Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, and the worst happens... War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Banham.
steve bannon
Hi, we're live.
The War Room today is live from the Alliance Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and we will be here for the entire week at the Cyber Symposium, where Mike Lindell and his colleagues will start to put forward the case that the Chinese Communist Party hacked the 2020 election on 3 November of 2020, and get to all the details.
They've got cyber experts from throughout the world, the world's medias showing up, and of course many, many politicians.
I think I have representatives from all 50 states.
We're here as kind of the pregame, the kickoff.
We've got a lot to go through today.
My colleagues, Raheem Kassam, founder of the National Pulse, and of course the top investigative reporter in the country for the National Pulse, Natalie Winters, joins me.
Raheem, I think we've defined here a rose between two thorns with Natalie as the center host today.
Natalie, thank you guys for coming out here.
In the wee hours of the morning, Raheem, you look amazing.
Natalie always looks amazing, but Raheem, you really shined up this morning.
Well, I went to bed like this just to make sure of it, so... Okay, it is Monday, 9 August, Year of Our Lord 2021, over, what, 73, 4, 5 million downloads, podcasts, live everywhere.
Really want to thank Real America's Voice and the John Frederick Trader Network.
John Frederick is here live broadcasting his morning show.
He's actually going to be right before us on Real America's Voice on Outside the Beltway today.
the Real America's Voice team in Denver. Of course, Howard and Rob have just done an amazing job. It's an incredible venue. Now, I think controlled by the VFW, a group of veterans, but I think it might be the Veterans of Foreign War, our veterans group here, has taken it over. So we'll be here throughout the week. An incredible setup. We're going to get into a lot of details. Mike Lindell is going to join us later in the show and tee us up for what's going on. But Natalie and Rahim, I had to... Jack Posobiec sent me in the middle of the night the other day some really disturbing footage.
If Denver could play, before we get to Rudy Giuliani, we've got John Solomon, we're going to go around and talk about the ground game throughout the country of voter fraud of 3 November, we've got the debts in, we've got so much to get to, but I think we have to start the show with this.
If Denver could play this footage for us, and then I want to bring in Cindy Chafin from the Executive Director of Moms Across America.
Can we play the footage?
unidentified
What is that?
What is that?
Yeah.
I want another WALMART.
I want another WALMART.
Let the black people just get their asses in the middle flank.
You sauciness.
Why are you mad?
W beeping like with a Taylor baby, When they speak this to you in Jesus' name, I want this for this bar, this bar.
Come on now.
Get back, get back.
Calm down.
What?
Calm down.
We're good, we're good, we're good, we're good.
All cops are bastards in the name of Jesus, amen.
We're gonna have to deal with that.
Okay, can I have my mic?
steve bannon
Okay, what you're seeing there is in Portland, Oregon the other day.
That was Antifa.
The reason I wanted to show it, I don't know if the volume was up as loud for the audience to hear, but that's a group of demons right there.
A lot of the cuts we had to make because of the profanity, but that's the Antifa, and they are demons.
Those are demons right there.
I want to play this throughout the day.
Get this into the live chat right now, and all of them.
This is actually a group of demons.
You see those black umbrellas?
Those look like something out of Clockwork Orange.
unidentified
Right.
steve bannon
Purely to intimidate.
That was Pastor Arthur Pavlovsky and the team to have a day of Christian preaching.
I want to bring in Sydney Chafin now, Executive Director of Moms Across America.
Sydney, you're one of the people that are helping put on this tour of Pastor Pavlovsky?
unidentified
I am, yes.
And we had been, we wanted to do an event in Portland and we had One brave group of people who were willing to stand up and host us there.
So we made the arrangements to meet at the Battleship Oregon Mast.
The police the night before told us that we had to move down to the opposite end of the park.
In this park you have the Battleship Oregon Mask and then you have the Saturday Market.
They wanted us to go to the exact opposite end from where the Saturday Market was.
They told us the night before that we needed to leave and or go down to that area because it would be safer according to them.
So that morning we got there we were setting up and there were already Antifa scouts.
There was no we didn't we had people that were willing to protect us because we did have some threats but we didn't have We didn't have anybody like the Proud Boys, you know, standing in line, according, you know, you hear the media saying that we had Proud Boys working security.
There was nobody working security.
It was just people who came wanting to listen to Arthur and wanting to just praise in the park.
And so we hadn't even gotten started yet.
And the group of Antifa marched down the hill.
And what you don't see in that video is the three or four minutes before Where they came in chanting and screaming and yelling and they were all in a very tight formation.
They had their umbrellas out.
They were all dressed in black.
They were coming ready to fight.
And this is a group of men, women, there were children, there were babies in the audience, little toddlers.
And we were just sitting, they were just sitting waiting to hear.
And all of a sudden, you, they threw a stun grenade onto the staging area.
And from there, from that point on, they started throwing firecrackers and Um, and other like rotten eggs and I don't even know what else they were throwing into the crowd.
