Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.

War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, we're live from the Freedom Center.
We're on top of the One World Observatory, the 102nd floor.
We're broadcasting live The War Room.
It's Thursday, 3 June, the Year of Our Lord 2021.
We're going to bring in a great American hero that understands this space in Lower Manhattan.
In just a moment, we got breaking news.
I got my two colleagues, my wingman, co-host Raheem Kassam, and of course the lead investigative reporter for The National Pulse, Natalie Werners.
Both Raheem and Natalie are going to be giving live speeches here later today.
This all-day commemoration and celebration of the first anniversary of the new federal state of China, which is a group of Chinese patriots standing in total opposition to the transnational criminal organization of the CCP.
This is where Dr. Yan Miles-Gro, who warned the America For years and years and years of something like the bioweapon program in Wuhan or the PLA was going to happen in the United States.
And they also warned that people in the United States were going to cover it up and the people in the West were going to cover it up.
Because guess what? | ||
Just like Wall Street, just like the global corporations, they're in business with the Chinese Communist Party.
They're in business with the Chinese Communist Party to enslave the Chinese people.
Because remember, it's the slavery of the Chinese people that makes the entire business model works.
If you're a working class person in Europe, In the United States, your wages have not gone up except under Donald Trump for a couple of years, since 1972.
Guess what? | ||
It's because of the slave labor in the excess capacity, in the deflation that is the export of the Chinese Communist Party as they rake in trillions of dollars with their business partners throughout the world.
Rahim, Natalie, we got some breaking news before we bring in Rudy about one of my favorite guys, Dr. Francis Collins.
People forget Actually, Fauci has a boss.
It's not the President of the United States, right?
Because they think they're their own empire.
He does report to Francis Collins, though.
What happened with Francis Collins?
What have we got to break that the National Pulse is reporting?
Well, contrary to what Anthony Fauci told us, under that awesome line of questioning from Senator Rand Paul, that his agency, the NIAID, had absolutely no ties.
It was inconceivable that any taxpayer dollars could have gone to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Francis Collins, who, as you said, is his boss, actually revealed otherwise.
He was speaking with Hugh Hewitt yesterday.
And this is a direct quote, not from the National Pulse, but from Francis Collins, where he's speaking about EcoHealth Alliance, which is one of these intermediaries that we saw American taxpayer dollars go to, who ultimately collaborated with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and Francis Collins says, quote, and of course, the amount of money that we were providing to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, I'm sure, was a tiny fraction of their total funding, and we had no control over what else they were doing with those funds.
That's another thing we'd like to know more about, and an investigation might potentially tell us.
We'd like to know more about the guy giving money.
Rahim, correct me if I'm wrong.
Isn't it $47 million? | ||
They say it's $600,000 or it's a million here.
Didn't Echo Health Alliance, I think, get a total of like $47 million over the last couple of years and spread it around through Wuhan and other places in China?
Over the course of a number of grants, I believe.
Yes, yes, yes. | ||
That's correct. | ||
I mean, the number is not insignificant at all.
They've got it buried. | ||
And Fauci goes, oh, it's $600,000.
But he's talking about one very tiny specific grant.
But it's all over. | ||
So let's talk about this for a second, right?
The whole point of this exercise on Dr. Fauci and Francis Collins and the whole political establishment's behalf is to say we've done nothing wrong, right?
We may have engaged in some level of research at some point, or funding some level of research, whether it was at Chapel Hill, whether it was at the Wuhan Lab, whatever it was, that's just normal scientific behavior and normal scientific discourse.
And to say otherwise makes you a wild conspiracy theorist and quite frankly dangerous, right?
I mean, our friend Alan Duke, over at Lead Stories, removed another National Pulse story from Facebook yesterday, claiming, in his article, that we made an allegation.
But nowhere do we make that allegation in the story.
Alan Duke says- They're so afraid of it.
Alan Duke says that our story about Fauci telling Obama officials not to wear masks, uh, was, uh, not in contravention of the, uh, established rules at that point in time.
At no point do we say it was in contravention of the established rules at that time.
What we're saying is, why are you privately advising Obama staffers?
That was the point of the story, but they, they straw-manned an argument and took the thing down.
But let's go back to this thing about the grants here.
Because we have uncovered, or I should say Natalie has uncovered, because she has been watching old NIH videos that are still hosted on YouTube.
You're the best. | ||
Who does that? | ||
The best and the worst probably.
The worst are Francis Collins, trust me.
I can't imagine what it's like to be your friend, just constantly having NIH videos rolling in the background in your house.
Two times speed. | ||
But you found this clip, and I think, I don't know, producer Cameron, if we've got the clip available to us yet now, but at some point in this hour we could play it.
We now got Rudy back up, so I want to bring him.
Wait, let me conclude this point.
The clip shows them accepting the fact that there was no regulation at the Wuhan lab of gain of function.
That's unbelievable. | ||
So then why were the grants that you talked about ever made in the first place?
Let me also give you a signal on that noise.
It goes to this point right here.
What's going to be exposed?
So don't lose the plot, audience.
Francis Collins and Tony Fauci never told anyone at these committees, at the working groups, Navarro.
