Speaker Time Text
unidentified
Vladimir Putin speaking to a very, very large crowd.
He filled an auditorium, the biggest stadium in Moscow, in fact, with what appear to be cheering crowds flying Russian flags.
This is a bit of propaganda.
ali velshi
There's some reporting that these are state workers who were bused in.
unidentified
But he's up there looking casual and talking about his big crowds.
Is this going to convince the Russian people for long when they realize that their money buys less and that they're involved in a war that they don't care that much about?
No, it's not.
And I believe the reporting, multiple sources say that these people were bused in.
They were state employees.
And this is, again, a continuity.
Dictators have to... they have to threaten people to get... Hang on.
steve bannon
It's a Saturday.
You're in the war room.
OK.
Do we have... Actually, that's MSNBC, as I said from the last segment, making it up.
Do we... OK.
Do we have the cold open or not?
I'll bring on Dr. Wolf.
Okay, good job, Denver.
It's very simple.
Before Naomi Wolf, we're going to play the Fauci.
Okay, we're going to get in a second.
Dr. Wolf, thank you for joining us.
We're going to talk about New York City.
The head of the schools said that, does he want to keep masks on kids in perpetuity?
It was the lead story in the Daily Mail overnight.
What exactly is going on with kids and masks in New York City?
You've warned us about this, that once they get the power, they're never going to give it up.
But I thought we were all going to take our mask off.
Why in New York City they're saying the kids have got to keep them on forever?
dr naomi wolf
So I can only speculate, right?
But it looks like there is a... Can you hear me?
Can you hear me?
steve bannon
Can you hear me?
Yeah, it's perfect.
Keep going.
dr naomi wolf
All right.
naomi wolf
It looks like there's some very creepy interests that have seized hold of the public school system and specifically the school boards and the teachers' unions.
And one of the shocking things is that the teachers' unions are invested in 3M, which makes masks. That's part of their retirement funds.
But the other shocking thing is that it's emerging that these individual administrators are breaking with even Mayor Eric Adams in this case and saying, you know, we're trying to say we're going to keep masking the kids.
dr naomi wolf
And I believe that it's because the people who are funding so much of so much money flowing, you know, from the CARES Act, 75 billion dollars, right, from pharma, certainly, but also from tech companies, Who are making gifts, making gifts.
Bill and Melinda Gates made millions and millions of dollars in gifts to K-12 education.
naomi wolf
They want to keep harming our kids in this way because it's good for their business model.
And this seems incredible to believe, but I've crunched the numbers.
And when people are masked, when they grow up not knowing how to have normal social interactions, not knowing how to play music together, not knowing how to have fun together, make each other laugh, Tell a story, right?
Then the revenue for tech companies is off the charts.
dr naomi wolf
And I've looked at tech company after tech company after tech company, the years in which kids were masked and people were masked, they were double and triple revenue years.
Because what are you going to do?
naomi wolf
As my stepson says, God bless him, or I'll just name any child, he says, it's so hard in school, you can't breathe.
But we go home, we turn on our phones, and as long as I can see my friends' faces on the phone, I'm okay.
dr naomi wolf
So that's what they want to keep raising.
naomi wolf
They don't want the children to learn how to breathe and play and speak and have fun together without the intermediary of the screens because tech is minting money off of impaired children.
So that's my analysis.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on one second.
This is why Cortez and I said yesterday these tech companies got to be, there's no Section 230.
These got to be taken apart.
They're a danger to the nation's health.
I want to, but I want to ask you because you're, one of the reasons the Warren Posse loves you is you're very data oriented.
You're kind of like Cortez in that regard.
Is between the psychological damage, the social damage, the learning damage that's been documented by evidence, Versus the benefits of wearing the mask for the virus.
Where does that come out?
I mean, is there any even argument to be made anymore about the mask for the kids versus the social?
Isn't it so such a wide gap that this is beyond evidentiary, ma'am?
dr naomi wolf
Let me let me like save you time.
naomi wolf
It is not even a question.
dr naomi wolf
There is no evidence supporting this as good for the kids, necessary for the teachers.
There was a gigantic Danish study that came out that was, you know, smeared and maligned, but the science is solid that shows virtually no and Dr. Bhattacharya referenced it.
Dr. Kulldorff referenced it.
naomi wolf
No benefit from mask wearing or a tiny benefit, but not even when it comes to kids, because kids are at virtually no risk of serious complications from the virus.
dr naomi wolf
So both of these things put together, and there is no point in masking children.
