Well the virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, and the worst happens... War Room.
unidentified
|
Pandemic. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, welcome back. | ||
I want to thank Mike Lindell, the team, and Mike Lindell's been so incredibly important behind the scenes of so many things that are going on.
Remember, he's got a big event in Mitchell, South Dakota on Monday.
They're doing the official hard launch of Frank Speech, his new site, his new social media site, and there's all kind of information.
We'll make sure we get up on that.
But support Mike Lindell, support MyPillow, the great manufacturing company up in Minnesota and the War Room.
Go to MyPillow.com right now and type in promo code WAROOM.
Get up to 66% discounts on many products, but discounts across the board.
In particular, the sale on Giza Sheets are not going to last forever.
Two for one now, Giza Sheets.
And you've got the moccasins and slippers.
The new product offering 40% off there.
But go there today. | ||
Make sure you take action.
Use your agency. | ||
Extraordinary products.
You get the pillows and you'll sleep like you've never slept before.
You haven't slept until you have slept on the sheets and the pillows.
Okay. | ||
We've got so much going on in particularly Arizona, which the mainstream media has not wanted to cover.
And now they're being forced to cover.
I cannot emphasize enough how petrified, to the core, the Biden White House, the Biden apparatus is about what the patriots are doing in Arizona.
This is not going to happen remember people says goodbye May 14th.
No, they're grinding out there, you know blocking and tackling getting things done.
And that's all the sudden why Katie Hobbs is in freakout mode in particularly now the DOJ.
I haven't had a chance to see the reporting from from later in the morning Boris, but Who are they saying authorized this?
Because something like this, Rudy's, you know, Biden says he didn't know anything about it.
Trust me, somebody in the White House knew about the hit on Rudy because it's so outrageous and so disgraceful how it was done.
If you want those devices, there's so many ways to get those, right?
So many ways to get it. | ||
It's a disgrace. | ||
That is a disgrace against an American hero, right?
Rudy Giuliani's, the memory of what Rudy Giuliani did on 9-11 and what we're coming up on the 20th anniversary of, and the memory of what he did as a prosecutor against the mafia and against the mafia on Wall Street.
Right. | ||
It's going to live far longer than these folks that are attacking him.
But that is outrageous.
And remember, there's no conspiracies, but there are also no coincidences.
Why does it all drop just when Arizona is heating up?
And you know, they've been working on this DOJ thing for a while.
They've been working on this DOJ letter.
So, I haven't had a chance to see the latest, but who are they saying approved this?
Somebody in the White House had to approve this.
They understand this is to the core, this is about political capital.
This is about his legitimacy.
They understand when those results come out, it's a new game.
They got that. | ||
They have to have a firewall here.
They have to have a fire break, right?
They need something to slow this down.
They need to get in court.
They need to start to disparage what's going on.
And so MSNBC and CNN and now all day long is going to be running the Justice Department thing and get all the hacks.
They get up to the same class, the same hacks.
Right. | ||
They didn't see 2016 coming.
The same hacks that got there for the whole Russia nonsense.
Right. | ||
The first impeachment.
Right. | ||
The same set of hacks that have said it's a big lie.
unidentified
|
Right. | |
There's no foundation.
It's not supportable. | ||
Well, if it's not supportable, why is the DOJ in absolute panic mode now?
And I gotta tell you, the buried lead there, they're panicked, and I've said this from the beginning.
The canvassing and re-canvassing, where you're gonna go see an empty lot, or you're gonna go see a post office box.
The canvassing, what's happening on the deck plates.
Is scares them to death, but what really scares them, and this is going to roll over to Georgia, this is going to roll over to other places, right, is the difference is they want all votes to count.
We want all legal votes to count.
All legal votes, chain of custody votes, certifiable votes, right?
And now they're bringing up this thing of intimidation.
So Boris, let's go back through the DOJ's effort and this is to the core, this is outrageous.
To think that a Department of Justice representing a president, his people he put in there, that they are now going to go shut down citizens and particularly this is by the Senate of the state of Arizona.
This is not a collection of interest groups.
This is just not a collection of folks doing this.
This is by the Senate in Arizona.
So Boris, what is DOJ telling us in this letter?
What are their concerns?
unidentified
|
I mean, their concerns are the same things we've heard.
