The virus has now killed more than 100 people in China, and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, and the worst happens... War Room.

|
Pandemic. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Banham.
Welcome. | ||
It's Thursday, the 10th of June, the year of our Lord 2021.
We're live. | ||
You're in the War Room. | ||
We've got a packed show this afternoon.
Natalie Winters joins me in studio today.
She is my wingman, my co-host.
Let's get on with it. | ||
We've got a lot to go through.
We're going to bring in Vernon Jones.
Vernon is running for the Republican nomination for governor.
We don't have Vernon on yet.
Natalie, I want to go to you then.
We're going to get Vernon Jones here in a moment.
We've got, do we have Vernon up?
Okay. | ||
Natalie, we've had explosive testimony on Capitol Hill with Matt Gaetz today.
Congressman Gaetz is going to be joining us here in the next block.
He went after FBI Director Wray.
You're probably the top investigative reporter In this area, on Wuhan, on everything that happened with things.
Okay, let's go. | ||
We got Vernon Jones. | ||
We're pressed for time with him.
Let me turn to him. | ||
Vernon, thank you very much for joining us.
Vernon, you actually made a pilgrimage out to Arizona yesterday to do due diligence on the voting effort out there, on the full forensic audit.
Walk our audience through exactly what you found.
Is it appropriate to do that type of audit in the state of Georgia, do you think, sir?
unidentified
|
Let me tell you, without a doubt, we need to do that in Georgia.
That particular process and the company that they're using, they have the gold standards on how an audit should be conducted.
It is very detailed. | ||
It's in-depth from the imaging to the cameras to examining the examination of the paperwork, the balance, if you will, all the way to the checks and balances and rechecks and balances.
There's no way you can I think you can fool this process.
There's no way, it's foolproof.
There's no way you cannot come out with a check amount.
If something's missing, we'll know that it's missing.
They are fair in what they're doing.
Georgia has to have this, Steve.
The mainstream media, every night you look at MSNBC, you read the New York Times, you see the Washington Post, they say this is a clown show.
They've broken chain of custody.
You have Katie Hobbs, the Secretary of State, up there.
She's crying. | ||
She's a contributor to CNN and MSNBC.
She's crying every night, saying this is terrible.
So what is the gap? | ||
You're saying it's great.
You did the due diligence.
You think Georgia ought to do this.
Why is the word not getting out there, you think?
With the media out in Arizona and the mainstream media, because they're trying to tell the rest of the country that this is highly partisan, totally illegal, and it won't come to any conclusion that anybody will be able to basically depend upon.
unidentified
|
The liberal media, they are the ones.
They are favoring Democrats.
They wanted Joe Biden to win no matter what, even if the election was stolen.
They need to get off their butts and literally go out there and see this audit.
And we're not talking about some recount.
That's laughable, a recount.
An audit where you're checking every single dot and every single T that was crossed.
This is what we need. | ||
But you know what? | ||
They're not for an election integrity.
And in Georgia, this is the first time we used the Dominion system.
We need to see if this thing is working properly.
And right now, there's a shadow.
There's too many inconsistencies.
Stacy's law was used over state law.
You have a governor, lieutenant governor, and the secretary of state got in bed with Stacy.
There's a lot of moving parts here.
And guess what? | ||
There's nothing to hide while they're trying to hide something.
I want to say to our governor, I want to challenge our governor right now on your show, The War Room.
No, first of all, let me see if I can invite him to come to Phoenix.
Walk there with me. | ||
Get a briefing. | ||
Walk in that warehouse.
Look at what they're doing in that arena.
The camera system. | ||
Again, the checks and the balances.
How this audit is working.
He cannot tell me that Georgia has never seen an audit like that.
And they would not want this type of audit.
If he's afraid for me to pay for him a trip to go to Phoenix, I would like to challenge him in a debate.
Right now or tomorrow, let's set up a time.
Well, I debate the governor why I'm for a forensic audit and why he's against a forensic audit.
Now, let the chips fall before they may.
I'll say it again. | ||
Governor Kemp, if you're watching and listening right now, I want to challenge you on the war room right now.
There is a debate. | ||
You talk about why we shouldn't have a forensic audit.
I want to talk about why we should have a forensic audit.
And if you don't show up at the O.K.
Corral, that tells me you, John Ringo, And I ain't claiming y'all afraid that we're going to bring thunder.
Matter of fact, we're getting ready to bring hell.
No, I'm coming. | ||
I'm bringing hell with me.
The voters are coming. | ||
That's where we're going with this, Steve.
Because this is too serious, Steve.
Election integrity is at stake.
And the liberal media, normally they're the biggest investigators in the world.
They want to investigate Hunter Biden.
They want to investigate Joe Biden.
But they want to investigate Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine.
And the insurgent, They call it the U.S.
Capitol, when Black Lives Matter and Antifa have been doing that the whole last summer.
Steve, I am serious about Georgia having an election that's transparent, that's free, that has all the protection and controls in it, Steve.
That's all. | ||
Stacey Abrams should be joining me.
