Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, it is Wednesday the 28th of April, the year of our Lord 2021.
You're in the War Room live from the nation's capital, Raheem Kassam.
My wingman is in the studio.
We're live everywhere.
raheem kassam
Can we just be clear?
steve bannon
Yes, sir.
raheem kassam
I leave you for one day and you blow through the brakes.
He's just talking straight through.
Don't think I wasn't watching.
unidentified
Wow.
steve bannon
Wow.
I don't know if to blame that on Captain Bannon, on young Master Cameron, on Denver, or just my own.
I was so engrossed in the Beijing Olympics.
By the way, we're going to get to everything in a minute.
We're going to get to everything.
But the headline in the Financial Times today, we're always ahead of you guys.
China braced for population fall.
And the thing it talks about here is the Chinese Communist Party refuses to put forward their demographic analysis, their new census, right, because it's not good news for them.
China braced for population fall and it goes through the economics that's going to affect the economics of the world, in particular the Chinese Communist Party.
As I said today, I gave an interview in London to a Chinese group over there that has a network That has stations or has, it's online for the Chinese diaspora of the freedom.
And I said, listen, this gets into transhumanism too.
They haven't quite panicked.
But this population fall is because of the hungry ghost of the 400 million as both American Principles Project, LifeSite News, and Miles Grohl all say it's 400 million forced abortions in China since the Chinese Communist Party took over.
That's the implosion.
Massive world impact.
So we're on fire everywhere from Vail, Arizona, where the parents have now thrown down hard on the mass mandates in elementary schools, to Georgia right now in Cobb County.
There's a huge fight over ballots in Cobb County.
There's Joe Biden tonight is going to step up.
Tomorrow we're going to have John Tanney on to talk about modern monetary theory.
This underpins everything.
Okay?
Biden is proposing what?
A $1.9 trillion American Families Plan tonight?
That's an addition, ladies and gentlemen.
That's not the infrastructure plan.
Different deal.
American Families Plan, which is essentially what the cultural Marxists try to do.
It's what the Bolsheviks did.
It's what Mao Zedong did.
They must destroy the centrality of the family in any civilization for them to take over.
This is just simply another version.
this is this is the cultural marxism with a one point nine trillion dollar check attached to it but you're seeing pushback you've seen huge pushback by the trump movement and the populist right okay but first we gotta get to the business of the day and i get a it doesn't we told you is gonna be an epic fight in arizona now it's back in the courts wanna bring in boris epstein to get us up to speed boris we've got new hampshire that's on fire We've got up in Michigan, in Antrim County, once again, it's on fire.
Out in Montana, it's on fire.
In Cobb County, even as we speak, there's a Zoom call.
Captain Ben and others are monitoring that.
There's a complete throwdown in Cobb County.
And the bid and the ask of these things couldn't be broader, right?
So I want to go to first, I want to go to you.
Walk us through what's going on in Arizona.
boris epshteyn
Here's what's going on in Arizona, Steve.
Great to be with you this morning.
You are right.
In that there seems to be an avalanche of these actions, of this push, and really force from the MAGA movement all across the country.
That's why it's so important for me to be with you and with MAGA Braintrust.
That's your viewership, your audience this morning on War Room.
Here's where we are in Maricopa County, Arizona, which is the epicenter, the heartbeat of this push to get to the bottom of what truly happened in 2020.
Today at 10.30 local, 1.30 eastern, there's going to be another hearing in front of the judge.
Be super focused on that hearing.
There are likely to be motions that people are not necessarily expecting yet, both from the side of the auditors and maybe even from the side of the Democrats who are trying to stop the audit.
As of now, we've been told that this new judge, Daniel Martin, is going to rule on whether a pause will be put in place.
Now, some emphasis has to be placed on that.
He may grant a TRO, but keep in mind that any TRO is just that.
It's a temporary restraining order.
This isn't any shutdown of the audit.
If it is granted, which obviously we do not want, but if it is granted, it would still be a pause.
It is not a shutdown of the audit.
Nevertheless, we have to keep the heat on, always color within the lines.
But we have to keep the heat on, we have to keep the focus on Arizona and make sure that Democrats are not allowed to hide whatever it is they're trying so hard to hide by throwing over 70 lawyers at this issue, by fighting so strongly to pause this audit.
We have to make sure the audit continues and we get to the bottom of the true count of Arizona from 2020 and whatever it shows.
If I were the Democrats, if I were so confident in the result that Joe Biden won 80 million votes nationwide and won in Arizona by less than 10,000, I'd say, sure, let's continue this audit.
Let's do everything we can to prove to the people of Maricopa County, Arizona, people of Arizona as a whole and America that this was a total and correct Full of justification count.
But for some reason, some reason out there, the Democrats are not doing that.
They're fighting as hard as they can in the courts.
steve bannon
OK, this is what I want to make sure everybody understands.
It's a signal, not not noise, is that the we've got they are pulling every trick in the book to not date or someone to pause.
They want a complete shutdown of this process.
Let's get on the table what they're fighting, and they're pulling every technical trick in the book.
