| I think what we need to really be focusing on, what should sober us all, is the real possibility that it might not even be necessary. | ||

| I want to go back to a point you made because I think it's important about January 20th 2025 because we've all we all know now because it's happening in broad daylight about the kind of people who are being put in place or candidates that Donald Trump is supporting who wouldn't be like Brad Raffensperger a Republican in the state of Georgia who said no I'm not gonna go find those 11,000 votes for you we counted the vote three times you lost Georgia people in Michigan people in Arizona who stood up to pressure from Donald Trump they may not be there in 2024 and 2025 | ||

| She covered wall-to-wall coverage of Pima County, Arizona. | ||
| Carolyn, give us your assessment of what went down yesterday. | ||
| What are the important takeaways? | ||

Good morning, Steve. | |
| So yesterday we had about an eight-hour public hearing here in Pima County where members of the Arizona House and Senate met here in Tucson, which is Pima County again. | ||
| It's the second largest county in Arizona. | ||
| It has about 15% of Arizona's vote and it is a majority Democrat area. | ||
| And so yesterday they heard from subject matter experts, specifically in statistical analysis, and they had some testimony on real numbers, some analysis from return ballots, and they also had some testimony on two canvassing efforts That took place here in Pima County specifically regarding the 2020 election. | ||
| I thought the most meaty takeaways came from the canvassing testimony, particularly there was two efforts, one done by some private licensed investigators in Pima County and another canvassing effort was done by the Pima County Republican Party. | ||
| They canvassed in all about 20 different counties in in precincts rather, 20 different precincts in Pima County. | ||
| And the biggest recap from the canvassing was essentially that ballots were cast by people who did not live at particular addresses. | ||
| And they went through dozens and dozens of specific examples. Either people had moved away well before the 2020 election and had still had been recorded as voting from that home. | ||
| In some instances, the homeowners had never heard of the people who were recorded as living in that household and having voted from that household. So there were some concerning anomalies there that were presented yesterday. Also, the chair of the Pima County Republican Party had also said that Shelly Case is her name and her team had found | ||
| For example, that there's a smaller town called Sells, Arizona, in which there were more registered voters than who actually live in that county. | ||
| So the recap, Steve, really is that more anomalies were discussed and discovered and revealed yesterday at this eight-hour hearing. | ||
| That information is going to be sent over to the Attorney General, Brnovich. | ||
| And in the meantime, the legislators, this is what's really important, Is their job is to create policy and to create law. | ||
| And they had another opportunity to hear more examples of more anomalies in the state of Arizona. | ||
| Now it's their job to decipher amongst themselves what is actually fraud and what is just really weaknesses and vulnerabilities in the election system and to create legislation that will address those concerns. | ||
| But I'll say one last thing is what is really encouraging Is that this really to me signals a grassroots kind of effort and movement in the right direction as we head towards 2022 because Pima County was the hearing here that took place was one of many that's taking place all across the country in the next two to three months. | ||
| We've seen a public hearing on election integrity in Colorado Springs. | ||
| We've seen one in Reno, Nevada, and we've got ones already on the docket in Michigan, in Wisconsin, in Texas, and in other places across the country in the next two months. | ||
| And so this is really an exciting movement. | ||
| I think people need to be hearing this testimony. | ||
| They need to be aware of it. | ||
| I think it's pumping up people to say, hey, this hasn't gone away. | ||
| People are working on it and not just working on what happened in 2020, but working on solutions for 2022. | ||
| I want to remind people this is why Merrick Garland's DOJ sent the letter on 5 May, 5th of May, sent a letter out to Maricopa County to warn people about the canvas, not the count. | ||
| This is what they're most afraid of. | ||
| Peter Navarro has always said it's the canvas, not the count. | ||
| When you go start going door-to-door and finding out how many, you know, they got 27, you know, supposed to have 27 guys in the fraternity that voted and it turns out there's nobody at the residence. | ||
| This is in Tucson, a big university town. | ||
| You've got to get to the bottom of it. | ||
| You've got to do a full forensic audit. | ||
| It includes a canvas. | ||
| And that's what you're seeing up in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. | ||
| You've got the great patriots up there at Audit the Vote PA that are actually going door-to-door and doing canvassing. | ||
| And the Democrats hate this. | ||
| They hate it. | ||
| Oh, it's a voter rights thing. | ||
| No, no, no, no, no, no. | ||
| We're not going to allow illegal, uncertifiable, no chain of custody votes that you just created a thin air. | ||