Their concerns are the same things the Democrats actually just settled their lawsuit on in Arizona.
You know, oh, there's going to be some voter identification revealed.
Wrong. | ||
That's not true. | ||
They don't like the auditor.
Well, you know, the federal government doesn't get to come in and say who the state Senate of Arizona chooses as the auditor.
So that is nonsense. | ||
In the end, a lot of action, which is a little short, you know, you would think that if the power of the phone...
They would maybe put a little more work into it, but the letter seems to me like the one big complaining screed where they just don't like that it's happening.
And they can't truly, deeply identify any major malfunction with it, any major wrongdoing, any major shortcoming, but they just don't like it, and they're saying to the Arizona Senate that, hey, we're the DOJ, don't mess with us, we don't like this, and you better stop it.
That's the message. | ||
It's a bullying. | ||
The federal government and the Biden administration are bullying the Arizona State Senate, Arizona Republicans, the MAGA movement, and the American people as a whole into shutting up.
That's what they want. | ||
That's what they're saying.
Shut up, sit there, and take it.
Biden's your president.
He's the one getting enchiladas, you know, over at Union Market in DC.
He's the president. | ||
He can't get up a bunch of stairs, but he's the president.
He can't get 15 million people to watch his first address to the joint session after President Trump got over 45, and we're supposed to believe he got 80 million votes, but Biden's the president.
You idiots, you better shut up and listen.
That is what the DOJ is saying to the American people, but you know what?
They got another thing coming.
And a raid on the former mayor, on America's mayor, is not going to scare us, is not going to make us stand down.
It is authoritarian tactics that are being used by Biden and his cronies.
And let's be honest, again, Joe Biden barely knows, you know, what side of the bed he gets up in in the morning.
But this is age-old Democrat tactics, saw it with the Kennedys, saw it with LBJ.
This is what they do. | ||
But the American people, the MAGA movement, the brain trust, that is the viewership and the audience of this show are not going to back down.
I want to go back to the question, Boris, how high did this have to go?
And this is unprecedented.
How high did this have to go to send that letter to basically put him on notice?
We're going to go into federal court, but we are going to shut this process down.
How high was that decision made?
unidentified
|
Here's my expectation.
It's a Merrill Garland.
The Attorney General had to sign off on it, and I would be shocked if he did not go to Ron Klain, the Chief of Staff, and read him it.
That would be my expectation of the chain of command there.
Hang on, Ron Klain is the Prime Minister.
So they went to the Prime Minister.
He's got more stroke than Kamala Harris.
She's wandering around, you know, talking about root causes and planting trees in Central America, right?
Or she's out trying to sell her condo, I don't know where it is, in Brentwood somewhere, right?
Or she's going to a bakery up in, was it Oakland?
She it's he's that he's the power.
unidentified
|
Well, hold on to be fair Kamala Harris did go to the border She went to the border.
It was just the northern border.
Okay, she went to New Hampshire Okay, she's the borders are she went to the border, but she went the wrong way.
Okay, she went to New Hampshire There's not a lot of action.
Yeah, Ron Klain's Ron Klain is running this country, correct?
Yes. | ||
Oh And so they went to, they had to go to the White House to prove this.
No way, given the controversy and given the progress.
Here's the thing, remember, it's a three-pronged approach in Arizona, ladies and gentlemen.
You've got what's happening on the deck plates at the convention center, okay?
That's the forensic audit of the 2.1 million ballots.
You've also got, they've imaged the machines and now they're off taking, the machines have been sent back and they're now off of the machines doing their analysis for the machines.
In addition, there's a canvassing element to this.
It hasn't really been played up, but I tell you who's watching it.
The Justice Department, because they understand you're going to go find the vacant lots, you're going to go find that there's no address here, you're going to go find that ghost voters are here, illegal alien voters are here, underage voters are here, voters that live in California, the post office box, no no no no no.
They don't. | ||
The Biden administration and the Biden campaign and the Democrats want all votes.
They just want something that's dropped in there.
Oh, that's a vote. | ||
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
It's got to be a legal vote.
It's got to be a certifiable vote.
It's got a vote that has chain of custody.
This is what they fear, and they showed a couple of cards in this letter.
Katie Hobbs showed a couple of cards last night.
