Beginning in mid-January, we will reduce the monthly pace of our net asset purchases by $20 billion for Treasury securities and $10 billion for agency mortgage-backed securities.
If the economy evolves broadly as expected, similar reductions in the pace of net asset purchases will likely be appropriate each month, implying that increases in our securities holdings would cease by mid-March, a few months sooner than we anticipated in early November.
We are phasing out our purchases more rapidly because, with elevated inflation pressures and a rapidly strengthening labor market, the economy no longer needs increasing amounts of policy support.
amounts of policy support.
In addition, a quicker conclusion of our asset purchases will better position policy to address the full range of plausible economic outcomes.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome to the War Room.
It's Wednesday, 15 December, Year of the Lord 2021.
I want to bring in Dr. Peter Navarro.
We only have him for a limited time since he's a hot commodity today.
We're going to get a deeper dive tomorrow.
Okay, let me summarize as a layman.
They're going to continue to, they're tapering, but they continue to juice, when they say policy, they're continuing to juice the economy with more and more cash, right, with the purchase, with the repurchase program.
They've admitted their mistake.
They admitted Dr. Navarro was right, but they're not really prepared To take action until next year, maybe three radius creases.
That's different than saying we're going to do it past the 22 midterms.
They've admitted their mistake, but they're not really coming to grips with inflation.
Dr. Peter Navarro.
peter navarro
Steve, we had two things happen today.
One, thanks to the war room posse, the build back bankrupt thing is off the table and into next year and is never going to pass.
So we take care of like the Keynesian overspending signal.
At the same time, the accommodative Federal Reserve pivots and becomes hawkish, recognizing what you and I have been talking about for close to a year now, the dangers of stagflation and hyperinflation on the inflationary end.
The problem here, and we'll talk more about this tomorrow, the problem here is that it's too little, too late, because even with what the Fed is proposing to do, the rates of inflation that are projected and generally they underestimate that because that's what they do, are going to be well above the Fed target. So the genie is out of the bottle, the fiscal policy is out of the bottle, the stock market interestingly enough reacted favorably for a
steve bannon
one-off day. What are you talking about? Of course it, of course it, okay come to my side of the river baby. No, no hang on.
Get out of the arts and crafts thing.
unidentified
Of course they're going to do it, because the punchbowl's still there.
steve bannon
It's zero interest rates, and they're still infusing the system with cash.
peter navarro
Or you could argue that the smart money says, well, maybe they've come a little bit to their senses.
But here's the point, Steve.
They haven't come enough to their senses.
We're headed towards stagflation.
I continue the stagflation forecast because all of this money, on the one hand, is coursing through the system.
The Fed is tightening, but not enough.
And we still have... See, here's the thing that neither the Fed nor the White House recognizes.
The underlying structural problems created by the pandemic and created by the politician-made disasters of Joe Biden, particularly with respect to energy policy.
Energy prices are skyrocketing.
Generally, Steve, they say that they keep keep energy out of the core inflation rate because it's volatile.
It goes up but always comes back down.
No, no, no, no, no, not under Biden.
It's on a secular uptrend now and should be treated as part of the core.
And when energy prices go up, food prices go up because food depends on fertilizer and fertilizer is made out of natural gas.
So this continues out of control and what Powell did today was far too little and not soon enough.
unidentified
Peace.
Bye.
steve bannon
What it means is that inflation is going to continue to ruin your personal life, okay?
They didn't have the stones to sit there and say, the interest rates are still at zero, there's still accommodation as far as infusing cash in the system.
Joe Manchin and the Warren Posse took the $5 trillion insanity off the table, but Mitch McConnell still gave them the opportunity for $2.5 additional trillion.
You've got massive fiscal stimulus, still loose monetary policy, interest rates haven't gone up.
So nothing's changed.
You're gonna have runaway inflation.
That's why the markets like it.
The punchbowl's still at the party.
peter navarro
The courts are gonna like it.
Well, we can disagree about why the markets like it, but my point is that the market might like it for a day.
But they're not going to like it very much when the reality that you and I talk about comes true.
steve bannon
It's all a casino.
peter navarro
It's a casino.
steve bannon
You've got a punch.
Tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.
we're going to have a much more thorough breakdown by Dr. Navarro and how it's going to affect your life and how it's going to affect the political landscape.
peter navarro
I will be ready for you, Admiral.
steve bannon
Okay, Dr. Navarro.
