Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.

War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
The President will outline five areas his team is focused on to get more Americans vaccinated.
One, targeted community-by-community door-to-door outreach to get remaining Americans vaccinated by ensuring they have the information they need on how both safe and accessible the vaccine is.
Two, a renewed emphasis on getting the vaccines to more primary care doctors and physicians, something that we've seen A special focus on five ways to make gains and getting those of you who are unvaccinated vaccinated.
Because here's the deal.
We are continuing to wind down the mass vaccination sites that did so much in the spring to rapidly vaccinate those eager to get their first shot and their second shot for that matter, if they needed a second.
Now we need to go to community by community, neighborhood by neighborhood, and oftentimes door to door, literally knocking on doors.
To get help to the remaining people protected from the virus.
Today, in conjunction with the America First Policy Institute, I'm filing, as the lead class representative, a major class action lawsuit against the big tech giants, including Facebook, Google, and Twitter, as well as their CEOs Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai and Jack Dorsey.
We are asking the court to impose punitive damages on these social media giants.
We're going to hold big tech very accountable.
Social media has given extraordinary power to a group of big tech giants that are working with government, the mainstream media, and a large segment of a political party to silence and suppress the views of the American people.
I will never stop fighting to defend constitutional rights and sacred liberties of the American people.
I will never stop. | ||
Okay, welcome. | ||
It is Wednesday, the 7th of June, the Year of Our Lord 2021.
You're in the War Room Live.
A day of massive breaking news.
We started the day with Colonel Doug Mastriano up in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Dropped a bombshell there about the beginning of the process, just like in Arizona, just like in Georgia.
The process has now started for a full forensic audit.
put out letters and those letters are tied to subpoenas that will be coming if the information is not coming from these key counties in Pennsylvania particularly Philadelphia also later in the morning We had live this morning a real America's voice on the war room the press conference President Trump very focused Very tight in this lawsuit class-action lawsuit against the big tech giants We're gonna have John Cole the lead lawyer and really an extraordinary individual
He was one of the top lawyers in going after big tobacco.
unidentified
|
He is the lead lawyer here.
Very smart guy. | ||
He is getting off a plane and momentarily will join us.
We're also going to have Rudy Giuliani join us also.
Rudy Giuliani gave that initial Presentation at Gettysburg at the request of Doug Mastriano back on 25 November 2020.
That kicked this whole thing off.
So we're going to have both John Cole about the lawsuit, Rudy Giuliani, also Darren Beatty will be here from Revolver.
President Trump went out of his way today to bring up Ashley Babbitt and say he knows who her killer is.
So we're going to have Darren Beatty has been covering that for the Revolver to to join us.
Also, Miles Guo's new warning to America.
We're going to have some people analyze that for us.
A jam show. | ||
But I want to start with Dr. Naomi Wolf.
We had her on for a couple of minutes this morning at the end of the press conference.
Dr. Wolf, before, let's, I tell you what, let's start first with President Trump and the lawsuit.
Then I want to get to the vaccine.
So, Jen Psaki sat up there today and says, hey, we don't have any plans to, you know, force vaccinations at this time.
So, I want to I want to get down to the vaccination part because I know you're the you're really the thought leader in this this whole vaccine passport but give us your thoughts you've had a couple hours to think about it President Trump throws down against the tech oligarchs a trillion dollar class action suit asking people basically asking the Naomi Wilson the Steve Bannon's in the war rooms and and basic citizens throughout the country that have been uh... have been silenced to join his cause here in this class action suit
run by a guy a smart and tough is john coley to see today that press conference was a little different than some of them done before this is very tight as a british call it a close run thing doctor naomi wolf your your impressions about the president going after the tech oligarchs how important is this to the common man and woman in the united states well it's it's really fascinating to have watched the actual event on your show
and then to see mainstream news outlets that i you know you set the line for spec for not really representing fairly what that was uh...
unidentified
|
Bye. | |
President Trump had, you know, I didn't vote for him.
He's not my guy, but he gave the podium to a lot of quote unquote ordinary citizens who had been silenced and censored and marginalized.
For no good reason. | ||
I mean, I would argue that in America, there is no good reason to silence anyone.
But the examples, you know, on that stage were pretty powerful.
And I was disappointed to see the event dismissed so much in mainstream media.
Look, people have to sue.
I mean, right now, our country, you know, there's massive lawbreaking going on.
At many levels. | ||
And, you know, it's illegal to coerce students to have vaccines.
I'm not an anti-vaxxer, but medical coercion is illegal.
