Well, the virus has now killed more than 100 people in China, and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.

War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
We need to go into the Capitol!
Into the Capitol!
Tomorrow?
I don't even like to say it because I'll be arrested.
Well, let's not say it.
We need, we need to go.
I'll say it.
All right.
We need to go in.
Shut the **** up, Boomer.
To the Capitol.
Our president is not speaking.
We are going to the Capitol, where our problems are.
It's that direction.
Please spread the word.
All right.
No, Dave, but one more thing.
Yeah, so can we go up there?
steve bannon
No.
When we go in, leave this here.
unidentified
Are we going to get arrested if we go up there?
Yeah.
You don't need to get shot.
media show okay uh...
steve bannon
It's Saturday, 13 November, Year of Our Lord 2021.
This is one of our specials.
And you are going to not just be glued to your seat.
You're going to want to be a force multiplier in this and get this out everywhere.
It's the Prisoners of 6th January.
Right there, we saw a compilation and I think we're going to show later, which I requested to see is him confronted at his farm by people later.
I want to bring in Darren Beattie.
Darren's the star, I should say one of the stars, of Tucker Carlson's great three-part documentary about this over at Fox Nation.
Darren is the founder of revolver.news, one of the key sites, the key site, I think, along with National Pulse have been doing all the reporting on this.
Darren, we've got to get the story up to speed.
We're going to have Cynthia Hughes on in this hour to talk about the prisoners.
She's the coordinator from outside.
We've had yesterday's show and a tremendous feedback.
We had Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene and her inside tape of talking to the prisoners.
So, get us up to speed.
What are we talking about and who is this guy?
I think it's Ray Epps.
Who is he?
What is he doing in this?
This is the first time a lot of people, now that's been shared, that compilation has been shared, that individual piece has been shared on the internet a lot, but never on The War Room.
I don't think we've ever shared that on The War Room.
We've talked about Epps.
So Darren Beatty, you've been at the tip of the spear here and uncovering the truth.
You're the one that has the mainstream media basically shaking in their boots.
And you've kind of really hammered on the Democrats across the board on this thing.
Tell us who EPS is.
Tell us what your theory of the case.
And why do we have prisoners on 6th January for what happened up there in the Capitol?
darren j beattie
All very great questions, and I'm happy to be here to help to answer them, or at least partially answer them.
I think the broader context of 1.6, you have to understand there are two sides of the same coin.
On one side of the coin, you have the absolutely horrific conditions in which people are kept in prison.
Gulag, Abu Ghraib-style conditions for political prisoners associated with January 6th, alleged crimes, many of cases extremely trivial ones at that.
Not given a speedy trial, just horrible third world dictatorship conditions, people locked up as political prisoners.
That's one side of the coin.
The other side of the coin is you have a number of key individuals, Ray Epps seeming to be one of them, who appear to have played A very important role in various aspects of the so-called Capitol Breach, who remain completely free.
And in the case of Ray Epps, whose video we just saw, in the mountains of video documentary evidence on 1-6, there's video of only one person calling for going into the Capitol.
And in this case, he's not just calling it as a one-off, Not just some crazy who says, oh, what if we did that and you don't hear from him?
You see him on January 5th, the day before the so-called Capitol siege.
You see him not just once, but multiple times going around the crowd, reading their energy And keeping them focused on his ostensible mission, which is to go into the Capitol, which of course, being Trump supporters, people hear this and say, this is nuts.
This guy must be a fed.
This isn't the kind of thing we do.
But then sure enough, he persistently carries out his stated mission.
He's everywhere on January 6th.
There's footage.
What you showed is just a little fraction of it.
He is a where's Waldo figure on one six everywhere.
Corralling people, directing people to the Capitol where, quote, our problems are.
And then, two seconds before the very first breach of the Capitol grounds, the event that kicks it all off, two seconds before, the same individual, Ray Epps, whispers into somebody's ear, and two seconds later you have the very first breach.
