The virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, and the worst happens... War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Just tell us what you actually found in the precincts that you were in.
unidentified
Okay.
steve bannon
By the way, I want to put the math on the precincts up on the screen.
Go ahead, ma'am.
unidentified
Sure.
Okay.
So understand that the number of people that we interviewed was equivalent to the size of a city of an average American city.
It was actually larger than the average American city.
So we have lots of people that we interviewed and here are the three major findings.
Okay.
The first one, and this is pretty major.
So 34.23% of the people.
That we canvassed.
Understand, we canvassed all registered voters.
We didn't just canvass the official record.
We went to everyone.
And 34.23% of people that we had a record of not having voted said, what do you mean?
I voted.
Yes, I did.
And that is one of our greatest findings.
Where did these votes go?
And that's why we're calling these lost votes.
steve bannon
Okay, there's 173,000.
This is the imputed number on this explosive report we had today.
We want to thank Liz Harris, a real patriot, and also Captain Seth Keschel.
We're going to be having coverage of this non-stop for the next couple days, so it's quite explosive.
The way they imputed lost votes, people said they voted, but there's no record of the vote being counted or delivered.
It's 173,000 in Maricopa County as they impute it.
And by the way, it's all up on Gateway Pundits on our site.
You can see their first cut of their analysis.
This is far from perfect, but directionally it's very, very, very powerful.
Also, more importantly, we have a clip from Ghost Votes.
My crack team is going to tell me when we got that ready.
Had a little computer problem here.
About the ghost votes, which, I'll be honest with you, you know, it's the canvas, not the count.
This is what Peter Navarro, we've talked about from very early on.
The ghost votes, I find much more interesting.
The lost votes are very interesting and intriguing.
The ghost votes are, as we say in the business, money.
Bank.
I want to bring in Boris Epstein right now.
And thank you, Boris, for coming right after the beginning of High Holy Days of Rosh Hashanah.
boris epshteyn
Of course.
steve bannon
Welcome back.
I know you've been all over this.
You and I, you particularly, have worked in Arizona since the beginning.
And Liz Harris and her team That really went out and did this, and this is a huge sample.
This is a huge sample, right?
They went, I think, 11,000, 11,400 doors, you know, talked, I think, eventually made contact with 4,900 people.
If you look at the polls are done with a couple hundred people, this is, this is big league.
This is very, very, very impressive.
So, Boris, I want to get your, what's your initial thoughts, observations on this?
boris epshteyn
First of all, I want to give you breaking news, Steve.
unidentified
Always signal, not noise, here in the War Room.
boris epshteyn
Breaking news out of Pennsylvania.
The Secretary of State's Office of Pennsylvania has stated that they will not show up tomorrow for the hearing scheduled by State Senate President Pro Tempore Jay Corman, which means, according to Jay Corman himself, that subpoenas are going to be issued.
And that was reinforced by Jay Corman today in Pennsylvania news, in Pennsylvania media outlets.
So that's where it stands as of right now.
Hearing tomorrow, Corman himself is talking about subpoenas over hundreds of submissions under oath to that portal that we spoke about at length last week.
I know that there's a good amount of skepticism and, let's put it, reserved perspective from the audience on Jay Corman.
And as we have always said, all you could do is give somebody the opportunity to take action.
We've got the hearing tomorrow.
If Jay Corman does the right thing and issues subpoenas coming out of that hearing, he's going to have another chance to continue proving that he's all about action, action, action.
steve bannon
We've got Tony Shoup from Audit the Vote PA is going to join us momentarily, Boris, and also she's got news about, guess what, our favorite topic, Canvas.
Boris, I want to put it in perspective because you did the analysis for the President and for others when this Justice Department, when Pamela Carlin,
The Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division sent this blistering letter to the President of the Arizona Senate, Karen Fann, who has planetary power to actually do this, to look at all these aspects of it, and she sent this about the canvas.
It was really about the canvas.
Tell us about ghost votes.
You talked about lost votes.
people might be potentially up for criminal charges by doing the canvas.
That shows you what heroes Liz Harris and her team are.
Put it in perspective.
How important is this?
How important is this?
I'll tell you what, if we have it, let's play it.
I want to play the second part of this, Borsche, right now.
This is the part about the ghost vote.
Let's hear it from Liz Harris' own mouth.
So tell us about ghost votes.
You talked about lost votes.
Tell us about ghost votes.
unidentified
So, Steve, if someone lived in your basement, your attic, your garage, your guest bedroom, I think you'd know about it, wouldn't you?
Well, we found an estimated 96,389 votes that came out of addresses where the mail-in ballots could not have possibly been cast by the voter that the vote was registered to.
And the way we got to this number is that 5.66% of all mail-in voters, and overall there were 1.7 million mail-in voters. And when you take 5.66% of that number, you know, as Seth will confirm, that's how you get the estimate of 96,399.
