Well, the virus has now killed more than 100 people in China, and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume... Probably warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.

|
Pandemic. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Banham.
Okay, welcome here in the War Room.
It's Monday, 31 January, Year of Our Lord 2022.
We've got a packed show.
We're going to be going from Rome to the border of the United States down the Rio Grande Valley and we're going to be going up to Canada to the truckers.
All of it, we're covering it wall to wall to wall to New York City to this debacle of the anarchy in New York City.
We're going to start in Rome about what's happening in Beijing and we've got MTG Everybody strap in, it's going to be an interesting show.
Ben Harnwell, Rome, what's going on in Beijing?
And remember, I want everybody to understand, all of this trying to get us into a shooting war in the Ukraine is to take the eye off two things.
The debacle that they've made of everything they put their hand on the United States and particularly exacerbating initiating and exacerbating The invasion of the southern border.
In addition, the reason they're really rubbing it up now is they've got to take the eye off of kowtowing to who our existential threat to this country is, the transnational criminal organization that is the Chinese Communist Party.
As Biden allows Olympic athletes to go over and kowtow to this dictatorship and also put our athletes in harm's way in a country that's roaring with who knows what variation, because every number they tell you, everything they tell you that comes out of their weapons lab, the bioweapons lab, Which is a bioweapons lab in Wuhan that created this virus.
Ben Harnwell, get us up to speed on exactly what's happening now.
Good morning, Steve. | ||
Yes, you're absolutely right.
What we have been predicting and explaining how it was going to happen since December the 23rd has happened in exactly the way we said it was going to happen, which contrasts nicely to the mainstream media who spent their time saying it's not going to happen.
And now that it's happening, they're saying it's not happening.
And in a couple of weeks' time, they'll say it didn't happen.
This is the fresh news from today.
Chaoyang District and Fengtai District, both suburbs of Beijing, have been closed down because of Covid.
The CCP authorities are testing millions of people over the last couple of days.
They are so worried over the outbreak here, which they cannot control.
They have failed with their containment.
They have issued two ordinances, one of which is that anyone who's bought garlic, which in China is a popular remedy for having a cold, and anyone who's been to the pharmacist to buy cold medicine, if they don't go and get tests now, they're going to be fined.
This is how paranoid and fearful the CCP authorities are.
As you said, we don't know what they are dealing with, what type of variant they're dealing with.
But even if it is, as we hope, only Omicron, the worldwide globalist overlords cannot have it both ways.
They cannot be locking us down here in the West, saying we're doing this for your own good.
Omicron is still very dangerous.
It's not a common cold. | ||
It's life threatening.
And at the same time, ...to facilitate the Covid Squid Games, which as we've been pointing out here on the War Room, will be the largest super-spreading event mankind has ever known.
So that's the situation.
Ben, but the Games, Chinese New Year's, I think starts tonight.
It's the first, second, third, and for three days at least, they're going to have it.
And then the Games, I think, opening ceremony.
I think some pre-activities Thursday, but I think opening ceremonies on Friday.
As of right now, All the countries, the athletes, and here's the thing.
These broadcasters that are not sending, like NBC, the cowardliness of NBC is monumental.
They're not sending their own broadcasters.
Here's what they're doing.
They're giving the CCP all kind of cash to broadcast to have the U.S.
rights. | ||
They've got these traitorous companies that are supporting that.
They won't send their own announcers because they understand how dangerous it is right now, yet they don't have MSNBC.
Who are the woke? | ||
We don't have Rachel Maddow or Ari Melba.
Ari Melba, you know you're gonna live in infamy by never mentioning this.
You don't have MSNBC, which is a partner of the Chinese Communist Party in this, won't mention a word on any of this.
None of it. | ||
None of the dangers of the virus over there and none of the human rights violations.
Ben, have any nations now announced that they're going to withdraw because of what's happening right now in the suburbs of Beijing, which is obvious this virus is spreading rapidly?
I've not seen that. | ||
And our international bureau, Steve, is following this news 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
I think between now and Friday, that is going to start happening.
But a lot depends. | ||
On how honest the CCP is with the world over what it is it's trying to deal with.
Regarding this triple-locked, closed-loop bubble which they're so proud about, they've now insisted that if there is a car crash between one of the athletes in the bubble and on their way from the hotel to the stadium, Chinese people aren't allowed to go and help those athletes.
The Chinese people aren't allowed to help those athletes because of the risk of what they're trying to suppress.
Ben, what is your getter account?
We've got to bounce and get MTG up.
It's the problem, Steve, when you're doing a live shoot from the centre of Rome.
You've got so many fans, I know.
You've become a real poster boy.
Getter at Harnwell. | ||
unidentified
|
Make sure we get 24-hour coverage.
Go sign the autographs for your fans right now.
Ben Harnwell from Rome.
Thank you very much, brother.
