In this morning, Ukrainian troops are bracing for the worst.
The soldiers say they're ready for anything, as the prospect of a Russian invasion appears to be increasing.
We're in good spirits.
No morale issues, no panic, says the commander, Valentin.
Russia and Ukrainian separatists backed by Moscow have already been fighting here for eight years, leaving villages largely empty, destroyed and lifeless.
Ukrainians call these ghost villages, and the only sounds you hear are all the stray dogs that have moved in.
But they fear what could be coming may be far worse.
Russia's military buildup is accelerating, disguised, U.S.
officials say, by military exercises in the Black Sea.
These firing drills in the Baltic Sea and along three sides of the Ukrainian border, including these forces, in new satellite images.
A Western intelligence official tells NBC News Russia has deployed up to 120,000 troops in 60 battalion tactical groups, with more, maybe many more, on the way.
The build-up possibly reaching 100 battalion groups in the next two to three weeks.
enough they estimate for a total invasion of Ukraine.

is facing when it comes to a Russian invasion.
On the one hand you've got President Biden, this is according to an official who briefed me on the conversation that was had on the telephone call.
this evening.
On the one hand, President Biden is saying the threat is imminent.
I mean, we've heard this before.
The Ukraine is pushing back on that, saying that the threat, according to their intelligence analysts, is a bit more ambiguous than that.
And it's possible there won't be an invasion, whereas President Biden apparently telling his Ukrainian counterpart that that an invasion was virtually certain later on in February when the ground becomes more frozen.
You know, eight years ago, Russia moved on Crimea in late February, when obviously the ground was frozen and they could move more quickly. Is that what you all are planning for right now? Are you expecting a late February invasion if they go in? I won't get perfectly predictive on timelines, Joe, but certainly, you know, things like the weather and the quality of the ground, obviously, those are military considerations that is not uncommon for
armies to consider.
I've been working with these focus groups and advertising executives to try and sell the war on terror.
...reiterate, we are still being recorded and there still may or may not be clients back behind the... These guys are pretty sharp.
Go on.
There's a problem.
The results show that people are confused.
You all support the president.
You hate terrorism.
Yet you're still confused.
Can you tell me why?
Anybody?
Don't we have to just get Osama Bin Laden?
He did it.
So why are they calling it a war?
A war with who?
Okay, thank you, Mark.
Jasmine, jump in, please.
I don't get what this Al-Qaeda is.
Are they a country?
Like, why can't we just bomb them?
That's really interesting.
Is anybody else confused about what Al-Qaeda is?
Show of hands, please.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... That's a lot of you, right?
Would it be less confusing if it was a country?
Damn right.
I'm angry as hell.
We've got to f*** someone up!
Got it.
Mark, there's really strong feelings coming from Mark.
I'm interested.
Does anybody else feel the same way?
They understand we're at war, but...
They don't know against who?
They want a country that's cleaner, simpler.
That would certainly help us legally.
Well, looks like it's time to take a rack.
Why should Americans care about what's happening in Ukraine?
Because it goes to a very fundamental principle of all nations, which is that our borders should be inviolate, that our sovereignty should be respected.

Providing the fuel for the next bonfire of the insanities is the podcast ecosystem.
A really eye-popping recent study by the Brookings Institution analyzed how podcasts pushed misinformation about voter fraud before and after the election, and specifically between the election and January 6, 2021.
Researchers reviewed nearly 1,500 episodes from 20 of the most popular political podcasts and found that bogus allegations of election fraud rose dramatically in the run-up to the insurrection, with more than 50% of all episodes devoted to the big lie.
Brookings did a tally of podcast episodes spreading election lies from a few months before the election to the insurrection itself, and Steve Bannon's war room, surprise, takes the top prize for amplifying Trump's BS the most.
Second in line was the Rush Limbaugh show.
Close behind, Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck, and behind them, Mark Levin, Dan Bongino, Michael Knowles, Steve Crowder, and Ben Shapiro.
It's like the Mount Rushmore of misinformation there, but Bannon truly is in a league of his own.
steve bannon
All hell is going to break loose tomorrow.
Just understand this.
All hell is going to break loose tomorrow.
jim acosta
Who knows if Bannon will ever pay a price for that.
He's certainly not going to give you the shirts off his back.
But seriously, there should be some corporate responsibility in all of this.
Hello, Apple.
You can find Bannon's War Room show on Apple Podcasts, even the ones right before the insurrection.
And you can find many of the other hosts on Apple Podcasts, too.
Is removing disinformation something Apple and other platforms should consider?
Well, CEO Tim Cook said publicly on the day of the attack on the Capitol, those responsible should be held to account.
steve bannon
Okay.
Okay.
I've heard it.
Okay.
Jim Acosta's work.
We're coming for you to take CNN down.
Here's why.
Breaking news for this audience.