She was the one who was jumping up and down screaming fraud the last time, and she still hasn't conceded her loss.
So why not, Steve? | ||
What are they afraid of, Steve?
They're afraid of what we're going to find.
Steve, I've said it many times.
There's a dead damn cat on the end of that line.
Okay, so you would sponsor, you would take Kemp out there if he wouldn't do that so he could see what's happening.
You're challenging him now to a debate.
Since you're about a full forensic audit for all the battleground states, he's obviously against it in Georgia.
You would challenge him right now.
I've got to ask you, Peter Navarro and everybody we know says, look, Obviously, Maricopa County needed it.
The state Senate out there said they're probably going to expand it throughout the state.
They're probably going to expand it to all races, including the Senate race.
But Peter Navarro says, compared to Fulton County and what the executives did there and the state executives, he says that Georgia, with all the great people in Georgia, that the process itself was a cesspool.
What do you say about that?
About even Georgia being, he thinks, four or five times worse than Arizona?
unidentified
|
Yes, because here's the difference.
We had a backroom deal that was cut with the executive branch and ratified by the judicial branch.
unidentified
|
That settlement agreement with Stacey Abrams and others, including the Okay, we've lost Vernon Jones right when he's hitting it right there.
Hopefully getting back in a second.
I want to go to Natalie Winters.
Natalie, if Vernon's down too long, what I want to do is try to get Matt Gaetz in.
I know Matt Gaetz is in the War Room.
We'll try to get that. | ||
Vernon Jones, just to summarize in case we don't get Vernon back because of technical problems dealing with Skype.
Vernon has said he'll sponsor Kemp to go out To Arizona and to do the due diligence.
He'll go with him and help him do the due diligence.
He said he said he was blown away as we've talked to many executives in Pennsylvania and other states have gone out there and you should know there have been many more executives from states going out there that's even come even the media has picked up.
Nevada has been there Alaska and others.
And everyone's come around incredibly impressed, and not just for what they're doing with the machines, really what they're most impressed about is the full forensic audit and the recanvassing.
Okay, that's the first two parts of it.
He's also challenged Brian Kemp, he's challenged Brian Kemp to a debate, to a debate on all these topics, and particularly Brian Kemp would take the side of no forensic audit, Vernon Jones.
I tell you what, can we, let's see if we can't get Matt Gaetz booted up in there, I don't think we can wait technically.
I want to go to you, Natalie.
You're an expert in this.
Let's pivot now to explosive testimony today.
House Judiciary Committee, Matt Gaetz, really laid in to FBI Director Wray.
And all I can say is that FBI Director Wray must be doing the training program for Jen Psaki, Natalie, because everything was just kind of this spin, I'll double back, I'll get back to you, etc.
What was your takeaway?
Since you're the lead investigative reporter in all media on this topic, what was your general assessment of how Wray did?
Well, I think Matt is just in the process of sitting down so he can probably answer that question better, but what I would say very quickly is that I am sick and tired of anyone who's anyone in the administrative state standing up there, whether it's Fauci or Christopher Wray, and effectively pleading the fifth against the Chinese Communist Party and refusing to actually hold them to account, take them to task.
They love to say that we need to hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable.
But that's really just a talking point.
That should be a mantra and a mindset.
And just juxtapose how they treated the whistleblower, Dr. Li Mengyan, with how they treated every single whistleblower under the Trump administration.
Whether it was Chris Krebs, Eric Cherimella, Alexander Vindman, who knows?
They treated everything that they ever said and said, oh, we'll take you at your word.
But they haven't treated Dr. Li Mengyan, who risked her life and her family to expose the Chinese Communist Party.
They have not afforded her the same treatment.
Okay, can Denver, can we boot up the cold open?
I want to play the cold open now.
If Denver, let me know when they got the cold open ready.
If they got the cold open, let's play the cold open with Matt Gaetz, then we'll get to Congressman Gaetz.
Mr. Chairman, there has been a cover-up regarding the origins of coronavirus.
We see it in the Fauci emails.
We see it in the G7's call today to renew an inquiry into those origins.
We see it in the Biden administration's efforts to squelch investigation into the origins of the coronavirus.
And I want to figure out what side the FBI is on.
On April 28th, Dr. Li Mingyan landed at LAX.
One of your agents interviewed her at that time.
She then traveled to New York.
Your agent from Los Angeles followed her to New York and sought an interview on both the 1st of May and the 2nd of May in 2020.
2020, the FBI took Dr. Li Ming-yang's phone on which the doctor showed evidence of WeChat communications between herself and the director of the CDC in Beijing, all the way dating back to December of 2019, regarding the Chinese military's involvement in the development of the virus and specific links to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Back in April and May of 2020, we didn't have nearly 600,000 people dead as a result of the coronavirus.
On October 14, 2020, FBI agent Andrew Zipman brought a scientist who was working with the FBI to meet with Dr. Yang in New York on October 14.
Explosive testimony at the House Judiciary Committee.