They're not going in and saying, hey, this is how you comply with Arizona state law.
This is how you comply with the federal law.
This is what these guys need to do to be more transparent or accountable.
Whatever they're saying, they're not making those arguments.
They're making the arguments they want this to stop, and they want it to stop now.
So this reinforces the point.
They have no interest In assisting to get to the bottom of November 3rd, and until November 3rd, we can't go forward, correct?
We gotta get to the bottom of what happened on November 3rd, and the closer we get to actually getting down there and turning over the rocks, Right?
You're seeing some varmints start to run from those rocks.
They have no interest in assisting, no interest in laying out what the procedure should be.
They want a full shutdown.
They'll take pauses, but they want a full shutdown.
Is that correct?
boris epshteyn
Absolutely.
The Democrats are throwing anything and everything at this possible.
And we talked about this on your show yesterday.
We talked about day in and day out.
Expect full heat from the media, the Democrats, and big tech.
And that's what we're getting.
The freakout, the complete meltdown by Rachel Maddow, they have the ballots, they have the ballots.
That is not just her own meltdown.
That is not just her own losing it.
That's not just her saying this is a bad situation.
That's a signal.
That's their signal, not noise.
Go and attack this audit with everything you have.
That is what Rachel Maddow, who is the editor-in-chief of not just MSNBC, but all of the Democrat movement, that is what she was saying to the Democrats at large, and that's what's happening.
That is why you have the attack from the attorneys, the attack from the media, and you have so much focus on it now from the left-wing mainstream media, because they don't want this audit to be completed, and if it is completed, they want it to be discredited.
You have that from rhinos as well.
Gabriel Sterling in Georgia yesterday coming out on Twitter, and an election official in Georgia attacking an audit that was ordered by a state senate in Arizona.
You'd think, well, what do they have to do with each other, right?
You'd think, hey, an election official in Georgia should just mind his own business.
There are 300,000, 400,000 ballots to which there's no chain of custody in Georgia.
But you know what?
Sterling knows.
Sterling knows.
He is, maybe not very smart, but he's smart enough to know that once this audit is done in Arizona, and it shows what we expect it to show, even a small fraction of the magnitude of error that we've been talking about, that we've been told to potentially look at, you know, I'm hearing as much as 30%, even if it's a fraction of that, Sterling knows the freight train of audit is coming down the way.
It's on the train to Georgia, and that's why you have this hearing in Cobb County today, and there's going to be more and more and more and more.
The MAGA movement is demanding answers.
And as long as there are strong enough politicians, like Mark Fincham, like Sonny Borelli, like Karen Fann in Arizona, as long as there are strong enough politicians across the country, those receipts are going to be demanded and they're likely going to have to be turned over, as long as the Democrats aren't able to stop it.
And the courts and their cohorts, the RINOs, the Republicans in name only, aren't able to stop it administratively.
steve bannon
I want to give people a heads up, and I don't want to jump outside the lines here, but particularly this movement is so much revolved around this show, and particularly around the Patriots out in Arizona, just an incredible job, and in Georgia, and in South Carolina, Michigan.
People should brace themselves, what do you think, and I don't want you to speculate, but people should brace themselves for the fact that this intensity Of the legal and the media and eventually the activists on the left is just starting.
So gird yourself here.
This is only going to get tougher.
It's not going to get easier.
It's only going to get tougher.
Today, there's a pause up there.
In an injunction for a pause, but it's not a zero probability that the judge could determine for whatever reason he goes through to shut this process down.
And now I realize that can be appealed, but I just want to make sure our audience is up to speed on this, that this could be, you could actually shut it down today, not a pause, but just say, hey, I want the whole thing brought to a halt.
Then you'd have to go appeal.
Is that correct?
boris epshteyn
The motion in front of the judge is one for a protective order, and that actually comes from the auditor's attorneys in terms of turning over the information and the processes, which, you know, it's actually arguable whether one should be turning those over, and we may want to make those transparent to just say, hey, let's rock and roll here.
So that's actually a motion from the auditor's current attorney.
And then the other one is for a temporary restraining order.
So I will be surprised, not shocked, not zero probability, but I will be surprised if the judge went beyond the motions in front of him today and said, well, this whole thing is shut down.
Could there be a pause?
Is there a chance that the judge says, yes, I'm going to grant the temporary restraining order?
There absolutely is.
You have to be you have to be prepared for that and then know what's next, which will be an immediate appeal and could go all the way expedited up to the Arizona Supreme Court.
Now, important to note that this is in the state court right now.
Not federal court.
This is a state election.
It's a state senate subpoena.
It is in state court, in Arizona state court.
And we actually had some good outcomes in Arizona state court back in December, if you remember.
They allowed for a partial testing of some of the duplicate ballots, which means fixed ballots, back in December.
So I do have trust that the Arizona state court system has not been completely rigged by the left.
One can only know.
As we've learned, we cannot trust in anything, we cannot be confident.
We have to work and run through the finish line on every single issue, because we've got so much stacked against us.
Big tech, left-wing media, Democrats, and sadly, a lot of the judiciary.
steve bannon
Okay, so look, in the war room, one of the first rules is that there's no whining, right?
