The virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, and the worst happens.

War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
20 years ago, at 8.45 a.m.
Eastern Time, most of us were starting our days.
Little did we know that one minute later, our lives, our country, our future would forever change.
We all saw the same footage.
We all experienced the same emotions.
But for many brave men and women, they experienced something most of us didn't.
When the pleas for help came in, they didn't hesitate.
They went in.
They searched.
They rescued.
In doing so, many brave first responders, police, and firefighters paid the ultimate sacrifice that day.
To the heroes that put their uniforms on each morning, thank you.
Your sacrifice to serve others matters to us and will never be forgotten.
Minutemen Coffee has set a goal of raising $250,000 this year.
All net proceeds from our 9-11 tribute roast goes directly to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
Visit minutemencoffee.com slash 9-1-1.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to bring in now the CEO of Minuteman Coffee, Don Amon.
Don, tell us about, you've done a special, you guys have done a special brew.
We do.
And you're in partnership with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
Tell us exactly what's going on, why are you guys doing it, and what do you hope to get out of it?
unidentified
Well, if we start back to the beginning, my wife and I are, I'm actually a fire medic based up here in Eastern Washington State.
My wife and I were in Las Vegas during the shooting training.
We were able to save many people there.
First responders are very close to us.
Most of my friends are either firefighters, law enforcement, military.
Tomorrow being the 20th anniversary, it was Very compelling for us as a coffee company to want to not only give back, but to raise awareness for what the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation actually does for its families of firefighters who have been lost.
And it's sort of surreal this year coming in on the 20th anniversary and how many things have changed since then.
But to be able to set such a high goal $250,000 is a substantial amount of money, but if you look at it, look at where we were on 9-12.
We came together as a nation, and for the first time, and I know in my lifetime, we actually came together stronger as a nation.
And I'm hoping to reach back into those heartstrings to bring this country back together, not just to honor the fallen firefighters, but the law enforcement, All of our first responders and then all of our military who have fought, led, and died for our freedoms that we are continuing to fight for today.
steve bannon
I want to talk about that.
Let's talk about the inspiration because I think one of the things of 9-11 that's still for those and that's what we want to make sure tomorrow when we do live coverage of the exact events as they happened with Real America's Voice and we want everybody particularly if you have younger people in your household because The media does not play a lot of what happened at the towers and particularly the heroism of the first responders and the firemen, you know, police officers, first responders, but the firemen taking those hoses up.
I was just watching actually Memory Box, the MSNBC or NBC special, which was quite incredibly moving about that.
And a lot of it was the firefighters going in.
Talk to me about that.
How did that inspire?
I want to go back in time.
How did that inspire the nation?
Back in the days following 9-11 of what these incredible firemen from FDNY had done.
unidentified
Well, I think not just with the 343 that we lost with FDNY, I remember that fire departments from all over the nation came together, traveled to New York, traveled to Ground Zero, continued to dig, to continue to search for days and days, and the fact that As a first responder, we're trained to drive.
We're trained to drive in.
We're trained to shut everything else out and to focus on the task at hand.
And regardless of the circumstances, it's a very powerful emotional block that we have to put up.
And I'm speaking for everybody that's either been through different academy, the fire academy, or however we want to put that.
But going back to the day on 9-11, it's surreal, Steve.
It is just absolutely surreal that it happened the way that it did.
It unfolded right before our very eyes, and the entire nation stood in horror, but then they came together.
And that, I think, is what compelled me and as a company to do what we're doing.
steve bannon
So how do people, if people want to buy the coffee, how do they get, let's be specific, we're going to get it up in all the live chats on the website, but tell people, how do they actually go there now and get this special batch that you've put together with the special packaging for 9-11 for the commemoration?
unidentified
Yeah, so this special, this is a medium Colombian roast.
You can go to our website at minutemencoffee.com, minutemen, plural, and minutemencoffee.com slash 9-11.
And you can order it there.
It's $20 a pound and we have it in the kpods for $25.
The reason why we're doing is that all of our net proceeds, all of the net proceeds for the sale of this bag for the next year will go directly to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
To assist them and to help them with the programs they have for the families.
I mean, most people don't realize that we've lost almost all of the first responders that not only died on that day, but for years after, from the cancers, from all of the physicals.
Nobody talks about that anymore, yet alone, nobody talks about how many soldiers we've lost being back over in the damn sandbox, trying to pick up the pieces from all of this.
steve bannon
Yeah.
Unbelievable.
unidentified
And that's what drives us as a company.
We are a constitutionally based company.
You know that.
And that's where we need to bring that Constitution back.
And we need to honor all of those heroes.
Not just our military and our first respondents, but everybody who's been involved with this over the last 20 years.
steve bannon
Don, what's your social media handle?
How do people follow you?
unidentified
Well, you can follow us at MinuteMenCoffee on Instagram.
Facebook keeps kicking us off, but it's at MinuteMenCoffee as well.
But, you know, this this is the first time we've seen this in real.
We officially launch it today.
But guys, this is a full pound of single origin Colombian.
I'm personally roasting it myself.
And I'm really honored to be able to be a part of this organization.
