Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
unidentified
|
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
unidentified
|
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.

War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, you're in the War Room.
It's Monday, 4 October, Year of the Lord 2021.
We had a whole show planned for you, but there has been, we don't know if it's a hack or an outage or whatever it is, but nationwide regarding Facebook and other systems.
We've asked Jack Pasovic to come over from the Human Events Studio, the Turning Point Studio from around the corner on Capitol Hill, and join us back in studio.
Man, just doxing us, huh?
unidentified
|
We've got, we've got, we've got, we've got Let me give you the update.
I'm on down as of right now, 5 p.m.
Eastern. | ||
Facebook down, Instagram down, WhatsApp down.
I'm reading this from Down Detector.
WhatsApp looks like it was down, then coming back.
Facebook Messenger, of course, down.
T-Mobile, Verizon, Gmail.
Twitter was down and came back.
AT&T, Telegram's up and down.
Xfinity. | ||
Hey, Steve, you know it isn't down, though.
Getter. | ||
Getter. | ||
Getter is the only one left.
Now we jinx you. | ||
By the way, we know Verizon is down.
Verizon fires all of it.
Went down on Capitol Hill.
Went down hard. | ||
We just got back up to get the show going.
So what's happening? | ||
You're going to give us updates.
I want to bring in now Joe Allen, our transhumanist and also tech guy.
Joe, what are you hearing?
By the way, is it true, and Jack jump in here, is it true that Facebook's headquarters The people came to use their cards to get into the headquarters.
I hear that they got a problem.
Joe Allen, tell us what's going on.
Yes, Steve. | ||
Shira Frankel at the New York Times reported that at least this morning, Facebook employees couldn't get into the building and they couldn't get into conference rooms.
Apparently their building, like many modern buildings, are set up according to an Internet of Things paradigm, meaning that if one thing goes, anything else can go.
You know, in addition to this, Pesobic says you have all these other systems going down so it's actually very curious.
The first reports were that Facebook's DNS record was scrubbed.
DNS is a domain name system.
Basically that's what directs you once you put the name of a website into your browser to the servers that hold the website.
That was a plausible explanation but a lot of security guys and IT guys are scratching their heads as to how It could cause this massive outage across the system.
We are also seeing, we are seeing claims and now this is all completely unverified.
If Denver could put up, the Daily Mail has a great map as their lead story.
Let's put up, we don't need to see our faces.
Put up the Daily Mail's lead story.
You'll see across the country, Jack.
So there are people who are making, again unverified, but there are people who are making claims.
People are also, that they have a responsibility for the hack, claiming that that was their handiwork.
There are also claims out there about hackers offering Facebook user data, potentially 600 terabytes worth of the data out there.
unidentified
|
Talk about that. | |
Talk about some of the guys that are bragging already.
They get 600 terabytes of data.
They're talking about people on some of these forums, places that are known for Were people to hang this stuff out there, bragging, they said, we were behind it, we're sitting on the data, we've got it, first name, last name, username, messages.
Remember, WhatsApp, that's all messages, Facebook Messenger, that's all messages.
Does Denver have that? | ||
If that's true, I think Facebook's going to have an issue with when they come to some of these questions about encryption and the promises they've made about security.
But I think if one thing we can really say though, just looking at it from my analyst hat on, This ends the antitrust debate.
We cannot have consolidation like this in this country.
This is ridiculous. | ||
Go ahead, Joe. | ||
Give us your thoughts. | ||
I really couldn't agree more.
I mean, when you have a complex system, it's extremely fragile.
And if you don't have redundancy set up in the system, such as multiple platforms or multiple services, you take out the one central system and that's it.
It's lights out. | ||
So if, you know, this is one of many instances where you see that fragility of a system is unacceptable.
But hang on for a second.
Slow down. | ||
If this was just Facebook and had the WhatsApp and the Instagram and the other parts to it, but you're seeing, and this is I think the concern, if we can get the Daily Mail map up, Denver, one more time.
Simple Daily Mail map I sent you guys.
You'll see it is every population center in the country, and it's across major platforms.
You've had AT&T, you've had Verizon.
We had Verizon up here in Washington, D.C.
on Capitol Hill. | ||
It's not simply Facebook.
Ooh, Rumble. | ||
I'm on Twitter. | ||
Rumble and Getter are firing up.
They're saying, no issues to report.
No issues to report. | ||
Rumble running smoothly.
Getter running smoothly.
No issues there. | ||
Okay. | ||
Joe, talk to us about everything else.
What are the other systems that are down right now, or it looks like they have been hacked and at least had momentarily outages?
You know, I think Jack's pretty much covered all of them.
I can't think of any that he hasn't listed.
One amusing element to this is that because their DNS records seem to be scrubbed, Facebook is now for sale on various domain name registries, so if you want to get rich quick, you better scoop it up while you still can.
There are a lot of different theories.
I hadn't even heard about the six, what is it, six terabytes of user information.
Although I did see something just a moment ago before I came on that there were claims that 1.5 billion users were being, that their information was being held and one by one they were trying to, you know, do ransomware Wait, wait, I've got to say something.
