France has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.

|
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.

France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, and the worst happens... War Room.

Pandemic. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
We the people. | ||
What? | ||
Sir, why don't you listen to what I have to say?
Well... We the people. | ||
Look. | ||
It's we the people who are empowered by our founding... Listen.
Fine. | ||
Okay. | ||
I am running to be your next Secretary of State.
I'm going to win the primary.
Thank you very much. | ||
Just to finish, we want to demand a full forensic audit of the results of Maricopa County.

|
First thing is, I'm not a psychiatrist, and God knows all of us may have a degree of narcissism, but when we're talking about Trump, we're obviously talking about a kind of delusional madness, such as General Milley was talking about.
That is on a scale and a scope that we have never experienced in an American president in our history.
I think we need to calmly step back and maybe look at Trump in a different context.
He is America's, our own, American war criminal of a kind we've never experienced.
Let's just calmly step back, talk about Donald J. Trump as America's war criminal.
Okay, that was Carl Bernstein.
Of course, you saw the state senator in Arizona getting booed off.
We the people, hey, we the people booed you right off the stage because guess what?
You're not for a full forensic audit.
And the Vox Populi let you know exactly what they felt.
Okay, it's Monday, 26th of July, Year of Our Lord 2021.
You're in The War Room Live.
My co-host for this hour is Dr. Peter Navarro.
Dr. Navarro, thank you very much for joining us.
We've got a cram show today.
You've got a whole bunch of stuff.
We're going to get to. | ||
I want to bring in Boris Epstein.
Boris has got breaking news around the horn, as we say, in all the forefronts that caught us.
Boris, pretty impressive.
President Trump gave an amazing speech on Saturday.
I thought the one that had the most gravitas, and really, I think, that kicked off his 2024 campaign.
Of course, he is going to be reinstituted before that because he's going to get decertified.
I know, I know, I know. | ||
But, you know, he gets in and he gets another term on top of the couple he's going to get this time, by the time he goes to the courts.
But the people out there just heckled the young woman who was a state senator because she didn't support full forensic audits.
Get us updates on what's happening in Arizona.
A lot of people are starting to hit the panic button that it's taking a long time.
We got breaking news out of Wisconsin.
What's going on? | ||
First of all, as we said from the very beginning of this process, from the very beginning of the drive for audits across the country, the freight train of audits across the country, We've got to stay confident, but we also have to stay patient.
We also have to stay patient.
So the breaking news in Arizona, something that I know both of you, both Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro are going to be excited about, and it's such an honor to break it here with the brain trust of the MAGA movement, that's the War Room Audience and Viewership, is that from what I am hearing, that Canvas in Arizona is due to start within the next week to 10 days.
They're going to do a sample and they're going to go out and they're going to check on the discrepancies between the voter registrations and the voter records.
And once that sample returns, what we expect it to return, they're going to do more and more and more.
From what I'm hearing, I understand it's already funded.
They are ready to go as soon as they are done with this latest update count.
And the things that this is turning up are so troubling.
And I'm not going to get ahead of the news.
It's not my job to go and, you know, get ahead of the auditors and break their report.
But from everything that I'm hearing, the discrepancies, the ballots potentially mixed together between duplicates, originals, and reconstructed ballots, which means some ballots double, triple counted, is extremely, deeply troubling.
So now we've got the count, and then, in breaking news, the canvas is about to start.
Just remember, before we go to the next state, just remember, Peter Navarro said it's the canvas, not the count, and this is what the Justice Department sent the letter.
This is what they fear more than even the count.
What they fear is to get into that canvas, and you'll see the hundreds of thousands, hundreds of thousands, that have been not legitimate votes.
To be clear, to those getting nervous, keep your calm.
Steady as she goes. | ||
We're going to have good days, we're going to have bad days.
But the bottom line, even from what I'm hearing out of this, count, and then what we expect to get out of the canvas.
Is that the election in Maricopa County, not Arizona, this is Maricopa County, there's still Pinal, Pima, and others.
The election in Maricopa County was done in a way where it is impossible, impossible, to determine and confirm that Joe Biden won that state and there's going to be a movement, Wendy Rogers, Joe Borrelli, and others are talking about it, where they are going to be moving to decertify those electors.
I just want to say one thing before we go to the end.
Hang on, Karen Phan gave an interview, and Karen Phan in that interview said, listen, the reason we're belt suspenders and not the belt, this is all going to be challenging courts.
We're going to be fighting this and fighting this and fighting this, and that's the reality.
Peter Navarro. | ||
I want to start out with a compliment to the show here, Steve, and it speaks to this election issue.
Over the weekend on Fox and Friends, they did one of their live interviews out in the field, right, and they stick a microphone in front of this guy and ask him, you know, is he concerned about the fake information, this, that, and the other thing, and he says, nah, all I have to do is listen to the Abandoned War Room, I get all the news.
And here's why this is the point.
A Rasmussen poll has come out now that says that 56% of the American people Support forensic audits of the elections and a third of them, a full third of them, are Democrats.
And you have to ask yourself this question, Steve.