Appreciate it. | ||
Okay, and by the way, Ben's up on Getter 24-7 as you can go to my account 24-7 in the War Room account.
Get news updates all the time.
Okay, let's play. | ||
We've got a cold open for MTG.
Let's go ahead and rip it, Denver.

|
Biden and the radical left, it's always America last.
And that's what they do.
You look at these horrible deals they make throughout the world.
It's always America last.
Everyone in Washington is obsessing over how to protect Ukraine's border.
But the most important border in the world right now for us is not Ukraine's border.
It's America's border, and we do nothing about it.
But let People come in and we have no idea who they are.
The first duty of the American president is to defend the American border.
Before our leaders talk about invasions of other countries, they need to stop the invasion of this country.
It's being invaded. | ||
It's being invaded by people that should not be allowed to do... You know, we had the safest border, the strongest border that we've ever had, just one year ago.
And before Joe Biden send any troops to defend a border in Eastern Europe, he should be sending troops to defend our border right here in Texas.
Yeah, and you know, Meek, I say this as a former politician myself, they know what they're doing.
I mean, they know what they're doing.
When Joe Biden blunders through an answer in a press conference and questions whether an election will be legitimate or not, and then he cleans it up later on, they know exactly what they're doing.
It's just like, you know, they knew exactly what they were doing when they'd say, oh, Hillary Clinton, Hillary Clinton, she questioned the outcome of the election.
Just say, how is she any different than Donald Trump?
I'll tell you how she's different.
Hillary Clinton, the next day, took her medicine and she conceded to Donald Trump.
And she said he won and told everybody to get in line behind the new president.
That elections have consequences.
unidentified
|
Senator, more than 730 people have been charged by the Justice Department for their role in the attack on the Capitol on January 6th to stop the certification of our election.
Last night, President Trump, at a rally, said this.
If I run and if I win, we will treat those people from January 6th fairly.
And if it requires pardons, we will give them pardons because they are being treated so unfairly.
unidentified
|
Pardons? | |
Do you agree? | ||
Yeah. | ||
No, I don't want to send any signal that it was okay to defile the Capitol.
There are other groups with causes that may want to go down the violent path if these people get pardoned.
But isn't that a dangerous thing to say?
Yeah, well, I think it's inappropriate.
I don't want to reinforce that defiling the Capitol was okay.
I don't want to do anything that would make this more likely in the future.
And just let me finish my thought here.
When Kamala Harris and her associates and the people that work for her, her staffers, Raise money to bail out the rioters who hit cops in the head and burned down stores.
I didn't like that either.
So I don't want to do anything from raising bail to pardoning people who take the law in their own hands because it will make more violence more likely.
I want to deter people who did what they did on January the 6th.
And those who did it, I hope they go to jail and get the book thrown at them because they deserve it.
That was clear. | ||
OK, on Morning Mika, Joe Scarborough only got half the phrase.
Joe, yes, elections have consequences and stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.
Joe, you're like the Vichy.
You're a Vichy Republican that went to the Democrats with Morning Mika years ago.
You're about to pay an enormous price because the Democratic Party, the people you've been collaborating with, It's going to get shattered on November 8th of this year.
We're shattering the Democratic Party because of the big steal.
It's becoming more and more evident every day.
And morning Mika and Joe, I would request that you have somebody on tomorrow to talk about Pennsylvania.
The second highest court in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania rules that the mail-in illegal Well, I just heard Lindsey Graham that he said he hopes the people that have been arrested for January 6th go to jail and have the book thrown at them.
But I think what Lindsey Graham needs to be informed of, since he could care less and hasn't even checked it out himself, is these people have been thrown in jail and are having the book thrown at them, and then some.
Actually, they haven't even been to court yet.
They have not been convicted of any crimes, but they are being held in jail indefinitely in a pretrial state.
And by the way, for Lindsey Graham, since he's a senator, he might've forgotten that we have due process in this country and that people are supposed to be presumed innocent before they're found guilty in a court of law.
But no, January 6th defendants are being abused, treated worse than radical Islamic terrorists at Gitmo.
They have less rights than practically the people probably being held in labor camps in China.
They're being treated horrible because they're white, they're male, and they voted for Trump.
And that's by Deputy Warden Kathleen Landerkin.
In the D.C. | ||
Jail. | ||
And then this is happening in jails across the country.
Here's my problem. | ||
Hang on. | ||
Hang on. | ||
One second. | ||
I've only got a minute. | ||
I want to make sure. | ||
You have been, from the beginning, from the very day it happened, because you've only been on the job a couple of weeks, you have been adamant that people, if they broke the law, that you're a rule of law person.
The law has to be upheld, correct?
You're saying, hey, you've got to deal with this.
I want to walk through what your statements have been.
So, my statements the entire time have been every single riot is wrong, whether it's Antifa, BLM, and January 6th.