It's illegal to coerce people to have a medical process in order to keep their jobs.
It's illegal to come knocking on people's doors and invading their privacy and violating their Fourth Amendment rights to privacy to put pressure on them to have a medical procedure.
And it's, you know, it isn't illegal to The platform people from private companies.
But if smart lawyers are saying, and I'm not a lawyer, that the platforms are not acting like independent publishers, but like an arm of the government, and there's some evidence that that's true and discovery will only reveal, you know, if there are more communications between tech moguls like Mark Zuckerberg and members of the government, then the law should take its course.
I mean, You know, all we have is the law.
And I woke up to find out that where I am in New York State, the governor has re-announced a state of emergency, this time on the basis of gun violence.
You know, he just got a huge pushback for his last state of emergency on the basis of a respiratory disease that, serious as it is, is like 10th or 11th on the fatality charts in New York State, below opioid addiction and suicide.
So he needs his state of emergency and that's what tyrants always need.
So the only thing we have when tyrants seize powers they should not be seizing is the law.
So I'm excited that there's a giant lawsuit and I hope that Discovery will yield a lot more light on what are bound to be or likely to be Communications that shouldn't exist, alliances that shouldn't exist between government and these big tech companies.
I want to go into something.
I will tie this back to the vaccine going door to door.
I mean, part of your effort has been to get citizens involved at the state level to make sure that that things are done appropriately, that people have full information, that the government actually has to explain themselves with mass mandates, vaccines, lockdowns, all of it.
You've been kind of a fire breather out there.
And you actually warned us back in February about, hey, the vaccine passports are coming.
Here's what they're working on.
It's going to be much deeper than just they're using this COVID CCP virus to do it, but it's going to have far reaching implications.
It's the hill to die on because you're never going to go back.
Today, you saw actually Trump trying to be a unifier, taking the torch to the enemy of the big tech oligarchs.
But at the same time, and I think this is why it happened.
You see that they have not been able to sell this to the American people, particularly the African-American and the Hispanic community.
They just haven't been able to make the case.
And these people have a lot of common sense.
They just haven't heard enough facts that are compelling.
And so they are now they're trying to federalize this approach.
I want to tie together what happened a day of the tech oligarchs with what happened yesterday in the White House about we've got to go to we've got to go now door to door to check on who's been vaccinated, who's been not.
Naomi Wolf. | ||
Sure. | ||
I mean, you know, as I've said again and again, it's not about the vaccine.
It's about the data. | ||
And I've been saying that since last November.
People can't even imagine how valuable it is going to be to have a database, you know, nominally of who's vaccinated and who's not.
And that's the database that Microsoft is coveting.
Bill Gates has also invested in these vaccines and the Gates Foundation pours money into the CDC Foundation, pours millions of dollars into mainstream news outlets.
But, you know, as I've said before, the people who have that genomic database, right, the DNA of us, and not just are you vaccinated or not, but a genomic database, our medical data, That company will be more powerful than nations, will be more powerful than the UN, will be more powerful than the WHO.
And so what has been happening is that state by state with a lot of effort and struggle, Americans have mobilized to say you are not going to create a database out of my private medical information.
We're not going to give it to the private sector.
It's going to be covered by HIPAA.
We reject vaccine passports.
So now what I see with this push, you know, the push to marginalize voices that are dissenting about this really clears the way for the tech companies to consolidate and move into monetizing this medical data and clearing away anyone who might stand in the way.
Or even monetizing the lack of privacy and clearing away, you know, conservative voices, for instance, who might say, wait a minute, I have my privacy.
But even more importantly, when you go door to door and you've got the federal government knocking on doors, you know, you can get all kinds of information.
You can fill in and update and refresh the very imperfect database that a census is, right?
You can see, oh, there's a new child there.
that's not reflected in the census or You know, you can get information from neighbors I mean these documents that I've seen that the CDC created about, you know, listening groups in lower-income communities are very intrusive They're about getting information from people about their neighbors, you know Not just are they vaccinated or not, but all kinds of information. It's it's it's the stars It's the American Stasi.
It's the lives of others.
Look, we've got a time jam here, but I got to ask you, because you were part of and helped with the first Clinton administration back in the 90s.
You were active with Hillary Clinton and her campaign.
You can tell what a fourth turning is.
On a day in Naomi Wolf's life where she's seeing, you know, progressive liberal Democrats say they're going to go door to door to check on your vaccines.
At the same time, you're looking at President Trump and saying, is this guy actually a uniter?