| And one other thing, the other thing that was noteworthy to me, the takeaway also was with regard to voter rolls. | ||

| uh... about voter rolls and the the the vulnerabilities there and the other encouraging thing is there were several uh... | ||
| candidates secretary of state candidates from up from all over the country that flew in yesterday to hear this testimony as well so they're gonna take that back and look for similarities in their own states as they address their potential voters and not only secretary of state candidates were here from out of state but there were also uh... candidates that were running for congress here in various other districts in the surrounding area in Arizona. | ||
| So people are engaged. | ||
| They are interested. | ||
| They want to learn. | ||
| They want to be informed. | ||
| And that is the goal of these public hearings. | ||
| And if that is the measure, yesterday was a success. | ||

Yes, my big takeaway from that hearing yesterday was actually Congressman Mark Spinchum reading aloud an email, an anonymous email that was sent to them on November 10th, 2020, that actually detailed it's a Democrat whistleblower who back in September of 2020 was invited to a meeting with the Pima County Recorder and the Democrat Party. | |
| He was not allowed to bring any recording devices into this meeting But took some notes and wrote an email that was addressed specifically to the Department of Justice Criminal Division. | ||
| In this email he details how they were going to embed 35,000 votes specifically for the Democrats in the 2020 election and actually mentions they do it on at 8 p.m. | ||
| on November 3rd. | ||
| So you actually have a time for this crime and the Department of Justice so far has not investigated this. | ||

So he basically read aloud this letter, right, that was addressed to the Department of Justice Criminal Division, and they have the IP address for the person who sent the letter. | |
| This person was clearly a Democrat and was invited by the Pima County Recorder and Democrat Party into a meeting where he was not allowed to bring in his cell phone to record the conversation. | ||
| But he took notes, and that's what was in the email that was read aloud yesterday and sent to the Department of Justice. | ||
| In that email specifically, they mentioned that 35,000 votes were going to be embedded into the vote count on November 3rd at 8 p.m. | ||
| And the way they did this, because he asked questions in this meeting, specifically how they were going to get away with this and how it was going to go undetected, and the answers he was given was that they were basing it off of those voter rolls, that they were going to look at the number of registered voters And compare that to voter turnout, and they had approximately 35,000 that they could get away with without it being suspicious. | ||
| And they were going to do it in batches of 1,000 because the recorder is allowed up to, like, 1,000 in batches, right, where it's considered normal, that if there's an error rate of about 1,000. | ||
| So they embedded these all over the county in groups of 1,000 so it would never be detected. | ||
| And when he specifically asked, you know, how do we know this is never going to be detected, they actually brought up the fact that this has been done in judicial retention elections since 2014. | ||
| So they've already gotten away with this, according to this letter describing this private meeting. | ||
| And they said moving forward that there was going to be nobody that would be willing to spend the money to do the canvassing that ultimately would expose what they were doing. | ||
| So think about that. | ||
| Canvassing is what they're saying would be the one way to uncover all of this. | ||
| And guess who? | ||
| By the way, we've said this from day one. | ||
| It's the canvas not the count. | ||
| And that's why on 5 May, Of this year, of 2021, the Justice Department, Merrick Garland's assistant, the same woman that testified at the first impeachment trial, she's now at the Justice Department, sent a letter out to Maricopa County, essentially threatening everybody, and particularly Maricopa County. | ||
| That's why they stopped the canvass. | ||
| That's why it had to be Liz Harris and these volunteers. | ||
| They actually stopped, and Senator Fain has said, they stopped the official process of canvassing, It's because the Justice Department is a little bit frozen in place. | ||
| This is their tactic. | ||
| They don't want to canvass. | ||
| Heather, we've got to bounce here in a second. | ||
| Did Fincham put up that letter that they sent to the Criminal Division of the Justice Department? | ||
| Has he distributed that yet? | ||