How is it that the American people are so wise that they can come to what is a topic we talk a lot about, When, in fact, virtually all of the corporate media, that's the topic.
It's Baltimore. | ||
It's that which you shall not speak about or get cancelled.
If you go on CNN, MSNBC, some of the other networks, here you get the truth.
And I think a lot of people now are listening to alternative shows.
There's some news also out of Wisconsin, I think, that's really important.
Why am I getting scooped over here?
Yeah, I know this. | ||
unidentified
|
What's that? | |
I know this. | ||
Hey, this is what happens when you're in rehearsal.
You got it? | ||
You go! | ||
unidentified
|
You go! | |
I'm throwing it to you, Boris, because you're my brother.
You got Wisconsin. | ||
Go, baby! | ||
Go, baby! | ||
Boris, you get one scoop, and of course, Navarro's going to take it from you.
Go ahead and take it from him.
Take it, baby. | ||
unidentified
|
Take it, baby. | |
First of all, this is my second scoop.
The canvas was my first scoop, okay?
I'm not gonna be shortchanged on this show by a couple of guys wearing black shirts, okay?
That's not gonna happen, okay?
I've got the royal purple on.
This is what we're doing.
unidentified
|
This is what we're going with, okay?
So, in all seriousness, and I will point, and by the way, And it is true and honest, it is such an honor to be on with both of you.
And to those, you know, to MSNBC, to Rachel Maddow, to Chris Hayes, to all your producers who I know love watching us, of course to Media Matters, you know where the tip of the spear is on the 3 November 2020 movement.
It is right here, it is War Room, it's Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro, Humbly Myself, Rahim, And the rest of this team, and of course, most importantly, much more importantly, the audience of this show, which is always action, action, action, action.
And now to Wisconsin. | ||
Remember, Wisconsin is a state where we said from the very beginning, where there's the clearest, the clearest indication and evidence of an election that was stolen.
election where there's just a twenty thousand vote difference over audit conducted right after the election showed over two hundred thousand unlawful ballots and there's the letter jenelle branch and state representative came out and said that her campaigns and elections committee was going to be requesting information that is to be create given to the audit that's already happening there there's an audit that is happening i'm not gonna say it's a full-on forensic audit not saying it's a
uh... it's arizona level but what jenelle branch is doing is making it arizona level She's taking it to that level, and she's going to be requesting all of the information that is just like the information requested by Doug Mastriano in Pennsylvania, that is just like the information that has been turned over and being reviewed.
And so Janelle Bruncheon is that strength in Wisconsin, like Sonny Borelli in Arizona, and Karen Fenn in Arizona.
Like Doug Mastriano. | ||
And right now that author, his name is Michael Gabelman in Wisconsin.
He's a former judge. | ||
He has subpoena power. | ||
So if this information that's requested in this briefing and will be requested in specific letters is not turned over, then Gabelman will have the option and will exercise his subpoena power.
So next steps in Wisconsin, expect formal letter to go out to request info.
If info is not turned over, Expect subpoenas to go out and to get that info.
So that is the freight train of audits, and we've consistently said it.
Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and now Wisconsin and Michigan are absolutely vital, and here is the freight train of audits coming to Wisconsin.
Hold on, I want to talk about Georgia here in a second, but I want to thank, you've got to give a shout out to the America First audits over the Telegram group.
Now we had David Clemens on today, there were 25,000 on there two weeks ago.
175,000 a day and increasing all day long.
Trust me, these elected officials are understanding that the 3 November movement to get to the bottom, full forensic audit in every state in the union.
That's the only way you're going to get to the bottom, particularly down ticket.
Where they're saying, as Dave Clemens said today, five U.S.
senators. | ||
Yes, sir? | ||
Let me just make one quick point here.
I think that part of the seismic shift that's going on right now in America has to do with buyers remorse.
I think that in the cold light of day, as we've seen over the more than 100 days of the Biden regime, him doing basically Damage and harm to so many aspects whether it's forcing mothers to get the kids vaccinated whether it's an open border whether it's spending trillions and trillions and driving us into oblivion Whether it's getting before the camera and obviously looking mentally impaired.
I think people now, in the clear light of day, when they look at what happened, they understand that that guy couldn't possibly have won, number one.
And number two, they don't want him in there.
And so, and then the last thing I'd say is that these politicians in the battleground states understand that this issue, The November 3rd movement is going to be the issue defining 2022.
So all of that, I think, and again, it's what you've been doing, Steve.
People in the United States know you don't get a do-over.
I think what they're seeing is that, hey, did this guy get 81 million votes?
Did we vote for the critical race theory?
Did we vote for the invasion?
Do we vote for the circles?
Like Trump says, they're perfect circles.
I'm getting one in my next campaign.
Boris, hit Georgia real quickly.
I want you to stay over through the break.
Since Navarro took so much of your time, this time we're going to give you a little of his So, give us Georgia.
What happened on Georgia Today?
Where's Georgia going?
Well, it's very kind of you and very kind of Peter to share, but he's been my brother for a long time, since the 2016 campaign.
I expect nothing less of my good friend and a true inspiration, Dr. Peter Navarro.