What is that like to you?
Your world turned upside down in that the progressive Democrats are now the American Stasi and Donald Trump is magnanimously trying to be a diverse and a uniter.
Well, I'm not going to go that far, Steve.
I don't agree with it phrased exactly the way you phrased it.
I haven't seen enough to say that President Trump is a uniter given, you know, real divisions that I think caused in the past.
But what I saw on his platform is that his advisers are, you know, encouraging him to use uniting and respectful language.
And that's refreshing.
You know, we need to hear that.
I was moved to hear the lawyers say this is not just about It's about conservatives.
It's about progressives.
It's about Democrats. | ||
We need that right now. | ||
We need to come together as a nation.
And, you know, I don't know that it's liberal Democrats en masse who are knocking on doors and becoming the American Stasi.
I know that this administration has rolled out a terrifying launch of people knocking on doors.
And I know that a Democratic governor, my governor, has just declared that I don't get to have the rule of law in New York State again for no good reason at all.
And I'm embarrassed by that.
As a Democrat, it shouldn't be, but I hope that patriots, you know, will join me from every political background and put country above party.
I mean, this is a moment when, you know, my people are rolling things out that are not good and not good for the nation.
I've been consistent for 12 years in every administration where there's a threat to the Constitution.
Dr. Worf, we've got to bounce back, but 20 seconds.
Can you give—Daily Cloud has done such a great job in uniting people at the state level.
Can you give how people can get access to you?
Sure, thank you. | ||
It's dailycloud.io and you can subscribe, you can become a member, but most of all we need, you know, whatever group you join, we have to stand up now.
We don't have much time and I was thinking, you know, when they start knocking on doors.
unidentified

Yeah. | |
War Room. | ||

With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

|
No, that would be part of the forensic process.
One suggestion to whoever does the analysis is using paper and ink analysis with a micro photo spectrometer.
That would analyze the ink on those ballots to see if they were mass produced.
More news now from Vox continues.
70 ballots that were entered without a single inspection of any kind.
There also appear to be something like 700,000 ballots, mail-in ballots, that were never sent out, that were counted.
unidentified
|
There are noted discrepancies in the secretary's report.
That's a pretty big discrepancy.
unidentified
|
Yes, sir. | |
And that's been there for... Thank you.
Yeah, thanks, Steve, for having me on.
And you're right, it really started in Gettysburg, 25 November last year, when Rudy and Jenna Ellis and others came in.
And we had a bunch of witnesses come forth, and we were told it was a big lie.
Actually, the big lie is on the other side, you know, Russia, Russia, Russia.
And no one investigated what happened with these people.
The Senate and the House held various hearings to get to the bottom of the election and what went wrong.
The governor just last week vetoed our election reform bill to address some of the concerns.
But in the end, Steve, all those hearings, what have you, never got to the bottom of what happened in 2020.
Additionally, in 2021, the primary we just had, there were some major issues as well.
As you rightly said this morning, three letters went out to three of our 67 counties, asking them to comply with my request as a standing committee chair, Intergovernmental Operations, to provide me not only the ballots, but also the machines and anything else used in handling or storing data regarding the election.
Okay, you're in the War Room.
That is from the 25th of November, the year of our Lord.
2020 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
Historic Gettysburg. | ||

Now to Rudy Giuliani, America's Mayor, America's Hero.
Rudy, I know a lot of Saturday Night Live skits and all this about it, but you were the railhead.
You went to Gettysburg, you went to Phoenix, you went to Atlanta.
Now we see Full forensic audit in Arizona.
About to have a full forensic audit in Georgia.
Audits are being done. | ||
And now today, Mastroianni throws down hard.
Talk to us about, one, what you're feeling now that this is taking place because you, Rudy Giuliani, pulled this together for President Trump in the months of November, December.
Sir, how does it feel? | ||
Well, it feels good that they're speaking with it and that they stayed with it this long.
But I can see I always expected they would because this affects the future of America.
The election of 2020 is a matter of history, and I think it's going to be one of the disgraceful elections in our history.
But we have to straighten this out so that we don't have a repetition of it or a codification of it.
Basically, in H.R. | ||
1, the Democrats are trying to codify the ways in which they cheated in 2020.
Massive mail-in ballots are going to now be demanded of the entire country.
This is totally insane.
And they don't have to be accompanied by an identification.
There'd be no reason not to have an identification other than the chief.
97% of the people in Georgia, for example, already have identification.