By the way, your homework assignment is to find out why inflation, if you did it like you did it back in the 70s, inflation would be at 13 or 14 percent today.
So that's your homework assignment.
peter navarro
Thank you, sir.
unidentified
I always love it when the student gives the professor the assignment.
Thank you, Butch.
steve bannon
See you Sunday.
unidentified
It's okay.
Sundance will report for duty tomorrow.
steve bannon
Dr. Peter Navarro.
Okay, let's play.
We're going to bring Boris in, but I've got to play the bill back better.
Can Denver please play the clip?
unidentified
A potentially big setback for President Biden at this hour.
It looks unlikely now that his Build Back Better plan will go to a vote by the Democrats' self-imposed deadline at the end of the year.
Majority Leader Chuck Schumer reportedly saying he likely will push that vote to 2022, perhaps March of 22.
Fueling the pessimism?
Senator Joe Manchin.
Still the lone holdout in his party.
So a lot of negotiating still to be done.
We should note that publicly neither Schumer nor Speaker Pelosi is throwing in the towel.
But the plan now seems to be to focus on the Voting Rights Act.
Looking at that until the Christmas recess.
steve bannon
OK, when they say March, it might as well be like in the next century.
Huge victory today in one hand, ladies and gentlemen, and that is Build Back Better is now history.
They're going to try to come back and do a kind of, you know, slap it together.
But as an entity, the five trillion dollars demanding that the CBO get the report, everything that you guys demanded, all the phone calls you made, emails, etc.
work, Joe Manchin stepped up.
I want to bring in Boris.
Boris, I like you because you're a Wall Street guy.
I want your assessment of Powell's announcement today and Build Back Better all at one time, sir.
boris epshteyn
It's a big, big day.
It's a major day, first of all, for the MAGA movement, for the War Room policy, because as you said, it is this actionable group.
It is this actionable movement that is all about action, action, action, that stood in the trenches, stood in the breach, and said, we are not going to go for Build Back Broke.
And that is why this thing is dead.
And it cannot be overstated how important This was to Biden.
Well, not really Biden, but whoever controls Joe Biden.
This was his only lifeline.
And it is dead.
Maybe they're saying resurrected in March.
Yeah, good luck.
March with an election around the corner where Democrats are looking at losing 100 seats.
And it is dead because the war on policy, the movement, President Trump, And everybody MAGA said we are not taking her and even others Lindsey Graham going out there and saying hey this is just this is a crock of nonsense but cover was given to everybody including Joe Manchin by this war room posse and that is why Build Back Broke is dead.
unidentified
Yeah.
boris epshteyn
and a Have a good time.
It's full 1986.
steve bannon
Three rate hikes, but the interest rates today, the magic words that came across his lips, the interest rates stay at zero.
Zero interest rates.
boris epshteyn
Maybe down the road, I'm going to do this.
unidentified
And by the way, people don't forget, they change their mind all the time.
boris epshteyn
In the past, they said there were going to be rate hikes, I believe, you know, I think six months ago.
They said, you know, we're going to start implementing rate hikes.
They said, well, not yet.
And then not yet again.
So, this is what the Fed does, right?
And they are, you know, so set In their globalist ways.
So set in a way that is all about today and not at all about tomorrow.
And they're frankly scared of the market.
They're reading the market and they're scared of it.
So, you know, somebody's going to look at it today and say, wow, you know, Powell must have said something good.
No, he didn't.
All he did was continue this orgy that we are on right now.
And where it ends is not a pretty place.
Where it ends is not a pretty place.
steve bannon
When they talk about quantitative easing, that's a fancy term for they're giving your cash, they're creating thin air, you have the obligations, and they're just infusing it into the system.
Right?
That's where the money supply continues to explode.
You're not going to deal with inflation.
Yeah, you're not going to deal with inflation.
They're still stimulating the economy.
This is a dumpster fire.
That's why it's a dumpster fire.
And they hope that... Here's the question.
boris epshteyn
Go ahead.
The Dow is at 35.5, 36, right?
The S&P is hitting all-time highs.
You cannot say that right now the economy needs stimulating.
You know what it needs?
It needs a supply chain that works.
So maybe instead of continuing to play with interest rates, and by the way, this is exactly what Alan Greenspan did that caused the Great Recession, okay?
This game of no recession now, no pullback now, and make no mistake about it, what happened with COVID, that wasn't a recession.
That was an outlier event that caused a market dip.
