Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
unidentified
|
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
unidentified
|
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.

|
Pandemic. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union and shall protect each of them against invasion and domestic violence and guarantee a Republican form of government We need every state, every red state, because the blue ones won't do it, to send and invoke Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution to tell the President that we are being invaded.
Now, invasion, properly defined by most, says it's an unauthorized, uninvited, unwelcomed incursion in your territory or property.
This is not authorized by the state of Texas.
It's not welcomed by the state of Texas or any other Republican state that I know, and they're not invited.
And so, every red state should invoke this clause now because every red state is being impacted and the blue states apparently don't care.
Laura, when I say a revolution has begun, they are allowing this year probably 2 million—that's who we apprehend—and maybe another million into this country.
At least in 18 years, even if they all don't become citizens before then and can vote in 18 years, if every one of them has two or three children, you're talking about millions and millions and millions of new voters.
And they will thank the Democrats and Biden for bringing them here.
Who do you think they're going to vote for?
So this is coming. | ||
unidentified
|
This is trying to take over our country without firing a shot.
Okay, welcome. | ||
We're in the War Room. | ||
It is Friday, the 17th of September, the Year of Our Lord 2021.
I want to thank Real America's Voice for all of our distribution platforms.
Of course, G-News and G-TV were simulcast in both Mandarin and now Japanese.
And of course, the John Fredericks Radio Network.
You can get us everywhere live.
If you ask the question, where can you get to War Room, just simplest, just go to warroom.org.
Send everybody to warroom.org.
You can catch all the streams right there.
I want to go, by the way, Boris Epstein is anchoring in the studio today.
We've got a lot of wood to chop, a lot of stuff to go through, but I want to go to Del Rio, Texas.
And Todd Bensman, Senior Correspondent and Senior Fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies.
He's in Del Rio, Texas, and he will be actually at the bridge by the end of the show.
He joins us from Del Rio.
Todd, the Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, Lieutenant Governor of Texas, is invoking Article 4, Section 4 in the state of Texas about an invasion of the United States.
This is a situation that is wildly out of control, even for the Biden administration.
You've spent your professional life covering this.
You've got books out about it.
You're with the most respected group, the Center for Immigration Studies.
You join us live from Del Rio.
Tell us what's going on with this, obviously, this situation with the Haitians at the International Bridge in Del Rio, Texas.
I think this is what people are saying, there's 10,000 or more.
Tell us what's going on.
unidentified
|
Right. | |
Well, there are 10,000 and more, hundreds by the minute, by the hour, crossing over the Rio Grande and have formed the first Village, I guess, of this size on U.S.
soil that I've ever heard of.
I'm unaware if there has ever been a refugee camp of this size on the U.S.
side. | ||
They are literally pouring in, invited.
I mean, Border Patrol and National Guard are right there, just on their cell phones, watching them kind of come through.
This is a camp that is under the International Bridge.
And then there's probably about a half a mile more of it.
I was in there yesterday on the ground among the immigrants.
They are mostly Haitians and there are some Cubans among them.
I, of course, can't tell exactly where everybody's from, but I did stop and talk to quite a few of them, and they're all from coming out of Chile or Brazil, where they've been living for years.
Don't let anybody tell you that these people are coming from Haiti.
They were living comfortably and securely In Chile and Brazil, and they heard the border was open and they rushed for it.
And there are just thousands of pouring over.
Nobody knows what to do with them.
They're behind a thin chain link fence.
There's hardly anybody to guard them.
Border patrol is thin. | ||
They have to get their own food.
So they let them open a commercial corridor between Mexico and this camp where they come and go as they will to get food and water purchases on the other side.
It is a filthy mess in there.
There are mounds of trash.
I saw that they did bring in some porta potties.
I don't think it's enough.
The place is just a hazard.
And there's nothing that the Biden administration has said about this.
They won't acknowledge it.
Yesterday, they had the city of Del Rio had the big press conference about this for the New York Times and the Washington Post who came down here to see this thing.
They won't talk about it.
And they had the FAA put a ban on drone flights over this thing.
My guess is to prevent Fox News from flying there.
They have a drone team down here that they were flying over that thing.
So it's it's a real mess.
I'm going over to the Mexican side here shortly to see it from that angle and talk to the immigrants about exactly why so many are coming now.
I have my speculations.
Well Bob, I'll give you a short answer because the border's open, they understand they're rushing the border, they can get over it.
Here's a question I think people want to have answered.
How did they actually get across the bridge?
Why weren't either, in the state of Texas, why were not Department of Public Safety, Texas Rangers, Border Patrol, you name it, Val Verde County, Val Verde County Sheriff's, who we support 100% and we support the Mayor of Del Rio, We support the sheriffs down there who are having such a tough time.
But why wasn't some authority in the United States, whether it was a local community sheriff, or whether it was the district attorney, the mayor, the governor, the lieutenant governor, the National Guard, the Army Reserve, or the Texas Reserve, the Texas Rangers, DPS, Well, for one thing, they're not coming over the bridge.
They're coming over the river.
The river is low right now because it's August.
Why did nobody block the bridge and have... why do you now have 10,000 on the American side and not on the Mexican side?
unidentified
|
Well, for one thing, they're not coming over the bridge.