This was an emergency crisis.
Starting in January when Navarro and people woke up to it, the president stopped all, unprecedented, stopped all travel from China and put Americans in quarantine for the first time in 50 years.
These are two dramatic steps that were done.
On March 11th, he called a national emergency.
Called it a national emergency to stop traffic from Europe.
In those 60 to 90 days, Francis Collins and Tony Fauci never mentioned to anyone the relationship they really had in Wuhan, the funding they have done in these experiments, and what Wuhan was doing experiments.
They continued to put the finger on the wet market.
And all the spinning they're going to do and all the, oh, we thought this.
No, Francis Collins, the blood is on your hands.
The blood is on Tony Fauci's hands.
We've got the receipts.
You have not even begun to see how we're going to lay this out, OK, and prove Proved to the American people and the people of the world.
I gotta tell you, these patriots from China that are fighting the transnational criminal organization, the Chinese Communist Party, that you're in business with, that you have financed, that they sit there and go, oh, our colleagues would never do anything like this.
The entire program is run by the People's Liberation Army and everybody knows it.
As these brave individuals here, the Chinese Lao Bai Jing, the deplorables of China, they know it.
And Francis Collins and Tony Fauci, you know it also.
And during the most Dark days of this, of this plague.
The beginning, when people are trying to feel their way through.
You did not say a word. | ||
And gentlemen, you are on the President's task force.
There's no emails, there's no text messages, there's no witnesses to anything that you did.
To bring up to the American, to the people working on it that had to solve this crisis for the American people, to sit there and say, hey, guess, by the way, we've been doing some financing there and we don't even know if it's how controlled it is, right?
But we got to get to the bottom of it.
No, you purposely said, oh, this came from nature.
It came from a bat cave. | ||
And let's check the Wuhan market.
You are never going to be able to wash the blood off your hands.
You know why? | ||
Because we're not going to let you.
We have the receipts. | ||
So I want to go now to Rudy Giuliani.
Rudy, we're in the 20th anniversary of the tragic event back in 9-11.
You know, Rahim was coming.
He was here with his family in 2000.
I remember I had then Maureen Bannon before.
She was just in prep school, I think, at the time.
Just about to start prep school in Bel Air, up at Marymount.
We came here in August of 2011, and there were so many people going to the observation deck of the World Trade Center, That we just took the cruise line around and said sometimes we couldn't even get tickets to come up.
That's how packed it was.
So Mayor, I know that you're known as not just a guy that put the mob away and broke the five families, put all the Wall Street criminals away.
You also cleaned up New York City as a mayor, but the world remembers you as America's mayor.
So we want to thank you. | ||
You're going to give a live speech today on the 102nd floor here to the Chinese people and to all the patrons.
But I want to thank you for the show and give us your thoughts Well, for me, it's a very personal thing, and it's hard for me to go down there.
So, for example, the museum, which I had something to do with in terms of cooperating and giving them things and telling them what happened, I only have visited it three times, and each time it was to help somebody else.
I was there with a group of SEALs who were going off on a mission and they wanted inspiration.
I did it for them. | ||
I did it for President Obama when he took out Bin Laden.
And then I did it for a young lady who's very, very, 14 year old girl is a granddaughter of a friend of mine, who is a very, very much a budding historian.
And it's very hard for me to go through it.
The tower is a little bit easier, but I've only been there maybe half a dozen times.
So going there tonight, Will be very, very special to me.
It's always very emotional.
And of course, I'll be there with you and with Rahim, Natalie, and also on behalf of something that couldn't be more important right now.
I mean, it's just, this meeting tonight is very, very timely.
I mean, the Chinese are hitting us on all fronts right now.
And I find myself very, very upset as an American at what I now know is an attempt to really protect China.
I mean, Fauci and Collins and Biden and the Democrats who were all, you know, not just rejecting the theory that it came from the Wuhan lab.
It's one thing to say, gee, you don't have enough proof yet.
We did. | ||
But you could say that. | ||
It's another thing to viciously attack us for just a hypothesis about an enemy.
It's as if, my goodness, don't go near China.
You remember? | ||
You remember, Steve? | ||
I mean, you brought Dr. Yan to me and to Maria.
And I couldn't understand at first why anybody wouldn't just accept this sort of intellectually as part of the, as a hypothesis.
You know, I solved a lot of crimes, probably more than most.
And I always had a method for it.
I set up hypotheses. | ||
What's the most likely?
What's the second most likely?
What's the third most likely?
What's the fourth? | ||
I learned it from two people, Sherlock Holmes and Louie Nisen, the great lawyer.
And it always worked. | ||
And this is one of the hypotheses.
There is no, there aren't any bats there.
The bats have to come from 1000 miles away.
There were bats in one place, the Wuhan Laboratory.
The Wuhan Laboratory was notoriously sloppy.
So I think of this as a cause that belongs at that site.
Because the people who died there died protecting our freedom.
They fought off really an attempt to destroy us.
I know, you know, these Muslims extremists think in very, very grandiose terms.
They weren't there to kill 3,000 people.
I know this sounds weird, but that was a disappointment to them.
They thought they were hitting the center of our economy, the World Trade Center, right near Wall Street.