And again, we're estimating on the low side.
steve bannon
Okay, put up, while I talk to Boris, Tony Shube's going to join us.
We're going to have Vernon Jones join us about what he believes has to happen in Georgia immediately.
This is like a prairie fire.
I want to also, but here's what I want to do.
I want to pull up, can Denver get the clip from the great Steve Cortez, who's always in the numbers, today got into the Economist polling, ladies and gentlemen, and this is not specifically about how bad Biden's doing.
Although there's a lot about that, and I think he's only 36% approval in the poll, or he's under 40% in the poll, I believe, by everybody.
Under 40%, that's right, Steve.
Under 40%.
This is The Economist.
This is the most powerful magazine in the world, read by every decision-maker in the world, from she's and her staff to people at the White House.
You may not like its angle of attack because it's totally globalist.
It hates the nationalists, hates the populists, but you've got to read it.
The most powerful magazine in the world.
Their poll from The Economist, not from Gateway Pundit, not from The War Room, their poll.
Let's see if Denver can put the poll up from The Economist.
September 4th through the 7th.
Got registered voters, 2020 voters, and party ID.
And here's the question.
BIDEN DID NOT, and NOT is in all caps, legitimately win the election.
This is a question from the economists in their poll.
Biden did not legitimately win the election.
Independent voters, by party ID, answer 42%.
I told you we'd get here.
unidentified
42%.
steve bannon
This is why he's imploding.
He didn't get the votes in the first place and now independents, people who are not in the Trump movement, People that are not part of MAGA, that are not part of America First, that are not deplorables.
Independent voters telling The Economist, did not, did not legitimately win the election 42%.
That should be a fire bell in the night.
This regime is over.
The American people, 42%, the 42% didn't question Lincoln's legitimacy.
Right?
They didn't like it.
They thought he won as a minority candidate, right?
But not the legitimacy of the vote.
And the canvas is just starting to roll out.
And particularly the ghost votes on the canvas.
Boris Epstein.
boris epshteyn
Steve, I want to go to something very specific in the Economist YouGov poll.
And we've talked about this for weeks.
We dissected this poll last week at length on the economy.
On the economy, the numbers we've talked about where Biden was heading was that two-handle, right?
unidentified
The 20%.
boris epshteyn
On the economy, only 21%.
Only 21% of the 1,500 U.S.
adults polled, only 21% that believe that the economy is either good or excellent.
Only 21% of the 1,500 US adults polled, only 21% that believe that the economy is either good or excellent.
Everything else is beneath.
21% in general on right track, wrong track, it is actually mind-boggling.
27%!
26% right track.
unidentified
26%.
boris epshteyn
There's that two-handle, baby.
26% right track.
60% wrong track.
unidentified
Okay?
steve bannon
Give me that one again on the right track.
unidentified
26%.
steve bannon
This is death nail.
A big part of it, remember, the thing that's imploded so quickly, it is mathematically impossible, even as hapless and feckless as he is in all the disasters he's put his hand to, the economy, the invasion on the southern border, Afghanistan, it's impossible to still implode to this depth of implosion unless you start at a lower base.
This is what we had this morning.
Clinton got 43%.
Obama, he should be an Obama-type drop, or maybe lower, because of his competence, okay?
He's at Clinton-type numbers for his first 9 or 10 months in.
Why?
Clinton started at 43% in 1992.
Ross Perot took 19%.
Biden starts from a lower base and now you've got independent voters.
Remember, these are just guys principally they're seeing in these big battleground states and that's what we've been doing.
We've been hammering, hammering, hammering on Arizona, in Pennsylvania, Georgia.
Enough people because the mainstream media suppressed it.
The oligarchs have suppressed it.
boris epshteyn
There's actually more unbelievable news in here, Steve.
Here's what's really unbelievable, okay?
So overall, right track, wrong track, which is the approval of anybody in politics, right?
Especially the president.
It's right track, wrong track.
There's no way you approve of your president if you believe the country is heading in the wrong track.
So overall, right track, wrong track, 26%.
Pop quiz.
What percentage of Biden voters, according to this poll, do you think believe that the country is on the wrong track?
unidentified
Of Biden voters, according to this poll, which completely proves the point.
Well, it better be no higher than, like, a third.
steve bannon
Two-thirds.
It ought to be two-thirds right track, one-third wrong track.
Done.
What is it?
boris epshteyn
He's above that.
He's a third of Biden voters.
This is of Biden voters.
52% are either wrong track or not sure.
Of Biden voters!
steve bannon
Only 48% are less than majority on the right track.
boris epshteyn
are less than majority on the right track.
steve bannon
Yeah, this is, they're also answering honestly, but this is also the independents.
The number's got to be horrific.
And the independents, ladies and gentlemen, are a proxy right now for the American people.
Because it's so polarized on the Democrats.
boris epshteyn
We said that those two weeks ago, Steve, we said that as the independents go into the 30s and the 20s, that is a leading indicator.