Far be it from us to whine.
Right?
The recusal is going to get to be a huge issue here because I thought we had a judge that was actually going through.
That is what we call, refer to in the business as an unforced error, sir.
I'm sure that will be dealt with at the appropriate time.
But I am not a fan of how this thing has played out over the last couple of days.
As you know, Boris, let's move on to other topics.
So we're going to have updates throughout the day.
You gotta get to Boris's Instagram and particularly his Twitter for updates.
There's a lot of people on the ground out there.
This is going to be a constant and continual struggle to get to the bottom of this.
So just stand by, you know, as they say in the Navy.
Prepare for heavy rolls here because we're getting into it now.
boris epshteyn
I do want people to feel confident that we have strong, strong activists on the ground.
We've got strong, really committed people on the ground who are absolutely determined to make sure that this audit continues.
So there are people out there who believe in election integrity, who believe in doing the right thing.
This situation is not just open-ended and completely left open to Democrats to come in and bowl over.
That is not what we're dealing with.
There are good people on the ground.
The auditors team is doing everything they can.
They're working themselves to exhaustion.
So this is not a situation where the Democrats are focused and our people are not.
And by the way, again, I call on the Democrats to join this effort.
They should want to have the audit, but we know they won't.
steve bannon
Okay, Boris, hang on.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Rahim and Steve will be back here in the War Room.
We want the posse weighing in here.
unidentified
This is a group, this is a collective effort.
steve bannon
That's the Patriots out in Arizona have made sure they've done such an amazing, incredible job.
Okay, short commercial break.
We're going to be back.
The election integrity is now on fire throughout the nation.
We'll be back in a second.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
OK, Tom Friedman, the columnist of the New York Times, got a huge New York Times piece out about, are we going to go to war with China?
If you had been a member and listened or watched War and Pandemic, you would have heard this over a year ago, a year ago.
And by the way, Rahim Ghassan, if you had traveled with us in 18 to Europe, you'd have heard this speech.
I gave the exact same speech that Tom Friedman is finally getting to today in 18, of course, is what we talked about in the White House every day in the confrontation with the Chinese Communist Party.
But I'll get to the Freeman thing later.
raheem kassam
The great part about it is I got to listen to the speech.
About forty times.
unidentified
Because you would give it in the car, and in the hotel room, and everywhere.
raheem kassam
So it's drummed into my head.
steve bannon
Good.
I learned you up as my dad would say.
There's so much to get to.
1.9 trillion dollar American Families Plan tonight, which is basically to take over the American family.
This is the cultural revolution.
Come into your home now with a 1.9 trillion dollar check associated with it.
That's not the That's not the infrastructure bill.
That's another $1.9 trillion.
Remember, $5.2 trillion federal budget.
The scam they try to get with it never talk about the transfer payments anymore.
They only talk about the discretionary.
It's not $1.5 trillion.
The budget this year, I think, is going to be $5.2 trillion.
OK?
$5.2 trillion.
You've got that.
You've got the COVID relief bill, $1.9 trillion, which is going to come back with another COVID relief bill.
So you've got that.
Add that.
You've got $8 trillion.
You've got the $1.9 trillion.
Infrastructure plan, that's another two, and they want to throw another two on there.
Okay, so that is basically, and I realize all the money's not going to be spent in one year in the infrastructure American Families Plan, however, it's all got to be finance.
That's another, what, 10 trillion dollars?
Let's see how much, let's see how many bonds the Chinese Communist Party wants to buy.
Let's see how many bonds the Gulf Emirates want to buy.
Oh, by the way, just another side note, as I said, MBS this morning, our allies, quote unquote, in Saudi Arabia, guess what?
Rubbing up on the Persians, saying, hey, maybe we've been a little too tough.
Maybe that there's a new administration.
Maybe we're really, you know, the allies.
Watch all the Gulf Emirates roll in with Iran and Turkey and North Korea and Pakistan and Russia, right?
With Tom Friedman crying the big crocodile tears about Russia in this column, something we were saying from the beginning, right?
And he actually admits, this is the amazing thing, Rahim, he channels Rahim Ghassan on part of this, he says, hey, I think the mistake that might have been made is EU and NATO trying to jam up Russia with the Ukraine, just saying.
Boy, where'd I hear that from?
Nigel Farage and Rahim Ghassan, and oh yeah, no, you guys are, you know, up Brennan and these guys, oh, you guys are pro-Russian, you're pro-Russian, no, we're pro-sanity.
Okay?
Read Tom Friedman today.
It's what we've been preaching for years.
Now we're in a fix, ladies and gentlemen.
We're in a fix.
Okay?
The only way to avoid, and where does he say the kinetic war is going to start?
Admiral Stavridis, who was a young naval officer with me back in the 70s.
Admiral Stavridis and Friedman, where do they say it's going to start?
Hmm, Taiwan.
And what's it going to start about?
Guess what?
Advanced microchips, right?
Taiwan is Silicon Valley West, okay?