The center of our government by hitting the Congress, which they failed to do, and the center of our defense, the Pentagon.
Just think of it, quite symbolic, right?
That's what makes America go.
That's what makes America protected.
What they didn't realize is the resiliency that we have and that we're a very, very big country.
If we can't do it one place, we can do it another.
And then I think maybe they underestimated how well we work together, which is another thing that I'm not sure.
And I hate to say this. | ||
I'm not sure if it happened today.
I don't know. | ||
My city would not be as in good shape to handle it as it was then.
Mayor, can you hang on for one second?
We're going to take a short commercial break.
I want to bring you back.
I want to say one thing before the mayor leaves, though, before we bring you back.
The hard drive from hell that Hunter Biden, the Wuhan lab situation, and 3 November with Mike Lindell's, Mike Lindell's lawsuit that he says he's going to prove 20 cyber attacks, you know, virtually simultaneously.
The 3 November with Mike Lindell, the Wuhan lab and the hard drive from hell.
All roads lead to the transnational criminal organization that is the Chinese Communist Party.
And what you have with Francis Collins and Tony Fauci and other members of our government.
Wall Street, global corporations, our learning institutions, our cultural institutions, Sina with Universal Pictures kowtowing, throwing the free Chinese in Taiwan under the bus.
Step after step after steps, all roads lead to Beijing, okay?
And on those roads are fellow travelers, and that's where we get to the bottom too.
We're going to bring back America's Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Raheem Kassam, Natalie Winters from the National Poll, Stephen K. Bannon.
You're in the War Room. | ||
We're going to go our out music as miles grow.
Guess what? | ||
Take down the CCP. | ||
We'll be back in 30 seconds.

You know, we had the world's best shot set up here overlooking the Statue of Liberty from 102 floors, but Divine Providence decided today was a good day to have some rain, some spring rains in New York, and that's great.

Rudy, before we go back to Wuhan and the Chinese Communist Party, I gotta ask you, you saw MSNBC is in meltdown, the mainstream media is in meltdown, Mastriana, who you know, Doug Mastriana goes out there, the great colonel, state senator from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, he goes to Arizona, does due diligence, he announced yesterday, hey, we're gonna go do this in Pennsylvania, we're gonna get people on board, we gotta start in a couple of counties, but the whole state has to have a full forensic audit, just like in Arizona, Georgia, They're going to have a convention this weekend.
They're putting a resolution up.
They've got a team led by senior members of the State Senate.
They're going to head out to Arizona on Monday.
This is metastasizing throughout the country.
Rachel Maddow and the left understand it's not going to stop.
It's not about new laws.
It's not about all this, you know, every Saturday they're putting these new laws.
It's about enforcing the laws that are on the books on November 3rd of 2020 and get to the bottom of it.
And this is bleeding out Joe Biden's legitimacy.
It's bleeding out his political capital every second of every day.
Rudy, you were at the railhead of this.
You were at Gettysburg with the first presentation.
It took eight hours. | ||
You went out to Phoenix for I think 12 or 14 hours to Atlanta, Georgia.
You were mocked, ridiculed.
had parodies on Saturday Night Live and guess what? You were 100% right and as people get into these forensic audits, the Senate out there in Arizona know they've got something.
Now the Senate in Pennsylvania understands that the Senate in Georgia, this is inexorably going to go to find out what exactly happened on November 3rd and who actually is the President of these United States, Rudy Giuliani, your analysis, sir.
Well, Steve, I knew it the day I arrived, which was a day after the election, I believe, the day I arrived at the place in Philadelphia, the big, big place they were signing it because I was met there by Corey Lewandowski and Pam Bondi.
And they were, I would say, fit to be tied.
Angry, angry, angry. | ||
They had gone in to get an injunction so that they could be allowed to see the ballots.
Now, understand what happened.
This is unprecedented in American history.
On the morning of the counting of the absentee ballots, the Democrat Party, which is really probably in Philadelphia, it would tie for the most corrupt political organization in the country, maybe in the history of the world.
I mean, they haven't had a fair and free election in 50 years.
And this is a city in which Joe Frazier voted three times after he died, which is a great credit to Joe, I guess.
But the reality is, They would not be allowed to see the ballots.
They weren't. | ||
Let's put it this way. | ||
They didn't get to see 162,314 ballots because one Republican counted them.
He had access to the counter, not the ballots, but the counter.
During the period of time we were excluded, which by the way was the entire period, three days, we didn't get to see a single ballot.
So they went to court. | ||
The judge said, it's okay if you're just present, you don't have to see the ballots.
You have to guess who that judge is.
He's a Democratic hack from the city of Philadelphia.
They picked the cities where they have hacks on the bench, where they own the city.
They picked Detroit. | ||
They picked, I'm sure they would have done it in Chicago.
They didn't have to, they probably just did it in Chicago for practice.
So they, We never got to see any of those ballots.
Every one of those ballots is illegal.
They picked Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Phoenix, and Las Vegas for a reason.
Battleground states, corrupt Democratic politicians controlling those cities.
You've got the Facebook crowd, you've got all the progressive left, you've got all the Soros money.