And by the way, it's Friday, 28 January, Year of Our Lord 2022.
Breaking news out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Commonwealth Court in Pennsylvania has ruled mail-in voting to be unconstitutional.
I don't want to quote.
A constitutional amendment must be presented to the people and accepted into our fundamental law before legislation authorizing no excuse mail-in voting can be placed upon our statute books.
CNN you've led the drumbeat on a stolen election and know this is being overturned.
We've got polling that's off through the charts.
I want to get to this.
We're going to get to we're starting Ukraine and then get into Pennsylvania.
Okay, the Ukraine is going to be the second article of impeachment of Biden.
The first article of impeachment is going to be his allowing and exacerbating.
And driving an invasion on our southern border and lying about it.
So save all your receipts, and particularly guys over at DOJ, not just DHS, DOJ, all of you.
First article of impeachment, invasion of the southern border.
Second article of impeachment is going to be this Ukraine situation.
This is one of the greatest outrages in American geopolitical, national security and political history.
What they're trying to do, they are talking up a war.
Biden and these hapless group around him, and even the poor Ukrainians are sitting there going, you gotta shut up.
You can't be doing this.
Right?
They are trying to drive a war for purely domestic political reasons.
To play to the party and work with the party of devils.
So we're going to get into all of it.
Release the transcripts.
Release the transcripts now.
And Jim Acosta, why is CNN suppressing the voice of Jake Tapper and these guys that came out?
Where's the transcript?
I want to bring in, we got Sam Faddis from the CIA.
We got Jack Posobiec, former Naval Intelligence Officer.
Both of them, by the way, sons of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Sam lives there now.
Jack Posobiec is from there.
We're going to get into Pennsylvania because this is blockbuster news.
The mail-in votes are unconstitutional.
Can we start the decertification process right now in Pennsylvania?
Can we start this afternoon?
We got it rolling in Wisconsin.
We got it rolling in Arizona.
He's going to get decertified.
And then we'll see what the lawsuit is against CNN and Zucker and these guys.
Okay?
We'll see what the lawsuit is of the smearing and what you've done, and what you've done to this nation.
Posobiec, I want to bring you in first from Human Events.
Walk me through, let's stick with, we're going to get to the bombshell in Pennsylvania, but I want this entire audience to know, blockbuster news out of the Commonwealth, the mail-in voting, Act 77.
Have you ever heard this before?
Unconstitutional.
Can we start decertification this afternoon?
Can we start the decertification process?
Jack Posobiec, let's go back to the Ukraine.
Tell me about this phone call yesterday.
And by the way, they're supposed to have a live press conference in Ukraine right now, where our ever-vigilant staff is all over whenever it starts.
That's the last thing Biden wants, is the president of Ukraine, the comedian, to step up there and start telling the truth.
Posobiec, what do we know right now about what happened yesterday on this phone, this disastrous phone call that the White House is clearly lying about?
What do we know?
jack posobiec
Well, Steve, this is monumental because you've got a situation now where Axios, BuzzFeed of all places, CNN and myself all reported on the outcome of this completely botched phone call between Biden and Ukrainians.
But then suddenly, within one hour of our reporting, CNN goes and deletes all their reports.
Natasha Bertrand deletes her tweets about it.
Jake Tapper, who had been live on air, they go in and they delete the tweets of the video of Jake Tapper's report on this.
From CNN's own Twitter feed.
And then so our reports are standing out there.
The White House is attacking it.
Ukraine is attacking it from their president.
But essentially this thing was completely botched.
Biden's up there telling them that the city of Kiev, the capital, is about to be sacked imminently the minute the ground freezes over and Russian tanks can roll over because it's too muddy right now.
He said, your capital is about to be sacked.
You're about to be overrun completely.
And you got Zelensky who's sitting there.
He said, look, I live here.
Zelensky actually told him at one point that he needs to calm down.
It is constantly spent the call correcting him, telling him, look, that's not what's going on.
That's not what we're seeing.
We've had troops here before.
There's always been troops on the border.
You guys are exacerbating this situation.
Why are the Americans telling us stuff when we live here?
We've been here for 500 years.
I mean, Kiev has been since 900 A.D.
Locked in tension with Moscow.
So why are you, the Americans, from thousands and thousands of miles away trying to tell us what's going on and trying to exacerbate this situation?
Meanwhile, Zelensky is telling Biden that, yeah, you know, we actually have these talks that are going on in Paris with the Germans, with the French, with the Russians, and you don't even seem to know that we already agreed on a ceasefire, that we're already working on these negotiations.
Biden's been completely shut out.
And what is the line?
We all know the line.
Not in the room, not in the deal.
steve bannon
Unbelievable.
Jack, hang with us.
I want to bring in Sam Faddis.
Sam, you spent your career at the CIA.
You've been all over this since the very beginning.