African Americans have identification as much or statistically possibly slightly more than white people.
So they're not There's nothing racist about requiring identification.
You need identification to get welfare.
You need identification to get food stamps.
You need identification to get on an airplane, as we know, to get a job.
In fact, if only two or three percent of the population doesn't have identification, we're doing them a favor by getting it for them.
We're kind of taking them out of the shadows and letting them come forward.
But no matter how long this grind takes, you have to get to the bottom of 3 November.
Everybody's running around, Georgia's got new laws.
There are plenty of laws.
The power of your presentations is that there were laws and they just weren't enforced.
You've got to get to the bottom of 3 November.
3 November explains everything.
And I'm not even talking about the potential of decertifying electors and decertifying senators and what have you.
That's all that's all to come.
I'm talking about the basic nuts and bolts of getting to the bottom of this and finding out exactly on account of certifiable legal chain of custody ballots who won and who lost.
Rudy Giuliani. | ||
You know, Philadelphia is a Pennsylvania or even Philadelphia is one of the places where you don't even need a forensic audit.
There are 20 to 25 witnesses who would testify under oath.
But over 700,000 ballots were counted, which they had no opportunity to observe.
And that is against the law.
And there's no question why you wouldn't have them observe it.
You wouldn't have them observe it because those ballots are many of them invalid ballots.
Now, what a forensic audit will do is give you the underlying evidence that's already obvious.
The Democrats in five states did exactly the same thing.
They shut out the Republican observance.
And they put them in pens that were designed for bulls.
And they put them 20 to 30 feet away and they would never let them see a single ballot.
That would be in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Milwaukee, Atlanta, and Phoenix.
So this was a concerted plan by the Democrat Party to change the rules of counting mail-in ballots.
The rules of mail-in ballots always meant Democrat, Republican got to see it before it was counted to justify The fact to verify the fact that there was a signature that was not followed with over 700,000 ballots, all of them registered, all of them with witnesses.
All of it can be backed up by the actual tape of the of the votes that took place.
The fact is, a witness can be put on the witness stand that would say, let's let's start with the fact that he was ahead by 750,000 votes with 65% left.
There are three statistical experts willing to testify.
Impossible. | ||
Impossible. | ||
Statistically impossible.
Then you have one vote the morning after the election.
I'm going to have the numbers slightly wrong, Steve.
I haven't looked at it in a while.
But it's something like 325,000 votes for Biden and 2,000 votes for Trump.
Think of what Trump's percentage is.
It's less than 1% of 1%. | ||
1% of 1% again impossible to have happen.
I think it's going to be a huge fight in this.
Yeah, go ahead, sir. | ||
Of course there'll be a fight, but here's what a forensic audit will then... You're going to get the paper, and you'll be able to see whether the paper is real paper, or it's like the paper that was driven in from, what was it, Montauk, New York, to Pennsylvania, and the FBI... The FBI made that decision.
From Bethpage, if I could just name a close colleague.
From Bethpage, Long Island, to Philadelphia, 300,000 ballots, I think they're in Mr. Wray's office.
Yeah. | ||
Real quickly, we've only got a couple of minutes left.
We've got the great John Cole in the on-debt circle, the great lawyer that is leading the class action suit.
Rudy, you've been deplatformed all over the place.
We were deplatformed out of YouTube because of our interviews with you about this.
Let's leave it and leave the vaccine aside.
How important today was it John Cole, Dershowitz, these other lawyers stepping up, this major First Amendment case going after the oligarchs?
Put in perspective, as somebody who's trying to fight courageously to get the truth out there, This is very, very important.
I mean, this has to happen and the courts have to recognize the reality of the America that we're in.
We are now undergoing the biggest violation of our First Amendment rights ever.
And the fact that, you know, it's not by the government, well, of course it's by the government.
This is a conspiracy between the Democrat Party, Biden, and Big Tech.
We even have evidence of that.
We have evidence of communications between them about who to de-platform and who not to de-platform.
So this is a quasi-government activity.
It's a complete fiction to say this isn't government activity.
Big Tech is not doing this for fun.
They did it to defeat Trump and to elect Biden.
They're now doing it to cover up for Biden's ineptitude and for Biden's senility.
And it's done in concert with the government, which would make it government action.
And the idea that it's not government action is just a fiction the courts are indulging because, unfortunately, they want no part of this.
But, you know, when they swore to be judges, they swore to uphold the Constitution, not just the part of the Constitution where everybody agrees with them, but even the ones where maybe they may get threatened.
