| Alas, the Associated Press did a deep dive into Robert Kennedy Jr. | ||
| and discovered that he and his charity, the Children's Health Defense, have profited from a massive anti-vaccine campaign that uses slanted information and conspiracy theories to spread distrust of the vaccine. | ||
| According to the AP, Kennedy was named one of the disinformation dozen by the Center for Countering Digital Hate, which says that he and the Children's Health Defense website are among the top spreaders of false information about vaccines online. | ||
| This comes as we are facing a winter tsunami of the Delta and Omicron variants. | ||
| The Centers for Disease Control is warning that deaths in the United States will soar by 73% or more than 15,000 a week. | ||
| The CDC also expects the United States to reach 1.3 million new infections by Christmas. | ||

| He said, nothing to worry about, not coming to America on the very weekend that we started this show back in 2020. | ||
| Now, almost two years, almost two years ago. | ||

| And the last time, the first time we had him on the show was what Joanne Reid was talking about when the Surgeon General of the United States came out, it's got to be a couple months ago now, and said the number one health crisis we have in the United States is misinformation. | ||
| And actually put out what was a dirty dozen of people that have spread has spread misinformation and selected facts, cherry pick facts. | ||
| And we had a number of those folks on and we had Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. | ||
| And he had talked about the time, a book he was putting out about Tony Fauci and how he had known Tony Fauci for many decades. | ||
| That book is now out. | ||
| The Real Anthony Fauci. | ||
| We're going to get into that book in detail in this hour because it is, to say it's stunning in its revelations and its depth is an understatement. | ||
| Now, Bobby Kennedy is a trial lawyer. | ||
| And in this book, which is, he writes for adults. | ||
| This is a serious book. | ||
| It is not easily accessible like a lot of these political books are written, but it is so rewarding if you get into it, particularly to understand what's going on in contemporary culture and society. | ||
| But most importantly, It's this hit that took place on Joanne Reed last night. | ||
| You know, this book is one of the best-selling books in the country. | ||
| I think the New York Times is going to come out again next week. | ||
| It's on the New York Times bestseller list. | ||
| I believe the total copies all in from audiobooks and e-books and the hard copy itself. | ||
| With literally no marketing campaign. | ||
| I think it's 400,000 units have been sold. | ||
| So it's a massive, massive bestseller. | ||
| Not reviewed by anybody. | ||
| Not talked about in the mainstream media. | ||
| The only thing you had an AP piece. | ||
| How a Kennedy built a anti-vax juggernaut. | ||
| So, Bobby, I want you to address first, before we get into the book, just the Joy Ann Reid hit, because I see what they're doing here. | ||
| You're an apostate. | ||
| And I want to get into the thing of how your family has been synonymous with public health and has been synonymous with access to public health by those Americans that are less fortunate. | ||
| Those are the working poor and the poor. | ||
| And in fact, you guys have been crusaders globally. | ||
| For public health. | ||
| But I just gotta go to this article. | ||
| It's slanted information, cherry-picked facts, conspiracy theories to spread disinformation. | ||
| You're a key part of the anti-vaccine movement for years. | ||
| Are you actually, because I read it, are you actually an anti-vaxxer? | ||
| Because it looks to me like you're an anti-Big Pharma in the way they're jamming vaccines. | ||
| So just a question, are you consider yourself anti-vaxx? | ||
| No, I'm pro-science and I'm for good vaccines. | ||
| That means, by good vaccines, I mean a vaccine that has been properly tested in a controlled trial that tests, which would usually be a placebo-controlled trial, that tests the long-term impacts of that vaccine on a placebo group or on a vaccine group, on an unvaccinated group, And a vaccinated group and compares long-term health outcomes. | ||
| And if you come to me and say, here's a vaccine that five years after you give it, there are more people alive in the vaccine group than the placebo group and they are healthier. | ||
| I would be a hundred percent for that vaccine. | ||
| But I've always been pro vaccine. | ||
| I just want good science. | ||
| I, you know, for Steve, for many, many years, I was fighting and litigating to get mercury out of fish. | ||
| Nobody called me Annie Fish. | ||
| Oh, you know, it's a strategy. | ||
| It's a, it's a, it's a pejorative that is applied to anybody who challenges official proclamations or who challenges a pharmaceutical industry that is, you know, has a long record of criminal activity. | ||
| The four companies in our country, Merck, Sanofi, Pfizer and Glaxo make all of the 72 vaccines that are now effectively mandated for American children. | ||
| Those four companies have been, have paid $35 billion in criminal penalties and civil damages since 2009. | ||
| So the last decade for falsifying science, for defrauding regulators, for, um, For lying to doctors, for killing hundreds of thousands of Americans knowingly. | ||