So most of the crowd at that point when that video started had already dispersed because they were throwing explosives into this crowd of women and children.
And it was, there were a lot of kids there.
And you can hear me in the background in that video.
There's a woman that came up to me and her arm had gotten burned because somebody threw something at her and her arm was burned.
And I told, I tried to get a medic.
Um, one of our, one of my personal security people had a med kit and I was trying to get her treated.
And there were women just trying to get their children out.
And from there, you see the one guy come down the hill and try to instigate some of our people.
Pastor Lou Wooten was, he went up and started speaking to them, but they were just, they escalated.
And from that point on, they started throwing smoke bombs, more rotten eggs, more firecrackers.
And at one point they actually, they popped off tear gas into a crowd of women and kids.
And they continued to do that.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on.
These people, these people can't be mollified.
I don't know what the, you know, one of my issues.
These are demons.
Look at that guy's a demon.
That's like from the Gates of Hell right there.
That's a demon.
You can't rationalize with a demon.
You gotta drive a... Well, but I don't understand why, one, you didn't have security.
Number two, why are the Christian men not fighting back?
Why are they getting run off the stage by these demons?
That guy's a demon.
Those people, let me say, they're acting like demons.
Obviously they're vessels of the Holy Spirit, but they act like demons.
They're possessed.
This is pure hatred and they're possessed.
Okay?
They're demon possessed.
So why were the Christians, one of my problems, and one of the Christian preachers, did he say all cops are, was that one of the Christians that testified that all cops are bad?
unidentified
And they came in and they took over the mic and some random person said that.
That was not anybody on our end.
So some of our pastors, some of the men in the crowd did come up and confront them and keep them away from the women as they were leaving.
Pastor Lou Wooten just got in their face.
He wasn't confrontational, but he was just trying to not reason with them, but just preach to them.
And here's the crazy thing.
So I want to have you, I'll get you connected to him.
They actually, this leader of Antifa has actually invited this pastor.
steve bannon
You can't, you can't, you can't, you can't.
unidentified
No, I know.
steve bannon
You can't preach to demons.
unidentified
I don't have anything to do with that.
Well, you can pray for them.
But what I ended up doing, what they wanted to do was they wanted to shut down Arthur's voice.
And when that happened.
steve bannon
I think Christ drove him out.
I don't think Christ prayed over him.
I think he drove him out.
Here's my point.
The Christians in this country have to understand by that thing right there.
Antifa are godless, soulless, they've been possessed.
This is possession.
That lead guy, if you watch that tape over and over again, he is possessed as a demon just like Christ saw these people that were possessed.
and you can't sit there and have a rational conversation and yes you're supposed to pray for them but this is my point for the Christians you gotta have security and security's gotta be there to stand to deliver you have stun grenades of course the media's saying oh they threw some smoke bombs you had tear gas thrown at you rotten eggs stun grenades go ahead it was a terrorist attack on a christian gathering is what it was point blank women and children were there and men were there and they could have been hurt so we didn't shut down though that was the key thing i
unidentified
really want to make this point is that they came to shut us down and we did not shut down i moved the event back to where we were originally supposed to be in front of the battleship mass and we continued with the program they followed us they were there they were standing along the riverfront and we spoke we spoke what we had we came we came and said we had to say Pastor Art spoke.
Pastor Lou spoke.
All of these other pastors spoke.
And the main point is that they came to drive us out, but we did not back down.
We stood our ground, and we stayed and said what we had to say.
Because when you back down, they win.
Leading up to this, we knew that there were people that wanted us that wanted to shut us down.
We didn't want to have a huge show of force because that that's what they're looking for to have the confrontation.
And I'm not saying we shouldn't have security.
We did have people that were there ready to protect us.
But they weren't an in your face kind of situation.
Because that's the optics of that make it it always ends bad for us.
So what we wanted to do was just be there and say, Portland is worth saving.
We are going to stand our ground in Portland.
One of the things that these people keep saying is that this is their ground.
We don't have any rights to be there.
It's obnoxious.
And they are demon-possessed.
steve bannon
Are these demon-possessed people in jail right now?
Are they awaiting bail?
Did the police arrest any of these people after they threw stun grenades at women and children?
Nobody's under arrest?
unidentified
Nobody's under arrest.
They're not being held accountable.
The police were standing near the park on the street when they were throwing the stun grenades, when they were throwing the tear gas, and they stood by and did nothing.
When we started to walk back to the Battleship Mask, that is when the police, three police officers, police cars with officers geared up in the SWAT gear, they followed us down to where the Battleship Mask was.
They didn't do anything to the Antifa people.
Nothing.
Nothing.
They let him do it.
steve bannon
This is why Portland's out of control.
Cindy, how do people get more access to you?
We're going to play this.
unidentified
They're 100% complicit.
This was not a Moms4America event, but I'm the Executive Director of Moms4America Action, so you can find me there.
