The virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
jim jordan
Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
The chairman just said the Trump DOJ was political and went after their opponents.
Are you kidding me?
Three weeks ago, the National School Board Association writes President Biden asking him to involve the FBI in local school board matters.
Five days later, the Attorney General of the United States does just that.
Does exactly what a political organization asked to be done.
Five days.
We've sent, Republicans on this committee have sent the Attorney General 13 letters in the last six months.
Takes weeks and months to get a response.
Eight of the letters, we've got nothing.
They just gave us the finger, said we're not going to get back to you.
And all our letters were actually sent to the Attorney General.
Here's a letter sent to someone else, asking for a specific thing to be done, and in five days.
The Attorney General does it.
Here's what the October 4th memo said.
Quote, I'm directing the FBI to convene meetings with local leaders.
These meetings will open dedicated lines of communication for threat reporting.
Dedicated lines of communication for threat reporting.
unidentified
Attorney General Garland, do you agree with the National School Board Association that parents who attend school board meetings and speak passionately against the inclusion of divisive programs like critical race theory should be characterized as domestic terrorists?
I do not believe that parents who testify, speak, argue with, complain about school boards and schools should be classified as domestic terrorists or any kind of criminals.
steve bannon
Okay, there you hear it.
We're live from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania at the Eisenhower Complex at the Eisenhower Resort right off the battlefield.
I'm very honored to be here tonight live.
We're going to be speaking, I'll be speaking at the annual Eisenhower commemoration dinner here put on by the Adams County GOP.
Gettysburg, Pennsylvania is in Adams County.
I'm honored to have Charlotte Schaefer, who is the chairman of the Adams County GOP is going to be my co-host for the entire hour as we're here in the ballroom.
We're right in back of us on the stage.
There'll be a lot of activity tonight in commemoration of General Eisenhower.
Charlotte, thank you so much for joining us here.
unidentified
Thank you.
steve bannon
It was great.
In honor of Charlotte, because she's a fire breather, she just became chairman of the GOP up here, we're bringing in The firebrand of firebrands, and that is Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Congressman Greene, you had a pretty active day up there on Capitol Hill as we've been here at this sacred space that is Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, the battlefield.
Congressman, what happened?
First, I want to ask you about Merrick Garland and about domestic terrorists.
We're going to have a couple of the moms on here in a little while about being designated domestic terrorists by the Attorney General.
Jim Jordan sits there and goes, hey, we send letters up there all the time.
We never hear back.
Right.
Here's some radical group, some radical political group sends it.
Five days later you get a fully developed letter from Attorney General to the FBI and you get moms put on the watch list.
What happened on Capitol Hill today?
And I heard you were in the middle of the fight.
marjorie taylor greene
Well, I was there at that hearing in Judiciary Committee, Steve.
I'd watched that live when my colleague, my great colleague, Jim Jordan, was questioning.
It was unbelievable.
I mean, to imagine that they have set up a snitch line, an actual snitch line, where people can call and report parents who are taxpayers, who are holding their children's schools accountable, going to the school boards, demanding that their children not to be taught racist curriculum, not to be taught horrible things that divide their kids, mask their children, put trans biological boys in girls' bathrooms,
and then their daughters are raped.
You know, and then here we have the FBI labeling these parents as domestic terrorists.
And Jim Jordan did the right thing to call it out.
But what's even worse, Steve, is there was more questioning of him, of Merrick Garland, because his son-in-law owns a company that actually has taken in millions of dollars, selling curriculum to schools, questioning children on keeping their equity statistics based on race and gender.
Basically, actually teaching what parents are against Yes, critical race theory, and Merrick Garland's son-in-law owns that company, so Merrick Garland is in quite an interesting position where he should have filled out ethics paperwork.
He should be questioned on the ethics of serving as the attorney general, where he is targeting parents, calling them domestic terrorists, and his own son-in-law is part of the process that these parents are trying to remove from schools.
steve bannon
Are you implying or are you actually saying that you think that Merrick Garland ought to recuse himself, instead of getting involved even more in this, that he should recuse himself because of a conflict of interest with his family, particularly his son-in-law and the company that's another one of these radical contractors that are making millions of dollars off this poison?
marjorie taylor greene
Yes, absolutely.
As a matter of fact, I went to the judiciary hearing today because I was going to be given some time, but that decision was turned down and that was going to be my question.
I was going to ask Merrick Garland to recuse himself because he's in a different kind of position, right?
He cannot question parents.
He cannot target parents because of his son's company and his involvement in critical race theory and his involvement in exactly the type of left sick and disgusting types of curriculum and things being taught to children and in the schools across America that parents are outraged over.
So Merrick Garland does need to recuse himself.
He does need to step aside on this issue and stop weaponizing the FBI, targeting parents who are taxpayers and pay for the school system to begin with.
steve bannon
In the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is critical race theory in the parents, the moms, and the school boards, is this as big an issue as around the rest of the country?
unidentified
Absolutely it is.
We have a large amount of mainly moms and dads running for school board.
A lot of parents are going to the school board meetings.