And my plan is I want the entire nation to think about this.
We spend $20 on a lunch.
Yes or no?
If we can take that $20 and if we live in a community that is serviced by a fire department, what's $20 out of your day or your lunch budget to buy a bag of this coffee?
Take it to a firehouse and hand it to a firefighter and say thank you for your sacrifice.
Thank you for your service above and beyond.
steve bannon
Don, thank you very much.
Very moving.
We're going to have to make sure it's all everywhere.
We're going to push this hard.
So Don Amon of Minute Man Coffee, thank you very much for joining us today.
unidentified
Thanks Steve for having me.
I really appreciate you.
steve bannon
Okay, thank you, sir.
On the eve of 9-11, for the first responders, let's everybody take a hard look at the Fallen Firefighters Foundation and the coffee put out by Minuteman that supports that.
Jack Pasova, we're going to bring in Charlie Kirk here.
jack posobiec
You know, Steve.
steve bannon
Charlie was on fire yesterday, so I want to bring him on, but so much news.
Tell me about it.
jack posobiec
One of the reasons, you know, we were just talking in the break about this, is one of the reasons that Biden is doing everything he's doing right now is to try to flood the zone.
He's using the flood the zone strategy because he doesn't want us talking about the 20-year anniversary of 9-11.
He doesn't want us talking about his failures, Tony Blinken's failures.
He's up for his testimony on Tuesday at the Foreign Relations Committee.
That is going to be A lot of fireworks there over his failures.
They don't want us talking about the sacrifices that our men and women have made, both here in the fire departments, the police, the National Guard that responded, and then of course our military overseas, up to and including the 13 honored dead of Kabul Airfield, which of course is right on their heads.
They don't want us having that conversation.
steve bannon
And tomorrow we're commemorating the honored dead of 9-11.
They're celebrating a terror super state created by Joe Biden, you know, handed to him by Joe Biden.
Also, Of the of the honored dead.
You know, Biden's having his toughest times with fire departments with the police departments about this whole thing about the force about the mandates.
Let's bring in Charlie Kirk.
Charlie, I want to thank you.
By the way, we played your TikTok.
It inspired us to pick up the priest from Buckeye, Arizona.
It was amazing.
We played the entire thing yesterday.
The audience absolutely loved it, and we gave you a hand.
jack posobiec
Steve's been watching a lot of TikTok lately.
steve bannon
Yeah, I've been watching Charlie Kirk's, because it's so hot.
But I got to tell you, Charlie, you really came off the chain yesterday about this Biden situation.
And you had a very specific plan of action.
Tell us what your thoughts are about, and to Jack's point, on the eve of one of the most sacred days in American history, the 20th anniversary of 9-11, Joe Biden would do this.
Put it in perspectives for us and tell us your action plan.
charlie kirk
Yeah, yesterday, Joe Biden announced as many people know that his intent to use federal power to go after private businesses.
If you have over 100 employees, he's going to use OSHA as the new shock troops to go after privately held businesses or entrepreneurs to force them to comply with the vaccine mandate.
We've been very clear on the vaccine mandate since day one and saying that no person should be forcibly vaccinated against their will.
And Steve, it's been very revealing how few conservative organizations have been willing to actually fight for medical freedom in the last couple months.
It seems that some conservatives and Republicans just kind of want this issue to go away as if this was going to be some sort of, you know, this the tyranny was going to somehow end the more that we placated the pharmaceutical industrial complex.
So we now have said publicly, Turning Point USA, we have over 175 people on staff, full-time people, that we will bring Biden to federal court.
That as soon as OSHA issues this rule, we will sue and we believe we will win.
And we have a young workforce.
We're spread out across the country.
We also have plenty of, we believe, standing for religious exemptions as well for many workers on our staff.
And this is the way that conservatives need to approach this, Steve.
We need to be unafraid to use lawfare and to play offense against these unconstitutional measures.
But let's really, let's talk about why this really happened.
This was the corporate class, the top 100 companies that needed cover fire from Joe Biden to get a vaccine mandate done in their companies.
So Joe Biden worked with big business to kind of concoct this scheme.
And of course, the people that suffer are middle-class workers.
And actually the numbers show it's black and Hispanic middle-class workers.
steve bannon
Charlie, I want to go, we got about two minutes of segment.
We want you to stay over.
I know you're packed today, but we need you to stay over.
You mentioned that the conservative movement really didn't stand up to this when people like yourselves and others in the war room had been warning about this, that it was coming.
Why do you think that happened?
Why do you think they just felt we could wish it away?
Because yesterday you saw, that was smash mouth.
Why do you think the conservative movement felt we could just wish this away and they're going to back off?
charlie kirk
Yeah, I mean, as quickly as I could say it, part of it is tactical.
I mean, conservatives don't like to fight.
Instead, too many conservatives want to be agreeable.
They want to be accepted in whatever is considered decent society anymore.
And then also, there's a capital flow problem.
Plenty of Republicans are financed by Big Pharma and Pfizer and AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson, and they don't really see the entire game that's at play here.