And this is the person who More than anyone else, it appears, appears to play a key role orchestrating the breach of the Capitol in its initial phase.
He was up on the FBI's January 6 Most Wanted list.
They scrubbed him off the day after Revolver.News ran a report on the Oath Keepers militia group, and he's FBI hasn't said anything about him since.
They appear to have zero interest in him.
And meanwhile, you have so many people for trivial crimes, if even crimes, for trivial things, rotting away in prison in Abu Ghraib-like conditions.
It doesn't add up.
They're two sides of the same coin.
Innocent people and people with very minor offenses, small fish, Rodding in prison for nothing and on the other hand you have people who seem to be key organizers, key players, who go free.
And that's the situation we have for 1-6.
You put those two together you have the same coin and you have the same lie.
The same lie behind this entire event of 1-6.
steve bannon
I want to go back to your theory of the case, because they're trying to make it about it's a failure of intelligence, right?
And there's obviously some questions about the intel and who knew it and what was the direction and where, because I think you can start to make an argument about a coup coming from the Pentagon and others.
And if you read the book, Peril, These conversations that Millie's having with the Speaker of the House is nowhere in the chain of command for a national security.
Just read it.
Don't take my word for it.
Buy the book and read it.
But it's a failure of intelligence.
Your theory of the case has always been it's a failed intelligence operation.
Who is Ray Epps?
Who is Ray Epps' partner, Stuart Rhodes?
What are the Oath Keepers?
Who are these people?
darren j beattie
Well, that's a very interesting question itself.
So as many of your listeners know, and now they will know, another figure that seems to have a key role in this whole thing is Stuart Rhodes, who is the founder and head of the Oath Keepers, which is the most prosecuted militia group associated with 1-6.
Stuart Rhodes's words and actions have been used by the government as to say this constitutes a conspiracy.
Uh, to obstruct an official proceeding.
They've used that conspiracy to prosecute a lot of his underlings and his associates.
He goes free.
He's not indicted after 10 months now.
And in fact, even more shockingly, he hasn't even been properly searched.
The full extent of what they've searched him for was they took a single cell phone from him four months after January 6th, which is remarkable.
So you have Stuart Rhodes here, who's the founder and head of the Oath Keepers.
As it turns out, this individual Ray Epps, in the past, was also an Oath Keeper.
In fact, not just any Oath Keeper, he was the head of the entire Arizona faction of the Oath Keepers.
Now, my understanding is that his formal relationship with the Oath Keeper has since been severed, but It's still quite an interesting thing that in his past he was the head of this group, and we've uncovered multiple documents, a bunch of footage of him hanging out with Rhodes.
They have a weird relationship to be sure, and it wasn't only the FBI that scrubbed the existence of Ray Epps from its Most Wanted database.
The Oath Keepers, shortly after our piece, scrubbed Ray Epps from their website as well. So there are certainly very suspicious associations within the Oath Keepers. I think it's a number of scenarios are possible from coordination to simply Ray Epps may have played a role as a provocateur and it could be that Rhodes in his present capacity
played in parallel a different role. I don't know if they coordinated on 1-6 specifically, but they certainly have a history and in light of the beds...
Protection of Rose and protection of Epps, it's certainly interesting that they're both key players, or at least at one point were key players, in the same major militia group that plays a key role in One Steps.
steve bannon
I'm going crazy on this, so you got to help me out here.
darren j beattie
Yep.
steve bannon
And you've said, and I want our audience to know, this is just a fraction of the footage on Epps.
But how can you have Epps?
It's obviously a traffic cop.
I mean, some of the stuff is so outrageous, particularly for MAGA.
Like, why would we be going to Congress?
That day, remember, Pence was going to send it back to the states.
But then in addition, we had 24 hours, 12 in each house, two hours per state.
Six states had already been put into question, two hours per chamber.