Some of the school board directors or the school board itself shut the meetings down.
steve bannon
They shut it down?
unidentified
They shut it down.
steve bannon
Has there been a problem here of people calling the moms that are getting worked up and going in to defend their kids as domestic terrorists?
Has it reached that level here in Pennsylvania?
unidentified
I don't think it has reached that high of a level, but there is contention.
They're facing some backlash.
steve bannon
Because the school board is saying we're not going to change?
Yes.
unidentified
There are some that are doing that.
steve bannon
Congressman, about what Charlotte's saying here, do you think parents across the country, we're going to have some people from Northern Virginia come on here in a second, is Merrick Garland saying, I didn't call him domestic terrorist, does that sit with you?
Do you believe that?
Do you believe in turning to the DOJ with this snitch line?
It's kind of like the Stasi in East Germany.
If you've ever seen the movie The Lives of Others, everybody's paranoid because they're all reporting on each other.
Right, because this is what the government wants.
Do you believe Merrick Garland?
Do you believe that he didn't actually infirm that people were domestic terrorists?
marjorie taylor greene
No, I don't believe him, because his words aren't matching up with his actual actions.
You see, it doesn't matter what he says and what he says he didn't say, the actions are proving that that is exactly what he's doing.
He's treating parents like they're domestic terrorists.
If you're creating a snitch line, And you're writing letters to school boards and warning them, and you're warning parents across the country that their behavior can be reported to the FBI.
You are terrorizing them.
And what happens is, you know what tyranny is, Steve?
It's when the people fear the government.
That means that the government has become tyrannical, and that is exactly what's happening.
Merrick Garland is using his position as Attorney General to weaponize our government and come after innocent citizens Just like they came after you today on the January 6th committee, in this ridiculous vote that I had to go through this afternoon.
It's just like President Trump always told us.
He said, it's not me they're after, they're coming after you.
And that is exactly what we have seen happen since January 20th, since Joe Biden became president of the United States.
They put a wall around the Capitol, surrounded it with thousands and thousands of troops.
They don't care about what the American people went through with BLM riots.
All they want to whine and cry about is a riot at the Capitol, because they only care about themselves.
They don't care about doing anything for the taxpayers and the American people to make their homes safe, to make their communities secure, to stop abusing the system and running the American people into debt.
But they are weaponizing our government and coming after innocent Americans, taxpaying Americans that pay their salaries.
So I don't care what Merrick Garland has to say he did or didn't say.
It's actually what he's doing is proof enough for me.
steve bannon
I I want to put people in the room because you see it on TV and you see the clips that we pull for our cold opens with the great staff in Denver and the War Room production crew, but how are these, when these government officials come up, particularly Merrick Garland, or when you're in the house with Nancy Pelosi and these people, how smug are they and condescending?
It looks like Merrick Garland, it irks me just to watch him because it looks like the guy's very smug and condescending.
marjorie taylor greene
Well, I think he was playing a certain role.
You know, he's a very intelligent man.
He's not a dummy, but he played innocent today.
He looked very well-versed.
He completely avoided the questioning about his son-in-law's company.
He avoided, did not want to answer the question if he had filled out ethics paperwork.
He avoided any kind of ethical tie to his son-in-law's company, and he definitely avoided the issue of recusal.
No one asked him.
That was going to be my question for him, and I didn't get the chance to.
But yeah, it is smug and arrogance that we're seeing in the Democrats.
They play a role.
They play a part.
And the media, the media takes it and just puts it everywhere, all over the news to tell the lie to the American people so that they can brainwash people and convince them of what's not reality.
Yes, Merrick Garland pretended to be innocent and played this part like he just didn't know and isn't intending to hurt anyone, but actually he definitely is.
He's targeting people, targeting parents.
steve bannon
Let's talk about the vote today.
I hear that you got into it after the vote.
Can you put us in the room and give us the details?
marjorie taylor greene
Yes, I absolutely will.
I sat on the House floor when they were debating the bill going back and forth, the House resolution, to hold an innocent American in contempt, which is you, Steve.
And they debated back and forth, and Liz Cheney, Republican Liz Cheney, And Adam Kinzinger, the two chosen Republicans that Nancy Pelosi put on this witch hunt committee that's nothing but a sham.
You know, they kicked off Jim Jordan and Jim Banks.
They wouldn't allow them to participate.
And so, Liz Cheney, she was the one in charge of the Republican side of the debate.
She only yielded her time to Democrats.
She never yielded her time to Republicans.
And they only gave us 20 minutes.
As a matter of fact, I was supposed to get some time.
Time ran out, and I didn't get to say a word.
So then the vote took place, and of course, here they are celebrating, voting to hold an innocent American in contempt because you didn't go answer the subpoena and show up to their fake committee that isn't even constitutional because they aren't even allowing the opposite side, our Republican conference, to participate.
It's just Nancy Pelosi's fake committee.
Afterwards, when it was over, I was standing in the well on the House floor, and I had just had it, listening to them lie over and over again, accusing you of organizing the January 6th riot.
You had nothing to do with it.
You weren't even there.
You didn't cause it.
You did not plan it.