That all went in there and American patriots are saying we had a belly full of this.
We're not passing new laws, we're not going to talk about 2022, we're not going to talk about 2024.
I don't want to hear who the top candidates are in 2024.
You got one focus in life and that is to get to the bottom of November 3rd and to show the receipts and to show that this is totally illegitimate and illegal.
If you want to save democracy, you've got to get back there and say that Mark Kelly's not the senator in Arizona.
The two people, the one, the runoff in Georgia are not legitimate US senators.
You got to get to the bottom of this, Rudy.
Don't you agree? | ||
This is about saving America.
I mean, there's no exaggerating that in any sense of the word.
I mean, if people can get away with stealing votes, I mean, even if you did it in just one state, it undermines completely our form of government.
And by the way, it was done to undermine our form of government.
The Democrats want a one party country.
Why do you think they have HR1?
I mean, do they have to announce it for people to be intelligent enough to realize they're moving us toward a socialist country?
Where only their dictates are the law.
The law means nothing. | ||
Where they're raising the tax rates that we're moving toward confiscatory, which means they're taking our property.
They're already taking more than half of it, which gets you to me into socialist territory.
When you take half of what I earn, and I'm a junior partner in my wages, I decided to work for the government.
I don't want to work for the government right now.
But I'm forced to. | ||
So this is part of a whole thing that we have got to get people to see.
They see all the reports... Rudy, hang on a second.
Hang on a second. | ||
The patriots out in Arizona, the deplorables understand it.
That's why they're in Georgia.
And let me tell you, we've got these Chinese that in 10,000 years have not had democracy.
20,000 years. | ||
These Chinese patriots put their lives at stake every day to fight for democracy, to fight for the little guy, the Lao Bajing in China.
We have a responsibility, not just to every patriot grave in America and on every foreign battlefield.
We have a moral obligation to these people to say that, hey, On democracy, you have to fight every day, and we're not going to let Soros, we're not going to let the progressive media, we're not going to let the Democratic Party, we're not going to let their partners in the Chinese Communist Party take democracy for us.
We owe it to them, we owe it to everybody that came before it, every generation that came before us, every patriot, everybody that gave their life for this country.
This is the highest and most important thing.
Nothing else matters. | ||
Nothing else matters. | ||
The taxes, we'll get to all that later.
We got to get to the bottom of November 3rd.
And once we get to the bottom of it, then we can have a discussion of how we go forward in the country.
Because I got to tell you, we're going to have a constitutional crisis like we've never had before in this country, okay?
And MSNBC and the New York Times, you can wring your hands, you can say everything you want.
We are coming with the receipts and we're not going to be stopped.
Rudy Giuliani, your thoughts?
You're absolutely right, Steve.
I mean, this cannot happen.
If we want to go forward in a free country.
This is the core of it. | ||
The core of it is free speech, freedom of religion, the freedom to defend ourselves, and obviously, the absolute sacred right to select those who govern us.
The minute we don't, we're not a republic anymore.
We're not a democracy anymore.
We're a, well, we're really being ruled from the top.
We're a dictatorship. | ||
And what they did in these three states we're focusing on right now is horrendous.
The worst of it was Philadelphia, however.
Philadelphia was open season on corruption.
The people in Philadelphia were professionals in stealing elections.
In fact, the real surprise here would be if they didn't try to steal this election.
They've tried to steal and have been successful in stealing, you know, many of the last election.
So why would they miss this one?
I mean, the incredulity of the media is completely feigned.
The minute it was raised that there was cheating in Philadelphia, I got in my car from Washington, I was with the president, and I rode up there to join Corey and Pam, because I knew if I just looked around myself, I would see it.
I saw our people in pens.
I've done counting of absentee ballots.
You sit next to the guy counting the ballot, you look at the ballot.
It's the only way you can verify the Don thing.
Our guys were a football field away, and they were getting pushed around.
It wasn't nice in Philadelphia.
They were getting pushed around.
They were getting women, women were getting pushed around.
A baby, one woman brought her child as a special child, and they wouldn't allow the kid to go to the bathroom.
The kid had a scene. | ||
I mean, these people act inhumanely, as well as just depriving us of the most basic right that we have, the right to vote.
So you might see that I'm a little mad about it, too.
I mean, really mad about it for both reasons.
For the reason that you allow them to do this, they've stolen our democracy.
And I just don't like people pushing me around, or my friends around.
I don't like it. | ||
They remind me of bullies.
I'm not going to use the word Nazi because it isn't as bad as Nazis, but it's pretty darn bad, real bad.
Maybe it fits East Berlin.
I could be in East Berlin.
You know, Rudy, people, I know you'll never say this about yourself, the reason Donald Trump selects you to be his lawyer, you're very nice and you're a gentleman on the outside, you're tough as steel and nobody pushes Rudy Giuliani around.
I want all the people coming after him right now to understand you're not going to push this guy around.
And not just that, every patriot in this country.
Every member of the Deplorables, every member of the Trump movement, MAGA and American First, have Rudy Giuliani's back.
So when you come for him, you're coming for all of us.
Okay? | ||
When you come for Rudy, you're coming for all of us.
