| That is, of course, the Concord hymn, Ralph Waldo Emerson's poem, set to music sung by the choir at the Concord Free Church in Concord, Massachusetts. | ||
| Very moving, and we play that on only special occasions. | ||
| The shot heard around the world. | ||
| That was for a ceremony that took place, I think it was in January of 1861, right before the outbreak. | ||
| of our Civil War to try to bind the nation together and remember its patriot and revolutionary heritage. | ||
| The reason we played today, incredible special announcement, and we have breaking news from Pennsylvania. | ||
| A letter has gone out from the committee at the State Senate that is in charge of looking into the situation on the 3rd of November, the year of our Lord, 2020, the election. | ||
| And of course, it's the State Senator, Colonel Doug Mastriano, has massive breaking news. | ||
| He sent out a letter today to all the counties, all the officials, wants all the information for a full forensic audit in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. | ||
| If he doesn't get it, he's going to issue subpoenas. | ||
| You might remember the new Concord Bridge that's in Arizona at the Convention Center. | ||
| This is how the ball got rolling in Arizona. | ||
| And the railhead of that It was the Rudy Giuliani hearings that took place in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, in Arizona also. | ||
| This is how it all gets started in Georgia, right? | ||
| So everybody's sitting there going, oh, Rudy did this, Rudy did that. | ||
| Hey, the railhead of this was brave state senators, Doug Mastriano in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Gettysburg, Karen Fann and others, Sonny Borelli in Arizona at the, what is it, the Hyatt in Phoenix, and then later in Georgia, in Atlanta, Georgia. | ||
| This is why we now have full forensic audits in Arizona. | ||
| We have a full forensic audit that's about to get underway in Georgia. | ||
| Different aspects of that. | ||
| We're going to have Marjorie Taylor Greene on at the bottom of the hour to talk about it. | ||
| Boris Epstein is going to be here. | ||
| We're trying to track down Rudy Giuliani. | ||
| I want to start with Colonel State Senator Doug Mastriana. | ||
| So Doug, just walk us through, Senator, exactly what your letter says, how you have jurisdiction over this. | ||
| It's now at the State Senate level. | ||
| Walk our audience through why this is really the kickoff of the full forensic audit that's so needed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. | ||
| Yeah, thanks Steve for having me on. | ||
| And you're right, it really started in Gettysburg 25 November last year when Rudy and Jenna Ellis and others came in. | ||
| And we had a bunch of witnesses come forth, and we were told it was a big lie. | ||
| Actually, the big lie is on the other side, you know, Russia, Russia, Russia. | ||
| And no one investigated what happened with these people. | ||
| The Senate and the House held various hearings to get to the bottom of the election and what went wrong. | ||
| The governor just last week vetoed our election reform bill to address some of the concerns. | ||
| But in the end, Steve, all those hearings, what have you, never got to the bottom of what happened in 2020. | ||
| Additionally, in 2021, the primary we just had, there were some major issues as well. | ||
| As you rightly said this morning, three letters went out to three of our 67 counties, asking them to comply with my request as a standing committee chair, Intergovernmental Operations, to provide me not only the ballots, but also the machines and anything else used in handling or storing data regarding the election. | ||
| And so we need to get to the bottom of it. | ||
| You know, I was impressed by what I saw in Arizona, you know, obviously, Going there for 36 hours including all travel time in the peak of summer. | ||
| We were there on business and I saw what I needed to see and realized truly this sort of scientific approach to an election that takes out any bias, any partisanship and just gets to the bottom of it and looks at the ballots. | ||
| not only counts the ballots, that's not enough. | ||
| The governor and his people keep on falling back that they had a mini audit. | ||
| Well, the mini audit was not supervised by Republicans or had any outside observers and only included 45,000 random ballots. | ||
| Garbage in, garbage out. | ||
| We don't know if those ballots were good or not. | ||
| So as we go through the ballots, my desire is to recount them, but also forensically analyze with photographic material whether the ballots were copied or filled in by a human. | ||
| And then of course analyzing the paper so hopefully we can get to the bottom of which polling stations were using what sort of paper and what kind of chain of custody there was. | ||
| And then additionally look at the machines. | ||
