Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
unidentified
|
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
unidentified
|
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.

|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Yes. | ||
The jobs report is out. | ||
August non-farm payrolls increased a minuscule $235,000.
unidentified
|
$235,000. | |
You heard me right. | ||
And if you look at private payrolls, they were up $243,000.
Change in manufacturing, up $37,000.
$25,000. You heard me right. And if you look at private payrolls, they were up $243,000.
Change in manufacturing, up $37,000. The unemployment rate had a drop of two-tenths of 1%, to 5.2, a post-COVID low. If we look at average hourly earnings, zoom, zoom, zoom. Boy, you can go back in history. There's not a lot of up. Six-tenths of 1% month over month, up 4.3 on earnings year over year. And if we look at the average
weekly hours, 34.7 is a bit light That's one-tenth lighter than rearview mirror and one-tenth lighter than we were expecting.
If you look at the labor force participation rate, 61.7 again.
We've had several of these post-COVID.
That is the post-COVID low but over several occasions.
Just to refresh your memory, 63.3 was February of 2020, pre-COVID.
And U6, the underemployment rate, a new post-COVID low at 8.8.
Pre-COVID, February 2020, it was 7%.
The moves in the market, interest rates are going down just a bit.
It's a big disappointment, and if all you can think about is substantial further progress, most likely this gives the Fed ground cover to potentially not announce the taper as aggressively, but only time will tell.
The panel, what do you think?
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Let's bring in that panel right now, starting with Steve.
Steve, taking a look at these numbers, $235,000 versus the $720,000 that was anticipated, that's a really weak number.
And you can look at this, the market not selling off a ton of this, but this is terrible news for what it means for the real economy.
The President has had, and this might be understating it, a rough and challenging couple of weeks.
He's closing them out now in Louisiana, where the recovery from Ida promises to be long and difficult.
So first, start us off with what the thinking inside the White House is about the president's trip today.
Yeah, I mean, the thing that they wanted to show today is that the president is on the job, right?
Anytime that the White House, any White House, is having as much happening as they have happening right now, all of the issues, all of the crises that they are dealing with, This is a chance for them to show the president being presidential, out in public, talking about the way that he's going to help the American people.
It's also a way for him to continue to pitch, you know, this $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill, saying, look at all of the climate change happening around us.
Look at the issues that have happened.
Look at New York. | ||
Look at Louisiana. | ||
I can help. | ||
We can help fix some of this with this new bill.
So it's a way to continue to sell the things that he's working on.
Thank you, Denver. | ||
That is, so it's, CNBC this morning, Rick Santelli, the great Rick Santelli, and Becky Quick, and she says, these numbers are, these are terrible numbers for the real economy.
The last voice there was MSNBC today, that is one of the chief, I think he's a chief White House correspondent now for Politico.
Talk about what Biden wants to talk about, what he's going to be pivoting to.
And as we've told you before, it's this $3.5 trillion spending bill that's going to transform the country.
This is their last, you know, this is what they're going to stake everything on, is blame it all on climate change, everything.
You have to do this. | ||
Also, more stimulus. | ||
You need more stimulus.
So we're going to spend the next couple hours, we're going to go through the polling numbers, we're going to go through the economy, we're talking about how this regime is on its last leg, but it's going to fight back fierce.
It's got a lot of weapons, right?
It's got the media, it's got social media, it's got Wall Street, it's got the giant corporations, and it has this $3.5 trillion spending bill on the social safety net.
Also the 1.25 trillion dollar infrastructure bill that's really a phony infrastructure bill.
For the next two hours Boris Epstein is going to be with me.
Good to be here. | ||
And we're also going to go through and really talk about the 3 November movement because the underpinnings of the Terrible numbers are not just performance.
There's no substrate there, and that's why you're seeing a free fall in these numbers today.
So we're going to have Carrie Lake, who's running for governor of Arizona, is going to join us in the six o'clock hour.
Rudy Giuliani, the great Rudy Giuliani, is going to be with us at the bottom of the hour.
We're going to have Tony Shoup from Audit to Vote Pennsylvania.
She's going to give her thoughts about President Pro Tem Korman's hearings coming up, and also they have an alternative plan that they're going down, hurtling down the path on.
We're gonna, but I want to start.
In Georgia, with Real America's Voice, Heather Mullins, breaking news today.
In the last few minutes of our show, we were able to get John Fredrickson.
John Fredrickson is going to join us here momentarily, but I want to go to Heather Mullins of Real America's Voice.
So, Heather, this is kind of blockbuster stuff, and the question gets to be, hey, how could we be, and I think that's kind of the question for the Corbyn hearings too, how could we be in September 2021?
And, you know, we still haven't gotten the report from Arizona.
People are working on it, right?
Because it takes some time to get it grinded.
Georgia is still in process.
Pennsylvania about to have these hearings.
The audit, the PA, the grassroots organizations got a plan.
They're executing it. | ||
But when you talk about videos, and I think what we're talking about is some videos are taken by certain I guess surveillance cameras.
Are out there about one of the big contentions about the chain of custody of a lot of these mail-in ballots about ballot harvesting.