But the cyclical economy, the very basis of capitalism under Adam Smith, were violated by Greenspan, and they're being violated now by Powell, and the result is going to be the same or worse, because the more you build up, the more you build on debt, debt, debt, debt, and when it comes, it comes bad.
So the point is this, with the Dow at 35.5, 36, with S&P at all-time highs, how could you say that the economy needs stimulating right now?
What it needs is supply chains to work.
What it needs is for construction materials to not be costing double what they cost a year ago.
steve bannon
His numbers are in the high 20s, low 30s for handling the economy.
And you look at people who think he's doing an excellent job, it's mid-single digits.
They're pivoting, though, and he said the quiet part out loud we had on the morning show, where he said, the only thing that matters is who counts the votes.
Right.
This is what Biden said last night to the DNC.
Talk to us about their pivot.
And they're already talking.
It's a firestorm up there right now about the filibuster.
Talk about the pivot to this federalization of the vote.
boris epshteyn
They're gonna try to do whatever they can.
They know that they only have six or so months until the election is really in full swing for 2022, and this becomes even the lamest of all lame ducks governments, because let's be honest, once the House is a lame duck and the Senate's a lame duck, Joe Biden's never been a real duck anyway.
He's been lame from the very beginning.
So they're gonna try to do this, but there's, again, unless there's something that we do not know or do not understand, There should be not a chance on God's green earth that Mitch McConnell goes along and allows somehow for the filibuster to go away in order to pass federalization of elections.
If Mitch McConnell does that, that is, to me, clearly, without any question whatsoever, absolutely treasonous.
You cannot allow for federalization of elections.
Now, that's point one.
Point two, constitutionally, it's actually impossible.
Because you would have to go through the constitutional amendment process, and if you don't, you're going to have to go and answer the Supreme Court.
And there's just no way the Supreme Court is going to allow for Congress and feckless Biden to do a power grab like that at the federalized elections.
But you're going to see some dead cat bounce moves now from the Democrats, because this was—the buildback broke Was their only lifeline.
I'd spoken to senior Democrat operatives who say, hey, we passed this thing.
We throw a couple trillion, $5 trillion on there.
Everybody feels good going into Christmas.
Wrong.
This thing is dead.
And this is another nail in the coffin of this administration.
And little Jamie Raskin and Bennie Thompson, all of you fools, as was said on this show, The administration that was illegitimate to begin with has been killed in its crib.
And it's been killed, A, by the War on Posse, by the MAGA movement, and been killed by itself.
Because nobody, I think nobody could realize and really predict That Biden, Biden's team, we all know Biden doesn't know what day it is, what year it is, probably what millennium it is.
But that his team would be as terrible.
Everybody, from the Treasury Secretary Yellen, to of course Pete Buttigieg on parental leave trying to rescue his kids, to General Granholm on energy not knowing how much, how much oil is used every day.
steve bannon
Boris, let's go to break and we'll come back, we'll come back in a moment.
I want to talk about some developments in 3 November and some additional polling.
back in a moment.
unidentified
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
the world.
Soon will come bitter grief and weeping.

We appreciate your support in this Christmas season.
Boris, as their crest fallen that the Build Back broke, $5 trillion.
It's not going to be spent, not going to be authorized.
So they've got to give their base a sop.
It's got to be.
They've got to come in on this voting rights bill, the federalization of the vote like banshees.
They have to.
Otherwise, their base is there.
Their enthusiasm is already almost at historic lows.
They've got to do something, Boris.
What is it?
boris epshteyn
Absolutely.
Their enthusiasm is at historic lows.
Our enthusiasm, as we discussed yesterday, is at historic highs, right?
The MAGA enthusiasm has really never been higher, and that's why you're plus 10 in the Republican ballot over Democrats.
And remember, this is very important, in 2010 it was only plus 4 for Republicans, ended up with 63 seats.
So, here's the issue that the Democrats are going to have with passing anything.
First of all, Not a lot of smart people around on the Democrat side.
So to do something that's so intricate, you have to have a certain level of intelligence.
Second of all, I'm not sure this gets out of the House.
Because you're going to have a problem with some of those really swing state, red district, red, maybe purple district Democrats voting for this thing.
So I'm not sure it gets out of the House.
Yes.
And remember, this was some of the same issues that we're going to have with Bill Brokaw.
You had a group of about 10 moderates who said, hey, we actually want the CBO score.
And then Nancy Pelosi came at him hot, but now she failed.