I mean, one of the developments, and you've You know, contributed to this, Steve, obviously, more so than probably anybody else in the media space is trying to get conservatives to realize that the top Fortune 100 companies, they do not have your best interest at heart.
In fact, they're going to work with government against this populist movement, against conservatives in general.
And, you know, a lot of conservatives are still living in the early 1980s, where the most important things to do were mass immigration and Awful trade deals and trying to get lower prices for the corporate class.
And they almost have this muscle memory that they have to do whatever Pfizer asks them to do.
And so I'm pleased to see that there's been more conservatives in the last 24 hours step up against this.
But I'm not shocked.
This is just the start.
The next thing they're going to do is mandate vaccines for school-aged children.
And I sure hope we're able to preempt that before it gets to that place.
steve bannon
Charlie Kirk is not just a major media figure.
He also heads up probably the most important organization we have for young people.
We're going to talk all about that, about what's happening in the Texas heartbeat bill, what's happening in these forced mandates, and particularly, he nailed it.
As we told you, they're coming for the kids.
They're coming for the 5 to 12-year-olds now.
We return in a moment.
Charlie Kirk, Jack Posobiec, you're in The War Room.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
jack posobiec
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, we've got Jack Posobiec in the studio, and we've got Charlie Kirk down the line.
Charlie, you run one of the most important, if not the most important, organization for young conservatives, Turning Point USA.
You've got the Texas heartbeat bill.
They're over in federal court here, a mile or so away, arguing right now to shut that down, the Justice Department of Texas.
You've also got the vaccine mandates.
How are young people You know, particularly people that weren't even born or barely born when 9-11 happened.
How are young people coming to these causes?
What are you guys doing?
And are they as concerned as some of the older populist nationalists about what's going on?
charlie kirk
Yeah, and they're concerned differently, Steve.
They don't have a reference point, right?
So one of the reasons why people over 50 are so upset right now is they remember an America that was decent and that was fair and that you can enter the workforce and have a large family without having to go $100,000 into debt.
Young people are upset for a different reason because they're tired of being told how easy it is to succeed in this country, while the government and the corporate and the institutional interests make it almost impossible to do the things that they say are necessary to build a big family or to at least immerse yourself into the community.
As far as the pro-life bill, this is the most pro-life generation in American history, regardless of the multi-billion dollar enterprise of Planned Parenthood.
Outside of what so many of these, you know, propagandists in Hollywood are trying to tell you, that the more information that gets out there about actually when life begins, begins at conception, when DNA is created, students and young people are actually more and more open to measures that protect the unborn.
It really is a matter of communication, and I want to just praise the Texas Republicans for doing something that conservatives haven't done in a long time.
And Donald Trump really started this trend, which is to play offense.
Who cares what they're going to call you?
Who cares what the corporate class is going to do?
Who cares if Portland is going to declare economic war on Texas?
You do what's right, and the people will rally to you, and the base will expand.
steve bannon
Talk to us about trying to shut down these vaccine mandates.
Your success in trying to rally people to that.
charlie kirk
We've helped thousands of students connect them with counsel.
FirstLiberty.org is a great one, and obviously Liberty Counsel as well, which I think the guest after me is from Liberty Counsel.
But beyond that, we have been challenging the administration directly to back down on these vaccine mandates.
Probably our biggest success was Arizona State University.
Where they came out with a draconian measure about six weeks ago where they said that every single student needs to get vaccinated regardless if they've had COVID before or they need to be subject to twice a week testing and masking.
We came full court press in in our home state of Arizona and they backed down within about six hours which we were really pleased about.
But Steve, we're losing more than we're winning.
And I say that openly because we're up against massive entrenched interest.
It seems for every single time we get a student that gets an exemption, a religious exemption, or gets some sort of medical exemption, which there are plenty of reasons for that, it seems as if there's another announcement that comes up.
But the real endgame here, and you know this, we mentioned it before the break, is elementary and middle school and grade school children.
That is where this is headed.
This is all going towards a mass inoculation strategy for the 100 million people in this country that are under the age of 15, and for whatever sinister or demented reason, the pharmaceutical executives and the masters of the universe, if you will, seem really intent on wanting to inoculate minors against a virus that does not pose a serious risk of infecting or even Charlie, you're one of the leaders of this movement.
Where do you take this fight from here?
We need to stand up against this in dramatic ways in the courts, in public pressure, through corporate means, whichever way possible.
steve bannon
Charlie, you're one of the leaders of this movement.
Where do you take this fight from here?
I know you've got the media platform, but where does Charlie Kirk take this?
charlie kirk
Yeah, I mean, as I mentioned, in the courts, if that OSHA ruling actually comes out, they haven't issued a ruling yet, if it ends up being what we believe it is.
But also, Steve, you know, I'm losing patience with some of these Republicans that talk a really good game about freedom and liberty.
You know, I go to a lot of these events and I get to hear their stump speeches.
But how wonderful America is because we are free and that we're going to reject socialism.
At some point, I want them to actually start to do something about that when allegedly private enterprises start to make this into a medical apartheid state.
