The virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Banham.
When you look at what happened on January 6th, the reason why that was allowed to get out of control is because there was this decision point, and there was a moment, and there was a gathering place, and people were upset, and people were angry.
I looked at this Arizona audit release as the next potential inflection point.
Hopefully, God willing, that passes without any incident.
But that is very much a moment where, let's say the Ninjas come out, and obviously they're going to fabricate whatever they think they need to say to To shed some doubt on the results, and that people, whether it's journalists, my colleagues on this panel, or people who are vote counters, or government officials in the state, I think are going to have real threats, and there's going to be real concerns.
And you can see now, if you're watching, which I have to suffer through, the Steve Bannon podcast and some of these other far-right things, You can see now a gathering moment again where, you know, once again there are rallies starting, once again there are efforts starting to push back on this with the Arizona audit being, you know, the central point and the central moment.
nicolle wallace
Tim, I want to come back to you and sort of broaden your analysis to all of the anti-democratic movements that spring from the big lie.
I mean, you talked about the Penn and Podcast.
I mean, it is not narrowly focused on Arizona.
It is focused on a broader anti-democratic set of moves, but at the root of all of them That said, there is still a minority within the Republican Party that thinks this is nutbagger, just like Charlie Sykes.
unidentified
They might not be ready to become Democrats yet, or they might not be ready to go, you know, all the way.
To where, you know, some of us have gone as far as leaving the party, but they are not interested in what is being sold on the Steve Bannon podcast, right?
And so I do think there's a light that needs to be shown on this.
I think that there's a sense sometimes that you don't want to elevate the craziest elements of the right.
I just think, unfortunately, because of the platform that's on Fox, I mean, just last night, Ben Dominich was on Fox, you know, basically with a call to arms that was a, you know, call that could be seen as a call for violence, you know, over these kind of imagined threats from the left.
Tucker Carlson, as I mentioned, is in Hungary.
You know, you see what's happening.
Bannon's podcast is like in the top five on Apple.
I mean, these guys have massive platforms.
And so, we need to recognize and push a hole in this and try to pull over another two, three, four, five percent of people who can look at Secretary of State Hobbs and say, this is a reasonable person.
I might disagree with on some issues, but at least she's not going along with this nutbaggery, you know, in Arizona.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome.
With over 72 million downloads on the podcast, we're live.
You're in the War Room.
It's Wednesday, 4 August, the year of our Lord, 2021.
That is Tim Miller and Nicole Wallace.
And what we keep saying is that MSNBC is, and the reason we watch it and watch it so closely, not Fox and not CNN, is that they are actually paying attention.
You may not agree with their perspective, but they pay attention.
They pay attention closely because they understand how High the stakes are.
And they're nervous.
You know, interim report is going to come out on Friday out of Arizona.
They're going to be some hard numbers in it.
It's going to be a shocking moment.
And MSNBC covers it.
Nicole Wallace covers it.
Ari Melberg covers it.
Chris Hayes covers it.
Rachel Maddow, who's the head of the operation, covers it.
Brian Williams.
Those are the shows that matter there.
And they cover it, they cover it deeply.
People may not like Tim Miller, and I apologize for him suffering through watching the podcast, but the buried lead there, somebody's paying Tim Miller to do it.
But they're paying attention, and they understand what the stakes are, and they understand what the narrative is.
And so we want to start off today.
We've got a lot to get through, and we're going to be out in California.
The field of battle here is spreading.
It's not just full forensic audits in all 50 states, right?
You've got Clements doing that.
You've got the air gate.
Clements and Captain Kaye are doing that.
Next week, Lindell's going to be in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
We will be there with the air game, but you've got this grind coming out of Full forensic audits coupled with recanvassings, which Peter Navarro, Dr. Navarro is going to join us in a minute, says it's the canvas not the count.
People understand.
The smart people on the left understand what the stakes are.
Rachel Maddow has been on this from day one.
She warned the left about it day one.
They're seeing the polling numbers collapse.
They understand this is all inextricably linked.
It's one of the reasons they're forcing this thing through.
Like the bipartisan, this ridiculous bipartisan infrastructure bill with under 10% actually going to infrastructure, 90% going to Green New Deal efforts or others, as Dave Ramaswamy pointed out this morning.
I want to start off, though, with a blockbuster news coming out of California.
And listen, we listen to Twitter.
We particularly listen to our fan base.
I got personally so blown up the other day because Natalie Winters is in... by the way, Natalie's got a bunch of jobs.
She's over here co-hosting the War Room podcast and the show because we're live on Real America's Voice.
We're only part of a podcast.
We're really a live show.
Natalie's doing that, plus she's running National Polls, because nobody can find out where Raheem is.
We're just, we're seeing Raheem, he's working out somewhere, he's in Parts Unknown, it's just wandering around.
We keep saying, hey Raheem, we're ready to have you on if you're in Texas, and we're going, oh yeah, no, I've got a, you know, I'm checking out another suite.
So Natalie's joined us.
Twitter blew me up the other day when she was here, because we had other stuff.
natalie winters
Get her too.
steve bannon
Get her too.
