| With news from Germany, let's go to NBC's Tom Costello, who has been following these prices closely. | ||
| But then we got this whammy this morning, today, about the Nord Stream pipeline. | ||
| Tell us how this all fits together, Tom. | ||
| This is a major development. | ||
| You know, this is controversial. | ||
| Russia's pipeline to Germany called Nord Stream 2, supplying oil and gas. | ||
| The Americans never liked the idea because it creates this dependence on Russia. | ||
| And now, because of the incremental invasion of Ukraine, Germany has said it will not certify Nord Stream 2. | ||
| Which means, for now, there will not be oil and gas flowing on that pipeline from Russia. | ||
| However, Chris, as you know, about a third of Europe's gas and oil come from Russia. | ||
| They are very heavily dependent on Russia, especially to keep their homes warm during the winter. | ||
| How does all of that affect us? | ||
| Have you been to your pump lately? | ||
| Gas prices nationwide averaging about $3.50 a gallon. | ||
| The expectation is that we may see them move over $4 a gallon nationally and perhaps pushing $6 a gallon out in California where taxes of course are higher on gasoline because we're in a global market for oil and gas. | ||
| Prices are set globally and what happens with the third largest oil exporter Okay, welcome to the War Room. | ||

| We had Lindsey Graham coming in at four and Nancy got dragged over the finish line with 1% because of president Trump. | ||
| The moment she got up to Washington, what does she do? | ||

| That's not what we sent her to do. | ||

| One study found that the antibodies produced from three vaccine shots should protect most people from new variants, even those that are significantly Different from the original virus. | ||
| Health experts say that some people over 65 or at risk of illness may benefit from a fourth vaccine dose. | ||

| Two full years into the pandemic, the agency leading the country's response to the public health emergency, the CDC, has published only a tiny fraction of the data it has collected. | ||
| Several people with the data, familiar with the data, said much of the withheld information could help state and local health officials better target their efforts to bring the virus under control. | ||
| That is a blockbuster statement for the New York Times. | ||
| This also shows you people at the CDC, those would be the people familiar with the data, trying to get ahead of a Massive, massive investigation. | ||
| Dr. Naomi Wolf has warned us about this from the very beginning, first time she came on here about this data and the suppression of it. | ||
| Dr. Wolf, you just had that, we just had that two-minute segment where they're now running around, the science is changing, but they've withheld this data, and particularly, I understand, the data of 18 to 49-year-old folks has been absolutely suppressed. | ||
| What do you know, ma'am, and what do you say? | ||
| I mean, it's head exploding. | ||
| And I want to note that The New York Times is also civilly liable. | ||
| They're covering their tracks on this. | ||
| COVID-19 tracking, which is cited in the Daily Mail, is covering its tracks. | ||
| They are also in on a massive fraud, a criminal and civil fraud. | ||
| Here's why. | ||
| And people mustn't glaze over when they hear the word data. | ||
| It's really easy to understand. | ||
| First of all, you own that data. | ||
| They've got their spokesmodels trying to say, oh, it's confusing. | ||
| You won't understand. | ||
| It's not finished yet. | ||
| Every piece of data you own by law. | ||
| And the same is true in the United Kingdom, where they're doing the same thing. | ||
| And so you own it. | ||
| So, you know, confusing or not, the raw data belongs to you. | ||
| It's supposed to be published. | ||
| I also broke the story, you know, as you kindly note in March of 2021, that you need to have uniform forms from all the boards of health of 50 states in order to have that giant map that the New York Times still puts on its home page every single day. | ||
| Since March of 2021, I've been tweeting a Porfa Montevili of the New York Times. | ||
| The data are incomplete. | ||
| I've seen the raw data sets. | ||
| There are only six states reporting. | ||
| Where are the raw data? | ||
| Everyone knows that on a digital map you need to link to the raw data sets, everyone who makes dashboards knows this, in order to verify them. | ||
| And she's like, I don't know, the guys in the tech thing do the thing. | ||
| You know, there was no answer. | ||
| So the New York Times criminally reported on its front page a map of fake or unverifiable data for the last two years, and they know it. | ||
| So now they are trying to cover their tracks because there's headway being made by Dr. | ||
| Henry Ely, state Senator Kim Thatcher, state Senator Dennis Linthicum of Oregon, who are calling for a grand jury investigation, as we reported here, into willful misconduct with the data by the CDC. | ||
| Because as we reported here on War Room about three months ago, the CDC is taking the raw data sets, giving them to an interested Gates-funded third party, CSTE, and letting that tech bro third party unlawfully manage and misrepresent and censor and cherry pick the data so you have an unverifiable pandemic. | ||
| That's what happened. It is a massive, massive crime. | ||
| It's a crime using your property, which is the data generated by your tax dollars. | ||
| And we don't know the extent of the pandemic because the data are all now unverifiable, called into question, incomplete. | ||
| Only 31 states at this point they claim are even reporting. | ||
| We don't know what, you know, whether, we don't know if it's been de-duplicated. | ||
| We don't know if they're counting people twice. | ||
| We don't know in the case of COVID-19 tracking, they've got random volunteers uploading things from random blogs. | ||
| It is completely corrupt data sets, and you can't even look at them to see how corrupt. | ||
| So that is a massive crime underlying a massive crime, and the New York Times is complicit. | ||

| Krista Freeland, the hammer up in Canada, drops this War Powers Act, or they call it the Emergency Act, the biggest police action in the history of Canada. | ||

| How does that fit in with what, not just what's happening in red states, but now the scramble they're making in these blue states? | ||
| How did Biden send Nancy Pelosi the letter and notify her that, because only had a one-year, you know, a one-year stop on it, How did he, under what information did he have to extend this in perpetuity, ma'am? | ||
| Yeah, I mean, that's the question that has no answer because the answer is dictators are going to dictate. | ||
| So when I started out today, I said, we are in real trouble. | ||
| And my essay says we are in real trouble. | ||
| The coup has taken place. | ||
| The Emergency Powers Act is the coup. | ||

| Basically, what happened was There's been an Emergency Powers Act since the start of the pandemic with a termination date and it was re-upped eight times. | ||

| This White House jumps in on the dictator move by passing an Emergency Powers Act, which is open-ended and also which sends billions of dollars bypassing Congress To boards of health. | ||
| So boards of health are the ones who are creating, trying to pass these regulations to create detention camps where you and I are going to be rounded up without any appeal and our friends and people who are critical of this administration or of the suppression of our liberties. | ||

| Isn't this when you leave the bounds of earthly gravity and people start saying, hey, Dr. Wolf just now has become a nutcase because she's one of the FEMA camps. | ||

| Congress has been defanged to some extent and boards of health lawless entities have been kind of empowered Yeah. | ||
| do things to intervene in people's rights and liberties that they don't have the right to do under congressional law, under checks and balances. | ||

| And if this has happened in the United States, we're at risk from what's going on over the border to the north. | ||

| For example, one of the things I'm doing now is convincing county commissioners and rural secretaries of state to consider getting rid of the voting machines. | ||
| And if we can do that in many of the counties, then it It will help stop what's going on in Clark County and Washoe County and give them the ability for them to cheat because they need the rural counties to cheat. | ||
| And if we can do that, it will help us limit the damage that can be done by Clark County. | ||
| So that's exactly what we're doing and we're making a lot of headway and stay tuned. | ||