What is going on?
How can we not be in these talks in Paris?
How can we not be aligned truly with our allies, Germany and France?
There's two different wavelengths here.
This is purely wag the dog and they've been caught out.
We've got some polling on this too.
Sam Faddis, tell us what's going on.
sam faddis
Well, look, Steve, I think you hit the nail on the head, right?
This is a grotesquely incompetent, and that's actually the best thing you can say about a grotesquely incompetent national security team.
Horribly weak, looked pathetic in Kabul.
Poll ratings are diving through the floor.
The entire presidency is in trouble from their perspective, and they're walking into 2022 elections looking to get destroyed.
So now we are going to get hysterical, manufacture a crisis, We have no plan.
We haven't thought this through.
We haven't identified what our national interest is.
We're not even sure really to what extent this is a crisis, but man, we are going to ramp this thing up because Joe Biden's got to look macho.
He's got to look strong.
He's got to look tough.
And of course the Ukrainians are sitting there thinking, you know what?
The last thing we need at this crisis is hysteria and PR idiots back in Washington DC spinning this thing.
Cause if it does blow up, we're the guys left holding the bag on the, on the ground.
And we know you're not coming really.
You're not, you're not really prepared to do anything meaningful for us.
Uh, very, very, very dangerous situation.
As you and I discussed the other day, this is how you stumble into actual real major confrontations, real wars like world war one, because of a lot of ill considered decisions that just take on a life of their own.
steve bannon
Sam, hang with us through the break, Jack, you too, but Jack, real quickly, where did the sack, because this has been reported, where did it come from that he told them they were going to sack Kiev?
Where did that come from?
jack posobiec
Reporting, this was Axios reporting, BuzzFeed is in on there as well, they all came out and said that Biden said on that call that Kiev is about to be sacked, and President Zelensky responded to him, dude, what are you talking about?
steve bannon
Okay, Jack.
Second honorable impeachment.
Hey, this was not a perfect phone call.
They impeached President Trump on a perfect phone call.
This was not a perfect phone call.
And we've got the Ukrainians that'll back us up on this one.
Okay, short commercial break.
We're gonna get back.
We got Pennsylvania.
We got more about Ukraine.
We got polling.
It is monumental.
I'm almost getting tired of winning here.
Next, in the war room.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
jack posobiec
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
jake tapper
We have breaking news for you.
In our World Lead, a senior Ukrainian official tells CNN that today's phone call between President Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, quote, did not go well.
Our source tells CNN that the two disagreed about the immediacy of the threat of a Russian attack on Ukraine.
The White House and Pentagon have been emphatic that they believe an attack could be imminent.
We should note the White House just released It's own readout of that call, and there was no mention of President Biden's warnings or the two presidents' disagreements.
The White House did say Biden underscored America's commitment to Ukraine's sovereignty.
CNN's Matthew Chance joins us now live from Kiev, Ukraine with more.
Matthew, what more are you learning about this disagreement on the Biden-Zelensky call?
How heated did it get?
unidentified
I'm not sure I could characterise how heated it got, but there was definitely a disagreement about the sort of level of risk that the country is facing when it comes to a Russian invasion.
On the one hand, you've got President Biden.
This is according to an official who briefed me on the conversation that was had on the telephone call this evening.
On the one hand, President Biden saying the threat is imminent.
I mean, we've heard this before.
The Ukrainians pushing back on that saying that the The threat according to their intelligence analysts is a bit more ambiguous than that, and it's possible there won't be an invasion, whereas President Biden apparently telling his Ukrainian counterpart that an invasion was virtually certain later on in February when the ground becomes more frozen in this country.
steve bannon
This is, okay, Article 2 of the impeachment, right, when we went in November.
Right now he's trying to gin it up.
The poor Ukrainians are sitting there going, dude, you gotta dial this down.
We're here, and that's why we play Richard Engel every day.
He's saying shops are open, stores are open, schools are open.
It's crickets.
But you got Andrea Mitchell, you got all the mouthpieces.
Look at this, the Guardian, the big old left-wing Guardian.
Got Ukraine on here, chess piece Ukraine.
The looming, the war looming on Europe's eastern front.
The progressive left, the globalists, the Party of Davos, the EU, Soros, they can't wait.
To get into a shooting war with Russia.
And here you've got the President of the United States.
Hey, Trump had a perfect phone call and they impeached him.
This is an American president being the aggressor and trying to push this and the stand-up comic president of Ukraine saying, dude, you got to dial this down.
You're going to get us into a shooting war because you're causing this.
I want to go to Jack Posobiec first, your assessment, then I'll ask Sam Faddis.
And I think you're right, Jack, we talked during the break, somebody's leaking this.
Put us in perspective, how dangerous this is, and how, when was the last time this happened?