| And anything else to handle about to see if they're corrupted, if they're online, if there are any shenanigans with software that shouldn't have been on there. | ||
| We want to go through everything. | ||
| To let everyone know clearly that this is about voter integrity. | ||
| It's not a game. | ||
| This is a big deal. | ||
| It was not easy to get to this point. | ||
| There was a lot of work behind the scenes. | ||
| Unfortunately, some of the private meetings were leaked by colleagues, but it be that as it may. | ||
| We're looking at, at the start, this is round one, and we might have a round two if need be, and I'm thinking we probably will need to do one. | ||
| But three counties of 67, obviously the top one is a Democrat county, which is Philadelphia, and we saw a lot of the issues come out of Philadelphia, none of which were addressed. | ||
| Adequately, if at all. | ||
| And about 750,000 ballots in 2020 we'll look at there. | ||
| Don't have the number on the 2021 primary. | ||
| And two other counties Republican. | ||
| One is York County in my Senate district. | ||
| I have a part of southwestern York County. | ||
| About a quarter million ballots there we're gonna look at for the 2020 election. | ||
| And then Tioga County, you know, up north of us here in a very rural or, you know, woodsy part of the state. | ||
| Looking about 18,000 bouts. | ||
| That's just for starters. | ||
| I got a call already from a county commissioner and he wants to bring this to his county. | ||
| So we're willing to do another round of these. | ||
| So Steve, to answer your question directly, today the notification went out to the three counties. | ||
| This is what we want. | ||
| You have three weeks to comply. | ||
| And I gave the three weeks so it could stand up in court. | ||
| That's adequate time to take stock of what we're asking for and how it's going to be delivered or handled. | ||
| If there's noncompliance within the three week period on the 31st of July, then my committee at some point thereafter will come together. | ||
| We'll discuss doing a subpoena and then there'll be a vote in that same meeting on issuing the subpoena to the counties to force compliance. | ||
| So, a lot to go through here. | ||
| I just want to go back. | ||
| You've worked a long time to get this. | ||
| You've done it very methodically, and I think those people, I keep telling folks, hey, it's going to take how long it's going to take, but you've got to get to the bottom of 3 November, and this is a start. | ||
| What do you hope to accomplish? | ||
| What are your objectives in getting, particularly Philadelphia and York County, You've put out this request. | ||
| You've gone to Arizona. | ||
| You see it's a tripartite. | ||
| They got the full forensic audit on the ballots, which has got the left freaked out. | ||
| You've got the re-canvassing part, and then you've got the machine part. | ||
| What do you hope to accomplish in this first phase that this letter installs? | ||
| Let's say they come over. | ||
| You don't have to subpoena them. | ||
| Let's say they come forward with the records. | ||
| What do you hope to accomplish? | ||
| After we have access to the ballots and machines and any other devices used for the voting, I just want to get to the bottom of what happened. | ||
| What happened? | ||
| I'm approaching this, I do have a PhD in history, so I'm looking at this from a research perspective. | ||
| I want to see what happened. | ||
| Was it fair and free and accurate or were there issues? | ||
| And of course there's going to be issues. | ||
| Steve, this was, you know, we operated this election here with a lot of firsts. | ||
| The first, of course, a COVID environment where many polling stations are shut down out of fear because many of our polling stations are manned by elderly, especially in Republican counties. | ||
| And so all this fear mongering from our governor had an effect on that. | ||
| And so in rides, no excuse mail-in voting. | ||
| OK, there were safeguards in place, as you would see with an absentee ballot. | ||
| But the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, working together with Governor Wolf's Secretary of State, they stripped away the protections. | ||
| So you had a low bar to vote by mail, not even requiring a signature, a postage date stamp on there, anything. | ||
| It was like the Wild Wild West. | ||
| Meanwhile, if you go vote in person, matching signatures still required in other forms of safeguards. | ||
| And so all these firsts here really disrupted things. | ||
| We're looking at 2.1 million mail-in ballots in 2020. | ||
| As opposed to the previous presidential election, it was only about a quarter million, 270,000 absentee ballots. | ||
| So a lot of firsts. | ||
| And clearly for anyone on the other side to stand up and say, this was a perfect election, I've heard this on the floor of the Senate, there was no fraud in this election in 2020. | ||