Or you can find me on... Actually, I disabled my Twitter, so I'm not on Twitter anymore.
steve bannon
Okay, you've got to get on Getter.
Here's what you need to do.
When is Pavlosky speaking again?
And you need better security.
And hey, if they're going to come, you know, I'm not so sure the optics of a confrontation are worse than the optics of that.
unidentified
Well, you're right.
Lessons learned.
So here's the thing.
So I am on Getter.
Cindy Japian.
C-H-A-F-I-A-N.
steve bannon
Of course I'm on Getter.
unidentified
What came from this is what Pastor is going back to Portland.
He's going to Salem, and he's going to be at the Church of Planned Parenthood in Salem, and he's speaking at a couple of more churches in Portland this week.
So he's going back to Portland.
steve bannon
We'll get the schedule up.
unidentified
Yeah, we'll get the schedule up.
It's gonna be, yeah, I'll send that to you.
But the key is we don't back down.
We don't back down.
steve bannon
Perfect.
We've got to bounce.
Sidney Chafin.
We'll get the schedule up for Pavlosky.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to turn.
We've got Rudy Giuliani.
He's going to join us and go through everything about the president, what's happening with his issue of the executive privilege of White House conversations about 6 January.
Also about what's going around the country right now in Arizona, in Georgia, in Pennsylvania.
We'll be back in one minute.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, welcome back.
steve bannon
You're in the War Room.
It's 9 August, Year of Our Lord 2021.
It's Monday.
We're kicking off the week.
We're live from the Alliance Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
I'm joined by my two colleagues, the founder and editor-in-chief and publisher of the National Pulse, Raheem Kassam, and of course, the top investigative reporter in the country, Natalie Winters.
She's here.
Look, we're here this week.
This is where Mike Lindell is going to try to prove the case that the Chinese Communist Party hacked The 3 November election to make sure that Donald Trump was not re-elected in his confrontation with the Chinese Communist Party.
And they did it through these various machines.
So Michael and Dale's got cyber experts.
It's all gonna kick off tomorrow.
Michael and Dale's gonna join us at 11.30.
But we wanted to start the entire week off with that footage because it shows you what the stakes are here.
Natalie and Raheem, you've been dealing with Antifa.
For a decade.
Right?
You're probably one of the top experts in the country and these guys.
But this is now demon-obsessed.
That footage is so disturbing.
About coming out and you've got the black umbrellas like, you know, Clockwork Orange.
It's all set to intimidate people.
They're throwing stun grenades.
Of course, the media says they threw smoke bombs.
But they're throwing stun grenades.
They're throwing explosives at women and children.
And they want to hurt the women and children.
There's no doubt about it.
raheem kassam
Yeah, no doubt about it.
Look, I think one of the worst things apart from this incident itself has been the media reaction to it, which has been to sort of describe it as a low-level scuffle at a non-Christian event.
Right, but they've also tried to remove the Christian element from this so that it doesn't look like an avowed, deranged, demonic left-wing attack on a bunch of Christians who are trying to worship peacefully together in the United States of America, I should add, right?
Because this isn't the Middle East.
This isn't somewhere where we're used to having Christians persecuted routinely in public spaces.
And I agree with you that I'm surprised that there wasn't more of a forceful pushback against this.
I understand that when you're in these situations, and I've been in them, they can be rather intimidating, but that's what they're aiming to do, right?
The point here is that these people who dress up in black and carry these black umbrellas Underneath all of it, underneath their visage, underneath this curated image of themselves, their pansies, their mama's boys, they want to be sent back home to those basements.
And I believe that those men out there, next time around when this happens, and it will happen again, they will send them back to those basements.
steve bannon
It's definitely going to happen again from the footage they saw here.
They think they got you on the run.
Okay, I want to bring in Rudy Giuliani.
Who is the law and order mayor that really saved New York City back in the 90s after putting away the five families and the Mafia and the Wall Street Mafia came in and turned around New York City and made New York City safe again.
New York, as New York descends into anarchy, right?
And crime's out of control.
Southern border's out of control.
This is what the stakes are.
Not just this week.
We're going to talk about going around the country.
Remember Mike Lindell, this is the air game to try to prove it in one fell swoop.
I mean, a lot of cities are out of control, and some more than others.
is really what the stakes are.
Rudy, I've got to ask you before we talk about all these other developing stories you're involved in.
How are the Portland police, how are those guys not in jail today working with attorneys to get bail?
How are they not arrested?
Is Portland out of control?
Does this show you what chaos and anarchy is?
rudy giuliani
Well, I mean, a lot of cities are out of control, and some more than others.
In this particular respect, Portland is one of the worst.
It becomes state police, not in the sense that we think of state police, you know, with They've become state police more in the communist socialist sense.
They work for the party that runs the state politically, and they carry out more political enforcement than law enforcement.
Well, let's put it this way.