We want to bring in Congressman Gaetz now.
meeting and what it tells us about the origins of this virus. It is simply unacceptable to sit here a year later and say you're not going to tell us whether or not there was information about the origins of the virus when it is so central to the safety and health of our fellow Americans.
Okay, that is congressman Matt Gates today. Explosive testimony at the House Judiciary Committee. Want to bring in congressman Gates now some congressman Gates explain to the audience who don't dr. Lehman Yang.
Well, she was our woman of the year for 2020. Explain what were you trying to accomplish?
I am deeply concerned that the FBI had actionable intelligence that could have saved American lives, but that they ignored that intelligence, they didn't act on it, and they missed a very important call.
Steve, the part of that hearing today that you did not play is in the first response The director of the FBI, Christopher Wray, said, well, we never know what a counterintelligence operation is.
Why was Christopher Wray answering questions about coronavirus with responses that dealt with counterintelligence?
What I think happened, Steve, is that they missed this fact witness.
This whistleblower, this person with not only a story to tell, but documents and text messages on WeChat that showed how early the Chinese Communist Party was aware that this was a deadly virus, and also the linkage that exists between the Chinese military, the development of this virus, its testing in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and its ultimate release to the world.
I think the FBI Could be very culpable here.
We're going to stay on him.
The good news is that as a consequence of this hearing, we're going to get back the scientific analysis, the scientific notes that the FBI science team put together as a consequence of these multi-hour meetings with Dr. Lee Mignon.
But I'm concerned that they categorized her as a counterintelligence threat instead of the truth-telling whistleblower she is, and that that resulted in deaths that otherwise could have been avoided.
Okay, you teed it up, and we're going to go to commercial break and come back with your answer, but you teed it up, I thought, in a very interesting framing.
You laid out about the WHO, you laid out about Fauci walking back things, you laid out about Biden shutting down the investigation when he first came in and now revenue back up.
You said there's clearly a cover-up going on.
I want to see what side the FBI and what side you, Director Wray, are playing in this.
I thought that was pretty explosive framing just to start your inquiry.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
When we return, my wingman Natalie Winters will be in the studio.
We've got Congressman Bat Gates.
Congressman Gates lit up the Director of the FBI today.
We'll come back in a moment in the War Room.
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
bring it on and now we'll fight to the end just watch and see it's all started everything's begun you are over because we're taking down the ccp spread the word all through hong kong we will fight till they're all gone war room pandemic with stephen k bannon the epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide War Room.
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Welcome back to War Room.
This is Natalie Winters, the investigative reporter from the National Pulse, hosting from Washington, D.C.
We got Steve Bannon down the line in New York, and I'm joined in studio by Congressman Matt Gaetz, fresh off of a very, very intense hearing with FBI Director Chris Wray, talking about the Chinese Communist Party and the role that they had in potentially creating and certainly covering up COVID-19.
So just to kind of pick up from where we left off, Before the break, there's been a lot of talk about the cover-up of COVID-19, whether it's the origins of the virus specifically, or even in the months preceding, and frankly the months after, how the mainstream media in the West helped cover it up.
So I'm curious, who would you point your finger to?
Who do you think is most culpable, has the most, I would say the largest amount of blame for this massive cover-up that we've seen of both COVID-19, its potential military origins, and the Chinese Communist Party?
As you know, it is the Chinese Communist Party that is most culpable, but as your reporting at The National Pulse seems to evidence each and every day, we are seeing a fusion of the interests of the Chinese Communist Party and much of the apparatus of the United States government.
The Fauci emails demonstrate how tied in U.S.
scientists and researchers were to these activities in Wuhan that were precisely the activities that birthed this virus onto the world.
And now we see an FBI that missed a major call that could have saved hundreds of thousands of lives.
Christopher Wray proved in the House Judiciary Committee today that when Dr. Lee Mignon showed up, a whistleblower, a patriot, someone wanting to tell the truth and get it before all of us so we could see this virus clearly, they categorized her as a threat to America, a counterintelligence threat, not an asset that we could exploit so that we would be able to combat the virus globally and domestically better.
And just the irony of that, Natalie, is that this is the same FBI that doesn't seem to mind when companies operating in the United States go and set up AI centers in China with the blessing of the Chinese Communist Party.
It's the same FBI that doesn't seem to mind when the Chinese Communist Party corrupts, controls and compromises our politicians.
But then when they have the gift, the opportunity to have someone give us this information, they totally blew it.
And because they're embarrassed by that, you now see the FBI doing exactly what we're seeing from the National Institute of Health, engaging in the cover-up, hurting our country.
for you. | ||
Well, and I also just...
Yeah, go ahead now. You finished. I'll jump in.
Well, no, he didn't answer the question.
He didn't answer the question about who...
He didn't answer the question about whether he actually contacted anybody, Vice President Pence or anybody at the White House or the task force.
There's no... You don't have a concept of what this guy actually did.
But he did answer the question, Steve.
Thank you. | ||
Yeah, but see, he answered the question in the nature of his response, right?