I mean, this is as bad as in Vietnam, when they had the series of presidents, you know, DMing these guys, and they're sitting there, and Johnson and these guys are just so aggressive, and then lying to the American people.
Lying to the American people.
Lying to the American people.
That's what we have here.
Jack Posobiec.
jack posobiec
Well, Steve, I think it's great that people go back and watch that movie Vice, which was done by Christian Bale, and they explain these focus groups that are done to try to talk people into the war and explain to the regular people why they should go to war.
When the regular person out there isn't worried about war, they're worried about how can I get food on my shelves for my kids, what's going on with my gas prices, are we gonna be locked down next year, are we gonna come in back, how many boosters am I able to get?
Right now in Washington, D.C., Steve, I can't go to a restaurant with my family, we can't sit down without getting our papers checked, but we're worried about something that's going on in Ukraine, but you gotta understand the way the elites view this thing in both America and in Western Europe.
It's not their sons and daughters that are going to be shipped off to be killed, right, from the front.
They view this as a parlor game.
These are people who have lives with no meaning, with no purpose, and suddenly it gives them meaning and purpose.
And it's the same deal with, imagine, you know, going getting six figures in debt when you go to one of these journalism schools, and then you're stuck, you know, writing articles about Pokemon for Vice.
Now you get to write about the war effort Our glorious soldiers are in combat, striking back against the forces of the evil czar who, and by the way, he's anti-LGBT.
How do you know?
Did you watch House of Cards?
They had that one episode, right?
This is the level of discourse that's actually going on in Washington, D.C.
right now.
They view it as a parlor game.
They don't care when your sons and daughters are being killed on the battlefield.
And I'll tell you right now why this is dangerous.
You don't even need to go all the way back to Iraq.
You can go back five months ago to the 13 honored dead at that Kabul airport who were killed because Joe Biden wanted to give a press conference on September 11th.
steve bannon
Sam, who's leaking this?
How are we hearing what's going on?
First of all, President Trump, they leaked the whole transcripts, you know, when he first started making these calls.
But is this the intel community?
There are people there that actually may be reasonable to understand that something untoward is happening here.
Where are these leaks coming from?
Because these are major leaks.
sam faddis
Yeah, well, it's coming from everywhere, and it's definitely coming out of the intel community.
I mean, as you and I have discussed many times, there are a lot of really good Men and women still in these agencies, but the top levels of these things have been so politicized that, you know, they're part and parcel of the Democratic Party apparatus at this point.
We've seen that.
I mean, we just saw that Gina Haspel, who you and I have discussed many times, it was basically Brennan's right hand, a lady and helped cover up the whole Russiagate thing, just landed a, you know, typical cushy six figure job in Washington, D.C., stepping out of federal service.
That was her.
her payoff for covering tracks and burying bodies.
So, I mean, I would echo something that Jack just said, which I think is really powerful.
I think he's dead on.
I mean, I live in small town, Pennsylvania.
You pull up in front of any store around here, any Home Depot, the first X number of parking spots in front of that store are reserved, not just for handicapped people, but by sign for Purple Heart recipients.
You drive down every small town street You got banners showing the pictures of the guys who have fought these wars.
These folks that are taking us into Ukraine, they're not going, and their sons and daughters are not going.
They have no skin in this game.
This is all just a big chess game for them, and at the end of it, they're going to make a lot of money off of it.
steve bannon
That's where they got the chess piece on the front of the garden.
Remember, the garden is the most left-wing paper in the world.
Jack, you're tweeting out something that, to me, is shocking.
Biden?
Who's Biden briefing right now on the sanctions before he's coming?
I haven't heard anything coming forward in any detail to the American people.
What is Joe Biden doing right now?
jack posobiec
We just got a report at a breaking live Wall Street is being briefed by the Biden team on possible Russia sanctions.
So you get it.
The real government is colluding now.
So all the Wall Street guys, all the hedges, all the fat cats, they get to front run all of this.
But if you're someone who's just in there as a day trader, if you're one of the regulars, one of the normals, you don't get to get a front run on this.
Goldman Sachs gets the transcript before you get the transcript, why?
Because they matter more than you, apparently.
No, we're gonna get in, you know, send our sons and daughters off to a killing field in winter, Eastern Europe in winter, right?
You wanna talk about Stalingrad, you wanna talk about the Volga, you wanna talk about the killing fields that have happened in that part of the world.
This is not a place where you're gonna wanna go to war in the dead of winter.
But don't worry, because Wall Street is getting the back briefing, getting the transcripts before any member of the American public gets it.
That is an impeachable act right there.
This is straight corruption, 100% from the White House.
steve bannon
The ape army's not getting that briefing.
The American people, forget even people trading, the American people haven't gotten any details on this at all.
First article of impeachment, invasion of the southern border.
Second article of impeachment, trying to instigate a war in Ukraine for your own political benefit.