And everyone knows the truth about that.
But they completely lied about you.
They lied about President Trump.
And I was disgusted and furious.
So, I yelled at them on the House floor.
I let, I let Liz Cheney have it.
I let Adam Schiff have it, and I let Raskin have it.
I just, I couldn't contain myself, and I said, you people are a joke.
You don't care about the American people.
You don't care about what the American people went through with BLM riots all over America, burning cities to the ground, burning businesses, looting all the crime committed.
You don't care about the police officers that were attacked in those communities.
You don't care about the businesses, the jobs, the lives ruined, those courthouses attacked, those monuments torn down, the police cars burned.
And I said, you don't care about any of that.
Only Congress only cares about itself.
And all you want to talk about is the riot that happened here at the Capitol, while you care nothing about all the riots that happened to the American people.
And they just, like, laughed it off as if I had nothing important to say.
But that is the truth, Steve.
They're selfish.
They're self-righteous, and they're completely obsessed and wrapped up in a world that is so fake, and that's Washington, D.C., and I'm so disgusted with it, Steve.
I mean, Congress is a complete failure, a failure to the American people.
steve bannon
I tell you what, we're here live at Gettysburg in one of the most sacred places in the United States.
Big commemoration dinner tonight for General Eisenhower.
I'm here with the Chairman of the Adams County GOP.
We're going to return in a second.
We're going to go back to our studio.
We'll be back in a moment with Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene and others in the War Room.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, it's Thursday, 21 October, Year of Our Lord 2021.
We are live from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
Some of the most sacred soil in the United States commemorated.
That's next to the battlefield.
We're here at the Eisenhower Complex tonight.
The Adams County GOP, the chairwoman, my co-host, Charlotte Schaefer, is hosting a big celebratory dinner for the annual birthday of General Eisenhower, who made his home here at Gettysburg during his presidency.
So I'm going to be the keynote speaker at this.
I'm really honored.
Doug Mastriano is going to be here.
A lot of patriots in this audience.
I love coming to Gettysburg at any time, but particularly to assist something so important as this dinner.
We have Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene.
By the way, historic day today because we passed 100 million downloads.
100 million downloads of the podcast.
Besides the fact that it doesn't include the live audience.
The live audience is millions every day for the morning show and afternoon show.
Congressman, I want to thank you because you're obviously one of the favorites of the war room posse.
You always talk about the unreality of Washington, D.C.
and the reality of the rest of the country.
What people want to know now is that what you're hearing the chatter is that after they got through this fiasco today, and I'm very proud they had to take time away from what they're trying to do and trying to bury the country under this illegitimate regime is trying to bury this country.
Under this spending that will bury our economy.
What's going on?
We're hearing that they're going to come together and sing Kumbaya and pass this reconciliation.
That'll be $2 trillion instead of $3.5 trillion.
But I think, do you have a different opinion?
Do you actually think they're going to pull it off or are you guys going to be able to stop them?
marjorie taylor greene
Well, we don't know what's happening, actually.
But first, I want to say this.
Congratulations!
I am not surprised.
Your show is so fantastic, Steve.
Everyone loves it.
Just everywhere I go, people say they watch Steve Bannon, they watch War Room.
I mean, you have the biggest show, so congratulations to you.
And this is why America loves you, because you truly love the people.
You love our country, and you are a great patriot.
So I'm so honored to be a guest on your show.
Congratulations and thank you.
But as far as the reconciliation bill is concerned, we aren't sure what's happening.
I don't think they're having as much success as they would like.
They're not being able to fully turn us in to the communist nation just yet, so we still have hope.
You see, Kristen Sinema has said that she won't play ball with the taxes.
So she's being a little bit difficult over there.
We aren't sure about Manchin.
You know, he's from coal country, and maybe he's just not ready to hand us over to windmills and solar panels yet, like the Democrats are.
You know, even China just recently has gone back to, guess what, mining coal because coal is what turns the electricity on, and they're turning their back on the silly green energy scams, and everyone's just got to turn over to green energy because it doesn't work.
It doesn't provide enough electricity.
So, the Democrats are having a hard time.
There's a rumor that went around earlier today.
I don't know if it's true yet.
We're supposed to be in session three weeks in a row.
That's this week, next week and the following week.
But I just heard today that they might send us home after next week.
And we aren't sure if that means because Nancy Pelosi is losing and she can't get the reconciliation bill together and get it passed.
Or if it means that they're going to be able to get it done next week.
So we don't know which one it is.
We just heard the rumor today that we might not be in session that third week.
So we'll find out.
Who knows?
We don't know what's happening.
The progressives are holding their ground.
They want it all.
They want full passage of infrastructure and the reconciliation, because that's the Green New Deal.
And that's Bernie Sanders' full presidential package.
But, you know, I think Democrats are also finding out that they're losing and that everything they're doing is hurting them so badly, so fast, that their own voters, their own supporters are turning on them and saying, hey, we were tired of Trump.
We didn't want him to be president, but we also didn't vote for this garbage.
And Joe Biden is failing America.
Nobody knows where Kamala Harris is except playing with child actors about some kind of space program.