In Georgia, there's an appeal expected today, today, from that decision a month ago, which has allowed for the unsealing of the 140,000 absentee ballots in Fulton County.
Expecting court action literally today in terms of a filing and then of course that that court would take it up on appeal That is what's holding up the state Supreme Court from ruling on an immediate beginning of a forensic audit effectively requested by Garland Feverito So a lot of legal action to come in Georgia in the next couple of days make sure to keep your eye on there Of course, we'll keep you updated About it, as it happens on a minute-by-minute basis.
But Georgia is absolutely ruby red hot in terms of the audits.
And Pennsylvania, the deadline is coming up.
The deadline is Saturday.
And just last week, Doug Mastriano said that if the information is not turned over by Philadelphia, Tioga, and your counties, those subpoenas are flying out from the Intergovernmental Operations Committee of the Pennsylvania State Senate.
Give your social media.
We got through. | ||
Give your social media quickly, Boris.
Thank you. | ||
See, I can do it quick. | ||

War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, Giza Sheets, up to 50% off, as low as $49.99.
This is the biggest discount they've ever had.
It is MyPillow.com. | ||
You've got to go to PromoCode War Room.
When you go to the site, you'll see what's called the square, what's got War Room.
We've got up to 66% discounts on many items, but discounts across the board.
But these sheets, it's a special offer.
50% off, as low as $49.99.
You've got to go there. | ||
Also, he's on here so often, his story is so incredible.
Get the book. | ||
It's called what are the odds the journey from a crack addict or yes a crack addict to CEO.
It's the life story of Mike Lindell.
If you want to have something that's very endearing also got a lot it's very funny very endearing also tragic to a degree.
But it shows you how he turned around in his life.
He turned around in his life because he accepted God and Christ into his life.
That's what turned him around.
And I'll tell you, it's an incredible story.
Particularly seeing today, this was all written when he was a CEO.
You see what Michael Lindell has done today as a patron.
So what are the odds from crack addict to CEO?
It's the book. | ||
It pays shipping and handling.
I think it's $9.99 is the book.
They pay shipping and handling.
Once you get it, you'll want to give this as a gift.
Particularly if you're a devout Christian, this is a book that you'll want to embrace because it shows you the power I'm going to turn this over to Dr. Peter Navarro.
Peter Navarro and Natalie Winters have taken it upon themselves to very much focus on Tony Fauci because of the damage Tony Fauci has done to this country and to the world.
Dr. Navarro, we're going to have a couple of clips and then you're going to start talking.
Dr. Navarro. | ||
Okay, sir. | ||
Look, I want to speak directly to the mothers of America.
I don't care what political party you're in.
Tony Fauci is the tip of the spear for forcing your children to get vaccinated.
It's the stupidest thing based on no science at all.
unidentified
|
Children do not need to be vaccinated.
But hang on a second. | ||
I want to make sure we don't get... I want to give you your bona fides.
You were there at the beginning when the vaccine was started, the research and all that, the whole project of Warp Speed.
So you're not some guy in a bar yelling over the TV set, yelling to the TV set.
I am the guy in the White House on February 9th, 2020, who wrote a memo to the task force who said that we need to get moving.
We didn't call it Operation Warp Speed then, we called it a horse race.
We said we get it moving right now.
On a suite of vaccines, and if we do it, we can get it by October or November mass-produced to the American people.
And that's exactly what President Trump did, okay?
But I was clear-eyed about this, Steve.
It's like with Doc Catfield, who's often on your show.
We looked at it. | ||
We knew there were going to be side effects.
We also knew that some of the candidates for the vaccines were these experimental gene therapies, MNR...
What is MRNA Technologies?
You had a beautiful show this weekend on Saturday with this guy Malone, who invented the whole technology, and he'd be the first one to tell you there are risks.
What I'm saying to you is that the vaccines that President Trump delivered have saved lives.
I think people, senior citizens, people with comorbidities, it's worth the risk to take them, but there is no reason on God's good earth for young children to be taking This vaccine.
Now Fauci, let's stay on Fauci here.
Fauci is trying to salvage his reputation.
We've gotten him to the point now where the only place he can go on television is to save spots out of prime time, right?
So he's making the rounds.
You'll know Ari Melber on MSNBC, Neil Cavuto on Fox, and Jake Tapper he did over the weekend, which is the lowest ranked.
of the Sunday show. | ||
So I want to start off with a clip from Neil Cavuto.
And here's the thing. | ||
What Fauci is going to do to justify research at the Wuhan lab here is to somehow blame it on the scientists who wanted this done.
So let's hear the clip first, and then I'll explain it.
If you look at the research that was done, it was research that was highly recommended by peer reviewed, our United States peer reviews.
It got a very high score in the peer review system.
And the purpose of the research was very, very clear.
It was to try and determine what was out there in the bat population that might be ultimately risky for us.
OK, that's a stone cold lie, OK?
And Cavuto doesn't know enough about the topic to call Fauci on it.