I'm completely against violence, but I believe in our justice system, and our justice system is being defiled.
It's being perverted. | ||
It's being destroyed because all of the rioters that got arrested and all the Antifa, violent BLM riots that were attacks on the American people Almost 100%, nearly 100% of them have had their charges dropped and they went scot-free.
And yes, the Democrats raised money for them and helped them.
But here's the difference.
Lindsey Graham is totally ignoring that fact.
And he's talking about these January 6th defendants.
While they're being treated like political prisoners, he agrees with it.
He agrees with how they're being treated.
He's totally fine with it.
He doesn't care about our justice system.
He doesn't care about human rights.
He doesn't care that Americans are being treated like political prisoners of war at the hands of the Democrats.
As a matter of fact, he goes right along with them, Steve.
He totally agrees with Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden on how these people are being treated.
He wants to do nothing for it.
Okay, hang on. | ||
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We'll return. | ||
Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene on the other side in the war room.
unidentified
|
We rejoice when there's no more, let's take down the CCP!
They have all lied for too long, we will end what they do wrong.
Spread the word of the wrong, come let's take down the CCP!
I can tell you there's a lot of money being raised in this campaign.
I'd like to know where the hell some of it's coming from.
But, that's not your problem.
I'm getting outraged. | ||
3 to 1. | ||
Outspent 4 to 1. | ||
If you want to help me fight back, go to LindseyGraham.com.
5 or 10 bucks from half your audience would fill in the gap that I'm facing.
I'm being killed financially.
This money is because they hate my guts.
Get on our websites. | ||
LindseyGraham.com. | ||
5 or 10 bucks goes a long way.
I'm getting overwhelmed.
LindseyGraham.com. | ||
Help me. | ||
I'm being outraged two to one.
If you want to help me, LindseyGraham.com.
LindseyGraham.com. | ||
They're loading me up because I'm chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
Go to LindseyGraham.com to help me.
Every liberal in the country wants to take me out.
LindseyGraham.com. | ||
If you want to help me, help me by going to my website.
So helpmeatLindseyGraham.com.
They're trying to silence us all by swamping us with money.
Okay, this gets to a deeper problem.
Right there you saw the Crocodile Tears.
I want to thank the Real America's Voice team in Denver and also our production team, the producers of the War Room, for putting that together.
This is deeper, okay? | ||
You saw it every night with the big Crocodile Tears.
Who saved Lindsey Graham?
Who came to Lindsey Graham's back?
The deplorables. | ||
They sent the $5 in. | ||
They sent the $10 in. | ||
And this is a deeper, more insidious problem we have than the Democratic left.
The Democratic left, we've identified, we've isolated, and we're going in for the kill shot, right?
They're going to shatter on November 8th into many different shards.
The problem we have is what's inside the wire.
And more importantly, what's inside the wire that you, this magnificent, glorious, patriotic audience paid for, okay?
Because it was you. | ||
He went on Hannity every night with those crocodile tears coming down his cheeks, begging you.
Begging the Judiciary Committee.
Yeah, that went wild. | ||
All the lies he told about the impeachment.
He's gonna get after this guy.
He's gonna call this. | ||
President Trump, just don't bring up anything about Russia.
Don't bring up anything about anything.
Please just be quiet and just get out of town.
Just please, please, please be quiet.
We'll get to all of it. | ||
Over for the first impeachment, the second impeachment, all of it.
Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene, you're the one that's had the fortitude The internal fortitude, inner fortitude to actually step up to this.
Lindsey Graham, it's not just Lindsey Graham.
It's what Lindsey Graham represents.
And I would like you to walk us through what our problem is.
Well, thank you, Steve.
I'm just going to say something and I'm probably going to get totally getting a lot of heat for this.
But I think the greatest role that I can serve in Congress, is not only to fight back against the Democrats, but to hold Republicans accountable.
Because Republicans like Lindsey Graham, Mitch McConnell, and so many others that have been there so long and think they're better than everyone and no better than everyone.
And they think that they are the ones that control it all, which they have been for a long time.
But they're the real problem in the Republican Party.
And the American people are so sick of it.
We're fed up and we're tired.
Because Republicans like Lindsey Graham, while he He passes total judgment on January 6th, and it's rotting away in jail.
At the same time, Lindsey Graham is sitting in the Senate helping nominate and helping pass through all of Joe Biden's nominations.
He's helping Joe Biden get his agenda by voting for the infrastructure bill.
And then he's stopping.
I don't want to tell you, this is the really important part that all of you watching do not know about.
He also works against America First candidates like me that are campaigning and doing everything they can in primaries to get elected.
And I'm going to tell you how he does that.
Because he calls up President Trump and pushes the people that he wants and pushes him towards President Trump and begs for President Trump to endorse those people.
And those are not the type of people that I know all of you watching this show want to send to Washington.
