.
He's the man who signed the original federal criminal complaint.
The other two FBI handlers who were handling these informants, they've also been removed from the witness list.
So really, the government does have, they have these shocking, you know, videos of people training with firearms and constructing a kill house where They sort of practiced how this caper was going to go down.
But what's hilarious, Steve, is the whole idea of how they were going to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer.
They were going to either borrow or steal two boats, put them on the shores of Lake Michigan by her remote cottage in upstate Michigan, kill her security detail, kidnap her, put her in one of these boats.
The other defendants were going to go in another boat into the middle of Lake Michigan in October.
Now, I've lived near Lake Michigan my entire life.
That's funny to begin with.
Either leave her in the middle of Lake Michigan or take her all the way across the lake to Wisconsin where they were going to put her on some citizen's trial.
The whole thing is preposterous.
Never would have happened.
Her property was under surveillance by the FBI with poll cameras and with these laser cameras that were collecting evidence.
We don't know when, but certainly before the kidnapping arrest went down.
But this is how ridiculous this FBI concocted plot was.
steve bannon
We only got a couple of minutes, but Darren B. continues to cover this with your reporting.
The question people have, when is this going to translate to we get a full accounting of the FBI's activities?
Clearly, they set this up.
Let's just be blunt.
And this is kind of a Keystone Cops thing.
When is it going to be exposed what they did on January 6th?
What's it going to take, Julie Kelly?
julie kelly
It's going to take our own January 6th Select Committee when the Republicans take the House.
They absolutely must retaliate.
They must take this committee, redirect it 180 degrees, and expose, use subpoena powers.
Get criminal prosecutors like Adam Schiff and Betty Thompson have right now for their committee.
Get all of Nancy Pelosi's records.
Get all the records from the Capitol.
Please get all the 14,000 hours of surveillance video that they have tried to withhold from the public and from defendants for over a year.
There is a lot of it.
And of course, get all the FBI records related to informants and undercover agents that they used months before January 6th, the same time that the Whitmer caper was going down.
Because we know for a fact that they were running informants into at least the Proud Boys.
Because the New York Times reported that last September.
So there's plenty of information out there.
The question, Steve, is if Republicans will have the guts to uncover what will be the biggest political scandal of all time, even bigger than Russiagate.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to have this, we're going to force them to do it real quickly.
How did people get to you on social media and follow your reporting?
julie kelly
I'm a getter, Julie underscore Kelly.
My work is at American Greatness, amgreatness.com.
Twitter, Julie underscore Kelly, too.
steve bannon

Okay, MyPillow.com.
MyPillow.com.
I'm going to hit that mark there.
MyPillow.com, promo code War Room.
Go there today, take action, action, action.
Pillows as low as $19.99.
Of course, Giza Dream Sheets as low as $39.99, up to 60% off.
Also, with the Tony Fauci, we've got something special we're working on.
With the Fauci situation, but what we need to do is you've got to get up to speed on the career of Tony Fauci and particularly what happened in the COVID-19 virus pandemic.
This book, The Real Tony Fauci by Skyhorse Press and of course Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
It is the definitive account of the crimes of Tony Fauci.
You need to get this and you need to read it.
We are going to be doing some very special programming around this probably in, I don't know, three weeks or so.
So it's very important.
We need everybody up to speed.
We haven't forgotten, you know, we're going to get to the bottom of January 6th, right?
You see Julie Kelly.
We're going to get to the bottom of Hunter's laptop.
The Washington Post today, ladies and gentlemen, Tom Hamburger, the great investigative apparatus of the Washington Post, their top investigative team, Pulitzer Prize winning, I believe, investigative team.
Tom Hamburger is a legendary guy, legendary, legendary.
Today at 11 o'clock during War Room Pandemic, the second hour, they release an analysis of Wait for it.
The laptop.
And they have a sidebar says, and they authenticate everything.
And they've got the CEFC, the energy company, Hunter Biden's.
That would be, let's see, it is March of 2022.
You heard that on The War Room with Stephen K. Bannon in September of 2020.
Hmm.
And he won the Pulitzer Prize for the greatest.
You're a joke, Hamburger.
You're a joke.
You're a total and complete joke.
The Washington Post is a joke.
You hid this.