And Biden continues to drop.
And all of this is tied together.
You better believe that is why Merrick Garland, Biden's DOJ, came in so hot against the cannabis to protect the legitimacy of Biden.
But they're still protecting it.
And I think Liz Harris's information, nothing's perfect.
Okay, but that report which has some earth-shattering info and it proves one thing for cert, it is that the canvas which was in the scope of the audit in Maricopa County, the full canvas has to be conducted.
There's no way to get around it and they've got to stand up to the GOJ and say, you know what?
We're a federalist system in this country.
We've got the Tenth Amendment and we're doing a canvas.
steve bannon
This is why, directionally.
With their own, by the way, all volunteers.
This is the outside game for the people in the convention center itself, counting, doing the ballots.
Remember, it's tripartite.
It's the full ballot, forensic audit of the ballots, and the count, and making sure the envelopes, everything.
It's the canvas, and then it's the machines.
Okay?
This canvas was the outside game.
And I got to tell you, Liz Harris is directionally correct enough.
It's got to be a full canvas in Arizona, particularly Maricopa County.
Full canvas in Fulton County.
Full canvas in Philadelphia.
This, you think full forensic audit shocks them?
The one, part of the full forensic they're most nervous about?
The canvas.
It's the canvas, not the count.
Okay.
Short commercial break.
We've got Tony Shoup from Audit the Vote PA.
Boris Epstein.
We're going to have Vernon Jones.
We've got a bunch of national security stuff.
And we're going to talk about the debt ceiling.
Janet Yellen was watching the show this morning.
She went up on Capitol Hill and said, Hey, send a letter.
Hey, we're out of money in October.
unidentified
back in a moment in the war room.
And you will soon... War Room!
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
We've got a lot of wood to chop here, so we're not going to be able to do all the cold opens we wanted to, because we're making this up as we go along.
I'm going to bring in now Tony Shoup of Audit the Vote PA.
She is all over.
These hearings are going to happen tomorrow.
I guess, as she predicted, a lot of these people are not going to show up.
Subpoenas are going to be flying.
But Tony, I've got to ask you, your group is also maniacally focused on canvases.
Tell us about that.
Tell us the efforts you've done and kind of the preliminary results you've gotten out of places like Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
unidentified
Well, so far we have boots on the ground in eight of our 67 counties.
A couple of them are almost done.
A couple of them are halfway done.
So we're making a lot of progress.
But Montgomery County canvassing effort was actually done back in November and December.
And they found, they knocked on 1600 doors and found about 30% of the time, they found a phantom vote or a ghost vote, however you want to say it, which equated to a data analysis of 78,000 phantom votes.
And this was all the way back in November and December.
steve bannon
What is the, what's the biggest thing?
When you said phantom votes, was it, was it going to seeing, by the way, they have here, we're going to have some specifics with Liz and hopefully maybe Tony over the next couple days, but the big heckle for the report is that they've got an empty lot on the report and the empty lot had two mail-in votes coming from it, right?
And they've got, you know, dozens and dozens of examples like this.
In Montgomery County or other places we're out canvassing, when you talk about ghost votes, because those are the ones I think they're the easiest to focus on, what are people finding?
What are your canvassers finding?
unidentified
Well, if you knock on a door and you just ask, it's really simple questions too.
So the left is yelling voter intimidation and we're asking people who they voted for, which is not true at all.
We're just simply asking people that are willing to have a conversation with us if they voted in 2020, how they voted in 2020, how many people are registered to vote at their house.
And how many people from that house actually voted in 2020 that they know of?
And we're finding massive discrepancies then on the other side, the electronic side, where let's say a house will say, yeah, we have two registered voters, but only one voted in the 2020 election.
And then the records are showing in some cases, three and four people from that address having voted.
steve bannon
What about this letter that went to Karen Phan, the President of the Arizona State Senate from the Justice Department, that essentially threatens or implies a threat for canvassers, you know, working for organizations like your own, of potential criminal liability for voter intimidation.
How's that set with folks in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that want to get to the bottom of 3 November?
unidentified
That's a good question.
We looked into all of this.
There are no laws against canvassing whatsoever in Pennsylvania.
And as long as we follow the guidelines and the rules, and we are definitely not intimidating people.
We're just a friendly face and want to talk to people that are willing to talk to us.
And if they're not, we pack up and say, thank you very much for your time.
Have a great day.
But there's no laws against canvassing in Pennsylvania.
So the state department and anybody else that wants to try to come down on us has no authority to do it.
They've already tried through the media.
They've doxxed a couple of our volunteers and tried to say that we're intimidating people, but they're completely lying.
steve bannon
Tony, let's talk about Tamar.
It looks like a lot of the state people are not going to show up.
The Secretary of State says they're not going to show up.
There's been hundreds, I think, people have gone to this site, the portal, to try to give or start to give, you know, under oath, give affidavits, give their testimony.