They're coming over the river.
The river is low right now because it's August.
So they're just walking over... they're just walking through the water, splashing across, back and forth.
And there's a stand-down order.
Nobody on the federal side is authorized to do anything except watch them walk past.
And Steve, what they're doing, the process that they put in place is they come right out of the river, and like a carnival barker, Border Patrol hands them these carnival tickets with numbers on them, and then they're going to wait for two, three, four weeks For their number to come up and then they process into the United States.
That's the official Biden policy here.
Nobody is authorized on the federal side to arrest anyone.
The Texas DPS further upstream is doing some arrests for criminal trespass.
They built a fence, but the migrants figured out that they were getting arrested and charged and they came to these crossings, which are under federal control and that stand down order.
That's what's happening.
They're avoiding GPS. | ||
But hang on. | ||
I hear the Lieutenant Governor on Laura Ingraham last night talking a big game.
I'm going to invoke Article 4, Section 4.
Why are they not challenging?
Why is it Texas authorities?
Why are the county authorities?
And we understand they're under tremendous pressure.
But why are they not confronting the federal government?
The federal government has given this a pass.
Why is Greg Abbott and Patrick Right?
And even Attorney General Paxson, who we love, and he's got the endorsement of President Trump, and Val Verde County Sheriffs, and the Del Rio Police.
Why are local and state officials not there and saying, hey, you're not going to do this in Texas?
You may give everybody an open pass to get in the United States of America, but they got, hang on Boris, but they're not going to get, they're not going to get, and I thought, I thought I heard Abbott called out the National Guard last night.
Why are Texas authorities not there confronting the essentially absent American authorities, the federal government authorities?
unidentified
|
One reason, and this is speculative, but one reason is that this is a capacity issue.
When you have thousands and thousands of people coming across and they're already here, you have to put them somewhere.
You have to shelter and feed them.
You have to do something with them.
No, no, no, no, no, no, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, you're buying into that.
No, no, no, no. | ||
If they don't get here, you've got to get them down to the thing and say, hey guys, this is Texas, this is the United States of America, you've got to go back over.
You just got to go back over.
I understand what Biden's doing.
We all understand. | ||
It's time to stop playing games.
If we're going to continue to play games, this is going to happen all the time.
So let me be brutally frank.
Where's Abbott? | ||
I don't need Patrick on Laura Ingraham invoking Article 4, Section 4.
And talk about all the red states come together.
Where are the authorities in the state of Texas down on the waterline saying, hey, guess what?
This is Texas. | ||
That is Mexico. | ||
You've got to go back over there and wait.
Right? | ||
And if the federal government is going to get into it, let's get into it right there.
And where's Val Verde? | ||
The sheriff's in Val Verde County.
And where's the mayor of Del Rio?
Now, look, I understand Del Rio and Val Verde are under enormous pressure.
But why are we buying into the argument that, oh, we got a capacity?
No, we don't have a capacity.
We got a shoreline. | ||
It's called Texas on this side, Mexico on that side, the Rio Grande in between.
And you stay on that side of the river and confront them right now.
Why is the state of Texas not doing that?
unidentified
|
I just I have to go back to jurisdiction.
There are There's a jurisdictional issue here that returning immigrants to Mexico is generally considered a federal authority.
I'm not sure that a Texas DPS trooper can order somebody back or bring them to the bridge.
Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd.
I played it cold open for a reason.
I had the Lieutenant Governor of the state invoke Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution about an invasion.
If they're not going to do it, then local authority has.
Here's the point. | ||
Games are over now. | ||
We're going to talk about the Deathsening of March.
If you want to continue to play, and I'm not picking on you, Todd.
You're the best. | ||
I'm trying to make a point here.
If we're going to continue to just talk and use all this kind of, you know, language, the nomenclature they want you to buy into, trust me, you're going to have another million here in 30 days.
And why wouldn't they? | ||
These people are rational people.
Do not think the Haitians and people coming are not rational.
They're 100% rational.
They got a pretty good life in Chile.
They got a pretty good life in Brazil, in Central America.
But hey, that's pretty good.
It's not coming to El Norte.
It's not in the United States where you're going to get the 3.5 trillion dollar welfare bill.
It's going to cover me on education and everything for our life.
Any rational human being, including anybody in this audience, would be heading north.
Obviously you're going to head north.
And I want to head north now while this feckless, hapless Biden's in office.
But that's why somebody in the system has to say it's time that we bring this to an end.
And if Abbott doesn't do it, he ought to be removed as governor.
And Dan Patrick, I love him, but it's time to stop talking.
And Patrick, why are you not down right there on the border in Del Rio City right there on the water's edge saying no?
And dare the federal authorities to arrest you.
Dare them to arrest you and let it see.
The working-class Hispanics in the Rio Grande Valley, that's why those three congressmen are sitting there fighting Nancy Pelosi.
They understand when they see that that's the end of their political careers.
It's time to start facing reality.
We have the people on our side and we particularly have the hard-working folks in Val Verde County in Del Rio and up and down the Rio Grande Valley.