They're in absolute panic mode, and why they're in panic mode is that the MAGA movement and the Patriots are steady as you go.
You're getting over the target, you're steady as you go.
This is a grind right now.
They're going to be all kind of firestorm about the media.
I told you they're going to have eventually Antifa and BLM are going to be out there.
They're going to be protests out there.
They're going to gear up the media.
They're going to gear it all up and they're going to use as a predicate.
And this is outrageous.
To defend his illegitimacy, he's now used the Justice Department.
That's a fact. | ||
What they're concerned about, that they can't jam through, you know, $1.9 trillion here, $1.9 trillion there, right?
You know, another $5.2 trillion federal budget, all these grandiose plans, you know, the climate change, you know, $11 trillion this year when you add it all up.
They can't do that. | ||
Right? | ||
They got the mansions and the Christian cinemas.
They're worried enough, but now they realize he got a job and it's his political capital and his political capital is going to sink into something with a three in front of it.
A 30, 35% when his illegitimacy becomes more and more relevant and all they do on all this all day long in MSNBC and CNN and the New York Times is hammer consistently.
This is baseless. | ||
Whereas the MAGA movement is evidence-based, data-based, and science-based.
And that's why the Senate, and remember, the Senate in Arizona is not full of Trump fire-breathing populists.
There's no cult of personality out there.
There are a number of moderates and they all voted for it.
Why? | ||
They understand we have to get to the bottom of November 3rd.
And I'll tell you what, instead of working with people, instead of embracing this and say, yes, if we want to bring the country together, let's find out exactly what happened.
Instead of doing that, they've taken the most defensive posture at all and now they've gone on offense.
They've weaponized, and this is weaponization of the Justice Department.
against the MAGA movement.
They have weaponized this with Rudy Giuliani and, hey, with the letter that came out to put on notice what's happening in Arizona as a predicate, Boris said it, to lay a predicate for going to court.
Boris, we only got you for a minute left.
Give us your coordinates and your final thoughts on this topic.
unidentified
|
Steve, thank you so much.
My- here's my final thoughts on this topic.
The bottom line is this, and we'll talk to you again this afternoon.
The bottom line is that the Democrats cannot rest easy.
They are absolutely freaking out about this audit, and now they're trying- of the DOJ.
It is brazen, it is clear, but frankly, it is sad.
because they are proving to us that this is doing what we expected it to do, which is getting to the bottom of what happened in this election.
I'm at BorisEP, Boris underscore Epstein, Boris underscore EPSHTEYN on Instagram.
God bless, stay strong, see you this afternoon.
So much news to go through in Arizona and across the board.
We've got to get into the election stuff.
We're going to get Boris in studio and go through systematically.
We're going to take another commercial break, but we're going to get Darren Beattie on here, but we're also going to go through the continuation of exactly what's going on.
The audit in Arizona has already performed its primary function.
Let's draw them all out.
Let's get them all on the playing field.
They walked into a trap.
They sent the letter. | ||
They've weaponized the Justice Department against a fair accounting of what happened on November 3rd.
unidentified
|
That's how afraid they are of this.
It's all supposed to be crazy town, right?
Don't think so. | ||
Be back in the War Room in just a second.
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
unidentified
|
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, we're going to get Rudy up in a few minutes.
We're having a little technical problem and we're changing his schedule because this thing in Arizona is so big and we're trying to get Rudy up.
And so, just stand by. | ||
We've got a lot more to say about Arizona, what's happening out there.
There's all over. | ||
There's breaking news going to be in South Carolina.
There's things happening in Michigan.
There's more things happening in New Hampshire.
And put it in time, ladies and gentlemen.
In 2009, the Tea Party movement, and remember, it's all about process.
It's about critical path.
That 63 seat sweeping victory, right?
Started much smaller than what we see today in the same period of time.
Okay? | ||
They hadn't even had the first rally.
We had the predicate to this was the run-up, the Great Awakening, the run-up to Trump's victory in 2020.
That is now contested, right?
It's contested. | ||
It's contested. | ||
But the DOJ, the Biden administration, has now weaponized the Department of Justice to shut down what's happening in Arizona.
If you've got nothing to hide, why don't you embrace it and work with people and let's get to the bottom of it.
Nope, not going to do that.
Look, Katie Hobbs sent that letter.
You know, she's Secretary of State.