And then the Democrats in Congress are just failing miserably because the squad is running the show.
It's not Nancy Pelosi.
So we'll find out.
I mean, who knows?
It's a fake government.
It's a fake show.
And I think it's a pathetic joke.
I'm absolutely disgusted with it every time I'm here.
So we'll see what happens, but we'll keep fighting.
steve bannon
Does his, and we're going to have Boris on to talk about some polling and what's happening the rest of the country in a little while, but is Biden's implosion, this historic implosion that he's now down into the 30s among independents, which are kind of the proxy for the American people, Since both parties are so polarized, and in the 20s in some poll.
Has it permeated up there to Nancy Pelosi in that part of Capitol Hill, the Democrats, that they have no political capital, no support by the American people?
Are they just trying to ram this through?
Are they meeting around the clock?
People want to know, are they up there plotting and planning this, or does it seem like they're making any progress at all?
Are they planning and plotting, or are they just kind of giving up?
marjorie taylor greene
Well, they're trying.
I mean, they're definitely trying.
But yeah, guess what?
I've had a couple Democrats admit to me that they know they're going to lose in 22.
They know they're going to lose the majority.
They know it because people are telling them.
And they know they're failing.
So Nancy Pelosi has tried keeping everybody together and constantly pulling them into meetings and negotiating.
But it doesn't seem to be working, so maybe they'll try the strategy of sending us home that third week.
You know, the governor's race is also going to be a big factor.
So, if the Republican wins in that Virginia governor race, then that is going to be a huge, huge grade on Nancy Pelosi.
It's going to make her look really, really bad.
And so, she probably doesn't want to have Congress in session when Virginia elects a Republican governor.
That's much to be seen.
I can't wait to see it unfold.
I'm very interested in that race, and I'll let you know as soon as I find out if they're going to be able to pull it together.
I hope they won't.
I just want to see them fail, fall on their face, and they get every single loss that they deserve, and the American people need the Democrats to lose right now.
steve bannon
Last thing, people want to know, our audience has been asking, you've done such a good job of slowing things down and forcing questions and being an opposition leader.
What do you intend to do?
What is Marjorie Taylor's, what's your plan to try to make sure that everybody knows in the country what's in these bills?
Everybody knows the detail and the radical type of the spending, the recklessness of it.
What is Marjorie Taylor Greene's plan to do?
marjorie taylor greene
I continue to—we read the bills.
That's what my staff does, and we all read them.
We continue to put out the message and call accountability in Washington.
I want all of your viewers and every person that I can reach to know what's in the bills and how to call your member of Congress and hold them accountable.
I want you to be able to reach your government, because you're the one that pays for it all, and hold them accountable for everything they're doing to you, the American people.
I'm also looking for candidates across the country.
I'm being very selective, Steve.
You're not going to see me endorse just anybody, anywhere, or a whole bunch of people.
I'm going to only be endorsing a select number of people that I know they can win and that I know they are exactly who they say they are, and they won't come to Washington and fold.
They won't come here and join the swamp, but they'll be able to stand firm, continue to have a spine, and help me fight back, because I need more.
We need more people in Congress that just will not join the swamp and will continue to work for the American people.
Because the Democrats, you know what, they declared the revolution on January 20th.
They're the ones that declared the communist revolution, and now it's up to all of us to stop it.
steve bannon
How do people track you?
How do they get to your website?
How do they follow you on social media?
Give all the access and touch points.
marjorie taylor greene
Thank you.
My website is mtg4america.com.
mtg4america.com.
You can go there.
You can support me with $5, $25, $50.
That's the best way.
Those are the only donations that I love the most.
and so many people support me there.
The Democrats are attacking me, but guess what, so are the RINOs too.
Now I've got two RINO primary opponents that are calling themselves Republicans, but they're not.
And then the Democrats are coming after me, raising a ton of money to attack me.
So any support you can give, mtgforamerica.com.
I'm on all social media.
I'm on Getter, At Real, Marjorie Green, Twitter, MTGreenE, Facebook, Gab, Telegram, you name it.
You can follow me there and keep up with what I have going on, or you can just continue to watch Steve Bannon and you'll see me on his show.
I always love to come see you, Steve, and I'm so grateful every time you let me on.
steve bannon
Well, look, the audience loves you for a reason.
You're a fighter.
By the way, if you can help us with C-SPAN to get the footage today of the throwdown of you and Adam Schiff and Liz Cheney, that's something we would very much prize here in the War Room.
So you've got to help us out there.
Your staff's got to help us get that footage.
marjorie taylor greene
I'll see if we can get it.
Thank you, Steve.
You're awesome.
People are going to love your speech tonight.
Great.
steve bannon
Thank you.
Thank you, Congressman Green.
Appreciate it.
I'm here in Gettysburg with Charlotte Schaefer, the chairman.
But I want to go.
Let's bring up Tiffany Polofko.
We've had on the show before.
Parents Against Critical Theory in Northern Virginia.
We've got about a minute.
We're going to go to break.
We're going to hold you over.
Now, what can you believe?