| Merck, its blockbuster drug Vioxx, killed between 100,000 and 500,000 Americans from a pill they marketed as a headache pill that they knew caused heart attacks because they saw all the carnage and death in their clinical trials, but they didn't report it to the public. | ||
| So people, you know, most people who took that pill or arthritis or headaches, if they knew it could kill them, they probably would have said, you know, I think I'll take an aspirin. But they weren't given that choice, because Merck hid that data from them and they ended up paying $7 billion in penalties and damages, but they should have all gone to jail. But these companies, they do that again and again and again. So the way they | ||
| get caught is because plaintiff's attorneys like myself, representing injured clients, conduct discovery. | ||
| We get a hold of documents that show criminal conduct and we walk those down to the U.S. | ||
| Attorney's Office and say, you should prosecute them. | ||
| The only place that can ever happen is with vaccines, because with vaccines, including the COVID vaccine, they are immune from liability. | ||
| So you can't sue them no matter how negligent they are, no matter how reckless they are, no matter how Revis your injury or death, you cannot sue that company. | ||
| And because of that, this is the one place they can never get caught. | ||
| So it requires a kind of cognitive dissonance to believe that these companies are criminal, engage in criminal behavior with all their other products. | ||
| The one product where they are assured they can never get caught vaccines, they suddenly find Jesus and they decide, okay, you know, we better be good here. | ||
| It just, it doesn't pass. | ||
| The smell doesn't pass. | ||
| Hang on. | ||
| We're going to get to that, but I just got to help the audience, because there's a massive activist audience, go through the looking glass. | ||
| Your family's dedicated its life. | ||
| To setting up a public health service in these institutions, you guys are institutionalists, to build these institutions to protect people against those outrages of big pharma and to make sure the pharma companies kind of play by a set of rules and regulations and yet MSNBC, the Associated Press, | ||
| Is calling you the leader of the anti-vax movement, that you're a grifter, Joanne Reed in MSNBC is attacking you all the time, and it's the war room and our audience that think, hey, this guy's one of the few guys in the country at a senior level that's talking the truth. | ||
| I just want to make sure the audience understands how your family has worked for decades and decades and decades to build a regulatory apparatus so that these companies couldn't commit these crimes or they were held accountable. | ||
| Yeah, and by the way, when they, I want to say this, Steve, when they say that I am promoting vaccine misinformation, they will never tell you a single piece of misinformation that I have promoted. | ||
| The term vaccine misinformation is a euphemism Or any statement that departs from official orthodoxy or criticizes or asks questions about the safety and efficacy of a pharmaceutical product, irregardless of whether it's false or true. | ||
| I got thrown off of Instagram for vaccine misinformation, but Instagram cannot point to a single statement that I made that's untrue. | ||
| Everything that comes out of children's health defense, and me, is cited and sourced. | ||
| To peer-reviewed publications or government databases. | ||
| We have the most robust fact-checking operation probably of any newspaper in the country. | ||
| And we're really careful about what we say. | ||
| And by the way, Facebook has said at the Center for Counter Digital Hate, which is, you know, the organization that pinned me with this vaccine misinformation. | ||
| label that they are promoting vaccine misinformation. At the Center for Digital Aid is lying when it says that 75% of the vaccine information that people are reading comes from these 12 people. Facebook says it's 0.05% and most of it isn't even related to vaccines. So your question is about my family's relationship with health | ||
| care. My uncle Edward Kennedy was the chair of the health care committee in the United States, sat at it for 50 years. | ||
| My uncle, President Kennedy, created and funded many of these institutions that we now count on to protect public health. | ||
| Some of the biggest health care institutions in the country are named for my family, the Kennedy Krieger Institute, the Eunice Schreiber Institute at Johns Hopkins and NIH. | ||
| So and I grew up, you know, in this kind of ouvre milieu where, you know, our family was fighting the corruption of pharmaceutical companies and trying to make sure that every American is entitled to health care and that we are not the only industrialized nation in the world where a family, you know, mother and father can listen to a baby crying and | ||
| room next door and have to wonder whether that baby is 50 dollars sick or 100 dollars sick or 500 dollars sick before they bring them to the hospital. We now have the worst health outcomes in the world and we pay more for health care than any other country and my family's been fighting that trend for decades. Bobby just hang on for one second. | ||