Heather, I think you're the only person that we know or maybe the only person out there from the people that have the footage actually seen something.
Tell us, you've been doing tremendous reporting on this, particularly in the state of Georgia, you've been all over it.
Oh, this is huge, Steve.
to go across the country on the party, but I'm just kidding.
Ben and Amanda are doing a fantastic job with Jeremy.
But tell us what you've seen.
How big is this potentially in the state of Georgia?
unidentified
|
This is huge, Steve. | |
I mean, since I've been in Georgia, my job is really to find out who knows what and do some digging.
So I came across a document a few months back that mentioned one of the people working on this project and what he knew.
So I had reached out to them, and sure enough, they had been basically collecting a bunch of geospatial and temporal data, which is basically like cell phone kings, and creating a software that can filter through this data and help them piece together what they now believe was ballot trafficking.
So they've collected this data over the last few months in not just Georgia, but Arizona, Wisconsin, and several other states.
And in addition to that data, in Georgia specifically, they have the corresponding Dropbox footage because under Georgia law, they're supposed to be under surveillance.
So now what they've been trying to piece together is to find the footage that corresponds to the timestamps of these people that were going from Dropbox to Dropbox to Dropbox.
And from what I've been told is that there's, on average, they visited 23 to 24 drop boxes.
So in the state of Georgia, you're not allowed to harvest ballots.
It's illegal. | ||
So this is a crime if, you know, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation decides to take it up.
So look, we've heard about, it's an organization, I don't know if you can say its name, it's made a big push to get this geospatial information.
So they're now connecting this to actual cell phones, right?
And they're connecting those cell phones in the geospatial coordinates to where Dropboxes were.
Right. | ||
And what they're saying is that you can see the certain individuals or at least certain cell phones that continue to show up there.
And explain Georgia law about the whole issue about ballot harvesting and who actually was supposed to go to those those drop boxes and actually drop off ballots.
unidentified
|
The only you as the individual can drop off your ballot, aside from like your husband, your wife, or if you have an immediate relative living with you, then somebody who's the head of the household can drop off the ballots for those people, but you are not allowed to go.
and pick up anybody else's ballots, be it a nursing home or whatever, and then drop them off for people.
So when you have over 242 individuals visiting on average 23 drop boxes, drop boxes are in different precincts or in different counties, they're all over the state.
So why one person, let alone 242, would be visiting and frequenting that many as a big red flag?
Now the one video that I've seen is a small clip of a video that shows somebody getting out of a car, walking up to a drop box, placing something in it, and walking back with a little green square that basically traced them.
This was months ago before they had really had a chance to analyze a lot of the footage.
And what they showed me was how they were trying to develop a way to track certain size masses and humans and cars and vehicles So that they could develop certain AI that can help them filter this info, because they have 27 terabytes worth of this data, and along with that, they have 10 million minutes of footage in Georgia alone.
So three teams of analysts have been combing through it, and they're experts, David, they're experts, and they have made sure that they are dotting all their I's and crossing all their T's before they put this information out there.
So that six months ago, people weren't like, where's the evidence?
Where's the evidence? | ||
This is why they haven't gone public, because they wanted to collect all the information and make sure that what they put out there is indisputable.
Heather, this is Boris.
How are you? | ||
This is great work. | ||
Very important. | ||
Very important. | ||
You're a total star, no doubt about it, while Berkram's out and, you know, celebrating or partying, wherever he is.
But in all seriousness, Berkram does, of course, Ben is a fighter for us.
Really, I was with him first days in Arizona right after 3 November.
Heather, you've been so great.
Let me ask you, I am not technologically savvy, okay?
I went to a school called Safe from Science.
They call it School of Foreign Service of Georgetown.
Safe from Science. | ||
So, to a person like me, or, you know, to my folks, right, who, this is some in-depth stuff.
Can you boil it down, you know, as Lee Atwater said, you've got to make a hit in 10 seconds.
What's the 10 second hit here?
unidentified
|
Yeah, so for those of you, if you've ever had Google Maps on your phone, or if you've ever gone onto an app, right, and looking for homes to buy, you can actually go into the app and you can search with your finger, like a little, like, circle, and it'll only show you houses in that circle.
Basically, what these people have done is they've purchased all the cell phone data that as you move, your cell phone pings probably about every 10 seconds or so, and you can actually purchase that data from third-party sources.
And so what they did is they purchased all of this data in states like Georgia, and then they set up what are called geofences around Dropboxes.
So instead of looking for houses in a certain area that you might want to purchase, they're looking for how many people walk within so many feet of a Dropbox.
And then what they can do with that is they can set up similar geofences around UPS stores, government agencies, non-government agency headquarters, you know, Like right, left, Democrat, Republican headquarters, and they can see if the people that went to all these different drop boxes also went to those locations.
So they've been really mapping out the movements of these people and filtering this data for a while.
If that sums it up, I hope I did a good job.
Yeah, it's great. | ||
Okay, so this is all part of the Mark Elias, who, by the way, is now magically not on the Perkins Coie website anymore.
