It's Mitch McConnell and the Senate is trying to accommodate the Biden administration.

No on any continued resolution.
No on any raise the debt ceiling.
No to anything on the on the green infrastructure bill, which is a disaster and a joke.
And no, obviously, on this insane, whatever the reconciliation bill, whatever you call the 3.5 trillion madness.

So right now we've locked him up because this audience.

You're going to have all the numbers up there, particularly Mitch McConnell's office.
You've got to light up Mitch today and say, under these guys, because people talk to senior leadership over there and to the conference, say, oh, well, this is a win.

You know, I want to play, if we have to, make sure Denver gets ready.

The Democrats know the internal polling is they control the House, they control the Senate, they control 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, they control the executive branch.
They understand they're shutting down their government.

They haven't had the common decency or courtesy to walk you through a plan on an appropriations bill or a budget.
And the reason they're not doing it with continuing resolutions, it's a trillion dollars to a trillion and a half dollars systemic deficits in perpetuity.

All this madness, this orgy, and the running around talking big talk, well you got to give me a top-line number.
It's all crap.
It's just to radically, radically transform.
And Betsy McConaughey now, because they haven't put out the document, she's gotten into it, you're going to be stunned.

Remember when they were asked in a debate, do you want to abolish ICE?
Every single Democrat presidential candidate said, except one, raised his or her hand and said yes.
Well, they've done that, only they haven't had to abolish ICE.
All they've done is issue illegal executive decrees that tell ICE officers, you cannot deport people, you cannot arrest people anymore.
Then you combine that with the stopping of the building of the wall, and the end of the Remain in Mexico policy.
Those are three intentional acts, and those three things have caused this flood of illegal immigration.
You take away those three things?
Those three intentional things?
The crisis stops.
It ends tomorrow.

And haven't federal judges now said you have to undo it?
I mean, this is not Kobach in the war room and Gateway Pundit.
This is federal judges saying, hey, look, I don't think you can do what you're trying to do.

So there is already a federal judge who has ruled on one of those things, the Remain in Mexico policy, a month ago.
Federal judge, Northern District of Texas, said it is illegal to stop the Remain in Mexico policy the way you're doing it.
If you're going to stop it, you have to detain everyone.
You can't just turn them loose in the United States.
The Biden administration immediately appealed to the Fifth Circuit, said, stay that decision.
We can't follow that.
Then they went to the Supreme Court.
Please, stay the judge's ruling.
Supreme Court said, no, we're not going to stay it.
So that means they are obliged by a federal judge to reenact the Remain in Mexico policy, restart it.
And their response was, well, they issued a statement.
Well, we're going to comply with the judge.
We're going to start complying.
We'll start talking to Mexico.
No, that's not what the judge ordered.
The judge ordered them to immediately turn these aliens around, send them back into Mexico, which, by the way, is the country they just walked through.
The second policy, I have a case representing the Texas sheriffs and counties that we're waiting for a preliminary injunction.
Could come down any day now.
It's been on the judge's desk for a while.
But of course, that's a good sign because if he's going to write an opinion, it's going to stand up in court.
It's got to be a good opinion.
So hopefully we'll get it.
And that's on the interior enforcement.

Chris Story tell her story about her brother.

My brother, Joe Story, and I were on vacation at the Outer Banks in North Carolina.
An illegal alien who was drunk ran a red light, causing a crash, killed my brother instantly, critically injured me.
He fled from the hospital and then they took him to Raleigh and detained him there.
Brought him back to Manteo, and he requested a bond reduction hearing.
The first judge said, no way.
You're an illegal alien.
You fled already.
No way will I reduce your bond.
It was $100,000.
So then he requested another bond reduction hearing, where the judge, who was married to an immigration attorney, reduced his bond from $100,000 to $50,000.
And he, of course, fled again.
I begged for an ankle monitor.
I mean, anybody in their right mind would know he was going to flee again.
He was from Honduras.
Then, in 2019, he got put on the ICE Top 10 Most Wanted list.
And recently, in June, Biden took six out of the top ten most wanted on ICE lists and excused them.
Said their crimes did not warrant being on a wanted list.
They got him for negligent homicide, vehicular manslaughter, and two felony counts serious injury.
He devastated my family and he's out there walking free now.
Our family is devastated forever.
And, you know, I think about him a lot because I'm thinking, next time he might kill the whole family, you know, I mean, and they let him walk free.

That's what... And Steve, on top of that, you tried to get some information because he changed his name possibly to...

When they put him on the top 10 most wanted list, his name is Luis Alberto Rodriguez.
And he has hyphenated it and added Castro.
And I'm like, well, how do you know he added Castro?
I mean, has he committed another crime?
How do you know that?
And they told me, because of his privacy rights, they could not tell me anything about him.
And he's an illegal alien from Honduras who killed somebody.
And I think he may have committed another crime, because when they reduced his bond, I said, so you're letting him walk free to possibly kill a whole family.