So her leverage is much lesser now than it was even a few months ago.
But say somehow it gets out of the House.
In the Senate, there's only one way that you could mess with the filibuster and be successful there, and that's if Mitch McConnell blinks.
steve bannon
Like he blinked.
He blinked on the debt ceiling and gave him two and a half trillion dollars.
Go to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Corman versus Shapiro throwdown.
They're in court today, right?
What are they doing?
Yes, they are.
boris epshteyn
Arguments just wrapped up.
From what I'm hearing, it was an all-star performance by the Republican attorneys.
And this is the major case in Pennsylvania, and it's all about Allowing for the legislature to conduct, for the state senate to conduct the full forensic investigations, something that we've been calling for non-stop.
So the hearings were today.
The outcome of any motion hearing could take a bit of time, but we will have more information tomorrow on what the outcome is.
It could be immediate, it could take some time.
But right now, what I can report, this is directly live, literally from break, From after the last segment, the arguments went very, very well for Jay Corman and Republicans against Josh Shapiro and the Democrats, Democrat AG, who's trying to prevent a full forensic investigation of the 2020 election in Pennsylvania.
I will tell you, to make such a precedent out of Arizona, there should be absolutely no way Amazing.
that the Republicans in the Senate cannot conduct a full forensic investigation, but it could go all the way up to the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court.
The positive is that the Republicans just won in the state Supreme Court on mass mandates.
So there's a big precedent of winning against Josh Shapiro by Jake Corbyn.
steve bannon
OK, you're going to be back tomorrow.
We're going to have Wisconsin.
We're going to have your summary of what happened in Pima County.
You're going to get more details on Pennsylvania.
3 November movement.
This is what's adding to the urgency.
This is adding to the enthusiasm about getting our hands on 2022.
Boris Epstein.
Real quickly, what's your getter?
What's your social media, Boris?
boris epshteyn
No doubt about it.
The 3 November movement is red hot and it's driving so much enthusiasm.
I'm humbled to be a small part of it.

Super hot on Getter.
Go to Getter right now.

Of course, hot on the gram.
Boris underscore Epstein.

Super duper hot.
Go sign up right now.
BorisEP.com.
The website.
Very important.
We'll be sending out a big one tomorrow.
Stay strong.
God bless.
I'll see you tomorrow.
steve bannon
Okay, can Denver please play?
Thank you, Boris.
Can Denver play our introduction?
I want to hear these two spots and we're bringing Dr. Naomi Wolf to comment.
bill de blasio
The vaccination for the 5 to 11 year olds has just begun last few weeks already.
We've gotten over 127,000 New York City kids in that age range vaccinated.
That's great. It's a little over 19% of all the kids in that group.
Considering it's brand new, that's good and it's better than the national rate, but it's not enough.
Obviously, we need to see a lot more.
We need to see kids getting vaccinated in that age group.
Parents, we need you to step up for the good of your children, your family, all of us.
Go get your child vaccinated. So we're going to include them in the key to NYC.
The guidelines are key to NYC starting on December 14th.
unidentified
Thanks.
bill de blasio
I describe the actions we're taking today as a preemptive strike.
Get ahead of this problem before it deepens and use the thing that works, vaccination.
We can talk about all the other tools and we will.
But vaccination is the central weapon in this war against COVID.
It's the one thing that has worked every single time across the board.
unidentified
Governor, how are you going to enforce counties enforcing this mask mandate though?
Are you going to be making sure, like you said, you're hoping that they're going to come around, but how in the meantime are you going to make sure that they are enforcing this mask mandate?
kathy hochul
We have left this to the counties to enforce.
unidentified
So counties can choose not to enforce?
kathy hochul
We hope that counties will enforce it.
We hope that they will.
It's in the best interest of public health.
It also comes down to individual businesses doing the right thing as well.
So this is also, we're asking businesses to protect their customers and to protect their employees.
And this is a very short-term Minor effort in comparison to what the people of the state had to go through for many months when they were complete lockdowns and people could not go out anywhere and I will never let that happen to this state.
I will continue to encourage people to get vaccinated and get that booster shot and that is truly the best path forward.
steve bannon
I think there's 22 counties in New York that said they're not going to do it.
We had to get Dr. Wolf on.
I'm going to ask her after the break about the UK, this historic vote yesterday to take away the liberties of folks and do what she warned us about, vaccine passports.
But Dr. Wolf, I think you're in upstate New York.
