		Remember, here's the purpose of this.
		The populace and the grassroots and the working class people in this country have never, ever, ever, ever, ever in our history really had a say-so in this whole thing about the debt ceiling.
		I just want you to remember, and we had Judy Shelton on yesterday, and we had her help explain it, but the way this thing is financed, the way this thing is financed is, number one, we sell government bonds to the Japanese insurance companies, the Chinese Communist Party, the Gulf Emirates, right?
		Essentially.
		The other is taxes.
		I'll figure it back.
		Now taxes either come, we get more tax revenues either through the growth of the economy at the existing tax rates, you get more cash in to pay for things.
		Or you raise taxes on certain things, whether it's capital gains tax, whether it's taxes on the wealthy, where you go grab their wealth, which, you know, AOC and these people want to do.
		But you still have a massive gap.
		You have a massive gap.
		Because the budget right now, on a regular basis, is $5.2 trillion.
		I think it's $3.5 trillion of transfer payments, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Medicaid, which they never want to get into and talk about, right?
		Transfer payments.
		And then there's, I don't know, it's $1.5 trillion, $1.7 trillion, Over that of discretionary spending of what about a trillion dollars of the defense budget, okay?
		I know it's like 800 billion, but they play all kind of three-card money So it's there and we're gonna have Russ vote on here in a second to the former head of OMB under President Trump Who's the man with the the man with two brains and all the math here because it's quite complicated But you got to simplify it to get to the heart of the subject What they talk about what Judy Sheldon talked about yesterday when they say print money the reason we can quote-unquote print money Is that we're the prime reserve currency?
		We have the luxury of doing that, because the dollar, like the British pound used to be, and the Spanish, whatever it was at the time, when you're the dominant hegemon in the world, they've got to use your currency to transact things.
		Right now, the greatest export we have is the US dollar.
		That all comes with obligations, right?
		When they say the full faith in credit, when the Treasury issues these bonds and the Federal Reserve buys them, that's you buying them.
		I want to make sure, because every time you say, are we just printing money?
		No, no, no, no.
		There's still an issuer of the security and there's a purchaser of the security, okay?
		The issuer is the Treasury Department.
		The purchaser is the Federal Reserve.
		And that's like in a temple down, what is it, Constitution Avenue down there.
		But, at the end of the day, the full faith and credit, it's not those governors and not the staff, it's not that, it's you.
		It's the tax, it's the deplorables.
		Because that account keeps going up like a credit card account.
		And now we're at almost $30 trillion.
		Somebody's going to pay it off.
		Now, there's this radical theory out there.
		It's kind of spread like a contagion.
		And the first people, one of the first people to adopt it are the Republican guys on hedge funds and all that.
		It's called modern monetary theory.
		Which, you know, money doesn't really mean what it means.
		It's all kind of digital, right?
		And we can run these deficits, trillions of dollars of deficits every year.
		And it doesn't matter because the central banks can keep interest rates low.
		Remember, In keeping the interest rates low, that is the predicate for the scam, you, the people, get screwed.
		Remember, the zero interest rates mean your checking account, your money market account, you get nothing.
		There's no vigorous, there's no juice in it.
		That's why you can't have any capital formation.
		Right?
		But the assets continue to go up.
		You know, the asset, the real estate, the assets, now the assets continue to go up.
		And this is why the World Economic Forum has this thing, Build Back Better.
		You're not going to own anything and you're going to be happy.
		This is basically, you're going to be happy being a Russian serf.
		This is, this is what I keep saying, this is not a conspiracy.
		This is the way the system works.
		This is the way the system works.
		And so, as you see, life gets, you know, and you're on the precipice, you got, you know, the average American has $500 in the bank, I think, for cash.
		90% of your value is tied up in the equity of your home, the home equity, right, over which now they don't want you to own anymore, they want you to rent, because you're going to be happier.
		Well, the assets were Blackrock and Blackstone and Ray Dalio, that criminal.
		What they do is, you know, the unregistered foreign agent, Ray Dalio, the unregistered foreign agent for the Chinese Communist Party, Ray, Bridgewater.
		Take all your money out of Bridgewater.
		Take it out today, right?
		But that's a scam.
		It's all on your shoulders.
		The tax things and the thing, your pension funds paying for it, all on your shoulders.
		So for the first time in history, You know, President Trump, the power of Trump is that not in the room, not in the deal.
		Trump has you in the room, and he's the power player.
		And that's why they hate him.
	They've got to destroy him.
	But now we've even gotten something a little different.
	Because right now, through the big steal, President Trump is not in that room, but you are in that room.
	Because you've put a spine in the spineless.
	There's nobody more spineless in this city than Mitch McConnell.
	He's totally spineless, and he never has your interest in mind.
	But now, through a host of forces, they're jammed up on two things.
	Number one, on the 30th of September at midnight, the federal budget has to be approved to spend any more.
	They can't spend any more money.
	October 1st at 1 o'clock in the morning, they have to have a new authorization or there's no money for the annual budget.
	And on October 15th, the double whammy.
	The federal government essentially runs out of money.
	Real money.
	To pay for any of it, even if he approved the budget.
	We have him in a pincer move a double, double, double, double.
	And unless they do some voodoo like a continuing resolution, which they always want to do, to kick the can down the road in 30 days, and that's where they're going to jam in 100,000 Afghan refugees, that's where they're going to try to jam in, you know, amnesty, they're going to jam all the stuff in a continuing resolution, because you can't shut the government down, you cannot possibly shut the government down.
	You can't!
	You know, nobody's going to, the sick are not going to be cared for, the healthy are not going to have, you know, the COVID, you're not going to make welfare payments, the veterans and the infirm.
	Can't do it.