So we're going to use our platform, we're going to use our organization to hopefully call the bluff of a lot of these Republican attorney generals
A lot of these conservative governors that always like to kind of give the same sort of stump speech about how they embrace freedom and liberty for Google and for Facebook, you know, to be able to censor political dissidents, but they don't seem very intent on trying to protect, you know, the rights of their voters or of regular people that want to actually reject what I consider to be a trial run for mass tyranny in our country.
steve bannon
Charlie, how do people follow you?
How do they get to the podcast, to the radio show?
We're going to put it up in the live chat, and we'll put it up on all our platforms, but walk our audience through how they follow you.
charlie kirk
Well, thank you.
I think we have you coming on our podcast soon.
So, Charlie Kirk Show Podcast, they can find it wherever podcasts are on Apple Podcasts, Spotify.
We're right up there with War Room, always in the chart ranking.
We're right next to each other.
And then TurningPointUSA, TPUSA.com.
If you have a young person in your life or you are a student, get involved.
And we'd love to help you guys get connected with the right lawyers and the right people, Liberty Counsel being one of them, to fight back against these mandatory vaccines.
And then starting on Monday, Jack Pasebic is going to be starting with a show with us on TPUSA Live, which we're excited about, so it's fitting that we're all here today.
steve bannon
Amen.
Fantastic.
Charlie, fantastic work.
Look forward to having you back in the next week to talk about this.
You're absolutely correct about where this is going with the vaccines for the school children.
That's exactly where they're headed, and that is going to cause a firestorm, I'm telling you.
You're absolutely correct.
Charlie, thank you so much for joining us.
charlie kirk
Thank you so much.
Thanks.
steve bannon
Charlie Kirk, Turning Point USA.
Before I get to Harry Mehat at Liberty Council, Jack, new show on Monday?
jack posobiec
That's right.
I appreciate Charlie giving it out as it's just my show, and we are going to be launching.
It is a podcast, essentially actually a microcast, where it's a 30-minute podcast.
You get in, you get the news, you get my analysis, you're done.
30 minutes a day, but that's part of a larger block with Turning Point Live.
It's all going to be run by them, so we'll have the podcast version, we'll have the video version.
Look, if you're someone that isn't dedicated to all that, you know, you don't want to do the three hours, the four hours a day, you just have You have 30 minutes, boom.
In, out, you got it, you go.
steve bannon
And nobody can compress things like PESOBICS, that Naval Intelligence Training.
jack posobiec
Well, that's what they said, you know, when I was Navy Intelligence Officer.
Be good, be brief, be gone.
steve bannon
Okay, let's bring in Harry Mehat right now from Liberty Council.
You've had a lot of shout-outs so far, Harry.
I know this is a big concern of yours.
Tell us briefly about your background and why you've seen this movie play before what's happening in America right now.
unidentified
Hey Steve, great to be with you today.
You know, I grew up in a communist country where we were told, even as young children, that because our religious beliefs were not on the government's approved list, we were not going to be able to go to certain universities or have certain jobs.
That we were slated for factory menial work because that is what the communists had decided for us.
I tell you, we fled that communist regime to come to the land of the free.
And when I look around today, Steve, I am seeing history repeating itself in front of my very eyes, because there is a concerted effort right now to purge people of faith from the military, from the government, from healthcare, from All kinds of private employment situation because they will not go along with a government mandated vaccine that has its genesis in abortion.
They have conscientious or religious objections to this mandatory vaccine and because of that they are deemed to be unworthy to participate in public life.
It's unfathomable to me that this day has come upon this This country, the land of the free, a country that's been the beacon of freedom for the entire world, now we're dealing with an existential threat to freedom in this country.
And once we concede to the government or to the private employer or the school, the power to kick us out of the public square because of our religious beliefs, because of our conscience, there's no going back.
I mean, this is The hill to die on, Steve.
jack posobiec
I want to just, you know, kind of add on to this.
They know, right?
Like, that's the difference here, right?
They know they're being hypocritical.
They know that they're trampling on the rights of a minority, a protected minority.
They don't care.
They know exactly what they're doing.
You're seeing a White House now that has been completely humiliated by the Taliban on the world stage.
So what do they do?
They turn around, wag the dog, demonize a new underclass of citizen, and use that to take power and distract from what's really going on, the same way that every single tyrannical despot has done throughout human history.
We are not seeing anything new under the sun today.
steve bannon
Yeah, no, this is... Gary, tell us about Liberty County.
unidentified
I mean, just to add to that, you know, the lawlessness here is so rampant.
We've sued the state of Maine, and we're suing the state of New York in just an hour or two today.
Because they've actually come out and said, Title VII federal law, the First Amendment, doesn't apply in Maine.
If the governor of Maine says that there are no religious exemptions to be had by people of faith, Maine has said that that trumps the Constitution, trumps federal law, which is a complete absurdity, legally speaking.
I mean, the Supremacy Clause says that the federal Constitution and the federal law is the supreme law of the land.
Those laws, those provisions protect people of faith with religious exemptions.
Well, Maine and New York now says, well, not in Maine or not in New York.
The lawlessness is inexcusable and rampant.
And they're just doing it to see how much they can get away with it before they're held legally accountable.
