| Really, the only recommendation that they give is to subpoena Peter Daszak again, because he ignored, in their words, the first request. | ||
| And they want him to, even to say Peter Daszak does reply, they want him to testify in front of Congress in a hearing. | ||
| I don't think he needs to be testifying in front of Congress. | ||
| He needs to be in a criminal trial, and that's what this report should be calling for. | ||

| And the packet captures, it's called a cyber center. | ||
| To the right of the main stage is going to be all these computers where a senator can actually, or a politician can go up there, put in the name of his state or put in a county or put in whatever he wants, the whole election. | ||
| And then out's going to come the actual, the real count, what really happened the night of the election. | ||
| Now he can take that and he can go over to his own cyber guy and say, Hey, could you look at this thing? | ||

| He's going to go, wow, this is non-subjective evidence, everybody. | ||
| And also we're going to have another room where we're going to have these mock elections going on every hour on the hour, these mock elections. | ||

| It's kind of funny because how do you think we get to see this stuff on TV during election night? | ||

| Of course it goes through the Internet. | ||
| And what you're going to see is just what our government should have done. | ||

| Our government should have gathered these packet captures and this data instead of these heroes that did it. | ||

| So what a packet capture is, and our government was told, now granted, they were told, nothing's online everybody, nothing's online. | ||
| So I guess in their defense it'd be like getting flood insurance when they said there's no chance of a flood. | ||

| And in Arizona, the reason they don't want you to have those routers, because those have the same packet captures in there that I'm going to show you on the 10th and 11th and 12th of August. | ||

| A packet capture is a packet capture. | ||
| It would show who did it, where it came from. | ||
| It would show where it came through the Internet, how many votes were flipped, where the attacking point was, whether it was at the Dominion level or the computer level. | ||
| So to speak, it could be ESNES, all the machines are the same. | ||
| Or it could happen at the county level or the Secretary of State's computer. | ||
| We're going to show all that, we're going to really educate, we're going to educate the public. | ||

| So how did two Trump appointees be 180 out from Mike Lindell, who I would argue is probably Trump's biggest supporter? | ||

| Well, I guess Chris Krebs better have an explanation for what he did to our country by saying that, because, you know, he did say, now let's give him a little credit, he might not have had this information, which he probably did, but he certainly didn't check into it, though, because he could have done some checking, but he did say... | I actually, when I said that I would do it, even if it, if Donald Trump had been the, if the Republicans have been the one China's told that stole the elections with, Yeah, and I had the Washington Post and a lot of other outlets came to Minnesota and questioned friends of mine and people that have known me for 10, 15 years. | ||
| And they questioned and said, would Mike really do that? | ||
| Every one of them. | ||
| Every one of them said, yes, he would. | ||

| I don't have a country or a company if we don't address the 2020 election. | ||