They understand that it's their state, their city that's being invaded and destroyed.
unidentified
|
and Washington DC is going to play happy talk and also and also the state of Texas is falling in there. Todd Bensman, thoughts, observations? Well I'll tell you that this if the flow of people into this camp continues at the rate that it has been this week, there could be 15-20,000 people packed into there and that extends the timeline that they are stuck in there behind a chain link fence and I was talking
to quite a few border patrol and CBP people in the area They can't be quoted online because there is a, um, media blackout.
And what they're telling me that they're worried about is that, uh, some of these folks are going to get frustrated and tear the gate down.
And then there'll be one of those, uh, kind of Palmel floods into the city.
Uh, I think a lot of the city officials and the Biden administration people are thinking pretty hard about that.
Optic. | ||
They're not, they're not thinking about securing the country.
Yeah. | ||
unidentified
|
Hang on a second. | |
Hang on a second. | ||
Boris, hang on. | ||
Todd, I understand you've got to get to the wall.
Just hang on for a second.
We just want to keep you shortly on the other side of this.
Short commercial break.
We'll be back in a moment.
unidentified
|
Everything's begun. | |
And you are over. | ||
Cause we're taking down the CCP.
Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP.
War Room. Pandemic. With Stephen K. Bannon.

Todd Bensman from Center for Immigration Studies.
Todd is leaving as soon as we finish.
He's heading to the bridge and hopefully we'll get him either on the American or the Mexican side by the end of the show.
Todd, and by the way, Todd, we love you.
I'm not trying to beat you up.
I'm trying to make a point.
If we buy in, if we buy into this madness and just allow these guys to use all this bizarre nomenclature, the country's gone.
And the people that are going to bear the brunt of this understand this.
This is why those three congressmen in the Rio Grande Valley have been standing up to Nancy Pelosi.
They understand this is the end of their political career.
Congressman Vela already retired.
You know why? | ||
He knew it was impossible for him in 22.
This is a lesson. | ||
Forget the Country Club Republican Party.
They're part of the problem.
Why are the Republican congressmen, why is Mitch McConnell, why are they not down there on the shore of the state of Texas saying no?
This is not going to happen.
And Bensman's right. | ||
More are going to come. | ||
It's going to spin out of control because they don't have food, they don't have water, they don't have medical facilities.
They're going to start, and it's a humanitarian crisis we have caused.
We have caused this. | ||
Because they're rational human beings, you can't demonize them.
Of course they're going to try to get to the United States if they got a shot.
Why wouldn't you? | ||
Absolutely, the internal logic is crystal clear.
The Biden administration and other weak politicians of both countries have caused this.
This is the outrage, and we put it on the backs of working class Hispanics and blacks in this country.
Okay? | ||
That's who's going to bear the burden of that in the education system, in the medical system, in the healthcare system, for jobs.
It's outrageous, this is a disgrace, and we no longer can look away, and we can't blame anybody else.
This posse has to go to work, okay?
No more happy talk. | ||
I don't need the Constitution invoked.
I need you down there saying, where's the Texas Rangers?
If we've got to confront Biden, then confront him down there!
You're on the side of the angels.
Todd Bensman, how do people follow you on social media?
And we're gonna let you go down to the, to the, to the, to the, by the way, great reporting.
Your footage is amazing.
And by the way, maybe, maybe we put a drone up and let the FAA come and tell us not to.
We'll just say, why? | ||
Hey, we're just taking pictures to save the country.
No, why not? | ||
Why not? | ||
We're just down, it's called freedom of speech.
We're gonna reach out to, we're gonna reach out to drone guys.
They want to hide this. | ||
They got a blackout? | ||
They got a blackout because they're humiliated and they understand how this plays.
Todd Bensman, how do people follow you?
unidentified
|
That's right, thank you.
T. Bensman at Getter, and I also have Twitter, BensmanTodd.
And right now, my reporting is at cis.org, Center for Immigration Studies, the stuff that I came back from yesterday.
And I'm live Gettering, so you can watch what I'm doing over on the Mexican side here shortly.
I'll be talking to interview, interviews to the immigrants down there.
Trying to figure out, like, how and why they're doing this now.
I probably am going to get, you know, Biden is nice for coming now because we can.
Just like rational people.
Yeah. | ||
I hope when you ask that question, they say, hey, Gringo, that's the dumbest question I've ever heard.
Why am I doing it? | ||
Because I got a shot to get into the United States of America.
unidentified
|
Right. | |
Todd, you're amazing. | ||
Thank you for being here and thank you.
We're going to end the show with you today, so Godspeed.
We'll see you in a little while.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Benzman, we're not here to waste your time.
Benzman's the best. | ||
He's always down. | ||
He's always got the right place to be.
It's like the Weather Nation guys from Real America's Voice.
They were right at the exact place you had to be in Louisiana when the hurricane hit.
Benzman's the same way.
Those guys are very rare.
They know exactly where to be.
Let's play the clip. | ||
If Denver can play the clip from last night on Newsmax, the one and only Dr. Peter Navarro laying it down.
We've got Steve Moore, who I want to get analysis from.
Let's go ahead and roll.
He's in Washington right now.
Him and McSally in Arizona.
Because they can stop all this craziness.
But will they do it? | ||
I don't know. | ||
Look, I don't want any of that.