The other thing I want to note is studies show that the virus, and this is why up till now, public health officials said ventilation, you know, Vitamin D, fresh air, when you've got a respiratory disease you don't have a cure for yet.
naomi wolf
When you open the window, concentrations of the virus drop by 50% every minute.
All of these teachers' unions have barely even talked about ventilation, outdoor classes, opening the window if they're concerned about safety conditions.
dr naomi wolf
So this doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
naomi wolf
It's turned into worse than a fetish.
And let me turn now to other data which are in, showing that kids are measurably impaired.
Measurably impaired.
dr naomi wolf
A Brown study showed that the children socialized and born during the pandemic, their IQs have dropped 21 points.
So that's the difference between a normal intelligence and a gifted intelligence.
naomi wolf
21 points, right?
dr naomi wolf
So we're literally starving children's brains of oxygen.
We used to know what that did when you starved a baby of oxygen during childbirth.
For instance, it impairs the brain.
But we're also starving them of evolutionary needs they have.
As one scientist put it to me, we don't know if you need to see millions of faces in order for your brain to develop normally.
And now we've erased that method of socialization that our brains evolved to need in order to develop normal human children with normal skills, normal analysis, normal speech patterns.
naomi wolf
The last thing I want to say as a mom and a stepmom is the harm to language I know 10-year-olds.
dr naomi wolf
I have a stepson.
I know his friends.
Children who are masked in school for eight hours a day have impairment in their speech, even if they went in normally able to speak, you know, with no learning disabilities.
They're hard to understand.
They can barely understand each other.
Okay?
Generations now, we've understood the power of linguistic abilities, verbal abilities, you know, how important it is to be able to, you know, we're told, speak to your baby, speak to your toddler, read them stories.
naomi wolf
That's all out the window.
And now these children have been taught to not be able to speak.
And the last thing I'm going to say as a feminist mom is half those children are little girls.
dr naomi wolf
And for 30 years, feminists said, let's listen to the voices of girls.
naomi wolf
Let's listen to the voices of women.
dr naomi wolf
Let's not silence the girls.
Well, the girls are being literally Silence along with the boys.
We are raising impaired children with Asperger's type qualities even though they started out perfectly fine.
It is a criminal act and it's going to last them the rest of their lives if we don't step in.
steve bannon
I want to go back, and we're going to put the cover of your book up in a minute, and I know I'm going to keep Dr. Wolf through the next segment, so we've got so many other important guests.
We're going to get everybody in, I promise.
I want to go back to Brown University, the study, the IQ study.
If this happened in any other time, or for whatever reason, people wouldn't care, there would be an outrage across this nation That would make the uprising for civil rights.
If we had shown if we had shown in this study, this study come out and you had had this type of drop in IQ of our children.
The outrage would have been, you would have had a massive political change in the country, it would have been like the Marshall Plan.
We must galvanize, what has caused this?
How did this happen?
How do we right this?
Give me that again, give me the Brown University, because there's not been enough outrage about this, about what's actually happening, because this is how children learn!
This is how children learn, and if we stop this, and who's stopping it, what's so insane, is people that are in charge of education or people that are educators.
And with the health thing, all I hear on here is the crocodile tears that this is all for the children.
We're doing this for the children.
We're doing it for the children.
But hey, the evidence, remember, here we're database science-based and evidence-based, not happy talk-based.
Give me the Brown University study again about the IQ of children, ma'am.
dr naomi wolf
Sure, well, they measured IQ in children who'd been raised and socialized during the two years of the pandemic, meaning that their social contacts were restricted.
And let's just think about that.
naomi wolf
You know, when you take an unmasked child out into the street, you know, people say, hey, what's your name?
I like your shoes.
dr naomi wolf
These seem like little things, but they're really big things.
It's how children learn to communicate with strangers, how they develop language skills outside of their immediate family.
And in the classroom, you've got 30 other people to talk to.
You can see your your teacher's expression.
You know, when you've done a good job or a bad job, as teachers are sadly writing into me, they can't even express With a smile that a child is doing well.
And so now you've erased all of that socialization, all of that development.
And as a result, children are being limited in their stimulation to just who happens to be at home.
Well, who happens to be at home is also being tethered to a computer if they're upper middle class or they're outside on the front lines if they're working class.
And so you've restricted children's interactions and the conversations they can have.
face to face with a tiny number of people.
So the Brown University scientists concluded that it was the social deprivation, as well as the linguistic deprivation, that was dialing down in a gigantic drop in intelligence, there's no other way to put it, the children who were being treated in this way.
naomi wolf
Let's go to me.
Okay, sorry.
steve bannon
Go ahead.
No, go ahead, ma'am.
dr naomi wolf
I'll go over you.
naomi wolf
Well, just when you said earlier, this should be a scandal.