| Bobby, I just got to go back and ask a couple questions. | ||
| Number one, and I think this is very important and it's not said, it's not promoted. | ||
| Definition you just gave you're not anti-vax. | ||
| In fact, correct me if I'm wrong. | ||
| The statement you made about vaccines that you support are what has been industry standards, industry precedents that come at the top research university. | ||
| This is what you said. | ||
| I support for good vaccines is is basically the norm. | ||
| You then cited all the criminal activity of the big drug makers. | ||
| Have you ever been, have these, and AP, Associated Press, has a hit piece, has a hit piece, slanted information, cherry-picked facts, a conspiracy theory that spreads disinformation. | ||
| He's a key part of the anti-vaccine movement. | ||
| Says you're the anti-vaxxer. | ||
| You've built an anti-vax juggernaut of the Children's Health Defense. | ||
| It says it's collected six million dollars, 6.8 million dollars. | ||
| That's tiny. | ||
| In the world of not-for-profits, including everything that Children's Health Defense does. | ||
| Have these guys ever sued you for libel or defamation or slander? | ||
| Have you ever been sued by Big Pharma? | ||
| Because truth is a defense to libel. | ||
| So what I'm saying is true and they can't sue me. | ||
| I mean, listen, why isn't Tony Fauci suing me? | ||
| I show in the book how he essentially murdered 85 African-American and Hispanic children, I handed them over to drug companies to do illegal experiments on that where they were testing drug tolerance. | ||
| So that's designed to push you over the edge into, you know, into destructive cascading health problems or death. | ||
| Oh, if you know, But there are many, many other things I say that are highly critical. | ||
| And if they were untrue, they'd be absolutely defamatory. | ||
| But they're not going to sue me because they know it's true. | ||
| It would be the worst thing that they could do to for themselves to sue me. | ||
| And this is what I want everybody to understand. | ||
| This is information warfare. | ||
| He's positioned as an anti-vaxxer, and if you read these articles, it's slanted information, cherry-picked. | ||
| We've gone through all the hit lists. | ||
| Let me say one thing. | ||
| I just want to say, I haven't seen them ever cite one fact that you say that's wrong. | ||
| I've never, I'm yet to see that fact. | ||
| They cannot point to any fact wrong. | ||
| This book is 240,000 words and has 2,200 footnotes. | ||
| If there were factual errors in there, they would be coming after me. | ||
| If they can even find small ones, now they're going to be able to find one or two, because you can't write a book this big without making a mistake, but we fact check it. | ||
| Advisory Board, we have a Nobel Laureate, Luke Montagnier, who discovered the HIV virus. | ||
| We have 312 PhD scientists and doctors, medical doctors, nurses. | ||
| And, you know, and so I'm very confident that what I've written here is true. | ||
| If somebody finds something that's untrue, we've already had eight editions of this book. | ||
| We'll change it in the next edition. | ||
| Show me if you find a mistake and we'll correct it. | ||
| I want to say one thing to you because this is a trick that they've done recently and it shows the power and reach of the medical cartel. | ||
| Two months ago, Webster's Dictionary reissued its new dictionary with anti-vaxxer redefined so that it no longer means that you're against vaccines, it means that you're against vaccine mandates. | ||
| So anybody who even Somebody who opposes the next booster for the COVID vaccine. | ||
| Somebody who took all the vaccines, endorsed them, believes them, but just doesn't want to take that booster. | ||
| They are now technically an anti-vaxxer. | ||
| This is, I want to go to the point, we'll get to Fauci in a second, but I want to go to the global war on democracy and public health care. | ||
| You tie Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and kind of the regulatory apparatus that Collins and Fauci run. | ||
| Give me your theory of the case. | ||
| Why is it this kind of organized effort that kind of one hand washes the other? | ||
| Walk us through your theory of the cases before we get to Fauci in the particulars. | ||
| What do you mean, Steve? | ||
| Do you mean my theory of Gates' partnership with Fauci or how Big Pharma, Gates have worked to actually have now a global war on democracy and public health? | ||
| Well, over the last 20 months, we've seen this extraordinary coup d'etat against democracy. | ||
| And virtually in all of the liberal democracies in the world, we've seen an assault on control, demolition of constitutional rights, of civil rights, the imposition of censorship, the closing of churches, a million churches, a million businesses, the abolishment of property rights as they close a million businesses in our country. | ||
| With no due process, no just compensation, they've gotten rid of jury trials, which are, you know, the Seventh Amendment guarantees. | ||
| You can't sue a vaccine company or any company that is providing countermeasures. | ||
| Oh, and then, of course, you know, the prohibitions against warrantless searches and seizures have also been abolished. | ||
| So why is this happening and how was it engineered to happen? | ||
| Why did all of the liberal democracies in the world Pivot suddenly and have the same militarized and monetized reaction to the pandemic rather than having a public health response. | ||
| And I show in my book how this was drilled year after year after year by a group of either pharmaceutical companies, by the social media companies, by the intelligence agencies and by the medical technocracy, you know, led by Tony Fauci. | ||
| And also in lieu, in league with the Chinese government, and I'm not, you know, so let me explain that. | ||
| In 2019, in October 2019, most of your listeners know about Event 201. | ||
| So Event 201 was a pandemic simulation for an international global coronavirus pandemic that was staged in New York City by Bill Gates and some other co-hosts who I'll mention in a second. | ||
| We need to place this in context of time. | ||
| We now know the National Security Agencies believe that the coronavirus escaped sometime around September 12th from the Wuhan lab. | ||
| We know that because of aerial photos at hospital parking lots There was chatter from the internet around Wuhan that describes the symptoms of coronavirus and that evening the Chinese government went into the Wuhan lab, confiscated 22,000 coronavirus samples, installed a military, People's Liberation Army official to run the lab, | ||
| Then change got rid of all of the gain of function studies on the public facing web page. | ||
| Oh, so this was September 12. | ||
| A month later, you had Bill Gates hosting a pandemic simulation in New York City. | ||