Leave aside the humanitarian issues, leave aside the fight for freedom, leave aside our obligations to the Taiwan historically, leave aside the freedom of the Chinese people in Taiwan, put all that aside.
In your own grubby self-interest, right?
All of the advanced chip designs are made right there in Taiwan.
Right?
That is Silicon Valley West, sitting right off the coast of China.
And that's where they say this kinetic war will start.
Remember, you've got information and cyber war, you've got economic war, the third versus kinetic.
And I've warned for years that if you want to avoid a kinetic war with this Axis power, you must win the information and cyber war, and you must particularly win the economic war where we have all the high ground.
We have the high ground.
And the managed decline of our country is because of the elites.
Because the elites, they're business partners with the Chinese Communist Party.
You see it everywhere.
Okay?
From Wall Street to the City of London to the Party of Davos.
They're a business partner.
That's why the Thucydides trap, this nonsense that Kissinger and Graham Allison put out, is absolute nonsense.
They say we're a declining power, they're a rising power, but no time in history has the declining power's elites made more money on the way down than they did on the way up.
That's why it has to be full confrontation with the transnational criminal organization that is the Chinese Communist Party, okay?
I want to get back to it.
How are we going to do that?
Here's how we're going to do it.
We're going to get a fair accounting on November 3rd, okay?
Because those America First policies The basically confrontation with the Chinese Communist Party to bring manufacturing jobs and really the fourth industrial revolution back to the United States of America is what this is all about.
And where is it being fought?
It's being fought in Cobb County, Georgia.
It's being fought in Arizona.
It's being fought in Antrim County, Michigan.
It's being fought in New Hampshire.
It's being fought in Montana.
It is being fought everywhere.
And now it's being fought at school boards.
unidentified
Okay?
steve bannon
It's being fought at precinct committeemen.
This is a populist revolt led by the people.
Boris Epstein, what is happening today in Cobb County?
boris epshteyn
There's a Zoom call today in Cobb County with the board of elections there, and people are out and speaking about the issues that they perceive.
Cobb County officials say, well, no, no, we did a full signature verification, which is not the truth.
And anytime folks are alleging that the board did not do the right thing, they're being silenced, literally muted on the Zoom call in Cobb County.
You have the people in power.
Don't forget, in Maricopa, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, which is in charge of Maricopa elections, is 4 to 1 Republican.
So this is not about Republican versus Democrat.
This is about the Uniparty versus the MAGA movement, as we've talked about so much.
This is about our people, our movement, standing up as they're doing today in Cobb County, as they're doing in Maricopa, Michigan Antrim County, New Hampshire.
Our people are standing up and demanding answers.
And you better believe it.
These officials in Cobb County who think, oh, we'll press the mute button and maybe the MAGA movement will go away.
They're wrong.
Gabriel Sterling in Georgia is wrong.
That's not what's gonna happen.
This only gives our people more fire in the belly.
You want to silence us?
Well, how about this?
F you.
Okay, we got something for you.
We're gonna keep coming color within the lines, but we're gonna stay strong We're gonna keep bringing heat and we are not going to back down because some election button pusher wants to mute us that is not what the MAGA movement is the MAGA movement came about as Wow.
out of the Tea Party movement, going back in some ways back to the 1950s and 60s out of Barry Goldwater.
It came about because the elites in this country have been pushing the mute button on the rest of America for way too long.
That's what Donald Trump was all about in 2016, right?
That's what our campaign was all about.
The forgotten man and woman in America, be it in a manufacturing town in Pennsylvania, in Ohio, or in an inner city in Florida.
Everywhere and anywhere, Donald Trump the MAGA movement stands for those people who are being muted today in Cobb County.
steve bannon
Brilliant analysis.
By the way, that's why we're winning the hardscrabble counties in the Rio Grande Valley, that's why we're winning South Texas, that's why Hispanic folks come in.
Remember, not in the room, not in the deal, okay?
Donald Trump not just puts you in the room, he puts you in a room with a beast that's beating on the table saying, hey, here's the way things are going to be.
New sheriff in town, right?
That's what the elites That's what they hate about Trump.
The reason they hate Trump, he gives you a voice.
Okay?
The reason they hate Trump is that he gives you a voice.
Okay?
Real quickly, quick summary on Arizona before I let you go.
boris epshteyn
Arizona today, 1030 local, 130 Eastern, is the hearing in front of the judge.
Stay focused on the motions.
Keep in mind that today's decision is likely based on this temporary restraining order.
Maybe, just maybe, there may be a continuance.
I'm not going to get ahead of the attorneys, not going to tell you exactly.
What I'm expecting to happen, but again, keep your focus on the motions, keep your focus on the judge, but keep in mind, no matter what happens today, this is the county level court and the state court system of Arizona can go up from there right to the Arizona State Supreme Court.
But today, all eyes are, once this Cop County Zoom calls over, all eyes on Arizona at 1.30 p.m.
Eastern is the hearing.
It is going to be very vital to make sure that this audit continues.
Even if there's a slight pause, we've got to make sure the audit continues.
Always color within the lines, but keep the heat on on social media.