Sam Faddis, by the way, we'll have you guys back on.
As this thing develops, and make sure you stay on top of Ann Magazine and, of course, the Twitter and Getter feed of Jack Posobiec, who is 24-7.
I got to go to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Blockbuster news today brought to us by Sam Faddis.
Sam, what in the hell happened today?
Because this is an atomic explosion.
sam faddis
Yeah, well, first of all, props to a guy named Doug McClinko, who's a county commissioner up in Bradford County, Pennsylvania, north central part of the state.
While the legislature has been sitting around unable to do anything about the steal in 2020, Doug had the moral courage to file a lawsuit and fighting it through the court system, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, which is an appellate level court in Pennsylvania.
Throughout Act 77, what that means is they declared mail-in voting in Pennsylvania unconstitutional under the state of constitution as of now.
We are back to in-person voting in Pennsylvania, where we should have been.
The Democrats are pouring a lot of money and effort in here, already working on a steal in 2022, and they just ran into a brick wall at about 60 miles an hour.
So there is already an effort underway, already a website up, ballotsecuritynow.org, to grab a hold of this and push this and run with this.
Give the base the energy it needs and the direction it needs.
Let's guarantee election integrity and the sanctity of the ballot box in Pennsylvania forever.
steve bannon
This shows you MSNBC and all these scumbags like Mark Elias.
Yeah, he's smart and tough.
He's also a crook.
This shows you unconstitutional what he pushed through.
Unconstitutional.
Let's start the decertification process now.
We don't even need Jake Corman's investigation.
All those ballots get thrown out.
They get thrown out.
Jack Posobiec, how big a deal is this in the Commonwealth?
jack posobiec
Steve, this is massive, and I've got a contact for you.
We're going to try to get him on the show.
A lawyer in Pennsylvania that was actually working on this case to file the arguments over this summer.
His name is Wally Zimelong.
Let me get you the actual quote from this ruling that just came down.
And here we are.
A constitutional amendment must be presented to the people of Pennsylvania and accepted into our fundamental law before legislation authorizing no-excuse mail-in voting can be placed upon our statute books.
That is from the Commonwealth Court of the Commonwealth, the great glorious Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
steve bannon
Jim Acosta, suck on that.
You talk about disinformation.
We said this in the summer Of 2020.
Rahim and I went around the country on Elias' transition integrity project.
We said then it was unconstitutional.
It was how they were going to steal the election in Pennsylvania.
jack posobiec
You crooks.
steve bannon
CNN is nothing but a bunch of crooks.
And we'll see who's standing at the end of the day.
The War Room or CNN.
We'll see.
Because John Malone is going to come in there and decapitate all of it.
Jack, I'll tell you what.
Can you guys hang over?
I want to get all your social media.
People got to go to Ann.
They got to see you up on your podcast.
Short commercial break.
Richard Barris is going to join us.
We're going to go to Ben Harnwell in Europe.
We've also got a couple of surprises.
Short commercial break.

We'll get more details later.
I've got to go back.
Jack Posobiec.
Jack, you're not only interviewing here and giving all the information, you're following the press conference there.
What is the President of Ukraine saying about his situation?
jack posobiec
Look, Steve, you know, and I'm just going to say this right now.
I know the White House isn't going to release the transcript of that call.
So I call on President Vladimir Zelensky of Ukraine, release the transcript yourself.
You release your side of this, because right now we've got President Zelensky meeting with foreign media, doing a press conference right there in Kiev.
And he says, and this is just a huge blast, blowing up President Biden.
He said, I am the president of Ukraine.
I am based here and I know the details better.
He says, this situation is not more intense This is completely, the President of the United States lied, the White House has lied to the American people.
back in Kiev, he responded, do we have tanks on the street?
No, when you read media, you get the image that we have troops in the city, people fleeing.
That's not the case.
And I know that because I'm here, he's not.
steve bannon
This is completely, the president of the United States lied, the White House has lied to the American people.
What the Republican Party needs to do is demand and force.
And I call all whistleblowers and everybody in the intelligence community, You gotta put this for the good of the nation.
This transcript has to come out now.
Because Biden is lying.
He needs to be impeached.
He's trying to cause a war for his own domestic political fiasco.
This is outrageous.
jack posobiec
The made-up charges on Trump... Is Mark Milley calling the Chinese and the Russians and letting them know, by the way?
I want to just double-check on that.
steve bannon
By the way, I want to make sure of one other thing about the conference in Paris and what's really going on, Jack, among people over there that live over there.
Walk our audience through one more time what is actually happening, and the United States is not party to that.
jack posobiec
Look, you saw this back in 2014 as well.
They had something called the Minsk Agreement, then Minsk II.
Basically, what's happening is the leaders of continental Europe, right?
The French, the Germans, and now the Ukrainians, and they're bringing the Russians in as well.