		So now you got Mitch sitting there, and Mitch just comes out a second ago, tells Bloomberg, as he informed the Secretary of Treasury, yelling, who she was arguing, we picked it up the first day she said this, right before Fourth of July.
		She's the only person I think to be Federal Reserve Chair and Secretary of Treasury.
		She says, hey, we're going to default on government securities.
		Default means bankruptcy.
		We're going to default on government securities in mid-August, right?
		Now they've got the tomato cans in the back of the Fed, they've got all the cash, and they're playing three-card money, and now they can go to October 15th.
		We got them!
		You absolutely have them.
		You want to know how Goldman Sachs and guys on Wall Street deal with this?

		What the cartel hates the most in this town is cartel-busting issues.
		Raising the debt is a cartel-busting issue.
		You know what's a cartel busting issue?
		Importing a hundred thousand of Afghani refugees who don't believe what we believe and expecting them to assimilate.
		That's what they're going to try to do with this continuing resolution.
		They've asked for six billion dollars to be able to resettle these individuals without proper vetting.
		And so we have a perfect storm of all these things coming together and the power of your audience is being manifested in the fact that Senator McConnell has said Republican votes are not going to be used to increase the debt limit.
		That is a great start.
		We need to build on it because what's happening is by saying that it's going to be necessary to do it through the appropriations process, the Democrats are trying to call McConnell's bluff and say, you know, we don't believe you and we're going to merge these issues with the appropriations process so you don't have any leverage because we're going to keep the fight only on debt limit.
		And not use the appropriations, the CR, the continuing resolution to be able to say no, just like you said, to your liberal agenda.
		And look, I've managed government shutdowns before and they can be done.
steve bannon ▲ ● ▼		Okay, let me go back to what Ross was saying because we're going to put you in the room of this negotiation because, ladies and gentlemen, your calls, your messages, your resolve, your steely resolve has helped us get here and we're going to get through this.
		What Russ is saying is they're going to bind all this together and here's what they're going to do.
		They're going to go to every one of these big Wall Street donors and corporations and they're going to be all over McConnell and these guys saying, are you kidding me?
		We're going to melt down the capital markets, the stock market is going to drop, the bond market, we can't default on the government security.
		The global capital markets are going to, and right now the game is so rigged with these central banks.
		And we're going to come back and see what the deplorables of China... Remember, the deplorables of China is just you, except you're serfs and they're slaves.