Call your elected officials.
Call the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors because they are involved in pushing back against this audit.
Have your voices heard.
Focus on 1.30, and then from there, make sure the audit continues in Arizona, and I will suspect the trains going to Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
We know it's going to New Hampshire.
The audits around this country are going to continue, and they're going to happen like dominoes, because we already know the Democrats are pushing back so hard because they're hiding.
They do not want to expose what really happened in 2020.
They don't want to be able to be called to the mat anywhere beyond the Time Magazine article which made them look like heroes.
They don't want the real truth to come out.
We've got to make sure that it does.
steve bannon
Rachel Maddow understands.
She's very smart.
She understands there's no takeover of the America family.
There's no America family plan with no political capital.
And there's no political capital when your legitimacy is questioned.
This is all about his legitimacy.
We cannot go forward until we get to the bottom of November 3rd, the year of the Lord 2020.
And that's what this process is.
Boris, what is your, once again, your social media handles?
Everybody follow Boris today and make your voice heard.
What's your handles?
boris epshteyn
Thanks so much, Stephen.
It's about getting to the truth, and the truth is bipartisan.
This isn't Republican versus Democrat.
Everybody should be in favor of this audit, but we know the Democrats aren't, and too many RINO Republicans are not.
At Boris EP on Twitter, Boris underscore Epstein, Boris underscore EPSHTEYN on the gram.
At Boris EP on Twitter, all eyes on Arizona.
Stay strong.
God bless.
steve bannon
Okay.
We're evidence-based, we're data-based, Mr. Rahim Ghassan, and we are certainly science-based.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
When we return, Raheem's got a lot to go through.
We're going to have a little clip from Morning Joe.
They're in full meltdown over there.
Okay.
The reason they're in meltdown, they understand now we're just fighting back.
You're fighting back.
We've got traction, purpose, and remember, victory begets victory.
That's why Gabe Sterling, the little worm down in Georgia, is jumping into the Arizona process, the county process.
And while they're lying down in Cobb County and putting you on mute, You're never on mute here in the War Room.
Short commercial break.
Raheem Kassam, Stephen K. Bannon will return in just a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
We're going to do a cold open, don't need to do that now.
We've got Mike Lindell at the top of the hour trying to get that all sorted.
Morning Jonah meltdown today, you know, the never forget, they've got to keep waving the bloody shirt, right, which they're trying to do on January 6th, where their narrative completely falls, totally falls apart.
Here's what they're missing.
They think that's going to suppress what's going on in Cobb County, what's going on in Arizona, what's going on in Vail, Arizona, with the folks at the school board blowing folks up about the mask mandate.
They think it's going to stop in Antrim County, they think it's going to stop in New Hampshire.
School boards, the women down in North Carolina are doing a critical race theory workshop to understand how you can defeat that at school boards throughout the country where we get on top of all of that.
So it's, no, the pushback and the fight is now getting more intense than ever.
You can see this in the takeover of this, beginning of the takeover of the Georgia Republican Party by grassroots.
You can see it in South Carolina.
You've seen it now play out in Arizona.
And you've seen how they're pushing back.
They don't want to assist in any kind of getting to the truth.
In fact, they're not evidence-based, they're not data-based, and they're certainly not science-based.
They're scientism-based, this new kind of medieval theology, right, that's all wishful thinking, led by Dr. Tony Fauci, and I've got to tell you, The walls are closing in on Fauci.
You see it every day.
And now Sharon Atkinson, the great investigative reporter from CBS, who's now over at Sinclair Broadcasting.
She has an incredible investigative show on Sunday morning.
She's doing a big piece on it.
Other mainstream media we know are working on pieces about Fauci.
Fauci dare not go back up to Capitol Hill right now.
You know he's going to be lit up by questions like, Like Rand Paul asked, right?
Maria Bartiromo on her show, right?
And Fox has not been big on the situation in Wuhan.
Okay, you cannot move forward.
You cannot move forward with solutions.
You cannot move forward with working together until you get to the bottom of the Wuhan lab in 2019 and you get to the bottom of November 3rd.
Once you get to the bottom of those, find out what the problems are, find out what the issues are, then there's a way forward, okay?
And I'm sorry if people don't want to hear this, but that is the reality.
We will keep banging that drum until we get answers.
And ladies and gentlemen, just like when I first started talking about this China stuff years ago, people looked at me like I was a madman.
Breitbart Radio when they had the rare earth situation with the Japanese back in I think it was 2015.
The Chinese cut the Japanese off of rare earths which are so essential to modern manufacturing, particularly for electronics.
They cut them off from rare earths, access to rare earths because of a controversy in the East China Sea, right?
I said that if we don't get this sorted with China, within five to eight years you're going to be in a shooting war in the South China Sea.
People go, what are you talking about?
Nobody cares about the South China Sea.
Where's the South China Sea?
You can't pick it out on a map.
Well, you better pick it out on a map because it is central to your economic well-being and now you're seeing the blaring headlines.
I'm going to give you signal, not noise.
China brace for population fall, okay?
And it's not just the holding back the numbers.