Hang on, George. | ||
I've got to say something.
All I'm going to say is, it seems to me that a lot of people owe Mike Lindell an apology.
Because all these people who said this stuff, and I'm not saying something happened, but all these people said it couldn't be done.
It couldn't be taken down.
All of these systems couldn't be taken down.
They couldn't be hacked.
They could never be... No, no, it's not possible.
Mike, you know, Mike, you're crazy.
You're talking crazy. | ||
What just happened today?
Here's the thing. | ||
Look, a lot of this reporting is you're hearing it raw right now, but what we can tell you is that it looks like many different major platforms geographically spread out, at least across the country.
Eventually, I know I'm going to get that.
I'm going to get my Daily Mail map up there that shows you.
It's all the population centers in the country.
Of course, you've got places like Greater Idaho and others that look like they're untouched, but it's across major systems.
This is just not related to Facebook.
Do we have Zach Voorhees?
It sounds like what you have is a cascading situation here, where this started with Facebook, but then again, because of, and as Joe was talking about, the complexities, because of the various connections that all these companies have on the tech side, that yes, of course it started with Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, which we all know are siloed under, right, that's all under Facebook, but because this created such an error, now you're seeing rolling errors in all the other apps, all the other networks,
Uh, the actual, you know, Verizon, AT&T, so you're talking about your service providers.
They're having issues.
We actually haven't seen something like this before.
We honestly, I can't even think of anything that compares to this.
Oh, you've never had cross-platform like this, and people should understand right in the middle of the show.
By the way, this is, uh, you know, as we were talking about this morning, we were talking about South China Sea and Taiwan.
This is what it would look like.
This is what day one, exactly what day one would look like.
We talked about, uh, when you talk about, uh, of an invasion of Taiwan.
When you talk about unrestricted warfare, we said information warfare is the best.
They've got both the psychological part of the content and then they've got the cyberware.
I've always said for a very long time that one of the very first things China would do if they really wanted to screw with us is take out our GPS satellites.
I think everybody knows that.
That's the reason for the anti-satellite mission.
Because you can't fight the ship.
Combined arms goes out the window.
Well not only that, imagine what it does to everybody just trying to drive around.
Your Uber, your Lyft. | ||
You're done. | ||
Also look at the grid, right?
The power grid. | ||
Okay, we're gonna bring in Zach Voorhees now.
We've got Zach Voorhees from Google.
Zach, give us an update of what you know.
unidentified
|
So this Facebook going down, it's gone down because of a very technical issue, and that is with how names are translated to IP addresses.
Those IP addresses are how we're able to connect to computers, open up connections, and exchange data.
Well, that translation went down because of an update that was applied with how those names were shared with the Internet.
Now, as a result of that, Facebook.com appears to not have any IP address, and some domain services have already started to list it as for sale.
One of the things that's really interesting is that this domain system record swipe Also wiped out their sign-on services, because when they sign in through their devices or to get inside the building, it has to go onto a Facebook domain.
Now that that domain no longer exists, no one can log in.
And as a result of that, the Facebook engineers can't even fix the problem, which is resulting in the widespread outages that we're seeing today.
No, let me just keep it on.
Let me just ask you. | ||
Here's the thing I find amazing.
When Verizon went down here, we haven't had CNN or MSNBC mention a word about this.
It's quite stunning. | ||
I mean, we always believe that the war room's the cutting edge of signal, not noise, but it's pretty stunning.
You had not had anybody break into a telecast and start talking about this.
Well, you had, you know, of course, we talked about this morning that Morning Joe led with Mika and And Joe, we're just getting into tearing down Mark Zuckerberg.
I mean, he was the target.
That was the two minutes hate for today from 1984, right?
It was Mark Zuckerberg.
And then, of course, 60 Minutes last night with the misguided Scott Pelley.
But all of a sudden... Zack, how do you talk about these other platforms and other population centers?
How could it just be a evolution at Facebook that went awry, is what you're saying?
And that's about DNS. | ||
Isn't that too small, given the scale?
And I'm talking about right now, we're hearing reports.
I mean, we know I don't know.
Maybe it's a hacking attempt.
We'll just have to see over the next 24 hours and see what more goes down.
How can you relate that all back to Facebook?
Red October. | ||
unidentified
|
I don't know. | |
Maybe it's a hacking attempt.
We'll just have to see over the next 24 hours and see what more goes down.
I think that it's highly suspicious that Facebook goes down right as the whistleblower's about to testify and after she revealed herself.
And I think that right now there may be some sort of...
What do you mean by... | ||
What do you mean by that?
And look, there's no conspiracies, but there's no coincidences.
She comes out in a clearly a psy-op, right?
Because they're trying to say, take the Zach Voorhees and all these other people, the anti-vaxxers, the Trump people, the January 6th crowd, you got to de-platform them, right?
Why do you say it's, why do you, why do you believe it's related?
unidentified
|
I just think that it's an interesting coincidence, and I see that this seems to be a media play.
We've got essentially a left-wing whistleblower whose complaint is essentially that Facebook doesn't censor enough.