They are sitting down in Paris and they say, We don't want to hear that guy with the funny hair on the island, Boris Johnson.
We don't want to hear from this Alzheimer's patient who's going out to get the ice cream, who thinks that Breyer is another, you know, place to go get ice cream.
All right, they're exacerbating the situation.
They got their hair on fire.
We're actually going to have a meeting, adults in the room, because underlying all this, Steve, really, when you have to understand it, is the fact that this is the dead of winter.
They have people there across Europe are heating their homes with Russian gas, Ukrainian gas is playing a small part of that, and everybody has to live there.
Geography is destiny.
They've been through World War I. They've been through World War II.
They've been through the Napoleonic Wars.
They don't want to have another situation like that, and they don't want the Brits and the Americans exacerbating the situation and turning it into something that it should never turn into.
steve bannon
And the Ukrainian president right there is humiliating Joe Biden, humiliating Joe Biden and exposing the lies, misrepresentations and spin of the Uniparty in the Biden administration.
This is an impeachable offense.
He's lied to the American people.
He's lied on the world stage.
He's trying to lie to the Ukrainian people.

Let's get some justice for what happened in 2020.
steve bannon
BallotSecurity.org, is that where people should go?

sam faddis
BallotSecurityNow.org.
steve bannon
Let's start the decertification process this afternoon, CNN.
Thank you very much, Sam.
You're a warrior.
Thank you, brother.
I want to bring in now Richard Barris.
I appreciate Richard and all our guests.
It's a little backed up today, so we've got so much breaking news.
Richard, you've been in the field, you've been polling.
I want to start, Richard, before we get into the Biden stuff and all that, specifically about the Ukraine.
Remember, this is why we play that piece from Vice about the Iraq war all the time when we show what Biden and these guys are trying to do.
Because, as you notice, MSNBC and CNN have not been putting up any polling about this.
They clearly have the apparatus and they have been polling.
They haven't been putting up.
They've got the focus groups rolling right now to try to how to spin it to the American people to get them to support the wag the dog.
Richard Barris went out there.
Before them, Richard, tell us what your polling shows about the Ukraine war.
richard baris
Yeah, notice first off, Steve, we asked about five different different actions, military actions that the military could take in Ukraine and notice On any given one, about 12 to 15 percent are undecided.
They don't really know what's going on.
That's first.
You know, normally a president goes out and he sells a war effort, he sells an action before he starts it.
That's not happening here, right?
Nobody is telling the American people what is the vital interest here, what is even going on, what are the basics out in Eastern Europe right now.
So a lot of people told us they just have no idea why this is going on.
And inflation was their major concern this month.
That's the headline of all we conducted, but we asked first, and I don't know if you guys got the graph ready, but we asked first, you know, the number one question.
steve bannon
Hold on, hang on a second.
Well, hang on.
Denver, can we put, please, let's pull up the graph about the war, and let's get it up on screen, a split screen with Richard.
Richard, for the podcast and radio audience, they can't see us on TV or streaming, make sure you walk through the math of these charts.
richard baris
Right, so the first one was, you know, getting right to the crux of it, putting U.S.
troops on the ground and in combat.
Very close to what we saw from Rasmussen.
And we, you know, we have about 32%, 31.8% who would support that, more than the majority of the country opposes it.
So that's the, you know, that's the central one, Steve.
But out of the five, the only one where we did find broad support for anything, is simply providing humanitarian aid in the event the Russians do go into Ukraine.
That's it.
And about 60% of American voters support doing that.
But even on providing lethal weapons, it's opposed plus 7.
Going down to US airstrikes, what about just giving the Ukrainians air support?
You know, Americans don't want to start a war with Russia.
26% of the country would support airstrikes against Russian targets in the event that we were backing up Ukraine ground forces.
So, overall, there's just no appetite for this.
The country is focused on domestic issues right now.
And they don't even, they can't even fathom why they're doing this.
steve bannon
So they haven't, as much as they try to spin it, they're so arrogant.
I just want to make sure, Rasmussen, we're hearing, I don't think they put it up, but we're hearing Rasmussen's coming out with polling that basically dovetails yours.
It's only 30% support of the American people.
For, um, for, for, for this war.
So go ahead and let's go back and take it from the top of this polling you've been doing overall.
Cause you've got some sensational, uh, amazing information in this.
unidentified
Yeah.
richard baris
And if you look by party on that, Steve, you know, Democrats are usually the anti-war party or have been historically in the past, uh, throughout the, well, at least from the sixties on, I would argue actually Democrats primarily started those conflicts, but throughout the sixties, they got the anti-war.
Um, uh, characteristic about their party.
That's not the case here.
And they want to support their president.
So more Democrats support these actions than independents and Republicans who have very little support for this.
They're concerned about other issues, which is probably why Joe Biden's approval on issues overall is approval is negative 20.