It is, what's the implication for that?
Now, I'm going to tell you, this is why we did the transhumanism thing, and this is why I'm so impressed with Noel Garnier over at National Pulse, and of course, I think Joe Allen at The Federalist had a great piece on transhumanism.
The Chinese have not hit the panic button, Rahim, on the population implosion, and the reason?
Transhumanism.
It's just not randomly, when they said, made in China 2025, that the ten industries they want to dominate, the top five, advanced chip design, regenerative robotics, artificial intelligence, and guess what?
Oops, Genetic engineering led by gene editing, right, which they've already had.
The one doctor did this over the top is already in prison over there.
So it's all merging together.
Why?
They're not quite, they understand right now what they think and what the globalists think and the party of Davos think.
You know, large populations used to be your biggest asset, right?
I think they look at large populations now as a liability, right?
And that has massive, massive implications.
This is no conspiracy theory.
This is systemic.
And you're going to find out what's happening in China.
The Financial Times in London has got a blaring headline on the front page.
Because it's a massive story and the implications of that are huge.
Rahim Ghassan, get us up to date on everything else that's happening, sir.
Particularly this email exchange up on Capitol Hill.
Morning Joe's out there with the morning propaganda, right?
You cannot forget January 6th.
McCarthy can't pivot out of this.
It's over all night long.
Besides the defund the police narrative and the crush the police narrative, this is the biggest narrative they've got, right?
raheem kassam
About three hours ago, CNN publishes a story and it effectively states that emails between capital security officials and external security monitors
Had suggested that there was there was prior information good information about a riot being planned at the Capitol for the next day Now this goes right back to the timeline that we put together a week after less than a week after January the 6th and all of the different details and bits of information that trickled out from Little nuggets in Vanity Fair to big whoppers in CNN and the New York Times over Brian Sicknick and so on and so forth.
So we have this story up now at the National Pulse which goes right to the heart of January the 6th yet again as a cudgel against President Trump and his supporters.
So the emails suggest that agitators external to the broader planning on January the 6th at the Ellipse and everything else that was going on We're planning to, quote, storm government buildings, kill cops, kill security guards, kill federal employees and agents, end quote.
That was sent to capital authorities the day before from this, you know, Digital Security Monitoring Agency data miner.
People often work with this company, they know it's credible, they know it's reputable, and what do the capital authorities do with that information?
Nothing.
Nothing.
So all of this talk that we've heard so far of, oh, you know, why didn't the National Guard get there until 5pm when the calls were made at 1.12pm and all of this stuff?
Well the truth of the matter is Capital Authorities had forewarning at least, at least, 24 hours before.
Now, that's really interesting when you consider that Vanity Fair revealed that it was President Trump who asked for 10,000 National Guard troops to be deployed the night before he said this.
He said, you're going to need 10,000.
And what he was talking about was securing peace in Washington, D.C.
because there was all this talk about violence erupting from the left, from Antifa, targeting his supporters.
But whatever the rationale behind that, the fact of the matter remained that had President Trump been listened to, and had Muriel Bowser not turned away the deployment of the National Guard, and had the capital authorities acted on their intelligence, Then they would have never come up against this situation.
So that, then, remains there.
The only question is who denied to act, declined to act on intelligence that was had 24 hours before, and what was their motivation in doing so?
Because what ended up happening, now we know there are 400 people, right, who have been charged.
What ended up happening is this handful of people amongst a crowd of hundreds of thousands, many of whom I met on the day as I walked downtown.
Hundreds of thousands of people and 400 of them, agitators, disruptors, rioters, ruined not just what was an incredibly successful day of speeches over there at the Ellipse and rally and coming together of America first patriots, but also created this long-term cudgel now that it will forever be known as Morning Joe says as January the 6th.
steve bannon
But I think the cultural, of the 400, and this is the most massive investigation, the FBI says it's one of the most massive investigations they've ever had, still of the 400, of the folks charged, isn't most of it for trespassing?
raheem kassam
I don't believe there's been a single charge for insurrection.
steve bannon
It's because most of right now this is we're now what a hundred days into their investigation or more than a hundred days.
And they're blaming now or not blaming.
The reason they're saying they're keeping people still locked up waiting the outcome of the investigation is because of Arizona because the vote count in Cobb County and in Antrim County and that these Trump people are so out of control.
And so dangerous as they continue to pitch the big lie, which is actually let's get to the evidence.
Let's get to something that's actually evidence.
Right.
They're saying, oh, that's got to be the justification.
That's got to be the justification for people locked up.
But, you know, I think I think some guys may be charged with conspiracy, but still the biggest charges.
They just had this huge announcement the other day.
The guy was charged with trespassing into a federal building uninvited or something like that.
unidentified
Right.
steve bannon
There are a couple of misdemeanors.
raheem kassam
So, it's effectively the same as what would happen if I walked across the street to the Capitol right now, walked in the door, and stepped over a rope line.
Right?
That's what these people are being charged with.
It's trespass into areas that they were not allowed to go into.
steve bannon
And stopping an official meeting or something like that.