She says that they only censor 3%, it should be 100%.
So her complaint is that they're not censoring 33 times more than they are today.
And now there's going to be this testimony tomorrow.
And so I just think that right now we're kind of in the middle of a performative act, and now that Facebook is going down, that could be part of that performative act.
But I'm just speculating.
I don't have, you know, any inside knowledge.
When you say performative act, you mean from outside hackers trying to show you how vulnerable Facebook is?
Somebody internally? | ||
What do you mean performative act?
unidentified
|
I possibly think that this This Facebook whistleblower very conveniently comes and sort of hides all the other Facebook whistleblowers that have come out.
Project Veritas has had four and you can find them on the internet until this whistleblower came on and now she's going to basically gobble up all of the internet real estate space when people are trying to search for the crimes that Facebook has done.
Now they're going to get this whistleblower And not any of the other whistleblowers that have come before.
Interesting. | ||
Zach, what's your book?
How do people get to your new book and how do people follow you?
unidentified
|
Check out my new book. | |
We've got some previews available on Amazon.com.
You can also check it out at GoogleLeaksBook.com.
And if you want to follow me and see some of my thoughts, check me out at twitter.com slash perpetual maniac.
Zach, we'd like you to stay.
We're going to we're going to maybe come back to you before the end of the show.
So this is all breaking news.
So thank you very much. | ||
I appreciate it. | ||
Zach Voorhees, the Google whistleblower, Project Veritas.
Joe, you had something to say?
I actually was going to ask Zach something.
I think he can maybe answer because there are In the far out sort of conspiratorial realm, notions that maybe Facebook did this intentionally in order to eliminate certain evidence or possible damning data.
Hang on. | ||
Let me tether you back to Earth for a second.
It's more than just Facebook.
This is broader than just Facebook, right?
The question becomes... All the outages are not because... I don't necessarily think that an outage means that Facebook lost all their data, right?
So you're talking about internal Facebook servers versus the connectivity of those servers to the broader Internet or to their other... Obviously they have distributed server centers.
And we're hearing, I think the New York Times said there's going to be a flight, a team, out to the California one.
Check this out. | ||
But that's okay. | ||
Let's take a short break.
When we return, by the way, Joe Allen has warned us about the Internet of Things for a long time.
Short break. | ||
Sherry Markson. | ||
Bombshell revelations coming out of Sherry Markson in Australia.
We're going to go to Australia next.
We're also going to come back to this issue.
Just hang on. | ||
Back in the world. | ||
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, looks like a cascading event across the country and Twitter may have given us a heads up about what that is.
Yeah, so we were just talking about cascading issues.
So Twitter support just posted this tweet within five minutes ago.
Sometimes more people than usual use Twitter.
We prepare for these moments, but today didn't go exactly as planned.
This has been fixed. | ||
Sorry about that. | ||
So what you're seeing now is that as different apps and different services go down, the people that are bulk users of those are moving en masse into other areas.
And as they're going to try to communicate with other forms, they can't handle it because it's this sheer number of people.
They're flooding the waves, basically.
Could you just check on Verizon and AT&T where I bring on Sherry Marks and check that because... Yeah, I'll see if they put anything up.
These are also other massive platforms.
By the way, can we get... Am I ready?
Can we actually get the Daily Mail map up?
Can we show the Daily Mail map?
I want to actually show we got it, Denver.
We have it? | ||
Let's put it up. | ||
Okay, put that up for the podcast and radio audience.
This is a map done by the Daily Mail to show basically the outages.
Geographically, it's every major population center.
It's every population center.
I mean, for instance, I'm not teasing.
We say Idaho, Montana, Wyoming.
You see the blanks there.
The North Dakota is obviously in the central part of the United States, but every population center.
I'm telling you, this is what day one of a Taiwan invasion scenario would look like.
We have talked about unrestricted warfare and how they've talked about the three modes of that.
One is information, cyber.
The second is economic.
The third is kinetic. | ||
And they never want to fight kinetically.
In information cyber warfare, the first part is the PSYOP and the psychological warfare, right?
To break you and make sure you don't have a will to resist.
But the cyber part, you know, Doctrine 101, as you know from the Navy, this is how it starts.
This is called denial. | ||
This would be cyber denial.
Denial of service. | ||
I think more people were saying is that, you know, what about a situation where China is able to hack into U.S.
Navy systems, but not necessarily the classified systems, the weapons systems, but hack into the system and say, hey, we want this ship to go here, we want that ship to go there, and then just turn things off by a degree or two.
We've, you know, people have warned about the grip, and we're going to find out about that, we're going to find out about the grip.
And speaking of China...
Yes. | ||
Let's go now to the Sky News' amazing investigative reporter, the author of the book, What Really Happened in the Wuhan Lab, Sherry Markson, one of the top investigative reporters in the world.
Sherry, what you're releasing now is absolutely the bombshell of all bombshells.
Walk us through exactly what you're reporting now.
unidentified
|
So this is a new look at Chinese government procurement data that had been virtually deleted, virtually expunged from the Internet.
It's been recovered over the course of the past six months by cyber security analysts who do work for the Australian government and also the US government.
