| We're down here in Yuma today, and I'll be going down to the border with a number of folks from the legislative districts and meeting with Border Patrol and local officials to just see for myself what's happening here. | ||
| Three weeks ago, I was over where you are in both Pima and Cochise County. | ||
| They're in NACO. | ||
| And just to give you some reference, Steve, in NACO sector, one of the 13 Border Patrol stations, 2600 apprehensions a day and about a 60% Catch rate. | ||
| That's 30,000 a month in just one little sector here in rural Arizona. | ||
| So this this flood is real on the southwest border here. | ||
| This is an invasion. | ||
| I mean, you can't call it anything else. | ||
| And by the way, it's one of the reasons that Biden's numbers are imploding. | ||
| People understand this. | ||
| People, particularly independents, they can't spend this. | ||
| They can't play any more games with this. | ||

| And the people bearing the brunt of this are working class Hispanics and African-Americans. | ||

| We helped Border Patrol, Immigration Services and ICE And this administration hasn't spent a dollar and what you're seeing down here on the border is lawlessness, human trafficking, drug smuggling, fentanyl coming across. | ||

| The left is, the radical left clearly has no interest in public health or border security when it's easier in the sector I'm in today, in Yuma, to traffic a nine-year-old girl into the sex trade, than it is to get lunch in Los Angeles. | ||

| They have encountered the National Guard in a first confrontation. | ||
| The National Guard was surpassed by the caravan and now they are stationed right now. | ||
| In Wixla, their purpose is to go to the Ciudad de Mexico and basically see a federal judge on this protection claim that has been put by the leaders of the caravan so they can walk freely into the borders of the United States of America. | ||
| Their number one objective is to go to the United States of America. | ||
| A lot of speculations on where they're going to go. | ||
| They're going to say that a lot of them is Texas, but the speculation more strongly, Mr. Bannon, is they are going to go Oscar, just hang on one second. | ||

| This is why the strategy that they're going slowly and they're resting for one day, they walk six kilometers and they rest. | ||

| They're trying to make time and actually they want the Institute of National Immigration and the National Guard to stop them because if they stop them they will actually be violating their humanitarian rights according to the United Nations and according to humanitarian rights activists that they are relocated and they are installed in this caravan walking with the leaders and walking with the migrants. | ||