Funny how that works. | ||
Funny how right after we called him out, called up Perkins Coie, now when he was, I think, going to be both at his new firm and Perkins Coie, because that's how The Swamp does it, all of a sudden he's just on his own.
Managing partner must have stepped in.
So, Heather, is this how Mark Elias, Perkins Coie, Time Magazine article summing it up.
Is that, is this part of how they did it?
Was this part of the overall rigging of the system, the big steal?
unidentified
|
I mean, I don't like to speak what I don't know.
You know, at the end of the day, we're going to have footage.
It's too good to check. | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah, yeah. | |
We're going to have footage of people doing illegal activity.
That's a no-brainer. | ||
As far as the, you know, who was on the, when they put them in the Dropbox, I mean, this is something that we're going to need, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the FBI, whoever's supposed to be in these positions of authority, to bring these people in for questioning and get to the bottom of what really happened.
Heather, you're amazing job.
Just one quick question, then I want your social media.
With Stacey Abrams and these deals they cut with Kemp and Raffensperger, according to Stacey's law, this would still be illegal.
Not according to old Georgia state law, but the consent degree, the deal they cut, this would still be, this type of ballot harvesting was still outlawed?
unidentified
|
Yeah, so I'll give you an example.
One of the videos allegedly shows, I've not seen it yet but this is what I'm told, that one of the videos shows them pulling ballots out of a backpack and shoving them into a drop box.
Now, I sat down with somebody a week ago, I held my own investigation where I invited people in Georgia to basically tell me what they know.
And I've had a lot of these events and someone specifically told me at this event, not even knowing this footage existed, that they witnessed somebody pulled ballots out of a backpack and put it into a drop box and had the license plate for a different county.
Right? | ||
Like I had the frame of a county for dropping it off where they shouldn't.
Perfect. | ||
Heather, what's your social media?
We got to bounce. | ||
Tell people how to track you down because you're going to be recording this.
unidentified
|
I'm on all social media platforms at Talk Mullins.
So if there's social media, I'm on it at Talk Mullins.
Okay. | ||
Heather, amazing job. | ||
Heather Mullins, Chief Investigative Reporter for Real America's Voice.
Thank you very much. | ||
And we're going to get John Solomon.
Short commercial break.
John Solomon, Tony Shoup from Audit the Vote PA, next in the War Room.
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, Joe Biden is bleeding out political capital every second of every day.
They're going to bet the House now on trying to jam through this $3.5 trillion, this $3.5 trillion spending bill, okay?
They're going to bet everything on that because right now they're imploding, they have no political capital.
One of the reasons that they do not have any political capital is, one of the reasons they don't have any political capital Is the fact that we have questioned and shown his illegitimacy of this regime from day one.
What has done that? | ||
A grassroots movement called the 3 November Movement.
And how's that been done?
With grassroots efforts in Arizona, grassroots efforts in Georgia, grassroots efforts in Pennsylvania, in Wisconsin, across the board.
I want to go back now to John Fredericks.
In Georgia, which, by the way, the Georgia Star, John Fredericks Radio Network, all of that has just done an amazing job, John.
Tell us about, this is pretty explosive, right?
The tracking of these cell phones and the gaining of this information.
Tell us what exactly is going on.
Put in the frame of what's happening down in Georgia, because we're waiting for these court cases, Garland and Favarito, but this has been 100% Grassroots driven down there because the establishment has not only Not wanted to be of assistance even more in Arizona, which has been brutally tough.
There's been active Participation by the establishment in Georgia the Republican establishment to make this go away and not to see what's going on And we've been told from day one is the most honest straightforward fair election in the history of Georgia John Fredericks This is a blockbuster, Stephen, where it's about to blow the doors off of everything in Georgia.
And I said earlier, even apart from the 30,000 counterfeit ballots that we know are eventually going to come out, what happened here, let me boil this down, is in the Stacey Abrams decree with the drop boxes, it was very clear that only one vote could be put in at a time by either the person that voted or a family member or someone close to them, not 50 at a time.
But here's the thing, every one of the drop boxes by the Stacey Abrams decree had a 24-hour surveillance camera on it.
Every single one of them in the state of Georgia.
Now, this organization that Heather was talking about, they FOIA'd every single county for every single Dropbox for every single video.
And they've been pouring through these videos.
What they have found on video, now some of them are, they didn't come out, but they have enough information in the big ones where these videos came out And you're able to see people taking ballots out of a backpack and stuffing them into a drop box, which is totally illegal, in the middle of the night.
They've also been able, on surveillance, to identify 240 separate vehicles that went to an average of 23 drop boxes around the state.
Now this is a virtual impossibility that the same people would have the same car.
This is the other thing.
Remember, the Georgia Star did an exhaustive investigation on chain of custody.
Well, they had some chain of custody.
Here's where it backfired, okay?
In one Dropbox, we have the chain of custody at the Georgia Star.
We have the chain of custody document in one Dropbox, where it was signed, the ballots were taken to the election officials the right way.
Everybody signed off on it.
Then it went back. | ||
And two days later, two days, it went back again.