We had 24 hours of global television before us which we kept talking about and that's a sitting to go with gulp there This is where I mean totally outside of anything my go say how can there be?
footage after footage after footage of that guy doing it and you've got these people that they're charging up there for I Don't know slowing down of an official a function official event I mean, how can this be?
Nothing happened to this guy.
And why are the Republicans on Capitol Hill not going crazy every time Merrick Garland or Ray or any of these people come out there of firing these people up, of actually getting to the bottom?
Why is Ray Epps not been brought in?
He's clearly an instigator of this thing.
darren j beattie
No, absolutely.
I think that's absolutely correct.
And look, the existence of this footage of Ray Epps puts to lie the public statement by FBI Director Wray, who when questioned by Klobuchar, played along with the idea that we didn't have any informants.
I just wish we had people on the ground.
Well, we know from the New York Times that they did have informants.
And we have Michael Sherwin, who's one of the main prosecutors in this, who went on record, I think in a 60 Minutes interview, and he said, well, we don't know if there's any conspiracy or foreplanning to go into the Capitol.
So far, we haven't seen any evidence of people, you know, calling for that in advance.
Well, there is one very conspicuous bit of evidence, and it's been around for a long time, and that's the footage of Ray Epps.
As early as January 5th, saying multiple times when nobody was even remotely thinking in this direction, very specifically, we need to go in to the Capitol.
We need to go in to the Capitol over and over and over again, corralling the crowd and keeping them focused on this particular mission.
And what's even more bizarre is the seeming incongruity between the cool and collected demeanor that he displayed throughout the entire event.
And the radical suggestion that he was promoting to the crowd.
It would be one thing if it were a guy who was just off his rockers, totally caught up in the crowd psychology, just going nuts, angry and saying, all right, this is, that's enough.
We're going into the Capitol and that was it.
But no, this guy's cool, collected.
He conducted himself the way that one would expect a professional would.
So this kind of emotional detachment combined with this radical suggestion of going in the Capitol doesn't really add up and seems to speak to some kind of pre-planned provocateur type role, which it only becomes more forcefully as a possibility when we note that they're interested in everyone but this guy, seemingly.
steve bannon
Okay, let's take a quick break.
Be back with Darren Beattie in a second.
unidentified
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
We need to go.
Into the Capitol!
I don't even like to say it because I'll be arrested.
Well, let's not say it.
matt gaetz
We need to go... I'll say it.
unidentified
Alright.
We need to go in... Shut the f*** up, Boomer.
...to the Capitol.
We are going to the Capitol, where our problems are.
It's that direction.
Please spread the word.
All right.
No, Dave, but one more thing.
Yeah, so can we go up there?
No.
When we go in, leave us here.
steve bannon
Are we going to get arrested if we go up there?
unidentified
You don't need to get shot.
need to get shot.
We want justice!
With pure politics, I've been trying to get ahold of you.
We're gonna hold you.
We met January 5th.
We're Patriots.
matt gaetz
We're Patriots.
unidentified
Do you remember me from January 6th?
matt gaetz
I understand that, but I can't say.
unidentified
Are you still under investigation by the FBI?
Are you a federal informant?
Is there a reason why the FBI took you off the most wanted list?
matt gaetz
Are you a federal informant, Ray Epps?
Are you a federal informant?
unidentified
That's Ray Epps, alleged federal informant, driving into his property.
steve bannon
Darren Beatty, publisher, editor-in-chief of Revolver.News.
I mean, this is extremely disturbing.
By the way, Darren's right.
We could play footage after footage after footage.
I mean, this is what the French, what the Russian secret police used to do, right?
And what they used to do during the French Revolution.
They put these official guys from the police, the secret guys from the police, in as agent provocateurs.
I mean, your point at the end of that last segment is so powerful.
He is calm, cool, and collected like a pro.
Just guiding these worked up, you know, citizens, you know, patriots, people, you know, we're all worked up.
And he's saying, you've got to go to the Capitol, where our problem is.
And then you see the confrontation at the end.
He doesn't have a conversation.
