Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.

Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.

It's because the number of people, of Americans, in Afghanistan includes people who may have left the country, who may have left over the course of the last six months.
So what we're doing is working to identify how many Americans are there.
As of a few weeks ago, we had already begun reaching out to all American citizens who are in Afghanistan via email, via text, via messaging app.
Does the U.S.
to hear from them and to understand their plans and work with them to get them out if they want to get out.
And so that is a massive logistical operation that's underway.
Okay, but I just want to be, okay, we don't know the numbers.
So I just, I do, I have limited time.
Does the U.S. have a number now on the number of Americans still in Afghanistan who've not been able to make their way to the airport?
We don't have a precise number.
As we speak, President Biden is preparing to meet with his national security team less than two hours from now.
He'll address the situation in Afghanistan in public remarks early this afternoon.
It comes amid frustratingly slow evacuation process from Kabul.
The Pentagon has said the United States has the capacity of evacuating up to 9,000 people a day.
But instead, we've evacuated just 9,000 people total in almost a week.
That includes roughly 3,000 people, including 350 Americans who were flown out in the last 24 hours.
But that is just a fraction of the 15,000 Americans who may be stuck in Afghanistan right now.
In fact, the Pentagon admitted yesterday they're not even sure exactly how many Americans are still there.
And then there are tens of thousands of Afghans also trying to get out of the country.

And I think we can safely say we are seeing divine providence judgment on that.

In the New York Times, as Taliban grip, tightening grip, Taliban silence foes and dissent, arrest and reports of reprisal killings.
Absolute total chaos in the country.
We have no earthy idea how many Americans are there.
They're taking out 350 Americans a day.
There's north of 15,000.
No plan, no operational plan, no strategy, no tactical.
Here's what they're doing.
And if we can get, do we have that picture of the of the child again today, if Denver can put that up?
You have a picture of a child, another child being passed over barbed wire to U.S.
troops that are now flooding into the zone, 6,000 of your sons and daughters, the deplorable sons and daughters.
This is wokeism versus American exceptionalism, okay?
And the American exceptionalism Are the working class people in this country, in the middle class people in this country whose sons and daughters have volunteered, not drafted, have volunteered to go do this.
And many of them on multiple tours.
Folks of the Muslim faith are voting right there for Judeo-Christian values.

As we watch fellow Americans trapped in a country overrun by the jihadist Taliban, Our current government denounces not to rely on them for rescue.
But from way back, we Americans had as our birthright a commitment to rescue endangered Americans.
This resolve now seems to be gone.
We send forth communications that the trapped are on their own, and thus we Americans stare in amazement.
Yea, my heart drops in despair, and my tongue is made mute as I behold leaders and my nation so fallen.
How is it, we ask, that those governing America, this arrogant ruling class, Seems so indifferent to American life, indifferent to Americans, yet at the same moment, so concerned about everyone else, extra sensitive, even to those screaming death to America.
We wonder if our so-called woke culture that continually demonizes America has made us no longer value Americans.
But verily, American lives matter.
Yes, we wonder if our woke culture, ever so eager to defame the Judeo-Christian culture, so essential to America's founding, no longer has the regard or will to defend an America founded on that Judeo-Christian ethos.
No longer believing in ourselves, we have been humiliated by those who, while ragtag, at least have pride in themselves, their history, and their national peoplehood.
A nation with skewed, inverted, and frivolous priorities eventually loses its sense of importance, its identity, and the will to defend its own.
Because it is ashamed of its past.
It does not protect its future.
What does a nation of people do when an imposed, incompetent ruling class no longer believes in the ideas that made this nation a people?
When it exalts every culture over its own.
And even calls its own patriots, citizens, terrorists, while at the same time funding real terrorists like Hamas and the PLO, and sits down to make deals with the terrorist state of Iran.
We turn to you, Almighty.
Yea, in the shadows of thy wing will I take refuge until the calamities be overpassed.
We ask that our nation turn its heart back to you and to the teachings of the biblical God.
We know there must be an answer, a solution as to how we defeat the ideology of anti-Americanism, hedonism, and hate of the wholesome now pervading our spaces, a glorification of Marxism,
A hate-filled envy and a defamation of people born white, spreading across this land, fueled by a brazen and stone-hearted elitist core.
Where is our answer?
We do know that just as you have embedded in Earth all the minerals, fuels, seeds and metals necessary to sustain us So too have you implanted the remedy to our dilemma, a way forward, a golden nugget waiting to be exposed.