| How anybody with an honest look on their face can say that just defies reason. | ||
| There's going to be issues because this thing opened up a can of worms. | ||
| So Steve, my desire is to find out what the heck happened in 2020 and compare and contrast this to 2021. | ||
| And get to the bottom of it and correct all the errors that may be found. | ||
| You know what? | ||
| If we're wrong and everything was perfect as they claim, then the other side should have nothing to fear. | ||
| The only reason why anyone should be opposed to this is they have something to hide. | ||
| Well, that's the question. | ||
| They brag all the time, or they really don't brag about it, but they say they had 81 million votes and they won the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. | ||
| Why, in your mind, have they not been more forthcoming? | ||
| Why have they not worked for you over the last couple of months? | ||
| If they've got the receipts, why have they not been out of their way to shut up Doug Mastriana, to shut up Steve Bannon and this obnoxious war room policy, and particularly to shut up Donald Trump? | ||
| If they got it, why did Wolf and these guys just come forward and say, we're tired of you guys, you've got the country all worked up, you've got your followers, these crazy followers all worked up, this is all a bunch of lies. | ||
| I mean, they put it in the media, it's a false claim, it's a false claim. | ||
| Why have they not, and even the Republican establishment, why have people not said, let's put this to bed, let's show the receipts, let's get into it, because we're going to show you. | ||
| That Biden, you know, pulled it out, he blew Trump out of the water, and you're just going to have to live with it. | ||
| Why have they not been, why have they not helped you? | ||
| The fact they fought you every step of the way, and trust me, I can see this thing going to court, this is just the beginning of a long, tough fight, but why are they not being, why are they not trying to be helpful just to shut us up for no other reason? | ||
| Yeah, they're vitriol on the other side, and their lack of honesty, Steve, defies reason and logic. | ||
| I look at our governor. | ||
| Now, imagine you're a governor of a state of 13 million, like in Pennsylvania, and Governor Wolf, even one of his networks, CNN, comes out and says about half of Pennsylvania voters have serious doubts or grave concerns about our election and election process in Pennsylvania, and doubts an outcome. | ||
| Any honest governor that cared about his people would say, you know what, voting is a fundamental ...bedrock of this Constitutional Republic, and I see many of you have concerns, and he might say, I disagree with your concerns, and instead of demonizing and attacking him, he should come out and say, I'm gonna put those arrests, I'm gonna open up several counties for a full forensic audit, you'll have our full support to do this here, let the chips fall where they may, and he should come out and say, I got nothing to hide, bring it on. | ||
| But instead, they mock us, they attack us, they belittle the people out there that have concerns, they go down the road of conspiracy theorists, oh, the irony though, These who perpetuated four years of conspiracy theory on Russia and how Russia influenced the 2016 election a complete fraud and that was the actual big lie that they would mock any of us here but you know And I've said this on the floor of the Senate and I said it on your show before, I've seen better elections overseas. | ||
| You know, NATO and the United States spend millions of dollars and put our men and women's lives on the line to ensure better elections in Afghanistan and Iraq and Bosnia and Kosovo when we're on mission there than I've seen in Pennsylvania. | ||
| So let's just open up the books, see what happened, let the chips fall where they may. | ||
| You know what, on the left, If we're wrong, you can come out and say, we told you that Biden has a mandate and had overwhelming victory in popularity. | ||
| And so let's do this maybe to exonerate your man. | ||
| But on the other side, if fraud and shenanigans are found, they need to be addressed. | ||
| Look, let me tell you some hard math. | ||
| Wolf's approval is at 39%. | ||
| Part of it is about COVID, but a lot of it is the underpinning here is because people in Pennsylvania are saying, hey, there was something wrong with 3 November, this guy's fighting it. | ||
| Also, this is going to be a proxy war for the governor's race. | ||
| Shapiro is going to be your big... Wolf's irrelevant. | ||
| Shapiro We've got about 30 seconds. | ||
| and he's going to be all over this trying to stop this because he understands that this will when you really count real votes there's no way Shapiro can win the governorship. | ||