| Okay, I want to bring in Captain K now, Seth Kessel. | ||
| We teed it up with Mike Lindell. | ||
| Captain, your Army intelligence, you've been drilling down on the math here. | ||
| I want to put up this map of America. | ||
| With the broken down the way you've got it, Dave Clements and the great group over there at the Telegram site, right? | ||
| At the audit site over there. | ||
| America First Audits, America First Channel, America First Audit Chat, all of it. | ||
| I think it's 200,000 people now, American citizens in this. | ||
| Full forensic audit, 50 states. | ||
| Captain Kay, what does this map tell us? | ||
| Walk us through it. | ||
| So this is the very first discipline of an intelligence operation. | ||
| Of course, military intelligence, you have open source information. | ||
| It's often neglected, but that's actually what the enemy knows the most of you about. | ||
| Then, of course, you have human intelligence, signals intelligence, imagery intelligence. | ||
| But this is basically the guy walking along the beach with the metal detector. | ||
| And he's getting in the area of where there's something buried. | ||
| And then somebody else is doing the digging. | ||
| So one of the things that real analysts look at in political science is trends. | ||
| So trends are in effect until something causes them to reverse. | ||
| So if the Republican Party went away from this new working class trend, you would see a shift back towards Democrats in the working class states. | ||
| But I'm looking with registration data, population growth or decline, and a few other factors. | ||
| It's really helpful when I have registration by party. | ||
| Very predictive in places like Pennsylvania, Florida, and North Carolina. | ||
| This is a 50 state overview, county by county. | ||
| Over 3,000 counties and independent cities in the United States. | ||
| We don't need these audit teams jumping on the middle of Iowa thinking that just because there's a lot of people that live here, we need to go for an audit. | ||
| Miami is a good example. | ||
| I have Miami day trended clean. | ||
| I'm not sure that 600,000 Democrat votes are all going to be clean, but based on the registration data, the party shift, it's not really the best thing that's going to sell to the lay person that doesn't realize you need audits in a lot of these places. | ||
| So the red counties, these are places where there's very obvious disturbance of registration trends, especially when we have it by party and an estimate of how many excess votes are in there. | ||
| This is very, I mean, this is the same stuff I would use to predict Florida by 300,000 plus to Trump. | ||
| I was one of few that said that Trump would have it by over 300,000. | ||
| The same kind of stuff that led me to get all 50 of these right in 2016. | ||
| So over the first pass nationally, we can identify the states that are the worst. | ||
| We can also identify the states that a lot of people aren't talking about. | ||
| New Jersey is one that I think was very close in a clean election. | ||
| And that also corresponds with working class Republican incumbent strength that we had way back in the eighties when the Republicans still could work with the working classes. | ||
| So in summary, this is about 8 million heavy Biden votes nationwide just on the first pass. | ||
| It doesn't account for vote flips that are cyber. | ||
| It doesn't account for a few other things. | ||
| So this is just a first glance of where we're looking, county by county, where all the trends and all the growth patterns are disturbed, thrown off, which is how we also got to where the bellwethers, indicators, and predictors for over 120 years are disturbed as well. | ||
| Now, Captain Keschel, you and Dave Clements are helping organize this, which is really self-organizing, the America First audits over at Telegram, the Great Patriots. | ||
| They're 200,000 strong. | ||
| They're crowdsourced to go get information. | ||
| There has been some controversy and some pushback by elected officials in certain of these states, particularly the great state of Texas. | ||
| I think somebody tried to get in your grill the other day. | ||
| I'd like to take a second, if we've got the ability to pull up any information, but can you address what this controversy is? | ||
| Absolutely. | ||
| First thing I need to bring up is Salty Lulu. | ||
| She's going to be upset with me if I don't mention her helping put together this audit movement. | ||
| But folks like her, people that are involved boots on the ground, got after the Texas Republican Party, including Steve Munisteri, who is an aide to Governor Abbott, and sent him all my analysis on Texas. | ||
| So the slide that we have up right now, this is a trend map, not a results map, but a trend map. | ||
| So Trump's performance in West Texas and South Texas in these heavily Hispanic counties, these are 90 plus percent Hispanic counties that have had historic shifts in movement towards the Republican Party. | ||
| The first thing an analyst needs to do is to validate the certified findings. | ||
| So if we have that with a better Hispanic performance in these counties than George W. Bush had when it was a 20 plus point blowout, How is the five and a half point margin true? | ||
| The only way it would be true is if you have a significant loss of support in the core Republican areas of Texas, which are the urban and suburban areas in DFW, suburban Houston, Central Texas. | ||
| So that is what I'm going to look at first. | ||
| So if we go to the next slide on Texas. | ||
| What I was told by Steve Munisteri is that, you know, I'm young, I don't know anything, and he's been around since Texas was a Democrat state, and he knows it was just a high turnout election. | ||
| Now, there are a number of national factors that suggest that this was not a high turnout election, at least not on both parties. | ||