If in fact, judges have failed to rule properly, because they were afraid of being threatened in this case, they should resign.
They don't belong on the bench.
People give up their lives to serve this country.
unidentified
|
The judge can take a little threat.
Rudy, real quickly, I've got about a minute.
For people, since you've been blackballed and deplatformed, what would you say to leftists, about people on the progressive left, about joining this lawsuit, this class action lawsuit, against the totalitarian tyranny of the oligarchs of Silicon Valley?
I've got about a minute.
Well, I mean, I wouldn't do this, but this can turn around in a minute.
I mean, you put a Republican administration in office, even one that's well motivated.
There are Republicans that would go ahead and do the same thing.
I mean, neither party has a monopoly on virtue or vice.
What they are doing is inherently wrong.
It's inherently unconstitutional.
There was a day in which Republicans, Democrats, liberals and conservatives recognized that on basic rights like this, we had to support each other.
If they took a right of a liberal way to speak, I had to recognize It's just a matter of time to take my right away.
That was a good, strong country when we had that principle.
We don't have it now. | ||
The left turns on us completely.
They don't just try to stop us from speaking.
They try to take our jobs away, our families away.
They try to kill us, actually.
Rudy, can you give us your social media and the podcast?
Got about 15 seconds. | ||
Rudy's Common Sense dot com.
I'm back on YouTube. | ||
I don't know how long, but I'm back on YouTube.
The safest thing is to come to Rudy's Common Sense dot com.

Okay, I want to turn now to John Cole, one of the best lawyers in the country, the lead lawyer in the President's class action suit for, I don't know, the Daily Mail saying trillions of dollars, but he's taken on the tech oligarchs.
John Cole, thank you so much for joining us.
You just got off a plane.
You're by phone. | ||
I really appreciate it.
John, I've known you for many years.
You're one of the best lawyers in the country.
I was so proud to see you up there today.
The President had a top team of fighters and people that know what it is.
You took on Big Tobacco in a historic suit and really got justice for the people that had been Had been hurt by Big Tobacco.
Here you're a fighter. | ||
And I gotta tell you, I could see the touch of John Cole right out of the box.
That press conference started on time.
It was so well organized.
And Liz Harrington, our former Chief Editor here, is now taking the Jason Miller role over with the President as our Chief of Communications.
you and Liz and the other people associated, it was crisp, the right people got up there, Pam Bondi was great, you were great, I can't say enough about how professional, how great it was, and the left's head's blowing up, they're already dismissing this, but you've got them on their back foot. John Cole, walk us through the logic, your logic, your theory of the case, and why this is what's going to bring the tech oligarchs to heel for the American people. I guess the bottom
unidentified
|
of the case, the basic, basic, is that Congress cannot get others to do what they can't do themselves.
And that's what they've done here.
They passed Section 230 with immunity.
Back in the day when that happened, they had no idea that these monsters were going to be created.
So now they sat back, Congress has sat back and let this happen, and it's unconstitutional.
And the Supreme Court has kind of I've been around the edges of this for quite some time.
There's several reasons that they're government actors.
One is the Supreme Court has said government can't encourage others to do what they can't do.
And the immunity they got encouraged them to do what they're doing now, which is unconstitutional.
The Supreme Court also said that you can't intimidate
Well, if you go to the Congressional hearings and the sound bites in the media from Blumenthal, you know, all those guys in the Senate and in the House who kept threatening Zuckerberg and Dorsey and the rest of them, if you don't do this, if you don't get rid of this misinformation and hate speech, And all of that, we're going to take away your immunity, we're going to break you up.
The Supreme Court has been very clear about that.
It doesn't have to be that you actually can do it, but you're threatening them.
And they answered those threats when they took down President Trump.
The thing is, this is also an obsolete law.
There's a case for the Supreme Court where they had a formula for voting rights, and it was 40 years old.
And the court said, well, guess what?
The world's changed in the last 40 years.
Therefore, this is unconstitutional.
Nothing could be closer than what's happening within the unity here.
The world has definitely changed since 25 years ago.
Zuckerberg was in middle school, Dorsey was in some fraternity house.
You know, it just, it's changed.
Those things don't apply.
And we have, we think we can, oh, there's one other thing.
You can't get government, like Fauci, CDC, NIH, they can say anything they want.
They have a freedom of speech also.
But what they can't do, They can't encourage and help these platforms to censor people.
That's not allowed. | ||
So that's kind of the basis of our case.
And I think the mayor was right.