What's your anticipation of what's going to happen here in the next couple days?
Do you anticipate the subpoenas are going to be flying right away?
And what do you think is going to be the outcome of that?
unidentified
I'll be very surprised if subpoenas come out right away, and my biggest disappointment is that I don't see subpoenas coming for what needs to be looked at, and that is the ballots in our electronic voting roll system.
So if they subpoena people from the State Department, my question for Senator Corman is why?
We've already heard from all these people.
They're Democrats.
They don't care about getting to the bottom of what happened in 2020.
Kathy Bookvar is our Secretary of State who conveniently resigned the first week of January to seemingly unrelated issues.
She's the one we need to be subpoenaing and finding out why she certified an election with 120,000 unreconciled votes.
I don't see that happening while Senator Cormann is in the lead.
We'll just wait and see what happens tomorrow, but I don't anticipate anything of real meaning coming out of tomorrow's hearings.
steve bannon
Let's go back to Bookvar.
You want the long arm of the law here because it was on her watch all these discrepancies happen.
You're saying you got to get to Bookvar and you want to get to Bookvar right away, correct?
unidentified
Correct.
steve bannon
Tell me what is audit now?
Walk me through the county level.
You guys are undeterred by what you're doing.
Tell us about what you're doing at the county level as you're going to try to get your full forensic audit come hell or high water.
So what are you doing at the county level to drive this?
unidentified
We are reaching out to county commissioners.
We have an entire project plan thanks to Senator Mastriano who put that together and we're trying to meet with county commissioners and solicitors and show them our plan.
We have Financial estimate on what it's going to cost each county to actually do the audit.
We have 501c money prepared to pay for that.
We're going to show them all the irregularities in their county because it is widespread all over the state of Pennsylvania and see if they will work with us and do a full forensic audit of their county because in Pennsylvania, the county commissioners have the full authority to investigate their own county election.
They don't even need subpoenas.
Everything belongs to them.
And so they have the full authority to do it.
And that's the direction we're going.
steve bannon
Tony, if people want to find out more about your canvassing efforts so far, if they want to see your Montgomery County, if they want to see this, and see if they want to support you guys county by county, where do they go?
unidentified
They can go to our website at AuditTheVotePA.com.
We are also on Gab and Telegram and Facebook.
steve bannon
Tony, thank you very much.
I appreciate you joining us here in the War Room.
unidentified
You're most welcome.
Look forward to coming back.
steve bannon
Okay.
They're on fire up in Pennsylvania.
They're not going to back off.
Boris, so tomorrow they're going to get stiffed by the Democrats.
Walk through Tony's concern.
You know, these subpoenas, how long it's going to take.
I mean, we're in another struggle like we were in Arizona.
Arizona, we're coming to at least the, I would say, the end of the beginning where you're going to get a report next week that goes through this.
The canvas is just starting to get fired up.
We've seen the results of the canvas.
Now people are all focused on that.
Walk me through Pennsylvania.
boris epshteyn
You're right.
In Arizona, we're going to have a report in the next several days, this week, next week, that's going to have a lot of information in it, a lot of info about what happened as a result of the count.
And now we've got this canvas information, which makes it very clear that for the audit to be complete, we need the full canvas to be done in Maricopa County.
On Pennsylvania, Tony's a true patriot, and what she's saying does make good sense, is that we need for the ballots to be subpoenaed, for the sure system to be subpoenaed, and for the process to be subpoenaed.
Here's what I'm willing to do.
I'm willing to give Jay Corman the ability to prove himself to Tony and to the other patriots at Pennsylvania.
The reason to subpoena the Secretary of State is the Secretary of State conducted the election.
I also completely agree.
Here's the bottom line.
state who conducted the election who then quit this year very conveniently kathy book of our should absolutely be also subpoenaed and asked very specific question on to what as to what happened in the election and required to show that fraud did not occur in the pennsylvania election here's the bottom line the bottom line is that what happened in pennsylvania was fraudulent on many levels one of them absolutely was the fact that the secretary of
state's office issued directives at the last moment on how the election should That is a clear violation of Article 2 of the Constitution.
So the State Senate has to be investigating that, but they also have to conduct a full audit and a full canvas in the state of Pennsylvania.
If that does not occur, if that action does not take place, You know that this audience, myself, you, Steve, are going to be full-throated in our demanding for that and in our criticism of Jake Corman and Senator Dush just as we have been just a few weeks ago.
But you do have to give some credit where it's due.
They're holding this hearing tomorrow.
They're putting the onus on the Secretary of State, putting the onus on the executive branch of Pennsylvania and saying subpoenas Are going to come of it.
So let's see what happens tomorrow.
Let's make sure the subpoenas come out and let's have our voices be heard loud and clear.
steve bannon
Remember, The Economist is telling you by their polling that 42% of independents think he's illegitimate.