| But real quick, I want to pivot to Georgia here, because speaking of these voting machines, right, that they're going to try to embed these votes in, In Arizona specifically, one thing that was brought up yesterday is that the voting machines that were used in the 2020 elections, the labs that were supposed to credit them were not accredited by law. | ||
| So both federal and state laws require them to be accredited, but they were not at the time of the 2020 election. | ||
| So this is a big red flag. | ||
| It's like, you know, a cop using a non-calibrated machine to pull someone over, right? | ||
| Like it's not credible. | ||
| It's not admissible. | ||
| So that alone It's a big red flag as far as the validity of the 2020 election in Arizona. | ||
| But pivoting over to Georgia real quick, Curling v. Raffensperger, you may have heard me talk on here before about Alex Halderman, who's a computer science professor from Michigan University, wrote a 25,000-page report in this lawsuit to a federal judge, Totenberg, that details how the Dominion machines can be hacked and how boats can be stolen. | ||
| Here's a direct quote from Halderman. | ||
| on what he exposed as part of his declaration. | ||
| It says, they are not general weaknesses or theoretical problems, but rather specific flaws in ICX software. | ||
| And I am prepared to demonstrate proof of concept malware that can exploit them to steal votes cast on these devices. | ||
| This ICX software is gonna be used in 22, or in 16 different states in 2022. | ||
| So this is not a problem exclusive to Georgia. | ||
| And the big takeaway from this is the judge, Judge Totenberg, sealed that report, right? | ||
| Well, Halderman created a redacted version specifically for the press because he felt strongly enough That this needed to get out before the next round of elections? | ||
| Well, the judge has now sealed that too and is refusing to allow the redacted version to get out to the media. | ||
| So this is a big, big problem. | ||
| And not only that, I will mention in this same lawsuit, a cybersecurity company called Borderless that the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger uses was reached out to twice in 2019 and once in 2020 And what they're alleging in this lawsuit is that it's potentially, they were contacted because of compromised security of the election system. | ||
| And in this lawsuit, when the plaintiffs asked the Secretary of State's office, yes or no, was the election system compromised? | ||
| The Secretary of State has refused to answer on the record. | ||
| And this is all in transcript that they're refusing to answer these questions. | ||
| So in that clip that played at the beginning of the show, where they're talking about Rappensperger, By the way, I think it's 25,000 words, not 25,000 pages. | ||

| Yes, Steve, there are four votes this evening in the British Parliament related to mask mandates, compulsory vaccines for national health care staff, new isolation rules and, critically, the long-standing conspiracy theory of Covid vaccine passports. | ||
| Unfortunately, these are all expected to pass what they're being referred to as Plan B measures. | ||
| This is on the back of the non-killer, particularly mild Omicron variant that has found its way into the United Kingdom. | ||
| Nevertheless, Boris Johnson's government has seen fit to introduce these new measures and further reduce the liberties of my fellow British compatriots. There are some significant rebellions expected in Parliament over this. Around 80 Conservative members of Parliament are expected to vote against these measures, which will be a massive blow to Boris Johnson, but it won't be enough to stop these measures going through because on this Boris Johnson has | ||
| the support of the opposition parties in the Parliament, including the Labour Party, the Liberal Democrats and beyond. | ||
| So unfortunately tonight, it is all but sealed that vaccine passports will be entering British public life. | ||

| So we got these from a Freedom of Information Act request, and the email from Mark Zuckerberg to Tony Fauci says this, quote, if we're looking at a prolonged period of tightening and loosening shelter restrictions around the country, then if there are aggregate anonymized data reports that Facebook can generate to help facilitate these decisions, we'd be happy to do this and make sure we're prioritizing the right work. | ||
| We've kicked off a symptom survey, which will give a county by county leading indicator of cases to inform public health decisions. | ||
| If there are other aggregate data sources that you think would be helpful, let me know. | ||
| Long term, and then there's a period that is redacted, it goes on to say, I want to make sure you have all the resources you need to expedite the development of a vaccine. | ||
| This seems an area that's getting a lot of investment but if there are promising approaches that aren't currently being worked on or areas that could use more resources, let me know and we'd be happy to look at funding them. | ||
| Now, Why is this important? | ||
| Number one, it's important because Fauci denied this in that clip you saw having any idea of what Senator Blackburn was talking about when these two were exchanging emails. | ||
| And the second part goes back to what we discussed yesterday evening on the show, which is that Facebook has been executing fact checks against people On COVID-19, especially and most heinously and most vigorously over the last couple of years, their argument in court in defense of a recent lawsuit against them is that fact checks are actually just opinions. | ||
| But as you can see here, they're willing to fund certain activities being promoted and pushed by Anthony Fauci, by the NIAID, by Big Pharma, and at the same time are using their influence in the digital media space to suppress counter-information. | ||
| This is a very explosive scandal because this deals with what we've been talking about in terms of Big Tech for so very long, and that is monopoly. | ||
| That is the monopoly on information, the monopoly on communication, the free flow of information, and of course now the collusion between Big Tech, Big Pharma, and Big Fauci. | ||