So he's down now he's below 40.
Uh, he's just touching 39%, which is not great.
Independence only 30% approve of the job he's doing and disapprove is almost 60% and that's more than 4 in 10 who strongly disapprove of the job he's doing.
So he's way off base here.
I mean, I think that's why it was important to remember looking at issues across the board the economy people are very very concerned about.
It's not just inflation, but the stability of the overall economy.
We asked about shortages this month, which is definitely contributing to this pessimism that they feel.
We had big numbers, meat and poultry, almost 8 in 10, could have problems, have shortages, at least on a weekly basis, if not almost every time they go to the grocery store.
So these are major problems they see, and then they look at Ukraine, and they're wondering, what on earth are we doing?
Foreign policy, again, he's in the 30s, Steve.
I mean, this guy is lucky to touch the mid-30s on every single issue that we have polled him on.
From the economy, COVID is the only issue where he's in the 40s, and it's now the low 40s.
Immigration, low 30s.
Crime, 30s.
So everything, on every measure a president is supposed to be focused on, he has very bad marks.
Almost 60% of the country disapproval on almost every single issue.
It's a horrible place, right after a one year anniversary of your inauguration debate.
steve bannon
When you have all the media, you have all social media, you got every branch of government, you can do what you want, this is where he is.
I want to go back to that independent number.
Show me the independence of the proxy, because we're so partisan now.
Independence and all these polls are the proxy of where really America stands.
What is his approval by the independence in this country?
richard baris
Yeah, so you know how we do it.
We separate out the true independents, non-party affiliated, and third-party voters.
With non-party affiliated independents, he's at 29%.
With that third-party vote, he ticked up a little bit, but when I say ticked up, I mean from 25 to 30.
So overall, when you put that group together, it's about 30%.
But with true independence, he's actually below.
He's at 29.
So, again, after the one-year mark, it's a bad place to be.
And I know you don't have the graphics for it, but I can just tell people.
Republicans have a seven-point lead on the generic ballot.
They're leading 45-38.
And we did do the hypothetical between President Trump and President Biden again, and Biden fell to 36%.
Trump leads him by six points.
Trump has been Basically hovering between a low of 42 to 47 and Biden has been hovering by, this is now a new low for him at 36 to about 42.
So when only 39, 38% of the country approve of the job you're doing, Steve, you start to fall in 30% vote share level.
And of course, at the end of the day, a lot of those people will, will rally to their party.
But Trump is just killing them with independents.
He's got a 15-point lead with independents against Biden.
Republicans have a 20-point lead on the generic ballot.
steve bannon
A 20-point lead.
I want to go back to the generic ballot overall.
You said 45-38.
I just want to make sure we got this.
Republicans over Democrats right now, correct?
richard baris
Yeah, that's correct.
steve bannon
Richard, how do people get to the People's Pundit, this poll?
How do people get there, get the crosstabs?
How do they find out the information we want to put up on our sites?
How do people get there?
richard baris
Yeah, peoplespundit.locals.com.
You always get it first.
If I don't come in the war room, of course, and share it with everybody.
But on Getter, I'll be posting stuff on Getter all throughout the day.
Everything we talked about, plus more.
There's a lot in this poll.
And they can find me at peoplespundit on Getter.
And like the previous guest, I'm still on Twitter until I'm thrown off.
But it's at peoples underscore pundit.
steve bannon
I got to tell you, your polling is the best.
So thank you so much for coming on here, Richard Barris.
richard baris
Anytime, Steve.
Thanks.
All the best.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
When the American people get the information, they make their own decisions and they're getting the information, right?
All the left is trying to do is de-platform, de-platform.
It's not going to work.
Great content will find its audience, okay?
And we found ours and all these other guys and men and women found theirs.
And we're taking down this illegitimate regime.
And what you've done in the Ukraine will never be forgiven.
You're prepared to throw the lives away of Ukrainians.
You're prepared to get into a war that, like Sam Fetis said, it could trigger, it could be the guns of August.
You don't know what could happen.
This is how evil you are, and you are evil.
Not me saying that.
President of Ukraine saying that.
In so many words.

Let's go to Saurabh Sharma over at America's Moment.
This is the young group of populists and nationalists.
Saurabh, give us the perspective of the young populists and nationalists movement of this whole fiasco in Ukraine and the direct lying of Joe Biden and his administration.
unidentified
Well, Steve, I think it's actually really exciting because for the first time, the young populists and nationalists who are opposing war are actually the mainstream voice inside the GOP.
You still have a couple of senators and members of Congress that are agitating for war on the Republican side.
But I think this is the first time in a really exciting way that we've seen the mainstream of the messaging coming out of the GOP is that we don't want to get into another war.
We definitely don't want to get into another war, that our borders matter more than Ukraine's.