She's plugging.
She's good.
She's good.
Caltech.
You're from California.
People may be not as familiar with Caltech as MIT.
We refer, when Californians refer to MIT as the Caltech of the East.
Caltech is the Jet Propulsion Lab.
It's one of the most serious research institutions in the world.
And a senior doctor came out and had this interview, did this analysis.
unidentified
The former president of Caltech and a Nobel laureate.
steve bannon
A Nobel laureate.
You take it, how explosive this is, because it kind of backs the Natalie Winner reporting you've done on National Pulse.
Natalie, take it away.
unidentified
Sure.
natalie winters
Well, I think the question is, can you still call something a conspiracy theory if a Nobel laureate, former Caltech president, eminent virologist supports it?
And I think the answer is very clearly no, unless you think that the only arbiters of truth and fact can be Chinese Communist Party linked people, whether it's fact checkers or people like Peter Daszak.
But what's really interesting in this interview that you see, the guy's name is David Baltimore.
He talks specifically about this kind of lab leak theory i.e.
that you can trace the origins of COVID-19 and more specifically the virus SARS-CoV-2 to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
In his words, he says, I think we very much need to find out what was happening in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
I think that we can't say for sure yet whether the SARS-CoV-2 virus came from natural origins or if it was genetically manipulated somehow, and he calls it a reasonable hypothesis.
And what he really gets into is what's called the spike protein, and really the kind of cleavage site of this virus, which has to do with the virus entering human cells, because you have to cut the virus to get it to become smaller so it can actually enter the human body.
A lot of people use the metaphor of kind of a lock and key, but I think that's too euphemistic That's too nice.
This is, you know, an ice pick.
This is an axe because it's killing hundreds of thousands, millions of people.
And what he points out is that the closest really kind of ancestor progenitor to SARS-CoV-2 is a virus called RATG13.
And that, of course, was being worked on by the Wuhan Institute of Virology since 2012 all the way through 2015, which is very, very curious because they're 96.4% similar and the kind of theory is that outstanding 3.4% Well, maybe, or 3.6% rather, that's maybe where that gain-of-function manipulation was going on.
And that, of course, aligns with the studies that we've documented at the National Pulse that were being carried out by NIH-funded researchers like Ralph Baric, which had to do with really manipulating these spike proteins.
So, it's really, I would say, damning for the scientific establishment.
steve bannon
So, you brought up, you said the words that are forbidden, gain-of-function, and about the 3%.
I want to play from this morning CNBC's Squawk Box, top show in the morning for the markets.
Squawk Box, our own Dr. Peter Navarro.
Can we play that?
unidentified
We'll have a full-blown bipartisan...
Look at the origins.
I don't understand why this has suddenly become an issue for Republicans, an issue for Democrats.
What's the hesitancy for all of Washington to look at that report, the Republican report, find out what they agree with, you know, confirm some of the things in the report, or refute some of the things in the report?
Why don't you see the Biden administration moving that way?
peter navarro
Well, I don't want to go into too much politics, but let me just simply say this.
The whole campaign against Trump was predicated on blaming him, not China.
So if you go and acknowledge what is effectively the truth that the virus It almost certainly came from the lab that it was funded by the U.S.
unidentified
government.
You think it's still that?
peter navarro
Yes, I do.
But here's why it's important, Joe.
There's bigger issues here that are going to impact the financial markets.
I mean, biotech right now is in the crosshairs.
If you look at that report, one of the big discussions is whether to allow these so-called gain-of-function experiments.
unidentified
We don't even know what that is.
Fauci still denies that's what, I don't see how, that's semantics.
I don't see how you can deny that trying to figure out how a human transmission could occur is not gain of function.
I don't see how that's not.
It seems like you're just arguing a semantic point, but we're kind of out of time.
I don't know when, you know, it's going to take years to get to the bottom of it, if we ever do.
peter navarro
We need to get to the bottom of it though, Joe.
unidentified
The evidence is probably not there anymore.
Some of the scientists aren't even around anymore.
Good to talk to you, Peter.
peter navarro
Hi, Becky.
Hi, Andrew.
unidentified
All right.
They say hi back.
They're in a Squawk Box.
Meanwhile, we'll be right back, we hope.
steve bannon
Be right back, we hope.
Peter Navarro is already very close to putting the War Room out of business, putting poor Joe Kernan in Squawk Box.
I want to go to you first, Dr. Navarro, and then we're going to roll over to the next break with Natalie, who's done probably more than anybody on the reporting side about Mr. Fauci.
But he's been somebody you've been going after.
What was Joe Kerner trying to get to?
What's the big deal?
Natalie Winters went through the 84-page report of the Republicans, and quite frankly, I say this in great admiration, but also just reality.
If bundled, all of Natalie Winters, national poll stories and her clips from here in the war room over the last six months you would have five acts what was in the republican port report to be brutally frank about it mister doctor peter novar Look, I have just an amazing amount of respect for Joe Kernan.
peter navarro
I think he's one of the best in the business.
When I learned the following, my level of respect jumped even higher.