Rudy, how do you get to the podcast?
How do they get to your social media?
We got to bounce. | ||
Rudyscommonsense.com.
Rudyscommonsense.com.
And on Friday, we have your friend, Dr. Yana, who reviews the whole thing.
That woman, that woman deserves a The medal of freedom, or whatever the big medal we give is.
She sure deserves it. | ||
Well, hold it. | ||
She got the 2020 War Room Woman of the Year, and you are the War Room Man of the Year for courage.
And the National Pulse.
And National Pulse. | ||
Except if you get it from Biden.
When Trump's back in August, maybe Trump will have it.
Maybe at the end of August we'll have a ceremony at the White House.
unidentified
|
Oops! | |
Did I say that I'd go there?
Did I go there? | ||
Okay, Rudy. | ||
Rudy, we've got to bounce.
That's the lead on the matter tonight.
Rudy, we'll see you here.
You've got so many fans of the new federal state of China, their one-year anniversary.
So many expatriate Chinese, so many Chinese nationals, so many Chinese Americans are waiting down here.
People throughout the world.
It's going to be a global event tonight.
Look forward to seeing you here, sir.
Back in a moment. | ||

Even in China, you know, the biosafety and biosecurity philosophy is recognized by the Chinese scientific community.
let this demon hide. War Room, Pandemic. Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
Even in China, you know, the biosafety and biosecurity philosophy is recognized by Chinese scientific community. But the due use research is not totally recognized. So we needed to have some measure or some special program to raising the concern of principal investigators through training.
But there's no regulation, even in China, there's no regulation on the identification of some Do you use research?
And there's no regulation on the classification of research and classification of information.
But nowadays there's no regulation on the... Do you use identification and classification of some sensible information?
And I think maybe later the Chinese government and the Chinese scientific community will All right, welcome back to this very special episode of War Room Pandemic from the top of the Freedom Tower, the One World Trade.
It's the first anniversary of the new federal state of China, that's why we're here.
We've got conference programming all day and we wanted to play you that clip that we broke Yesterday over at the National Pulse, yesterday evening, Natalie Winters has been going through a lot of the old clips from the NIH YouTube channel, figuring out, you know, just precisely what has been going on for over a decade.
Not just with gain-of-function, but with the kind of umbrella that goes over the top of gain-of-function as well.
So I want to turn to Natalie Winters on this.
Is this, tell me more about the work ethic you have at the National Pulse, or the non-existence of Natalie Winters' social life?
She's on the YouTube channel of NIH looking at the old videos.
The two things are not mutually exclusive.
Inextricably linked. | ||
So Nathalie, what did we just hear there?
Because to me that sounds like some pretty bombshell stuff.
Yeah, it's a smoking gun.
So let's just reset for one second about what the Wuhan Institute of Virology is.
The person that you heard speaking is the deputy director of this lab, which is of course based in Wuhan.
And while Francis Collins may want to tell us that this lab is not thoroughly Chinese Communist Party compromised and really a direct arm of the party, that's not the case.
At the National Pulse, we've reported extensively from webpages from the Wuhan Institute of Virology Both those that are still live and those that have been deleted, thanks to archived versions, about how researchers there take the party oath.
They attend weekend field trips to revolutionary museums.
They host events aimed at boosting party spirit.
They have communist study sessions.
Yeah, communist study sessions, and they're still doing it.
And I think to encapsulate really what the Wuhan Institute of Virology is, there was one press release where they said that they would implement the agenda of the Chinese Communist Party, quote, without compromise.
So that's just to set the stage with regards to what the Wuhan Institute of Virology is.
And who you heard speaking a few minutes ago was the deputy director, and he still serves there, named Yuan Zeming.
And what was really interesting about that speech is that that speech didn't occur at the Wuhan Institute of Virology or even in China.
It actually happened at the National Institutes of Health headquarters, their campus in Maryland.
So this was a 2011 event entitled Continuing the global dialogue with the scientific and science policy community with a focus on Asia and the Western Pacific.
There were a couple of people from NIH in attendance, and specifically what they sought to do was talk about what policy should be with regards to dual-use research of concern.
This is the kind of research that could, frankly, potentially spark a pandemic, right?
Is it dual-use research of concern?
Is the umbrella that includes gain-of-function?
Yes, so even the NIH defines gain-of-function as falling under this category.
So what you see is the deputy director of the Wuhan Institute of Virology repeatedly telling the NIH to their face that there is, quote, no regulation of dual-use research.
I want to put this in perspective.
You got the National Pulse, this on-fire website.
You've got the lead investigative reporter, still a college student.
You're telling me that all the mainstream media and the big investigation apparatus, and quite frankly, all the intelligence services of the United States, why is this coming as a surprise to people in May of 2021?
This was known by certain parties.
This is a taxpayer-sponsored, your tax dollars.
And for the Republican Party up on Capitol Hill, McCarthy's guys, why every day you're not calling people and demanding that people come forward and be in Essentially interrogated in public at these committee meetings.
Started with Francis Collins and Fauci.
They understand that Wuhan lab is controlled by the PLA.
That these scientists are not independent.
They're essentially party cadre members sworn to the fealty to the Chinese Communist Party.
