| The fact that there is a big, weird one happening in Arizona, I think, has sunk in in the normal media and for the rest of us. | ||
| But if you look at the way they are talking about this stuff in the Trump world, they really are going to do these everywhere, all over the country, everywhere pro-Trump Republicans can convince someone to get them access to real ballots from the election and real voting machines. | ||
| They're just doing it all over, as if elections are theirs now, and ballots are theirs now. | ||
| It's no longer a public government function, it's just for the Trump people to take over now on their own terms, and they'll tell us what happened. | ||
| Are you really going to leave this just up to state elections officials playing whack-a-mole to try to, you know, stop the next, stop the steal scam here, and then stop the next one there, and stop the next one there? | ||

Well, let me give you the timeline and then I'll answer your question. | |
| Two weeks before I even got in this Senate race, Chuck Schumer started running ads against me in the state of Pennsylvania. | ||
| I declared my campaign about a week and a half ago in Western Pennsylvania with a rally of over 450 people. | ||
| We launched our website at the same time so that people could learn all about my platform and join the movement. | ||
| Then Chuck Schumer started sending out emails saying, hey, this is Parnell, like we've got to stop this guy, help us fund our great Democratic candidates. | ||
| At that time, Google then sort of shut down the algorithm behind my website, and you cannot find it on Google. | ||
| And that's problematic, Steve, because, you know, we set fundraising records in our run for Congress in Western Pennsylvania on digital fundraising. | ||
| It's the most efficient way to raise money. | ||
| And if, you know, people are watching me on your podcast right now, and they say, oh, that Parnell dude, I kind of like him. | ||
| I'm going to go to his website, maybe throw him a few bucks. | ||
| You can't find my website. It's hard to raise money. So you can't find it on Google But you can't find it on other platforms like Yahoo Bing or duck duck go So that's why we know it's sort of a Google exclusive problem But at the end of the day Steve, I know that I'm over the target and I know that the radical left fears me When they have to do this sort of sort of thing So we're going to power through. | ||

| Part of the reasons that we're doing these audits is to expose what happened on the 3rd of November. | ||
| When you see Rachel Maddow incomplete, and she's apoplectic right now, because she's warned about this. | ||

| She warned a couple weeks ago, they've got their hands on the ballots. | ||
| Got their hands on the ballots and now she wants a federal response. | ||
| She wants DOJ to back up the letter they sent to Arizona to Karen Phan. | ||
| They want that backed up by this new head of the Civil Rights Division, just got confirmed yesterday, without the Republican Senate really hammering down on her background. | ||
| She wants her to step in and shut the whole thing down. | ||
| What are your thoughts about that, about these audits And particularly what happened in Pennsylvania, you should be Congressman Sean Parnell right now. | ||

Well, Steve, look, you know, these audits, audits are about transparency and audits are about accuracy. | |
| Audits are so important that we see fit to elect an Auditor General in the state of Pennsylvania every four years. | ||
| If the IRS says, you know, hey Parnell, I want to audit you, I don't get to say no. | ||
| So the government shouldn't get to say no about elections either. | ||
| I don't understand what the controversy is here. | ||
| You know, I think Rachel Maddow is smart. | ||
| I totally agree with you. | ||
| But she said, is there some sort of federal response or some national standard? | ||
| Well, my suggestion would be how about We follow existing federal election law. | ||
| In the state of Pennsylvania, 60 days prior to the election, Governor Wolf, Attorney General Shapiro, Lieutenant Governor Fetterman, Secretary of State Bookbar changed existing election law. | ||
| They removed postmark requirements for mail-in ballots, any semblance of a signature matching requirement. | ||
| Election day became election week. | ||
| They were counting ballots for over a month. | ||
| And I would argue, and we started looking into Act 77 after all of these unilateral changes to election law were made, and we realized that Act 77 itself, Pennsylvania's no-excuse mail-in ballot law, was unconstitutional. | ||
| So yeah, I would say instead of conjuring up some big federal response to third-party audits, which by the way, these third-party audits are emerging because I would make the case that the government failed in putting on an election that people can trust. | ||
| 50% of the people. | ||
| I mean, everywhere I go, Steve, people, and I'm talking, I just talked to an independent voter last night in a restaurant. | ||
| He said, you know, this election was a disaster. | ||
| We need some clarity. | ||
| So these audits are popping up all over the country because their government failed in their duty of putting on an election that everyone in this country can trust. | ||
| So these audits, the whole point behind them is providing the people a level of clarity because without that clarity and without that transparency, people aren't going to trust Period. | ||