If the left thinks that this ain't coming down the pike against them in four or five years, four or five months, 10 years, whatever, it will.
It always does. | ||
Our guest is John Cole. | ||
He's the lead lawyer in this historic, historic lawsuit by the President of the United States of 45th President Donald J. Trump, a class action suit for trillions of dollars against the tech oligarchs.
John, I got to ask you this.
You took on Big Tobacco and you and I have talked about that.
They had every lobbyist.
They had the media in their pocket.
They had They had, or certain members of the media in their pocket had many members of Congress.
The odds you faced were long and tough and it looked like it was going to take you guys years to pull that off.
Here, I would actually argue, the social media oligarchs are actually much more powerful than big tobacco.
They've got every lobbyist, they've got all the big law firms, they've got tons of congressmen in their pocket, even some of you wouldn't imagine.
They've got PAC money everywhere, plus they've got the ability just to shut you down.
You know, Miles Grove from China says, hey, social media, the CCP knows it, are more powerful than nuclear weapons because they can make a guy like President Trump, who's so forceful and dynamic, make him disappear.
Walk us through the long odds you've got against, this is really a David versus Goliath, is it not?
unidentified
|
Well, yeah, but we have, you know, I think the present Supreme Court, even the liberal branch, are going to take notice of these arguments.
I mean, this is something, you know, the ACLU should have been standing on that stage with me, but they've completely gone away in the last couple of years.
But this is a, you know, the Supreme Court is very jealous of We're keeping the First Amendment alive and free speech.
So, I think we have a good Supreme Court right now that will hear this case, and I do think we will win.
Now, one thing we forgot is, I don't see anywhere, but there's a thing called prior restraint.
That's like the Pentagon Papers case was prior restraint.
We can't go to somebody or some outfit And say, you can't say anything next Tuesday.
You said you might be saying something about this or that, but you can't do that.
They can't knock you down prior to what you say.
Most censorship is after the fact.
And the Supreme Court hates prior restraint.
They have called it the most egregious violation of the First Amendment.
That hasn't been brought up.
We're bringing it up. | ||
And Donald J. Trump and all the members of the class who are off the platforms, it's prior restraint every single day that it continues.
Can you walk us through the logistics and how people either can get involved as part of the class action or if they want to support this.
Walk us through the logistics.
You filed in Florida. | ||
I know there's got to be some rationale there.
Pam Bonney talked about it a little bit.
You filed in Florida. | ||
But what's the logistics going forward?
How's this thing going to roll out?
unidentified
|
Well, what will happen now is we also will be filing in a day or two a motion for preliminary injunction, which means hopefully we will get the court to Order the platforms to put back not only Donald Trump, but the people they've taken down.
Now that reason we've got Florida is first of all, President Trump lives in Florida.
The second thing is you have Florida at district court level.
Now to everybody, the district court level is the triers or you have jury trial.
The next level is 11th Circuit, which is The appeals court, the federal appeals court, that's fairly conservative.
But you also have each district, I mean each circuit in the United States, has a Supreme Court justice who kind of oversees things.
Clarence Thomas is the justice that oversees this court, and I think that from what I've read in his concurrences and dissents recently, He will take a good look at this, and he has the power to grant the motion.
If he grants the motion, they're in big trouble.
The other thing is, if he does grant the motion and Trump goes back on, then they may convince the Supreme Court, the whole court, to take it up, and they will, and I think there are enough votes there that we could prevail.
John, for people that want to join this class action suit, what would you recommend they do?
Is there a website that you guys have up?
What would be your recommendation for people of all political persuasions?
unidentified
|
We're getting help from America First Policy Institute, and they have websites and everything, and they can filter through them to me or my team.
I wouldn't know a website if I fell over, but I've got people We'll put it up there.
Last thing, I gotta tell you, I felt so great when I saw and heard, obviously everybody's talking and you were working on it, but when you walked up there, I said, hey, this is the pro from Dover.
This thing's real and it's gonna be a fight.
And I gotta tell you, I like the guys on our side of the football.
How long have you been working this idea and how long have you actually been working with the President on this?
unidentified
|
Okay, I've been working the idea for a couple of years in my head.
When I saw what was going on, I thought, wait a minute.
So I started doing a little research on my own, you know.
And then I got contacted.
I told this to Lindsey Graham that I met.
I said, you know, this is something we should do.
And then, I don't know, two, three weeks later, I got a call from the President Trump people.
Could you take a real good look at this?
So I said, sure. | ||
That was about three months ago.