It's an absolutely train wreck, what's going on over there.
You cannot have a more chaotic situation here created by the Biden administration and Biden's decision to willy-nilly retreat us out of there.
Now we have to fling back 6,000 troops.
It's like the Three Stooges are running the show here.
For Afghan veterans, it's heart-wrenching.
It feels like we were betrayed, kicked in the gut, all that sacrifice seems for naught.
And I just can't believe this is happening.
We're seeing, like it or not, the parallels are chilling between 1975 Saigon and 2021 Kabul.
And that we imagined in our greatest fantasies, Biden apparently, that 300,000 Afghan troops could continue the fight without the support they were trained by us to rely upon.
They relied upon American airpower, American logistics, American backing and when that was all pulled out from under them, just like in 1975, Saigon, the South Vietnamese Army suffered the same fate.
I think I was an intelligence officer in the United States Army military intelligence, and I think a captain in the United States Army could have seen something unfolding like this.
It was so predictable, and it should never have happened.
As a result of this failure here, good men and women are going to lose their lives.
A lot of Americans are in a hard way, and there was no plan to get them out of there.

In some of those dangerous places in the world, you've come back and now you're serving your country again in political office.
And sometimes it's hard to tell, I know, which sometimes is rougher.
This committee.
Everybody wants to know, where are we on the full forensic audit of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, sir?

Thank you, Steve, for this chance to lay it out there.
Yeah, so you're right.
After 30 years of active duty, I retired, never wanted to run for office, wanted to be a pollster, did that most of my full life.
I had the nice job lined up to ride off at the sunset, but I was really heartbroken that the country was in pretty bad shape.
So I figured I'd try to make a difference in office, and it's been aggravating and frustrating to say the least.
So okay, where we are in this audit here, I'm hearing from a lot of people, where are the subpoenas?
I'll tell you what's going on straight up.
And it does my heart no good to have to do this, but I've been boxed in by Senate leadership in Pennsylvania.
And just as an aside, I did see a discussion yesterday about the Republican A leader in Pennsylvania, Lawrence Davis, he's got nothing to do with this.
He supports the audit, but he has no say in this whole thing.
It's a Pennsylvania Republican Senate initiative.
So on the 7th of July, six weeks ago, I sent a letter as a chairperson of a standing committee, Intergovernmental Operations Committee, to three counties asking for them to willingly submit to a forensic investigation.
They had until the 31st of July to comply.
And obviously the county has wanted a subpoena.
That's no problem.
I think if I was a county commissioner, I'd want a subpoena as well.
That's fine.
Gives them a legal coverage.
Okay, so next step then was a voting session in person in Harrisburg at my committee.
We had planned on sunshining.
There's a law in Pennsylvania, a good law, that any meetings have to be sunshined 24 hours before the meeting.
We had reserved a hearing room in the capital of Harrisburg where it would be broadcast, where it's done legally.
And then that we had planned on sunshining the meeting with the committee on the 5th of August and then conducting a vote on the subpoenas on the 6th of August.
Everything was lined up, looking good.
Everything was on time.
We had been working with the Senate leadership on a lot of the questions on our approach, hundreds of hours invested in briefings and presentations to the leadership.
There's a lot of questions still, you know, Arizona had led the way, but there's still a lot of issues, and so we're working through some various issues, no problem, but there should be no reason to stop the subpoenas.
And as we're about the sunshine, suddenly I start getting calls from the members of my committee that they received a call from Senator Jake Corman that the voting session of the committee was canceled.
Never bothered to tell me about it.
You know, as the leader of the Senate, I would have had no problem had he called me up and said, Doug, you know, I got a lot of problems here.
You know, let's stop.
Let's wait.
Didn't have the courtesy to call me up.
So called the Republican members, told them it was off.
And then they took away the hearing room for the voting session committee, because obviously the leadership in Harrisburg, they run the schedules on those rooms and basically locked me out of those rooms.
That's hyperbole there.
They took away my reservations.
I couldn't even conduct it.
Okay, so this is dragging on.
What's the problem?
Well, we have more questions.
to go ahead regardless of what the Senate leader told my members.
That was just physically taken off the table.
Okay, so this is dragging on.
What's the problem?
Well, we have more questions.
All right, so lots and lots of discussions with the Senate leadership staff and then with the leaders, Senator Kim Ward and Senator Jake Corman.
And then six weeks on, working in good faith with them.
I'm no closer to having a voting session at my hearing than I was six weeks ago.
And so that's why I need the people of Pennsylvania to know what's going on.
Jesus said in the gospel with John, you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.
And so I believe it's important that we all need to know the kind of games that go on in Harrisburg.
I find it disgraceful that they would do this to a senator elected with about 70% of the vote in his district here.
I mean, that's irrelevant, any senator.
that the unprecedented move of taking away a hearing session and then behind his back, telling the members that the vote was off and that this could happen in Pennsylvania, any senator is reprehensible and that I've, you know, this, this is not posturing or anything.
This, this is simple facts here. We need to get the darn forensic investigation done and kicking this down the road and finding another excuse to delay it. It's just a waste of time.
And I, I share the outrage of the people of Pennsylvania that, that this is just taking too darn long.