Of course, we know it's authenticated, okay?
The New York Post showed it.
We got outside authentication.
Authenticated.
You're a joke.
A complete and total joke.
This is supposed to be some big reveal.
The Washington Post says it.
The mainstream media is part of the problem and you're caught now every time covering up I don't care what Tom Hamburger in the Washington Post says.
I don't care if they validate it.
The great Jack Maxey, they talk about Jack Maxey, working with War Room, oh they got this, they had it and they admit it and they buried the lead from June of 2021!
But they knew about it, we took it to them in September of 2020.
Why wouldn't they do it then?
Why did they lie about it then?
Why did they report non-stop on these liars in the national security apparatus, in the intelligence apparatus?
Why did they do that?
Because they wanted to defeat Donald J. Trump.
Okay?
That's what they were doing.
And they are nothing but liars.
They're part of the problem.
And don't think you're gonna get off the hook because in March 30th of 2022, you finally deem us with, yeah, we checked out, we don't give a crap.
And nobody else does either.
Don't think, oh, the Washington Post, screw the Washington Post.
This information was out there in September of 2020.
And it's still going to make a difference.
He's got a federal grand jury looking all over him.
And hey, this is Article 2 of the impeachment.
And now that the Washington Post authenticated, how are they going to back away from it?
Article 2 of the impeachment is how they sold our country out to the Chinese Communist Party for money.
And also for being honey-potted.
But since this is the family hour...
I have to be very careful.
I've got wonderful Tiffany Justice.
She's like it with a blowtorch.
She's wandered in.
Some madman's yelling into the mic.
Hold it, Monitor Liberty is joining us.
We're going to get to you in one second.
I got to get Mike Davis.
Mike, and I'm so proud today.
Title 42, we warned you about, the hard drive from hell you've seen a year and a half ago, war room.
And of course, Mike Davis, a hero and patriot.
Rasmussen comes out with a point.
Mike, walk me through the Rasmussen polling about how big a deal Judge Jackson's handling of the torture and trafficking and pedophilia It's not child porn.
It's all that of babies and children.
And this is not about her qualification.
Judge Jackson is qualified.
She went to the finest college in the university in the country, Harvard.
She went to Harvard Law School.
She overperformed.
She's worked clerk with the best justices.
She's on the D.C.
Appellate Court at the highest level.
She's worked at Morrison & Foster, a top law firm.
This is not about her qualification.
She is clearly qualified by her credentials to be a justice on associate justice of the United States Supreme Court unquestioned.
It is about her judgment and a particular her judgment in this specific area that they're covering up.
They're covering up Mike Davis.
mike davis
Yeah, this is starting to break through to the American people, real Americans in the real world.
And thank you to you, Steve, for really being the voice of all this.
We see with this Rasmussen poll, I'd ask people if they are concerned about how Judge Jackson handled these child sex torture cases in her eight years on the D.C.
District Court.
She had eight cases where she had discretion, and in all eight cases she gave rock-bottom sentences, and it's on your screen there.
You're seeing that even 45% of Democrats are concerned, 64% of Independents.
56, 56% of people overall.
This is an issue that's breaking through and in politics we call this, it's a sticky issue.
This is, this is a, this is a, as you say, Steve, this is a career ending vote for both Democrats and Republicans who support this nomination after they see what Judge Jackson's all about.
And at the article, Article Three Project, the group that I'm, that I run, we've got the sentencing memos, the prosecutor's recommendations to Judge Jackson in several of these cases.
Along with the transcripts of the sentencing hearings.
We're going through those now.
They're awful, awful, awful.
The details of what was done to these kids is awful.
So we're consulting with our attorneys and advisors on the best way to present this.
But we're going to probably get this out there on our website, article3project.org, article3project.org around noon tomorrow.
steve bannon
Okay, we're working with the Article 3 guys to make sure this is all done appropriately and we give Mike a platform to get it out.
They're doing an amazing job.
The conservative groups, Judicial Crisis Network and Leonard Leo, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
And Harriet, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
This is not about dark money.
This is not about her qualifications.
This is not about she's soft on crime.
This is what it's about.
The torture of babies, the pedophilia, and Judge Jackson being light on that for whatever reason.
And she ought to come back and be able to make her case.