You've got 48 hours. | ||
Work with people. | ||
This is not going to get shut down.
We're going to get to the bottom of it.
We cannot go forward as a country until we get to the bottom of the Wuhan lab and we get to the bottom of November 3rd.
Once we get to the bottom of those two, we can start to make progress.
Okay? | ||
And the MAGA movie is going to be relentless at this.
We don't care how many episodes on MSNBC or how many episodes on CNN or how many front page stories in the New York Times.
It does not matter. | ||
Okay, before we get Rudy on, we've got to pivot, but there's another major story by the great team at Revolver and Darren Beattie.
Darren, I want you to come on and we're going to put this up in the live chat.
Walk us through what's going on at the Pentagon, and really this is emblematic of threat or government.
Walk us through this massive study you've got, this investigative report you've got going on at Revolver.
Well, this disturbing development that you're reporting about the DOJ using this security voter intimidation predicate to prevent us from discovering what actually happened in Arizona, we see the equivalent in every major institution in the United States, including perhaps most troubling.
In the United States military.
This bombshell expose at revolver.news is blowing up.
It's going to get even bigger.
We found the hatchet man responsible for the entire ideological vetting operation of the United States Defense Forces.
His name is Bishop Garrison.
You have to read the whole piece at revolver.news to get the full story.
But this guy is a Critical race theory zealot, huge proponent of the notorious 1619 project, huge proponent of Black Lives Matter movement, proponent of the all kinds of riots that have been going on.
He wants to reshape, reconfigure, reimagine our defense forces as a woke Praetorian guard for the Biden regime.
It's more terrifying than even I had anticipated.
Well, this is shocking.
They weaponized DOJ. | ||
We know it's been weaponized from day one, but they weaponized DOJ.
They're trying to take Rudy off the playing board about the audits.
They're trying to take him off, the guy who kind of started it, with action, action, action from Gettysburg to Phoenix to Georgia to Wisconsin to Pennsylvania to Michigan.
Action, action, action.
And now, Inside of, and particularly since there's so many veterans, the MAGA movement is made up of so many veterans and patriots that serve their country in law enforcement.
Walk us through who this guy is and how did a guy like this, with this radical theory, this kind of I hate America, how did that get mixed up into the, really the major institution that supports American values here and abroad?
It's a troubling and deeply important story.
I think Revolver.News, you guys, we've been at the forefront of exposing this trend of the National security apparatus getting weaponized against the American people.
We've all basically known that when they talk about quote unquote extremism, they mean you, they mean me, they mean grandpa who is against open borders, they mean anyone who would dare to demand election security and know what happened, actually happened in those ballot counting rooms in Arizona.
That's what they mean by extremists.
We've always expected that.
But in the man and in the opinions and in the public pronouncements of Bishop Garrison, who's running this ideological vetting operation, we have proof.
The proof is terrifying.
It's fully laid out at revolver.news.
He promotes Black Lives Matter and it's he adopts this silence is violence posture.
It's not enough for him.
He, of course, says anyone who's remotely adjacent to Trump is a hater.
And given his position.
He's not just a left-wing nutjob on Twitter.
This is the ideological veteran chief for the United States military.
And so when he says something like, anyone associated with Trump is racist, that means something in terms of the position he has.
That means that nobody who's friendly to the Trump movement has any place in the United States military.
When he says, That it's dangerous when Mike Pompeo criticizes the virulently anti-American 1619 movement.
He's saying that anyone who does not subscribe to his Critical theory, anti-white, anti-American ideology is a national security threat.
Not just someone who disagrees with him, but a national security threat who has no place in the United States military and who deserves the full force of the security apparatus actuated against him.
This is what you see him playing out on CNN and MSNBC all the time.
They take this and amplify it.
Talk to us, we've got four or five minutes to go, but I want to find out who is Garrison himself.
Walk us through who he is, what he believes, how he even got here.
Well, Garrison himself, like the other major, this is a major expose on revolver.news, one of the major ones.
The previous huge expose that put the whole color revolution story on the map, this was the story of a man called Norm Eisen.
Now, Norm Eisen, we have pictures of Norm Eisen sitting down with Bishop Garrison and so forth.
Norm Eisen, I will give him enough credit to say that he's a genuine mastermind.
