| They have blocked that vaccine mandate that applied to large employers, employers with 100 people or more. | ||
| This was a vaccine mandate that effectively went into effect on Monday, just the masking thing. | ||

| Now, what this shows is that Americans feel overwhelmingly negative about the president's handling of the pandemic and really the direction the pandemic is heading in. | ||
| Look, I know they're never supposed to look at the poll numbers, but my goodness, in the last six months, it does seem as if the Haley Barber saying of good gets better and bad gets worse has been true. | ||
| Every time I think the White House thought they've hit bottom, there seems to be a new bottom. | ||

Yeah, that's right, and they have to hope that the most recent poll that just came out, this from Quinnipiac, that says the president's approval rating is hovering at 33%, which is to say that only one in three Americans approve of the way the president's handling his job right now. | |

| So many of the numbers, certainly well below 50% in the low to mid 40s in the course of recent weeks here. | ||

So while today is a moment that may demonstrate some weakness for the president, it's really the issue of this virus that is the biggest challenge for them. | Why was nothing happening? | ||
| So walk us through your assessment. | ||
| And the great investigator who used to run the House Investigators, Dave Boss, he's got some observations on this indictment. | ||
| So very quickly, because I imagine our time is somewhat limited. | ||
| I just, I want to say that I don't want the regime To trot out this headline of an arrest as some kind of ostensible debunking of the possibility that Rhodes had been protected up to this point on the basis of a relationship with the government as a kind of asset or an informant. | ||
| I don't think that this arrest really dispenses with any of the pressing questions addressed in Revolver News' several investigative reports on Rose. | ||
| I think in many ways, the arrest only intensifies those questions and signals a much more interesting dynamic than we may have anticipated. | ||
| Now, just to recapitulate, some of those questions are this. | ||
| Seditious conspiracy is a very serious charge. | ||
| In fact, it's a rare charge. | ||
| It's extremely rare to get a conviction on the basis of this rare charge. | ||
| And so, if the government just waited to indict Rhodes for an entire year, if they were just building their case on Rhodes for an entire year, several questions addressed in Revolver's report remain not only unanswered, but intensified. | ||
| And that is, one, why didn't they search him? | ||
| According to all public statements, according to all public records, the full extent of what the feds have done to search Rhodes is they took a single cell phone from him, and they did it four months after January 6. | ||
| So here's one of the few seditious conspiracy charges that they're building up for a year, and they don't think he's important enough to search him beyond a single cell phone four months after January 6th, and then give him an additional eight months, so an entire year, to destroy any kind of evidence against him. | ||
| That doesn't make any sense. | ||
| Secondly, why didn't they arrest him for a lesser charge in all of this intervening year long period? | ||
| Why did they just have him go free rather than arrest him for a trespassing charge, which they absolutely could have done? | ||
| There's footage of him stepping on Capitol grounds, which is a criminal offense that they've charged other people with far less of a profile than Rhodes for. | ||
| And secondly, they could have charged him for the conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, which in fact is the charge that they hit with Thomas Caldwell on and various others. | ||
| And if you look at the charging documents for those cases, the government bases its entire conspiracy claim the words and actions of Rhodes. So if you take the government as its word, it could have easily charged him with trespassing, it could have easily charged him with conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding. So all of this amounts to something that's very curious and simply doesn't add up. So on the one hand, they think that he's a serious enough threat that they | ||
| spend a whole year building this rare, seditious conspiracy charge, and on the other hand, they don't think to search him only once. | ||

| There was a Board of Health meeting yesterday and the Board of Health's announcements multiple times were highly misleading and they claimed to not be discussing what some good sleuths including Daily Cloud and Gateway Pundit reported they were in fact discussing which was a regulation that already exists that gives the Board of Health police powers | ||
| to detain people if they've been exposed to a contagious disease and to hold them kind of at will and only release them under a court order and even to restrict their behavior so that it will be difficult for them to get a court order. | ||
| So this went viral, as you can imagine, and people were up in arms. | ||
| Again, the Board of Health, this is so evil, kept saying there's misinformation, People have it wrong. | ||
| You know, local TV stations said people have it wrong, but people had it right. | ||
| And we helped at Daily Cloud. | ||
| So at this meeting, and you helped, and this community helped because we exposed this right before the meeting. | ||
| So at the meeting, there were speaker after speaker who were well-informed. | ||
| They had the regulation. | ||
| They were citing chapter and verse. | ||
| They were furious. | ||
| And also on the agenda was Putting these mRNA vaccines on the list of childhood vaccinations, even though no other childhood vaccine, you know, is emergency use authorization only. | ||