In those two days, 19,000 ballots showed up.
According to the Dropbox chain of custody figures, in those two days, 19,000 ballots showed up in one Dropbox.
This is highly unlikely.
And that Dropbox shows a number of people going there with backpacks, putting a number of ballots in.
All this stuff is on video and it's going to come out.
So what they did is, you mentioned it earlier, you nailed it.
The Molly Ball story in Newsweek, they were bragging about it, how they did this.
Look, this was an operation around Georgia.
I'm sure they did the same thing in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Arizona.
They went in the key states.
They harvested these ballots.
I don't know where they got them.
They stuffed them in the drop boxes.
There was, in this particular instance, the chain of custody is going to nail them.
The majority of the time there was no chain of custody because nobody wanted to sign off on this stuff because they knew it was illegal.
They don't want their name on there.
That's the problem they have.
Steve, when all these videos come out... Now, we've also got somebody that Heather mentioned.
By the way, she did a bang-up job here.
That we have an affidavit of a person who said, hey, I saw someone going to a Dropbox with a backpack, opening it up, stuffing ballots in it, and driving away with an out-of-county plate.
Now the affidavit is going to match It's going to match exactly the videos.
So what they forgot about is they had surveillance cameras on every one of these drop boxes and this one organization took the time to do all the FOIAs and go through them laboriously and meticulously to find out what is going on.
So this is illegal. | ||
Now if you're in California, maybe you can harvest the ballot.
You can't do it in Georgia.
It's illegal. | ||
Even in Stacey Abrams' decree it's illegal.
And so the GBI, once these videos come out, the GBI's got to get involved, the FBI's got to get involved.
It puts Raffensperger in a possible position.
Because the first question you're going to have to ask the Secretary of State is, did you have access to these videos?
What did you know? | ||
When did you know it? | ||
And why didn't you a damn thing about it?
You're running for re-election.
You're gonna get trounced.
But, you were still the Secretary of State.
You were in charge of this.
That's why you put the surveillance cameras up.
You did nothing with them, Steve.
John, how are you? | ||
It's Boris. | ||
You're a great patriot and doing really amazing work and great interview with President Trump.
Congratulations. | ||
Here's a question that I have.
We know that Democrats have been stealing elections in this country for over a century.
And I've consistently said, and so has Steve, that we're not necessarily Machine guys, right?
The machine thing is important, but it's really a free option.
We need to learn more. | ||
It'll take a long time. | ||
In my estimation, the Democrats will be doing it the same way decade after decade after decade, the same way they did it in 1960 for Kennedy against Nixon.
The increased amount of ballots, they flood the zone with ballots and they gut the checks.
Seems to me like this is a very easy, old-school way of doing it that fits perfectly, perfectly with their usual modus operandi in flooding the zone with ballots and gutting the checks.
Do I have it right? | ||
Two things were different, Boris.
Two things were very different.
Which made it so easy for the taking, and they couldn't resist themselves.
That's why, as Molly Ball said in that Newsweek article, they planned this whole thing out.
Drop boxes didn't exist, right?
So the first thing is, they took advantage.
They got these drop boxes in, they had them in there because of COVID, and they said to themselves, wow, here's an opportunity for us to stuff them.
Nobody's around. | ||
That was number one. | ||
The second thing, mail out ballots.
Before you had to mail in, get an absentee ballot, you had to do something proactive.
what they did because of COVID, and this was the whole strategy, is mail out ballots to high propensity Democratic voters who don't vote, and then go get them and put them in the drop box.
That's what they did. | ||
So they flooded the zone with these ballots.
These are mail out ballots.
These are not applications.
These are mail out ballots.
They flooded the zone, and then they were able to manipulate the system, leverage the drop boxes, stuff them in there, dump them in in the middle of the night.
That's why when Joe Biden got up there, Steve and I were on the roof in D.C.
celebrating. | ||
Trump had leads, a million votes in Pennsylvania, 500 votes in Georgia.
He had already won North Carolina and Florida.
He was up in Wisconsin. | ||
This race was over. | ||
Biden gets out at 1.30 and he says, we're in great shape.
And Steve and I are looking at each other saying, this man's delusional.
They're getting annihilated.
They knew. | ||
They knew the ballots were coming.
They knew the drop boxes were coming.
They knew it was there. | ||
That's why he knew. | ||
He was in great shape. | ||
They looked at the numbers and they're like, we have X million in every state of these fake ballots coming in that got stuffed in.
They're going to get counted at 3 a.m.
That's how we're going to win.
That's exactly what happened.
Well, let me ask you this question then.
If that's the case, and I agree with you a thousand percent that this was always prepared by Mark Elias, the evil genius by Perkins Coie, that's why he's not there anymore, now he's on his own after we called him out for the last week, but how can we not Up to now.
How can we not, up to now, how can we not, going forward, find some sort of whistleblower?
Somebody who was totally right in on this.
Not an outside observer, but somebody from the inside who's going to say, you know what?
This happened. | ||
I will testify under oath.
Why hasn't that happened?
Also, let me jump in here.
We're ten months to the day from the election.