He just kind of, whether calling him out to be an FBI informant, he says, no, I'm not an FBI informant.
You know, get out of my face.
He's, he's trying to run and hide.
I mean, it's pretty stunning, Darren Beatty.
And you're the one that unearthed this.
darren j beattie
Yes, no, it is stunning.
And in fact, just as an addendum to that, the video where you have these two individuals confronting him at his ranch, just to give you a sense of how testy the feds are in relation to people asking about Ray Epps.
So just a day after, or maybe a couple days after, the people who confronted Epps at his ranch, the FBI went to their house.
There's also footage of that.
So the FBI started harassing those people for asking questions of Ray Epps.
And the video, in fact, is quite remarkable because the people say, oh, are you here about Is this the Ray Epps thing?
And then the feds say, oh, we don't know who Ray Epps is, which is, you know, simply unbelievable because Epps is in their jurisdiction.
This is the Arizona office of the FBI, and they're visiting the people a day, two days after, after they confront Ray Epps.
And the Feds themselves are pretending, seemingly, that they don't even know who Epps is.
It's quite a remarkable thing along a number of dimensions, but what it does show, very simply, very powerfully, is the Feds do not want people asking questions about Ray Epps.
And that, presumably, is the exact reason why they scrubbed his name off of their public database the day after Revolver.News publishes our report on the Oath Keeper.
steve bannon
We know what they don't want to do.
Why is it just your... Look, Tucker's doing a great job.
You're obviously the tip of the spear.
But what about the official apparatus?
Why are we not getting to the bottom of this thing?
Why are these people rotting in prisons?
You know, Abu Ghraib's a good way to say it.
Rotting in prisons a year after this thing.
Coming a year after this thing.
And everybody's forgot about them.
And look, this is not our line of country.
But now we're kind of... We got to do it.
If War Room doesn't step up, who's going to step up?
And Revolver doesn't step up, but where's the official apparatus?
Particularly given your other event, you know a lot more than you've even started to put out.
I know you've got a lot more that you're working on.
But why is the official apparatus of the Republican Party, and not just all the other interest groups and conservative groups, but why is it that the official apparatus of the Republican Party is not all over this?
darren j beattie
Well, because, you know, when you're dealing with the Republican Party, you have the weak and cowardly faction.
You have the stupid faction, and then you have the corrupt faction, and then once all of that's there, you have maybe one or two slivers left over, and those are the people that are our allies working on this, and some are doing a great job on it.
But once you cut out the weak, the stupid, and the corrupt, there's just not a lot to work with, because that's the nature of what the Republican apparatus is.
But I think if they were interested in actually being effective, you know, it's one thing to have scattered messaging all around.
One reason that this revolver.news extensive investigative reporting has been so powerful is not just the facts and the questions on earth.
It's the narrative, the specific narrative of Fed involvement Focusing on that narrative specifically, when you have a very focused narrative that's associated with particular individuals, in this case Epps and Stuart Rhodes, and you cling to that persistently and you demand answers, that can be very powerful.
So I think if the Republican apparatus were interested in getting to the bottom of this, one thing they could really do is focus on this narrative and tie all their questions, all of their rejoinders to the question of, Oh, that's nice.
You do this.
Oh, that's nice.
You just subpoenaed Bannon.
What about Ray Epps?
Oh, that's nice.
You just, you, you, you just did this next egregious violation of human rights in relation to 1.6.
What about Ray Epps?
What about these other people?
Oh, you just, Ask for the communications of some random MAGA rapper in your big net investigation.
Why aren't you interested in Stuart Rhodes?
Keep the questions focused and don't let go because they're counting on the short attention span of American people.
They're counting on people to just forget about it.
So the one thing we can do from Revolver's side is keep the reporting on, keep the pressure on, but The American people, patriots, need to stay focused and need to keep aligned with this specific narrative because it's very clear at this point that this is the one narrative about 1-6 that terrifies the corrupt elements in our regime.
steve bannon
We've got about three or four minutes.