It's a stone-cold lie because the whole purpose is the money that Fauci gave to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, a bio-weapons lab run by the Chinese military, was to do gain-of-function experiments to make bat viruses more deadly by making them be able to transmit From animals to humans, as Rand Paul called Fauci on the lie.
So, that's an interview that's totally vacuous, right?
It's totally off point.
And unfortunately, Neil, who I like, he did not call him.
Alright, let's hear the next one.
This is Jake Tapper. | ||
Over at the Clinton News Network.
Well, you know, Jake, if you go back to when this research really started and look at the scientific rationale for it, it was a peer-reviewed proposal that was peer-reviewed and given a very high rating for the importance of why it should be done to be able to go and do a survey of what was going on among the bat population because everyone in the world was trying to figure out
What the original source of the original SARS-CoV-1 was, and in that context the research was done, it was very regulated, it was reviewed, it was given progress reports, it was published in the open literature.
So I think if you look at the ultimate back rationale why that was started, It was almost as if you didn't pursue that research, you would be negligent because we were trying to find out how you can prevent this from happening again.
Okay, you see what he's doing here?
Posobiec's got this guy nailed.
This is pure information warfare.
He's talking, he's trying to say that we had to go over to China to find the bats there to somehow stop the next coronavirus from coming, okay?
What he really did at the Wuhan Institute of Virology was expend American taxpayer money, change And lift the ban on gain-of-function experiments so he could go over to China basically to create the next deadly virus, okay?
Fauci never believed, and he's written about this, he never believed that that virus would escape from the lab.
He wanted to create a deadly virus and then create a vaccine to stop it.
But something happened, boy, on the way to that happening.
So again, we have a situation here, Steve, where the interviewer is not asking the right questions.
He's letting Fauci cloak this in the language of peer review science.
It wasn't me. | ||
It was them wanting it. | ||
We had to do it. | ||
But here's what's important.
Here's a signal, not noise, is that he knows that between Natalie Winters and yourself, Boxed.
you having boxed in and ran paul has got the official the official way and i keep asking the questions under oath he knows now it's gone from like what do you talk about we've never done this this is all i your pick now they're trying to raise this is a strong a raise up the flag a flight policy than by salutes he's trying to justify now is justifying why is doing gainers function research he's taking the jesuits you know that jesuits reservation poets for the greater good
Of course, if we hadn't have done this, we would have been criticized for doing the same thing on the mask, the same thing on herd immunity.
He's done this, this is the third time.
He did this on The Mask First, where he lied to the American people and was caught in a lie.
He says, well, if I'd really told the truth, people wouldn't have used the mask, right?
He said the same thing about herd immunity.
He said, well, if I'd really said what the number was at the time, instead of 65 percent, right, of people that had the antibodies, people would have panicked and said, oh, we're never going to get through this.
This is the other way, his whole thing.
This is the big lie. | ||
This is the way he tells it.
And guess what? | ||
It ain't good enough, OK?
He's perjured himself.
He's done far worse than perjure.
He's done far worse than lie.
He is a deceitful, evil individual that has caused tremendous damage to this country without being a fiduciary about this.
Dr. Peter Navarro. | ||
And your line of questioning with Dr. Malone over the weekend was perfect because it revealed kind of the holy trinity of Tony Fauci's noble lie.
That's what Malone called it, right?
So it starts with the idea that Fauci believes that in order to prevent economic harm, Uh, you have to get to herd immunity.
In order to get to herd immunity, you have to have everybody get the vaccine, including kids, including people who've already had the infection.
And the third part of that trinity is the vaccine can't hurt you.
And as Malone said on Saturday so eloquently, everything, all three points of that are absolutely wrong.
You can get to herd immunity without everyone being vaccinated and that vaccination.
Can be very, very risky.
Inflammation of the heart lining, inflammation of the heart muscle, Bell's palsy, anaphylaxis.
Yeah, it can also kill you.
So here we go. | ||
We got just in 30 seconds here.
This is the house that Fauci built.
American taxpayer money went here.
He authorized gain-of-function experiments so that the Bat Lady, Xi Jinping, in China could basically create a virus that could jump from animals to humans.
That got out of this lab into the population.
Tony Fauci, if that came from the lab, is the godfather of this pandemic and he has the blood of over 4 million people in his hands.
He needs to be out. | ||
unidentified
|
Out! | |
We're out of the National Institutes of Health.
We're going to play, by the way, the Robert F. Kennedy interview, a junior interview over the weekend.
We're going to break that apart because it was so powerful about the network and why Fauci is so powerful.
One thing I want to keep everybody in mind, particularly President Trump's supporters, They just didn't come up with the vaccine, so, oh, let's go do a vaccine.
Remember, at the time, what Hadfield and Navarro and others were telling them, it's therapeutics.
It's hydroxychloroquine.
It's ivermectin. | ||
It's all these potential therapeutics.
We're going to hit this from every different angle.
We're going to have therapeutics.
We're going to have targeted Uh, assessments of people with comorbidities, either obesity, diabetes, minority communities, and by the way, let's start the ball rolling on vaccines.
Even we've got to try some experimental stuff.
No, it's not right for everybody, but people just can't look at it in isolation.