When law enforcement interferes with political priorities, well, then political priorities win out.
So if there were, let's say, or if that biggest scourge on America, white supremacists, attacked Portland, they surely would all be arrested and probably held without bail, like they are in Washington, even though they're not white supremacists, for six months.
But if Antifa people even kill somebody, they'll be let out on jail.
It's because of their political biases.
It's because of their communist leanings.
The cops aren't, but they're ordered to be that way.
I mean, you saw that starting last year, right at the very beginning when the Floyd riot started, and the police were standing there watching people loot stores.
Now, I ran a city for eight years and I never had a riot.
I never had a riot because nobody ever looted a store in front of a cop and didn't get arrested.
I mean, you could take bubblegum and you got arrested.
My theory, which is a very well Respected theory written up by actually an aide to former Governor Mario Cuomo is that the way to stop a riot is to stop the first illegal act.
Theory is you stop the first one, you'll never get more than four or five.
And what they do instead, they use the cooling off period theory, which used to belong to David Dinkins, my predecessor.
Oh, let them riot a little.
They got to get the bad blood out.
And by the time they come in, it's become a massive problem.
Police are already demoralized.
They've already lost respect for the police.
And you can't imagine how much the amount of crime in America is affected this year by watching police observe hundreds and thousands of crimes on television and doing nothing about it.
That gets into the memory of a criminal.
steve bannon
Yep.
And that's why we've allowed these criminals and now this thing in Portland.
These are demon-possessed.
This Antifa is demon-possessed.
I want every Christian to watch this and embrace what we're allowing to happen.
And the authorities are not going to stand up for you because they don't care about Christianity.
You guys, Rahim, you and Natalie are going out to Oregon to speak.
The folks in Oregon The responsibility is now on you.
You've got to step up and make this thing in Portland right.
You've got to get authorities on top of this.
You've got to be getting to the polls and throwing these bums out that are running these cities.
This is unacceptable.
When you have this demon-possessed people attacking women and children with stun grenades, firecrackers, explosives, tear gas, and nothing's done about it.
In fact, Antifa's protected, not the Christians that are there to gather and pray.
It's not acceptable.
And the responsibility is not going to be put on the citizens of Oregon.
Okay?
You have to stand up and make sure the authorities start to enforce the law.
Okay?
That's your responsibility.
You've got to throw these bums out of these cities, okay?
This is ridiculous.
These politicians that allow this to happen.
This is absurd.
Rudy, we've got a bunch of stuff we've got to go through with you.
One, executive privilege, and whatever you can't talk about, don't talk about, but there seems to be some mass confusion around President Trump or his advisors about executive privilege, and I understand that Rosen, the acting Attorney General at the time, has now gone and testified in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee for six hours on Saturday of some sort of waiver of executive privilege.
Can you tell our audience exactly what's going on?
Because this is a big and very important story.
rudy giuliani
I cannot.
All I can tell you is the legal ruling is simple.
Rosen can't waive executive privilege, just like he couldn't waive attorney-client privilege for a client.
It can only be waived by the executive or the client.
for him to have done that lawfully and ethically he has to have gotten a waiver from president trump i don't know that he did i don't know that he did neither let me tell you those antifa people those antifa people are communist possessed also i mean they're all very very uh...
Okay.
steve bannon
dedicated communists who not only are atheists they're atheists who are angry at god But I did say demon... Communists and Marxists are demon-possessed.
rudy giuliani
I agree with you, but I want to locate the philosophy.
It's Marxism.
There's no doubt about it.
steve bannon
It's Marxism, but it's materialistic atheism.
There's no middle ground here.
George Soros, that's what she's saying, there's now no middle ground.
And George Soros is the chief funder.
I want somebody to attack me.
rudy giuliani
I'll say it one more time.
George Soros is the chief funder.
Attack me.
steve bannon
Okay.
I agree with you there, Rudy.
Rudy, talk about, we got Arizona, you know, coming out with the interim report.
You got Corman in Pennsylvania refuses to issue, to back the guys to issue these subpoenas.
Doug Mastriana, a Georgia of John Solomon on more explosive details out of Georgia.
They're moving forward.
I think Michigan, the house, the head of the house said we got to have a full forensic audit.
These full friends have gone to state by state.
What do we need to do to get somebody like Corman, Jake Corman, to back Doug Mastriana?
You started this with Mastriana in Gettysburg, the whole process.
What does this audience need to do to get Corman to move off the dime and support the issuance of these subpoenas?
rudy giuliani
Well, Corman and I spent a lot of time with him.
He was dead set against us from the longest time.
And then you might remember three days before the vote count, he sent a letter to the Vice President asking That the votes be suspended and that the vote be returned for 10 days to the state of Pennsylvania so that they could analyze it.
It was a last minute thing.
He made a switch that shocked us all because he had been very, I thought, very stubbornly refusing to take a look at this.