And look, we have to be careful about how optimistic we are about this, because it's a way to oppose Joe Biden.
And Republicans, you know, say what you want about them.
They usually oppose the Democrat, at least in rhetoric.
But this is the kind of muscles we want to be exercising if we want to make sure that a desire to end these endless wars actually goes into the way we govern in the next administration, when we take back Congress, and so on.
And it looks like all of that's coming pretty fast with how bad Joe Biden's approval ratings are.
steve bannon
How are we going to get the right policies and the right people?
I know that this is what your focus is with this group, amazing group of young people over there, but how do we make sure we get populist policies and nationalist policies and the right people?
What are you guys doing at American Moment to make sure that this time when we win, it's with the right folks and the right ideas?
unidentified
Well, there's two prongs to this strategy, right, Steve?
And this is where I think your audience can be extremely useful.
If they're in a congressional district or they're in a state that's having a Senate election this year or even for state rep or any other seat, there's going to be every candidate under the sun coming up and saying that they're a conservative Republican and they're going to be coming up and saying that they're America first, that they're MAGA, that they're fighting for the legacy of Trump.
And it's always really important to ask them what exactly that means and what is different about that than the GOP agenda of, say, 2014.
Donald Trump fundamentally changed the Republican Party.
He made it a party that cared about trade, immigration, foreign policy restraint, ending these wars and actually fighting the media.
And so many Republicans want to just ape that rhetoric, pretend like they're going to govern in a MAGA way, but not actually be serious about it.
And the best way to find out if they're phonies or not is to actually ask them the real questions.
Ask them, would they be supporting going into war in Ukraine right now?
What do they want to do about our borders?
What do they want to do about trade?
What do they want to do about China?
The other side of this strategy is the inside strategy, and that's what we're working on here at American Moment.
Our organization exists to make sure that when these members of Congress come to Washington, D.C., that they have the staff, The resources, the policy advice that they need in order to actually govern in this way, because like it or not, members of Congress are really busy.
They're taking phone calls.
They're doing media.
They're in meetings all day.
A lot of policy gets outsourced to their staff, and you'd be surprised how garbage a lot of staff in Washington, D.C.
are.
They could easily work for either party.
They're not conservative.
They're certainly not MAGA.
And so we're developing the next generation of talent that's going to go into these congressional offices, go into future presidential administrations, go into public policy organizations, and make sure what happened to President Trump, where he didn't have the people he needed to support his agenda, never happens again.
steve bannon
Okay, I need everybody in the audience today and this weekend to take some time and go to check this site out.
Just go check it out.
Immerse yourself in what they're working on.
This is the vanguard.
This is the cutting edge of this movement, these young people, okay?
Shahrab, tell people how to get there.
How do they follow you on social media and particularly how they get to the site?
unidentified
They can go to AmericanMoment.org, and on social media we're always AMMoment.org.
We're on Getter, we're on Rumble, we're on Twitter, Facebook, at least as long as they allow us to be on there.
You can follow our YouTube channel where we post long-form podcast content, and you can find me at SsharmaUS on all those platforms as well.
steve bannon
Sir, thank you very much.
Very impressive.
Great young people over there.
Thanks for having me on, Steve.
Thanks, brother.
We're going to go to Hawaii now, and Dr. Malone.
Let's bring in Dr. Robert Malone.
Dr. Malone, I've only got like a minute in this segment.
We're going to hold you over.
Just the question I'd like to tee it up with is, give us your impressions of the massive rally.
We did both a special with you on Saturday.
We covered it live on Sunday.
Just give us a minute on, on, you've had a week or so to think about this.
What was the, what was the biggest takeaway from the rally on Sunday?
unidentified
What I find amazing was how much it triggered the, the legacy media and the administration.
We've had a bunch of things come out that are just over the top since then.
And, uh, I think that for me is, is one of the big stories is how sensitive they are.
sam faddis
They're really acting quite vulnerable.
steve bannon
The reason, sir, we're going to get to this when we come back from a break, you're over the target.
They were not prepared for 20,000 people in what, 16 degree weather, 17 degree weather with that wind.
They were not expecting the scale of it.
I'll tell you what else they weren't expecting.
They weren't expecting the quality of speakers and the professionals and Wait for it.
This just wasn't Trump in a Trump movement.
There were so many Democrats and quite frankly a lot of progressive Democrats up there that were throwing down hard.
You rattled this city to its core, okay?
And the institutions that have propped up these regimes were put on notice and they were shocked.
Okay, we're gonna take a short commercial break.
We've got a jam-packed second hour.
We got Dr. Malone.
We've got Philip Patrick from Birch Gold.
We're going to talk about the economy.
We're going to get some people in Pennsylvania.
This is going to be jam-packed.
We're going to start with Dr. Robert Malone.
We've got Ben Harnwell from Europe.
All of it.
Short commercial break.