I want everyone to imagine what if we occupied a country and put their children in masks and then the children's IQ dropped 21 points?
Or what if we took just one ethnic group of children and put them in masks or kids on reservations?
unidentified
There should be a criminal trial.
steve bannon
If you did this, if we did this in another country and people at Brown could come and say it was a 20% thing, people would say it's a war crime.
Guys would be in the Hague, right?
It'd be a war crime.
dr naomi wolf
It should be, indeed.
naomi wolf
But somehow torturing our own children, suppressing our own children is perfectly fine because of COVID.
dr naomi wolf
But actually, there's billions of dollars flowing, and this is why there have to be investigations.
Of these school board officials, and I'm so glad that Daily Cloud and War Room are leading the charge about that, because you're going to see big contracts flowing to these people to keep the masks on.
These schools get the money only if they keep the masks on.
That's what's part of these giant COVID packages.
Millions of dollars, $7.8 million went to one high school, Ichabod Crane, and parents said, we want to see the contracts, and the school board filed out.
So you're going to see vast corruption.
naomi wolf
And it's the contingent on keeping the kids Broken, muffled, distanced.
dr naomi wolf
That's where the money is flowing to.
steve bannon
How are we going to do?
Look, New York City is the greatest city in the country.
It's, to me, the global capital.
It is.
But it's been broken.
It's anarchy and chaos and crime.
But what's been driving this, what broke it, was the reaction to the CCP virus.
We've got a minute or two.
What can you do?
What's Daily Clock going to do?
Because the school system, the vast majority is minority.
These kids are going to be destroyed, never to recover unless somebody has an intervention.
So what's your intervention, Dr. Wolff?
dr naomi wolf
Well, this is what's so ugly.
You know, private school kids, probably a lot of private schools are unmasking, but public school kids who you are absolutely right.
In New York City, there are a great majority children of color and lower income children.
They are going to be harmed.
You're going to see physical two tier society.
naomi wolf
And it was intentional.
dr naomi wolf
It is a crime.
So with the War Room Posse, which I adore, and Daily Clout, we're leading the charge to hold these people accountable.
We had, as you know, James Ostrowski.
You can still get the template, the attorney who's teaching people how to bring civil charges, lawsuits against these individual criminal teachers, teachers union school boards.
But also on the 23rd of March, James Ostrowski is coming back to teach you how to file criminal charges.
And I shouldn't sound as happy, but I really am as a mother and a stepmother.
It is time for these people to be charged with all of the crimes Okay, hang on for a second.
We're going to take a break.
steve bannon
We're going to get to court.
It's the 23th of March.
It's another webinar.
The first webinar was overwhelmed, and we're going to make sure it gets back up as we walk through how to do civil charges.
You gotta use the tools at hand.
You gotta use the court system.
They're using it on you.
The civil charges, but next, the criminal charges.
And what's happening to these children now, these are crimes.
What they're doing to destroy our youngest next generation.
It's outrageous.
Okay, short break.
We're gonna get into the Pfizer documents.
We're gonna get into this whole vaccine debacle.
Big tech.
Big government.
The big healthcare, and of course, on top of it all, the cash machine that is Big Pharma.
unidentified
next in the War Room.
Are you considering those options?
anthony fauci
Brad, I certainly am because I've got to do it sometime.
I can't stay at this job forever unless my staff is going to find me slumped over my desk one day.
I'd rather not do that.
unidentified
What would you do if you retired?
Are you a pickleball guy?
Is there some bowling career I don't know about?
Is there something you're looking to do?
anthony fauci
No, I unfortunately am somewhat of a unidimensional physician, scientist, public health person.
When I do decide I'm going to step down, whenever that is, I'm going to have to figure out what it is I'm going to do.
I'd love to spend more time with my wife and family.
That would really be good.
unidentified
Two questions about COVID.
You talked earlier to Zeke's question about the additional funding being needed to ensure that the fourth dose boosters will be widely available.
Secretary Becerra said today that hopefully soon the government will be telling parents of kids under five that they can get their kids vaccinated and he said that will also put strain on the system.
Is there any chance that the vaccine doses for the kids under five wouldn't be available if this COVID money doesn't come through?
jen psaki
It's not about available, I think it's about making them free.
Because obviously these companies are going to produce doses if and when, at some point, as a mother of a child under five, God willing, soon, making them available.
What we want to be able to do is continue to make them free.
So that is where our focus and our concern is.