How many presidents we've had in our history think he's illegitimate?
Illegitimate.
That is a loaded term.
Okay, you want to stop a regime in its tracks?
Illegitimate not deplorables not Trump movement not because they're in the 90 to 95 percent independence 42% do we have Vernon Jones? Let's bring in very Democrats who think who think you didn't win No, it's getting to them, too Vernon, let's get in Vernon Jones.
We've got a couple minutes this segment.
We'll hold Vernon over to the next.
Vernon, talk to us about this review you've done of that you actually went out and made a pilgrimage out to Arizona.
Talk to us about this information you're seeing now about Canvas, and is this appropriate for Georgia?
vernon jones
First of all, it showed that Maricopa County took the lead in not taking the media's word for what happened in Arizona.
But actually examine the ballot to process the policies and procedures.
This is a clear example of what happened in Maricopa County.
Maricopa County is a microcosm of what happened across this country.
And so, and with the young lady talking about the canvassing, that augments the process.
Georgia, we have to do something in Georgia.
For over 275 plus days, we've been asking and calling the governor to do a forensic audit.
That audit would include, but not be limited to, All 159 counties examining the ballot, looking at the chain of custody, the policies and the procedures.
And you know, I have a document right here that's clear about how the Board of Elections, the State Board of Elections came in and changed our election process.
It was an undisputed violation of the Constitution.
They don't determine what election laws are.
It's the state legislature that does it.
They came up with the drop-off boxes.
They came up with the policies and the procedures on how this should work.
Well, guess what?
You saw what happened recently in DeKalb County, those 43,000 votes, no chain of custody.
Many of those ballots were not picked up from the drop-off boxes on time.
There was a whole rash of issues.
That's why we also have to push, and I'm asking the legislature to pass a law in our special session to make sure that our ballots are held more than just two years, because right now, they can be held up to two years.
It needs to expand to at least four years.
I'm also sending out a letter and contacting all our election supervisors across the state and all 159 counties not to destroy these records at the end of two years.
We want them to go beyond two years because I can tell you the governor's pushing back on the audit.
And the only way we're going to have a full 159 county audit here is it comes from the governor's office and it's going to happen in 2023.
But we need to preserve those ballots and those records.
unidentified
We have to do that or else we're going to miss out.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
A short commercial break.
Be back with Vernon Jones, Boris Epstein and The War Room.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.

And of course, we're ground game, he's air game, so we're going to have more of the air game tomorrow morning.
Boris, one thing I just want to say, we're going to get to a little later after Boris and Vernon pop, but the regime is jammed, and here's why they're jammed.
They don't have any money to spend, right?
They got the fiscal year coming on September 30th, They've got to get appropriations.
Some of them are going to try to place some three-card money with some continued resolution.
All going to be stopped.
Shut down the government.
And then Janice Yellen today sending a nasty letter.
A nasty letter.
That the United States government is stone-cold out of cash.
Hard out of cash.
On, hmm, October 15th or thereabouts.
Out of cash.
The most prosperous nation in the world.
If they can't get the printing presses, and the only way to get the printing presses is you.
You have to give the authorization.
Nancy Pelosi today gave a press conference.
We've stopped them.
They're not going to jam it into one of these reconciliation bills.
They understand that's too radioactive.
They have to make this a joint effort because you cannot mess around with the balance sheet of the country.
So they said they've been trying to jam it in this reconciliation.
She came out and said, no, we're not going to do that.
Can't do that.
It's got to be bipartisan.
Got to be bipartisan.
So here's the answer to that.
How about this?
No, no, we're not going to sit there and see six trillion dollars in spending.
We're not going to see you running around trying to buy off the American people because your regime is over.
And let me quote the economist, 42 percent of independent voters in this nation Thank you.
Don't disagree with your policies.
It's not that they think you're doing a bad job.
They got other questions for that.
42% of independent voters think you're illegitimate.
Ergo, you did not win.
Okay?
Social media oligarchs.
Mainstream media tycoons.
Right?
Our bettors.
The Wall Street faction.
The globalist woke corporations.
42% with no support.
That word's out there.
You know why?
You can't turn your eyes away from the Vernon Joneses of the world, the Liz Harris's of the world, what's happening with the Patriots in Arizona.
Because guess what?
American people got common sense to say, you know what?
Something didn't feel right and now I'm seeing this, something's not right.
Boris Epstein, closing thoughts, observations.
boris epshteyn
Steve, no doubt about it.
Sometimes I imagine how these pathetic, feckless Democrats look at themselves in the mirror.
I mean, Joe Biden, forget the fact that he's not loved.
I mean, there's a few Joe Biden chants breaking out across college football stadiums in this country.
This guy, forget about states, he can't go to New York or New Jersey without being heckled.
That is the proof in the pudding that Joe Biden came nowhere close to that 81 million votes.
And the talk of, hey, there's no base, right?