They're called Internet 2.0.
And they started looking into this topic as part of the investigation for my book.
They turned their attention to what exactly China was doing.
What was what was the government doing during 2019?
What was it buying? | ||
And they finally completed that six months worth of work.
Some of this is in my book, and some of it is new that I've reported on today.
And that is that there was a buy-up of PCR machines, coronavirus testing machines, equipment that also tests for other pathogens and does DNA sequencing as well.
There was a buy-up of coronavirus testing machines in the second half of 2019, specifically in Wuhan.
And this spending really kicked off in July 2019.
There was a buy-up of these machines in the animal testing bureaus by PLA Laboratories.
There was even one purchase at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which is recorded in my book in November 2019.
Now, this might be a big indication that there was an outbreak earlier than the Chinese government authorities actually admitted.
But it's not conclusive.
It's part of the puzzle.
Other experts I spoke to say it could have been China stepping up its virological research as part of the Global Virome Project.
So it does need to be taken in context.
But it is still bombshell findings that there was this big buy-up of coronavirus testing equipment starting in July 2019.
Well, you know, and Sherry, I've watched your documentary, which is fantastic.
Everybody needs to go see that.
We've read the book. | ||
One thing that you do also talk about is those World Military Games that were held in Wuhan.
That, of course, was September 2019.
So what we're talking about now, would that actually fit with the time frame that you laid out in the book?
unidentified
|
Well, it's really interesting because when I was doing this investigation for my book, I thought the virus had leaked Either in September or at least there's clear evidence and I present that evidence that the Wuhan Institute of Virology became aware that there was a viral outbreak in mid-September and then they take a whole lot of steps to cover it up.
But when I interviewed Mike Pompeo, he said to me that there are data points that actually indicate the virus could have leaked earlier in July or August 2019.
We haven't seen that yet.
So it's really interesting.
Well, until today, until this new Chinese government official procurement data shows they were buying up coronavirus testing machines.
What that says to me, yeah.
I was going to say, what that says to me is that he may have had access from classified information and not been able to be talking about it, but kind of hinted at it when you spoke with him.
unidentified
|
Well, I think he had other intelligence as well that obviously isn't public yet.
But, you know, he was the director of the CIA as Secretary of State.
He had access to all of the top secret intelligence.
So for him to say that there's data points that suggest an outbreak in July or August 2019 is very credible.
I just want to go, Sherry, I want to go, but hit the rewind button.
Tell our American audience exactly what went down, because this is a bombshell of bombshells.
Tell us exactly what you found, how it came about, and what are the results of that?
What are the results of these findings?
And this is not The War Room, or we've got to have Joe Hoff on now at Gateway Pundit.
This is coming from Australian government sources.
unidentified
|
So when I was writing my book, What really happened in Wuhan, which is finally out now, I approached cyber security analysts, Dave Robertson and Robert Potter.
They're from Internet 2.0.
As I say, they've done work both for the Australian and United States government.
And I asked them if they had any data that that was relevant to my investigation.
And so they started drilling into the Chinese government procurement data.
So this is what the Chinese government was buying in 2019.
And it had been virtually wiped from the internet.
They needed to recover that data.
This, look, actually this project started in December last year.
This has been a long time coming.
They were able to recover some of that data in time for my book.
The rest of it has been released today and it shows that there was a buy-up of coronavirus testing equipment, PCR machines, in the second half of 2019, specifically in Wuhan.
Now, As I say, I've got to couch it.
We don't know exactly what the Chinese government was doing with these PCR machines, but it does raise serious questions that the outbreak started months and months and months before China admitted it to the world.
And this is, people should understand, going back in the timeline, it was late December, January, when it finally became evident, but the military gains, I think people might have been affected, were in September, and you, in your interviewing with Mike Pompeo, he said, hey, it might have even been earlier than October, it might have even been in July or August.
So you were pointing to the book is What Really Happened in Wuhan.
She's also got an amazing documentary.
President Trump's interviewed in the documentary that you can get on YouTube.
We'll send the link so you can go right to it.
unidentified
|
Yes, ma'am. | |
Thank you. | ||
And can I just say something else that actually might be of interest to your audience?
You know, everyone says that this is probably an accidental leak.
Most people I interviewed say that.
But there was one person who said it was deliberate and that it was deliberately released during the time of the World Military Games.
And that was Wei Jingsheng.
He is China's most famous defector to America.
He spent 18 years in Chinese prisons for standing up to the Communist Party regime.
He was previously a Communist Party insider.
He grew up in the same compound as Chinese President Xi Jinping.
His brother was best friends with Xi Jinping.
And he said that he found out about the virus spreading in October 2019 during the time of the military games.
And he says categorically, in my book and in the documentary, he says that he believed it was a deliberate release of the virus.
No one else agrees with him, but I chose to include his comments because I think He is someone who knows the regime, he understands the regime and he, you know, he deserves to be heard.
Hey, I named War and Pandemic because of my, you know, working with Miles Guo.
Miles Guo said in early December, early, excuse me, January, when they canceled, in mid-January, when they canceled the Chinese New Year's, essentially.