What can you believe, you know?
Congressman Green, she went to the judiciary today just to ask a question.
We sent you the clips on Merrick Garland.
Do you believe Merrick Garland when he says that he never called you guys domestic terrorists and you've got every right to go to the stool boards?
Do you believe the Attorney General of the United States given what his actions have been?
unidentified
Now, what can you believe?
What can you believe?
You know, I mean, this is just, it's, it's again, they've painted it with a broad brush All of the parents that are complaining at school board meetings across this country, what is it that they are complaining about?
In many cases, it is the implementation of critical race theory happening in our schools.
This is what parents are complaining about.
And so it's just laughable that now with what we've got going on, we know the connection between his son-in-law and Panorama.
And that is a data tracking tool that schools are using to mine all the data on social emotional learning that they're collecting.
To find out if, you know, if the students across the country have identified their implicit biases and they're making money off of it.
This is insane.
They're trying to scare parents, to scare them into not showing up to these board meetings, to complain about racism happening, racist teaching strategies that we already know are occurring.
And now they want to, you know, walk it back and say, oh no, that's not what we're saying.
steve bannon
Tiffany, hang on one second.
We're live at Gettysburg.
We're gonna take a short break.
Tiffany Palofko, Boris Epstein, Frank Gaffney next.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, historic day here for The War Room, crossed in the early morning hours, crossed 100 million downloads on the podcast.
Of course, we get millions every day live.
I want to thank Real America's Voice, John Fredericks Radio Network, G News and GTV that translate this into Mandarin and Japanese.
I want to thank all of our distribution partners, of course, The Posse, That's everywhere that's made it possible.
Make sure you download the podcast and you can share it with everybody.
I want to go back to Tiffany Palofko in Northern Virginia.
Remember Loudoun County in Fairfax County.
Really Loudoun is kind of the railhead of this entire firestorm over critical race theory.
I'm here with Charlotte Schaefer.
She's the chairman of the Adams County GOP in Gettysburg in the entire county.
She's hosting the dinner tonight that I'm speaking at here at the Eisenhower Complex.
I want to go back to Tiffany.
Tiffany, this is heating up to become the major issue.
You've tried to have, you know, you had Merrick Garland walk back domestic terrorism today.
You've had Terry McAuliffe walk back the fact that, first off, he says there's no critical race theory taught in Virginia schools.
He's walked back the concept where he said, hey, parents don't have anything to say, any say in the curriculum, only the teachers.
Walk us through the next two weeks.
We've got a couple minutes here.
The next two weeks, what's going to happen as this brings it to a boil in the governor's race and the House of Delegates race on November 2nd?
unidentified
Sure, well, you know, as of a few days ago, McAuliffe was not doing well with parents in terms of, you know, how far he was leading.
That was, I think, one of his lowest numbers.
Parents know what's happening.
The cat is out of the bag and it's been that way for the past year.
So, what needs to happen, I think, what's crucial within the next couple of weeks is just to continue to raise awareness.
There are parents out there that aren't necessarily aware of exactly what's going on.
We've had quite a few parents within the past few days ask us, what is SEL or social emotional learning?
What is this?
And there are people that still aren't even aware that it's being taught in our schools.
It is happening across every single elementary school and many middle schools within the county.
So I think it's critical to help people understand what are those elements of critical race theory that are being taught within social emotional learning.
And the worst, most insidious part about this is that The social-emotional learning specialist in Loudoun County will tell parents when they sit down to talk with her about what their concerns are.
She will completely evade all of the information about how the Collaborative for Academic Social-Emotional Learning updated their framework in 2020 to include justice-oriented social-emotional learning.
So, it's all socio-political now.
We have completely subverted Education, as far as I'm concerned, in this country.
Why are we frittering away precious academic time teaching kids to question their sexual identity or their sexual orientation and talk about police brutality and Black Lives Matter and colorism and whitism and white privilege?
And these are all terms that you can find riddled throughout the social emotional learning program that's happening in the county.
The other thing to note is that PACT, Has started to outreach in terms of providing educational advocacy.
So we are reaching out to parents to, you know, specifically let them know that we know how to fight back against the schools.
We know what kinds of questions to ask to find out specifically what is being taught.
We know how to do the research and we know how to provide the evidence to let the schools know that we know what's going on and that it's not okay and that it's violating Title 6 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
This is disgusting what is happening, and it's going to be important that more parents are willing to stand up and speak out against it, because I can guarantee you that nothing will happen in the school systems without parents standing up.
If parents lie down and allow this to roll over them and their children, then it will, and it will continue to go on unchecked.
Parents have got to grow a spine and they've got to stand up and speak out against this hateful ideology that has infected and is continuing to infect all of our schools.
It is horrible.
steve bannon
Tiffany, how do people get to you on social media?
How do they get to your website?
unidentified
They can find us on at stop cr or at pack. Sorry, stop CRT.
And we're on gab, getter, Twitter.
You know, I've mentioned fake book. Yes, we are on Facebook.
We can also be found at our website, which is StopLCPSCRT.com.
People can donate on that website.
They can sign up.