There's nobody who's willing to scrape themselves across shard glass to vote and support Joe Biden is completely right.
That's why on the economy, he's at 21%.
Right track, wrong track, 26% right track.
The rest, wrong track or not sure.
This administration, this presidency is over.
It's over and what's happening in Arizona, what's happening in Georgia where Vernon Jones has been such a champion, what's happening in Pennsylvania is driving the stake.
In to what's left of the Biden administration and guess what?
Canvas in Arizona, in Georgia and Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin is going to prove what we've talked about for now almost a year.
That Joe Biden did not win the 2020 election and that 42% among independents is again a leading indicator that's going to grow, grow, grow and going to be deep in the majorities across the board.
And who knows what happens then?
Everything is on the table.
steve bannon
Boris, what's your social media?

steve bannon
Okay, thank you, Boris.
Vernon, back to you.
Look, we can't wait until 2023.
Yes, when you're governor, we know it's going to happen, but what action, we've got a couple minutes here, what action are you going to take now to make this happen now?
We have to have this happen now.
If there's any guy I would turn to to make something happen, it's Vernon Jones.
This is a man of action.
So Vernon, walk us through your plan.
How do we get a full forensic audit in Georgia, given you've got, it looks like an immovable object, In the governor, the Republican governor of the state.
Let me put that in the Republican governor of the state, Brian Kemp.
vernon jones
Well, first of all, only the governor can do executive order where 159 county audit can be conducted at taxpayers expense.
And I say taxpayers because then you don't have to worry about having a political answer or motive or agenda because it's funded by taxpayers.
But in the meantime, I'm calling on local counties Not only like DeKalb, who has a clear record of violating what?
The absentee ballot drop-off policies and procedures, but other counties in the metro area to have a forensic audit.
It has to happen.
The legislature comes in in October.
We're going to be doing a full press on the legislature that comes in October for a special session to call for a full forensic audit through the legislature, through the state senate.
But I got to tell you, I'll go back to what I said.
There's an audit going on now by an independent company.
It's a private organization, a non-profit organization.
It's going to show information.
More and more information is coming out.
More and more pressure has been put on.
But I keep going back to this.
I have to, Steve.
I'm sorry, Steve.
unidentified
Yeah.
vernon jones
This is the policies and procedures that's related to absentee ballots with the drop-off boxes that was put forth, not by the legislature.
But this was by the executive branch, the Georgia State Board of Elections, and I gotta read this because it's so important.
They wrote the law, not the legislature.
For the elections held on June 9th, 2020, county registrars are authorized to establish one or more drop-off box locations as a means for absentee by male electors to deliver their ballots to the county registrars.
Placing a voted absentee ballot into the drop box shall be deemed delivery pursuant to OCGA 21-2-385 and is subjected to limitations on who may deliver a ballot on behalf of an electorate.
Now, this law wasn't changed to add drop-off boxes by the legislature.
It was by the executive branch, Brian Kemp directing with the buy-in of Stacey Abrams to create these drop-off boxes.
Where's the biggest fraud?
The biggest fraud is in absentee balloting.
Where's the harvesting going on?
Absentee balloting.
Where's the missing change of custody?
Absentee balloting.
So my whole point is, we've got to continue to put pressure not only on our local governments, even though they may be Democratic-controlled, we've got to ask for more canvassing, we have to go to their Board of Commissioners meetings, we have to go and put pressure on our legislators, our state senators, and more importantly, the governor.
And the governor's afraid because he knows what this is going to reveal.
That's why I keep saying, Steve, there is a dead cat on the end of this line.
President Trump won Georgia.
All of those ballots collected at those drop-off boxes were invalid.
Why?
Because they were not designated as precincts by whom?
The state legislature.
So we got to continue to be vocal and be vigilant in making sure that we keep that pressure there on them, Steve.
Steve, it's crazy.
You saw it through the Georgia Star News.
They revealed those 43,000 ballots in DeKalb that were invalid, and the process they were coming through was what?
The drop-off boxes.
Some counties, although their rules say that every county may have at least, or should have, shall have, let me tell you, shall have at least one drop-off box, some counties had no drop-off boxes.
So did they violate the law, or were they within the law?
I'll go back to what I said earlier.
It was Stacy's law.
versus state law and Stacy's law won the day because of Brian Kemp he caved in.
That's why I want those who want to be a part of this movement, want to fight for election integrity, go to jonesforgeorgia.com.
Let's stand up.
Let's fight.
Let's be vocal.
Let's take Georgia back.
steve bannon
Okay, what is your social media handles?
People want to follow you during the day besides going to the website on your campaign.
How do people follow you?
vernon jones
Representative Jones or Vernon Jones for governor.
Uh, on my Twitter, just Vernon Jones for governor.
You can find me on Facebook, Twitter, and Rumba, all of them.
Vernon Jones for governor.