He has been adamant, and I've always disagreed with Miles.
I said, hey, it clearly came from the lab, but I think it's an accident.
He says, absolutely no way.
Absolutely 100% they released it on purpose.
So he's been absolutely adamant.
unidentified
|
You know what it is, Steve?
Because I said to Wei Jingsheng, why do you say this when everyone else says it's accidental?
And what Wei Jingsheng says is that in the West, we give everyone the benefit of the doubt.
We can't imagine that a government would deliberately release a virus.
He says, you can't imagine that a government would be deliberately killing its own people.
But he can believe that, I guess, because of the cruel way he was treated 18 years in Chinese prisons.
92 million people before him have died through this regime and of course 400 million forced abortion.
Sherry, how do people get to you, the documentary, the book, and your social media?
This is a blockbuster from Sherry Markson.
unidentified
|
Well the book is out now which is so exciting what really happened in Wuhan and it's available on Barnes & Noble or Amazon or wherever you get your books.
The documentary's on YouTube, just type in what really happened in Wuhan.
And I'm at Shari Markson, that's my My handle.
Thank you, Steve, for your support and yours as well, Jack.
Thank you guys so much. | ||
You're a superstar, I've got to tell you.
You've come into your own.
This has been the most important story out there and every day.
This blockbuster today, I've got to tell you, some people have some explaining to do.
Many people, in the media in particular.
Sherry Markson, thank you very much.
The much vilified... | ||
The much vilified Sherry Markson.
Thank you very much. | ||
Short break. | ||
We're running behind, but there's a global, it looks like a Facebook situation.
Looks like it could be cascading.
Maybe it's under control now.
We're going to have Joe Hoff about cascading financial collapse in China.
In addition, we've got Senior Chief Petty Officer Gallagher, we've got Bernie Kerik, and we're talking about Colonel Scheller in the second half of the war room.
Stay tuned. | ||

War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, we're running a little behind on the show, and the reason is we've got so much breaking news on whatever the situation is with Facebook, we'll say it's cascading across the country.
Make sure, you guys, as Pacific said, Mike Lindell turns out he's right.
You warned us about the big hack!
Make sure you go to bed and say, couldn't be hacked!
Couldn't be done! | ||
It's the machines! | ||

|
I wonder if... | |
I can't even get it out. | ||
I wonder if Mark Zuckerberg needs a cyber symposium.
Whoa! | ||
Whoa! | ||
Come on, Mark. | ||
Come on, Mark. | ||
What a full heckle. | ||
What's happening? | ||
DownDetector is a website that tracks this stuff.
That's all they do daily basis.
They're the experts. | ||
They're the top. | ||
They're the gold standard for this.
And I don't mean CISA with Krebs and all that.
No, this is the legit. | ||
If you need to know something, they're saying it's the largest Facebook outage they've ever seen.
Forbes is now reporting that Mark Zuckerberg's personal wealth, his net wealth has gone down, he's lost 6.6 billion dollars just today on this.
In market cap? | ||
In market cap. | ||
How, anything else about how this has spread, the cascading?
Well you're seeing, this contagion is now, it's contagion is what it is and it's going So every tech stock right now, the Nasdaq, as you can imagine, it's just, they're all taking a bath.
Here's what I find. | ||
Red October, folks. | ||
CNN and MSNBC would not cover this.
The war room actually broke, and by the way, it happened well before five o'clock, and they would not cover it.
Very interesting. | ||
Okay, let's go, we got a lot to get through this last half hour.
I want to go to Joe Hoff. | ||
Joe is Jim Hoff's, they co-run Gateway Pundit, but Joe spent decades in Hong Kong, in China.
He knows the Chinese financial system as well as anything.
Joe, you've got kind of a blockbuster story up on Gateway Pundit right now.
You said it begins. | ||
Walk us through. | ||
You're saying you actually see a financial collapse of China coming.
What do you mean by that?
Yeah, it's not coming. | ||
It's already here, Steve.
And I've written about this a couple of years ago, really starting a couple of years ago.
And it was like Trump saw it.
And I saw it. | ||
And I think anybody that goes in and out of China after a period of time could see it with their own eyes and talking to people as well.
The problem that China has is similar to what we had in 2008.
It's the same problem. | ||
They overbuilt real estate and there aren't people in the real estate that can afford it and even live in it.
So they have all this property.
It's a real estate crisis.
All this property that's sitting all over the place, all over the country.
That has been built, but there's just nobody in it, and at first I thought it was... But Joe, it's worse than a real estate crisis, because it's in the shadow.
The problem is, is here, as bad as we were, you at least were supposed to have regulators and a quasi-regulated savings and loan, given our crisis in the 80s and 90s, FDIC banks, all of it, and we still had a crisis.
Here you've got the shadow banking.
I mean, we don't have time today.
We'll put it up tomorrow.
These are struggle sessions.
These are at Lao Bai Jing.
Old Hunter names are showing up at the regional headquarters for Evergrande.
And the cops are actually giving them, you know, they're sitting in the board meeting.