He is an evil Hello, Bishop Garrison is what some might call a sub-mediocrity.
He's not a mastermind of anything, but that doesn't mean we need to dismiss him for the damage that he's doing in his specific role.
He's been a partisan hack.
He was a Hillary guy. | ||
He's involved in various think tanks.
Associated with this new grift, but really more dangerous than a grift, essentially framing the woke agenda, framing the critical race theory agenda as a national security imperative.
And through various mechanisms, his entire career trajectory has basically been framing all of the anti-American dogma you hear about being taught in the schools, framing that as a national security imperative.
And unfortunately, he's not just some nutjob on Twitter now pontificating about how white people are evil.
He is the Defense Secretary's man in charge of the vetting operation for the United States military.
One of the reasons you see this movement on fire, it's at school boards, and the school board situation is that we had one of the people from the live chat yesterday, we played her video about what she was doing down in Duval County in Jacksonville, putting people on notice about mass wearing, but also critical race theory.
We've had so many mothers come on here in these different organizations, they're going to take down critical race theory at the school board level.
I want to go back to Eisen, because he's a color revolution guy.
Correct me if I'm wrong, I think he's the Harvard Politics Institute guy that I think kicks Stefanik off.
Isn't Eisen somehow also associated with the whole Harvard situation, and his power derives from all these different organizations, he's got his hands in and really controls it from there?
The Harvard thing, I don't know for a fact.
He does have various NGO and kind of cutouts designed for the purposes of effectuating different aspects of the color revolution.
His most prominent organization is a lawfare organization called CRU, which you've probably heard of and has been responsible for hundreds of suits, but he could very well be affiliated with some Harvard offshoot or other academic outposts, but his most notorious operation is crew.
And he, unlike Bishop Garrison, although they're both extremely dangerous, Norm Eisen, whom I've followed, is an actual mastermind.
He is actually sophisticated.
Bishop Garrison might be even more dangerous because he doesn't really know what he's saying, but he's doing tremendous damage to the United States military and to the country.
How can our audience, how can we push back on this?
What is the way to stop this dead in his tracks?
What would you recommend?
You know, this is kind of similar to Norm Eisen.
Norm Eisen, until Revolver exposed him, was If he got any press at all, it was to basically kiss his butt.
He was beloved. | ||
Same thing with Bishop Garrison.
These people are extremely sensitive to being exposed and being criticized, so just now, having his name out there, having Bishop Garrison's name out there as a dangerous hatchet man, as a mediocrity, and as someone who's doing tremendous damage to the country, simply putting him in the spotlight, I promise you,
It terrifies him, it annoys him to no end, and he deserves, for once, he's putting the entire country on the spotlight and suggesting we're domestic terrorists.
unidentified
|
Just putting the spotlight on him does tremendous damage.
Hang on one second. | ||
I just want to bring you back after a short break.
We're also going to have Rudy Giuliani.
I want to bring you back because we've got to push this story out hard.
We're going to return with Darren Beatty, Revolver.News.
Short commercial break.
Rudy Giuliani on the situation in Arizona and the rest of the country next.

War Room. | |

The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
You know, the great thing about this show for me personally is I get to interact every day with so many heroes and patriots.
It really gives a sense of purpose to everything we do.
We've got two heroes now with us, Darren Beattie and Rudy Giuliani, and we'll get to them in a second.
But the biggest and most important heroes is this audience.
That's why people come on here.
That's why Congressman Stefanik wants to come here.
That's why Rudy wants to come here.
That's why Senator Josh Hawley.
It's not us, it's you. | ||
And so here's what's important.
I want to go back to something that's very important right now.
Particular of all the bizarre messaging that's coming at CDC and other places.
Whether you think this virus came as a bioweapon from the Wuhan lab or if you think it's a total complete hoax.
We understand one thing.
It's incumbent upon everybody to boost their immune system.
That's your responsibility.
It's not your friends. | ||
It's not your family. | ||
It's not your loved ones.
It's not your significant other.
It's not the government.
It's yours. | ||
This is about human agency.
Go to warroomdefense.com today.
Do it now. | ||
Get the free vitamin D3 and the zinc.
You gotta pay shipping and handling.
There's information on there also about the rest.
That's your decision. | ||
But start to engage today.
That's what this show is about.