But Steve, thank you so much for continuing to put the heat, because as recent as today, the Atlanta urinal and constipation, some refers to AJC, they said as recent as today, that Trump and all of us are crazy.
It's a false narrative.
There's nothing, there's no, they're there.
And they are, they are complicit in this coverup.
I thank God for you and the Georgia Star News because you are unraveling and uncovering the truth.
steve bannon
Vernon, thank you very much and thank you for the shout out for the team.
We're not going to be relentless.
Hey, first off, we're winning.
Numbers are coming our way.
This guy's getting crushed.
We're winning.
And I want to thank, thank you very much, Vernon.
I want to thank Liz Harris and her team, the Maricopa County Canvas, that has really got, this is why you need a full forensic audit.
This is why you need the tripartite.
You need the full forensic audit of the ballots, the physical ballots.
As Rachel Maddow melts down, they've got their hands on the ballots.
Yes, ma'am, we do.
Ballots and then the canvas.
It's the canvas, not the count.
The canvas is a hundred times more lethal to them because this is how they cheat all the time.
You know why?
This is why the Justice Department sends this letter back in May, May 5th, warning, don't even think about doing a canvas or we're going to start looking at criminal charges for voter intimidation.
And then you've got the machines.
You've got all the smart guys all over the machines.
Do we have, I want to play you something very important.
Do we have a Spanberger?
How long is that?
Can we play it?
Let's play Spanberger.
Let's get Congressman Spanberger up.
A very important hit she did today on Chuck Todd.
Do we have it?
chuck todd
Do you think, though, that 3.5 is a number you can live with?
Or is it something that you think maybe it ought to be shaved down a little bit?
Or should it be bigger?
unidentified
I think it's going to be wholly dependent on the programs.
Of course, at this point in time, the different committees of jurisdiction are creating the contours of the package, the Build Back Better Act.
I serve on the Agriculture Committee.
We have our markup on Friday to see what it is that we're going to be pushing towards this package as part of the full creation of Congress working in concert.
And so it is for me very program dependent.
I think that we should always be very thoughtful in the full dollar amounts that we are looking to spend and how we're looking to pay for these programs.
So much of the decision making that I'll be making is what are we investing in and how are we paying for it?
chuck todd
Art, I was just going to ask you that.
How much of this plan has to be paid for in your mind?
50%, two-thirds, whatever the number is, or all of it?
unidentified
I think that we've made some extraordinary investments in our COVID response over this past year and a half.
We've made investments in our economy and in our communities that were vital, and they've had real impacts on the Where we are with our debt and deficits.
And so as we're looking long-term, I do think that we should be focused on paying for these investments that we are making.
Long-term investments in the economic recovery of our country, but we should be looking at how to pay for it because I want our generation to be the ones paying for it as we plan for the future.
chuck todd
Right, okay.
Will you vote for this though if it has some deficit spending?
And does it depend on how much?
unidentified
This bill is not even written yet, but my focus and what I have been advocating for is to ensure that we are responsibly paying for longer-term investments that we're looking to make here.
steve bannon
That's called a dodge.
She's a swing district.
unidentified
We'll be back in one second.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
OK, the important of that, that was Virginia 7.
That's this swing district.
I think the congressman won by 1.8 percent.
OK, this is one of the districts essential that we take back as we run the tables in 2022.
OK, and you saw her.
That was a no vote right there for Nancy Pelosi in this 3.5 trillion.
We have to pay for it.
We have to do logical investments.
It has to be paid for.
Remember, here's the scam.
The $1.25 trillion, the first thing of this that the 19 collaborators of the Republican Party have already assisted them in...
That's only, less than 50% of that is paid for.
Right?
Less, around 50%.
The New York Times says there's $400 billion unpaid for.
The Congressional Budget Office says $286 billion paid for.
The rest of it's, or unpaid for, excuse me, the rest of it's paid for.
And even paid for is all these gimmicks.
It's all nothing but gimmicks.
Almost none of this is paid for.
Okay?
It's going to run up, it's going to add to the national debt.
Of which they can't do it because there's a debt ceiling.
And you have the authority to say no.
They can't print money.
Remember, the scam here, they sell bonds to the Japanese insurance companies, the Chinese Communist Party, or the Gulf Emirates.
Right?
They pay for it by taxes, which taxes pay for very little.
And they're trying to increase taxes, but with no growth.
There's not going to be any big increases to tax revenue.
That's all nonsense.
And plus, their own supporters, these woke billionaires.
At the end of the day, it's all going to be smoke and mirrors.
They're not going to get taxed.
There's going to be no new revenue.
So what else do they do?
They have to print money.
Treasury creates the bonds and the Fed buys them.
That's you.
Understand, they never want you to understand that.
That is you, your children, and your grandchildren.
All that's on your shoulders.
The full faith and credit of this nation is on the deplorables.
They never want to explain that part to you.
And they use a smart thing.
Oh, it's just printing money.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
It's an IOU from you.