Obviously beyond that, for people who are uninsured, for people who don't have the resources to cover the cost of a fourth dose or a vaccine for their kid or otherwise, this is pretty important that we move this funding forward so that we can continue to provide these type of programs across the country.
unidentified
If there isn't additional funding, would this be the first age group that would not get free shots potentially?
jen psaki
I'd have to check with our COVID team on it.
Obviously, since it hasn't been approved yet, what we've been able to do is outline for you what programs would have to be ended or halted in the timeline of them.
But I can check with them and see if there's any specific planning for this.
But obviously, if we don't have funding, it's hard to make vaccines for anyone free.
Go ahead.
So the CDC does recommend fourth doses for the immunocompromised.
While it hasn't been, of course, as you noted, approved for others, and they're running a vigorous data-driven process.
And right now, over 100 million Americans have been boosted.
Millions more have not done so and are eligible to do so and need to get boosted.
But to go to your question, we've been clear we need additional funding from Congress.
You've heard me talk about that a fair amount in here, including for the possibility of a fourth dose or a variant-specific vaccine.
So we would indeed need additional funding to ensure that can be widely available.
steve bannon
Okay, we told you when Collins quit in December that all the rats are leaving the ship.
But Collins, it doesn't matter you quit in December.
We saved the receipts and we're going to get to you as soon as we have a sweeping victory in the House of Representatives this November.
Fauci now wants to, quote, spend more time with my family, unquote.
You heard that one before, right?
I want to spend more time with my family.
Yeah, yeah, a control freak like Fauci, that's the top, that's his highest priority.
Spend more time with my family.
You know, as soon as you hear that phrase, you're being spun.
Here's, I want to bring in Dr. Naomi Wolf again.
And Dr. Wolf, I know you want to talk about the fourth booster.
We've got these boosters with no science to back it up, but...
I've got to go to the Great Epic Times and Zero Hedge, and if Denver can put up the article, headline, CDC removes 24% of child COVID-19 deaths Dr. Wolf, you warned us about this, I think, a year ago.
disease control and prevention has removed tens of thousands of deaths linked to COVID-19, including nearly a quarter of deaths it had listed in those under 18 years old.
They referred to this as a data on deaths were adjusted after resolving a coding logic error. Dr.
Wolf, you warned us about this, I think, a year ago.
You can't make this up.
And it's not screaming headline, The New York Times or The Washington Post.
What is going on here?
dr naomi wolf
So first, I want to say I'm not surprised that Dr. Fauci is floating his departure.
He wants to get ahead of the pitchforks and the criminal charges.
He wants everyone to forget.
The second thing is that you're right.
I've been, you know, we build digital dashboards at Daily Cloud with our developers.
I understand.
And so I've been saying for a year and a half, they are counting wrong.
You can't verify the data sets.
They are including things for the algorithm to count that shouldn't be included.
And they're using, you and I talked about this, I broke this story on your show, a private entity, CSTE, Unlawfully to manage the data.
That's a Gates funded entity.
It benefits from high counts, right?
So we've said all of this.
So now what's happening is last week, Dr. Henry Ely, Senator Kim Thatcher and Senator Dennis Linthicum of Oregon filed these charges against Rochelle Walensky.
She's a defendant.
naomi wolf
I've seen the legal papers.
dr naomi wolf
We can post them.
naomi wolf
In their filing, it was accepted by the Ninth Circuit Court and the charge is willful misconduct in handling the CDC data.
dr naomi wolf
So her lawyers have advised her, no doubt, get ahead of this.
naomi wolf
So now she's coming clean.
dr naomi wolf
She's putting down a paper trail.
Oops, indeed, we did overcount by 48,000 deaths, right?
At least, you know, and that's a coding logic error.
Well, I run a tech company.
The logic you code with is the logic you tell your developers to code with.
And if you don't know what your developers are doing, you shouldn't be running the nation's data management.
So that is a, you know, she might want to BS the American people by saying, oh, it's all the machines, but the machines do what you tell them to do.
Dr. Walensky and Dr. Wolf is telling you that because that is your job to make sure the machines are counting the way they're supposed to count, counting accurately.
So she is criminally and civilly at least neglectful or at most committed fraud.
And this ties right in with what Edward Dowd has said.
There's been fraud right down the chain.
Fraud with Pfizer, fraud with FDA, and now fraud with CDC.
steve bannon
Correct.
Just the launching these numbers and what scared everybody to have all the mothers up in arms and everything got to get the vaccine for the kids. This drove, correct me if I'm wrong, this drove this mass psychosis that every all the kids had to get vaccinated, correct? Correct. And we've also seen that there were hospital incentives for calling a death a COVID death when there wasn't.
dr naomi wolf
So we don't know how many of those kids actually died of COVID. And ultimately, they stopped saying of COVID and they started saying with COVID. Well, Dr. Ely showed how the CDC changed the death forms so that instead of COVID being one of the contributing factors, it was always moved down to being the last line.
