| He just gaveled and was about to say the ayes have it. | ||
| Nobody said aye. | ||
| And I asked for the recorded votes. | ||
| I mean, it's ridiculous. | ||

| But you have, it's a regime. | ||
| It's a communist regime. | ||
| It's been a communist takeover of our country. | ||
| And it happened on January 21st, and that is who Joe Biden is. | ||
| They are completely... When you say that, people are going to sit there and go in the mainstream media, oh, this is why she's crazy. | ||

| It's giving billions of dollars, funding billions of dollars, and taking the federal fleet, the entire federal fleet, and turning it into electric vehicles and then building charging stations everywhere. | ||
| And then also it gives money to China to pay China to turn us into electric vehicles. | ||
| But here's one thing the bill also does. | ||
| They make the batteries. | ||
| Yeah, they make all the batteries everyone. | ||
| China dominates the battery market and the rare earth mineral mines and this is really critical. | ||
| Guess what else they put in this bill? | ||
| They said that no one can lease mines on federal lands in the United States of America. | ||
| We have rare earth minerals here in our country and some of them are on federal lands and the Democrats Not only want to hand all the power over to China with making us dependent on electric vehicles and destroying oil and coal and any kind of other energy system that's in place, they also want to take away any company's ability to rent or lease the mining rights on federal lands here in the United States. | ||
| So they don't want us to be able to grow and compete in the battery market. | ||
| Of all the controversial stuff you've come on the show and said, one of the most powerful things you said, and I got tremendous audience feedback, is when you talked about when you went into the Senate hearings with Fauci, and you just sat and observed. | ||

| And Rand Paul went after him, right, and brought a little bit, but you said all the rest of the Senators kowtowed to him and really... | ||
| And my question is, there are many good people that come here. | ||
| The Tea Party, we won 62 seats back in 2010. | ||

| But yet, they took pictures of her and they put her on the front page paper. | ||

| Well, we're going to the Department of Justice because we need to ask them questions. | ||

| Well, for example, why was the National Guard not placed at the Capitol on January 6th? | ||

| We also, no one ever says, what happened to the pipe bombs on January 5th? | ||

| January 6th was the Capitol breach, but the day before on January 5th, there were pipe bombs found at the RNC and the DNC. | ||

| That sounds like an attack on the entire government. | ||
| And there's a video of the person placing it there. | ||
| No one talks about that. | ||
| You would think if that was a Trump supporter, we might have heard about that on CNN by now. | ||

| That guy's picture would be plastered everywhere and all of you would be guilty by association. | ||
| You'd somehow find out you were friends with him on Facebook. | ||
| and that you know if they would tie you in. But here's the problem. If that happened on the 5th, why wasn't the National Guard at the Capitol on the 6th? We know they're capable of bringing them there. They brought 30,000 National Guard troops in for Joe Biden's inauguration. | ||
| Razor wire shut the city down. Yeah, this place was a ghost town. There was nobody here. | ||
| Okay, I want to go to, because now with all the other things you are, you know, the chief investigator on Fauci on the Hill, you've got your on the mask, you're doing, you know, across the board, critical race theory. Now they're going to call you the mini insurrectionist in chief after Trump, although New Republic called me the insurrectionist chief. | ||
| How are you, tell us about the people that are held, are these political prisoners? | ||
| I know because you're saying, hey, some people did some stuff that was wrong. | ||

| Senator Kelly Loeffler, dropped out after she signed her name to object for Georgia and she ripped her name off after that capital attack. I think that's why she's not back in the Senate. | ||

| President Trump wanted the National Guard there. | ||
| Why wouldn't Nancy Pelosi, who considers the Capitol the temple, she calls it a temple, why didn't she have the National Guard there on January 6th? | ||
| You're a sitting congressman and you're going up today over to the Justice Department to talk to the FBI and DOJ about what happened. | ||
| How many people actually are under arrest in these various things and how many are being held? | ||

| And this is just what happens when, unfortunately, you enlist an audit company that is partisan, that has never worked in elections before, and that is led by a conspiracy theorist CEO who thinks Hugo Chavez stole the election. | ||
| Okay, let me go through some more specifics here with you. | ||
| Liz says that 3,000 voters registered after the date and that they are false and they should all be thrown out. | ||
| Yeah, so that's inaccurate. | ||
| And we've listed this on justthefacts.vote, justthefacts.vote. | ||
| And the reason that's inaccurate is, look, the political parties did an amazing job of registering thousands and thousands and thousands of voters right up until the October 15th deadline. | ||
| But not all of those are processed as as soon as they are received. | ||
| And so somebody might have filled out the paperwork by October 15th. | ||
| But that person might have had to vote a provisional ballot because that paperwork wouldn't have been processed until later. | ||
| But as long as they filled it out before October 15, then it's still a valid voter and that vote should count. | ||
| Alright, so we let that go a little long there on purpose. | ||
| First of all, note just the useless attack on the auditors there. | ||
| This is the Maricopa County recorder, who wasn't the county recorder when the election happened. | ||

| So, if this is a court case, he's a defendant. | ||