It's not like President Trump said, oh, let's go do the vaccine.
No, it was a whole comprehensive program that Fauci fought most of it on.
Short commercial break.
We're gonna be talking about capital markets, dollar, next with Peter Navarro.
unidentified
|
OK, I want to tell this audience, you guys have been in the arc of history and everything.
The reason is you're an active audience.
Seven or eight weeks ago, we started talking about the debt ceiling and how it was going to be an inferno because Janet Yellen, I think the first person to ever be Treasury Secretary and head of the Federal Reserve, And of course, markets didn't start melting down.
People didn't start going crazy.
where she said hey uh... july twenty thirty first is the debt ceiling and if we don't raise it by that time we're a default on government securities by august fifteenth and of course markets in certain out and down people didn't start going crazy i said the fixes in the captured opposition the controlled opposition republican party which all owned by wall street the fixes and the contract talking into some budget gimmick bill and they're gonna have increased the debt ceiling and then it's katie bar the They can do all the spending they want.
The debt ceiling is the leverage the little guy has.
This is the deplorables telling Wall Street the way it's going to be.
You're not going to agree to an increase in the debt ceiling because the full faith and credit of U.S.
securities is what rests on your shoulders.
It doesn't mean it means you.
The hard-working taxpayers of this country, the working class and the middle class.
This is your baby, okay?
And you've got the full ability to stop it.
And quite frankly, at least during the Hill today, you did stop it.
They already said it's going to be the big fight now.
They're going to try to kick the can down the road as far as they can playing games until mid-September.
It would have been tucked into a bill in the middle of the night in one of these budget gimmicks of reconciliation if you guys hadn't of manned the ramparts, got on the phones, and tell these senators, hey, it ain't gonna happen.
Well, the fight is just beginning.
We're getting Philip Patrick now from Birch Gold.
Philip, I brought in Navarro today to co-host particularly for this.
His beatdowns on Fouchier every other day, but now he's getting fired up.
He's going back and doing his homework, dusting off that Harvard PhD, and looking at the debt ceiling.
Talk to us about the research you've done, sir, because I've got to tell you, if you're interested in crypto or precious metals, hey, they're going to crush the U.S.
dollar if this goes down.
Philip Patrick, tell us what you've got.
Yeah, I mean, look, you're exactly right.
The debate is looming. | ||
Encouragingly, it appears that the Republicans will give very little support to this.
Mitch McConnell suggested that Democrats would have to take full responsibility for raising the debt limit.
As you mentioned, they don't technically need the support, right?
They're already getting their $3.5 trillion social infrastructure package put through via a budget reconciliation bill that can pass without a single GOP vote.
As we know, the Dems are writing checks that they know are going to bounce, right?
Unprecedented, irresponsible spending and begging for more money at the same time.
I think it was summed up very well by Senator John Thune.
He said he doesn't think any Republican will support increasing the debt limit so the Democrats can expand government and spend massive amounts.
It makes no sense. | ||
But hang on for a second, Phil, but here's the scam, here's the con.
The thing they had in the Hill today, and Peter jumping in, oh we want these, we want spending limits.
It's all nonsense, it's all crap, okay?
They're going to approve the spending first, raise the debt ceiling so they can actually either borrow or print the money.
Right? | ||
And then never get, never get any spending cuts at all.
This is all part of a con.
Okay? | ||
Here's what the response should be, Mitch McConnell, on the debt ceiling.
We're not going to raise it one penny.
You're going to have to do, so then this, remember, the three point, all they're doing right now in these reconciliation, Mitt Romney, it's all crap.
Because until they raise the debt ceiling, they can't pay for it.
So they can pass all the budget stuff they want to.
The little guy, you've got your hand.
This is real leverage. | ||
You talk about a deal? | ||
You can break these guys this way.
You've got full leverage.
All you've got to do is sit there and go, nope, not for us at this time.
Get back to us when you've got something meaningful.
Like cutting the... Peter, jump in here and I'm going to come back to Philip.
Am I wrong, Navarro? | ||
You've been in those rooms.
Am I wrong? | ||
Yep, go ahead. | ||
No, you're not wrong, but what you said was like the lead here, and we need to let Philip walk through this.
It's the timing of all this.
It's the idea that they can use this budget reconciliation process, and for your viewers, I think it's important to explain it every time we mention it.
In the Senate, in order to pass something generally, you have to have a two-thirds vote to stop the filibuster, right?
But there's this thing called budget reconciliation.
They allow you to do once a year that goes on a 50 vote, and they have 50 plus 1 with Kamala Harris as the tiebreaker.
unidentified
|
It's a gimmick. | |
It's a gimmick. | ||
It's a strategy. | ||
It's a gimmick. | ||
As you point out, and I'd like to get Phillip's view on this, is like, spend the money first.
In other words, get that budget bill passed with the $3.5 trillion and kick that can down the road.
And their thinking is that that The fact that they've actually appropriated money puts even more pressure on them to have to do it because there's all sorts of reasons.
I'm going to disagree with Dr. Navarro after you, Philip.
Give us your assessment and I'm going to disagree with my colleague and brother, Dr. Navarro.