And it takes Natalie Winters to go through and look at the videos that are all there where they're kind of bragging about it.
On the campus of NIH up in Bethesda, beautiful Bethesda, near Walter Reed and our great military hospitals.
They're up there on taxpayer dollars, because trust me, they were flown over here on your hard-earned money.
This is the outrageous nature of this.
It's just, it's in broad daylight, Natalie, and no one has had the courage to go in, or the steadfastness that you have, and expose this.
Well, I'm not surprised that the mainstream media hasn't done, not even due diligence, but any diligence on regards to the origins of COVID-19.
But I think we need to remember, it's not just that the mainstream media and our elected officials didn't just say that, oh, the lab leak theory, that's not plausible, that's not a possibility.
They actively undermined anyone who sought to get to the bottom of it, right?
You saw outlets, mainstream outlets like USA Today, cnn washington post they would quote all of these researchers american researchers i would opt posit american in name only because they've stake and so much money from the chinese communist party to conduct these risky forms of research but they would quote them to discredit these lab leak theories but never tell the american people where their allegiances really lied to who was funding them and the fact that these people when you read their resumes i'm inclined to think of doctor in lincoln
uh... who usa today used him as really the only researcher that they quoted to say no the lab leak theory didn't happen it's complete right wing conspiracy well that guy's resume also lists himself as an advisor to the chinese communist party who actually visited the wuhan institute of irology and spoke there uh... at a conference so the more that we can get people like that she people who really control uh... the night cnn a i i i d our taxpayer dollars and where they're going
If we can get them to say that they didn't send our taxpayer dollars to Wuhan and deny any relationship, it makes it a lot easier for people like us to really pinpoint all the lies that they've been telling and why they've chose the Chinese Communist Party as the hill to die on.
This is one thing that's very important about the National Pulse's investigative reporting.
Guys, throw the revolver in the war room to give you guys a platform.
The lab leak theory is also a misdirection play.
What Natalie Winters and Raheem Kassam and National Poll show, this is a man-enhanced virus from a gain-of-function which is weaponization of these viruses.
They're all going to sit there now and say, oh, lab leak, lab leak.
They're going to say, no, somehow they were working on the bats and it inadvertently leaked.
That is a stone-cold lie, okay?
What is obvious is that this is a facility among a number of facilities as Dr. Li Min Yan, who was brought up by the Rule of Law Society and the Rule of Law Foundation, defected from Hong Kong and came here and told it.
It's not lab leak. | ||
In the next couple weeks, they're all going to be trying to get you, the shiny toy is going to be the lab leak, right?
And they're finally going to very, you know, oh yeah, maybe that was right and we didn't see the science.
That's a lie. | ||
It's more than the lab leak.
It's a lab leak of a gain-of-function, weaponized virus.
They should have never been doing.
They weren't supervised.
These are basically making biological weapons.
Fauci and Collins and a lot of the staff over there knew exactly what they ordered.
Barrack at the University of North Carolina.
Dasik and 60 Minutes ought to be ashamed of themselves to have Dasik up there, right?
And it looked like a junior high school Let's Play reporter for a day, right?
Asking the ridiculously softball questions, okay?
This was a man-enhanced, weaponized, gain-of-function, paid for by the American taxpayers, lack of supervision, and then Fauci and Collins, and I dare them!
I dare Collins and I dare Fauci to show us any text Any email, any personal conversation, name the place, show on a log where you had it, where you told anybody on the task force, anybody in the United States government, anybody, what you knew was going on Wuhan on your nickel and under your supervision.
You are responsible and you're going to be held accountable.
You can go on all the shows you want and spin everything you want and talk about everything you want.
You're going to be held accountable.
Just like November 3rd, we're getting to the bottom of it.
We're going to get to the bottom of this.
You know who's at the bottom of this cesspool?
It's Collins and Fauci and the rest of the people they've been financing.
And it's heroic. | ||
The grief, you guys have been called conspiracy theorists and wingnuts from the very beginning, and you've been relentless.
You've peeled this back, layer after layer after layer, with fact after fact after fact, and now they're squirming around, let me go and hoo-hoo it and drop a little thing here.
No, it's not going to work.
You're responsible. | ||
At the height of this plague, when nobody knew what direction to go, you had every opportunity, and the highest councils of government, In fact, it was your moral responsibility, Fauci and Collins, a moral responsibility to tell people what was going on.
Show us the email. | ||
Show us a text. | ||
Show us a meeting. | ||
Bring any witness you want.
Here's what it is, and here's what we got.
We've got the receipts.
We have it all. | ||
And you did nothing. | ||
You looked the other way because you knew you were going to be caught up on this.
Okay, and you sent these emails out, got your staff guy, got a big problem you got to work on this morning.
You are guilty. | ||
You're going to be shown to be guilty, and you're going to be held responsible.
You know why? | ||
By the Chinese people in Wuhan, by the Chinese people in Hubei province, by people that died in the United States.
Every casket has a lawyer, and they're all going to come for you.
And this is a crime against humanity.
And we have all the receipts that you sat there with those facts and your knowledge and you did nothing.
In fact, it's not that you did nothing, you tried to cover it up.