And I was really delighted that he had come on our side.
So I don't know now why he's gone back to the other side.
But Pennsylvania and Michigan in particular have a stronger number A very antagonistic Republicans who supported other people other than Trump, and somehow have not gotten over.
Let's call them haters.
Now, what is that in the Republican Party?
5%?
Much less than the Democrats that don't support Biden.
But they're very vocal, office-holding 5, 6%.
And a lot of our problems were Republican leaders.
I mean, we would have gotten All of this done back in December weren't for the leadership of the Georgia legislature, Republican.
The leadership and governor, Republican governor and leadership.
Republican governor and leadership of Arizona, for sure.
Pennsylvania's a little different because you have a Democratic governor, but we couldn't get the legislature there.
The young members support us almost 100%.
You get to the leadership, the people in the leadership positions, they're obviously calculating other things.
So they support us and they withdraw it.
They support us, they withdraw it, or they give us happy talk.
And they certainly gave the president happy talk.
Oh, yes, Mr. President, we're very concerned.
How about giving us a letter now, pal?
Well, we have to care for my lawyer says, I can't tell you how many lawyers I taught the Constitution to who didn't know it, which I think really indicates they're owed a lot of money by their law schools.
steve bannon
Rudy, can you hang over for one second?
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We'd love you to hang over.
We've got to talk about your podcast and other activity.
The Republican leadership understand 20% of the deplorables are not coming out if they don't get on top of this.
We'll be back in Sioux Falls in a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
rudy giuliani
Pandemic.
unidentified
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
rudy giuliani
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, Raheem Kassam, Natalie Winters, we join you from the Alliance, which is the South Dakota Military Heritage Alliance here in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where the Cyber Symposium, Mike Lindell and his team are going to start tomorrow.
I have Mike in here in the second hour.
I want to go back to Rudy Giuliani.
Rudy, everybody should understand, Corman did send that letter, which was what, you know, John Eastman and others with Pence, what these states in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Georgia wanted was just to not to flip the electors to President Trump and just send it back at the request of the state legislature so they could take time to review the process, which is fully their right, on the selection of electors.
And that's why we're here in August of 2021, what, nine months after it, and we're still grinding through. It's going to go. Mike Lindell's got the air game, but in Arizona, in Georgia, in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, there's processes in place to do the ground game, to get to the bottom of what happened the old-fashioned way, not with some hack from the CCP. And you've been the leader of that. Real quickly, because we've got about what, your podcast, your radio show, all your social media, how do people keep in contact with you daily because
you're still the leader of this kind of three November movement to get to the bottom of what happened?
rudy giuliani
The best way to get in contact with me and stay in contact with me is to go to rudyscommonsense.com, hit subscribe, no charge, and then you'll get the podcast, you'll get the alerts, and you'll get a notice of all the radio shows too.
Our daily between three and four on WABC, which you can get internationally WABC radio dot com.
And that'll keep you up with all the op ed pieces.
I also write most of it.
Most of it now.
I focus on deprivation of rights.
I try to find situations in which the Biden administration is taking away our rights and doing it in a way that we're not noting.
We're not complaining about it.
If we are, it's being censored.
And my view, going back to studying Nazism and how it developed, is you cannot be silent.
They all have to be recorded.
So when they close down restaurants on specious theories, or they don't allow churches to function, or what's happening now with Antifa?
Those people are not being protected in their right to exercise religion freely.
My goodness, if they were a group of Muslims, An attack like that, we would justifiably be very, very upset.
But for a long time, going back to when I had to deal with the Virgin at the Brooklyn Museum that they put urine on.
There's no empathy for Christianity.
Christians can get murdered in large numbers, and I guess nobody cares.
And as Christians, some of us get upset, but not a critical mass.
That's got to stop because Christians are right now, maybe, the most persecuted minorities in the world.
That might be.
steve bannon
Americans got to get upset.
That's what we need.
Rudy, thank you so much.
Appreciate it.
rudy giuliani
Thank you.
steve bannon
Great work.
rudy giuliani
We've got a great team.
unidentified
We do.
steve bannon
Thank you so much.
By the way, we're going to get to the bottom of the CCP, which I know that you're the tip of the spear of holding accountable.
So, Rudy, thank you so much.
The great Rudy Giuliani.
Let's go to Joey.
Let's go out to Wyoming.
We're up here in South Dakota.
Let's go out to Wyoming, a little farther west.
Joey Carenta, the fourth at Carbon County Republican Party.
You made a move on Liz Cheney over the weekend.
I need you to tell our audience, Joey, what you guys have decided to do.
I think it's monumental.
I think it's a long time coming, but it needs to be done.
I think it's a lesson.
Walk us through what you did, sir.
unidentified
Well, we assessed the situation since we issued the initial letter of censure back in January, and Liz Cheney just hasn't quit, and she hasn't listened to the people's voices.
She hasn't even recognized that the people have voices.