Bring it on, brother! | ||
I think there's definitely some truth to it.
Look at the timing, as you say.
These things are already always left until the last minute.
We put ourselves in a situation where there's no other alternative but to raise the debt ceiling.
Also, look at the language coming out.
Yellen said defaulting on debt would cause irreparable harm to the U.S.
economy and the livelihoods of all Americans.
It's a motive language designed to force something through.
The reality is raising the debt ceiling is no guarantee of success, right?
We agreed to it in 2011. | ||
It went down to the wire.
We still took a hit. | ||
US economy, US credit was downgraded.
The Dow got hit significantly.
Look, We may have negative effects shorter term, right, by not raising the debt ceiling.
It may do on currency. | ||
But what it also does is it forces a real debate here in the United States on fiscal responsibility on austerity, which is long overdue, short term pain for longer term gain.
I want to get into the technical stuff.
Hang on, Peter. | ||
Yellen actually said she wants this passed in regular order.
They understand that you can't jam something in this, as important as raising the debt ceiling, if you jam it into a bill, and the Democrats know this because the Republicans are saying, hey, you take responsibility, although the Republicans are just as bad.
That's my point. | ||
It's a con. | ||
Here's what the deplorables need to say right now.
You're not going to raise it a penny.
We don't want to hear all the song and dance about the full faith and credit, about downgrading.
Look at the damage done by increasing the... When Obama came in, what was it?
$10 trillion? | ||
And he doubled it in his time?
Now we're at $28 trillion?
And with Biden, you're going to go to what?
$35, $40 trillion? | ||
The way they're spending?
Oh yeah, we're going to grow our way up.
It's all nonsense. | ||
The short-term damage done by what was a downgrade on certain securities back in 2011 versus another $10 trillion of debt, you are burying your... and here's the bet you're making with this modern monetary theory.
You're putting everything on the dollar being the reserve currency, Mr. Philip Patrick.
You know this because you're in Precious Metals.
Then the pressure comes on the United States.
Hey, you talk about a global empire and having to keep the dollar as a prime reserve currency.
You don't have a choice because if you're not the prime reserve currency, you're Argentina.
The only thing this allows us to do is to keep the printing presses rolling.
This is a con. | ||
Every kid, every person under 35.
Or to rally to our cause to tell them, hey, we hear about all the progressive policies.
That's all pro-wrestling in the foreground.
This is the real thing. | ||
This is money and this is power.
And if you want to have power over money, just have our backs here.
We just tell the Republicans, tell the Uniparty, no, you're not going to raise it one penny.
You've had enough time to work this out.
We don't want to hear any more happy talk about all the budget cuts you're going to make.
We don't want to hear the $3 trillion and the $6 trillion here and the Green New Deal, none of it.
Here's what you're going to do.
You're going to come back with something that stays under the debt limit right now.
And let's see what that plan is.
And if the Deplorables and the Occupy Wall Street and the Tim Pool crowd and the Apes on the Ape Army, if we all come together, and the Bernie Bros, Look at Bernie Stoney under the bus.
Elizabeth Warren Stoney under the bus.
Don't listen to all their crap.
This is all Wall Street.
100% Wall Street. | ||
This is what stops the progress.
Go ahead, sir. | ||
Jump in. | ||
Let me throw one thing. | ||
I want to throw it back to Philip.
Yeah, but you're missing the other part.
Even as we have Congress spending, spending, spending, We have Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, who was like a tightwad during the Trump administration.
I mean, we hated that guy.
What he has been doing, Steve, and you covered this on Saturday in your show, he's basically buying all of the bonds that the Treasury's selling.
In other words, they're not going to the private market.
And when the Fed buys bonds, what that does is it prints money.
So, Philip, here's the question.
As you've got this perfect storm where you're raising the debt ceiling, you're doing all sorts of spending, does that not force the Federal Reserve to continue the printing press, to continue monetizing?
Does that not lead us to the road to ruin that Captain Bannon here is describing?
Yeah, absolutely. | ||
Look, quantitative easing, I think, is the source of a lot of our issues today.
We look at a lot of the growth in the stock market, stimulated by low interest rates pumping money through the markets.
When you print money at the scale that we have, it leads to inflationary issues, currency issues.
But what we're doing, and I think Steve said it quite well, is we're just trying to kick the can further down the road.
I think there's a larger issue here.
A lot of this stems from the crossover between politics and economics, right?
Short-term thinking gets rewarded with re-election.
Nobody wants to deal with the big, important issues.
We borrow from tomorrow, we spend today.
Kick the can further down the road and let the next guy deal with it.
I think what we need to get out of this is strong leadership, right?
Someone that understands the deeper the hole you dig, the harder it is to get out.
We don't have to- But Philip, let me just challenge you on one thing.
unidentified
|
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
I'm gonna hold it. | ||
Stop, hold on, hang on, hang on.
How about this for strong leadership?
You're not going to raise it one penny.
You're in the room like with Goldman Sachs and doing an M&A deal.
No, how about this? | ||
Nothing. | ||
You're not going to get one penny.