For her benefit, she ought to be able to come back and make her case.
It's a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.
Judge Jackson ought to have every opportunity to come back with all the material out there.
No hide the football.
And let her make the case.
Let her make the case.
And people, this is, I want to tell the Senator, the Democratic Senator in Nevada and the Democratic Senator in Arizona, this is a career-ending vote for you.
A career-ending vote.
The working class and middle class Hispanic families out there are going to be, and the details, we're going to put the details out there.
Understand this.
You're not going to get a free shot on goal here.
Everybody is going to have the information and be able to assess, wow, now I understand.
It's not going to be some child pornography.
This is not child pornography.
This is the torture of babies and children by adults.
Okay?
For pleasure and for money.
That's what has to be addressed.
It must be addressed.
Isn't that my line of country?
I don't do this.
When Davis came to me and nobody would address it.
Nobody would address it.
And those kids need to have somebody defend them.
Heck, the prosecutors and the parole board, they gave the things.
They asked for maximums.
They asked for more.
Who defends those children and who sends a signal to these monsters that it's not to be tolerated?
No, you give them a lifetime appointment in the Supreme Court.
She must come back and make the case of why she did it.
And Mike Davis and these heroes at Article 3 was not for that.
It had all been swept under, and the Biden White House is suppressing it.
Durbin's suppressing it.
And some of the Republicans are going along with suppressing it.
And make Mitt Romney, and make Murkowski, and make Collins, make Susan Collins come before the people of Maine and make the case why it's okay to give her a lifetime appointment.
Don't sit there and say, hey, she came on the side of my couch, we had a cup of tea, and she explained it to me.
That's not good enough.
You gotta come forward publicly after we dump all these records, and you gotta make the case, Susan Collins.
And the people in Maine, and the people in Utah, and the people in West Virginia with Manchin, and the people of Alaska with Murkowski should be outraged that this is gonna happen in your name!
That's how it's going to happen.
So it's okay with you, fine.
Move on.
But it's not fine with you.
And we know it's not fine with you.
And Rasmussen showing the polling is not fine with you.
And this is what nobody in Fox is talking about.
No ads out there.
Leonard Leo, quiet.
Judicial crisis.
Now we're doing that.
I don't want to hear more about dark money.
Let's get down to the bottom of it.
Mike Davis, how did they get to you on Twitter and Getter?
Because you're on a roll right now.
And this is critical.
And don't, oh, but Murkowski says he's going to have a conference.
Forget all that.
This is game on, okay?
This is game on.
There's plenty of time here, ladies and gentlemen.
Plenty of time.
Just have to use your time.
Mike Davis, how did it get to you?
mike davis
So I'd say, first of all, call your home state senators, both of them, 202-224-3121, and oppose this nomination.
I'm at MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA, and it's article number three project dot org, article three project dot org.
And thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Brother, you're a hero.
Look forward to working with you tomorrow.
See you tomorrow, Mike Davis in Article 3.
Thank you. Now poor Tiffany, Justin, you got a hard enough job. You did the moms for which you come in some madman screaming. We're going to dial it down now that you're here.
I understand where you guys go crazy. Tell me.
Because in the six o'clock hour, we've got all this stuff in Florida, we've got the Disney stuff, and the governor of Santa signed the bill.
It's so heroic, but they're coming for him like nobody's business.
Talk to me about Moms for Liberty, because MSNBC's now, they got everybody, you guys are demons, you guys are trying to hurt kids.
Walk us through exactly what you're trying to accomplish.
And this definition, it's a new concept.
I want to make sure we have the nomenclature.
What are parental rights?
tiffany justice
Parental rights are rights that every parent has and the government does not give them to you and they cannot take them away.
Every parent has the fundamental right to direct the upbringing of their children, their medical care, that includes mental health by the way, their education and their values education, their morals, their religious and character training.
All of these things lie within the responsibility of the parent.
We as parents are happy To own those responsibilities within our rights.
So, you know, you talk about Ron DeSantis being under attack.
They're coming for Ron.
No, they're coming for our kids.
That's who they're coming for, right?
Ron DeSantis can handle himself.
You heard him say he is not backing down, and we are so thankful that he has been a defender of parental rights all through COVID.