The point is, the moral of the story is, Chris's story is not a unique story.
There are stories like this all over the country.
And the sad thing is, what the current regime is doing now is going to cause more of them.

We are not going to pick them up anymore.

Well, first and foremost, every county in this nation is a border county right now.
The drug cartels are deeply entrenched throughout this United States.
We are currently working very complex Title III wiretap investigations where we are following individuals deep down to the border.
Those who have actually come into the United States in the last several months are now working directly for the cartels.
We're following it back down to the border, most recently down to McAllen, Texas, on a flight where they're meeting with cartels.
They're organizing the transportation of large, massive amounts of drugs, bringing them all the way up to Maryland.
And just yesterday on my way up to D.C., I got a phone call from a councilman who told me he got a phone call.
He's also a slumlord.
He got a phone call asking to clear out 10 of his houses.
To make room for 10 Haitian immigrant families that are coming to Wicomico County, Maryland.
But this is just one of 3,100 counties throughout the nation that are being affected every single day by these reckless policies of the Biden administration.
They are absolutely extremely destructive.
They're destroying counties across this country.
I'm seeing it every day.
And while we Americans only make up 7% of the world's total population, now 68% of the world's total drugs are consumed in the United States every single year.
The Mexican cartels have vowed to saturate the United States with crystal methamphetamine, heroin, and fentanyl.
We've seen a massive increase in fentanyl alone in the state of Maryland.
Our overdoses have gone through the roof.
We had it under control this time last year.
They have skyrocketed exponentially.
Every family is affected right now by the tragic One sheriff and every single sheriff.

So, the illegal alien population and the cartels always respond to what the U.S.
government is doing.
Now, in the past, we've had, okay, Obama's proposing an amnesty, or the Gang of Eight in the Senate's proposing an amnesty, and that causes a surge.

What we have now is, you have talk of an amnesty, but you also have the Biden administration shutting down all interior enforcement across the United States.
And you have the end of the Remain in Mexico policy, so they're sending all of the signals simultaneously, come now, nothing's going to happen to you, we'll process you into the country, and you'll get a little piece of paper that says maybe show up at an ICE office if you want to within 60 days, and of course the vast majority don't.
It's a joke, and worse than a joke, it is an open invitation that is being sent like never before in our country's history.

The border is wide open.
I mean, yes, Trump completed about 400 miles of wall, but the border is almost 2,000 miles long.
And we only had about 100 miles in place before he started.
And Texas is the state that is most wide open.
That's why Texas is where the cartels are focusing right now.
Trump was able to get a lot of wall built in in New Mexico and Arizona and California because those states have what's called the Roosevelt Reservation.
That's a federal government easement.
You don't have to go through any property rights issues.
You just start building.
But Texas was kind of last in line and now Texas is first in line for the cartels.

One of the reasons I admire you, you go to where the action is.
You're now backing these frontline sheriffs in these counties, and this is what I love about it.
These are principally hard-scrabbled, working-class Hispanic counties, right?

So tell us about those sheriffs.
What are you doing to have their back?

Well, so we brought this lawsuit.
It's in federal district court in Galveston, in the Southern District of Texas.
So we're waiting for, hopefully, a preliminary injunction soon in that case.
But the sheriffs have provided all kinds of evidence and affidavits in this case.
In Kinney County, for example, the number of crimes between when Biden took office and the end of July is more than double what the number of crimes was last year, in 2020, during the Trump administration.
You go through each of our counties, some cases the number of arrests has tripled.
In other cases, it's another factor, but the point is, there has been a huge explosion of crime in these counties, and these sheriffs are supposed to be, you know, they want to protect their citizens against the normal level of crime, but when you double it, and they don't have an automatic doubling of deputies, they don't have a doubling of their detention space, suddenly they're at wit's end, and that's why they're suing, because they are trying to do their job.

I'm grateful for what they are doing, and frankly, the governor of Texas has stepped up more than any other governor.

Where do they take it to the maximum?

Well, Ken Paxton, gotta give credit to him.
He's the only Only State Attorney General who's actually bringing multiple, multiple lawsuits to try to stop, and our lawsuit is alongside his.
They could be spending more money on the wall.
They should be building it faster, building more of it, building it to the highest standard possible.
They could be doing even more with their state law enforcement.

They are dangerously understaffed right now.
We could put the National Guard on the border.
The concern there, obviously, is then Joe Biden can federalize them and take over.

None of them are perfect options, but I think we throw everything at that border and stop the flow of illegals.
And if we have to shut down our border and all the entry points, we do that.