Three and a half trillion, okay?
That's why the Republicans have to hold firm.
They say one word. | ||
When they come to say, let's bargain, you say no.
No, no, no, no. | ||
We're not doing any of that.
We won't give you the debt ceiling relief unless you back down from all that crazy spending you're doing, because we're spending ourselves into the poorhouse right now.
Okay, I want to come back real quickly before I bring Steve Moore in.
I want to make sure you go to MyPillow.com to program called Warren.
Boris, give me a minute on, under President Trump this never happened.
Boris Epstein, before we go to more about the debt ceiling, why did it not happen under President Trump?
Because President Trump was an actual strong leader who stood up for this country, stood up for America.
And you know, America First isn't just a slogan, right?
That was the action. | ||
Putting America and Americans first.
Joe Biden and his handlers have come in.
And the real answer to your question is, because, you know, why aren't there authorities from Texas, is because they don't want to face off currently, I believe, from my understanding, against the federal government.
Which means that the federal government is acting.
We're effectively allowing an invasion of the United States of America.
That is what's happening.
Let's go to, let's go to the act, which is by the way, let me take, let me take, you get, you get, you get, you get, you get a good, you get a good, you get a B minus on this, but that's okay.
I know how Georgetown is.
I got a pop. | ||
Let me take one more link to that.
It's treason. | ||
Okay, go ahead. | ||
The one more link on this, we talked about treason by General Milley, letting an invasion of America is treason.
I understand that, but let me just, okay, no offense, and I don't mean to pick on you either, but I'm a little worked up today.
It's like Lieutenant Governor Patrick, God bless him, he invoked the Constitution.
I'm all good with that. | ||
Boris just invoked treason, I'm all good with that.
President Trump had some practical, just common sense policies.
One was remain in Mexico.
If you're going to flood up with these refugees, we cut a deal with Mexico, you remain there until we sort it out.
You don't let them on this side of the Rio Grande.
It's one of the reasons that the second wall we built, the second wall that we built, the wall built, was actually on the shoreline of the Rio Grande, and they went nuts.
Oh, it's eroding the riverbank.
Why? | ||
Because you can't touch here.
Once you touch here, it's a different deal.
We've got to stop playing games, and we've got to start talking about reality.
I'll tell you who knows reality.
The rational actors in this, the people that understand most, Are the migrants coming up from Central America and from all over the world?
They get it. | ||
They have a logic and they're always on point and they're always on mission.
Task and purpose. | ||
Task and purpose. | ||
We, on the other hand, have a bunch of legal gobbledygook.
Donald Trump said, hey, look, boom, remain in Mexico.
So before I get to the Constitution, before I get to the treason, let me go back and fight him right now with remain in Mexico and dare him not to reinstall that and let the American people, let's see the polling.
Let's send some cameras down there to Del Rio, Texas, to the hardworking Hispanic population in the Rio Grande Valley.
Let's put the camera in front of them and say, hey, how do you like this?
It's going to be 95.5 or 99.1.
That drone's outlawed and the blackout on the... Okay, fine.
Let's go to... Okay, let's go to Steve Moore.
Steve Moore. | ||
Another bunch of happy talk all over.
And I want to make sure people purely understand this process.
Because this audience, the American people, have all the power.
In DC, they don't have the power.
And this is raw politics.
Power politics. | ||
Money and power. | ||
Okay? | ||
We have, on midnight on the 30th, The federal government's budget runs out, they have to get authorization to spend a penny the next day.
Or, the Democrats have to shut the government down.
And, because of divine providence, on October 15th, 15 days later, they run out of ability to even spend that money, because they don't have the ability, they have no more, the debt ceiling locks them in, they can't borrow anymore.
So for this audience, if you've ever sat there and go, I want the government to stop spending, these politicians don't do it.
OK, stop complaining. | ||
The power is in your hands.
There's no more intermediary.
You're going to fire these guys up.
And here's the simple on any continuing resolution which lets them get past the 30th for the annual budget.
The answer is no. | ||
You pass a budget, you get your appropriations, and then you go on.
No continued resolution.
We're not going to kick the can down the road and have 65,000, which they're tucking in here, in the continued resolution, Afghan refugees at $6 billion.
Okay? | ||
The answer is no. | ||
And then on the 15th for the debt ceiling?
How about this? | ||
Suck on this. | ||
The answer is no also. | ||
We're not going to increase it one penny.
You come back with a plan.
You have the House. | ||
You have the Senate. | ||
You have the White House.
You essentially have the Federal Reserve.
You come back with a plan.
You're so smart and we're so dumb.
Give us a plan. | ||
Up until that time, the answer is no on the 30th.
No continued resolution and nothing on the debt ceiling.
Steve Moore, you've been on this for years.
Tell me where I'm wrong.
unidentified
|
You're not wrong. | |
So Democrats own it. | ||
You know, if they want to pass a $5 trillion debt bill, which I think is an abomination for our country, I think it'll cause financial ruin for our nation.
But if they are hell-bent on doing it, as you said, they have the power.
They control the House.
They control the Senate.
They control the White House.
They own it. | ||
If they're going to increase the debt, then they're going to have to be the ones who find the votes to raise the debt ceiling.