We're two months away from the one anniversary.
How did Roethlisberger and these guys not go check these videos right away?
If you had video surveillance, you would think that'd be the first thing they would look at in these drop boxes to make sure there was no ballot harvesting.
You see the same guys showing up or out of county.
One, why no whistleblowers?
Two, why did Roethlisberger and these guys not do the fund... Republicans not do the bare basics they should have done to check this?
Well, the answer is twofold.
Either Raffensperger was totally incompetent, or they were so embarrassing for him, he didn't want anything to do with it, and he thought it would just go away.
That's the likely answer.
But once those foyers came in, they had to know somebody was going to figure this out.
As far as the whistleblowers, think of it, Steve, and Boris, this way, right?
President Biden has a phone call with President Ghani, and on the call is what?
Jake Sullivan, generals, right?
All of his staff. | ||
And he basically tells the leader of Afghanistan, the leader of the free world, tells him, I don't care about the fact that your army is disintegrating.
I don't care your country is going to fall.
I want you to lie to the press, lie to the international community.
I want you to lie to everybody and change the narrative.
That call got leaked by somebody on a lower level to Reuters.
Why wasn't that leaked by any of these people?
All the NSA people on these calls?
Steve, you know how many people were on these phone calls?
You would think that they were sitting there on this call just aghast!
All these intel agencies that, you know, kept saying, you know, Vindman and these people, how great they were.
You would think that one of these people would have said, wait a minute!
You can't tell the president of Afghanistan a lie when Americans' lives are at risk, and he's telling you the country's disintegrating.
Nobody said a word. | ||
They're airtight. | ||
If Trump did that, 60 people on that call would have leaked it in 15 minutes.
John, we've got to bounce.
What's your social media?
People want to follow you.
This story is hot. | ||

Look, the entire 3 November movement started in Pennsylvania.
Where'd it start? | ||
In Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
How'd it start? | ||
Colonel Mastriano had the first hearing, and our man who's gonna be, not our next guest, but follow right after that, Rudy Giuliani, was the great Rudy Giuliani, America's mayor.
Uh, started it all by, by going up there and testimony 10, 12 hours in with the Phoenix, Georgia, all of it.
The reason we made progress is because of Rudy Giuliani and Colonel Mastriano.
I want to bring, and by the way, this has been a grassroots effort.
You see the grassroots are on fire in Georgia.
They're doing an amazing job in Arizona.
Boris is going to give us an update.
I want to bring in Tony Shoup from Audit the Vote PA.
First off, Tony, talk to us about, you've got a petition out there, and you've had a petition.
Talk about the scale of this petition.
How many people have signed it?
And in signing it, what are they signing up for?
What do they want to see when they go to your site and they want to audit the Vote PA?
What specifically do they want?
unidentified
|
Well, thanks for having me on, first of all, but we have 120,000 signatures of patriots all across America.
80,000 plus of them are Pennsylvania residents, and they've signed on to getting answers.
There are so many anomalies in Pennsylvania, numbers-wise, things that have been seen on the ground, found in our SURE system, electronic voting system, that are all detailed right on our website.
The petition tells the story of what happened from November 3rd to January 20th, with all of those anomalies detailed, and still to date, none of those questions have been answered.
Everything has been swept under the rug.
Let's just move on. | ||
And we just got together and said, that's not good enough.
We're going to do something about it.
So we got a grassroots effort together that has completely blown up.
I was clueless about politics as of March 1st, 2020.
So I believe this is evidence of God working through me and my ladies, Karen Taylor and Jamie Sheffield, who helped me lead this effort.
And we're just on fire to find out what the heck happened.
But not only that, at this point, we want somebody to be held accountable for this.
Tony, it's Boris Epstein.
Thank you. | ||
God bless you. | ||
God bless all of your compatriots for the work you're doing.
So let me ask you some key questions here.
We know that Colonel Doug Mastriano, a true American patriot, a hero, did amazing work in pushing forward the audit movement.
And now, as you heard yesterday, I'm sure you have a reaction to it, State Senate President Jake Corman has announced a hearing next week where they have asked a Secretary of State to appear As they investigate 2020 and they've announced the portal where people put in sworn testimony.
What is your recommendation?
What's your response to State Senate President Corman's actions?
unidentified
|
The hair on the back of my neck stands up because Senator Corman is lying.
Senator Corman has done nothing for this effort whatsoever since November 3rd.
In fact, he's actually on record November 7th saying that everything is totally fine on the up and up secure and safe election.
We the people on the ground have absolutely no confidence whatsoever that without Senator Mastriano leading this effort, that we're going to get to any real truth.
We don't understand why there needs to be more hearings.
There's been 15 hearings so far already in Pennsylvania, including the Gettysburg hearing back in November.
What are more hearings going to do?
We need subpoenas. | ||
We need investigations.
We need to figure out who did this.
We filed a FOIA request through our volunteers.
I have personally knocked on doors in my area and found fraudulent mail-in ballots.
have had access on the front end and the back end to our electronic voter roll database since 2016.