Instead of Wray saying, this is how we got the information, this is how we categorized it, this is how it went to the Director of National Intelligence, the Task Force, the Vice President, he said, you know, well, Congressman Gates, we have a lot of counterintelligence threats in the country.
So he didn't view this as actionable intelligence that could assist our country in decision-making, and the FBI has to own that failure.
Maybe if they weren't busy, you know, Yeah, categorizing, you know, a substantial portion of our military in our country as white supremacists.
Maybe if they weren't sending, you know, a dozen or so agents to go check out a garage pull at a NASCAR, you know, event, we would have more focus on the things that could actually make our nation more resilient against the true threat that the CCP poses.
Natalie, you've seen in your reporting, look at the infiltration at NIH.
NIH is an active partner of the People's Liberation Army's bioweapon program in Wuhan lab and other labs with full funding of it.
And full funding of the most dangerous experiments of all, the gain-of-function, which is really the weaponizations of the virus.
I mean, Natalie, you know this chapter and verse of the infiltration at Also, through the university system, at our national labs, at Lawrence Livermore, where every one of these senior Chinese scientists happens to be a member of the PLA.
Natalie Winters. | ||
Yeah, the Wuhan Institute of Virology is, I would say, the tip of a decades-long spear of the Chinese Communist Party's infiltration into American scientific communities and American research communities.
Just a few months back, there was an inquiry that they did at the NIH into a lot of people who were also receiving foreign funding in addition to American taxpayer dollars.
And 94% of the 100 or so researchers that they analyzed, all of their ties, all roads, led back to the Chinese Communist Party.
This is what we've been talking about before COVID-19 was ever a thing, in the sense that the Chinese Communist Party seeks to decouple Western scientists from the West, from America, and have them effectively pledge their allegiance to the Chinese Communist Party.
And frankly, the National Institutes of Health, and especially Fauci's NIAID, really subscribes to that mentality.
It was only this year, March of 2021, that the Wuhan Institute of Virology scrubbed the National Institutes of Health as a research partner from their website.
It was also that same time frame that they deleted the names of military-linked and military-funded researchers from China who had been collaborating with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
So as we keep hearing Whether it's Fauci, whether it's Wray, whether it's Biden calling for increased investigations into the origins of COVID-19, we have a lot of the information already.
Whether it's Dr. Yan, whether it's the Wuhan Institute of Virology's website itself and what they're choosing to delete, the information is there.
We just need people who aren't compromised by the Chinese Communist Party to actually act on it.
unidentified
|
And it raises the broader question.
But in a world in which all of the science that we do of consequence with China ends up in the hands of the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese military, why don't we ask the broad question, why is the U.S.
taxpayer funding any of this?
In what world is collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party somehow okay?
And Natalie set it up perfectly.
A lot of the elites in academics, in science, are trying to create this veneer that like, oh, well, they're the good CCP folks that we can work with, and they're not truly tainted.
That is nonsense! | ||
And now, it's not only that they control the full function and scope of research in China, they are metastasizing into these global corporations like Google, like Microsoft, that are setting up assets in China, subjecting these companies to those very protocols, and they're buying our politicians in the meantime.
And I think that's the reason why we're having such a hard time, you know, getting to the bottom of this.
Once we do, once we really expose the origins of this virus at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, it's really going to slaughter a lot of sacred cows because they're not going to be able to defend the research and the research cash flowing through a lot of these universities all over the country.
Listen, one of the things that people admire about you is your fearlessness and your intellect.
They saw today that you really blew the doors off Ray.
I mean, he was backed into a corner and kept saying, I'll circle back to you, the old thing, I can't talk about ongoing investigations.
What do you intend to do to follow up to get to the bottom of it?
I mean, it was all types of things came up.
They've got scientists have met with her, FBI agents have field reports.
How are you going to force the information out of the FBI and get it to the American people?
It is a long and difficult process, but ultimately we have to ensure that Director Wray fulfills his commitment to get the underlying scientific analysis to us.
My bet, Steve, is that there isn't a whole lot of it, because what Wray's answer demonstrates is that he didn't view Dr. Yan as the entree into the thinking of the Chinese Communist Party that she was.
He instead falsely categorized her as a counterintelligence threat.
And so I think that the absence of the thoughtful work that should have happened back in May of 2020 will tell us a lot about the FBI's thinking and ultimately the protection that the Chinese Communist Party's narrative got from elements of our own government from the Fauci emails and then from the FBI itself.
So we're going to try to get that source information.
We have to get precise information regarding the reports that came out of both Los Angeles and New York, and we have to debunk this notion that Dr. Yan is somehow a threat to America.
Because here's the real problem, Steve.
If we don't do that, we create a disincentive for other defectors, other truth-tellers.
The way we're going to beat the Chinese Communist Party is to ensure that we have people that come to our side and that give this information a thorough review.
And when you act like Christopher Wray was acting today, you do damage to our country because it limits our opportunity to attract more defectors, more true whistleblowers.
The Democrats clearly don't want to touch this, and they really let the FBI get away with everything.