The final factor because of a change that Rochelle Walensky made and they have proven this.
So she is absolutely at the top of this chain of fraud.
And we have to bring these charges.
We have to support these people bringing charges, both civilly and criminally.
steve bannon
Dr. Wolf, in the time we've got remaining, I couldn't be prouder of the War Room and what they've done to back your team up.
They've done this tremendous website and the organization.
The 55,000 Pfizer, the Pfizer had the government agreed there would be 70 years when they went to court and we reversed that.
They still dumped all these documents so you couldn't penetrate them.
It was just too much for individuals to do.
You came up with the idea, let's crowdsource this.
We put a call out for volunteers.
People ran to the sound of the guns.
Walk us through how many How many folks we have and how many lawyers you have and what progress are you making?
dr naomi wolf
Certainly.
So I want to credit amazing team leaders, my colleagues Craig Klein, Dan Backus and Brian O'Shea, my husband, who's also an investigator and has been helping organize this massive effort.
And the citizens have really stepped up.
So indeed we have over 1,400 volunteers.
We have now 230 lawyers.
The lawyers channel is now private and they are finding shockers.
I've got another one on my phone if you want me to tell you about it.
But chain after chain evidence of fraud.
All right.
So this is five point three point six cumulative analysis of post authorization adverse event reports.
naomi wolf
The volunteers and team leaders have found that eleven thousand 361 were not recovered at the time of the report.
dr naomi wolf
Do we, you know, do we know what happened to them?
Does the FDA know? Does the CDC know?
These are people who were still sick.
Something was still wrong, but they just dropped down this black hole, covered up, when the CDC said safe and effective.
naomi wolf
Unknown, and this goes to the coding issue, right?
dr naomi wolf
This, these documents code 9,400 people.
naomi wolf
Their outcomes as unknown.
dr naomi wolf
What happened to them?
Did they die?
Are they impaired forever?
And then the bottom, you know, summary is super terrifying.
As shown in figure one, the system organ classes that contain the greatest number of events, meaning adverse events, in the overall data set were general disorders and administration site conditions. 51,000.
335 administrative adverse events, okay?
naomi wolf
Vast tens of thousands.
dr naomi wolf
CDC was saying safe and effective.
Nervous system disorders, 25,957.
Musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders, 17,283.
and connective tissue disorders, 17,283. Gastrointestinal disorders, 14,096. Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders, 1,050.
naomi wolf
And finally, the last one, the most common type of gastrointestinal disorders, the most Respiratory, thoracic and mediastinal disorders, 8,848.
dr naomi wolf
Infections and infestations, 4,610.
naomi wolf
thoracic and mediastinal disorders, 8,848.
Infections and infestations, 4,610.
Injury, poisoning and procedural complications, 5,590.
dr naomi wolf
And investigations, this mysterious term that recurs throughout these internal confidential documents.
We don't know yet what it means.
3,693.
naomi wolf
This says confidential at the bottom of page 7.
dr naomi wolf
It goes right to the FDA.
These are tens of thousands of people hurt or missing, right?
naomi wolf
Dead, not dead, or injured, or with neurological damage.
You know, serious outcomes.
Tens of thousands.
dr naomi wolf
More than other vaccines combined.
And this was private.
They didn't tell us.
They gave it to the FDA.
And the FDA and Rochelle Walensky and Dr. Fauci, who's fleeing, told us all it's safe and effective.
And now Jen Psaki is asking for money to do it to your child.
steve bannon
Okay, Dr. Wolf, if you can just please hang over, because I want to make sure we get everything set for the webinar on Wednesday, and you can give how people can get to this information, how they can still join to volunteer.
Short commercial break.
I know this has been very disturbing, but we've actually got much more disturbing, also next, about child pornography and sex trafficking.
right after Dr. Wolf, all next in the war room.
unidentified
We're taking down the CCP.
Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP.
Go to MyPillow.com.
We've got the pillow.
It's $69.99 now.
$19.99.
The pillow that is essential for your great night's sleep.
Not a good night's sleep.
Great night's sleep.
steve bannon
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Remember, you're changing the arc of history here.
You need a great night's sleep, not a good night's sleep.
Go to MyPillow.com, promo code WarRoom, support the armor-piercing shell that is Mike Lindell, and of course, your humble servants here at the War Room Apparatus.
Can Denver pull up the cover of the book, The Bodies of Others?