That's a lot of hands in the cookie jar that could have been messing with stuff, and we have plenty of proof that things have been being messed with.
I have personally knocked on doors in my area and found fraudulent mail-in ballots.
The people in Pennsylvania want to know what happened, who did it, and who's going to jail.
Okay, by the way, just in Corman's defense, he did send a letter that went to McConnell and to Pence that were, that was the basis for us to...
January 5th, to send it back to Pennsylvania to check the certification process, right?
So that was a... I don't want to underestimate how key that was in this entire process, but I gotta ask you, so in the grassroots, Next week, Corman's announced this hearing, you're saying, hey, Mastriano ran this process, he was supposed to have them, Colonel Mastriano, hey, I got my room taken away, thing was cancelled, I was stabbed in the back, I couldn't go forward.
So next week, I take it, audit the Vote PA, you don't have any interest in these hearings?
If Democrats do show up, of subpoenas that will come out of there, you think that process that the President pro tem is going to run, it's just going to be, what, kick the can down the road?
What's your specific complaints about the hearing next week and what they say is going to be subpoenas that follow on from that?
unidentified
|
That's exactly what I think is happening.
I think he's purposely kicking the can down the road so that nothing actually happens.
I think it's a stall tactic.
Because my question for Senator Corman is, why hearings?
Why do we need more hearings?
We already have everything.
So, I hope I'm wrong. | ||
It's not that Audit the Vote PA won't support a real effort for a forensic audit.
We're just not confident, based on everything that we have seen thus far, that that is what Senator Corman is going to do.
Hang on. | ||
Boris, I just want to pursue this for a second.
And by the way, we're going to bring Rudy Giuliani's on with us.
He's going to come in in a second because Rudy's been at the forefront.
Is, do you believe, and I hear this controversy about were people sworn in, was this sworn testimony, the one thing that Corman's doing in this portal, he wants people to give eyewitness accounts, prepare to sign an affidavit, you know, by sworn testimony.
And so it seems like maybe some of these, and I'll ask Rudy about Gettysburg, were people sworn in, was it sworn testimony, are all these affidavits good?
But if you see progress next week, because you have an alternative plan, we're gonna get into that.
If you see progress next week, This audit of OPA, if you see progress, are prepared to support this if it's just not some kick the can down the road.
Because I understand the frustration as people in Georgia have, Arizona, throughout the nation.
Here we are on 3 September, we're 10 months away from the election, we're 2 months away from the anniversary of the election, and still not enough has been done for the grassroots who have put their shoulder to the wheel.
But if you see real action taking place, and particularly real subpoenas going out, Would you guys be supportive of President Pro Tem Korman?
unidentified
|
That's a loaded question.
If real subpoenas go out and we see real activity next week, September 9th is supposed to be the first day of hearings.
We will consider getting on board, but I will be pleasantly surprised if that's the case.
Okay, so let's talk about your alternative plan.
The reason I wanted to have you on here, as the grassroots always does, the grassroots, they put their shoulder to the wheel.
You say, hey look, Corman's got his path.
God bless him. | ||
If it's real, we'll be there.
If it's not, we're not going to just sit there and take it.
unidentified
|
Walk us through the audit, the vote PA.
You've got 120,000 people have signed up, 80,000 Pennsylvanians.
You said you have an alternative plan, kind of a version of the Mastery Honor Plan.
Walk the audience through what you intend to do.
unidentified
|
So we have identified county leaders in 51 of the 67 counties in Pennsylvania with over 500 volunteers.
And we've been building relationships with county commissioners and getting to know people on the ground.
And our plan is to take what Senator Mastriano was going to do, which is a real forensic audit, and put it on the county level and see if we can find county people that are willing to work with us so we can actually get to the bottom of what happened.
Let me say one thing before we jump in.
Her point is, and by the way, you know it's interesting, in Nevada, and I think Jim Marchant would say, Jim Marchant's strategy, in the strategy in Nevada, where they don't control the legislature, is this strategy.
Is the county strategy.
We're going to go to the counties, and we're going to show it at the county level, and then they can't deny it, and then we're going to push it up.
Is the point, before I turn to Boris, and we're going to get Rudy here in a second, is the point you're saying is, hey, just like in Arizona, until we physically get the ballots, all this is just conversation, right?
We've got to get to the ballots, and if we have to go to the county level, somehow we're going to get to a county that's going to work with us, and we're going to get our hands on the ballots, and then you're going to see where this thing was stolen.
Is that basically your theory of the case?
unidentified
|
Yes, and we've actually been working on that for a while, too, because we didn't think our legislator was going to do anything.
As grassroots, that's what we've been working on behind the scenes for several months.
That's why we've been building relationships with county commissioners, because if we have to go that route, we're prepared to do it.
Well, here's my concern, though.
Again, amazing work by the grassroots, and a ton of credit goes to you.
The two biggest counties in Pennsylvania are Philadelphia County and Allegheny County, two long-term Democrat strongholds, right?
So if you're not going through the state Senate, which is in the end where it went in Arizona, the state Senate went and subpoenaed Maricopa County.