So I've been working day and night for about three months on this and will continue to do so.
Last question. | ||
The preliminary injunction that you're going to ask for, you think that will be filed in the next couple of days?
It'll be this week or be next week?
unidentified
|
It'll be, I hope, early next week.
Okay. | ||
That'll be the next landmark to look for.
John, I want to thank you so much for taking time away.
I know you're just off the plane.
Really appreciate you coming on.
unidentified
|
Sure, sure. | |
Good to talk to you. | ||
Thank you. | ||
OK, brother. | ||
John Coles, who's the lead attorney, the lead lawyer in this historic, historic lawsuit that took place today.
OK, we're going to we've got so much to get to.
We're still going to get Darren Beattie.
One of things President Trump did today, he called out multiple times, I know who shot Ashley Babbitt.
So we're going to make sure we're going to take a commercial break and then come back and have Darren Beattie on to talk about that.
One thing I want to make sure everybody understands, this was a historic day.
This was a historic day.
Number one, Doug Mastriano sent the letter out in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to these counties, particularly Philadelphia County, saying get every piece of material ready.
Mastriano had gone out.
He had taken the pilgrimage out.
to the new Concord Bridge out in Arizona.
He had seen all the processes they were using as a former Army officer.
He's very impressed. | ||
He knew this was squared away.
He's put a letter out that's pretty definitive.
He's told them by 31 July, if we don't have all the information I requested, stand by because you're going to start seeing some subpoenas.
We are going to get that information.
He also told us today on the morning show That he has the votes at his committee.
He has a majority. | ||
It's a 7-3 Republican, but he's got a majority of the votes.
He could go get those subpoenas anytime he wanted.
Then we got John Cole's historic filing today.
Donald J. Trump finally punched back on the big tech oligarchs, and I gotta tell you, he's got a brawler in John Cole.
John Cole's as tough as they come.
He took on big tobacco and won.
John Cole is now the president's lawyer.
He's been working on this, thinking about it for a couple of years, actually working on it for a couple of months.
They filed a preliminary motion next week.
The Circuit Supreme Court Justice is Clarence Thomas.
So I think they did a lot of research and did some real thinking about the court they picked where President Trump lives in Florida.
Okay, short commercial break.
We're trying to get Darren Beattie of Revolver.
Glenn Greenwald's talking about it.
Everybody's talking about it.
1-6 Ashley Babbitt. | ||
what is going on with that in the FBI when we return in The War Room.
unidentified
|
War Room, pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
I say, though, however, people are being treated unbelievably unfairly.
When you look at people in prison and nothing happens to Antifa, And they burned down cities and killed people.
There were no guns in the Capitol.
They burned down — except for the gun that shot Ashley Babbitt.
And nobody knows who that man was.
If that were the opposite way, that man would be all over.
unidentified
|
He would be the most well-known — and I believe, I can say, man, because I believe I know exactly who it is — but he would be the most well-known person in this country, in the world, But the person that shot Ashley Babbitt, boom, right through the head, just boom.
There was no reason for that.
And why isn't that person being opened up?
And why isn't that being studied?
They've already written it off.
unidentified
|
They said that case is closed.
If that were the opposite, that case would be going on for years and years and it would not be pretty.
So I just thought this was a very important time.
Mr. President, that case is not closed.
It's closed by the Justice Department, but it ain't closed by Darren Beattie and the team over at Revolver.
Remember, tonight is the last night.
12 midnight. | ||
The sale goes away. | ||
Go to MyPillow.com. | ||
Promo code War Room. | ||
50% off Giza Dream Sheets, as low as $49.99.
This is the last time you're going to hear it.
Go there tonight. | ||
Take action, action, action.
Use your agency. | ||
I tell you, somebody uses his agency and it's all action, action, action.
Darren Beattie. | ||
Darren, you're on fire.
The President of the United States at this historic press conference about throwing down on the tech oligarchs gets into, by the way, all these folks in prison and in jail and haven't been brought forward, habeas corpus, what is going on?
We're going to start drilling down on that with you in the days and weeks ahead.
It's completely unsatisfactory, right?
I'm glad the president brought it up.
I'm glad people are talking to the president about that.
He brought it up today. | ||
Then he got to Ashley Babbitt.
Who shot Ashley Babbitt?
Air Force veteran Ashley Babbitt, who served her country So well, Darren Beatty, you're drilling down on this.
Tell us. | ||
Well, no, it's a great question.
And frankly, it's it's incredible to hear it from President Trump's mouth, the name Ashley Babbitt.