When we take over in 2022, and you're like the chairman of this committee, or chairman of the Investigations Committee, what would you do?
We've got two minutes left.
Tell the American people, what would you do to get to the bottom of the cesspool that is the FBI?
The FBI is a total and complete embarrassment and a disaster.
What would you do, Matt Gaetz, to get to the bottom of it?
Well there's still plenty of swamp left to be drained in a lot of agencies of government and you've named a few of them.
I would have a massive legislative package to do declassification of specified documents that relate to the election, that relate to the coronavirus.
These are the two things driving so much of the discord in the country and the people inside Washington DC just think if they can I know President Trump, John Ratcliffe, worked on a lot of this on the Russia hoax.
I think we've got to take that same playbook and apply it to coronavirus, and it could be done legislatively if we had the power.
Otherwise, I'd have subpoenas, and if the Biden administration did not comply with those subpoenas so that we got all the source material About how the FBI missed the call on Dr. Yan, then I'd hold him in contempt of Congress.
Congressman Gates, the America First Tour, can you get us up to date or tell us where to go to find out where your next stop is with MTG, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and also how they get to your website to support you, sir?
Yeah, folks can go to MattGates.com.
I'm the only Republican in Congress that takes no PAC money, and so I rely on smaller dollar donations from individuals because I think the whole lobbyist PAC thing is a deeply corrupt part of Washington.
But I am leaving Washington and going around the country with a fantastic Congresswoman, Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Folks can go to AmericaFirstRallyTour.com to get information on upcoming rallies.
We've been to Georgia. | ||
We've been to Arizona to support the great patriots there.
Of course, my home state of Florida.
And what I sense, Steve, is that we are not a movement like the Republican Party was back after Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan's loss in 2012.
We don't need an autopsy because we are a beating, red-blooded American movement that is thriving.
We just need more America First back up here in Washington.
And when we take the majority back, we have to be worthy of that majority with people who will actually fight, not the establishment Republicans who have let us down too often.
Amen. | ||
By the way, you did a great job today.
Matt Gaetz really took on the FBI in a crucial topic back in a moment with Ken Paxson, Attorney General of Texas.

Natalie, we're pressed for time, but I know you've done the best reporting on this.
What is your assessment, ma'am, of FBI Director Wray's responses to Matt Gaetz today at the House Judiciary Committee?
Well, I think if you contextualize that clip in the broader hearing, it really is a sad day in America when the FBI director is more willing to go after people who support President Trump, who support the MAGA agenda, than he is the Chinese Communist Party.
He really didn't hedge at all when he was asked, mainly by Democrats, about how his agency was going after people who participated in the January 6th riots, but once he was pressed on the Chinese Communist Party, he went totally, totally silent, right?
I believe it's the FBI's motto, or at least idea, mentality, that if you see something that you should say something.
And that's exactly what Dr. Yan did.
She saw something going on with the Chinese Communist Party, with the PLA, and she said something.
And as Matt pointed out, this does not set a good precedent going forward for other whistleblowers from the Chinese Communist Party who are integral if we ever want to take down the Chinese Communist Party, which we certainly want to.
But when we treat people who really provide us with such important information that was even more important at the time she presented it, right?
You know, hundreds of thousands of Americans were still alive.
For the FBI to discount what she said to classify her as just a counterintelligence threat or something along those lines, is absolutely reprehensible and this just goes to what we always talk about how the rot of the American political establishment is so deep with the Chinese Communist Party not just from a financial compromise in the style of Hunter Biden but even just an ideological compromise. These people can say all they want that they think China is an enemy and not an adversary but I want to see action I don't just want to be told that we need to hold the Chinese Communist
Party to account and hold them accountable. I want to see people who have power in Washington DC actually do something about it.
You want to know why? | ||
There are defectors. | ||
You want to know why they don't want to come to the United States?
The problem is the clown show that is the FBI.
I just want to say once again, Ray is 100% Chris Christie's problem.
This is another drop ball by the great Chris Christie, another clown, okay?
And we got Ray, and we're stuck with him now.
We're stuck with him until we take back over in 2022, and then we're going to see.
I want to go now to Ken Paxson, the Attorney General, the great Attorney General down in Texas, has been at the forefront of every fight out there, every MAGA fight.
George P. Bush, I had to get you on.
I appreciate you taking time today to do this.
I know you ain't got a few minutes, but I saw where your challenger, George P. Bush, is talking a lot of smack about MAGA this and America First this and I'm Trump.
And the first thing he does when somebody asks him the question, he says, oh yeah, President Trump lost the 2020 election.
When we're in the 3 November movement to get full forensic audits in Arizona and Georgia and New Hampshire and Michigan, all over the country, because we understand there are massive problems with the 3rd of November.
We're not moving forward as a movement, as a party, or as a country until we get to the bottom of it.
Ken Paxton, how possibly can he sit there trying to run and try to challenge you, quite frankly, who's been at the forefront of this, and say, quite frankly, oh yeah, Trump lost.