| The Democrat counties are going to play games, but the Republican counties will make them look ridiculous and prove that it is illegal not to comply with a specific request from a standing committee of the State Senate. | ||

| It's really motivating to find out that actually people are stepping up and following through. | ||

| Legislators need to remember that they're there at the consent of the governed. | ||

| We audit governments, you know, we audit all kinds of government agencies and subdivisions all the time within government. | ||

| We did it in the military. | ||
| We checked out our motor pool. | ||
| We checked the maintenance program. | ||
| We check everything. | ||
| We have all kinds of inspections, sometimes just unannounced inspections to make sure that we're Uh, properly set up and we're combat ready. | ||
| Uh, these things are necessary and it's, and if you find a discrepancy, it's no big deal. | ||
| This is what you find out what needs to be fixed. | ||
| It's just as simple. | ||
| Uh, it's just, it's just mind boggling that the corruption and contempt on display is just unbelievable. | ||

| But walk us through, where are we in the process in Arizona, sir? | ||
| Well, what Boris said, we're triple-checking and then triple-checking again to make sure our numbers are right, because we can't get this wrong. | ||
| We've got to make sure that we're completely accurate on what our findings are, so that way if it gets challenged, they're going to have a hard time trying to contradict the challenge. | ||

| I know you can't, and we're not asking you to give any inside baseball here, but just overall, how do you think it's playing out now, this Patriot movement that's demanding, don't give me any new laws, I don't need new laws, I need to get to the bottom of 3 November of 2020. | ||

| That's important, Steve, and I really appreciate that. | ||
| I've been very careful about which things I think are correct about the election, and I'm really excited to say this Fulton County audit that's going on here in Georgia, they are right on track, and I'm so excited for them and so proud of them. | ||
| I've been talking to the lead attorney and talking with our other attorneys and hearing all about the real evidence they have. | ||
| And this is something I can fully get behind. | ||
| There was real election fraud that happened in Fulton County. | ||
| Georgia did not go for Joe Biden. | ||
| I have been saying it. | ||
| I've lived in this state my entire life. | ||
| We reelected President Trump on November 3rd in 2020. | ||
| So I'm excited to see them continue to do their hard work and they're playing it smart. | ||
| You don't see them on the news running around sharing every detail that they come up with. | ||
| They're going to get the job done and then they're going to roll it out correctly. | ||
| But I also want to say this, Steve. | ||
| I want people to be careful in what they believe. | ||
| It's going to be very difficult to overturn the 2020 election. | ||
| And so I hate for anyone to get their hopes up thinking that President Trump is going to be back in the White House in August, because that's not true. | ||
| And I'm telling you, as a member of Congress, that's a very difficult thing to make happen. | ||
| But my point is, let's go step by step. | ||
| The first is to prove that there's fraud or not. | ||
| And the Democrats can prove, by the way, the Democrats, and because this audit, and let's take Georgia. | ||
| It's for everybody in Georgia. | ||
| It's for Democrats and Independents. | ||
| It's for the state. | ||
| The state of Georgia has got a proud history. | ||
| We shouldn't have a censure. | ||
| When Peter Navarro says that the election officials down there are cesspool, and now even Raffensperger is saying he may have to put Fulton County into receivership, this is embarrassment that will smear the great history of the state of Georgia, and it should never happen. | ||
| But I just want to go back, because my point is, about certification and decertification, because you've had Sonny Borelli and Brandon Beach say, hey, if this comes out, That these votes are not there. | ||
| We're going to move to decertify this. | ||
| So at my point, that's all the play. | ||
| They should. | ||
| Yeah, they should. | ||
| They should move to decertify. | ||
| If it proves that Biden did not win the state of Georgia, if it shows election fraud and proves there were fraudulent absentee ballot votes, then they should move to decertify. | ||
| It's just that I don't want people to get excited and think something's going to happen and then get disappointed. | ||
| We need to stick with the truth. | ||
| We have to stick with the process and we have to reveal the election fraud. | ||
| And you're right. | ||
| That's for every single person. | ||