And I've got to tell you, I can't tell you the people that come on here, the books that blow up, the people that come on our organizations that their websites melt down because of you.
It's your agency and you're using it.
And guess what? | ||
The world is starting to notice.
Okay, I want to turn back now.
To Darren Beatty, the great team over at Revolver.net News.
Another explosive story.
And folks, you've got to understand, with limited resources, to do this level of investigative reporting, and this is critical, particularly to every veteran, every parent of a veteran, every friend of a veteran, or an active duty service member, This is outrageous what is happening at the Department of Defense.
It is a disgrace to this nation.
It's a disgrace. | ||
Okay? | ||
It's a disgrace. | ||
Darren Beattie, sum up this story and tell the audience what support you need today to get this story out everywhere.
Well, the story is shocking.
I don't always like doing these exposés, but I think it's necessary, and especially because we need a top-level military fighting force.
Top-level military officials have said this is one of the most terrifying things they've ever seen.
In a nutshell, we've got the equivalent of Ibram Kendi in charge of ideologically vetting the United States military.
It's one of the biggest investigative stories we've done.
Go to revolver.news, read the whole thing, share it with friends and family, but especially share it with friends and family who are currently in the United States military or veterans of the United States military, they deserve to know what this man is about. The American people deserve to know what this man is about. So please read it and share it no matter how disturbing it is.
Darren, real quickly, how do social media, how do people get to you during the day and follow you?
You can get to me at Darren J. Beattie at Twitter, D-A-R-R-E-N-J-B-E-A-T-T-I-E, and as always at Revolver.News.
Thank you, sir. | ||
Appreciate it. | ||
American patriot and hero, Darren Beatty and the team over at Revolver.News.
I now want to go to you. | ||
Talk about standing in the breach.
So easy to quit, so easy to roll over.
So easy when the mafia families threaten his life.
Nope. | ||
Didn't back off. | ||
Crushed the five families.
Crushed the corrupt mafia that's controlling Wall Street.
Mike Milken in that crowd.
Became the great mayor of New York, saw us through 9-11, the 20th anniversary is coming up.
Never asked for any credit, never asked for any money, any resources, never cashed in on any of it.
None of it. | ||
Always in the service of his country.
The mayor, Rudy Giuliani, now being attacked from every aspect of it, and here's what's most outrageous.
The Biden administration has now been stripped of exactly what they're doing.
They've weaponized, they're trying to completely, radically change the Department of Defense and our armed services, turn it into a Praetorian Guard, and they have Radically weaponized the Department of Justice against individuals.
You saw this out in Homer, Alaska, where the FBI goons kicked down the door, handcuffed American citizens, and then, oops, we made a mistake.
We're going to have that couple on and go through in detail.
Rahim's podcast does a great job.
We're going to have them on, too.
Rudy Giuliani, whose lawyer is working with him.
No, 6 o'clock in the morning for a FARA violation?
Are you kidding me? | ||
After seeing the hard drive of the Biden family, Hunter Biden's hard drive from hell, the absolute compromise and corruption of that family, cash money taken by a transnational criminal organization that is the Chinese Communist Party and their state-owned industries.
And now, last night, the Justice Department, they're scared to the marrow of their bones.
And you know why? | ||
They understand MAGA is not going to back down one inch to get to the bottom of what happened on the 3rd of November and days thereafter.
Rudy Giuliani, you've had the opportunity now to review these letters.
You saw Katie Hobbs, the Department of Justice.
What is your assessment, sir?
My assessment is they should go back to law school.
They have no power to interfere with the state legislature conducting this inquiry.
The Constitution of the United States, in no uncertain terms, gives total plenary power to the state legislature.
It was decided in 1892, if they read court opinions instead of acted as political henchmen, they'd read McPherson versus Blacker.
Which says that the state legislature has plenary power to regulate the presidential election.
And at any time, even if they delegate that power to a governor, to a election commissioner, they can take it back.
Because it's a power given exclusively to them, they can always take it back.
And when would they take it back?
When they think something is irregular, something is wrong?
Well, my goodness, there's so much wrong in Arizona that there's maybe 50 to 60 facts and about 200 affidavits that cry out for some kind of honest recap.
So the minute that the state legislature takes it back, they can appoint anyone they want to do it.
The idea that these people, you know, don't have the power to look at this is absurd.