Now, there's a big PR campaign in Washington by the media and the Democrats to say to the Republicans, oh, you have to do what's right for the country.
You have to stop us from defaulting on our debt.
You have to do this as a good citizen of America.
And my attitude is no. | ||
By the way, the crisis is not the debt ceiling.
The crisis is the $30 trillion debt.
This is the most amazing thing.
They act as if all we have to do is raise the credit card limit and we'll be fine.
No, we can't afford this stuff.
And by the way, $10 trillion this year.
$10 trillion is how much the Democrats will authorize through the normal budget, plus the blue state bailout bill, plus the sham infrastructure bill, which is Green Deal, plus their $3.5 to $5 trillion, what I call Great Society 2.
We're for none of this, Steve.
We as free market conservatives are against every, every word of this.
And so it should be hell no to all of it.
Okay, but hang on, hang on.
I just want to make sure we go through here because I think they're confusing the situation.
This is the fog of war, okay?
We'll be back in a moment.
I'll tell you, we're up against a break.
We're going to come back in a minute and explain this.
Just hang on. | ||
unidentified
|
We're taking down the CCP.
Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP.
War Room. Pandemic. With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, here's, we have to have some, what we do in the War Room is to give you Nomenclature, process, statics and dynamics of process, critical paths, so you can make decisions.
And they are going out of their way.
The Uniparty is going out of their way to confuse things.
So in the fog of war, remember, it's just to be very focused on what's important and broom away everything that's tangential.
In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king, and right now we're the one-eyed man, okay?
And here's what it is. | ||
On September 30th, The government on an annual basis does not have the authority to spend any more money, okay?
That's what the budget has to be, and really the appropriations bill, the authorization to do it, okay?
If they can't do that, they want these continued resolutions, which just kicks the can down the road.
That's how we've run the government for years.
A couple of times in our past history, we've stood up and said we're not going to do that, and guess what?
The party in power shuts the government down, which would be the Democrats, because they control the House, the Senate, and the White House.
They shut the government down.
And they gotta come to the table.
The annual budget is 5.2 trillion dollars.
Leave aside, they're confusing the situation by the 1.25 trillion infrastructure and the 3.5 trillion.
Those are all kind of, in additions to, in additions to, they don't really have the ability to operate the government right now because they haven't passed it.
Now, because of divine providence, also, They've run out of the credit card.
They can't sell any more debt.
And remember, this is not selling debt bonds to the Chinese or the Japanese or the Gulf Emirates.
This is not tax revenues.
That is you. | ||
The Treasury Department needs to basically sell bonds to the Federal Reserve.
That would be you. | ||
Forget the Federal Reserve.
It's you. | ||
The full faith and credit of the United States is you, the deplorables.
You're the ones that are letting that credit card go up.
It's you, your kids, and your grandkids are going to pay off the $30 trillion of debt, and if we let them go now, it's going to be $50 trillion.
But here's the beauty of it.
You have all the power. | ||
This is why they're trying to confuse the situation in Washington, D.C., and this is why CNBC, and they're talking $1.25 trillion, $3.5 trillion, and AOC's running around the Green New Deal, and, oh, maybe Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema, and maybe they're going to save us, and maybe it's going to be $1.5 trillion.
How about this? | ||
It's nothing. | ||
It's zero. | ||
The answer's no. | ||
You don't have a budget?
We're not voting for it.
No CR. | ||
We're not kicking the can down the road.
On midnight and the 30th?
Hey, Biden, you're in charge.
I guess you don't have any money?
I guess it shuts down. | ||
Sorry. | ||
Not sorry. | ||
Right? | ||
And on October 15th? | ||
You know, Janet Yellen's running around.
Oh, we got to do this. | ||
Get the tomato cans in the back of the Federal Reserve.
Where's the cash? | ||
We pay the three-card money.
We can't pay the veterans.
Can't pay the Social Security.
Tough luck. | ||
You run the government.
You have enough time to have a plan.
You're so smart. | ||
We're so dumb. | ||
How about this? | ||
No. | ||
So, Steve Moore, you're the biggest brain we got on this thing.
Tell me where I'm wrong.
No, you're right. | ||
unidentified
|
Look, the Republicans have to play hardball here.
This is not a time for patty cake.
It's not a time for singing kumbaya.
It's basically saying you own it, Democrats.
You own the debt. | ||
You own the massive spending.
You own the tax increase.
If you can pass it, fine.
But we are going to make sure that no Republican in good faith should do anything to aid and abet this raid on the Treasury.
It is the most dangerous bill I have seen probably in my 35 years in covering politics and policy in Washington.
This will bankrupt our country.
By the way, The bankruptcy of the country is the debt, not the debt ceiling.
They act like if we don't look, if we don't pass a debt ceiling, guess what?
You know what? | ||
That's my point. | ||
OK, I'm going to give you I'm going to give you a Wall Street term.
And this is what this posse is going to start acting like.
The country is bankrupt.
Unless they create phony money, and that means unless they raise the credit card limit, the country is going to default.
If nothing happens between now and October 15th, the United States of America defaults on government securities.
The safest security in the world, the reason they sell at the lowest interest rates, right?
They're going to default on those securities.