There's another thing.
raheem kassam
Which, by the way, is happening at the Oklahoma State Capitol just a few days ago with BLM activists.
I don't think anybody's been charged with anything as a result of that.
Let alone insurrection or being called insurrectionists.
But they stopped an official proceeding.
If that's what the law is, then apply it.
steve bannon
How's that working for you out in Portland?
Even the mayor's now saying we've got to get our arms around the energy.
How many meetings have been stopped because of the burning down of Portland?
How many meetings can you have in the George Floyd, uh, George Floyd, what is it, the safety zone or the autonomous zone?
George Floyd autonomous zone.
raheem kassam
And official proceedings are stopped all the time for any number of reasons as well.
Now I'm not, that's not to say that we excuse these people who did that on January 6th.
I used the number 400 as a low number, but you're right.
You know, the number of people who were actually involved in full-on riotous activities was, you know, in double digits.
steve bannon
By the way, these people should be prosecuted, there's no doubt.
Yeah, no doubt, but the problem is who's actually been put up on these charges?
The question I've got about this email, and this email thing is big, not just who got notified, who were they saying was actually in back of that?
Because that doesn't seem...
Like the Trump supporters and the Trump people we know.
It's certainly not the people that were here in November.
It was the 14th or 12th for the huge million-person rally and people marching up to Capitol Hill, which was entirely peaceful.
It was like a family outing.
We said, hey, that's the power.
You got them worried because it's absolutely so peaceful.
Are they saying that this is the Oath Keepers and this is Proud Boys?
I mean, that doesn't sound like people that are former veterans.
When you say storming federal buildings, killing government officials, that doesn't seem like Proud Boys.
It doesn't seem like Oath Keepers, at least is the way that they're presented and people know them.
But who are they?
Is that Antifa that they were thinking of?
Was it elements of Black Lives Matter?
Or was it, they say, was it elements of what they call this movement on the right?
raheem kassam
Well, they're saying that this stuff effectively emerged from 8chan, and some of the planning was going on on Parler at the same time, right?
And I think that's what CNN wants the takeaway of the story to be, like, hey, these platforms need to be banned, blah blah blah.
But actually, you know, Doltish is some of these editors over at CNNR.
What they're doing is they're playing further into the truth with this.
Which is to say the truth behind the fact that, I mean, we knew just a week after that it was the Pelosi and McConnell staffers, the security team that they oversee as a pair, Who were negligent in their, in their, in their... Now, look, were they given all the resources they need?
All of that argument should come out.
I'm all in favor of a real commission on something like this.
But what they've been talking about is a kind of, you know, a whitewashing of their responsibility.
It's the same thing as what's going on with Fauci right now, right?
Fauci is in your face every day on national television because he's hiding in plain sight.
That's the point.
If Dr. Fauci went into actual hiding after the pandemic occurred, he'd already be rolled up.
But he's hiding in plain sight, and so is Pelosi, and so are the clowns who are behind the January 6th lie.
steve bannon
We've got to get to the bottom of it.
That's why we're evidence-based, data-based, science-based.
This has got to be taken to court.
I don't even mind a commission.
As long as the commission, if they want to talk about the big lie, hey, if we get a chance to put the receipts in any formal venue, we've got to take it.
Right?
Because they can't handle the truth.
They can't handle the evidence.
You see this down in Cobb County.
They want to put you on mute.
They don't want to hear it.
Okay.
Short commercial break.
We'll return with Raheem and Steve in the ballroom.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
joe scarborough
What are we expecting to hear from the president tomorrow night?
unidentified
I mean, a couple of things that we're expecting to hear is health care, possibly, because he has another bill that they're putting forward, their kind of American Families Plan, which is going to look at college payments, it's going to look at health care, all types of things that we've been talking about and haven't really been spending a lot of time on.
And this is health care outside of the COVID-19 pandemic, right?
This is Medicare for all.
This is the debate over a public option, all of those kinds of things that we're gonna start hearing from this White House.
It's interesting because this other plan that they're going, that the president may be laying out tomorrow, is going to cost more money.
And so we're gonna see the president talk about COVID-19, how they've handled this pandemic, but also infrastructure, how they've promised all that money.
They're going to be promising to spend more money leaning into that kind of big government deal.
You like this $2 trillion bill?
I have another one for you and maybe even another one.
I think that part of it is pretty fascinating.
joe scarborough
Yes, Steve Ratner and I are shaking about that right now.
Shaking about the deficits and the debt and the inflationary pressures.
And again, this is not something that's going to impact us, but it is something that's going to impact people possibly 10, 15 years from now.
steve bannon
You're clueless, Joe.
No, sir, this is going to impact you, okay?
Are we going to be in a sugar high because they're just putting money, their direct cash, just direct cash infusion into the system, right?
To blow up growth and to blow up all that?
Yes, absolutely.
But don't think that the comeuppance, the turn on this, right?
Is not going to be in your children's or your grandchildren's generation.
That's all going to be true too.
But this is going to affect this is going to be as a lived experience now in the next couple of years because you're destroying the US dollar.
You're going to destroy the U.S.
dollar.