They can subscribe to receive emails from us, which we are pushing out daily, multiples daily.
steve bannon
And it's Parents Against Critical Theory, correct?
That's your group?
unidentified
Yes, that's correct.
It is Parents Against Critical Theory, PACT.
steve bannon
Okay, Tiffany Palofko, thank you very much for joining us in the War Room.
unidentified
Thank you so much, Steve.
Appreciate it.
steve bannon
This is in Adams County?
This is one of the reasons we have such enthusiasm in this county now?
unidentified
Absolutely.
It's not just parents that are standing up that she had mentioned people need to grow a spine.
Parents are.
Both moms, dads, and grandparents.
We have a grandparent that has stepped up to the plate and is running a writing campaign to get on the school board.
steve bannon
To run for the school board.
unidentified
To run for the school board.
steve bannon
This is so great.
This is what the show's about.
Are people getting motivated that they feel like they need to get involved now, they need to become precinct committeemen, they need to become school board members, they need to become election officials?
People realize you just can't listen to talk radio or watch Fox, but you've actually got to get engaged?
unidentified
Absolutely, not just in the school board level, but in the municipal level for the borough, council members, mayor, township supervisors.
steve bannon
So people are getting engaged?
This is all over?
unidentified
Your audience can't see that, but this is the list of borough council members that are on the ballot this year.
They're just the Republicans.
steve bannon
Just the Republicans?
unidentified
Just the Republicans on this side.
steve bannon
We'll get a shot at this.
And this is people volunteering to want to get engaged.
They want to be in the fight, not just on the sidelines writing checks or being donors.
unidentified
They want to get involved.
steve bannon
Is that one of the reasons you're the GOP chairman for this county now?
unidentified
I am.
I am.
My platform was to drain the swamp, per se.
Not just drain the swamp, but to get rid of the rhinos and the trans-Republicans.
A trans-Republican?
That is a Republican identifying as, or a Democrat identifying as a Republican.
steve bannon
Is Liz Cheney, what is she?
unidentified
I think she's a trans-Republican.
She's not a rhino.
She's a trans-Republican.
steve bannon
I don't know.
unidentified
I just made that up.
I'm making my own dictionary now.
steve bannon
You're good.
You're good.
Boris, I want to bring Boris in Arizona.
Boris, I tell you, here in Pennsylvania, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, down here in the heartland in Adams County, they call them trans-Republicans.
boris epshteyn
Trans-Republicans!
steve bannon
Bill!
Yeah.
boris epshteyn
Hey, Steve!
steve bannon
Charlotte, I tell you.
Yes, sir.
boris epshteyn
I have a question for you, man.
unidentified
I keep trying to find your name in the news.
steve bannon
Don't make me get the lawyers involved here.
unidentified
I keep trying to see you in the news.
boris epshteyn
Why are you so quiet lately?
There's nothing going on.
It's so quiet.
steve bannon
It's all about the war room.
boris epshteyn
In all seriousness, first of all, let me say this.
This is no joke.
unidentified
I'm a lawyer.
boris epshteyn
I'm going to say this.
Want to come after me for saying it?
I'm hiding my ad lib.
Any of you who want to come after me for saying it, you could do it any day, any minute, any hour.
You know where I am.
Steve Bannon is an American hero.
Steve Bannon is, under the leadership of President Trump, a major leader in the MAGA movement.
And to those losers in the House of Representatives, the Democrat losers and the nine Republican losers who voted for that joke today, for that Stalinist God bless you.
of a vote today, any of you who voted for it, you know who you are.
I hope you take a long look at yourself, Democrat and Republican, before you go to bed and just think about how much worse of a person, how much worse of a leader you are than Stephen K. Bannon.
So that's a little message from me to the non-entities in Congress.
And to those of you who stood up, and to Elise Stefanik, to those of you who did the right thing, God bless you, you're strong Americans.
And to Kevin McCarthy and to Steve Scalise.
Let's give credit.
steve bannon
Yep. Great job of leadership over there. I noticed that you've gotten a lot more ornery since you've gotten out to the desert and to Arizona.
Tell us, first off, we're in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
There are going to be people here tonight that are not happy with the progress that's being made to get to the bottom of 3 November.
One of the reasons I accepted the gracious invitation of Charlotte Schaefer, the chairman, to come here was that this is the railhead of where 3 November started, the counter Two things out of Pennsylvania.
And, again, I always understand frustration.
There's no doubt about it.
boris epshteyn
Doug Mastriano, Colonel Doug Mastriano and Rudy Estrada. So it was right here in Gettysburg. Walk us through what's the latest out of Pennsylvania. Two things out of Pennsylvania and again I always understand, I'm frustrated, there's no doubt about it and you know nobody's been harder on Jay Corman, Chris Dutch and other folks at Pennsylvania than I have talking about how their next political jobs will be flipping cheese steaks at Pat's and Gino's in Philly or being docents at the Philadelphia Art Museums if they do not ensure a full forensic
investigation.
Nobody's been harder than I have, and you've been right there.
We've been calling them out.
Full stop.
Here's the fact.