Now, let me just make some observations here.
Particularly in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with Valley Forge, in Gettysburg, and also Philadelphia, right?
And also the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where the Christmas strike of Washington, right, took place against the Ahessians.
Some of the greatest military valor, the sons and daughters over in Afghanistan today, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
This is not just a lack of respect to you, which is unbelievable, and a lack of respect to the uniform you wore, which is unbelievable.
This is a direct lack of respect for the working men and women in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
This is kind of games, you know, this is why Pennsylvania is a red state.
A bright red state.
The only reason that we don't control everything is they've allowed the fillet in Philadelphia and other places to be stolen year after year.
You know why?
Because it didn't have people that had guts like Doug Mastriano after serving his country for 30 years to stand up to it.
You got too many worms.
You got too many of these politicians just want to get along and get their donors and cut the deals and all that.
That day is over.
This is an outrage, this is a lack of respect to the people of Pennsylvania, this is a lack of respect to the MAGA movement, this is a lack of respect to President Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States.
We need a reckoning, okay?
This thing's spinning out of control because there was no, they were not held accountable.
The tech oligarchs, the media oligarchs, the Wall Street faction, the global corporations, the people that took those jobs and factories out of Pennsylvania and shipped them to China.
They're the ones that brought this on us.
And seven months into it, it's spinning out of control on the world stage.
The only question before us today is how the American people, how do you cauterize this and stop permanent damage?
And the number one way we do it is get to the bottom of November 3rd.
Corman's got no place to hide.
Ward's got no place to hide.
You're not going to be able to hide.
Okay, you're not going to be able to hide and play your games and call people and stop the thing.
Those days are over.
And people are calling up saying, oh, this is so terrible.
All these guys from the Warhammer Corner office.
Hey, they're going to call the office and put pressure and expose you for the phonies you are.
And look, I hear Tapas and the RNCs not know.
He should be in a microphone.
I don't want to hear he's got any power.
He's the head of the GOP.
He should be banging.
He should be up there in Harrisburg every day outside with a protest sign.
Or say we're going to cut you off from money and not out putting up stuff on WinRed that's all set to raise money saying how much you're going to do for voter integrity.
The bait-and-switch is over.
People are tired of it.
And we don't have time for it anymore.
Look what's happening to our country.
There's an invasion on the southern border.
They're about to blow up the balance sheet of the Federal Reserve.
They're going to condemn generations of kids in this country to financial slavery.

And what are we doing?
We're playing games.
Oh, we're not telling people.

Senator Mastroianni, your patience, and by the way, if it was not for Doug Mastroianni having the courage and guts in Gettysburg to have Rudy and people come up here, we wouldn't have Arizona today.
We wouldn't have Fulton County about to go into receivership.
None of it would have happened if it hadn't been for Mastroianni, who was mocked and ridiculed and wouldn't give him a room in Harrisburg, had to go to Gettysburg, into a hotel.