Last time I looked, default means you're bankrupt.
You're essentially bankrupt.
You defaulted on your securities.
Right now, the war room posse is the debtor in possession.
We're the dip lender. | ||
That's how we start thinking about that.
Kevin McCarthy, you moron.
Mitch McConnell, you moron.
We are the debtor in possession.
We're the dip lender. | ||
And on Wall Street, it's not hardball, it's smash mouth.
Okay? | ||
We're the dip lender. | ||
We're not going to agree to anything.
Until you show us a plan that works.
And that plan that works means you don't need any more debt.
This is like any company that goes into bankruptcy.
The nation is bankrupt.
It's obviously bankrupt.
And they put it into bankruptcy.
They own—and by the way, in debt or in possession, you know what happens?
The first thing that goes, you get rid of the management team.
Management team, gone.
Nancy Pelosi, gone. | ||
Joe Biden, gone. | ||
Chuck Schumer, gone. | ||
Okay? | ||
The guys, that's why we start in the Rio Grande Valley.
You know who understands this?
The three Hispanic congressmen in the Rio Grande Valley.
The one guy, the retired, and the other two are sitting there going, Nancy, we can't sign on to the 3.5 trillion because we're going to get crucified.
This is so obvious and they don't want you to understand it right now.
This posse, you're a debtor and possession lender.
We're the dip lender. | ||
And here's our answer. | ||
No. | ||
We don't sign off on the business plan.
On the 30th of September, if you've got something you can pass, you do it.
But we're not agreeing to anything.
The answer is no and no continuing resolution.
If the government shuts down, you're shutting it down.
Hey, you're shutting it down.
And on October 15th, you're not getting one penny.
Okay? | ||
We're debtor-in-possession.
Come back to a plan that shows a restructuring.
And that means massive cuts.
Not 1.25 in a phony infrastructure bill.
Not 3.5 trillion in some phony human infrastructure bill.
You can't even pass an annual budget.
Because guess what? | ||
You can't run the $3.5 deficit this year.
This is so simple, and I want to put all the numbers for every member of Congress up there.
Okay? | ||
I need this posse to show its muscle today.
Very simple. | ||
The answer is no. | ||
We don't want any negotiations.
We don't want to hear anything.
We want them to come up with a plan, and if they can pass it, God bless them.
But unfortunately, they don't have the votes.
Okay? | ||
They don't have the votes.
Get those numbers up there.
Get it into every platform we've got.
Today, you're on a mission.
Task and purpose. | ||
And that task and purpose is very simple.
The answer is no. | ||
We're not playing hardball.
We're playing Smash Mouth.
Okay? | ||
Because they raided. | ||
They got us into this situation and they need your assistance to get out and we ain't giving it to them.
Steve Moore, I know you're putting some group together and I hope they're prepared to play Smash Mouth because, no offense, Some of the talk I've heard coming out of there is more of the Republican talking points, happy talk you always hear.
We've won more elections than we've lost since 1968, and we lost the country, okay?
We lost the country because we had the wrong people and the wrong policies, and it's time now to clear house and start having an adult conversation.
And if you start having an adult conversation, working-class Hispanics, working-class blacks, Asian community, everybody is going to rally to our side, so we don't need, no, we don't need to break the country up into nine different pieces.
We run this country, and now, in the next three weeks, you're going to show that you run it, because the answer is no.
Steve Moore, how do people get to you?
unidentified
|
So, yeah, we did start a group with Larry Kudlow and many of the people you worked with in the Trump White House.
It's called Save America, Kill the Bill.
Save America, Kill the Bill.
That includes the debt bill.
That includes the spending bill.
That includes the tax bill.
Ten trillion dollars, folks.
That's the real number on the budget this year.
Hold it. | ||
Stop. | ||
But you guys will also not agree to any continued resolution.
The continued resolution is the... I love all the stuff he just said.
Quite frankly, it's not relevant.
The only thing that's relevant is the continued resolution.
Do you guys support no sign on to a continued resolution?
So they've got to pass by September 30th.
If they don't have something passed, they got to shut the government down.
Correct? | ||
We're in sync? | ||
unidentified
|
They need to pass their own budget.
If they don't have a budget, we're not just going to give them a continuing rolling budget.
And you're right. | ||
You know, when you have a bankrupt institution, you replace the management.
I love that line. | ||
Replace these people. | ||
Do not. | ||
Republicans cannot aid and abet this raid on the American Treasury.
Five hundred thousand dollars of debt now for every child born today.
It is it is a disgrace. | ||
And we are here to stop it.
Okay, but we can't stop it.
Remember, this posse, you're the debtor in possession.
Write this term down. | ||
Dip. | ||
Steve knows what I'm talking about.
Larry knows what I'm talking about.
We're the dip lenders. | ||
They have to come to us to get more cash.
That's what happens in bankrupt companies.
They have to go the dip lender.
The lender of last resort and that would be the deplorables.
Isn't this sweet? | ||
All this time of trash talking to you and now they got to come to you and ask permission.
Permission not granted.
Sorry, not sorry. | ||
Steve Moore, you're great.
Thank you very much for joining us.
I appreciate it. | ||
unidentified
|
Steve, I love it. | |
Thanks. | ||
Take care. | ||
The reason I'm a little worked up, it's all coming together.