We've still gotten zero response on our original resolution.
So with the The escalation of her misaligned focus, instead of dealing with the problems of America and dealing with the problems of Wyoming, continually to focus on a president that is no longer in office, and basically abandoning the will of the Republican Party, losing her leadership position in the Republican conference, and still not contacting us.
You know, the last time we heard from Liz Cheney in Carbon County, Donald Trump was still president.
We decided to expedite her exodus from the party, which she seems to not care about any longer.
And we removed official recognition of her as a Republican.
Legally, she's still the representative.
She's still in Congress, but there is no law or rule that restricts the party from giving a recognition as a member of the party.
We don't control how people register to vote.
That's a legal process, but we are Was this unanimous?
We are the representative voices of the people in the party and the closest to the grassroots and this was their voice brought forward of We need to put something legitimate on paper To let her know and let the people know These are not the kind of actions and focuses we are interested in seeing with our brand attached to it anymore Was this unanimous was this was this people united in this in this effort
Yeah, and it's actually a fairly easy vote Considering that this was not an idea that came from the RNC or the state party or even myself Push down to the people This was the voices of the people put on paper and read back to them and asked, do you agree with the content of what you said in this format?
And so having a unanimous vote on this was fairly easy because it was not an intent to influence the people.
It was the people's voices That we're being carried upward.
So a unanimous vote on something like this, I don't think is very difficult to achieve.
And we're looking forward to going through the same process and bringing it to other counties across the state and having, again, another super majority in support of a position coming out of originally Park County.
They did all the legwork and wrote a letter to Representative Cheney.
We turned it into a resolution in support of their efforts.
And I don't think you're going to see this go away anytime soon.
People are going to argue.
Technically you can't do this, you can't do that, but what we're talking about is the individual voters who are the backbone, the grassroots of the party, refusing to recognize association with our representative and the brand that she continues to hijack from us.
steve bannon
Joey, how do people continue to follow this?
What's your social media?
Because people have been saying that the RNC should be taking action, you know, McCarthy should be taking action, and obviously the people are way ahead of the politicians and political class here.
How can people follow you?
unidentified
Our county party's on Facebook, though.
Carbon County, Wyoming Republican Party.
You can follow the state party at wyoming.gop, and I am now on Twitter at at G-O-P Joey.
And I would totally agree that because the power of government is inherent in the people, it's going to have to be the people that take these fights to the individuals that are elected to administer the government on our behalf and let them know the accountability is not just going towards the one person that we're having an issue with.
If you sit around and ignore our voice, that microscope of accountability will find you too.
steve bannon
Joey, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on here.
Okay, let's pivot now to John Solomon, one of the top investigative reporters in the country, breaking news out of Georgia with his new article up on John Solomon's site, Just the News.
John's one of the key parts of Real America's Voice.
John, I gotta have you read, and if Denver can put up Not that we don't love John's lovely façade, but you've got to put up this headline that you've got.
And if you could read your headline, subheadline, and your first paragraph, because it's so dramatic.
I want to make sure our podcast and radio audience get it.
Just read it for us.
unidentified
You bet.
Absolutely.
Georgia ballots rejected by machines were later altered by election workers so they would count.
Records obtained by Just the News give an unprecedented glimpse into human adjudication of thousands of ballots where marks for candidates like Donald Trump were sometimes removed from a ballot so that a vote could count.
A really remarkable moment.
We start with this anecdote.
A day after the November election, as Donald Trump and other Republicans clung to evaporating leads in Georgia, vote counters in Atlanta were confronted by a paper ballot known only by its anonymizing number.
51-50, 232-18.
A Dominion voting machine had rejected the ballot on election night because the voter had filled in boxes for both Trump and Democratic opponent Joe Biden, an error known as an overvote.
The machine determined neither candidate Should get a tally and the ballot was referred to Human Review.
The image of the ballot obtained by Just the News shows the voter messily scribbled a large blob next to Donald Trump's name for president while putting a thinner checkmark next to Joe Biden.
At 610 p.m.
Eastern Time on November 4th, a full 24 hours after the ballot was first scanned and rejected by machine 5150, a panel of humans decided the vote should be awarded to Biden And in so doing, they removed a mark next to the name of Donald J. Trump.
You can see that ballot here.
We've actually put the ballot up on the site.
So, pretty remarkable thing known as adjudication.
Humans making decisions, altering ballots the day after the election to try to count as many ballots as possible.
steve bannon
As you got this information, John, how prevalent is this?
Because this is all news and we were told this is the most straightforward.
And you actually say you think a lot of these were flipped from Trump to Biden.
How big of a deal is this?
How broad is this going to be?
And why is it just coming up now when we've been told this is the safest election in the history of Georgia?
unidentified
Yeah, well, because it took that long to get Fulton County to give up these records.
We got these under a Freedom of Information Act request.
The county dragged its feet, didn't really want to give us the records.
We got them.