And that's what we're trying to do at Liberty Council is hold them to account.
steve bannon
Tell us, we've got about a minute.
We're going to hold you over through the break.
Tell us about Liberty Council.
Why should this audience go there?
Why is it important?
unidentified
Look, we've been at the forefront of this battle.
Last year, it was keeping the church house open against these COVID mandates.
Now, This is the existential battle of our time and we have been at the forefront.
We have helped already thousands and thousands of students and employers and people of faith avoid these vaccine mandates, but we cannot do it alone.
Maybe after the break we can talk about how others can join this fight as well.
steve bannon
Okay, we've got Harry Mehat.
He's head of one of the people over at Liberty Council.
We'll take a short commercial break.
We'll return with Harry.
We've got J.D.
Vance.
J.D.
is calling for mass civil disobedience.
We also have Debbie Lee with a very moving story about her son.
All next in The War Room.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
jack posobiec
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, we've got Liberty Council.
Harry Mehat is with us.
We're jammed for time.
Harry, today, particularly, people's heads are blowing up.
We've got JD Vance coming on next to tell you why.
How do people get to Liberty Council?
What do you need them to do?
And why are you guys the place to go for looking for lawyers for this?
unidentified
The good news, Steve, is that even though as lawlessness abounds, we are still able to get victories and get results.
Just this past week, we found out Methodist Hospital in Dallas was denying all exemptions on mosque.
We wrote them a demand letter.
Within five hours, they granted the four clients that we represented in the letter.
And then next day, they granted dozens and dozens and dozens of exemptions that they had previously denied.
When people of faith stand up, they are still able to make a difference and to win.
And so I would encourage our listeners, if they're dealing with this issue, contact us at LibertyCouncilLC.org.
We will try to help as many as we can.
Others that can jump in this fight, whether they can support us with their prayer, with their financial support, we're a pro bono ministry and we rely on people's donations for help.
And then the other thing is, I'm just the one to call out on the other religious liberty firms in this nation.
With the exception of one or two others, we're kind of alone in this fight, and I can't imagine why.
This is the existential battle of our time, and there's no time to sit on the sidelines.
And so, those that are equipped to be in this fight need to be in this fight, because there's not another place to be.
LC.org is the place where we can be found.
We appreciate the prayers and the support of God's people, and we're ready to oppose this injustice for as long as possible and as long as we can.
steve bannon
Harry Meehat, you're a good man, and I gotta tell you, the folks over at Liberty Council are good people, so we're gonna get everybody in the War and Posse of Poland there today, find out more.
Thank you very much, Harry.
Looking forward to having you back on.
unidentified
Thank you, Steve.
Take care.
steve bannon
The existential issue of our time.
You know, Jack, I'm glad you dropped by today.
You've got to go pretty far in the woods to hit the trip wire of our next guest, J.D.
Vance.
But man, when you hit it, he comes in hot.
J.D., you put the Biden administration on blast yesterday.
We don't have time to play the cold open we were going to do that show you do it in CNN.
jack posobiec
I can summarize.
He went full hill, Billy.
steve bannon
J.D., what's the issue?
Why'd you get so worked up?
And what is your call to action to the American people?
I understand you're running for the Senate in a tough Republican primary out in Ohio, but this was actually bigger than Ohio.
You were calling the American people to arms.
Walk us through it.
jd vance
Look, I think the issue is pretty straightforward, which is that the Biden administration is trying to do something that's blatantly unconstitutional and tramples all over our rights.
I mean, you know, the thing that really bothered me more than the actual policy, if I'm being honest with you, Is the way that the Biden speech talked about the people that I grew up around, right?
Talked about normal Americans who don't want to get the vaccine for whatever reason.
And there are a lot of reasons out there.
I just give you an example.
You know, my dad has already had COVID.
He doesn't want to get the shot because he's already got the antibodies.
Why should he be forced to get the shot by the Biden administration?
But Biden talked about our people like they were vermin.
I can't think of another time in my life where I've seen a U.S.
president, a sitting U.S.
president talk about his fellow citizens.
With such disgust and disdain.
It was one of the grossest things I've ever seen from a president.
That's why I got so fired up.
Look, the call to action is pretty straightforward.
If they are going after a few people on these vaccine mandates, they're going to win.
But if they have to go after 100 million people to enforce these vaccine mandates, if they've got to send a letter to every single small business in this country, if they have to threaten to fine or to take to court every small business in this country, these vaccine mandates are going to fail.
And that's my call to action.
If you're a small business owner, if you're a big business owner, if you want your people to be able to make medical decisions for their own persons, their own families, don't comply.
Just tell the government you're not going to do it.
Force them to come after you.
Force them at least to send a mean letter before we give up on fundamental American liberties that our ancestors, grandparents, and parents fought for.
jack posobiec
Well, J.D., since you said that, since you basically were one of the biggest voices coming out on that, the hashtag, mass noncompliance, has actually been one of the top ten trends on Twitter, I think for something like, it's been almost, how many, 18 hours now?
unidentified
Right?
jack posobiec
It's been a long time since the speech started.