There's a video of a woman putting a knife up to her neck.
and saying, hey, all my money's gone, I'm going to cut my throat right here because I've got nothing to live for.
And the rest of the La Baijing in the meeting with the company management, the junior managers are like, they're yelling for their throats to be cut for the guys at the company.
And they're saying, where's my blood money? Where you got your...
unidentified
|
Whoa, whoa, whoa. | |
What? | ||
This is... | ||
So we're getting this and keep in mind, we're in the fog of war on a lot of this.
Quoting Wall Street Journal, Facebook has informed employees that the reasons for the outage of the site services are currently unknown.
Wow. | ||
So it is not. | ||
By the way, that is that is very, very serious.
This is more than a DNS, the DNS stuff.
I'd like to know what's going on in the NSC right now, what's going on in the Pentagon, the fifth ring right now.
This is why I said so odd about CNN and MSNBC did not pick this up, and nobody at the White House.
Where's all their sources all of a sudden, MSNBC?
Ken Delanian, call up your buddies at CIA, Langley, have they not given you something?
Call your handler, Ken.
At five o'clock. | ||
War Room was starting coverage of this before, and we made a decision to move things back, right, to get Zach Voorhees on and get Joe Allen on at the last second.
I actually called Pasovic and asked Pasovic to come down from his studio.
I said, I think this is big enough, right?
My ivory tower. | ||
Yeah, his ivory tower. | ||
So Joe, the shadow banking on top of everything.
The poor Chinese people, Lao Bai Jing doesn't know where their money is right now.
Tell us what is going to happen here.
Well, so that's the problem, Steve.
They overbuilt, and then the banks couldn't You know, couldn't nobody was making their, you know, paying their bills.
And so the banks don't have any money and then the short-term debt.
I've wrote about this couple years ago.
They had a crisis and that there wasn't enough money to even pay short-term debt.
There was that then they started borrowing in US dollars.
The US dollar got stronger all the debt in US dollars.
It just increases incredibly and then mix that in with just various things.
Oh no, there's dozens. | ||
debt or the off balance sheet accounts.
There was estimates a couple of years ago that there were six trillion sitting in off balance sheet accounts with all these banks in China.
So God knows where that's at now.
And included in that would have been ever, you know, ever, ever grand.
So you know, they're just they're just one.
I think they're just one company out of out of a lot.
Oh, no, it's finally there's dozens.
There's dozen. | ||
What? | ||
Yeah. | ||
So given you worked in Hong Kong, we got a bounce.
But for people out there in the audience right now, how's this going to impact?
How's this going to impact their personal lives?
If you start to see a rolling domino effect of a collapse of the Chinese real estate market that will take down the shadow banking market that will basically put Lao Bajing, who has very little money now, but they put 50 cents of all their slave wages they put into these institutions, whether real estate or these banks, and they're going to be wiped out immediately.
Apparently, Zuckerberg is live right now.
unidentified
|
Here's what I think. | |
It's a perfect storm. | ||
Everything's happening right now.
Think about it. | ||
This crisis in China is real.
That's why, actually, with your last guest, and I've been writing about this, I think there's a distinct possibility that China dropped the COVID because their economy was failing.
They wanted to bring everybody else's down.
They didn't want to be the only economy in the world that was being destroyed because Trump Trump had put them in a real hurting position through his policies, and media wouldn't report that, but that is why they would have done it.
It's just for an economic reason, so they weren't the only black sheep on the block.
unidentified
|
So, all this ties together.
There's people like Miles Guo and these other defectors that are closer to your side of the football than to say, hey, first off, we know it came out of Wuhan.
We know it came out of a military bioweapons program.
There are people who say, hey, it inadvertently leaked, right?
There's other people, particularly Chinese expatriates, saying no way.
The CCP knew exactly what was happening.
They let it go. | ||
Joe, The Gateway Pony doing great.
How can people follow you hour by hour, given this crisis in China?
What's your social media handles?
This is great. | ||
So, yeah. | ||
Also, I'm now at Real Talk 93.3, a morning show.
Tomorrow's news today, which I think is appropriate for what we report, and we're trying to have a good time there, but also report the news nobody else is reporting.
We're big fans of yours also.
TheGatewayPundit.com.
Of course, Jim's built a monster here, and so you can reach me there as well.
Joe, fantastic reporting.
And by the way, you and Jim have built something that's extraordinary.
I go to the Gateway Pundit first thing every day.
Thank you very much for joining us.
Thank you, Steve. | ||
Thanks, Jack. | ||
Before I bring in Senior Chief and Bernie, anything else to report here, Pasovic?
Yeah, supposedly... So, okay, this is coming from Insider Paper.
Why are websites and apps causing other problems?
Facebook and their sites are so big that platforms like CloudFare have DNS resolvers worldwide handling 30x more queries than usual.
And potentially causing latency and timeout issues to other platforms.
That's from CloudFlare, so that's your DNS protection service.
So basically what I was saying is that you're having this huge bulk volume of traffic now hitting other servers that weren't used to getting that quantity at the same time.