You drop down hard, they'll be running around sitting there, oh we've got to do this, got to do this.
One last thing I just want to mention, just so we're not getting into the fancy technical terms, you've got three ways to pay for this.
You can either sell the bonds to the Japanese insurance companies, the Chinese Communist Party, or the Gulf Emirates.
You can sell government bonds.
Okay? | ||
Or, you can grow... | ||
Or you can grow your way out of this and then get more tax revenues or raise taxes.
That's still competitive.
You still got a huge gap, okay?
That gap, quantitative easing and monetizing the debt, that's all fancy talk for rolling the printing presses and putting those obligations onto our children and grandchildren.
We're not facing reality now because we want to not just kick the can down the road and say, We don't care if you're like Russian serfs in 20 years, okay?
We don't care what the balance sheet looks like.
We just want to get through and spend it today.
This whole thing of quantitative easing is just a way to say we're putting the obligations back on the deplorables, because that's who's going to pay it off.
Because we don't have legitimate ways to actually finance this.
And this is why finance and economics gets back to raw political power.
I can say this a thousand times.
The deplorables You've got the power here.
You have leverage. | ||
You talk about leverage, you've got all the leverage you want.
You just tell that Senator, tell Mitch McConnell, you light the phone lines up, if you vote to increase the debt ceiling by a penny, I will, we will come and make sure you're thrown out of office.
You will never, anybody that votes for it, and anybody that doesn't sit there and use every administrative Or parliamentary procedure to stop this.
Your name's going to be in the black book and you're never going to be an elected official again.
This is our time to play smash mouth with these clowns that have destroyed the balance sheet of the Federal Reserve.
And that means a fancy term for destroying the future prosperity of this country.
Philip Patrick, your thoughts, observations.
I mean, how do I follow that?
We need to force the debate.
That's what we have to do.
We need to force a proper debate.
And it's not happening in the way that we've been doing it up until this point.
So maybe what you're saying, let's say no, right?
We're not doing it anymore.
Let's start to default and let's see what we do.
Because I think in that climate, we'll see a real debate and we may get something good out of it because we're not getting it.
I'm going to ask you to stay over, because I know when you say, oh, we'll just do a couple of defaults, the firestorm on the deplorables is going to be humongous.
You're going to put in the full faith and credit of the United States government.
Short commercial break.
Don't cry for me, Argentina, in the cold open.
unidentified
|
Don't cry for me, Argentina, in the cold open, baby.
Dr. Peter Navarro, the Senior Advisor, Assistant to the President for Economics, Manufacturing and Trade, Stephen K. Bannon and the War Room, come back!
This is Dealmaking 101.
The Deplorables have the leverage, and guess what?
The Uniparty doesn't like it, and Wall Street likes it a lot less.
We'll be back in a second.
War Room. | ||
unidentified
|
Pandemic. | |
It's all started, everything's begun, and you are over Cause we're taking down the CCP Spread the word all through Hong Kong We will fight till they're all gone War Room, Pandemic, with Stephen K. Bannon The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide War Room.
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, make sure you go to MyPillow.com, promo code War Room.
You'll see our square right there.
They got all the deals we have, the special deals.
The big one is the Giza sheets.
50% off, as low as $49.99.
This is not going to last forever.
It's the biggest sale and discount he's ever had on the sheets.
Also, So many people ask me all the time, finally the book is back up, What Are The Odds?
From crack addict to CEO, $9.99 and he pays the shipping and handling.
Okay, it's a book you want to just, after you read it, you're going to want to pass on to family members.
Okay, this is a very powerful book about how Mike Lindell got where he is today.
It's an incredible story, and you can tell he's an American patriot, and this run-up to the Cyber Symposium is going to be epic, I can tell you.
Because this is a guy, he's betting his company, he's put $20 million plus into this thing, he's going to put another $5 million in, plus he's bet the company.
Because if this doesn't work out, they're coming after him.
I want to go back. | ||
One thing, I just want everybody in this audience to share this.
You've got power by going to these school boards.
You've got power and you're empowered by going to the committee precinct men and becoming a precinct committeeman.
Collectively, you have massive power right now because they must come and ask your permission to raise the debt ceiling.
Without raising the debt ceiling, with your permission, they can't spend any of this.
They can't appropriate it.
It's a ceiling and that means they've got to go back and do some radical surgery.
Philip Patrick, it's not going to be easy.
As the word gets out, the deplorables are not budging and are saying no, nothing, zero.
Tell us what's going to happen in your mind before I go to Peter Navarro.
Look, I mean... | ||
There are consequences for not raising the debt ceiling, but no one's really discussing the consequences of consistently raising and raising and raising the debt ceiling with nothing to support it.
We have big issues here in the United States.
The more money we print, all we're doing is creating a bigger bubble.
We've been fueling a bubble in the stock market with low interest rates.
Corporate buybacks fueling price-to-earning ratios beyond recognition.
The longer-term effects of printing money on the scale that we are and have been are significant in the form of inflation, currency devaluation.
We can sustain currently because we're global reserve currency, but our grip on that has been fading over time.
What happens if we lose it?