Trump lost. | ||
unidentified
|
Well, there's no doubt that that's what he's done.
He criticized me from the beginning on this, saying that I should have somehow filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania, which makes no sense because I don't have standing in Pennsylvania.
So, I don't quite understand why he claims to be such a big Trump supporter, at the same time, criticizes the very things we did as it relates to Trump policies and supporting those policies.
First off, is he actually a lawyer?
I'm not trying to be snarky.
Is he a lawyer? | ||
unidentified
|
Well, I think he just got his law license back in October.
He's been not practicing or he's been not licensed for over 10 years.
He had it for a couple of years before that.
But as far as I know, if he has some practice, it's not been very long, which is shocking, given that the job that he's going from land commissioner, which he failed at, this job involves managing the largest law firm in the state and one of the most significant law firms in the country.
It's not an easy job. | ||
And it's more like he's a beginning associate trying to come in and manage One of the largest law firms in the country.
I gotta ask you, you've worked on some of the most complex issues we've seen out there.
You were at the forefront.
I just want to go back through what you had to do to make sure that Texas had a fair election this time.
How many lawsuits did you have to file, have to fight?
This guy, I'm not even sure if he's a lawyer, this guy's law.
What did you do to actually defend Texas to make sure we actually had a fair vote down there this time?
unidentified
|
Yeah, so it's a pretty crazy time because we were involved with all this stuff with COVID.
We're having to deal with a lot of new issues.
And at the very same time, as my lawyers are, you know, working from home, we're dealing with 12 lawsuits, more than we've ever dealt with.
It was an onslaught, and it was done in very liberal counties.
It was done in Harris County, which is where Houston is.
It was done in Barrett County, which is San Antonio.
It was done in Travis County, which is Austin.
State court, federal court, they sued over mail-in ballots.
They sued over signature verification.
And had we lost one of those cases, I told my team, you cannot lose a case.
We have to win every single one.
Because had we lost one case, say in Harris County, 2.5 million approximate ballots would have been mailed out.
Trump won by 620,000 votes.
We would have been Georgia, and we would have lost that election.
Just one more time, because I know you're pressed for time.
Bush has been saying, I'm MAGA, I'm Trump.
We understand the issue before us and what the president is most focused on is 3 November.
We have a whole movement now.
We understand there's this horrible situation in Arizona, the due diligence by all the other states saying, Attorney General, that we need full forensic audits in all the battleground states.
It's now almost unanimous, right?
I think Michigan's the only one that hasn't gone out, but it's unanimous everywhere.
You need full forensic audits.
This guy says I'm MAGA. | ||
He's going to try to get the endorsement of Trump.
The first thing he says, yeah, Trump lost.
I mean, how does that, how does a guy like that even think he can be part of the MAGA movement?
He could be part of the America First movement.
Is it just that the Bushes just think they can, with Karl Rove, they can wander in, give a bunch of happy talk, and that the deplorables are going to sit there and go, oh yeah, we'll buy that?
They think, does he think that the MAGA movement and the great citizens of the state of Texas and the deplorables, does he think they're a bunch of morons?
unidentified
|
Well, apparently so, because that's exactly what he's doing.
His family, obviously not Trump supporters, He was not a Trump supporter.
He finally endorsed him as victory chair literally just a couple of months before after we pressured him to do it.
And the reality is here he is now criticizing one of the main issues, which is election integrity and what happened in the national elections.
And he's not supportive.
And I have been saying we have to solve this problem really quickly and with force or we're going to be in trouble forever because we don't fix the elections.
We let what happened last fall keep happening.
We're done. | ||
Okay, and we now know about this invasion and what's happened down the Rio Grande Valley.
We're going to get you back on here later to talk about it.
We know where the Bushes stand.
They're open borders. | ||
They're pure chamber of commerce.
They sold this country out for decades and decades and decades about immigration.
Now you have working class Hispanics that are coming to the MAGA movement because they want secure borders, they want security, and they don't want to have to compete with illegal alien labor.
Attorney General Paxson, how do people get access to you?
Where do they go to find out about your campaign and also about you as Attorney General?
unidentified
|
Okay, KenPaxton.com is the website and at KenPaxtonTX for the Twitter.
Ken, thank you very much for joining us.
Attorney General Paxton, thank you so much for joining us today.
I know you're very busy.
Okay, we're going to finally have a guest I've tried to have on here, and here's one of the reasons.
There's so much going on in the country, I hear this all the time, about emergencies, about, you know, what has happened throughout the country.
Now we're getting into hurricane season, you know, in the summer, later in the summer.
People ask me all the time, you know, what can you do to prepare for this?
We've done our due diligence, and we want to bring in Joe Reek, one of the VP of Sales For My Patriot Supply.
Walk through why people should be prepared for emergency.
Why they don't have to be a prepper, Joe.
Why you don't have to think that the end of the world's coming.
But just from a practical basis to get ahead of it.
Because we always try to say, hey, look over the other side of the hill.
You know, signal, not noise.