| So George Gao must have known about the escape of the coronavirus and his government actions to limit it at that point. | ||

| They're not talking about public health, about how to get vitamin D and repurpose medicines to people. | ||
| They're talking about how do you impose censorship to specifically stop people talking about lab leaks, to stop dissent against official policies, to control the social media, clamp down lockdowns, and to abolish democracy. | ||
| That's what they're doing. | ||

| Bobby, how do we get from event 201, which you say, hey, he's not a group of public, not a group of people that are dedicated their life to public health, but really people that have dedicated their lives to the national security apparatus or the national intelligence apparatus? | ||
| They've got members, obviously, of the Chinese Communist Party being the senior guy from CDC there, who must know about this lab leak already, or at least the gain-of-function experiment that's been going on in Wuhan. | ||
| How do you get from there to Tony Fauci coming center stage, really, on institutional organizations your family has worked for many decades to kind of make sure are the guardians of the people? | ||
| In this regard, how does Tony Fauci take stage and become the calming influence? | ||
| And then I guess either transitions or I want you to walk us through it. | ||
| When do you believe he starts making these these kind of dictates and dictates, particularly on vaccines, lockdowns and all that, sir? | ||
| Well, it's a it's a big question, and I the last chapter in my book, which I think is really. | ||
| One of the most revelatory chapters Shows that the event 201, which was this pandemic simulation, which was really a blueprint for how do you use the pandemic as a pretense for imposing totalitarian controls and obliterating democracy and constitutional rights. | ||
| If you go to seminar four, which you can go to, you have all of these people talking about how do we stop social media talking about Chatter that this may be a lab leak. | ||
| Oh, and then as soon as so two months later with the rest of the world finds out about coronavirus. | ||
| And a lot of the people who were part of it meant to one now running into key play now move into key places in government to manage the coronavirus response. | ||
| So they've been schooled at the way that you respond to a public health crisis is by imposing totalitarian controls. | ||
| What I found when I was writing the book, which I detail, is this was not a one-off event. | ||
| They were doing these drills, these pandemic simulations for 20 years. | ||
| Beginning in 1999, they did an anthrax simulation called Dark Winter, and a few months later, we have the anthrax attacks on our country, which justify the passage of the Patriot Act and the invasion of Iraq. | ||
| And it later It's too late. | ||
| The FBI investigation finds it did not come from Iraq. | ||
| It came from one of three U.S. | ||
| military labs. | ||
| So there was clearly somebody from the U.S. | ||
| military who was involved in this or the intelligence agencies. | ||
| Now, what you see is year after year following that, we have the rise of the biosecurity agenda. | ||
| Which replaces the Islamic terrorist agenda. | ||
| So biosecurity officially becomes the spear tip of American foreign policy. | ||
| And every year they're doing these, these pandemic simulations, which now involve hundreds of thousands of people. | ||
| We understand they were secret, but they were bringing in people from, you know, police departments, from hospital systems, from online workers, All over the country, utility people, oil company executives and workers who are all involved in these pandemics, which each one of them drilled. | ||
| They never talk about public health. | ||
| They never talk about how to repurpose medications, how to quarantine the sick, how to get people to eat vitamin D and zinc and exercise and build their immune system. | ||
| There's none of that discussion. | ||
| It's all about how do you use a pandemic as a pretense To obliterate democracy, and they were doing it simultaneously in the US, Canada, Australia, and all the countries in Europe. | ||
| And each one of them had a figurehead. | ||
| So they brought in somebody who was really kind of a useful idiot. | ||
| Somebody who would give the imprimatur of legitimacy. | ||
| So Madeleine Albright or Senator Carrie Hart or Senator Sam Nunn or some congressman or Bill Gates so that everybody would say, hey, this is kind of weird what we're doing. | ||
| But if that person thinks it's OK, it must be OK. | ||
| And they were drilling year after year how to use the pandemic when it does come. | ||
| Now, where did Tony Fauci come from? | ||
| Tony Fauci, after the anthrax attacks, the Pentagon began And the CIA began funneling huge amounts of money to bioweapons development. | ||
| Oh, we had shut down bioweapons development, although the CIA continued to illegally do it. | ||
| We, the Pentagon stopped doing it in 1972. | ||