I need you to walk through, because one thing people should know about Darren Beatty, and now he's one of the smartest guys in our movement, and was one of the smartest guys in the White House as a speechwriter for President Trump, but he's a determined individual.
So you're like a dog's got a bone now.
Walk us through where Revolver, where is this story going, and where's Revolver going to take us on this?
darren j beattie
Well, I mean, this story alone is enough to really uncover remarkable content really for the next year.
So I wish we had a bigger team to fully explore all of the avenues that are now, you know, kind of opened up as a result of this reporting.
But we do have a number of things that we're looking at.
One is, There was a cover-up piece in the New York Times, shockingly enough, pertaining to Ray Epps, in which the Times claimed that Epps was acting alone.
Well, this is not true.
In fact, if you look at all the video footage, it's clear that Epps is coordinating with a number of individuals.
Now, some of those individuals are just People who made a bad decision, who are caught up in the event, unfortunately, including the first person who breached, who's called Ryan Samsell, who's been beaten up by prison guards and pretty horrible things have happened to him.
But there are others who appear to have been coordinating with Epps, who are just as mysteriously uncharged, unindicted, And so forth.
And so we're trying to put together a fuller and more comprehensive picture of that coordinated action leading up to the initial breach.
Because we think, based on what we found, and also based on the hysterical reaction, this is a clear sensitivity point for the Feds, we're convinced that looking into this seemingly coordinated initial breach of the Capitol could uncover Even more damning aspects of 1.6.
So that is one of many avenues that we're looking at.
We have another one where we appear to have obtained, this is in the progress, but we appear to have obtained actual proof of a major aspect of 1.6.
I'll leave it at that.
A major aspect of 1.6 that the Feds were very aware of and did nothing to stop.
steve bannon
And so this is a And I want to tell you how people get to the site has support you because you're doing the Lord's work on this of all the great stuff revolver doesn't so much That's incredible.
It's not just about the prisoners.
We're going to have Cynthia Hughes on next.
It's very important about that, but it's deeper about the national security state.
And you've seen this from James O'Keefer, the kicking down doors and taking, it's dangerous.
Go ahead, sir.
darren j beattie
No, it's like I was saying before, the story about the prisoners and the story about the, of that involvement, they're two sides of the same coin because you can look at the prisoners rotting away and then you look at people who here to have played a major role going free, it's part of the same event. And in microcosm, it's horrible what's happening to these prisoners. But the truth about 1.6 is more important than even this prisoners because the prisoners represent what
they're going to try to do to over half of the country on the basis of the false narrative of 1.6 that was set up by these people who are probably feds.
And so it's all part of the bigger picture.
And if you want to read more about it, go to revolver.news.
If you want to support us, we'd be very grateful.
revolver.news.
But most importantly, share our stories because we need to keep the pressure on and get the word out.
steve bannon
We got to bounce.
We'll put up all the social media next block.
Thanks.
unidentified
Thank you.
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, so I have a couple questions.
Can you guys be quiet for a second?
Listen up!
Quiet down, quiet down.
There's always rumors, right?
Are you able to see your attorneys and speak with your attorneys?
No.
Okay, hold on before you tell the stories.
Um, are you able to talk to your family members or see your family members?
No.
darren j beattie
I haven't seen my family's faces in all year.
unidentified
All year.
I haven't seen my family's faces since April.
Okay.
Are you, um, and if you haven't, if you got long hair, is it obviously because... Not by choice.
steve bannon
Okay, that's The Prisoners.
That's an audio tape that Congressman Green and she shared it with us on Friday's show.
We're here for the special day, The Prisoners of 6th January.
I want to bring in Cynthia Hughes.
I got to tell you, Cynthia, it is, and we were talking about this with the production team.
As many things that make us furious here, like the invasion of the southern border and so many things that this regime has done wrong, I don't think anything makes us madder than this.