It's not a conspiracy. | ||
We stopped the conspiracy.
This is the way the system works.
And what they do, what they do constantly is they want to confuse the situation.
They want to make it, like, too complicated.
It's all this thing. | ||
3.5 trillion. | ||
All this. | ||
All this. | ||
It's all complicated. | ||
No. | ||
It's quite simple. | ||
It's quite simple. | ||
That's what the Fog of War is about.
Just broom it. | ||
Let's focus on what's important.
And what's important is they need your permission.
So, uh, Cameron, Denver, I need up all the numbers on the Chiron.
I need everybody. | ||
You're gonna go to work today.
It's not a weekend off. | ||
Right now, man the barricades.
I want every congressman called.
I want your guys, start with Jim Jordan.
I want Apollon and McCarthy.
And let's not stop the bill or anything like that.
It's not, we're not playing hardball.
We're playing smash mouth.
Okay? | ||
Playing smash mouth. | ||
They own it. | ||
Let's force them to own it.
This is called a forcing function.
And divine providence, you know, you've got to work through human agency.
That's what the show is about.
Divine Providence gave us this.
They gave us the 30th of September, and they gave us the 15th of October, and by God, we're not going to let it go.
Okay? | ||
I want to bring in Mark Jekielek.
He's the crypto capitalist.
It's his newsletter. | ||
It's absolutely brilliant.
Mark, this whole process is to do one thing, destroy the value of the United States dollar by putting on too much debt.
Tell me about fiat money.
Tell me about alternatives.
Tell me about crypto. | ||
You got about three minutes.
Before we go to break, how do people look at other things in this madness right now, which is all about more debt, more debt, more trillions and destroying the U.S.
dollar? | ||
Well, hi, Steve. | ||
Thanks for having me back.
It's building on what you were talking about yesterday, that people are being forced into alternatives to fiat currency, whether it's gold and silver, precious metals and crypto.
And if you're a rational actor, You have no choice but to look into crypto.
When I was listening to your prior segments before I came on, it's all the same dynamic.
You're talking about immigrants south of the border are acting completely rationally because they're doing what makes sense for them.
The same thing with people who want to protect their savings and their wealth with gold or with crypto, because you can't talk about a strong dollar if you're going to just keep printing it forever.
You can't talk about a strong dollar if you're going to suppress interest rates for 10 years.
Amen. | ||
And so, a good microcosm of this, let's look at the SEC lawsuit against Coinbase, okay?
That's a microcosm of what's going on right here, because what's happening is, out in fiat world, a $1 bill earns you 26 basis points when you lend it to the US government for one year.
Okay? | ||
And you can take that same dollar bill and you can convert it into a stable coin called Circle, and you get 4%.
And so that's why the SEC is looking at this and they're saying, This is an Emperor Has No Clothes moment, and it's not just... Hold it.
Make sure people understand.
That's 400 basis points versus 26 basis points.
Correct. | ||
You get a 20x difference, and the federal government's saying, uh, we don't know if we'd like...
We've got to bounce. | ||
How do people get to your site?
How do they get to the crypto capital?
I've got to have you back on when I'm a little more rational.
I'm a little worked up right now.
So how do people get to your site?
Because this is the key.
It's about fiat currency versus they forced you into alternative stores of value, whether it's gold or silver or crypto.
You didn't want to go there.
The government forced you to do it through the spending.
Mark, how did they get to your site?
Bombthrower.com. | ||
If you go to bombthrower.com slash crypto, you get a free copy of our Crypto Capitalist Manifesto, and I'm Stunt Pope on Twitter.
Dude, you gotta get Mark's—you gotta read him every day.
The stuff's amazing. | ||
Mark, we're gonna have you back on to have a more detailed conversation, maybe tomorrow, to look at alternative stores of value.
Nobody wanted to do this.
The federal government forced you to do this, right?
They won't secure the border, but what they'll do is destroy the dollar.
Okay, we'll be back in a moment.
Boris has got a lot of political news next in The War Room.

Okay, welcome back to War Room.
Boris, since you blew the answer in the B Block, you've been uncharacteristically quiet.
What are your thoughts on debt ceiling, smash mouths versus hardball versus just rolling over, which is what the Republicans always do.
Listen, ladies and gentlemen, we're not in this situation just because of the Democrats.
They know. | ||
This is Wall Street. | ||
This is the global corporate, the woke corporations that are trying to make your life miserable.
This is the Country Club Republicans.
Only the populists, only the nationalists, only the MAGA, only America First has ever stood up to this.
The Tea Party. | ||
That's who stood up to this.
Everybody else is to blame except you guys.
And now, no offense, you've got the power.
If we let this moment go, you're to blame.
Because you're the debtor in possession.
You have all the power. | ||
Because they can't get any more money until they get your authorization.
Boris Epstein, thoughts, comments, analysis.