De Blasio is saying we've got to do a preemptive strike by jabbing five-year-olds or they can't go in anywhere.
They can't go to a restaurant, they can't go to see the Nutcracker, they can't do anything for five-year-olds.
You've got the governor putting up this emergency order, but then she's saying it's to the counties.
Half the counties are revolting.
And then I want to talk about, in the New York legislature, people are sending me a bill that's been put forward, I guess now at a committee, that allows, I don't know, is it the National Guard can start arresting people?
Explain to us, Dr. Wolf, please, what is going on in the Empire State?
dr naomi wolf
Yeah, well, it's, you know, Multiple fronts of tyranny all at once.
And that's how you can see how planned out this is.
It's the same soundbites, as we've said many times, around the world.
And these moves are very, very coordinated.
Let me take the kids separately, OK?
Because we're seeing a real war on children and a using of children as a way to drive a wedge between children and parents and basically to hold parents hostage.
By exploiting access to their children.
So now, you know, you showed this clip of de Blasio saying five-year-olds and I have a 10-year-old stepson.
It's very distressing to me.
You know, can't go in and do anything in New York City without their little vaccine passport.
I'm getting reports from people saying, and it's definitely unfolded, you know, someone just told me on Getter that In New York State, there are food pantries now where if you're vaccinated, you can go in and get your food.
And if you're unvaccinated, you have to shamefully stay in your car.
You can't even mingle with the other people.
And as I texted you, I was going to read a Christmas story at the request of my local New York State Health Department elderly services, you know, as a volunteer.
And they disinvited me because I have a health condition and can't wear a mask.
This is definitely unfolding and unrolling.
But let me add the kind of terrifying piece that you mentioned at the end.
All of these measures to take away our liberties, take away our liberties, they get locked in when the military or militias or the quasi-military are involved.
And that's what's happening in New York State.
I told you guys a few weeks ago that Kathy Hochul announced, and Charlie Baker in Massachusetts announced this as well, and it's happening in two other states.
That the National Guard is being deployed to help with health efforts in hospitals, right?
Ostensibly because a shortage of staff, which they created by mandating vaccinations, 10 or 20% of hospital staff have left.
They don't want to do it.
So that's an excuse to say we need the military.
Well, this ties in with this terrifying bill that you sent me and I read, A416, that basically lets them hold you in detention for up to 90 days in a hospital, right, or another facility if they think you've been exposed, even just exposed to a contagious disease.
It doesn't even say COVID-19.
You're in isolation, you can't get out, and it's a version of what's happening in Australia, and it's absolutely petrifying.
steve bannon
Okay, Doctor, if you can just hang over.
We're taking a short break.
We'll come back.
I want to go through this.
There's a bill now that's coming out of committee in the New York Legislature that authorizes this.
You've got de Blasio in a war against the kids in New York City.
Can't go see Nutcracker if you don't have your vaccine passport if you're five years old.
Also, a historic vote yesterday in Parliament for vaccine passports.
If it's in Europe, it's coming here.
Write that down.
If it's in Europe, it's coming here.
Short commercial break.
We'll be back in the War Room in a moment.
unidentified
Soon comes the cross, and lives the piercing, Then in the grave at last he'll lose me.
King of learning as we see today, we can learn something new anyway, and very much being parents to ideas, now let me share with you all of the ideas that were being taught during
the last few years.
So I'm going to share with you a few of the ideas that were being taught during the last few years.
steve bannon
Merry Christmas!
It's Wednesday, the 15th of December, the year of our Lord 2021.
Welcome back to the War Room.
I want to thank our musical director.
The selection of the music has been great.
We're going to put another song list up tomorrow to go through.
We've had a lot of demand for that.
I want to go back to Dr. Wolff, who warned us months and months and months ago that vaccine mandates would come, excuse me, that vaccine passports would come, and that was the hill to die on.
We've seen what's happening in Austria and Germany, but the United Kingdom voted yesterday At the same time, you've got de Blasio with the vaccine passports with the kids in New York City.
They're now revving up the vaccination of the children.
You've got the governor of New York, the new governor of New York, putting out mandates all over.
Counties are not enforcing it.
You essentially have chaos.
And you've got this bill.
And they did call in National Guard troops to quote-unquote help with the hospitals because there's not enough workers.
Of course, the Supreme Court and the courts are not going to save you here.
This is going to be political power.
The courts are not going to save you.