		There's something to add to it, though.
		There's three moving trains.
		There's the debt limit, there's the continuing resolution, which is the appropriations, and then there's the $3.5 trillion reconciliation.

russ vought ▲ ● ▼		All of those are being negotiated at the same time, and they are all interrelated.
		And I'll just give you another positive glimpse of what can be accomplished as a result of this.
		There were four Democrats that flaked out yesterday on Pelosi.
		I'm not going to call them a moderate because they're not moderate.
		They just happen to be in more conservative districts.
		But they refused to go forward with Nancy Pelosi's effort to negotiate prescription drugs, not lower prescription drugs, but make it so that a third of our new R&D drugs, the pipeline dries up for them.
		They voted against that.
		And so she is having a critical time getting the necessary votes for the $3.5 trillion bill that's moving through the House.
		That is related to the debt limit fight.
		That is related to the appropriations fight.
		And we just got to be able to keep our eye on all of the different balls because the Republicans are going to be looking for opportunities to flake out themselves.
		I already saw some of this.
		In the news yesterday with different senators saying, hey, we'll just let let the Democrats pass the debt limit by unanimous consent.
		That's crazy.
		You have leverage.
		McConnell is attempting to use the leverage because of the impact of this program and others across this country.
		And it's incumbent on the Democrats to figure out how they're going to get the necessary votes for their agenda.
		And Republicans need to use every leverage at their disposal, including the filibuster, to derail it.
steve bannon ▲ ● ▼		No, you're absolutely correct.
		By the way, the Republicans by nature, particularly when the donors are on them, are going to be looking at every way to jump off this ship and support it.

		Those 19 are the, those collaborators are the guys that even got us in this mess of first, and they were bait-and-switched.

		it what what but the the moment is critical steve because it allows for the country to zoom in on the issue needs if you think that the democrats are going to win a fight about whether they're going to bring in a hundred thousand afghan refugees and resettling them with measles in our community without having proper security betting without reach so reselling them regionally when all of the eyes of the country are focused because it's a government shutdown they're gonna lose that fight And they're going to come and we're going to have real leverage to be able to halt their agenda.

		This is the point of the exercise.
		The point of the exercise is to draw the nation's attention to what the scam is.

		I'm not here to tout stocks or whatever, but the learning you've done in binding together, because they don't want you to understand the stock market.
		Remember, they want you to be financially illiterate.
		They want you to be economically illiterate.
		They want to make this stuff sound so confusing that you can't make a decision when they're running up the credit card that you're going to have to pay off.
		When you say QE2 and quantitative easing and printing money and all these happy things we use, it's basically you are the full faith and credit of the United States government.
		You are the full faith and credit of the Federal Reserve.

		And back at that temple, that temple on Constitution Avenue rests on your shoulders, on your broad shoulders.
		And right now, you get a say-so.
		You get actually a say-so in what happens.
		And what Russ Vought's talking about, as we force this in a forcing function, right?
		All of a sudden, it all gets exposed.

		They actually elected their chaplain, and I put that in quotes, an avowed atheist.
		This is an example of the left's appropriation of terms.
		Chaplain, by definition, is someone who believes in God.
		Look, we can have debates about Harvard and its ideology, but to name an avowed atheist as their lead chaplain is beyond the pale.
		This is another example of the left's attack on God.
		This is another example of the indoctrination of our students.
		It's happening at our universities all across this country.
		It's happening in our schools.
		They want to eliminate God and the Pledge of Allegiance.
		They want to eliminate people's ability to freely worship.
		This is an attack on our constitutional First Amendment freedoms.
		And this is continuing to infiltrate our society.
		And we, as I'm a proud Catholic, and our evangelical Christians should stand up and push back against this ideology.