It's significant. | ||
Do we turn into the next Argentina?
I hope not, but if we continue to spend at this level, it's a possibility.
This is why, Philip, this is why people are looking at cryptocurrencies as a new store of value, and quite frankly, why Europe's precious metal guys, why they're going to precious metals as a historic store of value.
Remember, Charlie Gasparini, I'm turning to Navarro, he calls the ape army today.
He says they're a cult. | ||
They're a cult. | ||
I tell you what, we have a cult in this country, in Washington, D.C., and on Wall Street.
A cult of deficits. | ||
A cult of debt. | ||
That's a cult. | ||
The Ape Army is sitting there going, hey, how about I'm going to buy an equity and buy and hold an American company.
That's a cult. | ||
The cult is that we are addicted.
Our elites are addicted.
Addicted to the easy way out, and that's just to run up the debt, have these massive deficits, have zero interest rates, let the assets explode, what they own!
This is why the World Economic Forum says you're not going to own anything but you're going to be happy because they're going to pat you on the head and throw you a couple thousand bucks.
That's a sucker's play.
Stop being a sucker. | ||
Stop looking at the conspiracy theories and look at reality.
Here's reality. | ||
They got to come to you for your permission to raise it.
You say, hey, how about this?
Embrace the suck. | ||
We're not going to raise it one penny.
Peter Navarro. | ||
All right, so let's look at the parallel track of the lemmings going over the apocalyptic cliff.
On the one hand, you've got the Democrats in control because of a stolen election, basically spending trillions and trillions trying to do that.
Push up the debt ceiling.
That's a road to ruin, even as it is.
But at the same time, you've got the Federal Reserve and Jay Powell as a lemming going over the cliff by accommodating the debt, by buying the bonds from the Treasury to finance what Congress is doing.
And when they buy the bonds, they do it by printing money.
So what Patrick was saying in terms of inflation, like the obvious thing is, Okay, so the price of gas is going up, but then the dollar goes down, the price of imports go up, but here's the thing I want to leave you with.
This is really important.
It's insane for the Federal Reserve to be engaged in what's quantitative easing, which is taking down interest rates, spiking home prices, and the deplorables and just middle-class America is getting hammered By not being able to buy a home anymore because of what the Fed is doing.
That speaks to your point, Steve.
Don't let them off the hook.
They've got Blackrock and Blackstone, who are help driving this, with the zero interest rates, are buying the assets and then renting it back to people.
You're paying their interest payment as they own the assets.
The more it's at zero, the greater increases.
They get the upside. | ||
This is a con and a scam to destroy the American working man and woman.
My point here, Steve, is that the Fed is pushing the housing market and housing prices up with behavior that's unsustainable.
And I go back to our guest.
It's like, how long can the Fed keep engaging in monetizing the debt?
Before it collapses and the markets collapse.
Steve, on this show months ago, I've said we're going to have a significant market correction before the end of the year in the stock market.
We're going to see bond prices fall and interest rates spike.
We're going to be back in the 1970s.
It's not going to be pretty.
Okay. | ||
Stagflesh, we're going to have a thing on you talking about your market correction later in the week.
Philip, how do people get to you?
And by the way, Philip will tell you, they can do it as long as we're the prime reserve currency.
The greatest export of this country is the dollar.
Why do you think the Chinese every day are trying to figure out some kind of crypto-backed wand to get off that?
Philip, how do people get to you?
You've got about a minute, sir.
Birchgold.com forward slash Bannon for your listeners.
By the way, now more than ever, you ought to be looking at crypto and precious metals, because if this debt ceiling gets raised, all bets are off.
Philip Patrick, thank you very much.
Really appreciate you coming in today and being part of this throwdown.
Thank you. | ||
Dr. Navarro. | ||
Dr. Navarro, you made the call.
We're going to do a special.
You made the call back the day after Trump won.
Now you think there's a market correction.
But if you had to sit in a room right now, you've got 30 seconds to tell the beloved Fed chair, who I know you love, what would you tell him today?
Do a reality check, and all Jay Powell's doing is trying to get reappointed in 2022.
Sir, you need to think about the nation right now, not your own job, because what you're doing is fundamentally destabilizing.
You are a lemming going off a cliff for your own benefit, and you are killing this republic, sir.
Go to Getter right now. | ||
You've got Navarro, you've got Cortez, you've got Bannon, you've got War Room.
Go to Getter. | ||
Make sure you're on Getter.
You're going to see all of this.
It's explosive over there.
You can say... You're basically going to have a free conversation without being deplatformed.
This entire situation about the debt ceiling is going to be huge.
Tomorrow morning, we're going to have for two hours Terry Schilling.
from the American family.
He's going to be here. | ||
Big news today about Roe v. Wade.
Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, everybody's thrown in.
This thing's going to be huge.
He's going to be our co-host tomorrow.
A bunch of guests on it, but we're going to talk about the economics, geopolitics, the election fraud, vaccines, all of it.
Not going to want to miss tomorrow's show.
Go to Getter to follow us between now and then.
Dr. Peter Navarro, thank you so much.
Enjoy it, sir. |