What do people have to do from a practical basis to make sure their family's secured, even if they don't think their preppers are going to go back to the country and, you know, live in with no electricity and no running water?
unidentified
|
Well, you know, Stu, thanks for having me on.
You know, the best thing that I can give your listeners, the advice is, is to keep it simple.
I mean, you want to be able to be prepared and have something for you and your family that you can rely on, knowing that if stuff were to hit the fan, that if something weren't going to happen, that you would have something for you and your family to be able to have.
And so the beautiful thing about our product is there's just not a one-size-fits-all, but it's designed for your specific family.
Whether you want a four-week supply of food, a three-month supply of food, or gosh, even a 12-month supply of food, we have it available for you.
So why would people even need, walk through the basics.
I think you told me one time it was a one month of food.
Why would a family sitting out there in suburban, you know, Houston or suburban Atlanta right now, one of our audiences, why would they need to go and put up the money up front and get a full month's supply of food?
unidentified
|
Well, I think after the past year and a half going through this global pandemic of coronavirus, I mean, we saw things that we never thought that we would see in our lifetimes.
Grocery store shelves gone, you know, basic everyday food items not available anymore.
And so what we've done is we've created a product that has up to a 25-year shelf life, and these are food items.
So all you have to do is simply add it to boiling water, let it sit and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, and you're going to have a nutritious meal for you and your family.
And so this is long-term emergency food.
So when those disasters happen, when the pandemics happen, you know that you can rest assured that you have something for you and your family to be able to consume and to eat.
Okay, when people hear, hey, you can save it up to 25 years, should they be concerned that it's got preservatives in it or something in it, or it's sealed in some way that's so high-tech that is to be potentially unhealthy?
When they say 25 years, they're saying, hey, I might want to supply a food, but I want something I can get my hands on and use it in case, you know, in case the power goes out for a week and my refrigerator is not on.
unidentified
|
Yeah, that's exactly right.
So we use dehydrated as well as freeze dried items.
And so by removing the oxygen and the water content from these meals, we're able to extend the shelf life out of the product.
Then we go a step further, we package it in a four layer Mylar pouch, which also prevents oxygen from passing through there and making it oxidize and turn unstable.
And so the way that we package the product is really what gives it the shelf life.
So that way you can have a good for up to 25 years.
Listen, I tease a lot of my friends.
I have a lot of friends that are preppers and I tease them all the time.
So I'm not making derogatory comments because I appreciate what the preppers do.
But if you're not a prepper, how many families in the country do this?
Is it hundreds of thousands?
Millions? | ||
I mean, what's the scale of this?
Of people that actually stock away a couple of months worth of food?
unidentified
|
You know, there's probably about two million people that we have served here just with our company.
But I'll tell you what, Steve, the more people are prepared, the better off everybody is going to be.
Because you don't know what type of disaster, what type of emergency you're going to encounter.
And guess what? | ||
It doesn't have to be a pandemic.
It doesn't have to be an earthquake.
You know, if dad loses his job or the main breadwinner gets hurt and can't work anymore, does that not qualify for an emergency for that particular family?
Joe, listen, I want to thank you.
How do people get access?
How do they find out more about your company?
unidentified
|
Well, you can go to MyPatriotSupply.com, or you can also visit your website, PreparedWithBannon.com, and you can find out more information about the different items that we have, freeze-dried fruits, vegetables, meats, long-term food storage, lunches, dinners, and breakfasts.
Joe, thank you very much for joining us.
Look forward to working with you guys in the future.
unidentified
|
Thanks, Steve. | |
Everybody should be prepared.
Get over the other side of the hill.
Start understanding what's coming down.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
When we return, there's a big rally tomorrow.
In New Hampshire. | ||
That rally tomorrow is about, guess what, getting a full forensic audit.
We already had Vernon Jones start the show with a throwdown on the governor camp.
He says he's going to debate him anywhere in the state of Georgia to prove you need a full forensic audit.
And he'll pay for him to go out to Arizona and do due diligence out there with the great patriots at the convention center doing a full forensic audit.
We're going to return in a moment.
With the woman who's helping to put on the rally in New Hampshire and Natalie Winters in the War Room in a moment.
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.

Natalie Winters, my co-host from National Pulse, sitting in for Raheem Kassam.
Tell us what's hot on the National Pulse.
What do you got breaking, Natalie?
Sure, well, Rahim's traveling at the moment, so we haven't published anything this afternoon, but I can certainly promise that we have many, many more stories coming out, whether it's Fauci or the Chinese Communist Party, though as the days go by, it's harder to tell the difference between the two of those.
But also, another story that we'll have up shortly is focusing on how the Wisconsin Senate actually just banned the private funding of election apparatus and the ability to conduct elections.
Of course, that's a Wow.
major major blow to to mark zuckerberg's the center for tech and civic life that's the group that funneled money they say to election turnout but let's be real it was democratic voter turnout so will be you be lighting up that uh... four hundred four hundred four hundred million dollars yet not only i have a quick now that i think that the Natalie, I have to start negotiating your contracts.