You tried misdirection plays.
So don't sit there and, you know, do the coloring books of Tony Fauci, the doctor from Brooklyn.
It's all going to come down.
We've got the receipts.
We've got the facts. | ||
And you are going to get nailed as you should.
You're going to be held responsible for this and accountable for all of your actions.
And Collins, it starts with you and it goes to your sidekick, Tony Fauci.
Uh, Natalie, you got me all worked up here, right?
Your reporting always gets me worked up, and you come at it with facts!
And now they try to spin around it, Rahim.
Look, the revelation in 2011 from the deputy director of the lab there, there's a single, incredibly important question there that could bring the whole thing down.
And that question is this.
Why, after they volunteered the information, that they were doing these experiments unregulated, or didn't have a regulatory framework around them?
No transparency, no accountability, you know, do whatever you please.
Why, after that point was volunteered multiple times over, did the U.S.
continue to fund grants to the Wuhan lab?
And who did that? | ||
But here's the beauty of it.
That was 2011. | ||
Here's the beauty of it.
Here's the beauty. | ||
Here's where they're nailed.
The Obama National Security Council in 2014 because of barracks experiments in the University of North Carolina and what was going on in Maryland.
They saw these experiments starting to come up in peer-reviewed journals and go, what are we doing here?
The National Security Council of Obama's administration said in 2014, full stop.
You know, we'll leave you out for special things, but you've got to come back and vote.
Full stop. | ||
We can't do this, and not only are we not going to do it here, we're not going to finance it over there.
We're going to stop it. | ||
And what did Collins and Tony Fauci do on the 19th of December, the year of our Lord, 2017, in their own proclamation?
They promulgated a report and said, guess what?
We're back in business.
Right before the Wuhan, the P4 lab officially opened.
We've got all the chain, we have the chain of custody of the evidence.
Collins and Fauci. | ||
And all of your, by the way, Zucker, we dare you to put, go ahead and put Fauci back in primetime.
In fact, put him on the Cuomo show.
Put him on Chris Cuomo tonight.
We dare Zucker to put him on primetime.
Put him on primetime. | ||
Your liabilities, and by the way, run it by your corporate counsel before you do it.
Put Fauci on primetime with Cuomo.
That'll be a twofer. | ||
That's a multi-billion dollar lawsuit just waiting to happen.
Put Fauci on with Cuomo tonight.
Let's have him up there, Cuomo.
And you ought to do some research.
We'll send Natalie Winters over to school.
CNN up. | ||
Short commercial break.
We're gonna be back at the War Room from one world observation deck on the 102nd floor in a second.
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Welcome back to War Room.
We are live from the Freedom Tower celebrating the one-year anniversary of the new federal state of China.
You should be able to see New York from behind me, but unfortunately we have no control over the weather.
And you know who else said no control recently?
Francis Collins when he was talking about the supervisory and oversight that he had over the Wuhan Institute of Virology with regards to American taxpayer dollars. We were talking about that earlier in the show about how the NIH director admitted, despite Anthony Fauci saying otherwise, that American taxpayer dollars have indeed funded the military-linked ardently Chinese Communist Party controlled Wuhan lab to collaborate on research that is of
course gain-of-function and pandemic prone and has a staunch defender and none other than Anthony Fauci. But we're here also talking about the Chinese Communist Party and not just the grip that they have over our scientific community and taxpayer dollars, courtesy of Anthony Fauci, but also just American society in general.
This is a problem. | ||
Because she was very good at that.
She was good. | ||
Too good. | ||
I think we're sending her back.
No, no. | ||
She's going to host this show on Saturday.
Let's do it. | ||
No, it's a perfect... You've got a new job on Saturday.
You're going to host this show.
Now, I want to say something, though.
I want to thank Real America's Voice and the team in Denver.
And Howard and Rob and the entire team for making this possible.
Also, we're in Arizona.
We got Drew Hernandez tonight.
Everything's going on.
But also, Natalie Winters is giving a speech today.
Raheem Kassam's giving a speech.
And one of the reasons he's giving a speech is popular demand by the diaspora, the Chinese people.
They've become global figures because of G News and GTV and every day putting the show up in Mandarin and blowing through the firewall.
It's the reason the war rooms punch way above its class, you know.
At Harvard, one of the things they teach is the difference between status and power.
There's a lot of networks and a lot of shows out there have a lot more status than the war room.
Nothing's got more power.
And the reason is that we're connecting with the deplorables.
And there's a global deplorables base out there.
Lao-Beijing in China, the deplorables in the United States, the gilets jaunes in France, and throughout the world, whether it's Italy, Poland, Germany, India, with the nationalist movement there, Australia, all across the world.
That's really the people that listen to us.
And we're making Really, global figures and global stars out of people like Natalie Winters, Raheem Kassam.
Today, who's going to show up?
We got Mike Lindell. | ||
Mike Lindell's throwing down.
He's suing, essentially, the Chinese Communist Party and saying, hey, the Chinese Communist Party interfered in this election.
We got General Flynn. | ||
We have Peter Navarro. | ||
We've got Dr. Li Min Yang.
We've got Rudy Giuliani.