About 3% of all the paper ballots that were counted In Fulton County, about 140,000 paper ballots, about 3% or 5,000 of them were rejected by machines that had to go to humans.
And what you find is that there's no standard by the humans.
Sometimes they count a vote, sometimes they don't.
Sometimes they count a ballot that had the word spoiled on it, which under the law, you're not allowed to count.
Sometimes they didn't count a ballot when it was marked spoiled.
It was completely to the discretion of humans.
And let's keep in mind when they're doing this.
They're not doing it on election night when they don't know who's winning or losing.
They're doing it the day after when they know Donald Trump's lead is shrinking.
And so if they had a political bias, picking a Joe Biden over a Donald Trump on a ballot where both names were checked could be a temptation for them.
One of the things I did is I took five of these ballots that had both Biden and Trump.
I gave it to five Democrats and five Republicans.
And the five Republicans said, oh, that's a Trump vote.
The five Democrats said, ah, that's a Biden vote.
That's the problem with human discretion.
And the problem is spoiled ballots.
Normally, spoiled ballots, where people made an error, aren't supposed to be counted.
steve bannon
How big, you know, Raffensperger has fought you guys.
You have to get four requests.
There always has to be a subpoena.
Where is your investigation going from here?
We got about a minute.
We know you're dug in now to get to the bottom of that.
Where's your investigation on this going to head?
unidentified
We're going to go to Maricopa County, where we now told there are 27,000 of the same type of ballots, double-voted ballots that had to be human adjudicated.
So we're going there.
In the meantime, Republicans, people who care about good voting, they ought to press the state of Georgia to find out whether spoiled ballots should really be counted like they were in Fulton County.
The RNC didn't make an inquiry.
They didn't try to stop these votes from being counted.
But this is a really important question.
The law says if a ballot is spoiled, meaning someone crossed something out, wrote something on it, it should not be counted.
We have 5,000 examples of ballots that got some form of a count as a result of adjudication.
steve bannon
Real quickly, do you have any feel for those 5,000 that got counted?
What's the breakdown for got counted to Biden versus counted for Trump?
unidentified
You know, it's a hodgepodge.
Not all of them involve the president.
Some involve, you know, the Senate, all the way down.
But there's about a thousand ballots that involve the presidential race.
So at least a thousand.
Not enough to change the race, but not in one county.
But statewide, who knows?
We'd have to go do an entire statewide analysis.
steve bannon
This is why you need a full forensic audit of the entire state.
John Solomon is showing you by independent investigative work.
It's just incredible.
John, thank you.
Real quickly, John, how do people get to Just the News?
How do they get to you on social media?
People have got to be following this.
unidentified
You bet.
JusttheNews.com is the website.
Check us out there all the time.
And I'm Jay Solomon Reports on all platforms.
So Twitter, Facebook, Getter, the new Getter, which I love a lot.
On all of those platforms is Jay Solomon Reports.
steve bannon
Okay.
John Solomon's heading to Maricopa County.
Folks out there better pay attention.
Okay, short commercial break.
Nadja Farage from the United Kingdom next.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Hi, we're live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at the Alliance, which is the South Dakota Military History Alliance of all these different groups.
This is a venue that they now run.
It's absolutely incredible.
The Cyber Symposium kicks off tomorrow.
I've got Mike Lindell in here later in the morning.
We'll go through everything.
We'll see you in the next couple of days.
We're here for the entire week.
I actually may send my co-host Natalie Winters and Raheem Ghassan out.
And about maybe out to Sturgis for a day to do some live reporting or to Deadwood, some of the great places in South Dakota to see this fantastic state.
I want to go to the UK right now.
Nigel Farage.
Nigel, thanks for carving some time out.
I know you have a busy schedule.
I don't want to say and take full credit for this, but I told you and I told everybody, if Nigel Farage gets a nightly show, On a TV channel and a network and a news network.
It'll be the number one.
It'll be very quickly the number one show in Great Britain.
Nigel, you've done it in like two or three weeks.
The ratings are through the roof.
Talk to us about the show.
What are you doing that's really getting the grabbing the attention of folks in the United Kingdom?
nigel farage
Well, it's a good time.
7 to 8 p.m.
is a good time.
It's got a very simple name, which is Farage.
There was no mistaking, you know, who's doing it.
And Steve, I mean, take today.
Today we have the IPCC report.
From the UN telling us all sorts of dreadful things will happen to the world.
And what I will do tonight at 7 p.m.
UK time, that's 2 p.m.
Eastern Time, is I'm going to read out a report from 1989 from the UN that said we have a decade to save the world.
Otherwise, entire nations will disappear with rising sea levels.
And we've heard this narrative now for over 30 years that unless we tax Unless we de-industrialise, unless we give the whole of manufacturing in the world to China on a plate that somehow the end of days are nigh.
And if you watch the BBC or you watch Comcast's Sky News, you will not hear that side of the argument.