Obviously love to read and I got to tell you, and I know a book is not what the book's not always what the cover is, but Naomi, this is an amazing cover of a book.
If bookstores allow it to be to be laid out in the beginning, you'll sell a ton at Barnes and Noble.
The Bodies of Others, The New Authoritarians, COVID-19 and the War Against the Human.
Naomi Wolf.
Dr. Wolf, when is this book going to be out?
naomi wolf
In May, I'll give you an exact pub date as soon as I know, but it's going to be coming out very soon.
steve bannon
It's stunning, but people can go on, is it up on Amazon right now they can pre-order?
naomi wolf
Probably not, but you can write to info at dailycloud.io and I'll keep your email for a signed copy when it's ready.
steve bannon
Signed copy.
Perfect.
The Bodies of Others.
What a dramatic title.
And man, what a haunting cover.
So good.
So as soon as it gets ready for Amazon, let us know.
We'll promote it.
There's a lot going on.
The one thing I think the audience has asked me through the break is, is there going to be an interim report?
Are you doing press conferences?
Because these things are so powerful, but tied together.
Is that a month away, a couple of weeks away when you get interim report first on the Pfizer 55,000 pages?
Do you have a timeline on this?
dr naomi wolf
I do.
naomi wolf
I do want to say that the response has been so massive and the tranche is so gigantic and the volunteers have been so active that we have had to hire a project manager.
So please do support us if you want that to be supported.
dr naomi wolf
We appreciate it.
There will be in two weeks a an interim report that we'll put together and then in a month after that we'll have a formal press conference where we announce all of our findings.
naomi wolf
But in the meantime, The findings are going up on the campaign channel.
dr naomi wolf
And also I'm bringing them to you here.

You know, there's no conspiracies.
I'm not a conspiracy theory guy, but there are no coincidences.
Isn't it interesting that Fauci's kind of faded from the White House pushing him out?
It kind of correlated somewhat with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.' 's book, The Real Anthony Fauci.
These books have huge impacts.
Books can have big impacts.
Books are like units of knowledge that have huge impacts.
The real Anthony Fauci.
Bobby Kennedy in the Children's Health Defense.
And now Fauci's sitting there.
He's running up the flagpole so he can get ahead of it.
I think I'm spending more time with my family.
As soon as you hear that, you know you're being lied to.
This next set is as disturbing as that is, although we're making progress on the lies of Big Pharma.
So understand that there's good news there.
This next thing is incredibly disturbing.
Liz Yord, the great Liz Yord, really shocked us yesterday by talking about the scale of this problem.
But something's come up in the Supreme Court nomination process, which is just kind of sailing through, and I think the hearings start on Monday.
from the other day.
I want to go to, I got Terry Schilling and Mike Davis.
Mike, is this just an effort to smear Judge Brown-Jackson or is there really something here, sir?
mike davis
So, thank you for having me.
Judge Ketanji Brown-Jackson has a 25-year record of advocating for lighter sentences For people who possess child pornography and it's going it permeates her public record or in her Senate Judiciary Committee disclosures at the article three project the group that I ran we did a deep dive into this and we.
Going back to her Harvard Law School note where she argued that our sex registry laws are unconstitutionally punitive, essentially, to her service on the United States Sentencing Commission, which is the policymaking body.
They make recommendations to federal judges on the sentence ranges for various federal crimes.
She made it one of her pet projects there to take on child pornography And she's arguing that these mandatory minimum sentences mandated by Congress for these child pornographers, for these pedophiles, are too harsh.
And then you see this Josh Hawley, Senator Josh Hawley from Missouri, posted a Twitter thread on this where he documents, he has the receipts on there, he documents seven cases while Judge Jackson was a district court judge where she imposed sentences below even the recommended guidelines for these uh, child pornography. S pattern that the Senate m they start these hearings
steve bannon
of uh, and so correct me sure you get the facts right.
She had 12 cases overall, I think, came up with her while she was on the bench.
And you're saying, and Holly's saying in this Twitter feed, that 7 of the 12, she actually gave sentences below the range, and particularly below the minimum, the minimum that had been recommended.
Is that the correct statistic?
mike davis
So I just want to make sure we're clear here.
She was a district court judge for eight years where she had over 500 opinions.
She had thousands of cases where she wrote over 500 opinions.
Child pornography cases generally make up less than 2% of the federal docket.
And so what Josh Hawley has put on Twitter with uncontroversial evidence is that Judge Jackson has seven cases where she's sentenced People who possess child pornography who should have been getting much tougher sentences.
She sentenced them way below the range.
I mean, some of these are pretty egregious where someone like, for example, here's one where, you know, a guy who had child pornography should have gotten 60 months is getting three.