Because everyone watching and all the deplorables and American people, all you want in Washington is leaders who are going to stop the attack on our country by Communist China.
that are going to stop big tech from censoring your voice.
You want leaders in Washington that are actually going to stop talking on Fox News and actually take action to close our border and protect our country and stop the drugs from blowing in and stop the human trafficking and stop all of this insanity.
You want leaders in Washington that are going to care about our border and not Ukraine.
You want leaders in Washington that aren't going to send your sons and daughters to go fight in some foreign war while your tax dollars pay for it and they kill your sons and daughters so that they can beat their chest on television and talk tough and sound tough.
America is fed up, and I'm tired of the politics.
I'm so tired of the Democrat and Republican nonsense.
What we need is leaders in Washington that are actually going to protect our Constitution, defend our freedoms, protect our rights, and care about our small businesses, our American jobs, our American companies, our traditional family values, our children's education, and stop attacking our children with insanity, perversion and evil.
We want leaders in Washington that are actually going to do the job instead of beg and cry on television for small dollar donations when someone's actually trying to get them out of office.
And so for Lindsey Graham to stand there and television and defend Joe Biden's pick for a black justice on Supreme Court, which is the most racist thing.
I thought we were done with racism in this country.
We should look at character accomplishments and the ability to do the job.
But Lindsey Graham defends Joe Biden.
Lindsey Graham is helping him pass his agenda.
And Lindsey Graham doesn't care about the two-tier justice system in America because he feels like he was a victim of the riot at the Capitol right along with Nancy Pelosi.
And I'm so tired of Lindsey Graham.
I just want to say a couple of comments.
I think some of these justices and these judges they're looking at stand on their own merits.
You don't need to have some special category.
They stand on their own merits, their own rulings, and they ought to be compared and contrasted with other people and put up.
You shouldn't demean These judges by saying we have to have a special category.
I think it demeans the a couple of these a few of these women are absolutely incredibly accomplished and would be competitive if you're going to have a progressive judge in there.
But what Lindsey Graham and these guys do is demean it and you shouldn't be demeaned.
It should be a natural selection.
It should be a selection process like we've had, you know, naturally in all these other justices.
And I think he demeans it.
But I want to go back something.
You said Lindsey Graham and Dick.
Remember, he's Dick Durbin's buddy.
On the amnesty program.
He was over the White House every day hammering on amnesty.
He's an amnesty guy. | ||
He's been amnesty. | ||
He's not just weak on the border.
He's an open borders guy.
He's the leader with Dick Durbin to try and get this amnesty thing that's hurt us over and over again for years.
He's also one of the biggest proponents of going into Ukraine.
He's John McCain's neocon mini-me, right?
He's the king of the neocons.
So this is not kind of on the margins of what America First and MAGA stands for.
This is to the heart. | ||
He's opposite the heart.
And I just want to go back.
Sat there with those crocodile tears coming down when his opponent had raised $100 million.
Crocodile tears coming down and begged this audience.
He begged you. | ||
And I want everybody in the audience that wrote a $5, $10, $50 check to embrace what Marjorie Taylor Greene is saying.
So Congressman Green, would you reach out to Lindsey Graham and invite him to come with you?
Has he ever reached out to you?
In fact, would you invite him to come down with you to the jail?
Because you're one of the, you and Louie Gohmert, Matt Gaetz, and a couple others were the courageous ones that went down and saw how these guys are being treated like political prisoners.
Absolutely. | ||
Actually, I'm going to be planning another visit to the jail.
I'm going to invite everyone in Congress, Republican, Democrat, both in the House and in the Senate.
Everyone needs to see it.
Everyone needs to see what's going on.
They need to talk to these people.
They need to hear from them.
They need to see the entire jail.
I think the entire jail is horrible.
I think we have a lot of problems in the prison system, and I don't really like all the prison reform that was done.
I think we can do a lot better.
I think that in prison, people should learn to work hard.
They should have, you know, that's how you build your character is hard work, and then teach them skills so that when they leave, They actually have something to give to society that's productive, that they can do their job and make good decisions and live a better life.
That's what prison should do.
But prison, where these people are being held, they're just being held for 23 hours a day.
And I treated like animals in a cage, like Dr. Fauci treats animals while he, you know, how he provides money and grant money for animals to be abused and tested on so they can develop disgusting viruses and bioweapons like COVID-19.
And Steve, I want to go back to the beginning where you were taught, they were talking and you and this guy that was on, we're talking about China and that these new variants and viruses spreading everywhere.
We it needs to be pointed out that the living conditions and a lot of these factory towns, these industrial areas of China are disgusting.
That there's people, tons of people living in very cramped quarters.
They're filthy. | ||
This is how germs spread.
So China, instead of improving their people's living conditions, instead of actually caring about their workers, know that all they want is they want labor camps, child labor.