From the American people.
Okay?
And they got this crazy new theory, modern monetary theory, where they don't, deficits don't matter, and the debt doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter until it does, okay?
Every time you've had a collapse of a country around its economy, it's when the gross face amount of debt exceeds the GDP.
Ironclad rule.
Oh, this time it's different.
This time it's different.
That's just, remember, the 28 trillion dollars that they're trying to increase up to 30-some trillion dollars, 35, 36 trillion.
That's just the face amount of the debt.
You have these contingent liabilities, and they ain't that contingent.
Depending on how you calculate, the net present value of that is anywhere from 100 trillion dollars to 200 north trillion dollars.
All on the back of the good ol' United States dollar, ladies and gentlemen, and that means on your back.
Now, what Spanberger, what Chuck Todd was trying to jammer up on, because they're trying to get all these swing districts, and that's why they've got Cuellar down the rear of Grand Valley, they understand if they vote for this madness on just this three and a half trillion dollars, it's over.
They won't be re-elected.
unidentified
Okay?
steve bannon
They will not be re-elected.
Because people are going to sit there and go, you buried us.
In your vote, help Nancy Pelosi.
Nancy Pelosi doesn't have the votes right now.
She doesn't have the votes in her own caucus.
So no Republican can do any happy talk and support this.
The Liz Cheney's and these people in the House, these non-Republicans, these traitors, is what they are.
Same thing in the Senate.
Why these 19?
Mitch McConnell, this is because of their hatred of Trump, right?
This is pure hatred of Trump, and the Trump movement, and America First, and economic nationalism, okay?
Even on the 3.5 trillion.
Now you get this whole thing up here, what comes first, what comes second.
That's all the fog of war.
Just keep your eyes on what's important.
At midnight on the 30th of this month, they gotta have new authorization for new budget, right?
If they don't have that, they have to have this continued resolution.
Or, wait for it, the government shuts down.
The government shuts down.
And that's always supposed to be the end of the world.
It's not the end of the world.
If you make your case, Kevin McCarthy, if you make your case of why we're not going to do this.
We're not playing games.
The economy's in a tailspin.
Inflation's out of control.
The American people have an unfair tax to put on them right now.
It's inflation.
We're not playing any more games.
Game's over.
As President Trump says, no games.
Okay, no games.
The ticking time, at midnight on the 30th, you don't have the budget, you don't have anything signed off on, we're not doing continued resolutions, we're not going to kick the can down the road.
Sorry, not sorry, not going to happen.
Then the second part, Janet Yellen Day, she sent a nasty letter, it's a lead story on the Hill, lead story on Politico, Janet Yellen, she's watching the war room in the morning, guess when she comes out and says, hey, on October 15th, we default We default on government securities.
There's no more cash in the tomato cans out in the back of the Federal Reserve.
She's gone and they've plucked it all out.
They can play all the three-card money, they can do all the tricks they do, but on October 15th, the government is out of money.
And you know why?
Because you haven't authorized a raise in the debt limit.
Even in that, you haven't authorized them to print more money.
We got him so jammed up.
He's in a free fall with the American people.
The pincer move worked.
His legitimacy is questioned.
So once you question his legitimacy, every move he makes is magnified.
Like, who is this guy?
What's he doing?
Why is he doing these radical plans?
And now, they have to come to you, hat in hand.
Hat in hand, for the cash.
Okay?
This is why, and this is why Marjorie Taylor Greene, crazy as a fox.
That's what she's been hammering always.
She's the opposite of AOC.
AOC's been running around for years.
Hey, AOC's got a Green New Deal, at least theoretically.
That's where the 3.5 trillion and a lot of the 1.25 trillion infrastructure is.
She got it.
And what you see is MTG sitting there going, no, let's look through every program.
Let's stop.
Let's do every procedural move we can make.
We got them right now.
The only way they get off the hook is if you let them off the hook.
Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell in the audience, I need you people piling in every day.
We're going to put the phone numbers up.
You need to be pounding these people.
Pound, pound, pound.
We're going to put them under a microscope.
In the fog of war, right?
unidentified
Boom!
steve bannon
You just got to focus on what's essential.
Here's what's essential.
They're backed into a corner and he needs cash.
He needs cash to pay his way out of here, to buy himself out of here.
Same thing he's doing.
We're going to have a couple of experts in a minute, one from Chronicles Magazine.
We're going to talk about radical jihad.
They need cash right now to pay tribute to the Taliban.
What did Jefferson say?
What did Adam say back with the Barbary Pirates, the first international foe we had to take on what Europe was doing?
Millions for defense and not one penny for tribute.
Trillions for defense today, but not one penny for tribute.
Well, that's not the Biden program.
That's not the Blinken program.
That's not the Jake Sullivan program.
On bended knee, they're going to try to buy their way out of here.
And you know who's going to stop them?
The deplorables.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to return with the second hour.
Just a moment.