All the lies and misrepresentations in Wisconsin and Michigan that people know.
Because one of the reasons he's imploding is that people are waking up to the fact that he's not legitimate.

And that they're threatening to fire my staff so I can't serve my constituents.
This is how ridiculous it's gotten.

Okay, I want to turn now to one of the most important people in President Trump's administration, Russ Vogt, who was the Director of Office of Management and Budget, the most important job in the administration, maybe besides Chief of Staff.
Russ, I know you've got a new organization I want to talk about, but first, if I put the Kevin McCarthy thing up, Nancy Pelosi, they're in freefall.
The Democrats are in complete freefall right now.
They're panicked.
Clyburn was on this call the other day.
They're coming back.
They've got to jam through this infrastructure bill, the first one, not the quote-unquote, you know, uniparty bill, to get to the $3.5 trillion.
This will blow up the balance sheet of the Fed.
It will destroy the financial stability of the country, because it's not paid for.
That's why I asked Russ to come on.
McCarthy, Kevin McCarthy, did a great job last night, came out on Fox, threw down hard.
We'll put that, we'll link that into the live chat and the thing.
You can see it's an amazing headline.
So Leader McCarthy came in hot.
We got to have his back.
We have everybody's back.
There's going to be a big fight next week.
This is stopping the permanent damage that this illegitimate regime is doing to our beloved country.

Give me your thoughts about what's going on here with the Biden regime and what they're doing with these these bills that just are orders of magnitude crazy.

Next week is a hugely important debate right now in terms of Stopping Nancy Pelosi from being able to link the bad, terrible infrastructure bill with the cradle-to-grave, woke government $3.5 trillion.
She has said repeatedly, and 17, 19 Republicans in the Senate just ignored this constantly, but she has said repeatedly that these two bills are linked.
She has some moderates that are trying to bolt, but as of right now, these two bills are completely linked, and there's going to be a big fight next week, and these things cannot go to the President's desk.
We've got to continue to fight, because they're trying to use the word infrastructure and tie that to be able to be the engine that brings across their massive government that's going to lead to ongoing inflation and skyrocketing debt that's going to kill us as a country.

You know, they mock us and the Trump administration for having infrastructure week, infrastructure week.
But the rules that were laid down at the beginning, and you were a guy that did all the pick and shovel work here.
President Trump says, hey, this has to pay for itself.
It can't add to the national debt.
And that is a huge limitation.
The infrastructure bill, the first part, First off, under half of it is even for infrastructure as we consider it.
Number two, I think the CBO rates at the $286 billion is not paid for.
New York Times says it may be up to $400 billion.
And I've had other people say it's really closer to maybe $750 billion when you stop playing the games.
So walk us through that.
We've got a debt limit.
We've got a debt ceiling.
How can we possibly even do the first one, Russ?

Yeah, a couple things on that.
I just want to bring people back to the Trump administration.
We tried to do an infrastructure deal repeatedly, and every time we went into those conversations, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer said, unless you raise taxes on the American people and overturn the President's tax cuts, we were not going to be able to get a deal.
And so the reason why we kept having the infrastructure conversation is because we could never get them to the point where they were willing to do a deal.
Fast forward to this bill.
It is not paid for.
Many different yard marks as to why that is so.
They stopped talking about the offsets months into the negotiations.
And this is something that is a very small amount that is actually bridges, roads, and ports.
A substantial amount of money for things like electrical vehicles and that sort of fake infrastructure in my mind.
And then you tie it to what Pelosi's trying to do with the cradle-to-grave woke government, which is the larger $3.5 trillion package, which the two of them are linked.
And so this is something that many of us support infrastructure.
We always had it as part of a paid-for budget that paid for it.
This is nowhere near that.
And as far as the debt limit, Steve, that you asked about, right now there's going to be a debt limit fight.
Republicans thus far had said they will not participate in increasing the debt limit.
But what's important about that is we need Republicans in the Senate to do a little bit more and to actually say we're going to filibuster the debt limit until we can actually use it as a leverage point against the Biden administration.
We are not there yet.
But that's what we're working to be able to use that debt limit to either force fiscal reforms or there's a lot of things we need to get done.
Critical race theory, refugee resettlement reforms, there's a lot of things that are important for the America First agenda right now.