So I think what I'm providing for the British public is a different way of looking at news and to give them a chance to make their own minds up rather than being spoon-fed globalist propaganda.
Really, it's as simple as that.
steve bannon
Nigel, you came over and did a great tour of FreedomWorks for a couple of months, and you went to the Arizona border and reported, I think here first on War Room, that this was an invasion, that people were not looking at this correctly.
This was not an emergency, not a crisis, but an invasion of the United States.
Is that the type of reporting you're telling folks in the UK and talking about the 3 November movement?
And what is the audience response when you really speak the truth about what's happening here in America, unlike BBC and unlike Sky News?
nigel farage
Well, I had Ted Cruz on the program the other day, and of course, Texas equally, you know, the border state.
We talked about the fact that America is headed this year for, I mean, it's hard to believe, but it's true.
Two million people will illegally enter the USA this year.
Some of them may be good people seeking a better life.
Others will join drugs gangs.
Others will contribute to the growing, escalating violence In American cities.
And of course, it really means, given the numbers, that every state, every town effectively becomes a border town, given those sheer numbers.
So, yes, I'm going to cover US politics as well.
And the other thing I want to cover at some point this week is why Kamala Harris's poll numbers are falling through the floor.
And this is very interesting because we've got a US president.
I was watching The CNN town hall debate that Biden did the other day, you know, when he was talking about men on the moon and Martians.
And I mean, I really just thought, well, this guy can't stay long as US president.
And yet, when you see his potential replacement, she appears to be even more incompetent than Biden himself.
So, yeah, I'll be covering all these issues.
But, you know, as ever, with everything I do, I'll make sure that both sides of the argument get heard and that people at home can make their own minds up on these things.
steve bannon
Nigel, how do folks in the US, how can they watch you?
I know it's seven o'clock in the UK, two o'clock in the afternoon here.
How can people watch it?
nigel farage
The one thing we've got right, and it's a start-up, GB News, but the one thing they've really got right is the app.
GB News, the GB News app, it's there on all the app stores.
There's no geographical bar of any kind at all.
And Steve, one thing we want to do is we need to have a bigger debate and more commonality between the English-speaking peoples of the world.
You know, we're all fighting the same battles.
All of us are fighting, ultimately, for the future of Western civilization.
Our Judeo-Christian culture is under threat.
Everything that has underpinned our societies is under threat.
No one country on its own can beat this.
We've all got to work together.
So the GB News app, download it from any app store.
You can watch it live, 2 p.m.
Eastern, or watch it on catch-up as and when it suits you.
steve bannon
Nigel Farage from the United Kingdom, thank you very much.
Great patriot.
One of the leaders of the populist nationalist movement throughout the world.
Thank you so much, sir, for joining us here in the War Room.
nigel farage
Steve, as ever, thank you.
steve bannon
Raheem, you've got a piece up now, National Pulse, and by the way, you were wingman for Nigel for over a decade, and you kept saying the entire time that the news in the UK is just so boring, right?
A personality like Nigel can light things up and be a game-changer just with his personality.
raheem kassam
Well, if he was still on, I'd say it's a low bar.
Look, the BBC is the predominant broadcaster in the United Kingdom and 90% of it is puff, just total filler.
Nobody's really doing real news reports, they're reading government documents out, you know, here is what the government has told us to say today about the inflation numbers, whatever it is.
And so, you know, it's gratifying to see that actually somebody like Nigel can not just come along into the BBC and change the way that they do things and change the way Sky News does things and the rest of the media, but actually in one fell swoop he's changed the way GB News was even doing things.
You know, GB News started off, they had presenters taking the knee on it.
unidentified
That's all gone now with the... That was over the English soccer situation, right?
steve bannon
Somebody live on air took the knee.
raheem kassam
Right.
And, you know... The next day they had zero?
steve bannon
Is this true?
They had zero ratings for the program?
raheem kassam
That is absolutely correct.
And then along comes Nigel Farage and fixes it for them.
And I think that really should guide the GB News editorial board as to what issues they take up and whose steer they believe in.
steve bannon
I want to go.
We're going to come back.
Short commercial break.
I want to set the stage.
We've got Darren Beattie joining us on a very controversial segment.
I want to make sure we tee it up right.
But I also want to tee up what people hope to accomplish here.
We're going to have Mike Lindell later on.
But why are we here?
What is this?
There's a ground game going everywhere.
We need to get Corman to send subpoenas.
There's things happening in Georgia.
There's things happening in Arizona.
Now, Wisconsin and Michigan look like they could be in play.
But you've got this air game.
Kind of set the stage and the framework for what we're trying to, what Mike Lindell and others are trying to accomplish here this week in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
I want to thank the citizens of Sioux Falls for allowing this to happen.
It's an incredible, incredible, incredible venue, the alliance put on by the South Dakota Military Heritage Alliance.
Okay, short commercial break.