| You have, in landslide elections, you do have high turnout for one candidate, like you saw in Obama 08. | ||
| But you can look, Richard Barris has been on your show. | ||
| He says that all the indicators suggested a not a high turnout election, at least on both sides. | ||
| Biden's primary performance laughed out of Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada does not suggest a strong turnout, but Trump's does. | ||
| So here in Texas, if you're going to lose margin in Texas and come within six points of the state flipping at 600,000 votes, you're going to see a very weak performance in these urban and suburban strongholds. | ||
| So for the viewer, this slide here is going to be very useful. | ||
| You can see the little three bars in front of each white bar. | ||
| Those are the Republican vote increases in 08, 12, and 16. | ||
| So McCain was very flat in Texas from Bush's 0-4 performance. | ||
| Anything before 0-8 is useless in Texas. | ||
| Bush had a home field advantage here. | ||
| But McCain was not that popular. | ||
| Even with the huge growth in places like Collin County, you're looking at a 6% gain over Bush's total. | ||
| Romney the same. | ||
| Now Trump is down in 2016 in most places because he had a Ted Cruz grudge here, and there were also a lot of conservative voters that didn't trust his previous credentials. | ||
| So now, if we are going to have a Trump fall off in the urban and suburban areas, those white bars make no sense. | ||
| How do we have 6% gain across the board in Collin County and then a 25% boom? | ||
| Well, what you have on the backside is a 64% Democrat gain in Collin County, 79% in Denton County. | ||
| And as these counties grow, you know, it's not like Texas grew in the last four years. | ||
| It's been growing tremendously for two or three decades at a massive clip. | ||
| Trump 40% up in Hayes County flips that county over. | ||
| So that's why my estimates in Texas suggest at least 675,000 excess Biden votes. | ||
| And before people call me unfair and like I don't know what I'm talking about, that still affords Biden a record Democrat vote gain in the modern era in Texas. | ||
| I don't have Trump's margin as high as Mitt Romney's was. | ||
| But you can see that anytime the Democrats have actually shut the margin down in 2008 where it got closer, 2016 where it got closer, it was because the Republican nominee was flat in these Republican strongholds. Trump's performance is poor. | ||
| Yeah, what Keshel's showing there through math is what has gone... Remember, with Beto O'Rourke and these... | ||
| They poured tens of millions of dollars, maybe hundreds of millions, trying to turn Texas blue, or at least get it to purple, right? | ||
| You're seeing that in his math, but you also see the power of Trump's message and Trump as a leader. | ||
| And that's where you're seeing particularly blue-collar Hispanic communities that Trumpism resonates with them, border security, all that. | ||
| Kesha walks you through a mathematical representation of strategically what's been going on. | ||
| And so I got it. | ||
| We just got a couple of minutes here in this segment. | ||
| We asked you to hold over. | ||
| Captain Keschel, have people from the state of Texas, these officials working for Abbott, have they reached out to you and said, hey, let us get briefed by you guys. | ||
| We think there may be some mistakes. | ||
| Has there been any open dialogue of people saying, hey, here's what I think we need to do. | ||
| Here's where I think you need to look. | ||
| Any of that at all? | ||
| Any engagement? | ||
| Absolutely. | ||
| And I think the people that are actually interested in this should be commended for that. | ||
| So Steve Toth, obviously the author of the bill that's calling for an audit in the top 13 population counties in Texas, needs to be recognized. | ||
| But Tom Oliverson is a house rep from the Houston area. | ||
| Phil King from my district here in Parker County, Texas. | ||
| They're all on board with the audit. | ||
| Now you have the others who have reached out negatively. | ||
| So Steve Munisteri called me after he got hounded on email about these numbers. | ||
| And, you know, it's fine to disagree. | ||
| It's an American thing to disagree. | ||
| But he went out on a statewide election integrity call and said that I didn't know what I was talking about and that at the end of the call I conceded to him that there was no fraud in Texas. | ||
| Now, you've had Bianca Garcia on your show before, and she will show you, in some very damning affidavits, what was going on in a lot of these drive-thru voting lanes in South Texas, like Hidalgo County, but we also know Harris County. | ||
| So you have people showing up in a drive-thru voting lane with 15 IDs, and here come 15 ballots. | ||
| Same guy fills all the ballots out. | ||
| Which is why you have a similar Trump vote gain in Harris County, Houston, as in Miami. | ||
| In Miami, their vote totals went down. | ||
| Miami was not eyeballed for engineering here. | ||
| Okay, but Harris County, you still have a 30% vote spike, washing out any Trump gains. | ||
| So you have these massive unexplainable gains that conflict with your other trends across the nation. | ||
| You know, Cleveland, Ohio, Baltimore, Maryland, New York City, Indianapolis, Toledo. | ||
| None of these places had any enthusiasm or increased turnout for Biden. | ||
| They were not strategic centers where votes needed to come in. | ||
| The narrative has been laid in Texas for over 10 years. | ||
| Turned Texas blue. | ||
| And it took the Democrats 12 years to get from the 3 million threshold in statewide popular vote to 4 million in the Senate in 08. | ||
| Right at 4 million. | ||
| And now we have 5.3 million for Biden in just two years after that. | ||
| With a record Republican gain. | ||