You're going to destroy the ability of us to be the prime reserve currency.
And ladies and gentlemen, when that goes away, your life is going to change dramatically in the moment.
Okay?
In the moment.
Are we going to get some growth out of this?
There's no doubt.
But he's just sitting there.
You say, no, Steve Ratner and I are shaking.
Ratner's the finance guy for the Democrats.
Right?
Steve Ratner, formerly of Lazard Frere Investment Bank.
And he's got, he knows how to count.
Okay?
Yeah, he's shaking.
It's not just for future generations, it's now.
But it's not just about the money.
We're going to have John Tamney on tomorrow from Real Clear Markets.
You've got to get in back of, we're going to give you the building blocks of modern monetary theory, because that's what underpins this, okay?
In understanding this, this is about cultural and civilizational control.
This American families, right, is to take total and complete control, right, and it's coming with a 1.9 trillion dollar check.
Now, there are some things, in the populist movement, we are obviously, for the American family, the American family is the centerpiece of our cultures, the centerpiece of our society, the centerpiece of our civic And so, this is the key point.
The key point tonight, they're going to throw down another $1.9 trillion on top of the infrastructure $1.9 trillion.
Mr. Rahim Kassam, thoughts?
You're part of the American Principals Project, which is centered, Terry Schilling and the team over there, centered on the American family.
They're coming at you guys full force, sir.
raheem kassam
Yeah, and again, we'll go back to something, I think we talked about it yesterday or the day before, about these numbers, right?
These numbers that are just thrown around constantly.
You know, we're going to have another trillion here, another two trillion there, another five trillion here.
You know, this is an attack.
It's an attack on the integrity of the dollar.
It's an attack on the integrity Of the nation.
As a result, it's very difficult, I wouldn't say impossible, but it's very difficult to have a stable nation without a stable currency and the instability around everything that Biden's doing.
Look, when you turn on, if you ever do turn on MSNBC or you open up Politico playbook or whatever, all they tell you all day long is pair of safe hands, stability, you know, boringly brilliant, you know, all of these things that they sort of say about Biden.
In truth, in truth, the agenda that's being implemented with or without Biden's knowledge, quite frankly, and he kind of let the mask slip, pun intended again, yesterday, when he was asked another question.
He says, I'm really going to get in trouble for answering another question, but I'll do it anyway.
Who are you going to get in trouble with?
Mr. President of the United States for answering another question.
But the truth is that people around him are enacting some of the most Heinous, radical, destructive, both monetarily, culturally, policy proposals that have ever been seen, that have ever been even heard of.
I mean, these things would have been laughed out of a debate on Capitol Hill just 10 years ago.
And they are now the official policy of the President of the United States and his administration.
steve bannon
Listen, and remember, too, let me give you some more signal, not noise, that you see all the articles and political everywhere, GOP having a tough time getting traction, GOP having a tough time having a counter narrative.
You're correct, because the standard policies of the GOP are not a counter to this.
Remember, they're just the mini-me on the globalist policies.
They don't have a counter.
Quite frankly, they don't really want a counter.
The counter is this populist nationalist revolt, and that is nationwide.
Right?
Built upon the broad shoulders of a broad coalition of working class people.
And think about it.
With all this, in the tell, was Chuck Todd on Meet the Press the other day when the poll came out and they were in shock.
Approval ratings, what, 52-53%?
He goes, 52's the new 60.
Remember that?
52's the new 60.
unidentified
Because of the way it's calculated and the... No, no, no, no, no, no.
steve bannon
52 is 52.
Of all the money he's spending, of all the way he's juicing the economy, right, with all the way that the mainstream media is presenting his handling of the CCP virus, it's only 52%.
He has no political capital to rat it.
First of all, they have no votes.
They have a couple of votes up in the House.
Dead even in the Senate.
They've got to use the Vice President as a tiebreaker, right?
Got to bring her back from wherever she's hiding out, selling her condo in Brentwood.
Just sell the condo.
Give it to a real estate agent.
Let the real estate agent sell the condo.
OK, so then you can come back to Washington, D.C.
full time.
Or better yet, go down to the Rio Grande Valley.
Go do your job on the border.
We're winning on the border.
We're winning on the confrontation of the Chinese Communist Party.
We're winning on the destruction of the American family.
And we're really winning on getting to the bottom of November 3rd, which they hate.
Except for Rachel Maddow, you see the danger, you see her eyes, right?
She goes, hey, this is danger.
The reason it's danger, it's going to end, it's across her lips, it said, the illegitimacy of Joe Biden.
That's why, by the way, we want to fight it in courts.
We want to fight it in state legislatures.
We need venues, right?
Official venues.
That's where this thing's going to be fought.
And that's why they're worried.
unidentified
OK.
There's a break coming up, by the way.
steve bannon
Thank you.
raheem kassam
Okay.
steve bannon
I did power through that yesterday, right?
I don't know who to blame.
I think I'll blame myself.
I was so engrossed.
unidentified
Okay.
steve bannon
Short commercial break.
Mike Lindell, the one and only.
The armor-piercing shells in the house.