And Congressman Green was, you know, she was one of the first to say, hey, people did things wrong, should be prosecuted, etc.
But that's different than what's happening here.
You know, and I don't, I say this, I don't say this lightly, you know, when Darren Beatty says this is like a gulag, Or this is like Abu Ghraib.
There's not.
I mean, there's there's truth to that.
This should not be happening in this country, and it certainly should not be happening in the capital of this republic under the official watch of official Washington.
That's what's so maddening about it.
Cynthia Hughes is organizing the family.
Cynthia, is it as bad as it looks?
unidentified
100 percent.
100%.
Yes.
Let me just tell you about yesterday.
First of all, Steve, thank you for having me back.
Um, so yesterday on Wednesday, um, one of the guys, um, was trying to drink some coffee, make a phone call.
And one of the corrections office, uh, you know, guards came in and said, you know, wear your mask.
He was sipping coffee.
He, you know, didn't put the mask on and a massive fight broke out.
These two corrections officers maced this man three times in his face.
A little bit of a fight broke out in the jail.
I'm not 100% clear on the details, but the entire pod where all of these men are housed was filled with mace.
We had five guys taken out to medical.
One was taken out on a stretcher.
He could not feel his arms or couldn't breathe.
We had Lonnie Kaufman, our 70-year-old veteran, taken out because he couldn't breathe.
He's on medicine for breathing issues as it is.
So this is what they're dealing with.
The fumes from the mace, the amount of mace that was sprayed in that pod yesterday, you could smell it in the ventilation system over a mask.
Over a mask, Steve.
steve bannon
So what is, uh, yeah, go ahead.
Go ahead.
unidentified
So I'm saying yes, you know, back to Darren.
Um, it is as bad as he says, a hundred percent.
And I have firsthand knowledge because my nephew is in this jail since January, um, of 21.
steve bannon
And what are the, of the, I think you told us on the last time you were here, there were 40 or 45 in the DC jail and there's another 30 around the country, but what are they, what are they being charged with right now?
And why are they not on pretrial release like virtually every other prisoner in this country?
unidentified
Well, they're not, they're not on pretrial release because they, they need to be held to fit, you know, Nancy Pelosi's, you know, January 6th commission and her quest to continue to punish Donald Trump.
Because that's what it always comes down to, is Donald Trump.
So, the charges, most of them are charged with standard charges.
Trespassing, obstruction, civil disorder, parading, picketing on Capitol grounds.
Stupid charges.
Okay, hold it, slow down, please stop.
steve bannon
The ones you just mentioned, and let's go back through those quickly, the ones you just mentioned, can you walk through those again?
unidentified
Civil disorder, obstruction, trespassing, Parading and picketing on Capitol grounds.
steve bannon
Right there.
Right there.
Stopping an official.
Are all those misdemeanors or any of those felonies or Class 1 felonies, like where they break down, are they generally misdemeanors?
unidentified
Yes.
Yes.
They are.
steve bannon
Some are charged with assault.
unidentified
I'm sorry.
Some are charged with assault.
Some are charged with conspiracy.
Some are charged, you know, with You know, acts of violence.
But even so, everybody is entitled to due process.
Everybody is entitled to a fair and speedy trial.
And these particular men are not getting it.
This group is different.
It doesn't matter.
Every other protester in this country probably doesn't even go to jail.
We all know that.
We watched what went on in the summer of 2020.
Nobody went to jail for burning down buildings.
and for looting and rioting and theft and stealing and breaking windows.
Police cars even though there was a police officer, a retired police officer that was killed.
But these guys protested for a few hours of their life.
And they've been in jail since January.
steve bannon
Okay, so what can this audience do to assist?
This is the most powerful audience in all media.
And when they get focused on something, things happen.
Walk us through how you're pulling this together and how this audience can help.
unidentified
So I've created a foundation.
I call it Patriot Freedom Project.
And through Patriot Freedom Project, we can receive donations to assist the wives We have children who are now working two jobs because they're down on income in their home.