| which are the bedrock of our republic, and it's important for us to re-establish that trust moving forward. | ||
| Period. End of story. There's nothing controversial about these audits at all. | ||
| You led men in combat in the longest war in America's history. | ||
| Now you've seen Fauci go back and forth about funding of the Wuhan lab, what went on in the Wuhan lab. | ||
| Biden came out and said, 60 days I'm going to get a report. | ||
| MSNBC is doing live reports this morning from Beijing saying how the Chinese Communist Party has all got their back up now. | ||
| If you were in the United States Senate, sir, being a combat veteran, understanding the threat of the Chinese Communist Party, what would you say had to happen about Hunkering down on what happened in this lab and what happened with this bioweapon. | ||

| The fact that Fauci was involved in funding, you know, probably about a $600,000 grant to the Wuhan Lab of Virology on gain-of-function research for a virus that became one of the greatest man-made tragedies of our time, a once-in-a-hundred-year pandemic. | ||

| I think that China immediately seized on that opportunity, weaponized the virus, and All the proof that I needed is the fact that they locked down domestic travel and they sent infected Chinese citizens all over the world and spread the virus to countries like America, right? | ||
| What are we going to do to hold them accountable? | ||
| I feel like that needs to be in general order number one in the House and the Senate. | ||
| And I know that there are members in the House and the Senate that are focused on that exclusively. | ||
| But if I were in the Senate right now, that would be one of my singular focuses, trying to figure out how we're going to hold China accountable for the devastation that they wrought on this world. | ||

| If you don't check the names of the people who voted to see if they're citizens or not, and find out that 20,000, 30,000, 40,000, 50,000 aren't citizens, therefore you got to pull their votes out. | ||
| If you don't check whether people from out of state are voting, of which we had a number there, alleged. | ||

| Well, you have a case going on in Atlanta. | ||

| There's plenty in Georgia. | ||
| In fact, by no means is Arizona, in terms of evidence, the worst. | ||
| I mean, it's very bad. | ||
| But that would probably go, the credit there would go to Pennsylvania, where the evidence of fraud is, fills at least two cabinets in my, two four drawer cabinets in my apartment. | ||
| Here's what I'm talking about. | ||
| This is what they wouldn't listen to. | ||
| They wouldn't listen to American citizens come forward and explain how they believe they were cheated. | ||
| And that's a travesty by the courts. | ||
| It wasn't me. | ||
| I didn't witness any of this. | ||
| I was a lawyer. | ||
| I listened to other people who told me things and were willing, many of them, to put it under oath. | ||
| And many of them were anxious to say it under oath in court. | ||
| They were all different types of people. | ||

| You can pass a diversity test. | ||
| So, the courts deprived the American people of hearing what their fellow citizens wanted to tell them about what they perceived happened during the election. | ||
| And we got some of that because we changed strategies midway. | ||
| We got some of it before the state legislatures. | ||
| You know, we were- Critical. | ||
| We were brought into a situation where nobody in the Trump campaign legal team was ready for this. | ||
| So we lost about a week to a week and a half. | ||
| We went to court. | ||
| It was obvious there was a shutdown in the court somehow. | ||
| So we quickly switched strategies and said, where else can we get these citizens to come forward? | ||
| And we went to the state legislature. | ||
| We got a great reception from the Republicans in the state legislature, but our two biggest nemesis were Ducey and Kemp. | ||
| Both legislatures would have voted to rescind if it wasn't for the pressure put on by Ducey and his attorney. | ||
| And the other guy. | ||
| Not just me. | ||
| Kemp and his attorney general, and Ducey. | ||
| That's why their political careers are both over. | ||
| Kemp will never win. | ||
| He'll drop out of the primary. | ||
| He'll never be a candidate. | ||
| The man was actively involved in lobbying against giving us a hearing. | ||
| Don't even talk about the result. | ||
| Plus, they were behind not giving us a single piece of evidence. | ||
| We couldn't see a machine. | ||
| We couldn't see a vote. | ||

| Now, why would you hide that if you had, as they said in Atlanta, a perfect election? | ||

| That would be section two Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution, interpreted by the court in 1895 to say that ultimately the state legislature is the sole arbiter, the sole determinant of how a presidential election is run, and is the sole determinant of whether the vote is legitimate. | ||
| So they would have to be amending the Constitution if they did that. | ||
| Federal government has no role in this. | ||
| It's been given by the Constitution directly to the state legislature. | ||
| And the theory is even spelled out in the Federalist Papers and in the Constitutional Convention debate. | ||
| They wanted to make sure a decision like this was made by the body closest to the people. | ||
| We know for sure that Washington is not the body closest to the people. | ||
| In fact, he's probably the furthest from it. | ||