Joe actually studied under David Baltimore, the person who won the Nobel Prize at the age of 37 that Natalie Winters just described as making the case That this is a genetically engineered bioweapon from the Wuhan lab.
I would say about that interview, Natalie and Steve, that if you just read between the lines, he's clearly saying that that thing was genetically engineered.
And what's really interesting, and this is to me justification of Dr. Yan, okay?
Because Dr. Yan's research, the way she describes what goes on where the Camelbite committee dangerous virus, It dovetails very nicely with how Professor Baltimore describes the cleavage cut to the spike protein that makes it the ice pick that Natalie is describing.
I think Joe's frustration is the same as a lot of people's here.
It's so obvious that the Wuhan lab is the likely source of the virus.
steve bannon
There it is.
peter navarro
It's also true that Tony Fauci funded this lab and he's the one who went behind the back of President Donald Trump.
The Baltimore article is fascinating because it identifies a specific virus that has basically the kinship with the pandemic killing us all.
That's a smoking gun, and I'm glad you played that clip.
Last thing I should say, I'm going to start calling you Afternoon Steve to go with Morning Joe, because clearly MSNBC is frightened of you.
It's sheer math.
If you lie to people and you cancel them, those people are going to go elsewhere, and the place they're coming to is Steve Bannon's War Room, baby.
steve bannon
Wow, thank you.
Real quickly, you've got about 15 seconds on this.
Baltimore, because you and I talked about it last night, if you read that interview, it's essentially case closed.
Man-made, gain of function, weaponized out of Wuhan.
Is that correct, Dr. Navarro?
peter navarro
Yes, it's cloaked in academia just to kind of fend off the cancel people, but it's case closed.
It's the best thing I've read on that, actually.
Besides Dr. Yonzo.
steve bannon
Quick break, back with Natalie in a second.
unidentified
Pandemic with Stephen K Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K Banham.
steve bannon
Tomorrow morning, we're going to have Eric Prince, we're going to have Matt Gaetz, we've got Dr. Marshall Taylor, a whole host of folks tomorrow, and of course, the armor-piercing show that is Mike Lindell and the run-up to Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Go to MyPillow right now, promo code War Room, Giza sheets, you're never going to get a sale like this.
50% off, as low as $49.99.
It's a once-in-a-lifetime.
Go there, support the fight for freedom, support Lindell.
The great American manufacturing company, we know that gets Dr. Navarro excited, and all of us that are economic nationalists, and of course, the War Room apparatus.
MyPillow.com, promo code WarRoom, go there right now.
Action, action, action.
Okay, a couple things.
Number one, the power of this audience, the reason that Tim Miller and Nicole Wallace is, I think it was Nicole said, hey, he talks a lot about a lot, he talks about a lot of stuff, including the, you know, the full forensic audits across the country.
If we can put it up, the Navy, the NCIS today released, guess what?
They released, I think, the documents, the warrant, and other things from, guess what?
The fire on the Bonhomme Richard.
Jack Basovic will be in the war room tomorrow to go through a detailed analysis.
Basovic's doing it right now.
This is very hazy about what actually happened, okay?
We're a former Navy SEAL who was washed out of buds, it looks like.
As a seaman apprentice, they're accusing this guy.
We got to get to the bottom of this, but the pressure of this audience already, because they were never going to release it.
72 hours after we first started hammering this story, and of course played my favorite song to John Paul Jones, and started off Monday morning, now the Navy has released that information.
We're going to drill down tomorrow, and by the way, this is just the beginning of getting to the bottom of this investigation.
Okay, Peter Navarro is trending right now on Twitter.
I hope Twitter's happy that I let Natalie speak.
She's going to take the driver's seat now.
I saw Natalie all the time.
Peter is trending off of his interview this morning.
He did both the equity implosion and the pension funds, what the CCP did to your pension fund, plus he did Wuhan Lab.
I've got to ask you, and I'm going to bring Peter in a second about Fauci and what Fauci is saying today.
unidentified
You came to me with a piece the other day.
steve bannon
Are they trying to pass some sort of federal law making it a hate crime for us to even question Tony Fauci?
Is that where we are, Natalie?
natalie winters
Yeah, I was going to say we may be engaging in a federal hate crime by just saying Fauci.
steve bannon
Oh, just bringing up things he said before, right?
natalie winters
Well, so this is part of a scientific paper that was published in a peer-reviewed journal, a public library of science biology journal, but interestingly enough, this researcher puts out a paper and in his own words, quote, there's a troubling new expansion of anti-science aggression in the United States.
It's arising from far-right extremism, except he defines far-right extremism as conservative news outlets and the America First movement.
And it goes on to compare us not only to Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, and Marxists and Leninists.
steve bannon
It covers the waterfront.
natalie winters
It covers all the bases on that one.
But he essentially calls for it to be a federal hate crime.
to criticize scientists like Anthony Fauci, like Peter Doshak, these people who've really run cover for the Chinese government on the origins of COVID-19. And I think kind of the buried lee here is that this is a researcher who's been funded by Anthony Fauci since 1993. And you talk a lot about, you know, scientism and Fauci being this, you know, new religion where you see all these scientists worshipping him and really defending him.