So it's it's a disturbing pattern.
And it's it's it's it's in the public domain.
These are public records.
This is not a conspiracy theory.
steve bannon
I want to go to Terry Schilling.
Let me bring, just hang on, Mike.
Let me go to Terry.
Terry, I take it that one of the reasons people have worked up is that very few of these actually go to trial.
A lot of these people plea out.
But the ones that go to trial are kind of the hardcore of the hardcore because they're such egregious and they realize they can't cut a plea.
And so that's why everybody's up in arms about why there are these seven incidences where they were given so dramatically less than the mandatory minimums.
Is that essentially the complaint?
unidentified
Well, that's one of them.
See, the New York Times has actually covered this pretty extensively.
The law enforcement in America is overwhelmed with pedophilia and child pornography.
They only go after the worst offenders.
And when we're talking about the worst offenders, we're talking about quantity of videos, we're talking about violence, the level of violence in the videos, and just how egregious they are.
So if you're going before a judge, if you're actually being prosecuted, You've done some really terrible things beyond what the regular child offenders are doing.
So this is egregious, and it's really concerning that she's been deviating and being so lenient.
steve bannon
Why is this coming up?
She just got confirmed a little while ago as an appellate court judge in D.C., which is right below the Supreme Court.
The Republicans, everybody went through all this before.
Why is it now coming up that her records at the Sentencing Commission, which obviously is something people should do in due diligence, I think what boggles people's minds that don't do this all the time, which I'm one of them, how does this how this wait to the end?
How now she's got confirmation hearings, I think, is starting on Monday.
She's already done the wall.
So you got to sit on the couch with Lindsey Graham and everybody say she's going to breeze through.
And how did this, if it's so important, why was this missing?
Why is it coming up now, Terry?
And then I'll go to Mike.
unidentified
Well, look, Steve, there's so much going on in the world.
I mean, you look at what's happening globally, what's happening here domestically.
There's a million fights to be involved in, and I think that it's very possible that this just flipped.
But when it's a Supreme Court nominee, you have to really buckle down and dig even further into the details.
So I think ultimately it's just a bandwidth issue.
But now that this is a much bigger position, a lifetime appointment on the U.S.
Supreme Court, she's 54 years old.
That's going to be about three decades, possibly, that she'll be on the Supreme Court.
It's just the gravity of it and the lack of bandwidth, I think, with everything else going on.
steve bannon
So, Mike, is there other stuff?
Is the commission... Why have they not just... Why did the White House just not immediately release her notes and her arguments and all the things on the Sentencing Commission?
That would seem to me to be required due diligence anyway.
Why has that not been released?
mike davis
So let me step back.
I served as the chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and I ran these the process for prior Supreme Court nominations, including Justice Kavanaugh's in the lower courts.
So I think what is going on here is they have you have more staff.
you get a huge staff, temporary staff to come in and do a really deep dive on Supreme Court nominees that you don't get for these other nominees.
And so I think it's a combination of President Biden and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin kind of jammed Judge Jackson through the first time.
He put her on a panel with another circuit court judge and they kind of jammed her through.
And I just don't think that the staff at the time had the bandwidth to catch things.
Maybe they should have.
But here we are with the Supreme Court fight.
She's up for the highest court in the land and they've done a really deep dive into her record and they found a...
Some pretty alarming material, as Josh Hawley has put out there, as my group, the Article 3 Project, has put out on her website.
This is a patent.
This is not a one-off from law school.
This is not, you know, some one sentencing commission hearing where she had some musing about whether these sentencing guidelines for child predators are fair or not.
This is a 25-year pet project.
For Judge Jackson, and it is very, very alarming.
It's out there now.
The hearing starts on Monday, and she needs to answer these questions.
She needs to answer, of all the issues that she could have taken on during, in law school, as a sentencing commissioner, where she's set in policy as a district court judge, why is going easier on people who possess child pornography one of her pet issues?
steve bannon
Okay, I'm going to ask both of you guys to hang on, okay?
Hang on, we're going to go to the next block, because this is so disturbing.
Her other qualifications looked, like I said, this is not my deal, but it looked impeccable, and she was breezing through.
Then all of a sudden, I think what's most disturbing is that they've got to release These notes and discussions and debates of the Sentencing Commission.
That should have been released earlier.
She should never have been on the appellate court until that was reviewed.
So I don't know what Lindsey Graham and all these guys are doing all the time.
I understand staffs are jammed, but this is pretty basic.
Seems to me to be pretty basic due diligence that you would do on somebody because the U.S.