Steve, first of all, we know you're coming in hot because you're seeing so much red, you didn't even recognize the all-star answer I gave you earlier, okay?
everybody knows I'm hearing from everybody on getter right now I'm coming in hot on getter at Boris CP and they're saying that my answer that the authorities in Texas are being intimidated by the thought by the federal authorities and that's why they're not stopping this invasion is exactly what's happening and yes we absolutely need that remain in Mexico policy that President Trump put forward but right now until we get to the bottom of the three November movement and either through that or the next election President Trump is back in the White House let's be honest we know that Joe
Biden is never gonna whoever's handling Joe Biden Ron Klain Susan Rice Kamala Harris you know wherever she is is she still in Asia she's in California they are never gonna do the right thing they're never gonna do the right thing They're not going to stop.
And here's the deal, folks.
This is not some ephemeral thing.
This isn't some esoteric issue.
Look at the pictures! | ||
There's a reason that drones are outlawed right now.
Drones. | ||
The FAA came in and said, no drones.
That is straight out of the Soviet Union.
That is straight out of Iran.
The federal government is saying, oh, there's a security issue.
You cannot see, you cannot tape, you cannot transmit what's happening at our southern border.
Why? | ||
Because it is an invasion and the federal government doesn't want you to know about it.
And you, the MAGA audience, the MAGA brain trust, the MAGA posse, you've got to stay strong.
We've got to stop this. | ||
Because let me tell you, as a legal immigrant, my family waited for two years to come here.
My father's an applied math PhD.
We were part of the brain drain.
And we waited for two years, humbly sat, waited, got the approval, came in.
Okay? | ||
These people who are running through, this isn't against them.
If a bank, this is very simple, and it's happening on the bank side too, but if a bank throws open its doors and says, hey, money for everybody, yes, people are going to come in and take the money.
And that is what Joe Biden, the feckless, pathetic excuse of a man who's sitting in the Oval Office or taking a nap wherever he is, that is what he's done to this country, and it's only taken nine months.
Think about that. | ||
It's only taken nine months for us to lose this country, for us to lose in the Middle East, for 13 brave young Americans to be murdered, murdered, because of Joe Biden.
That is what happened because Mark Elias, Perkins Cooey, Sussman, who's going to go to jail, stole this election.
Stole this election. | ||
And it all ties together.
And now we're talking about the death ceiling and you've got Republicans saying, oh well, you know.
Maybe we give him two trillion or two and a quarter but not three or three and a half.
Stop it. | ||
Stop it. | ||
We won that election in 2016.
American history changed because Donald Trump said no more.
It's over. | ||
It's over. | ||
And if we become weak-kneed, we will give back everything.
We will give back everything that was earned, and that was gotten, and that was achieved.
And Joe Biden wants to do nothing but, again, not Joe Biden, but the Democrats, the left, that's what they want.
It's impossible to now look at this country and say that the people in charge put America first.
Not the slogan. | ||
That the people in charge care about you, the American people.
Millie talking to China?
Back-channeling to China?
His best friend is one of the biggest Chinese swashbucklers?
The guy's a total killer in China?
And Millie's like, oh he's a buddy of mine, I'll call him, I'll tell him nothing's happening.
Treason! | ||
We're gonna get together and we're gonna prevent the President of the United States from using his constitutional power on nuclear weapons.
Attempted coup. | ||
We're gonna let an invasion into the United States of America.
Treason! | ||
This country's going down in tubes, and for those of you who study history, this is a lot like Rome in the early, early, early Middle Ages.
Rome in the 500s A.D. | ||
That is what's happening.
This country, hegemons, they rise and they fall, but they're not supposed to fall this quick.
And it is no longer, we talked about managed decline under Barack Obama, this is not managed.
This is free fall. | ||
This is free fall. | ||
And that is what happened, because the left, big tech, big media, stole this election from President Donald Trump.
And because China, whatever you believe, one believes it escaped the lab, and somebody believes they released it from the lab, whichever way, China unleashed COVID on the world, and now we've got this.
We've got America in free fall.
We've got America in free fall.
And the question, we know the Democrats are going to do nothing about it because they'd rather have power.
Same thing with Libs in Venezuela.
Same thing goes back to Karl Marx.
They don't mind chaos. | ||
They don't really believe in the nation state.
They want power. | ||
They want power. | ||
So don't expect anything from the left.
But it's about the Democrats.
Where is Kevin McCarthy on the border?
Where is McConnell on the border?
What's happening? | ||
President Trump is the only leader speaking out.
At least Stefanik is doing a good job on election stuff.
She's come out hot. | ||
Permanent insurrection.
She's coming out hot. | ||
She's saying that this is not going to stop, that the left is going to try to continue to steal elections every cycle.
And we know that's true because they've been stealing them every cycle going back over a hundred years.
What are we going to do about it?
Always color within the lines.
Always color within the lines.
But are you going to call your elected officials?
Are you going to be loud?
Are you going to be heard and say, no more?
And believe you me, if anybody thought that Texas was going blue, those images from the border, They've set the Texas Democrats, those losers who flew over to Washington and all of them got COVID, then someone had to fly back and nothing happened.
It's set Democrats in Texas back decades.
Decades. | ||
unidentified
|
But we've got to stand up and we've got to be strong.
Hang on. | ||
We're going to take a commercial break.
Remember, get you a congressman, get you a senator.
The answer is no. | ||
No, no, no. | ||
On spending and debt. | ||
Short commercial break. |