And then certainly with HB 1557, which, I mean, Steve, it's just been a complete lie.
The media's lied, the president has lied, the press secretary has lied, they continue to lie about it.
It's really, really upsetting.
steve bannon
The lie being that this is a parental rights bill, an anti-grooming bill, and Hollywood started off the other day.
We've only got a minute here in this, and we're going to hold you to the D-block.
Why, what you just laid out, why is that controversial?
When did that get to be controversial in the United States of America?
What happened and where did it happen?
tiffany justice
You know, honestly, we're looking at it now and we really don't know.
You know, everyone's up in arms.
We said no sexual orientation instruction or gender identity instruction in grades K-3.
I've got thousands and thousands of parents asking me, why not K-12?
steve bannon
The war room asked it.
But what did the concept of even, what you laid out I thought is just like common sense and also what America, you have the right to kind of raise your family, right?
And you have parental rights and the state can't come in and take, when did that even start to be a thing?
tiffany justice
I'm not really sure, but I think it was a very clear message to American parents when the government told us we had to cover our children's faces for all day long, every day, right?
And we came to them and we said, and I had people coming to me, I served on the school board saying, my kids are getting hurt.
My deaf child is regressing.
My kids are getting hurt.
And the government didn't care and parents saw it and this just seems to be a continuation of the same thing.
steve bannon
Okay, Tiffany Justice is here, one of the founders of Moms for Liberty.
You wouldn't think they're a controversial group.
But MSNBC says they're out to, uh, they're out to, uh, harm children and make people, you know, feel bad about themselves and support bullies and they're bullies and they're the worst people on earth.
That must mean they're over the target, okay?
Short commercial break.
Tiffany Justice, Moms for Liberty, we're going to join us in a moment.
unidentified
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP.
They have all the power.

It's time to cancel, cancel culture.
steve bannon
As you know from the beginning of the War Room, this is not really our line of country, but it's one of the major battlefields of this war to basically save our Republic.
And so that's why we're very engaged now in these cultural wars, particularly this situation with the American family and the protection of the American family.
We really come at it, Cortez and I have traditionally come at it from the economic side and obviously geopolitics, capital markets, global politics, and the hardcore kind of nuts and bolts of the daily politics is what we specialize in.
But this is a huge area for us.
And Tiffany, one of the reasons is folks like yourselves.
I mean, we've seen what you guys have done.
It's just hard to, I think, grasp.
And you see people now, it's becoming like, I see the typical guys at the federal level saying we need a new Gingrich type, you know, manifesto for parental rights.
I see that they're out raising money already.
So all of a sudden my radar's up that there's a problem.
I see the great work you guys are doing, then I see the typical people that raise money and nothing ever happens.
So is this going to be an issue?
Where is the center of gravity of where this fight's going to be?
tiffany justice
Yeah, the center of gravity is in everyone's backyard.
Local politics is where it is at in America.
That is how we are going to create the change that we want to see.
But you are not wrong.
I have been asked many times, is this a political thing?
Is this a political thing?
I'm actually not that political of a person.
I know people don't think that's true.
It is, but we do see politicians trying to raise money off of this.
And we do see people at the federal level trying to get parental rights legislation.
Let me be honest with you and tell you, this legislation needs to happen in your state.
That is, who is controlling education for your children.
And you know, Steve, I have to disagree with you to a certain degree.
This needs to be on everyone's radar.
steve bannon
Oh, it does.
No, no, that's what I'm saying.
We haven't been, and I'm saying we're fully engaged now for the simple reason is that this is a major battlefront.
tiffany justice
But it's more than the culture wars.
I mean, we're funding failure in our public education system.
steve bannon
Talk about that.
Where do we rank with literacy?
Where do we work with it on math skills?
tiffany justice
Oh, horribly.
It's ridiculous.
I mean, 95% of kids have the ability to learn to read.
That's neurodiverse kids, too.
We're talking autism.
I mean, all of these dyslexia children, 95% of all children can learn to read.
But only one third are actually learning to read in our schools.
I'll give you a state, Kentucky.
29.8% of third grade students are reading on a third grade level.
That's it.
29.8% of Kentucky third graders can read at a third grade level.
I mean, I don't know.
That's the biggest national security threat we have in America.