It would suggest that the federal government runs a presidential election.
It doesn't. | ||
I know they want to. | ||
I know they want to violate the Constitution and have the federal government take over presidential elections.
Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution says that The selection of presidential electors, which is the presidential election, is governed by the state legislature solely.
The Supreme Court has made it clear as early as 1892, and as late as Bush v. Gore, that that means they're supreme.
The Congress can't interfere with them.
The courts can't interfere with them.
The Constitution did not give the decision to the courts.
It gave it to the state legislature.
So the state legislature is carrying out their duty.
It's a legitimate vote.
They have been backing off this now for six months because they do not want anybody to look at these paper ballots.
Before you even get to the machines, they don't want anybody to look at these paper ballots.
Think of the following, Steve.
Arizona reported not a single vote by a non-citizen.
Yes, you should laugh. | ||
So our expert, the one we used, estimated about 38,000.
Other experts, other litigants there, go as high as 60 or 70,000.
Once you get the ballot, you can check it against the Department of Motor Vehicle rolls, because illegal immigrants are allowed to get licenses in Arizona.
And you'll be able to see how many voted.
And where they voted. | ||
Those voters voted completely illegal.
unidentified
|
We'll be able to see how many underage people voted.
Mayor, let me break this down for a second.
You've got the paper ballots, the forensic audit, and that's happening on the deck plates of the convention center.
You've got the machines, and they've been scanned, or whatever it is, technically.
And look, we're not machine guys, but we think it's got to be fully vetted and fully gone through.
That's now, they're somewhere going through that, under supervision.
Right? | ||
The machines have been turned back, I guess, to the Maricopa County.
unidentified
|
I believe it's all being taped, too.
Taped, yes. | ||
Oh, yeah. | ||
Afterward, you can see what they did.
But hang on, the third leg of this stool that no one's really talked about is the canvassing effort.
And you can tell the shock.
This letter, and I'm not a lawyer, but aren't they, this is an intimidation letter.
Aren't they implying that there could be criminal penalties?
Not just shutting the process down, which they want to do immediately.
However, the whole thing about canvassing and quote-unquote intimidating voters, right?
They're implying, are they not implying there's potential criminal penalties here, sir?
Yeah, they're trying to frighten them.
And I mean, the reality is, how would you ever investigate allegations of voter fraud if you didn't interview people?
So what they're really doing is they're really trying to prevent any investigation.
So H.R. | ||
1 will allow them to cheat five times more than they did in this election, if it passes, because the paper ballots, they won't even have to pretend to have signatures on them.
This time, they had to pretend to have signatures on them.
Next time, they don't even have to pretend.
And then, if anybody complains and wants to do an investigation, they'll say that's voter intimidation.
So, I mean, they're setting it up so they can steal elections for the indefinite future and we can become a one-party country.
Right in the socialist game plan of Marx, Engels, and the communists who run the Black Lives Matter and are tied into the Democrat Party.
Mayor, you've worked at the Justice Department.
You ran Southern District of New York back in the days when it operated as a real entity, not the Gestapo it's turned into.
How high did this decision have to go to basically weaponize the Justice Department of Joe Biden against the American people?
How high did that decision have to go before that letter got sent, in your opinion?
If it didn't go to the Attorney General, he's not running the department.
If a letter like this, in which you are going up against the decision of the state legislature, which has plenary constitutional authority to do this, Garland's a good enough lawyer to read Article 2 and to read the McPherson case, the Bush v. Gore case, the other cases that give them plenary power.
There's no question they have this power.
The letter that is written by the Justice Department is fictitious.
It would be F on a law school exam on, you know, do you understand Article 2 of the Constitution?
And Garland is a good lawyer.
He may be other things, but he's certainly a good lawyer.
So they know exactly what they're doing.
This is not really a legal letter.
This is a political letter intended to intimidate everybody.
And it shouldn't intimidate anyone.
What they're doing, they have full constitutional authority for what they're doing.
What the Biden Justice Department is doing is completely unconstitutional and interfering.
And there's no question that this department now, day after day, we get more and more indications that it's operating like a secret police or some kind of a police force of the Biden administration.
I mean, they break into that woman's house in Alaska, they have her picture wrong, but they put her in handcuffs?
And they put the guests in handcuffs?