If you don't go through the state Senate, how could you get to the bottom of Allegheny, which is where Pittsburgh is, In Philadelphia County.
Don't you sort of need the State Senate?
And by the way, I agree with you 100% on the fact that we need action, action, action.
I think her theory is that we're going to get a county, and once you show it there, the State Senate is going to have to move forward.
You're not going to be able to deny it.
Is that correct? | ||
I don't want to put words in your mouth, but I see her logic to it.
Tony, is that your theory?
unidentified
|
That's our theory, because there's 36 red counties in Pennsylvania that We went for Trump already, and those counties are trying to say, we did everything fine, Trump won those.
But the strange part is the registration trends don't match up with those.
So those counties lost Democrat registrations to the tune of 10, 15% in some of them, indicating that Joe Biden should not have gotten any more votes than Hillary Clinton got in 2016.
And we've seen quite the opposite.
In fact, in some of the counties, as small as they are, they've gotten between 20 and 30% more Biden got than Hillary Clinton did in 2016.
And Trump barely outperformed what he did in 2016, so the numbers don't add up.
If we can show it in some of the red counties and open Pandora's box and show that this was widespread, that's when we can then take it to the Senate and make them move.
This is what they're trying to do in Nevada.
It's very interesting.
Tony, let me ask you, how can this audience, give us your social media, give us the platform, talk to us about organizing meetings.
We'd love to have the grassroots involved.
You guys are on fire up there.
Pennsylvania, I'm gonna tell you this right now, as tough as you think Arizona is...
And tough as you think the cesspool down in Georgia is, I don't think anybody's seen anything until you get to the Commonwealth of Tennessee.
That's the bright red line.
The bright red line, because Philadelphia, okay?
Philadelphia. | ||
You watch. | ||
That's gonna be, you got Shapiro, you got the Supreme Court up there.
They can't let these big northern states, they can't let grassroots get into, or even the Senate.
Even the federal courts in Pennsylvania want nothing to do with it.
District courts. | ||
This is gonna be a bigger battle than Georgia and Arizona.
I'll tell you, this is gonna be a classic.
How can people support you?
How do they get to your site?
Tell us what you need. | ||
unidentified
|
You can go to AuditTheVotePA.com.
If you feel led to give donations to us, what we're doing isn't free, so we'll take all the help we can get that way.
And you can follow us on Telegram, on Gab, and on Facebook.
We put calls to action for our volunteers on our Telegram page for the most part on a daily basis, but we really just need to get people that are willing to hit the ground and work with us because we are Going door-to-door, we're finding fraudulent ballots, and that's what, at the end of the day, we believe is going to show what actually happened.
Tony Shoup, thank you very much for all the vote PA.
Appreciate it. | ||
Thanks for having me. | ||
In-depth, thank you. | ||
Thanks, Tony. | ||
You're a champion. | ||
I want to say Georgia and Arizona also shows you the canvas.
It's the canvas, not the count-off.
Real quickly, I want to bring in Rudy Giuliani.
Rudy, Mayor, we've got a minute here.
We're going to hold you over, obviously, and do the next one.
You started this, sir. | ||
You were there at the beginning.
And does Audit to Vote PA?
They've actually got a theory of the case here.
You agree? | ||
Yeah, yeah. | ||
You know, Steve, the whole thing crystallized for me when I went to Philadelphia the day after the election.
I was, as Boris will remember, we were sent over to the campaign headquarters to see what they had prepared to fight this battle, and I would say they prepared nothing.
And then during the day, I got a call from Corey Lewandowski, who said, you got to come.
You got to come to Philadelphia.
You can't believe what they're doing here.
And I'm glad I did it. | ||
We drove up to Philadelphia and I saw the pens in which they had the Republican inspectors, maybe a football field away from the ballots they were supposed to inspect.
I saw the order they had gotten.
Corey and Pam Bondi in order to examine the ballots and the sheriff had already told them he wasn't going to let them in.
He didn't give a damn what the court ordered.
And that was being done because they wanted time to go up to the crooked highest court, which is 5-2 Democrat, and they reversed it.
Mayor, hang on for one second.
We're gonna take a short break.
Be back in the War Room with America's Mayor next.

It's time to cancel cancel culture.
Okay, one guy they can't counsel is Rudy Giuliani, America's Mayor.
We're on the run-up to 9-11.
We're going to spend a lot more time with Rudy to talk about what happened there, and also he's got an amazing piece about Afghanistan and Biden.
But Rudy, I've got to deal with the business at hand.
Let me ask you, because you...
This is your baby, and we would not be here if it was not for you.
You got Corman in the State Senate, and, you know, they're gonna go, and I think they need better affidavits, or some of the guys are not sworn in.
Maybe the Gettysburg time, I think you guys gave it, it was not sworn in.
There's all kind of controversy about that.
They've got a portal to get more.
So you got Corman, and look, we're in the 10th month.
This is the 10th anniversary.
10-month anniversary.
of the election. | ||
So you can tell why people are frustrated.
So you've got Cormann in the State Senate, right?
You've got Shapiro just sitting there going, you're not getting to Philadelphia, you're not going to get anything.