The Supreme Court came out and did not have the back of the hospital workers in New York next week.
So don't sit there and think the courts are going to save you.
That is not going to happen.
The courts may delay things.
They're not going to save you.
This is going to come down to the ballot boxes.
It's going to come down to political muscle at the state level, local level, state level, and the federal level.
See what's happening in Europe.
See what's happening in Austria.
They're going to put the mandatory vaccinations on February 1st.
You can opt out, but you'll go bankrupt, particularly if you're an average worker.
They're going to take $16,000 a year.
I think an average worker there makes $55,000 or $56,000 after tax.
It's a third of 40% of your income.
You can't live.
At least you can't live like you're living today.
And they know that.
So, Dr. Wolff, you've led this effort at the state level.
You warned us about the UK.
Yesterday, in our mother country, the Cradle of Liberty, they voted a draconian vaccine passport.
I think I'm getting reports, too, they're losing that election of that seat that Rahim said they were going to lose because Boris Johnson, a Tory, a conservative, is now starting to be really jumped on by true conservatives.
Dr. Wolff, what is to be done, and particularly what is to be done at the state level?
dr naomi wolf
I can't stress enough how terrifying this bill is.
In addition to the other measures, I mentioned kids.
What we're seeing across the country is that, like in Oregon, for instance, they mandated vaccinations for children.
And we're also seeing, and I'm getting to where this is like a pincher movement, we're seeing that clinics, health care clinics, are being put in schools that are non-profits.
They're not part of the schools.
They're politicized.
And they are intervening between parents and their children.
So that this is like a wedge action.
Parents are up in arms about this.
And so what the way this all goes together is that you'll you've got pressure points just like you described in Europe with finances where you know if your kids are being kind of held hostage and can't do anything can't go anywhere unless they get vaccinated.
And you hold out.
Well, now we've got the Excelsior Pass in New York.
It's putting everyone's data in.
Are you a refusenik?
Are you not?
Are you a dissenter?
Are you not?
Did you get your child vaccinated?
Did you not?
And what's so terrifying now, but so predictable if you read history, is that we've got the National Guard at the direction of evil Kathy Hochul, and this bill passes and it's gone out into committee now.
It's moved ahead.
One step.
It's in the Health Committee now.
So if we don't scream and yell, it's going to keep moving.
It could become law, right?
It means, and I've read the bill, it means that the National Guard can detain you.
You can be told on your Excelsior Pass, you've been exposed, right?
They can detain you in a hospital or other facility, a quarantine camp, a, you know, barracks, like in Canada, like in Australia.
They can keep you there for 90 days.
You are not allowed to leave, right?
And you can't get out without a court order.
unidentified
Here's a great way to get rid of it.
steve bannon
I want to make sure we put it across all platforms.
The articles about that just came out today and the bill.
The bill says January 6th, 2021.
Don't worry about that.
It's been the committee.
This ain't Dr. Wolf saying this and it ain't Steve Bannon.
This is in the legislation.
You can't make this stuff up.
People have been talking about Australia.
Well then, hey, the folks in New York, it's not law yet, but they're thinking about it.
Are they not, Dr. Wolff, as you warned?
dr naomi wolf
You don't draft a bill for no reason.
You don't move it into committee for no reason.
And you don't deploy the National Guard to hospitals if you're not anticipating passing a bill like that.
And of all the things I've described over the course of these many months, I'm sitting here in New York State, and this frightens me.
Like, I feel Bodily frightened because it's so easy with the Excelsior Pass, and this is what they do in China, to just say, oh, you've been exposed.
You're a critic of the administration.
We don't like your social media.
You didn't get your vaccine.
You've been exposed.
And then, boom, you are kept in detention.
You can't see your children.
You can't talk to a lawyer.
It takes a court order to release you.
This is in isolation.
And I've studied isolation for Guantanamo.
And in 90 days in isolation, you will be mentally ill.
You know, it will scar you forever.
You won't be able to even think straight.
So this is, we're at war.
And this is a war Americans have never fought before, which is a war through stealth, an internal war, a war through pretending that, you know, it's all about health.
But Kathy Hochul is making war on New Yorkers in 22 counties, I gather, have recognized it.
But I'm warning my fellow New Yorkers, this is a war, and they're going after our children, and they're going after us as dissenters, as critics, through this appalling bill that clearly they're trying to move out.
steve bannon
How do people get there?
How do they get to you on Getter?