Right now there's absolutely movement taking place in the Philadelphia State Senate.
They've got the 17th subpoenas.
They're going to have a long legal brief pushing back on Josh Shapiro, the AG who thinks he's going to be the first Jewish president as a Democrat.
We all know that Eric Greitens is going to be the first Jewish president as a Republican.
So tomorrow you're going to have a detailed legal brief being put forward by the Intergovernmental Operations Committee under Chris Dutch and Jake Corman as the State Senate President.
then there's going to be a hearing on November 5th on the lawsuit.
This is, unfortunately, because this is where the Democrats are, it's a legal process because the Democrats, just like they did in Arizona, just like they did in Georgia, are using the courts to obstruct a full forensic investigation in Pennsylvania.
But there's absolutely a fight coming from the Pennsylvania State Senate.
And I hear Tony Shoup and others saying that's not enough.
I believe that there's a big tent.
The freight train of audits and canvases is a big tent.
Let's push forward on the process in the Pennsylvania State Senate.
Let's push forward on the Liz Harris canvases.
And let's get the information out there and let's decertify, decertify, decertify Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, so on and so forth.
steve bannon
So you do support the grassroots that are in these, principally red counties here in the Commonwealth, doing their own canvases, because as Peter Navarro told us, it's the canvas not the count.
Hang on for one second, Boris, just stay there.
What is the grassroots?
unidentified
Jump in here.
Are you confident with Corman and Dush taking the reins on this?
steve bannon
That's for you, Boris.
unidentified
Yes, it is for you.
Neither am I. And Corman knows it, too, because I let him know where I stood.
steve bannon
But hang on one second.
Why are you not confident?
I know, but hang on.
unidentified
Because the only thing that I've gotten from him is lip service.
I believe that Senator Mastroianni was going in the right direction.
Am I confident?
No.
But am I willing to give room and rope?
Yes.
Did we have 17 subpoenas come out of that committee?
Yes.
Did that happen under Doug Mastriano?
It didn't.
with the Republican Party is they're eating their own and he did this publicly.
steve bannon
Do you mean to embarrass Doug Mastriano?
Yes.
Who had been at the rehearsal?
boris epshteyn
Go ahead.
Here's my defense.
Am I confident?
No.
But am I willing to give room and rope?
Yes.
Do we have 17 subpoenas come out of that committee?
Yes.
Did that happen under Doug Mastriano?
It didn't.
And I love Colonel Mastriano.
I love him.
I think he's a great American.
I've supported him.
I continue to support him.
But I'm a lawyer, right?
And as a lawyer and a political operative, I look at movement.
I look at action.
And it's impossible, with respect, to say that there's been no action.
You've had 17 subpoenas.
And just today you had a statement from Jay Corman criticizing Kathy Bokovar, the previous Secretary of State, who quit in infamy.
For her actions during the election.
So we have had action.
The only, honestly, action in Pennsylvania from the legal official side has been under Jade Corman and Chris Dush.
And it's impossible, it's impossible to deny that.
It's just the truth.
Hang on, hang on.
unidentified
We're going to take a break.
steve bannon
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
We're going to take a break, so just hang on for a second.
But, Mastriana did have this geared up.
The question is, because he'd be farther than a road.
It shouldn't be lost on me, just a fact, that this hearing, they're putting together the paper tomorrow, that'll come out, we'll have it on the war room.
But, the hearing is going to take place two days After the first year anniversary of the Big Steel on 3 November.
Short commercial break.
Boris is in Arizona.
The chairman of the Adams County GOP is here with me in Gettysburg as we get ready for the big dinner tonight.
unidentified
We'll be back with more in a moment.

steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
We're live in the Royal Room in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania at the Eisenhower Complex.
It's the big conference center here.
We're giving a speech tonight at the commemoration of General Eisenhower's birthday here, right off the most sacred soil in the United States, which is the Gettysburg National Battlefield, here with Charlotte Schaefer, who set this all up.
She's the GOP Chair of Adams County.
By the way, you were part of Doug Mastriano's, when they had the hearing here at Gettysburg, were you part of that?
unidentified
I attended.
steve bannon
You attended.
What did you think?
Did you think that would lead to this whole 3 November movement in Arizona, full forensic audits in Georgia, a huge fight here in Pennsylvania?
Did you think at that time it would lead to something?
unidentified
I didn't think it would lead to a fight.
I was hoping that it would lead to actual action.
steve bannon
Even then, decertification?
unidentified
Even then, yes.
You hear a lot of, it's not going to change the election.
Nobody's asking to change the results of the election.
We want it to be made right.
steve bannon
Yeah, I am.
unidentified
I want to decertify.
I want decertification.
Well, decertification, yes.
steve bannon
Hey, hold it.
War Room's more radical than the... No, we want decertification.
unidentified
Decertification, yes.
steve bannon
I want to decertify all the electors.
It's got to be what it's got to be.
You've got to get down to the...
I'm just saying, I want to get down to actually find out the legitimate chain of custody legal votes.
Let's count all those up.
Whoever wins, wins.
OK?