And this is how, you know, his latest disciple, the guy's name is Professor Peter Hotez.
He loves to go on MSNBC and CNN and tell all of us that we need to get vaccinated and if not, we're, you know, committing a crime against humanity. So we're definitely anti-scientism, which is this kind of bizarre, cult-like, turning science or the authoritarian part of science into some sort of religion like medieval theology.
steve bannon
Before I turn back to Dr. Navarro, The thing that shocked me when you first brought this to me, this is peer-reviewed.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is not some guy yelling at the TV.
He's not in some bar somewhere saying this.
He's not in the faculty lounge, and it's not some opinion piece in Huffington Post.
This is a fairly respected peer-reviewed journal.
That means some committee of his peers approved this.
This shows you the groupthink.
Am I incorrect in saying that, Natalie?
natalie winters
Yeah, and this individual has been on an NIH board, he's been on a World Health Organization board, so he's a big deal in, you know, establishment science.
So it really is, I think...
steve bannon
Saying it on MSNBC is one thing, where you're coming in hot because you want to be invited back.
But in a peer-reviewed journal, this is where it's going.
This is what scientism is.
Dr. Navarro, tell us what Fauci, who's a running dog for Big Pharma, what is Mr. Fauci's latest... He's like Willy Loman, right?
The guy's always selling something.
What is he selling the American people now?
peter navarro
He's selling the American people a miracle pill to take as soon as they come down with the CCP virus, okay?
He says that if you take it the first day and then just take it for a week, you'll be better.
Now, let's parse that for a minute.
First of all, he's saying that the vaccine doesn't work.
unidentified
Boom!
peter navarro
Second of all, he's describing exactly what you should be doing with hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin.
Now, hydroxychloroquine is like $12 for 7 days, right?
What Fauci is doing, as Willie Lohman, is pimping for Pfizer, because Pfizer's about to come up with that magic little blue pill, although it's the blue pill for the virus, right?
And I can bet you it'll cost a lot more than $12.
So Fauci, I just, you need to just go away, dude.
You just need to go away.
steve bannon
Yes, sir.
Go away.
Hang on, Fernando and Peter.
peter navarro
He's trolling me.
I swear he's trolling me.
steve bannon
CNN is breaking right now.
Defense Secretary Austin is expected to make the COVID-19 vaccine mandatory for all active duty troops.
I want to go to Natalie first.
You've covered this from day one, right?
The Wuhan lab and everything around it.
Why are they shifting now to drop the authoritarian hammer?
They're saying, first, they're federal employees.
You can't get into New York unless you show a vaccine passport.
Why?
I'll come back to you in a second, Peter.
They're dropping the hammer.
Austin, the former General, or General Austin, who's now Secretary of Defense, is announcing, this is CNN's breaking, to announce, and by the way, if the folks down at Tidewater have a huge audience in Hampton Roads in Tidewater, Virginia, where I'm from, from Norfolk, expected to announce COVID-19 vaccines mandatory for all active duty personnel.
Natalie Winter.
natalie winters
I mean it's all about power and that's what it has been since I think day one of this pandemic.
It's the ability to coerce other people to do something that they don't want to do.
I think it's absolutely reprehensible and I just think it's so crazy because you see the military embracing something as radical as critical race theory, right?
Which tells you basically that everything we think about America, scratch it, wipe it, and assume that America is therefore founded on a principle of racism, that America is an inherently racist country.
But yet, when, you know, they force people to take vaccines, they're really not allowing anyone who's in the military to critically think about other stuff, right?
Whether it's their bodies, critical vaccine theory, critical, you know, Fauci theory, and I just think it's such a double standard where they're now telling our military, our service members how to think.
steve bannon
You come from a family in the medical profession, right?
They've dedicated their lives to that.
You are analytical that you went to the University of Chicago, which is not exactly a party school, okay?
unidentified
No.
steve bannon
You've done some amazing research and become the top investigative reporter.
You've really been one of the first people to highlight the difference between science and scientism, this kind of medieval theology.
Have you seen the case made for, in evidence, data, etc., that you absolutely have to, particularly if you've had the virus before, that you actually have to take, and you're not an anti-vaxxer, correct?
natalie winters
No, my dad's an infectious disease doctor, so that'd be pretty hypocritical.
steve bannon
Do you think they've made the case, convincingly, for the vaccine hesitant, that they now have to go to, since not enough people are taking it, they now have to go to forced vaccinations?
natalie winters
Not at all, and I think if you look at the voices that they've elevated to try to get you to take the vaccine, and I'm not talking about the Zuckerberg-funded teenagers, but when they wheel Fauci out to tell you to take the vaccine, it's like, Fauci and all these people who are, you know, have worked at the NIH for so long, These are the people who created the problem, right?
They helped create COVID-19.
So why are they the voices that are being elevated to fix COVID-19?
I don't trust the people who thought it was a good idea to fund the Wuhan Institute of Virology to tell me what to do with my body.