A generation of children who can't read.
And then if you look and you see what happened with this bill, right?
I don't think a lot of people that are opposing the bill actually read it.
I think they decided they were going to rely on media and the president to give them information about it.
We're going to have a generation that can't discern for themselves anything because they can't read anything and they'll have to believe what they're told.
And that, to me, a nation of sheep who are illiterate, is no future for us.
steve bannon
Is that where the Monster Liberty is your central focus now, the schools?
unidentified
Absolutely.
steve bannon
Okay, walk us through that, because you're here on Capitol Hill for, to do what, the next day or two?
tiffany justice
Yeah, tomorrow I was asked to go and speak with the House and minority members, and I'm thrilled to go and be able to speak to elected representatives, but I wonder why the Democrats don't want to hear from parental rights people too.
They have parents, Democrats are parents too.
And so tomorrow I'll go and give an update about where we are with parental rights in America, with education in America, and what the federal government's role should be, which actually is very, very little in education.
steve bannon
What do you mean by that?
tiffany justice
Well, the federal government needs to get out of state education.
States run education.
They make the laws regarding what should happen in their state.
And there's a legislative process to do that.
America is very unique.
We have elected local representatives that are supposed to be the representatives for constituents.
And unfortunately, too often, I hear school board members say, oh, I serve the 9,000 people that work in my district.
No, you don't.
You serve the people.
And the people are going to hold the elected representatives accountable at the ballot boxes.
steve bannon
Are we going to start taking over the school boards?
tiffany justice
Absolutely, we're going to take over the school boards, but that's not enough.
Once we replace the school boards, what we need to do is we need to have search firms that are conservative search firms that help us to find new educational leaders because parents are going to get in there and they're going to want to fire everyone.
What else needs to happen?
We need good school board training.
We need lawyers to stand up in their communities and be advocates for parents and be advocates for school board members who are bucking the system.
Right now, parents have no recourse within any public education district.
steve bannon
Is Moms4Delivery doing all this?
Are you going to run the training for school board members?
Are you going to actually sell?
Hey, we got to set up these operations to have search firms to have people want to dedicate themselves to children to come in and actually teach true American values.
Is this what Moms4Delivery is going to do?
tiffany justice
So Moms4Liberty has chapters across the country.
We started in January of 2021.
We now have 180 chapters in 34 states with over 80,000 members.
We just added Hawaii.
Aloha to all of our friends in Hawaii.
Very excited to see us growing.
And yeah, Moms4Liberty groups are doing trainings for school board members.
We're doing school board activism training.
So you know how to support school board members.
But what my message today is get out and run for school board.
It's a part-time job.
It's not a full-time job.
Anyone can do it.
You do not need to have a background in education, and we need more people.
steve bannon
If people want to find out about that, where do they go today to find out about it?
If they want to run for a school board, we've got about a minute.
I want to walk through how people get access to find that information out and how they follow you on social media.
tiffany justice
Absolutely.
So go to Moms4Liberty.org and you're going to see a big map there.
It's a blue map that's quickly turning yellow because all of the counties where we have chapters are yellow.
You can go to your state, you can click on your state to see if you have a chapter near you, or you can click to start one.
You can also just email that chapter chair if it's in a surrounding area and say, I'm considering running for school board, I'd like to come and speak to your group.
Candidates, come and speak to Moms4Liberty chapters.
They want to hear from you.
steve bannon
Okay, and you're here for a couple more days, so we'll get you back on here before you take off.
This is one of the most important things.
We're working on Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Moms for Liberty.
Incredible job.
You're firing off the football.
Okay, we're going to take a short break.
When we come back, actually, Rhonda Santos has cut a new spot.
We're going to play that in the next hour.
We've got a whole... We're going to start with Anthony Sabatini, what's going on in Florida.
We have Cynthia Hughes about the January 6th prisoners.
Todd Bensman is going to tell us about Article 42, the invasion that's coming on the southern border.
He's the first guy to call it.
Also, Senator Antic, remember the great Senator Antic from Australia, is going to join us about the World Economic Forum.
All of it.
We've got a packed show.
Children's Health Alliance is going to be there.
Packed show.
Stick around.
The next hour of War Room Battleground starts in just a few minutes.