They have prisoner camps and they use them to build goods that America buys and brings across the ocean and shipping containers that sit at our ports.
Because we have labor union bosses that are refusing to have these shipping containers unloaded by the people that are at work and should be doing it.
But the whole problem is, Steve, it's our Republicans.
We know who the Democrats are.
We know exactly what they want.
We know what they are all about.
But when we have Republicans like Lindsey Graham that have been there way too long, and they're more interested in serving the big corporate interests, And they're more interested in a global economy.
And they're more interested in more foreign wars so they can feel good, sound good, and feel tough.
They are selling out America.
They are selling out our companies.
They are selling out our country.
And most of all, they're selling out the very people that vote for them and send them to Washington to stop all of this nonsense.
So, you know, they talk about the Civil War and the GOP.
I'm all in for it. | ||
We have got to fix our Republican Party.
Fix the Republican Party and make it a Republican Party that makes me want to cheer for these people.
I want Republicans, I want all elected Republicans to be doing the job that they tell people they're going to do.
I want Republicans to do the job that people actually care about.
Then that would give me something to cheer for.
But so many times I have nothing to cheer for because they don't actually do it.
Congressman Green, how do people get to your PAC that's trying to take care of this?
How do people get to you?
Well, I've got two websites.
MTG4America.com. | ||
MTG4America.com. | ||
That's for me. | ||
That's how you can support me.
And then we have SASPAC.com.
S-A-S-S-P-A-C.com. | ||
And that helps me get America First, great people elected that can help do the job and not be rhinos.
Thank you, Congressman.
She's up on Getter and Twitter.
Thank you very much. | ||
By the way, I might want to mention to MTG, $1 trillion trade deficit in Biden's first year.
Never talked about $1 trillion.
Greatest in history. | ||
Short commercial break.
I'll be back in the War Room in a moment.

I think I missed his shout-out to Dan Crenshaw.
I think it was Crickets.
They're pretty interesting since it was in the Houston area.
I want to bring in Boris.
Boris, we've got work to do here.
Gateway Pundit's got a kind of explosive story in Missouri.
Ladies and gentlemen, there's about two things right now.
Redistricting in 3 November.
Okay? | ||
Redistricting in 3 November.
We're going to have somebody in the Precinct Strategy in the second hour to walk through how you can sign up because we need people We need everybody to the ramparts now.
Everybody to the ramparts.
So let's go to Missouri, because Tennessee came through magnificently because of the patriots in that General Assembly, the legislature.
Walk us through Missouri right now, Boris.
Steve, Missouri remains in a place it absolutely should not be, which is they are going to a vote in the Senate in Missouri still on that, and some are saying it's 6-2.
It's a 5-3 map. | ||
Absolutely unacceptable.
And it is this war room posse.
It is the MAGA movement under the leadership of President Trump.
It is only us who can put our shoulder to the wheel, go to battle, and get the right result in Missouri, just like the right result was gotten in Tennessee.
Because it is unacceptable in Missouri, which some would say, you know, there's no Nashville, really.
There's no Memphis, right?
There's no ruby red. | ||
St. | ||
Louis is red. | ||
Kansas City is red. | ||
There's no ruby red. | ||
There's no blue in Missouri.
It's all blood red. | ||
It's all ruby red. | ||
So 7 to 1 is already a compromise in Missouri.
If we were Democrats, let's be honest, it'd be just like Maryland, Illinois, New York, or California.
It'd be 8 to 0 in Missouri.
So 7 to 1 is a compromise.
That is the best it should be.
And rhinos like Kehoe and others in the Missouri State Legislature should be Hearing from the War Room Posse, always coloring within the lines, of course, but doing so boldly.
Get on the horn, get on the phone.
Gateway Pundit breaking great stories about it.
We cannot sit idle and let rhinos give away seats.
Okay. | ||
Because, and here, this is very important, Steve.
Some people think, well, you know, this matters only in Tennessee.
But it matters only in Missouri.
Or only in this district.
unidentified
|
No. | |
The predicate. | ||
The predicate. | ||
is incorrect. This is the future of our country. If we want any shot at 100 seats, 100 years, which is where all the polling showing we should be, we need to win each and every one of these battles. Because we as of now have gone from a plus 12 or plus 14 to a minus two, meaning Joe Biden's seats are up two. Yep. Okay.
By the way, Claudia Tenney was on here.
I think New York's gonna be 23-3.
When Mark Elias and these Democrats are on, they're playing Smash Mouth.
And you don't see us crying.
There's no crocodile tears here.
It is what it is. | ||
But in places that we control, it's gotta be 8-0, 7-1, and Florida's gotta get to it, too.
I gotta go to Pennsylvania, but I gotta talk about Mark Elias.
Mark Elias was caught, he self-owned himself.
Or he owned himself, a cell phone, by putting out he wants to end the First Amendment.