And frankly, I think it's just the broader problem that you see in the American establishment, i.e.
the people who have created all these problems, whether it's the Biden family in China, Fauci funding the Wuhan Institute of Virology, they're now telling us how we need to fix the problems.
steve bannon
Okay, by the way, our production staff is actually doing a piece on the front page of the New York Times story about getting these influencers, these young high school and college influencers with no scientific evidence, just to push out all this information so young people just get the vaccine because it's the cool thing to do with no evidence.
Okay, Peter.
I got a couple of minutes.
What say you, sir?
You were with Dr. Malone last week.
You came out.
You had a great... Your introduction was so powerful on the Saturday Show.
The Chinese diaspora cut it up.
Oh, gee, news.
It went viral all over as you walked through.
Why are they forcing the military, our soldiers, sailors, and airmen, forced vaccination, sir?
peter navarro
First of all, CNBC just came out with a poll today that says 49% of Americans support mandate, but 46% don't.
And then a third of the people who have gotten the vaccines don't support a forced mandate.
So this is a country clearly split.
This mandate is clearly playing with fire.
The Malone-Navarro hypothesis is that you can choose between universal vax or a targeted vax plus therapeutics.
And what we proved on that Saturday show, Steve, was that a targeted vax program with therapeutics will shrink the time of the pandemic and kill a lot less people.
So we have science as opposed to scientism on our side.
I would say to you that the second least cohort needing the vaccine besides our young would be our military.
Because by definition, they've been screened for being healthy.
And it's just, I mean, it's like, I think what they should do is give them at least a choice.
You can either study critical race theory or get the vaccine, right?
Because both of those things are bad, okay?
But in all seriousness, the fact that the SECDEF Would do this?
This is beyond criminal, sir.
steve bannon
Okay, General Austin had a storied career as a general, but the other day he goes to Singapore, right?
He comes off the plane.
General Austin is vaccinated.
He's got a mask on and a shield.
It was the biggest buffoon movement I've ever seen from a senior leader.
It's shocking.
Dude, you got the vaccine.
peter navarro
These people embarrass me.
steve bannon
He's got a mask on and a shield.
Okay, Peter, I'm going to come back.
We're going to come back with Natalie.
When we come back, we've got Tom Del Beccaro talking about the recall.
I've got two Californians, Navarro and Winters, here to talk about that with Tom Del Beccaro, this big recall.
Also going to ask, is Fauci's pill a therapeutic?
unidentified
Next in the War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back here in the War Room, the must-watch show of MSNBC.
I want to welcome Tim Miller into the audience.
And Tim, I hope you're not suffering today.
I hope it's exciting enough for you.
I promise we're going to let Natalie Williams get to it.
But I've got to ask you, Navar, once again you buried the lead.
So let the business school tell the College of Arts and Crafts how you do it.
Dude, you're missing the point!
For our audience, you're missing the point!
Fauci has now come and said, what did we say forever?
Hydroxy, ivermectin, what is it?
Zinc, vitamin D. You've got all these therapeutics.
You don't need to just rush into a vaccine.
Therapeutics and targeted interventions.
Fauci with his pill, that pill is a therapeutic pill, correct Dr. Navarro?
peter navarro
Dr. Fauci is prescribing a therapeutic pill.
The moment you get the infection, what that does basically is say that the vaccines don't work alone and that therapeutics are good.
He's endorsing exactly the Malone Navarro strategy that we're pushing.
And here's, I mean, it is, this pill that he's pushing is a Pfizer pill that's a very expensive knockoff of ivermectin.
So hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, these were the pills that could and should and can work.
And Fauci's basically pimping again for Big Pharma.
Did I bury the lead or did I get it?
steve bannon
By the way, Big Pharma used to be the enemy of Progressive Left, but if you look at Rachel Maddow... I know, it's hilarious, isn't it?
Half the advertisers are Big Pharma, that's what they make it sound like?
peter navarro
Yeah, Albert Bourla, man.
They like worship at the knee of Albert Bourla.
That guy like screwed so many people worldwide.
I mean, the poor in India, the poor in Cleveland, and everybody in between.
Albert Bourla, shame on you, and Dr. Fauci.
steve bannon
Shame on you, MSNBC.
That's Peter's new.
You're the Mike Lindell of MSNBC.
By the way, Delbacar, I don't know if this is a good idea, now that I think about it.
I kept two Californians, right?
Natalie Winters from Harvard-Westlake, and Navar, what was that college, UC Irvine?
I've never found that college.
I don't know if it exists.
unidentified
I know it's a commuter college down there, somewhere in the strip malls in Long Beach.
steve bannon
Just kidding.
I know it's Jihad University for a while.
No, it's actually great.
What are they, Anteaters?
The Anteaters are great.
I love the Anteaters.
peter navarro
Yeah, the worst slogan, the worst nickname ever.
steve bannon
No, I love it.
Okay, here's where we go.
Last, when we started this show in January 2020, the four biggest politicians, because Biden was about to finish fifth in Iowa and fourth in New Hampshire before Clyburn bailed him out.
Four top guys.
President Trump was President of the United States.
Now he's at Trump Tower having had an election stolen because of all the thievery around the CCP virus in the mail-in ballots.
Okay, he won in a landslide but he's in Trump Tower today.