| It's the fact that we shouldn't have cheating in our elections. | ||

| Why are they even working with these guys on anything, when I would argue that we control the Senate right now. | ||

| So no, you need to stay the hell away from our doors and stay off our doorsteps. | ||
| And stay up there in Washington where you belong and actually analyze the real data. | ||
| And if you care about people, you would care about ending obesity, which not only would keep people safe from COVID-19, but it would also drive down our health care costs, which God knows that needs to happen as well. | ||
| But yeah, she says she doesn't want to take medical advice from Marjorie Taylor Greene. | ||
| Well, believe me, they should be taking some health advice from Marjorie Taylor Greene, because I actually know what I'm talking about when it comes to helping people lose weight. | ||
| Unlike the Biden administration and unlike Dr. Fauci, which is nothing but a big liar and completely in bed with the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| So these are the real issues that we need to talk about. | ||
| And yeah, they're scared of me because I'm saying what all of you are saying at home. | ||

| Look, one of the reasons they're having an epic fail is the African-American community and the Hispanic community are not buying it. | ||

| Let me ask you, what should Congress, what should the state level do? | ||
| They clearly, the states have rejected this across the board, right? | ||
| And local communities have rejected this across the board. | ||
| People just say, hey, look, I'm not anti-vaxxer, but you haven't made the case and I'm just not going to do it yet, right? | ||
| I want to see more information or maybe we won't do it forever because you haven't convinced me. | ||
| What do you think Congress should be doing now that he's trying to federalize this? | ||
| He's doing something that's never been done before in history. | ||
| What should the Republican opposition be doing today, Congressman Greene? | ||
| I can tell you exactly what I would do if I was a Republican governor. | ||
| I would tell those feds to stay the hell out of my state. | ||
| I would tell them, you don't have an FDA approved vaccine. | ||
| My people have the option to get the vaccine. | ||

| Walk our audience through what you think the finances and the economic plan of Biden and the finances of this country, what kind of shape is it in? | ||

| But this is dangerous, and the debt ceiling is such a serious issue, and it will affect the market. | ||
| So right now, there's a lot of cash out there, right? | ||
| And when you're flooding the market with cash, that's going to affect interest rates. | ||
| Interest rates are already really, really low. | ||
| But if we have all this money flushing in there, you're going to see instability happen. | ||
| It's going to happen, but there's already a big bubble there waiting to bust. | ||
| And this is terrifying, right? | ||
| We have inflation. | ||
| We're in the worst possible situation. | ||
| Inflation is rising, shooting off the charts. | ||
| We have stagnation happening, which no one even talks about enough. | ||
| We're manufacturing is so, so far down. | ||
| We have a job market where people just aren't back in the job market yet. | ||
| I don't know if they're going to come back or when they're going to come back. | ||
| So this is a dangerous situation. | ||
| And then when you're talking about the debt limit, yeah, they want to raise the debt ceiling so they can spend more and more money, which just puts us in a terrible financial situation. | ||
| We're a sinking ship, is exactly what America is. | ||
| A sinking ship. | ||
| And Congress is sitting on the top deck, playing music and dancing and drinking and paying no attention to the real problems. | ||
| Look, you're an entrepreneur that's run a business, right? | ||
| A business that's tied to the over-economy, because it's a construction business. | ||
| You also represent one of the leading voices in the populist movement to actually empower people. | ||
| So you see this better than anybody. | ||
| The spending is so crazy, and you've been one of the few people to call the Jihad caucus out, to call these people out for these trillions and trillions. | ||
| We're not talking billions anymore, or tens of billions, or hundreds of billions. | ||
| We're talking trillions of dollars. | ||
| And the debt ceiling is the safeguard that's been put in there to make sure that you come to a consensus as a country for how much you suspend. | ||
| And if that's now kicked the can down the road, they will have nothing to stop them, Congressman Greene, from spending trillions and trillions of more dollars wasting it, just taking it out on your front yard and burn it. | ||
| That's going to impoverish future generations. | ||
| What are your thoughts? | ||

| Well, it is. | ||
| It's spending. | ||
| It's crazy spending. | ||