Rudy Giuliani. | ||
Jack Posobiec, Rahim, Natalie Winters, we got Colonel Sellen coming in from Europe.
He's going to be coming in live from Europe.
We've got so much throughout the day.
And one of the reasons our partners at Real America's Voice, John Frederick's Radio Network, and G News and GTV have helped to make this a global show on radio, on podcast, on television.
Now we're on the Samsung Plus channel, on channel 1029.
We're on Roku, Pluto. | ||
We're in Gab. | ||
We're everywhere. | ||
We try to get to the audience of where you are, and we can tell you, as long as we provide a platform for action, as long as we provide a platform for human agency, this show is not set up to entertain you, right?
We understand this show's tough at times.
The reason is we try to get the smartest people, and we talk just like a war room of what's going on with the details.
This show is set up for only one reason.
Human agency. | ||
Human action. | ||
And whether you're in mainland China fighting for your freedom, throughout the world fighting for your freedom, if you're in Georgia, if you're in South Carolina, if you're at that convention, if you're on the deck plates at the new Concord Bridge, which is the floor of that convention center in Arizona, that's where the show is.
For human agency and action, action, action.
And what is really Rewarding is to see that people are embracing this show and they're embracing taking action.
They don't want to be entertained anymore.
They don't want passive talk radio.
They just want to sit there and watch these shows on these news networks and have the same stuff over and over and over again.
And you're having an impact.
Here's why you're having an impact.
Because they're fully melting down about the 3 November movement.
You're doing full forensic audits, you're demanding them, and then you're volunteering and going to do them.
That's getting to the bottom of what happened on the 3rd of November in the United States.
And also, we're now, we've broken their back on the Wuhan lab.
We told you only two things matter.
Get to the bottom of Wuhan, who did it, why they did it, how they did it, and who is responsible, and who we're going to hold accountable.
The same exact thing on 3 November.
So it's working, and the reason it's working is not this show.
Except for Natalie, Rahim and I are totally interchangeable, right?
The workers are not, but the hosts are.
What's not interchangeable is you, the audience.
This is about human agency, your agency.
We're here every day of the week to do it, and I'm so proud of the team that's come together.
Real America's Voice, GNews, GTV, John Frederick's Radio Network, and all the sites, Gab, Rumble, Pluto, all of it.
Just honored to be a part of it.
Well, I'll say a couple things real quick on that.
We're always on the receiving end of your compliments, but I think the audience needs to understand that without Stephen Caban, none of us would have had the impetus to get up and do all of these things.
So I want to thank you. | ||
I've got the easiest job in the world.
All I've got to do is be a traffic cop.
Oh, I never said you did any hard work.
I'm just saying that you've helped us get to this point.
All I've got to be is a traffic cop, and here's why.
This is why we try to also highlight, and I've known Rahim, when I met Rahim, he was what, behind the years, what, 10 or 12 years ago?
But I knew the guy had something, because he had really cut to the heart of what the problem in Europe was, and Nigel Farage saw the same thing.
But what we're seeing in this new rising generation, right, there's a rising generation of people in their 20s and 30s.
They're the backbone of this movement, they're going to be the leaders in this movement.
So everybody in the audience, if you're a boomer, Think we're going to pass the baton and we're doing it every day.
They're the leaders of this.
That's what's going to win in 2022.
That's what's going to win in 2024.
So you're going to see people and that's what a fourth turning is about.
There are people out there right now you've never heard about.
You've never read them.
You've never seen or heard.
They're going to be rock stars in 2022 and bigger rock stars in 2024.
All the old's going to be swept away and there's going to be a whole new generation coming up.
So this is the easiest job I ever had.
I just got to act as a traffic cop and of course show up We've never been sued.
But Rahim, you guys, I'm so proud of what you're doing at National Pulse.
People don't realize how difficult it is to start a new site, to populate it every day with facts when the whole world is coming at you guys to find the tiniest...
unidentified
|
Oh, de-platforming us.
De-platforming and also find the tiniest mistakes.
I haven't seen any mistakes so far.
Knock on wood. | ||
Look, we've never been sued.
Everything we do is... and we get millions upon millions of visitors to the site, right?
And so, we've never been sued, we've never been, you know, accused of, you know, factually accused of anything, publishing anything that's false.
Everything is detail-driven.
And you taught me that, you know?
It's not... Opinion doesn't matter.
What matters are the facts and the news, right?
Those are the things that push the agenda.
And the final thing I just want to say is thank you to the audience.
You know, without the audience, there is no show.
And so I'm going to ask a favor.
Make sure you're leaving a review, you're sharing it, you're getting this out to as many people as possible.
Remember, you're not an audience, you're a cadre.
We're building a cadre, and this is going to be a global cadre.
This is the tip of the spear of this populist nationalist revolution throughout the nation.
If you want to see what impact you're having, just watch Richard Maddow and Chris Hayes.
Watch them melt down five nights a week, okay?
We're going to take a break.
We've got a lot to do here.
A lot of speeches. | ||
We're going to get everything up.
We'll be back at 5 o'clock this afternoon live.
I want to thank the audience.
See you back in the War Room at 5 p.m. |