Biden's at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Number two, Mike Pence is a zero because of his terrible handling of the task force and his terrible handling of January 6th when he's supposed to put him back to the states and let him go through the process of certifying They're electors, which we wouldn't have to do today, okay?
The two most prominent Democrats were Cuomo, the governor of New York, who's now about to get the boot, and he should get it, guess what, for CCP virus for the deaths in the nursing homes, right?
What they do on the Me Too problem, they got to do, but he should leave because of what he did in the nursing homes.
And, last but not least, the golden boy, Gavin Newsom, who, quite frankly, was gonna be like the second coming, right?
He was gonna be the guy to really take on Trump in years to come.
Gavin Newsom had enormous popularity, is about to be recalled, and on September 14th, he will learn his fate.
One of the reasons for that is Tom Del Beccaro, gotten back in this movement with others out there, and now has driven something historic.
And this is Gavin Newsom, the Wunderboy, Wunderkin of the Democratic Party, is now going to meet his political fate on, in all the polling, and particularly with Hispanics, it looks like he's going to recall.
It's 50 plus one vote, 50 percent plus one vote, he's gone, and then you've got 50 guys running, Larry Elder leads with like 12 percent of the vote or 14 percent, 60 percent.
But it doesn't really matter.
What matters is Newsom's got to go.
Tom Del Beccaro, you've got a bunch of Californians here or people that have lived in California many years.
Tell us what's happening and how important is this for the Trump movement overall to make sure everybody follows this every second of the day?
unidentified
You know what, Ben?
You cannot underestimate what is going on here and its potential impact.
Even Newsom said this has 2022 implications.
But think of this.
In the last poll, which favored Democrats, a 48-43 poll, I mean, 48% of the people polled were Democrat, only 23 Republican.
Even so, 54% of the Latinos wanted him recalled.
Could you imagine a recall of a major Democrat politician where the majority of Latinos, by a wide margin, 54 to 40, recalled a Democrat?
What would that do to the entire Democrat future playbook, which is all Latino, all the time, across the border, legal, illegal, whatever it takes, sign people up.
Democrat strategy.
It would be amazing.
He is underwater now.
He's below 50%.
He's been going down steadily.
The more he's on air, the more he goes down.
They brought in, you're the election strategist.
I've only been doing this a couple, three decades.
But think about this.
In Big Blue, California, Elizabeth Warren is his last minute help.
When you have to go to your far left, your base, your real base, and you have to save them right before an election, that tells you it's falling away.
And that's why your listeners, viewers need to go to rescuecalifornia.org and help us put this over the top.
This is clearly within reach.
It would be a huge blow for government accountability.
It would stop Gavin Newsom from becoming president.
And it would be a rear guard in totally rearranging the political landscape across this country.
steve bannon
This is the way we take back California.
I'm telling Trump and his alums.
Natalie, you're a California native.
You've lived there until you came east.
Young people I know are not terribly engaged in politics.
Newsom, it's all about the lockdowns.
It's all about the CCP virus.
Where do you think he stands from at least young people's perspective out there?
natalie winters
I don't spend that much time in LA anymore, so this is very anecdotal, but I do know of the people who are engaged in politics, they don't like the hypocrisy.
I think the French laundry dinner affair was something that really epitomized how, you know, Californians don't like it when their politicians can do stuff that they can't.
But I don't know, there's part of me just growing up, you know, my generation in California, it's not even just apathy, but it's just brainwashing and just always voting.
Democrat and relying on Democrats because Republicans are evil, you know, in the whole nine yards.
So I'm, I don't know, I'm a little hesitant, but I'm optimistic.
steve bannon
Dr. Navarro, you've been in California a number of years.
You ran for office in San Diego, came very close to winning, I think, as a Democrat, right?
So tell us your thoughts, tell us your thoughts before we go back to Tom.
peter navarro
Californians don't like lockdowns and it's a state that has long, beautiful expanses of beaches and in the central inland parts, it has long expanses of places where you can go.
And Newsom and Gil Garcetti in Los Angeles, I think, fundamentally made the wrong move.
And it was based on Steve Bannon's scientism rather than science, because the idea that you couldn't go out on a beach where there's a breeze and get some exercise.
and some sun which gives you vitamin D which is a defense.
I mean all of that and so the people of California are just so fed up with that that it's never going to be red again but I'm telling you it's a lot redder now than it was and Newsom does not feel good about that or the old.
I'm not so sure about that. Well, go for that.
steve bannon
I think your policies, I think your policies and the CCP, I think your policy of bringing Let me go to Del Bacarro, because this is about politics and timing.
Remember, when Tom Del Bacarro used to come on here, he says, hey, I think this could be October, November, they're going to try to push it far back.
All of a sudden, he saw some polling, and Newsom said, no, let's go now.
I want early September, September 14th.
But, the Delta variant, which because of not closing the border, is now blowing up in California.
It's changed the dynamics, hasn't it, Tom?
Now, he's back to lockdowns, back to mask mandates, back to what's gonna put vaccines in the kids in school.
He's jammed up.
He doesn't want that September 14th.