This has been going out incredibly, and you can actually see, and you're 100% right, in the polarization, the dividing of the people, one group pitting them against the other group, right?
And you can see now, even on Joe Biden's Twitter account, on his POTUS account, we are going to protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated, right?
I think anyone who's a student of history understands what that kind of language is.
jd vance
Yeah, absolutely.
It's creating a second class of American citizens, and then God forbid what's going to happen once you actually create that second class.
We know what happens after that with tyrannical leaders.
steve bannon
J.D., I know you pressed for time.
I just got to ask you about your dad.
Natural immunity, we've been told since we started the show in mid-January of 2020, herd immunity comes from natural immunity.
People have had the virus that the Israel study says has 20 times more antibodies than the vaccine.
Do you believe, with the speech yesterday, we hit an inflection point, that the Biden administration is now not prepared to engage in Uh, informed consent or a conversation and talk about the scientific facts.
You think this shows you that it's just full on kind of tyrannical dictatorial power.
This is going to be trying to force the unvaccinated and particularly not the anti-vaxxer, but the vaccine hesitant.
No more discussion, no more conversation, no more data, nothing.
Just they're going to try to play smash mouth.
Is that your belief?
jd vance
That's absolutely right.
I mean, look, it's dictatorship by the CDC and the principle here, Steve, if we follow this principle, To its conclusion, it's if you don't do what the CDC says that you have to do, you don't get to live a normal life.
You don't get to go to a ballgame, a grocery store.
You don't get to work and feed your family.
And that's not just vaccine mandates.
I mean, eventually, if you allow them to take this power, what if you eat too much fried chicken?
CDC says you shouldn't do that.
What if you have a few beers after work?
CDC says you shouldn't do that.
If we allow a medical tyranny to take hold in this country, vaccine mandates are going to be the least of our concerns.
steve bannon
J.D., how do people get to you when you talk about this, you know, noncompliance and mass civil disobedience and trying to be one of the leaders here?
How do people get to you?
What are your next steps?
jd vance
Yeah, so people can get to me on Twitter, J.D.
Vance 1, Facebook.
I'm on jdvance.com if they're interested in volunteering or helping out on our effort in Ohio.
But look, I think we're going to talk to other folks and we're going to try to actually really marshal some tools so that people who don't want to comply with this stuff actually know how to do it and do it in a smart way.
And we'll keep everybody posted and try to work on this and make sure that this stuff doesn't happen.
Crazy thing, Steve, is even if this stuff takes effect, it's going to take a long time.
So we've actually got a little bit of time here to fight back against this stuff.
unidentified
J.D.
steve bannon
Vance, make sure everybody goes check it out today.
J.D., thank you for joining us here in the War Room.
jd vance
Thanks, Rob.
jack posobiec
Steve, you've got a situation here where it's called Wag the Dog, but we've got Wag the Dog in reverse.
Now normally, what does Wag the Dog mean?
That's when you want to distract from a domestic crisis so you create a foreign crisis.
I think the greatest example of this outside the movie is when the week that the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke, Bill Clinton bombed Iraq.
Right, right.
So that's the classic example.
He bombed Iraq to get people distracted.
Now we have the opposite.
He wants to distract from a foreign crisis, so he is creating a domestic crisis.
steve bannon
Remember, it's a foreign crisis and an economic crisis.
The polling numbers are dropping.
People are seeing this.
People are seeing everywhere.
People are seeing everywhere exactly what the problem is, right?
And so that's why he's all of a sudden tried to That's right.
to try to change the conversation.
The conversation is being changed for one reason.
He doesn't want to face what Steve Cortez says is the three big, the three big, the three big crisis he's caused on the Southern border with the economy, the runaway inflation, and of course the terrorist super state.
Remember, tomorrow, while we're commemorating the dead with our live programming, the honored dead of 9-11, there's gonna be a celebration in Kabul of Joe Biden's creation with the terrorist super state.
This is to totally change the conversation and also to demonize the MAGA movement, the America First movement, and the deplorables.
jack posobiec
Right, they're coming for you.
By the way, go back and look at this, and Glenn Greenwald, of all people who's not a man of the right, has come out and pointed and said, the ACLU, you.
Used to be against vaccine mandates, right?
And he's pulling up their reports from 2008 from the different pandemics and the flus that were going around, the different variants, the different strains.
They said, hey, don't do this because the studies actually show that when you come down with this cudgel, when you come down with a government sledgehammer on all these things, it demonizes people.
It makes people dig in.
It doesn't even help get your percentages up, right?
What you need to do is come out there and say, look, you know, you talk to people, you show them the data, you show the studies, you answer the questions.
Don't do this.
They're on board with it.
Why?
Because there's money in this.
There's donations in this.
They're done talking.
They're now coming for you.
steve bannon
Okay.
Everybody's got to take a deep breath.
We've got two basic ways we're going to go about this.
Mass civil disobedience, and people are organizing that right now.
There's a lot to be said, and this is what we've been talking about.
France has been in the streets.
Australia has not, okay?
And you see what's happening in Australia, right?
It's very scary what's happening there.