Are they explaining, is that AT&T and the Verizon takedown, the Daily Mail, we'll get it back up, not right now, but the map of the country, it's all the population centers throughout the country.
It's the Population Series.
Now Zuckerberg, and I'm getting some of the data from his speech or some of the back brief from his speech, they're saying that he's giving a long-winded speech, he's talking about free expression.
We know he doesn't stand for that, obviously, but he has yet to actually address the fact that Facebook is down.
Just a strange... There's another issue that's come up with this great warrior, Lieutenant Colonel Scheller, that's come up over the last couple days.
I want to bring in Senior Chief Petty Officer Eddie Gallagher.
Uh, of the Pipe Hitters Foundation and also the one and only Bernie Kerrick, former police commissioner of New York City during 9-11 and one of the great law enforcement figures in this country.
Senior Chief, walk through, what happened the other day?
Colonel Scheller, I guess he was on Facebook or somewhere with this kind of diatribe against a bunch of people including General Flynn, President Trump and some of President Trump's family.
Can you explain to us what went on?
unidentified
|
Yeah, sure. | |
You know, I'll give you the quick, quick backstory.
Obviously, Lieutenant Colonel Scheller put out that initial video asking for accountability from our military leaders.
After that, he felt the weight of the military come down on him.
He became Sort of famous.
And I think that was a lot of pressure.
He was struggling. | ||
You know, we were advising him as best we could, but then he ended up putting out a statement on Facebook, which where he did not have a lot of good things to say about former President Trump or many others either.
And I can tell you right now that our foundation does not agree with those things that he said.
As a matter of fact, we feel the opposite.
We are eternally grateful for Trump and what he did for us and for this country.
But at the same time, when I saw him put out that statement, I did not see a man trying to exercise his political beliefs or make a statement.
I saw a cry for help. | ||
You know, I and my family know all too well the amount of stress that is put on you once the military wants to come after you.
And I can just tell he was struggling.
And, you know, that is why we're going to continue to support Lieutenant Colonel Scheller, even though we do not agree with some of his statements.
So, Bernie, let me bring you in here.
Ash, both of you have got to stay over this break because of this breaking news about the Facebook situation.
We're running a little behind.
So, Bernie, tell me, you've been an advisor to Senior Chief Petty Officer Gallagher.
You're one of the guys that got involved in this initially and wanted to make sure that this Colonel Scheller, you know, really got a fair treatment from the National Security State.
Tell us what's going on.
Well, here's what I think, Steve.
I'm getting a lot of feedback.
uh... | ||
it here's here's a guy that watched thirty greenside he basically that watched the american government went to afghanistan and annihilate uh... seven afghan children uh... and do you know it's uh... it's taken a toll on him it's a good tool on his psyche uh...
is family is devastated over what's happened uh... it here's a guy sitting around at one two in the morning uh... haven't won uh... but was it too many and went on a rant uh...
Um, and I think, you know, this is something that happens consistently and Eddie will tell you this, uh, around the world with guys that spend, uh, 15, 20, 25, 30 years in the military.
Um, unfortunately this guy wound up on Facebook, uh, when he was on his rant, um, and it went public.
Uh, I don't think anything he said negates the fact.
That there is, there should be accountability for what happened in Afghanistan, or negates the fact that this guy's being persecuted, shouldn't be in the brig, shouldn't be held by the government.
You know, nobody, me, Eddie, Eddie's family, the pipe hitters, none of us agree with anything he said.
But I think in a situation like this, and especially somebody that ran You know, I had 55,000 men and women under my command in the NYPD.
I know how these things happen. I know why they happen.
And sometimes you have to take a back seat and just let it work its way out.
But for the most part, we have to support this guy.
Let's take a short break.
I think one of the questions we want to ask and get back, particularly given the pipe hitters and given the Senior Chief Petty Officer and his great wife are involved, people look up to that organization and want to ask a question.
For people that, hey, maybe gave money, because I understand a lot of money is raised quickly, that are sitting there going, hey, I hear that, but what do you say about President Trump and other people?
Just don't cut the wrong way.
So we've got to take a short commercial break.
We're gonna be back with Senior Chief Petty Officer Eddie Gallagher of Pipe Hitters.
Of course, Bernie Kerik, one of the advisors over there, talking about Lieutenant Colonel Shelley.
Got Jack Posovic's been good enough to pop over here from Human Events, co-host this, where we talk about this Facebook situation.
Back in a second. | ||
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, we're going to go to Jack Posobiec.
We had an update on this Facebook situation.
Yeah, the update is that it appears that Facebook is showing some signs of life.
Part of the DNS has started to come back up.
I'm checking my personal account, my personal Instagram.
I don't actually use Facebook very much, but it does seem like Facebook might be coming back.
Instagram still, at least on my end, appears to be down.
This could not have, it's impossible that this was because of some maintenance they were doing or an upgrade to the system.
I love Zach Voorhees, but the report he got, the official Facebook report first, it's impossible.
Yeah, they got it up. | ||
So Facebook and Instagram back up for select users after DNS related issue took it down for more than five hours.
So they're still claiming it's DNS-related.
That's the point. | ||
Well, we know that DNS is what we could see, but we don't know what the cause is.