He wanted it in November.
But this shows you about the mismanagement of his administration.
Is that correct, Tom?
unidentified
Well, and if you talk to journalists, they say he's becoming disconnected and petulant, doesn't want to answer questions.
Look, he makes all the wrong moves because he's in over his head, just like Kamala Harris is in over hers.
And so he makes repeated mistakes.
And then the arrogance that was mentioned and really the stupidity.
I'm sorry, the human being exists in significant part Because of immune systems, which require interaction with the world, not being shut up in a house.
And the same applies to putting kids in schools or not.
So all these bad policies are coming together at one point, wildfires.
Soon we're going to have power shutdowns.
Crime's the biggest issue.
Steve Bannon, how long you been in politics?
Have you ever heard a poll where 65% of the voters say crime is too high and rising?
That's a stunning poll.
And it's LA and San Francisco basins where that's going on.
And that's why he's in so much trouble.
I don't think California is ready to turn red tomorrow.
But I will say this.
There are a lot of frustrated people who want someone to go in there and do the logical.
And if someone can do that, get elected and just fix a few things, the state will get a course correction.
Look, it happened in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan.
It can happen and start to happen.
In California.
steve bannon
Tom, how do people get to the site, and what is it going to take to actually get to 50% plus one vote in your mind?
unidentified
Well, rescuecalifornia.org is, we need your help there, we need money, Gavin's spending a lot of money, but when he's on air he goes down in the polls, but we're spending money to get independents out who badly want him out to vote.
What it's going to take is for Gavin to continue to do the dumb things that he's doing, But it also is going to take a look.
They're mailing out ballots, right?
So we need, as good old-fashioned, get out the vote.
And that's where RescueCalifornia.org is spending a lot of its efforts these last six weeks.
So we really could use your donations at RescueCalifornia.org.
steve bannon
Tom, thank you very much for joining us.
unidentified
And come on back to California.
We need young, bright people here.
Don't hang with Bannon.
Come back to us.
steve bannon
I assume you're not talking to me, Tom.
unidentified
By the way, I would like to say, Dr. Navarro is Professor Emeritus at UC Irvine.
Not clearing that hurdle.
steve bannon
By the way, I think I read in Daily Mail you're not so welcome back in certain areas of Laguna Beach.
Just saying, Dr. Pinovar.
Tom, you've told us the truth from day one.
You told us you were going to get this guy.
You're going to get the petition done.
Now you're heading towards a victory.
Everybody's got to put their shoulder to the wheel.
I can't emphasize enough How big and what an earthquake this would be to have this happen in California, particularly to get the Latino-Hispanic vote, working-class people.
It would be absolutely incredible.
Real quick, we're going to go to Willis at the APE Army.
He's going to join us in the next segment.
Real quickly, we've got about a minute.
What is your thoughts on Fauci?
How does he try to protect himself now that he's closing in from all over?
Natalie, how do you think he protects himself?
natalie winters
Well, I think what we've seen him do is kind of keep moving the needle, because at first it was, I never funded the Wuhan lab.
Then it was, I never funded gain-of-function research.
Then it was, no, I never funded the deadly type of gain-of-function research.
So I think time is running out, and there's not many more qualifications that he can add.
So I think as other outlets, even establishment Republicans, mainstream media outlets, start to pick up on it, maybe press him on it, I don't know what he's going to do.
steve bannon
It's closing in on us.
natalie winters
Yeah, it's closing in.
steve bannon
Dr. Navarro, we've got about a minute.
Your thoughts on Mr. Tony Fauci?
You've been the guy from day one.
You were two days into this when you confronted him in the Situation Room.
What are your thoughts, sir?
peter navarro
Well, to add to Natalie's long list, Fauci says the vaccine works, all you need is once, oh, the vaccine, you need a booster shot, oh, the vaccine doesn't really work, you need to take this therapeutic drug that Pfizer's going to sell you for an arm and leg.
Fauci, look, he's just going out on TV trying to keep in power.
But the walls are closing in around him.
But at this point, Steve, this man is dangerous.
He's dangerous to the health of the American people because everything that comes out of his mouth is moving us in the wrong direction.
And that's ultimately why he's got to go.
And he's got to be held accountable for the over 4 million people he killed because if the virus came from here, we know it probably did, Tony Fauci built it.
That's the house that Fauci built, sir.
steve bannon
Real quickly, get her handle and Twitter handle, Dr. Navarro, before we let you go.
How do people get to you?
peter navarro
Real P. Navarro, don't forget to vote in the Chris Cuomo poll, okay?
That guy is a huckster preacher, and he's taking us down the wrong road as well.

Also, make sure we're doing the run-up to Sioux Falls.
We're going to be there next week.
Armor Piercing Shell, Mike Lindell, MyPillow.com, Promo Code War Room, Sheets, Giza Sheets, 50% off, as low as $49.99.
Go there today.
Action, action, action!
I want to bring in Willis, the APE Army, a member of the APE Army, came on, had a very enlightening interview with us about a week or 10 days ago.