How do they find out the constant stream of information you're putting on, and how can they join up here?
Because right now, everybody's got to pick a side.
Got to go.
Time for talks over.
You've got to take these back, county by county, village by village, district by district.
People have got to get engaged, whether it's a precinct committeeman, an election official.
Go to the school board or sign up to get engaged in these health boards now.
dr naomi wolf
Absolutely.
So it's Dr. Naomi R. Wolfe on Getter.
It's Naomi Wolfe on Telegram.
But most importantly, please come to dailycloud.io.
We're going to go after this in New York State.
We're drafting a federal bill to put liability back into pharma.
But now, clearly, we need a New York State bill to criminalize taking the rights of New Yorkers away and holding them in detention, which is unconstitutional.
and illegal, so these laws have to be passed, these actions have to be passed, and we need your help.
Please continue to help us and support us, because we can't do it without you.
steve bannon
Dr. Wolf, thank you, and I'm going to contact you after the show.
I want to go through this.
This New York bill is scary, and I want to make sure, find out if it's anywhere else in the country, but it's a very scary prototype.
Dr. Wolf, thank you very much.
I've got to tell you, people have talked, you know, she's been on here, she's talked about what's going to happen, you see it in Europe, and it's going to happen here, and it's happening here.
And people have to make conscious decisions about this.
I want to bring in Joe.
So Joe, today we start off.
The chairman of the Federal Reserve is not going to try to choke down inflation because he doesn't want to rule the markets because that the Biden administration can't take that right now.
They got inflation roaring out of control.
You've got, you know, you've got the we're spending money, a scale we've never spent before.
It's almost it's almost incomprehensible of what we're doing to the finances of this country.
At the same time, we're destroying the economy for the working man.
You've got the United Kingdom, right, where it fought all the great fights for a millennia on the rights of individuals with the Magna Carta and everything that happened in Parliament before the revolution, before we fought for our own freedom.
You've got them vaccine passports.
You now have these laws up in New York City.
They're talking about, you know, vaccine passports for five-year-old kids.
You can't go see Nutcracker unless you got your passport as a little five-year-old.
You've got the governor up there that in the state legislature has a draconian bill right of detention and this is not conspiracy theory stuff.
This is all things are working on out there in all of this and all this chaos and confusion.
We try to be the still point in the turning world.
Why is?
Transhumanism and oh by the way Elon Musk Elon Musk is person of the year in the Financial Times Not just in not just in Time magazine, but also the FT.
I think it's the only time has ever happened the same person in the same year That's maybe not a president United States So they're clearly prepping you for something in all of that sir with all this chaos and everybody worried and all of this How can you make the case that transhumanism is the issue of our age?
Joe Allen.
joe allen
What you've just described is the ongoing implosion of the old system, the old way of life, and the replacement of that old way of life with a new system, a new normal.
And so, what is that system that's going to be imposed?
What system is being proposed to replace the supposedly faulty system that we see collapsing before our eyes?
A lot of people, you know, think communism, and I don't think that that's necessarily too far off.
A lot of people think, you know, some form of neo-feudalism, maybe.
But what we do get from the people who, in many ways, have set off this crisis is the solution of technology, of Technocratic control.
And at the heart of that is, you know, a distilled philosophy.
A good shorthand for it is transhumanism.
You can discard the word completely if you like.
But what we're talking about is a society that's controlled, top down, through technological means, in which the technologies themselves are seen as We're talking about a fusion of human beings with their technologies.
I didn't come up with this concept.
It's been spoken about for decades.
It's been pushed for decades and people have been warning about it for decades.
But with the introduction of the coronavirus crisis, and in particular the solutions that have come down in which we've adopted Chinese style technocracy in order to supposedly suppress a virus, but what puts in place systems of control, technologically based systems of control, that will not go anywhere no matter what happens with this virus.
So, I think what we see right now is a social revolution.
A great turning, if you will.
A fourth turning, perhaps.
And on the other side of that, all the decisions we make now, all the cultural barriers that we put up now, all of the proactive steps we take now, will become manifest.
But you have to remember, we're not the only ones making these steps.
The large players on the stage are the ones calling the shots at the moment.
They're making these decisions.
Everyone from the World Economic Forum to the Democratic Party, To particularly the technocrats who rule in Silicon Valley and also across China.
These are the people who see the future for what it is, technologically speaking, and they're the ones who are putting in place and shaping that future.