He wants to end the First Amendment because he understands the more we're out there pounding every day, pounding every day on the facts and the truth, you're going to have more Pennsylvanias.
And Mark Elias is fighting a rearguard action right now, he understands that.
The guy that was the chief engineer of the Big Steel.
He understands it. | ||
This thing he said over the weekend, Boris, is pretty stunning.
It shows you he said the quiet part out loud.
Walk us through that before we get to Pennsylvania.
What Mark Eliott said is that he tweeted and then actually deleted that he wants to end First Amendment protections, the Sullivan versus New York Times case, the famous case that adds a lot of protections to mainstream media, to all media, against libel, slander, another lawsuit.
So what Mark Eliott went under and said, well, maybe we need to be reexamining that and change that.
And he added to me, I took that as a direct attack at this audience, at this show, at you, Steve, at all of us, at all of us who are fighting day in, day out to tell the truth.
Mark Eliott doesn't like it.
And now he's talking about, well, let's enable slander, let's enable libel, let's enable Mark Elias, if you put up a tweet like that, you want to take down the First Amendment because you're afraid of the war room.
Have the guts to keep it up there, brother.
Have the guts to keep it up there.
You don't see us taking anything down.
Have the guts to keep it up there.
Here's why, Mark Elias.
All your criminality And going through and changing all this is being found out.
First of all, they're going to declare him unconstitutional.
Then we're going to get to the bottom.
Then we're going to get the receipts of how all this got pulled off.
Don't think we're not coming for you, brother.
Let's go to Pennsylvania.
This thing is this thing.
Now, the mainstream media is reporting it.
This is absolutely central where where MAGA and the 3 November movement get a chance to adjudicate things in actual courts.
We win. | ||
They lose. | ||
What's happening right now in Pennsylvania on this monumental decision by the second highest court in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth Court, essentially appeals court, the only higher court, the Supreme Court.
What's going on, Boris?
And Steve, 10 more seconds on Elias.
Connect the dots. | ||
He's going out there and saying this now, and then he got beaten back, took it off.
He's saying it because he knows not only are we coming, we're winning.
He knows that MAGA's going to control Congress, MAGA's going to control the Senate with candidates like Eric Greitens.
He knows that MAGA is in control, and he's so scared of it.
And he's seeing that Biden is getting actually negative press from people who they're used to being their spokespeople at the But hold it, but don't, but don't, but don't, no, no, no, no, no, but don't bury the lead.
House, Senate, I got it, but we're winning state legislatures and wait for it, we're going to take over all the secretaries of state and we're going to win in a democratic process all the county supervisors and all the election boards.
And the precincts. | ||
This is what he's afraid of.
He's afraid of the MAGA movement now, the populist movement.
He's afraid of the school boards, he's afraid of the precinct strategy, but most importantly he's afraid of the election.
But we're taking over all the election boards with elections, people elected in, right, or volunteer in.
Right. | ||
Take those over, taking over the secretaries of states of all the critical states.
So there's no more, no more, uh, criminality.
And we're taking over. | ||
We control the state legislatures.
We, these, we got him on the run, on the run.
And now what he's got to come back and say, Oh, what we got to do is we've got to shut these.
We've got a D platform. | ||
These guys got to shut down.
It is not going to happen.
And you're so gutless when you said the court, and by the way, this is what they talk about behind the scenes all the time.
When you finally went out there and got it outed by even your other guy said, you can't say that we're going to do it, but you can't say it.
That you're too gutless to keep it up, so don't come up with all the high... Maybe one drink is too many for Elias on the weekend, huh?
You know, when you have a slip-up like that from somebody who generally at least tries to keep it tight, who knows what's going on, but that is the quiet part out loud.
We know how they're coming.
We know how they're coming.
We got him on the run. | ||
You're exactly right. | ||
You're exactly right. | ||
When we get to adjudicate the facts and the law, we win.
The only times that the courts have gone against us is all on technicalities.
Latches in Wisconsin. | ||
Wisconsin, a clear case of this deal in 2020.
The Supreme Court on technicality, not taking the Texas-Pennsylvania case.
These are technicalities, where we adjudicate the law and the facts, we win, and that's what happened in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
And they said, hey, this Act 77 is just blatantly unconstitutional, which puts into dire question 2.6 million ballots in the 2020 election, because as President Trump said in his statement, as he said in a statement on Friday, if it is unconstitutional now to have unchecked, no excuse, mail-in balloting, how could it have been constitutional back in 2020, in the rigged election of 2020 as president? Okay, but hang on. Don't bury the, hold on, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, don't bury the lead again. What did
MTG say about, hang on, but the letter, but what did MTG say about the Reiner Republicans?
Up there right now, what does Boris come on and talk to us about all the time?
The Electoral Count Act of 1887, right?
To try to sort out all the problems we had in the 19th century with those elections.