So it's something to do with the connectivity, how the servers connect to the internet.
Okay, got it. | ||
What caused the outage?
Boy, there's no conspiracies, but there's no coincidence.
Tomorrow morning, the whistleblower goes on.
Zuckerberg, real quick.
It's like the one day we don't have Lindell on, by the way.
Well, go to MyPillow.com, promo code WORM.
Seriously, on, um... That is serious.
On, um... | ||
My pillow still works, by the way, no matter... But in his remarks, did he say anything?
Did Zuckerberg say anything?
No, Zuckerberg's talking about free of expression and, you know, we brought back the... we want the Internet... Isn't that bizarre?
Isn't that bizarre to do that right now?
No, it looks like this was a pre-planned speech by Zuckerberg.
He's under dual threat right now, right?
So you had yesterday, you've got this fake whistleblower going out trying to put him in a box.
MSNBC then comes out That is tempting to throw more fuel on the fire and then losing six literally on stage live losing billions and billions of dollars in front of the world and just goes ahead and a lot of people say you know what more man than machine Mark Zuckerberg but Yeah, that's a weird guy.
He's on the spectrum. | ||
Okay, let's go back to the situation with Lt.
unidentified
|
Col. | |
Scheller, who many people look at as a hero.
Obviously, there's some issues.
But C&C Petty Officer Gallagher, people think so highly of you and the pipe hitters.
A ton of money was raised very, very quickly, right?
What about people who say, hey, look, I hear you guys.
He needs special care. | ||
We've got to make sure that the Marine Corps deals with the issues they've got in the chain of command that he brought up and not persecute him.
But if people, let's say, hey, look, I gave money, but now that I look at those Facebook, particularly General Flynn, President Trump and his family, I just don't want to support it anymore.
Are you prepared to open it up?
If people want their money back, can they do that?
unidentified
|
In fact, we have been working all day today and giving people their money back if they are asking for it.
You know, it's understandable given the climate that we're in, but we're also telling them, you know, the Pipe Bidder Foundation was formed to help people that are in a crisis.
You know, as a board, when we agree to help people, we're not helping them on their best day.
And so, you know, if this guy is in a crisis, so is his family.
So we are going to continue to raise money for them and help them out.
Okay, so you'll give the money back to anybody, so everybody knows if you go to Pipeheaders, if you're upset about this, you want your money back, Senior Chief and his wife and the board over there, you know, just contact them and get your money back.
However, you're not cutting Colonel Scheller loose.
Pipeheaders stands in back of him?
unidentified
|
That's correct. | |
You know, and I've stated this before, you know, this man served his country honorably for 17 years in combat zones.
You know, that none of whatever he said that does not negate the fact that he served his country.
And, you know, he served it for both sides of the aisle.
So, you know, we even though we disagree with some of his statements, we what we're doing for him stands in line with our why.
And so yeah, we're gonna we're gonna continue to support him.
Hey, Bernie, give our audience, I realize you can't give the details of what they're saying, but where does it stand right now with Colonel Scheller?
Is it going to be a trial?
Is he got the possibility of getting a dishonorable discharge?
I mean, there seems to be a lot of contention in this, and it's a lot more involved than I think most people know.
But can you tell us generally the framework of what people should be thinking about when they think of Colonel Scheller, these charges from the military?
Well, first thing you think of, Steve, is he said something that everybody in this country was thinking.
And they were afraid to say it.
Every person that's in the United States military today was questioning the authority of the people at the top and what happened.
And this is a guy, he's the only guy, that came forward to say something about it.
Unfortunately, he handled it wrong once the power of the government came down on top of him.
Right now, his attorneys are working, talking, communicating, coordinating with the government uh... what we're trying to do is basically get him out of the military get him out let him go about his business uh... let him move on with his life he's got three young children and and right now as he says you know this is a guy in total crisis uh... had no conception of what would happen because he wanted accountability
for the murders of thirteen marines and uh... you know just you know that weight really hammered him so uh... hopefully we can get it all resolved i think bernie and senior chief sum it up pretty well Senior Chief over at Pipe Hitters.
You're with guys on their worst day, not their best days.
Senior Chief, how do people get to Pipe Hitters?
A. If they want their money back.
B. To find out more of what you're going to do, particularly in this situation and others.
How do people get to you?
unidentified
|
Yeah, you go right on to PipeHitterFoundation.org.
Obviously, we have the portal set up for everybody that we're helping, not just Lieutenant Colonel Scheller, but if you want to get your money back, you can message us on PipeHitterFoundation.org and we will get that done for you.
Okay, we're going to get your guys' social media up.
I want to thank, Bernie, thank you for putting this together.
Senior Chief, always thank you for taking time.
Appreciate it. | ||
unidentified
|
Appreciate it, Steve. | |
Thank you. | ||
Jack, update. | ||
You have got, by the way, something out there.
If you're not following BG on the scene on Twitter, you really gotta follow this guy.
He always goes to where the action is.

By the way, we were supposed to have a whole thing on the debt ceiling today.
Didn't Rushdie say that?