How about that? | ||
That's the Attorney General of the state.
And Cormann's going to subpoena, you know, the Secretary of State, and he's told all these people to come.
Then you've got this grassroots effort that's kind of taking a Nevada strategy, which is, in Nevada we're blocked in Clark County, we're blocked by the governor, we're blocked by the legislature, but we're going to do it through counties and show the world It was baked, and once shown in the world, they're not going to be able to deny it.
No court's going to deny it.
Both of those are going down, hurtling down.
Walk us through your perspective of both of them, since you're kind of the godfather of this.
Well, Pennsylvania is a little bit easier to understand, although it's much bigger.
I mean, you were absolutely right in saying that if you're shocked by Arizona and you're disturbed by Georgia, Pennsylvania is completely off the charts.
I mean, the amount of cheating that went on in Pennsylvania is astronomical.
And you would expect that from a city like Philadelphia, who for 50 years has cheated in every election ever.
And they're experts at it.
They're professionals at it.
Corman is a strange guy, and you were right to defend him.
I noticed when The lady who was excellent, by the way, said that Corman did crack at one point and three days before the count, he wrote us a letter.
You remember, he wrote us a letter saying he wanted it sent back for 10 days so they could take a look at whether it was done honestly and fairly, that he had concerns about the integrity of the election.
I was actually shocked to get that.
And that was the plan we all backed.
Hang on. | ||
Rudy was shocked. | ||
Because the whole plan, that letter and letters from Arizona, etc., say they're not there to flip this to Trump.
Correct. | ||
They're there to send it back to the state Senate, which has plenary power and go the certification process.
And here's the key of this, Mayor, and you laid it out perfectly.
Here's the key. | ||
That because of that letter from Cormann and other states, that was the plan.
That was the ask, frankly, of Vice President Pence.
It wasn't to flip it to President Trump.
It wasn't to overturn an election.
And that's all Democrat spin and Rhino nonsense.
unidentified
|
Well, hold it. | |
It's Pence's letter, too, by the way.
Pence's letter. | ||
Come on. | ||
I just said it, right? | ||
That was all establishment spin.
The reality, the only ask, was to say there's so much widespread fraud, let's send it back to the states for 10 days from January 6th, and then from January 6th, you're at 16th, still plenty of time for inauguration, let's get to the bottom of it.
Mayor, as you said, that was the very basis of the ask, that was as much and as little, it wasn't more.
But I think, Mayor, let me ask you this.
That was on January 5th.
And here's why I keep telling people around the country, these establishment guys, etc.
I said, the grassroots movement of the Trump movement They've got to get to the bottom of 3 November because we've got to get to where the steel was.
It's obvious it was stolen.
We've got to get there. | ||
And if you don't get there and move heaven and earth to get there, they're not showing up again.
No. | ||
They've heard enough. | ||
They've heard enough talk and haven't seen action.
Why is it taking the entire Republican apparatus in Pennsylvania from the 5th of January to now the 3rd of September?
And maybe we're getting some action, and God bless them if they do, but the grassroots is taking it in their hands.
And I've got to tell you, people like Shoup and these grassroots, they're not going to be denied.
They're going to grind it out however hard they got to grind it to get to the bottom.
Well, because at the leadership level of our party, Republican Party, I'm not going to say uniformly, but at the leadership level of the party, we have a lot of people that were always anti-Trump.
And I think that came out in this battle.
So I, Michigan completely undercut everything we were trying to do.
Including they allowed the Secretary of State to destroy the ballots, which is a violation of federal law.
I never complained about it.
In Pennsylvania, they didn't know which way to go.
And the young people, the new people, were all on our side in the state legislatures.
They were enthusiastic.
They got it. | ||
It took a while for them to understand that they actually are in charge of a presidential election.
The first time I told the state legislature in Pennsylvania that they were in charge of a presidential election under Article 2, Section 1, they looked at me like I was crazy.
I had to show them the Constitution.
I had to show them the 1895 opinion from the Supreme Court saying they were the plenary authorities on it.
So it took a while for them to realize we're just state legislators.
We have this power. | ||
It's ours. | ||
Not the governor. | ||
He took it away from us. | ||
Not the Secretary of State, in most cases, like in Pennsylvania.
Useless. | ||
And it's our power. | ||
So the leadership was probably the most nervous about it.
And it was a big victory.
What we got, Boris, we got letters within a day of the 6th, when they were going to count.
Some of them came from Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, asking For something I thought that was quite moderate.
He said, give us 10 days.
We have concerns. | ||
We want a review because we think there's something wrong here.
And that is the whole history.
Yep. | ||
unidentified
|
That's it. | |
That's all they ask for.
Yeah, but Pence's letter said we asked him to flee.
Wrong. | ||
His letter was wrong. | ||
Ridiculous. | ||
Totally wrong. | ||
Mayor, hang on. | ||
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to come back.
By the way, Mayor Giuliani's in Gettysburg, Phoenix, and Atlanta.
Show the state legislatures.
You have the power. | ||
In fact, you have the responsibility to get to the bottom of this. |