It was your letter Uh, that went to, it was your letter, let's get that reverb fixed, it was your letter that went to, um, I think it was Mitch McConnell, and at that time Vice President Pence, uh, right before January 6th, that said, hey, there's been some problems in Pennsylvania, if you, you gotta, we gotta check the process of how these electors were chosen.
That was one of the biggest things that people hung their hat on back in early January.
And so the question is, since you've had these committee meetings and you've had this subcommittee, and it's been challenged by Shapiro and the Democrats are just in your face, do you support the process there to just issue subpoenas like happened in Arizona and is happening down in Georgia to get to the bottom of 3 November, sir?

That's been our goal from the beginning, is to review how this happened and some of the things that went on with our Secretary of State for the Book Administration.
In our Supreme Court.
I've, you know, asked Senator Mastriano to lead up this charge.
I gave him a committee that would support the subpoenas.
Unfortunately, you know, he hasn't been able to get to it.
He's, you know, kind of retreated from the issue now, as he said he, you know, he's been casting aspersions on me that I'm not for it if I am 100%.
So I've asked Senator Chris Dush, who's a former naval veteran that was in intelligence, who chairs our local government committee, to pick up now that Senator Mastriano has decided not to do this.
We're committed to it.
We're gonna do it.

We just gotta do it right so we can get results.
Hold on, hang on a second or so.
What, by the way, as a former naval officer, I always love supporting naval officers, but on this one, because my daughter's a West Point grad, I gotta back the Army here.
What, Mastriano, it looks like the system's been done, and here's what it looks like, at least from an outsider's perspective.
You got Shapiro sitting there challenging you guys.
Right?
A perfect position to issue subpoenas, and let's get to the bottom of it.
What wasn't done right, and what needs to be done right, so that you can have the back of people, and let's just get this done?
What has to happen?
Or what hasn't happened?

You know, in Pennsylvania, we have a Democrat Attorney General, and we have a Democrat Supreme Court.
So, if we don't do this correctly, we're going to get tossed down court immediately.
The Attorney General will go into court, the Democrat Supreme Court will side with him, and we'll be out.
So, even though we have subpoena powers, it can be limited.
We've been planning and trying to guide Senator Mastroianni to do this correctly so it will stand legal challenge.
He's been difficult to get to the point to be, to focus on the logistics, and so that's why now that he's decided he doesn't want to do it, we've asked Senator Dush, who chairs our local government committee, to do it.
And we'll do it correctly so it holds up in court.

Okay, but what do you mean that Senator Mastriano said he doesn't want to chair the committee, or he doesn't want to do this?
He notified you of that?

No, yeah, he'd gone out publicly saying the last two days that the audit was dead, and that he was saying that I was not being helpful to him in getting this audit done, and I just wanted to set the record straight that I'm 100% on board with this, and I'm going to get someone to do it.
If he doesn't want to do it, as he said the last two days, I'll get someone else to do it.
It's going to get done.
It needs to get done.
The people of Pennsylvania need to have results of what happened.

So, and I just want to reiterate, you're the guy that, in your position, sent the letter that was, I think, a very powerful letter at the time.
And you laid out the case with saying, hey, you're not trying to flip electors to Trump, but you need to go through the certification process.
So what you're saying is that it's going to be a different committee.
But you've 100% got their back, and your thing is you're not going to let Shapiro pull any tricks here to try to stop these subpoenas and take it to the Supreme Court, a Democrat-controlled Supreme Court in Pennsylvania, and you're going to have the back of people to get to the bottom of this.

And her strategy there is by just using the distraction and using the Biden chaos governing strategy, that she doesn't, will take pressure off of her moderates that she needs to be able to get this thing through on a party line vote.
And so it's going to be critical that people pay attention to this.
And if you're in a district that Uh, was, was, you know, very marginal.
Uh, President Trump carried it or very marginally lost it.
Those are the, the seats that are very important for, for her to be able to continue to keep those votes in line.
And so we got to get the message out everywhere we possibly can to say, this is a massive government expansion.
This is not infrastructure.
This is woke government on steroids and we need to kill it right now.