You're telling me you don't have publishing rights?
You're a rock star. | ||
I had to deal with Rahim for years for his publishing rights.
I'll take you under guidance here and I'll lead the negotiations with Rahim.
Thank you. | ||
I want to turn now to Marilyn Todd.
We've had Marilyn on a couple of times before, growing the great patriots up in the Live Free or Die State, New Hampshire.
She's with New Hampshire Voter Integrity.
Marilyn, you've got a big rally tomorrow.
Tell us about it. | ||
How do people find out about it?
What's the purpose? | ||
How do they get there? | ||
What site do they go to? | ||
And what are you guys trying to accomplish?
unidentified
|
So we're having a rally tomorrow in front of the State House in Concord from 12 to 5.
We're going to have an affidavit station.
We're going to have Daniel Richards, who's a constitutional scholar, Ken Kahn's coming out, Gail Golick, and a few people from the news.
So we have a A lot of our local news, you know, so that has been following our case and spreading the truth.
And, you know, we got here because we had a sham audit and basically our memory cards were deleted from by Harry Hersey.
And we want we want all our ballots released in New Hampshire.
So tomorrow we're going to have an affidavit station.
We're going to walk one by one into The state office and we're going to serve them affidavits, notarized affidavits.
So are you getting any support from the elected Republican officials in backing up the full forensic audit that you want now?
Or they're saying, hey, you've got your audit.
You know, you're whining about you didn't like who did it, but that's just tough luck.
Are you getting any support at all?
Does any elected official sit there and go, yes, we have your back.
We want to help you. | ||
unidentified
|
None of them. | |
Not one. | ||
And why would that be? | ||
unidentified
|
I think that they think it's justified with the people that were selected, even though none of them were independent.
One was a political scientist.
The audit, they didn't even renumber.
They renumbered the machines different from the machine numbers in Wyndham.
None of the numbers matched.
Not one out of five times the 10,006 ballots were scanned.
not one machine tied into each other besides the ridings, not one machine.
And they're trying to say that it's a paper fold that is causing that, but that's absolutely not the case.
And they knew about the paper folds months before.
We have meeting minutes on it from the owner of LHS, Jeff Silvestro.
He's in the meeting minutes saying that he knew about the folds and they literally, and Harry Herste, I have an email dated February 1st, 2021 saying that he's been in our computer systems at different levels and yet he still was able to do our audit.
And the attorney general's office said to me, and I quote, I have this on video, Steve, just because it's unethical doesn't make it illegal.
I'm going to go ahead and close the meeting.
Okay, let me ask you, what do you need, what do you have to accomplish tomorrow, and how can this audience, how can the war room posse, the war room cadre help you?
You got about a minute and a half.
unidentified
|
We really need as many people to show up tomorrow.
We need to have our voices heard.
We need to stand our ground here in New Hampshire.
And we need to have a real audit or, you know, we're not going to ever know the truth about what's going on with our machines.
And, you know, we really, really need if you believe in a fair election, we need you to show up tomorrow.
We need you to file an affidavit with us.
And we just really need you to show up and have your voices heard from 12 to 5.
At the Concord Statehouse, and if you need to get a hold of me, the email is maryllyn.todd at gmail.com.
Again, that is maryllyn.todd at gmail.com.
Okay, Maryllyn Todd, thank you very much.
Good luck tomorrow. | ||
Thank you, Steve. | ||
We'll join you guys at 5 o'clock, and hopefully it's a big crowd there.
Thank you, ma'am. | ||
Look, the reason we have these activists on, these are patriots that are fighting across the country from Arizona to New Hampshire, and I gotta tell ya, we're having victory after victory.
And sometimes it looks tough, and sometimes it looks like it's a long shot, but this is how it happens.
Natalie, once again, what should people be looking forward to tomorrow morning on the National Poll?
You've got about a minute.
I think tomorrow morning, hopefully, we'll have the story up, linking one of the entities that not only funded research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, but also partnered with the National Institutes of Health, and how they are linked to the Chinese military.
That's an opportunity, a possibility, or also how, or what Fauci was doing while President Trump was shutting down travel from China.
Fauci was calling for more scientific collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party, which seems to be His MO.
We got a ton of breaking stories coming, too.
But yeah, make sure you check out the National Polls and go to fundrealnews.com to help support our work.
What is your Twitter handle?
People want to follow you.
What's your Twitter handle?
I am Natalie G. Winters on Twitter, and I also have a Facebook page where I share my articles, which is my name, Natalie Winters.
We have to get you in Congress.
I want Ray to be grilled by you in a Congressional hearing.
You've got five years. | ||
We're going to work on that.
Well, you're out of your teens now.
At least you're 20. | ||
Okay. | ||
We'll see you tomorrow morning, 10 o'clock.
Eric Greitens, the great Eric Greitens, Commander, Navy SEAL, is going to be our co-host in studio tomorrow.
We've got a lot of breaking news.
It's going to be very hot tomorrow, so make sure you return to the War Room.
See you tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. |