Mike Lindell, I think, was here just afterwards, and Applebaum did a cover story in Atlantic Magazine that said that the armor-piercing shell that's Mike Lindell is the most dangerous man in the country and a threat to democracy and all this.
But she rolled up a couple of people and said, I was decomposing.
Lovely.
But she also got on poor Willis.
Willis, what's your response?
I mean, once again, the elite media takes every chance they can to take a shot at one of the apes.
What were your feelings about Ann Applebaum, some of these bad things about you?
unidentified
I don't geez the sheep what they have to say.
None whatsoever.
They can talk about us.
They can do everything they want, but to be honest, Like a Spanish friend told me, Willis, just don't be machine what they have to say.
steve bannon
Amen, brother.
You've had a couple of specifics.
You've been talking in these chat rooms, etc.
about a couple of bills.
You guys actually are getting pretty technical about this.
Talk to us.
There's a couple of bills up on Capitol Hill.
Explain to people, particularly about transparency, what's going on and why do people need to focus on this?
Why is it important for everyday folks to think about what's going on here and these securities laws that are up on Capitol Hill right now?
unidentified
We've had three bills passed the subcommittee, 4617, 4618, 4619.
These are what we've been trying to get passed for transparency.
4617 is telling the SEC that they have 180 days to do a study for pay-for-order flow, which, like I said in the last time I was here, pay-for-order flow is not free.
$46.18.
It deals with the short sale transparency.
Right now in the market, we don't have any idea who's doing the short sale.
None.
All we can do is try to put docs together.
And that needs to stop.
Because we know who's short selling, we know who the culprits are.
$4.46.19 prohibits trading ahead of the market.
A lot of people don't realize Citadel has been charged and fined for trading in front of the Ahead of the market makers.
You know, this is getting out of hand.
It's past subcommittee, it's going to the floor, it needs for a vote.
We have XXX8Marine is setting up right now.
He's got where you can get on, go to his and find your representative in order to talk to them.
You can call them direct, you can send them an email, you can find out how to get a hold of them through that.
We need everybody, because to get on here, call them, text them, email them, whatever, because this applies to everyone, not just the poor, not just Abe Armey.
steve bannon
This is the power of this, and I want to go back to make sure people only get a couple minutes.
This is not just a populist move.
This is to make a level playing field, a fair playing field for the little guy.
So even if you're not in stocks, What Willis and the Apes are telling you, and this is what's so impressive, they are now into the details, the nitty-gritty of the securities law, and how to give the little guy a fair shake.
Once again, Willis, talk about what Twitter feed do they have to go to, how do people, it's not going to cost you any money, you can go learn about it, and if you believe in it, get to your congressman, get to your senator, and support this.
unidentified
What are they, where are they supposed to go, sir?
You can go to Ape XXX Ape Marine.
He has He's got a website set up.
It's in its infancy.
It's getting there.
Otherwise, I have three ways to get a hold of you.
You got Twitter, Getter, which you can get to me at TreeKiller35, or I have Telegram also now at TreeLogger35.
I'm going to post up on Telegram, Getter, and Twitter the ways you can get a hold of your representative.
And push for 4617, 4618 and 4619 to tell them, look, you need to push vote yes on our vote.
What we've been voting is as a protest with our buying stocks.
So we need our representatives to take our back.
steve bannon
This is amazing.
This is really action, action, action, human agency.
One more time, Willis.
Give Telegram, Getter, Twitter, how do people get to you to get more information about these bills, and if they want to support it, how they can get their representative.
Give it to us one more time.
unidentified
On Twitter and Getter, you can get to me at 3killer35.
On Telegram, we have 3logger35.
Otherwise, you can look at our Twitter at 8XXX8Marine.
Uh, you can find him there.
He's got a website.
I'm going to be posting all that tonight on Twitter.
Getter and Telegram.
Perfect.
steve bannon
Hopefully we'll get you a getter rep to make it easier.
Okay, Willis, thank you very much.
Appreciate it.
This is action, action, action.
We're following up tomorrow.
We'll put it in the live chat.
Thank you, brother.
Real quickly, where's your reporting?
You're in town working, Raheem's who knows where.
What's happening on Nashville?
We'll be back here at 10 o'clock tomorrow.
Eric prints a whole show.
You know, Gates prints, it's all bandits tomorrow.
natalie winters
A lot of reporting coming out on people, journalists, some very interesting ones who've been taking trips from the Chinese Communist Party.
steve bannon
I said today that we're on the path of war, that they're all over us on both the bioweapons, they're all over us on the cyber intrusions, they're all over us on what they've done on Wall Street, they're all over us on economic warfare, every aspect of this.
Do you agree that the Chinese Communist Party is at war with the people of the United States?
natalie winters
Yes, the supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting, and that is exactly what they have done to everyone in our elite class.
steve bannon
We're going to leave it there with Natalie.
I hope Twitter's happy.
Natalie Winters ends with Sun Tzu.
Okay, tomorrow morning.
Natalie, thank you so much.
You're terrific.
You're a rock star.
Tomorrow morning, 10 a.m., back in the War Room.
It's going to be explosive.
We're starting with Gates and then ending with Prince and Lyndell.