This is what Romney and Collins and those guys are just going to do a small tweak.
They're just going to do a tiny tweak.
Small tweak to make sure that the vice president, the president of the Senate, doesn't have the ability to send it back to the state legislatures.
Hello? | ||
Trump nailed it. | ||
He nailed it. | ||
Hold it. | ||
If they're trying to tweak it, what are they trying to tweak?
If it was not legal, if it was outside the rules, why are they messing with things now?
Well, you know what the most interesting thing is?
Go ahead. | ||
Yes, sir, we caught these guys.
We've talked about this.
The Electoral Count Act of 1887, it lays out the process for these challenges.
But here's the issue with it.
It's actually never been constitutionally tested.
So the power of the vice president, the power of the vice president in the ballots are open and are counted isn't in the act.
It's in the 12th Amendment.
So what Romney and Collins and Mark Elias, what they're walking into is they're actually walking into a constitutional challenge to the updated act if they actually do pass it and do change it.
And if you look at the makeup of the court, we're getting Roberts.
Suck on that. | ||
Suck on that. | ||
or not that as of as of today no matter who they replace Breitbart it'll be five to four to say that the Electoral Count Act cannot cannot take away or add power to Congress or take away power from the vice president because those are those are laid out in the Constitution and laws cannot take away or change enumerated powers.
Real quickly, Dr. John Malone, out there in Denver, the new kind of owner of the controlling factor in CNN, who said people on CNN, his utterances should be considered a papal bull, okay?
When he says, hey, I think they ought to get back to noon.
You ought to understand the slander and libel that CNN has been doing all the time about Big Lie, it's all false.
Check the opinion in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania before you slander and libel people.
Because you're all going to be held accountable.
Boris, real quickly, what's going to happen with that appeal?
We've got about a minute.
What's going to happen with that?
Because we're in the process, are we?
Here's the beauty of Pennsylvania.
If you go to the January 4th, 2021 letter from Jay Corman, the State Senate President, he laid out not just the problems with Act 77, but how Pennsylvania and Kathy Bakumar, the Secretary of State back then, actually broke that law.
Not only did they have an unconstitutional law, they didn't even follow the unconstitutional law.
So, the Democrat Josh Shapiro, Mark Elias, and everybody in Pennsylvania are in deep trouble.
It's now gone to the state Supreme Court.
It's been appealed. | ||
Yes, there's a stay in place, but that doesn't mean anything.
That decision in the state Supreme Court is going to be what rules, unless it's then appealed to the federal Supreme Court.
Here's the good news. | ||
The state Supreme Court, just in the last several weeks, ruled for Republicans, for Jay Corman, on the mask mandate issue.
So, they've been leaning, the Republican also, do not forget, elections have consequences.
There was an election, the election in November, a major, strong Republican was just elected to the state Supreme Court in Pennsylvania.
So, that decision is by no means, by no means, a foregone conclusion, and if I had to guess right now, I'd say 60-40 likely to come our way on Act 77 being ruled unconstitutional.
15 seconds, social media, what do you got?
No doubt about it. | ||
Hot website boriscp.com, hot on getter at boriscp, on twitter at boriscp, and of course the hottest on the gram on boris underscore epstein.
Still here in Arizona, different background.
I'll see you tomorrow. | ||
Stay strong. | ||
God bless. | ||
Okay, we're going to Canada and to the border.
All next in The War Room.
unidentified
|
Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP.
Wow, this is a huge look at they go forever.
This is by Atchison outside of Edmonton heading into Calgary.
January 23rd, 2022. | ||
Convoy. | ||
More than trucks. | ||
Lots of cars and trucks.
Very impressive. | ||
Goes on forever. | ||
trucks. Lots of cars and trucks. Very impressive. Goes on forever.
the and | ||
the Small fringe minority?
of people who are on their way to Ottawa or who are holding unacceptable views that they're expressing.
Do not represent the views of Canadians who have been there for each other, who know that following the science and stepping up to protect each other is the best way to continue to ensure our freedoms, our rights, our values as a country.
Okay, that worm is now in hiding.
He's in hiding because Alpha males and Alpha females have arrived.
The Calvary finally arrived in Ottawa.
It's been stunning as we track this.
On Getter, this is one of the powers of Getter.
If you go on Getter right now with Jack Posobiec, he's doing an amazing job.
On his site there, I think Truckers for Freedom, a bunch of these sites, the footage is unbelievable.
And now, quote-unquote, the Prime Minister of Trudeau, Castro Trudeau, is now in hiding, and he's coming out.
I got COVID, okay? | ||
That's why he's in hiding as the cavalry finally arrives.
I want to go to Mike Anderson.
He's part of the convoy and one of the truckers up there.
Mike, can you please explain to us what exactly is going on?
He says you're a fringe group with unacceptable opinions and ideas.