It only took him six months, but better late than never.
And I think one responsibility he has as someone with a tremendous platform and tremendous respect from tens of millions of people across the country is to use his influence on behalf of those unjustly in prison now for one six related offenses.
And of course, to bring justice to Ashley Babbitt, who is not even languishing in prison, she's dead.
She was caught, shot in cold blood, as the president said, and we don't know who killed her.
And up until recently, nobody was really asking this question.
No one was pursuing it. | ||
So I think we really need to get to the bottom of that question of course.
Hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it.
Not even that question.
The Justice Department came out and said case closed.
No need for an investigation.
The FBI. | ||
This is worse. | ||
Nothing to see here. | ||
Yeah, nothing to see here.
No, it's an outrage. | ||
We're going to get to the bottom of all these folks because they're saying now bail's being, you know, for the shaman and all these people.
This is outrageous. | ||
War room with Darren Beattie and Revolver to get to the bottom of it.
We only got so much time.
We're gonna do in the days and weeks ahead get all over this is outrageous.
People are still lingering in these jails.
It's outrageous, but I gotta tell you Glenn Greenwald put up a tweet specifically complimented Darren Beattie and the team at Revolver.
The FBI, is this a, you say, the best way to frame this, was this a failure of an intelligence operation or was this actually an FBI, was this an intelligence operation or failure of intelligence?
What do you say? | ||
There's more and more information coming out about the FBI's direct involvement in the incidents on the 6th of January 2021?
Yes, look, I'm incredibly proud to say that Revolver News is reporting has actually shifted the entire narrative Um, how we talk about one six and it's drilled down to the very important, very simple question.
Was this an intelligence failure as FBI director Ray says it was, or was this a setup?
Was it an operation? | ||
And just very quickly, we're seeing all kinds of examples trickle in, uh, of the fact that one six was littered with informants.
Just this example in the tweet, it references DC police had an undercover informant on the ground in the morning of 1-6.
Are we supposed to believe, first of all, that they were concerned enough about 1-6 to put informants on the ground, but somehow 1-6 had uniquely poor security at the Capitol?
And furthermore, are we supposed to believe that the DC Metropolitan Police had informants, but the FBI and other agencies didn't?
It beggars belief. | ||
It's simply incongruent.
And we're starting to see more and more evidence now supporting Revolver's original thesis.
But hold on, I gotta ask you, the darg that didn't bark, has there been any response at all from the head Oathkeeper guy or anybody around him about your, you basically called it out?
Has there been any blowback at all?
Any pushback at all? | ||
Anybody coming to that defense of him or saying this is absolutely outrageous and here's the evidence why?
Or has it been total cricket, sir?
There's been some scattered critical response that I think is just well-meaning people who didn't precisely understand the piece.
We've not gotten an official comment from the Oath Keepers organization or from Stuart Rhodes, and we welcome comment.
And as I've tried to represent, we will be happy to put comment on the site if and when we receive an official comment.
So I just wanted to put that out there.
But so far, we have not received anything.
And support and the word that we've received from Oath Keepers themselves, current and former, has actually been overwhelmingly positive.
Positive and supporting your theory of the case, correct?
Yes. | ||
Yes. | ||
When are we going to have more drops?
I know you guys, when Revolver burrows into something, when Darren Beattie burrows into something, other stuff starts to drop.
When can we expect other developments in this case from the Revolver perspective?
I would say by the end of the month, we'll have another major piece on this.
But again, we're careful, we're meticulous, we take our time because when we release a story, It becomes the conversation of the entire country.
So this thing takes time.
We have a first class investigative team, but just a handful.
And so stay tuned. | ||
But we're on this. | ||
We're on every aspect of this.
And you can expect some great stuff in the coming weeks.
You've changed the narrative.
And by the way, we need to spend more time together on this thing about people languishing in these jails.
This is just unacceptable.
unidentified
|
OK, it's just totally, it's horribly unacceptable.
And just quickly, That's what this is all about.
Ultimately, this is not about, you know, any particular person.
This is this is about the people languishing in jail.
It's about Ashley Babbitt.
It's about the 70 plus million people who have been declared domestic terrorists by their own government on the basis of the false narrative of 1.6.
That's what's at stake here.
That's why it's so important to me.
And that's why it's important that we get the truth out finally about what was 1.6 really.
Okay, we got a jump. | ||
Jen Ellis follows us. | ||
She's one of the key people involved in the activity today with Doug Massarano and also the lawsuit. |