People are going to have to get organized.
There's people trying to organize right now.
They're going to start to organize.
Mass civil disobedience.
Peaceful, obviously, but mass civil disobedience, okay?
And the other is the courts and legal, and you've got a lot of people going to the barricades right now.
The other is It's more than just that.
I've talked so often about the split between Joe Biden's team and Kamala Harris's team.
You're seeing a glimmer, a trial balloon yesterday.
shocked about this is pure totalitarianism. Biden's attitude and his tone yesterday.
jack posobiec
It's more than just that. You're now, I've talked so often about the split between Joe Biden's team and Kamala Harris's team. You're seeing a glimmer, a trial balloon yesterday. Listen to the language that Kamala Harris used yesterday. I know she was talking about abortion. She was talking about Texas, but listen to the structural language she was using.
There's that clip out there where she says, we don't want the government mandating decisions over your personal life and the life of your family.
It doesn't make us a strong society.
She's a very smart politician, Steve.
She knows exactly what she was doing.
She's throwing shade, again, on Joe Biden.
She's trying to position herself as, I'm not part of Afghanistan.
I'm not part of the mandates.
I'm not part of this.
Just choose me.
Come to my side and we'll walk away from Joe Biden and Tony Blinken and Ron Klain and all the rest of them.
steve bannon
Only 29% of African Americans in New York City are vaccinated, right?
The healthcare workers, this is why they go to the workforce.
Healthcare workers, I think it's 40% are not vaccinated.
These are principally people of color.
The reason they're not vaccinated is nobody's made the case to them.
They want informed consent and nobody's made the case to them.
This is why I think it's a unique opportunity to be able to really rally people who may not have heard the Trump movement and may not have heard of what's going on.
jack posobiec
See, my phone's blowing up from people from the left.
I've got people who are Black Lives Matter saying, whoa, this guy's lost his mind.
Joe Biden's lost his mind.
What's he doing?
Right, you think they're on board with this kind of stuff?
That they're on board with mass government mandates like this?
No, you are going to see liberals and conservatives and moderates, and it's really gonna be the economic, it's the middle class, it's the working class are going to unite against the people that are pushing this nonsense.
steve bannon
L.A.
Unified School District, the parents that came, they were speaking in Hispanic, they were trying to fight the mandate for the 12-year-olds.
You wait till they get to the 5 to 6 year olds, particularly how they're going to run the show.
jack posobiec
It's coming.
The approval's coming.
They're already talking about it.
steve bannon
Charlie Kirk's giving a heads up.
jack posobiec
Final stages for under 12.
steve bannon
Real quickly, we've got about a minute here.
We're going to bring in Debbie Lee over the next break, talk about her son and this foundation and what's going on and the memories of it.
I gotta ask you about Tony Blinken.
Give me an inside scoop on Blinken.
Tell me about Blinken.
jack posobiec
Blinken is on the ropes, and his testimony comes up on Tuesday, folks.
Not only did he block the EVAC flights, but remember, National Polls have the story, so credit where it's due.
He pulled the Trump crisis response plan.
He's the one who dropped the withdrawal plan, and Foggy Bottom has turned against him.
Foggy bottoms against him.
You've got people in State Department calling for his resignation.
They are now actively talking about a potential resignation letter from Tony Blinken to come after that Senate Foreign Relations testimony on Tuesday.
steve bannon
By the way, he looks so pathetic overseas and doing these press conferences now.
It's like he's got no stroke whatsoever.
I mean, it's a... He realized he got played.
jack posobiec
He realized he got played.
steve bannon
He wasn't tough before, but right now, that's a shell of his former self.
jack posobiec
I think there was somebody who once called him a clerk.
steve bannon
Yeah, exactly.
The cruelty coming out of the War Room.
Short commercial break.
Jack Masovic, Steve Bannon in the War Room.
We'll be joined by Debbie Lee after a short commercial break.
unidentified
War Room.
jack posobiec
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
unidentified
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
jack posobiec
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Jack, you got an update from from Joe Biden?
jack posobiec
Joe Biden just tweeted.
You know, folks, I talked about this.
I tweeted it this morning.
I said, if you're mad about the vaccine mandate, wait until the booster mandates.
Joe Biden right now.
My first responsibility is to protect the American people and make sure we have vaccines for every American.
unidentified
Right.
jack posobiec
Every.
No age on that.
Every American, including enough boosters.
As soon as they're authorized, those eligible will be able to get a free booster right away in tens of thousands of sites across the country.
steve bannon
The boosters are ready.
Okay, National Pulse, the great Raheem Kassam and the team over there just launched the new remake of their site.
We're going to get it up everywhere.
jack posobiec
Is that the Financial Pulse?
steve bannon
The Financial Pulse.
By the way, the F.T.' 's already called.
The lawyers from the F.T.
have already called and want to know about the look of it.
So, Raheem, get your general counsel ready.
Okay, I want to bring in now a Gold Star mom, a friend of the show, someone we've known for many, many years, Debbie Lee.
Debbie, walk us through why you're a Gold Star mom, tell us about your son, and then I want to talk to you about your organization.
unidentified
You bet.