Sir, what say you? | ||
unidentified
|
Well, there's nothing small and fringe about this group.
You can see by the video that it's very large following.
I mean, I drove across the country, and if you've seen the people on the sides of the road, it's not small at all.
There's supporters supporting us, and it's just wonderful.
It's a great movement. | ||
I see it's picking up momentum every second of every day.
You're now in Ottawa, and it's caught on throughout the world.
They're down in Brazil.
There's footage from everywhere.
In Canada, let's start there.
In Canada, what do you hope to accomplish?
What is your task and your purpose?
unidentified
|
Well, we're doing this to end all the mandates.
You can tell by the groups that come out, people don't want these mandates.
It's not just about the mandates of the structures at the border.
This is about all the mandates.
We're not anti-mask. | ||
We're not anti-vaccine.
It's all the mandates. | ||
Let the people live free.
I don't know how else to put it.
People need to live their life.
Mike, this thing has caught on, what you guys have inspired from across Canada and Harlington.
By the way, it's always the truckers that are the lead.
When I had the Breitbart Radio Show, the truckers were the greatest callers we had and were one of the backbones of the Trump movement.
Is this going to expand, you think, into the United States?
And where do you guys go from Ottawa?
Now that you're there and you've kind of chased the Prime Minister into hiding, because he's hiding from you, what are you going to attempt to do next?
unidentified
|
Well, I really don't know.
I'm just one guy in a truck here and I've seen my Canadian family and my trucking family get a call out for help and I answer the call and come out to support them.
I mean, we'll sit here and we'll wait long enough to the point where they drop these mandates.
So you guys are dug in for this?
You're not going to back off until the Prime Minister and the Canadian Parliament start to address these issues?
Is that what you're saying?
unidentified
|
Yeah, we'd like to see all these mandates dropped before we leave here.
We're in it for the long haul.
We're not going anywhere.
Mike, if Trudeau could come on and listen to you on the show, if they would watch it, what's your message to the Prime Minister, now that he's kind of gone in hiding to try to message us?
He says he's got COVID now.
What would be your message to the Prime Minister of Canada?
unidentified
|
Just listen to the people.
The people have spoken.
If you've seen the crowds on the side of the road, the people do not want to live under Quite frankly, I don't blame them.
Mike, is there any way, are you on social media?
Can people follow your part as your truck goes through?
I mean, the footage is incredible.
It's up on Getter. | ||
We're now pumping it up 24 hours a day.
People should go to The Great Jack Posobiec.
How do people follow you?
Or follow this movement?
unidentified
|
Follow me? | |
Well, you can go on CanadaAffinity.com.
There's live feeds from the organizers there.
There's maps of the route and just basically go on any social media because if you go on our media, you're not going to see that the coverage of this.
It's way bigger than what the media is letting on it.
Absolutely. | ||
We're here, okay? | ||
We're going to put all those up so people can track this 24 hours a day.
Mike, I got to tell you, and for all the truckers up there, you've inspired obviously not just your countrymen, you've inspired all of your allies here in the United States and now it's spreading throughout the world.
So just an incredible job.
Incredible job. | ||
So Mike Anderson, thank you very much for joining us.
Look forward to having you back on the show.
unidentified
|
You betcha. | |
Pleasure being here. | ||
Thank you, brother. | ||
If you look throughout their history, you particularly look at World War I, but if you look at World War II, and if you look at World War II, like in Normandy and other places, the Canadians have always been a great ally.
The Canadian people, I'm telling you, tough as boot leather.
Don't let, those are those of the world, and these, and these, these soy boys.
You know, confusion. | ||
The Canadians are as good a people as you've got on the face of this earth.
And I'm telling you, these truckers, right, the truckers are always at the tip of the spear.
They understand it. | ||
Back in 15 and 16, I'm telling you, those truckers understood exactly what was happening in this country.
And I tell you, the place they really know what's going on in this country is the southern border of the United States.
They tell you stories, they tell you the exact truth of what's happening.
Okay, we're going to take a break.
We got it jammed. | ||
We're so jammed up. | ||
We're going to get to everybody because we've got so much news to go through and make sure you get it accurately.
We're going to go to the Rio Grande Valley.
We're going to go to Roma, Texas.
We're going to go to the one and only Ben Berkwan.
But we've got Bernie Kerik.
We've got Rudy Giuliani.
I'm going to try to get in Darren Beatty.
If not, do it tonight. | ||
We've got precinct committee people in Pennsylvania that are volunteering to sort this mess out.
We've got the Lois Stallman to talk about the Commonwealth of Virginia.
They're fighting there, the AG, and hey, the governor, throwing down hard.
This is an ascendant movement.
Look what's happening with the truckers in Canada.
In a minute, you're going to see patriots, Hispanic working class, stepping up in the Rio Grande Valley, all next in the War Room. |