And more importantly, we have launched a legal defense fund.
We need to replace these public defenders.
They have to go.
We need our own counsel.
We need our own lawyers taking over these cases.
But we need funding.
We need funding.
We need donations.
We need to raise a ton of money to pay these lawyers to go in there and fight for these men.
steve bannon
We have great... Hasn't there already been hundreds of millions of dollars raised for defense funds for various things, I thought?
Hasn't there been hundreds of millions of dollars raised?
unidentified
Not with Patriot Freedom Project, no.
And Patriot Freedom Project is the project, Patriot Freedom Project is the foundation that is really helping the families.
There are other foundations and projects out there, but we're not seeing the money.
Okay.
steve bannon
Okay.
We'll work to get to the bottom of this because we want to make sure people are not confused.
But let's go to the public defenders.
The public defenders were assigned by, who were they assigned by?
D.C.?
unidentified
Yes.
steve bannon
And they're not, they're not doing the job or they're not arguing the case or they're not, I see a lot of these guys are trying to plea bargain.
Are the public defenders telling them that or just walk us through what that is?
unidentified
So just because I want to be fair, there are some decent public defenders.
There are some decent CJA attorneys, but not many.
The majority of the public defenders in the CJA's are very biased.
They share their views about Donald Trump.
They share their views about the election.
They share their views about the election integrity.
They tell their clients that they were wrong for going to January 6th.
They make it about what their political beliefs are instead of the defense of their client.
So how can any one of these men get a fair trial with a public defender who is so hateful towards Donald Trump when these men are in jail because of their support of Donald Trump?
These men supported Donald Trump then, and I can tell you, the majority of them, if not all of them, support him now.
And let me be clear, they do support him, I think, You're disappointed they haven't heard from him.
They're disappointed that he hasn't spoken out.
And I'm looking into the camera right now and I'm saying, President Trump, I need to hear from you.
I need to hear from you immediately because we need your help.
And we need to know that you're behind us, that you support these people that support you.
steve bannon
Um, so let's give that to us one more time.
Give us the, give us how do people get to you and the part of the funds are going to go to support the families.
And I take it, give us some examples.
Some of the families are, and now there's 600 people charged, there's 75 still in jail.
Is, is this, is, are the, are the, some of the 600 also having problems getting jobs and supporting their families?
Or is it only the subset that is still incarcerated?
unidentified
No, I have to say, you know, because I'm hearing from people now who are learning about, you know, the Patriot Freedom Project.
I mean, Steve, we've helped pay rent and utility bills, car payments.
We've made sure these families are going to survive Christmas without the worry of paying bills and pulling off Christmas for their children and not having to worry about, well, let me see, should I pay my mortgage or should I buy a Christmas present for my son?
Um, so we've been able to, you know, raise enough, you know, funding to, um, help a lot of the families, but it's not enough.
We need more.
Um, we have, uh, a Christmas campaign right now, you know, adopt a one sixer.
Um, we have the legal defense funds.
We have several lawyers that I am engaged with, um, that want to take on more cases, but we need the funding.
We need to hire experts.
We, we, we need to amass an army is what we need.
steve bannon
Um, Yeah, so Okay, pretty straightforward and we'll spend some time with the afters.
Can you give one more time the the website?
How do people get you?
Patriotfreedomproject.com Okay, do you have any social media or is it just to go to the .com?
unidentified

steve bannon
OK, this is the Saturday special.
It's Saturday, 13 November, Year of the Lord 2021.
The Prisoners of 6th January.
We asked Congressman Gates to join us.
You heard last night on the show.
We played all the great cuts from him and our former producer, Vish, on his podcast.
Congressman, the prisoners, this whole 6th January, we've had Darren Beatty in here.
It's just so confusing.
It looks like nobody's getting to the bottom of it.
I know every time that Merrick Garland comes up to House Judiciary, you and Jim Jordan are lighting him up on a host of issues.