Sentencing Commission is a big deal.
Okay, short commercial break.
Mike Davis and Terry Schilling next in the war room.
unidentified

Okay, the Article 3 project of Mike Davis and you got Terry Schilling.
Terry, so with the hearing starting on Monday, what are you calling for?
You're America's principal project.
You defend the American family.
What is Terry Schilling telling folks they need to do?
Or should we just stand by and watch Hawley and these folks get into it on Monday?
unidentified
I think the biggest problem, Steve, is that Republican leadership is pressuring Hawley to give up this fight.
They don't want this nominee to sail through.
We just want some questions answered.
We want her record as the U.S.
Sentencing Commission released, and we want that analyzed.
We want these answers.
Right now, this fight is just starting to break out.
It's still mostly on Twitter.
We need to make it real for these legislators and for these senators.
On Monday, we're going to be encouraging our people to call McConnell's office and get to the bottom of all this and hold her accountable and get some answers.
steve bannon
Okay, how can you, how do they get the American Principles Project right now?
How do people go do that?
unidentified
It's AmericanPrinciplesProject.org.
Very simple.
steve bannon
Can you, you gave me the other day, can you give Mitch McConnell's Senate office number, do you have it in front of you?
I just want to make sure we get it up on the screen, Terry.
unidentified
You know, Steve, go to Mike and I'll hold up.
steve bannon
Fine, you pull it up, hang on.
Mike, so what are you calling for people, you're the Article 3 Project, you've done this, this is not your first rodeo.
What should people do and particularly if they want to have a fair to give Judge Brown Jackson a fair hearing, but to get to the bottom of this and understand really what her thinking is on this, what her decisions have been and how it's going to shape her as a lifetime appointee to the Supreme Court, the highest court in the land.
What do you recommend, Mike?
mike davis
Well, I think that Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin needs to needs to reverse his decision.
To hold this hearing despite the fact that they that the judge Jackson has not turned over her United States Sentencing Commission records that is routine for Supreme Court nominations that the nominee the White House work with the nominee to get their records from their prior government service.
There's a reason that they're hiding this, and the reason is very clear now.
The reason that they're hiding this is because President Biden knows that Judge Jackson was a champion of lessening federal sentences for people who possess child pornography.
steve bannon
Having done this exercise before, you're convinced that they're hiding these records and they don't want to release them?
mike davis
I don't know what the explanation would be for not turning over these routine records that you turn over for every other Supreme Court nominee in recent history.
Chairman Dick Durbin on the Judiciary Committee decided that they were gonna jam through Judge Jackson's nomination very quickly.
There's no need to.
Justice Breyer, who she's going to replace in the Supreme Court, is not even going to step down until the end of June.
There is no reason that they need to rush this nomination like they are.
They could have had this nomination hearing in June and got her confirmed before the end of June.
They're jamming her through because they don't want people to find out her record.
steve bannon
Yeah, Breyer is going to sit for the entire term.
She doesn't take over until, what, the first Monday or first Tuesday in October.
Okay, how do they get to you, Mike?
How do people find you?
Because you've been on fire on this thing.
How do people follow you on Twitter?
And how do they get to the Article 3 Project?
mike davis
So article three project is article number three project dot org article three project dot org.
And on Twitter, it's article number three at article number three project.
And then my personal Twitter is M.R.D.D.M.I.A.
M.R.D.D.M.I.A.
And I and I have been lighting up Twitter and and I'm trying to make this an issue because I think this is very disturbing that the Senate is getting ready to confirm to a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court A Supreme Court nominee who thinks that child pornography is not that big of a deal.
steve bannon
Okay, Mike, we'll have you back on here Monday.
We'll make sure that this gets properly adjudicated.
Mike Davis.
Terry, do we have Senator O'Connell's office number in the Senate?
unidentified
Yep, yep, I got it right here.
It's 202-224-2541.
202-224-2541.
And Steve, hopefully we can get that number out to people on Monday as well.
We need to keep the heat going.
steve bannon
We're going to have you back on.
This is too big a deal not to because it's such an egregious area of concern for this country and Liz your numbers are shocking.

In contrast of what the FT saying, Biden warns Xi Jinping of consequences towards China.
If it continues Russian support.
Now that came out this morning.
That took them basically 24 hours to come out with that, right?
Biden warns Xi Jinping.
That's NPR, right?
There is a regime of disinformatio within the U.S.
today that is worthy of the USSR.
And I'm going to be pushing some stuff out on that over the weekend.
steve bannon
The FT is people betting real money.
OK, so that's where you're getting the Xi warns Biden.
OK, we got this weekend is very important about this war.