But if you can't count those, if you can't get to the bottom of it, to me, how are you going to certify these states?
I think that's what Corman, remember the letter he sent on the 5th?
Which is very brave.
He actually said, we don't think this process was correct.
We don't think the Secretary of State and the Attorney General thinks.
We want it sent back to us for what, 10 days?
We need it sent back to us for 10 days to go through the process.
So no, I'm of the school of thought, and particularly Arizona and Georgia, which are right in Wisconsin.
If you can't get to the bottom, if you can't get your hands around the legitimate ballots, you gotta decertify.
And that's what I think.
What's happening in Arizona on this decertification?
So, Boris, you're out there.
Are you getting anything done, or are you just getting a tan and living the good life?
boris epshteyn
Well, I am getting a tan.
I think I'm looking more and more handsome every day.
I'll say so humbly, and I'm looking forward to seeing you here on Saturday.
But we're getting a ton done.
We're getting all the information out there.
That 11-page report from Doug Logan was absolutely key, blessed by the Senate, not dumbed down by Karen Fann in the Senate, as the original report was.
The report lays out in great detail, point by point by point, over 80,000 illegal ballots in Arizona, in Maricopa County alone, in an election separated by just 10,000 across the state, and then we have in Pima County Another, another 35,000 illegal ballots.
So we are getting more and more and more facts out there, the receipts as we like to call them.
And guess what?
As soon as there's either a special session in the next month or so, or we know for a fact they're in session right in the beginning of January, there's going to be a major specific push to decertify in the state Senate and the state House and you bag of patriots.
Call it within the lines, but call it boldly because we cannot have any more of this feckless nonsense, this feckless artist formerly known as Joe Biden in the White House.
steve bannon
Yeah.
Hang on one second.
But you're in the legal process where you were in the spring, now in Pennsylvania, and that's a six-month gap.
Is that the complaint at grassroots that we've essentially lost a year?
That you're here on the first anniversary, you had the first hearings here in November, I think it was, a year later you're just in the court process of fighting this out with Shapiro legally, whereas in Arizona they've actually had at least the first phase of the audit?
unidentified
That's part of the complaint.
The other part of the complaint is that our Republican elected up in Harrisburg were not in front of this and allowed it to take place.
steve bannon
You mean originally?
unidentified
Originally.
This should not have taken place.
steve bannon
Boris Epstein, I want to talk real quickly about your op-ed on Buttigieg's op-ed.
How do you answer that?
Very fair point.
boris epshteyn
Very fair point about more should have been done.
No doubt about it.
More should have been done.
Against Kathy Bakavar, against the governor, and to enforce, really, it's the Constitution.
Article 2 of the Constitution says that only state legislatures get to control presidential elections.
That was absolutely contravened.
That is what that Texas lawsuit was all about by Ken Paxton and others, which was totally wrongfully, wrongfully denied under original jurisdiction in the Supreme Court.
They should have gone to the court, should have gone to the Supreme Court, and absolutely should have ruled against Pennsylvania, because what they did What the governor did, what Kathy Balkova, the Secretary of State did, was absolutely unconstitutional.
Full stop.
We've got to fix it, and we've got to decertify.
steve bannon
Okay, real quickly, you're going after Buttigieg in this analysis piece you've got up.
Where can people find it?
How do they get to him?
What do you say?
boris epshteyn
Worldwide exclusive on warroom.org.
We've got to drive more traffic there.
Everybody go there.
Biden destroys American exceptionalism.
I've got that up there right now.
We're immigrants.
We came here when I was a kid.
I was 11 years old.
Came with my parents, my grandparents, my mom's mom, and my dad's parents.
And I will never forget that feeling when we went to a store, a supermarket, for the first time, on our first full day in America, my grandfather's handsome, tall, history professor, World War II hero, fighting against the Nazis, in his 70s, turning to his wife and saying, Mama, can you believe this?
And it was the American abundance, American exceptionalism in that store, the full shelves, and Joe Biden and that feckless loser Pete Buttigieg are ruining it while Pete Buttigieg is trying to figure out how to breastfeed his new twins with chastening and taking two months off on our dime for paid vacation leave.
Absolutely disgusting.
Biden, Buttigieg, the whole cabal ought to resign right now.
WarRoom.org right now.
Biden destroys American exceptionalism.
unidentified
First, I'd like to know how Buttigieg did it.
steve bannon
You ran to take over the GOP here to make change.
unidentified
I did.
Actually, my platform was to reclaim the GOP because it is broken.
It is fractured.
There's a lot of in-house fighting.
We need to fix it.
We need to fix it from this level.
steve bannon
Can you fix it at this level in time for 2022?
unidentified
I think this is the only place to start to fix it because it starts here.
It starts here and it starts with us.
steve bannon
Okay.
The chairman, Carolyn Schaefer, Charlotte Schaefer in Adams County.
Very honored to be invited tonight here to Gettysburg to speak.
We'll be back here live tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock from the War Room, Arizona, this weekend.
Then later, hopefully, Texas.
See you tomorrow morning, 10 a.m.
in the War Room.
Thank you for having us.