But walk us through, where do you come out right now of where we are and what should be an investigation of what went on there, sir?
matt gaetz
Well, here's what our investigation has uncovered so far.
The January 6th detainees are being treated different than almost every other person in the Federal Bureau of Prisons or that's in any type of detention in a federal facility.
You'll recall when Donald Trump was president, regularly members of Congress who were Democrats, Republicans, could go and see detention facilities, prisons, places Where illegal aliens were being held, and that often led to a robust national discussion about conditions and the legal basis for holding various groups of people.
But for this group of January 6th detainees, they have largely departed from that practice.
I'm proud of my colleague Marjorie Taylor Greene and Louie Gohmert from being able to get inside for some review, but the regular oversight does not happen.
Now, why does that matter?
We are picking up increased global intelligence that despots are using the conditions of the January 6th detainees to justify their own targeting of political opponents.
Because once it's out in the open, you can treat people differently because you're worried about their politics.
Well, then that allows People in other parts of the world to be able to target their opponents similarly I know we have a lot of war room listeners in China and in China in particular We see the propagandizing of the January of the treatment of the January 6 detainees to justify horrific conditions So this is not just a domestic issue very important to note.
It's an international issue You always ask me the question, what can the War Room Posse do to help?
Well, the investigation so far has largely been led by the killer Gs.
We've heard of the killer Bs, but now it's Green, Gosar, Gates, Good, Gohmert.
And so I would ask members of the War Room Posse, find a member of Congress who doesn't have a last name that starts with the letter G and tell them to join our investigation so we can continue to hammer the Department of Justice and And get answers.
And the more answers we get, the more mistreatment we are able to show, and the more I think we'll be able to get to a quicker justice for folks who have been treated differently because of their politics.
steve bannon
Congressman Gates, why is it the killer G's in not official Republican Washington or the conservative movement that's all over this?
Why is it you guys?
What are we missing here?
matt gaetz
Most Republican leaders in Washington miss the frame regarding January 6th and the January 6th detainees.
They think any advocacy on behalf of people who are being deprived of due process, who are being treated differently because of their politics, somehow will make them insurrectionists in the eyes of the mainstream media.
And in a way, the mainstream media and the political left have been successful at sort of fusing the notion of violence with the notion of political activity.
But, that's very dangerous for Republicans going forward because there is a reason why these folks are being treated differently, and it is because the national security state and the ruling regime in the political left want to ensure that they have a basis to continue to pursue the MAGA movement, not as a competitor in American politics and democracy, but instead as
A terrorist organization, a threat to the union, because that allows them to be able to access exquisite tools to use against our people.
So I would give this advice to my Republican colleagues.
We either hang together or we hang separate.
And there's a reason why we have to stand for due process for these January 6th folks, because if you follow the pattern recognition, You see him criminalizing politics with January 6th detainees.
You see him criminalizing politics with the January 6th committee, and they will continue to do so as they target Republicans and conservatives with process that normally wouldn't be political process.
It would be deemed criminal process, but now you got the FBI and the DOJ as the enforcement wing of the political left and the ruling Biden regime.
And by the way, Steve, the DOJ and the FBI weren't all that friendly to conservatives when Donald Trump was president.
I'm old enough to remember they were changing evidence to try to deprive Americans of their rights and pursue a president and a movement that they feared.
steve bannon
Okay, Matt, how do people get to your podcast on fire?
We played clips last night from the Friday Evening Show.
How do people get to your podcast and how they track you on social media?
matt gaetz

I'm on Twitter at Matt Gaetz and at Rep Matt Gaetz and we're out there spewing the truth and we're going to continue to do so for any American that's being deprived of their due process and civil rights, especially if the basis for that is to try to launch a broader movement against those who love our country and intend to take power back.
steve bannon
Okay, the podcast is on fire.
Everybody's got to go.
Matt Gaetz, thank you very much for taking time away today on Saturday to join us.