You know, I didn't know, Steve, what a Gold Star mom was until I became one.
And a Gold Star family member is an immediate family member of someone who's lost a loved one in combat, defending the freedoms that we enjoy each and every day.
And it's not anything you ever want to, you don't aspire to be.
But so proud of Mark and the choice that he made to give his life, defending his teammates and the freedoms that we enjoy each and every day.
It's been over 15 years since that young man gave his life.
Not a day goes by that I don't miss him, but so proud of him and the choice that he made to give his life.
And what we've been able to do through the foundation, we started to continue to support our troops, veterans and Gold Star families, lets me see Mark continued to be as much alive today as if he were physically here with us.
steve bannon
Debbie, tell us a little bit about Mark.
What was he like as a man and as a son?
unidentified
Well, first, obviously, he was very selfless in who he was and his actions.
He had a crazy sense of humor.
Two years in a row, his junior and senior year, he got class clown.
And I was like, oh, great.
And this is going to get you to college.
How?
Just like I said, he would be, if he was at a party and someone was being picked on or there was an underdog in the room, he'd walk up and, you know, make him feel comfortable, obviously with his humor, make the room a little bit lighter, but just an amazing young man.
He was the youngest of my three children and came into our life and brought so much joy into our life in a very, very difficult time.
I'd just gone through a divorce from his father and had three small children, but The day that Mark gave his life, it was 115, 120 degrees in Ramadi, Iraq that day.
He'd been in an intense firefight for two hours he had been fighting.
And he carried the big gun, so he carried anywhere from 150 to 180 pounds in addition to his own weight.
How do you do that in that extreme temperatures for that long is beyond me.
I'm the first Gold Star mom in history to be in the combat zone where their child was killed.
I actually went on a patrol with the 1st and the 4th Cav.
three different times while I was there.
I had a glimpse into what our men and women do and the sacrifices they make for us.
But I can't even comprehend how they do that in those extreme temperatures.
His buddy, Ryan Job, had been severely injured and the four seals on the rooftop, two of them dropped to their knees to help Ryan.
Mark could have made that very same choice that day.
But his choice was to stand up in the direct line of fire.
He knew he had the big gun.
His hope was that he could lay down some suppressive fire to be able to get the medic to the rooftop.
And he did.
The medic got up there and he took one look at Ryan and said, we got to get him out of here immediately or there's no chance for survival.
So not just once, but a second time again, Mark made the choice to stand up into the direct line of fire, right where the sniper had just wounded Ryan.
They were able to get Ryan down off of that roof and get him off for medical attention.
And they climbed in their Bradleys and they headed back to the base, which I'm proud to tell you was named Camp Markley in his memory.
And as they got back to that base, I know Chris Kyle told me later that they were pretty sure that there was no way Ryan had survived his injuries.
They were expecting that phone call from the hospital any moment, letting them know that he passed, but he did in fact survived those injuries that day.
But the chief came in and said, we just found 30 of the insurgents that just attacked us.
And without hesitation, Mark looked at his chief and he said, Roger that.
Let's go get them.
I've been over to Camp Markley.
I know on the other side of their base is a Marine base.
They could have said, go get some Marines that are fresh and haven't been out to battle today and are ready to go.
But that's not who these guys are.
And Mark looked at his chief and said, Roger that.
Let's go get them.
So they climbed into their Bradleys and they headed back to that godforsaken place.
They cleared several houses and they went in the last house Mark would be in.
Cleared the bottom of the house and headed up the steps and they heard him yell, On me!
And the guys knew what he was saying.
He was saying, I got the lead on this.
You guys follow me.
And as they went up those steps, they drew fire through a window.
And for the last and final time, Mark made the choice to stand in the line of fire again.
He could have dug below the wall.
He could have waited for backup.
Half his platoon probably would have been killed.
But he made the choice to stand in that line of fire and gave his life to save his teammates.
And I had no choice the news that was given to me that day, but I did have a choice how I responded.
And my choice was to put on his boots and pick up his weapon and stay in the fight for every man and woman that served, stay in the fight for every other family who's lost a loved one.
It's been my honor to do that through America's Mighty Warriors.
steve bannon
How did we get, how do you get to the website?
We've got about a minute left, Debbie.
How do people find out more?
How do they get to your website?
How do they follow you?
unidentified
So it's americasmightywarriors.org.
We're doing a lot for our veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, and suicidal thoughts.
We're providing healing therapies of hyperbaric oxygen, hormone and vitamin therapies.
We do a lot for our Gold Star families.
We're working with the 13 families that we lost in Afghanistan last week to get them memorial bracelets.
And when they're ready, we'll host retreats.
There probably isn't anything I wouldn't do for our men and women who serve.
steve bannon
Well, I can tell you, you can tell why Mark Lee was a hero because of his mom.
Thank you very much for joining us.
Do you have social media?
Is there any way we can get you on Twitter or Getter?
Do you have any handles?
unidentified
We do.
We're on Twitter.
America's Mighty is, I don't remember if that's the Twitter or the Instagram, but we're also on Facebook under America's Mighty Warriors as well.