They don't even know if she was there, and it wasn't alleged she did anything wrong there.
She was just inside. | ||
She's not somebody who harmed anybody, hurt anybody.
The two people have no criminal record, and they break down the door, and then they turn out, oh sorry, we got the wrong person.
Hang on one second, we're going to take a short commercial break.
I want to, when we return, I'm going to ask you the question, is this a predicate, this letter a predicate for them to go into federal court and try to shut down what's going on in Arizona?
Our guest is Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
We're going to take a short commercial break in the War Room.
We're going to return with America's Mayor about Arizona in a moment.

Go there today. | ||
I want to pivot now back to America's Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
Mayor, is this letter just a... First off, it's intimidation.
It's implying there could be criminal charges to patriots out there, particularly on the canvassing side.
But is this all a predicate to actually going to federal court and try to shut this down?
And I'm getting a lot of people from there saying, These guys have no standing.
Rudy's a thousand percent right.
The Constitution is very clear about this.
This is not a bunch of whack job militia people.
This is the Senate of the state of Arizona, and they're not all Trump folks.
There's a lot of moderates and some McCain people.
unidentified
|
This is the Senate of the state of Arizona.
This was a long battle to do this.
I mean, they gathered massive evidence.
I mean, we supplied Thousand documents?
They have more than that.
They have more evidence than... They went beyond because, you know, they have more power than we.
They went beyond what we have.
So they have evidence I don't even know.
But the evidence I do know certainly makes what they're doing reasonable.
And the fact is, under the Constitution, it doesn't have to be reasonable.
Plenary power means plenary power.
It means they have the full and complete power.
to regulate a presidential election and to do it even after the election is over so they can go back and decide what their irregularities among other among other things in order to legislate to prevent that from happening in the future and what the letter is is a complete false statement of the law Because it takes no account of Article 2 of the Constitution that governs this.
It's as if the Justice Department governs elections, not Article 2 of the Constitution.
I mean, like, we never had a constitution.
And this is very, very typical now of the Biden administration.
There has never been, in my memory, including Nixon, a Justice Department that has been just almost every decision is political.
I don't know if they're capable of making a Honest, unbiased opinion that's, you know, equally applicable to both sides.
They are afflicted with a double standard that's so great it's basically, you know, destroyed the scales of justice.
Have they, in your opinion, used to work there?
You're somebody that's, you know, you breathe justice, right?
And law and order. | ||
unidentified
|
Some of the greatest days of my life.
Have they weaponized, has Biden and his administration's cohorts weaponized the DOJ against Trump, his supporters, and the American people, sir?
He's weaponized them against Trump, Trump's supporters, and certainly the American people that don't agree with him.
They're all in jeopardy.
And their rights don't mean anything.
I mean, I'm trying to find another lawyer's office that was ever broken into other than a lawyer for Donald Trump.
Do you realize how dramatic a violation of the Constitution that is?
Now, if the Attorney General authorized that, you shouldn't even be a lawyer.
I mean, I had opportunities when I was U.S.
Attorney to authorize search warrants and electronic surveillance of lawyers' offices.
I did it in a very, very big case, and I turned it down, and my assistants wanted to do it.
And they wanted to go to the Justice Department to get permission.
And I said, Look, you know, we're, we're gonna get these guys anyway, we don't have to violate the Constitution to do it.
And this is unheard of, that you would do there.
Now, now there's a second or third time they've done it.
Mayor, we've only got about two minutes left.
We've got one more question before we go.
The impeachment trial, which you were the key guy in the first impeachment trial.
Elise Stefanik, she jumped in there.
What's your assessment of Elise Stefanik and her help on the first impeachment trial?
She was 100%. | ||
Not only was she 100% right and loyal, she's very effective.
She was a very effective advocate.
There were four or five that were really terrific.
And she's, she really, I think, became a national figure, quite rightly, because she was, her questioning was, you know, like a very good lawyer.
And then her appearances on television were always very pointed and very, very well researched.
I considered her to be one of the, you know, one of the stars of that.
I mean, there were obviously Jim Jordan and a couple of others, but we're talking, we're talking just about Elise.
unidentified
|
She was as good as the best.
Mayor, real quickly, your podcast, how do people watch your radio show, how they listen to it, the podcast, and how they get to you?