So what we have to do is figure out workable solutions to it, whether we reject these technologies completely, whether we take control of them, or For some, whether or not you just simply learn to live with it, but I don't see that last one as a viable option.
That's why I wrote the piece, why transhumanism is the issue of our age.
steve bannon
Hang on, you're gonna stay through the break and I'll come back to you.
14 December, the year of our Lord 2021, yesterday, Englishmen and Englishwomen gave up their freedom to a vaccine passport.
New game after that.
We're going to return with Joe Allen in the boardroom in just a moment.

Go to mypillow.com and do some shopping.
Okay, I want to put up, I want to continue this, Joe, because you're making a pretty interesting case.
You're trying to set a framework For people to think about this, because that's the way you take action.
This audience is about human agency and human action.
I've got to put up Yahoo Finance, one of the biggest finance sites in the world, had an article about a report on transhumanism done.
The cost of the report is $5,000.
Now, we're going to get the report and describe it to you.
But $5,000, this is how research shops on Wall Street make the money.
They take an industry, do a deep dive and then charge the investment banks, the commercial banks and the hedge funds to pay for it.
Standard.
But it's the headline of the report.
It basically says it says this is going to be a massive industry.
They're going to be all kind of subsectors to it.
And it focuses on.
Wait for it.
Our podcast and radio audience, Humans 2.0.
So they're just laying it out there.
That this is, and remember, this is a massive amount of capital.
You've already got DARPA with your tax money.
Please remember, it's all your money.
All your pension funds in the money markets and the pension funds are all going to be investing through the hedge funds, the private equity groups, and the venture capital groups.
Your money.
Institutional money.
They're telling these guys right now, this is going to be a massive industry.
It's going to change everything.
And it's focused on human 2.0.
Now just for a reference point, you in the audience would be, at best, human 1.0.
Okay?
So there's going to be a different human.
Joe Allen.
joe allen
If you want a brief summary of this, go to warroom.org, look at the article, Why Transhumanism is the Issue of Our Age.
It's 300 words you could fit it on a Christmas card to send to your technophobic friends to keep them enlivened throughout the holiday season.
But basically it summarizes all the topics that we've been talking about on The War Room here since last spring and what a lot of perceptive observers have been talking about for decades.
It's very easy.
Have a look at it.
If you agree, share it with your friends.
And if you don't agree, come to my social media, come to my website, and tell me intelligently why you disagree with the prospects I lay out there.
Because what we're seeing is the present state of technology rapidly accelerating towards complete unknowns, but if it's anything like that proposed by tech tycoons, the richest men in the world, if it's anything like their visions, or the technocratic corporate leaders, or the NGOs who are pushing this sort of thing from the World Economic Forum, then it will be completely out of our hands.
Now, there are a few historical precedents that could have easily been averted, but weren't because no one was paying attention.
The first, think about the Hart-Celler Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965.
Which opened the floodgates to mass immigration in America and completely transformed the society.
No one cared at the time and Ted Kennedy said it would not alter the demographic makeup of the country.
And now we have a multicultural powder keg that is being weaponized by the left against the heartland of the country.
Or look at the rise of the Internet in the 90s.
It's always hilarious to go back and look at all the articles that people saying, this is just a fad, it's a passing phase.
The Internet has changed everything about the way we interact, the way we work, the way we play, and more importantly, maybe, the way in which we make war.
So, if people once again had taken it seriously, at least the radical nature of these transformations could have been averted or mitigated.
And really importantly, look at what happened after 9-11.
Look at the passage of the Patriot Act, the institution of the TSA across our borders and within domestic flights, the intrusion on our privacy, the mass surveillance state that was put in place in its wake, These are incredible transformations that could have been averted.
This one is too.
Go to warroom.org.
Why transhumanism is the issue of our age.
Or go to my social media at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z at Gab Twitter and Gitter.
Thank you very much.
steve bannon
Okay, Joe, and I want everybody to look at the summary of the research report, because this is where Wall Street is going to put hundreds of billions of dollars.
And by the way, in naming Elon Musk, the man of the year, Time Magazine and the Financial Times of London, What they're talking, it's not the space flights or Tesla.
It is Neuralink.
It is the chip in the human brain and he's promised he's delivering it by the fall of 2022.
Okay, we're going to be back tomorrow.
We've got explosive analysis in news tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock.
We're on the 3 November movement on the finances of the country, the politics, polling, all of it.
You want to be back here.
We'll see you tomorrow morning in the War Room.