| You know, I'm getting ahead of myself, but the CIA through USAID was the biggest funder of, even much bigger than Tony Fauci, of the gain-of-function studies in Wuhan, and the Pentagon was second, Tony Fauci was third. | ||
| But initially, the Pentagon, after the anthrax attacks during 9-11, The Pentagon wanted to get back into bioweapons research, but as you just pointed out, it was illegal to do offensive research. | ||
| You can only do defensive research. | ||
| And what does that mean? | ||
| It means vaccine development. | ||
| But a lot of defensive research, the same experiments that you use to develop vaccines, the same experiments that you use to develop bioweapons, The Pentagon wanted to start doing bioweapons, but they did not think that they could sell it to the world that we are just developing vaccines, that the Pentagon is putting all this money into vaccines. | ||
| So instead, they funneled the money beginning in 2001 through Tony Fauci, $1.7 billion a year. | ||

| They also gave Fauci a 68% raise attached to his bioweapons research. | ||
| So that's one of the reasons he has to keep doing these gain-of-function studies, even when Obama ordered him to stop in 2014. | ||

| He continued developing the worst of those, you know, that technology, the gain-of-function technology at the University of North Carolina, secretly and illegally. | ||

| What happened that year is three of his bugs escaped. | ||
| And the 300 scientists, leading scientists around the globe, wrote a letter to Obama saying, you got to stop Tony Fauci from developing these, playing these games of souping up, you know, these pandemic viruses, because if one of them escapes, the trajectory would be uncontrollable. | ||
| And so Obama passed a moratorium. | ||
| Fauci immediately began violating that moratorium by continuing to fund the worst of these studies by Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina. | ||
| He also moved a lot of those studies offshore and to take his fingerprints off them, he laundered the money through this bioweapons grifter called Peter Daszak and his little group Eco Health Alliance who would distribute the money to the Chinese scientists at the | ||
| The Chinese were, you know, from 2013, they published a paper, which is talked about in my book, where they said, where they were just open about it saying, we are making weapons. | ||
| We're not pretending to make vaccines. | ||
| We are making weapons. | ||
| Tony Fauci was teaching them how to do that. | ||
| But worst of all, and this puts the lie Everything he says about, oh, we were just trying to make vaccines. | ||
| He funded Ralph Barrett to develop a system called the Seamless Legation System, which is a system, a technology for hiding the evidence of engineering on these coronaviruses. | ||
| So what they do is they take a bat coronavirus that will only affect bats. | ||
| They remove the spike protein. | ||
| And they hook in, they implant a spike protein that they construct out of amino acids, so that it will affect human beings. | ||
| And they test it on humanized mice, these mice that have human lungs. | ||
| And if they can get the mouse, not only to get infected, but then to cough and spread the infection without engineering, that's a success story for them. | ||
| But Ralph Baric, With money from Tony Fauci, develop the system for hiding the evidence of the engineering. | ||
| If you were really interested in public health, you would want to do the opposite of that. | ||
| You would want to put a red flag on it that said, this is human made. | ||

| They were weaponizing it by making it so it could not be traced back to whoever dropped it on the world. | ||

| She stopped publishing about them, which is very, very suspicious because that sometime in that period was almost certainly the time that they took this one Coronavirus that they had discovered in a cave, the Mojang cave in Yunnan province that had killed a whole bunch of miners there. | ||

| They got it from the bats, but they were not spreading it in their homes. | ||
| So it could not spread human to human at that point. | ||
