What was going to happen in Arizona, the great patriots out there have been fighting this.
And of course, now the eyes of the world are turning towards Arizona.
We're going to be joined in a second by Boris Epstein.
He's a special assistant at the White House.
As you know, he was over at Sinclair Broadcasting.
He's also A big part of the Trump campaign, one of the senior lawyers there and also the guy that went to Arizona was sent there by the president.
I think 48 hours after November 3rd after Fox called it, right?
Boris is on the scene and now the entire world is focused.
When Rachel Maddow, the Washington Post, they're all over it because they went to have a hearing today about going forward with the ground rules are going to be because the Democrats are in full panic mode.
A historic hand, not just recount, a hand forensic audit, also potential recanvassing and also going through the machines.
I know all the machine folks out there are very excited.
I'm just I'm an anti-machine guy.
I'm not trying to single out Dominion or any of these guys.
I don't think there ought to be any machines.
All right, go back to hand count of votes.
You vote very restricted on mail-in votes, very restricted on early votes.
Should be there for people that need it, but should be a physical ballot, and that ballot is held as a public record.
So you can go back to it and make sure you get a legitimate count.
Okay, I want to bring you a lot to go through.
Second part of the show, Politico's got a big story up.
We're going to talk about that.
Politico's saying, GOP now realizes immigration is a bigger issue than they thought against Biden.

This is the establishment guys of the GOP, right?
This is the DACA crowd.
This is the amnesty crowd.
This is the weak willed people that did not have Donald Trump's back.
During the early years of the administration, we could have got this all put to bed.
You could have built a wall, could have had everything sorted out.
President Trump's, you know, tough policies down there, tough, but they were tough to make sure people weren't abused and to break the backs of the cartels, right?
Zero tolerance.
Remain in Mexico and work with the frontline nations for issues down there.
Nope.
The Republican Party never had his back, never had his back.
And now, but all of a sudden, hey, they see something that got all wrong.
They're all going to be tough on immigration now.
It's all phony.
This audience understands.
This is about the sovereignty of our country.
It's not political games.
We're not trying to play political games against Biden.
He's got a radical open borders policy.
You see the suffering and pain it's caused.
The deplorables understand that, particularly these working class Hispanics down the Rio Grande Valley.
We're not playing games here.
The Republican Party is trying to use this as a political tool.
No, it is a political tool because of the radical nature of the Biden administration.
Not that it's going to be some tactical.
This is about that.
This is about the sovereignty of the nation, just like the global conference.
They had the conference ahead on climate change.
There is a coherent idea here about our sovereignty.
Now, that sovereignty gets down.
Can a democracy hold a free and fair election?
Remember, all votes.
Don't matter.
All votes don't count.
Only legitimate, legal, chain of custody, verifiable, certifiable votes from people called American citizens who are registered and signed up and ready to go.
Those are votes that must count and every citizen that wants to vote, you know, that vote counts.
Citizens in a legitimate, certifiable way.
And this is what it's all come down in Arizona.
And folks, this is just the opening salvo now of this phase.
They jumped into court today.
Boris is going to give you the details.
But don't think there's not going to be pressure out there in the streets.
There's going to be activists out there.
This is all going to get, this is going to get, I think, very nasty.
I think that they're going to call all the people out there trying to get a free, really a fair vote count.
They're going to call you racist and nativist and xenophobes, the whole thing.
It's all coming because you see now the media now realizes this is real.
So they have to get ahead of this and smear it.

What happened out in Maricopa County today?
Talk to us about the judge.
Talk about what decisions were made.

Here is the latest.
There was a hearing on the request for a temporary restraining order in Arizona.
The TRO was not granted.
The judge said that if the plaintiffs, which is Democrats and a Democrat elector, put up a million dollars by 5 o'clock local, 8 o'clock eastern, Then there will be a pause.
A pause to then for the judge to have a hearing on Monday at 11am to review the security procedures.
This is not about the validity of the audit.
This is not about the validity of the process.
This is all just to ensure that the ballots and the process are secure.
Now, I just heard, and this is too good to check, but I just heard from the ground The word is that the Democrats are not necessarily going to post that million dollar amount.
This is not fact.
This is literally just a report I received from the ground.
The Democrats are not going to put up a million dollars.

I got that too, and I'm not buying that.
I don't know why the Democrats, why would the Democrats not do that to get applause?
By the way, they didn't get a TRO.
But if they put the million dollars up, they do get a pause, right?
You're doing the training programs now.
I think we're going to continue training over the weekend.
So the 40 day clock, I don't believe, is ticking.
But you do get a pause and you get to go into court and argue about the procedures on Monday.

We have to look at if they do not put up the money.
Is that the Democrats are getting so desperate, they're going to say, well, we didn't get out of this judge what we wanted, because the judge said that once he reviews the procedures for security, that this audit will go on.
The judge obviously did not question, again, the validity, the need for an audit.
He talked about separation of power, separation of branches, that the judicial branch of Arizona does not have power over the legislative, which is where this audit comes from, right?
the state senate. One reason I can come up with that the Democrats wouldn't put up the million bucks is to say, you know what, this judge isn't giving us what we want, this court isn't giving us what we want, let's go to federal court. That is a concern that I do have, that that's a game Democrats could potentially be playing. To bypass this and say, well you know what, even by, because here's the deal, a million dollars is a high amount. That is not just perfunctory, right?
It's not just notional.
To say, you've got to put up a million dollars, and if this audit continues, which the judge says will continue, you'll lose the million dollars?
Yeah, sure, the DNC's got a ton of money, Perkins Coie raises money, Mark Elias, the evil geniuses, they've got it.
But, it's a real amount.
Meaning, it is something that, if they have to forego it, is going to be big news.
It's an amount that's raised eyebrows all over the country since it was put out there by the judge. So that is what I'm thinking is a potential reason for the Democrats to not put it up because then they're going to try to run into federal court. Now take a step back.
Why are the Democrats so dead set on not allowing this audit? And by the way, talking about security, you're looking at the live shot there. It looks pretty secure. Even the reporting, we've all seen some of the clips. Keep in mind, a lot of the reporting, the videos that they're putting out there, oh, this isn't secure. There was a door propped open.

They're saying, hey, have people been at the doors?
Has there been security?

It looks secure.
You can watch it overnight.
But talk to us about The footage they're showing on local Phoenix TV, and you know, Rachel Maddow, just watch her show tonight because she's already all over this, right?
She's saying, hey, you've got the Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, QAnon crowd out there, you know, doing whatever they're going to do.
So walk us through what this footage, what this footage purportedly shows that the left's going to jump all over.

Well, they had a reporter going to some doors at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum there in Arizona and looking at some doors and there was an open door here and there throughout the week.
But here's the reality.
That was before the ballots ever got there.
That was on Monday.
They had the timestamps on the videos.
That was Monday and Wednesday of this week.
And then from what I understand, everybody who may have been able to get in the building got absolutely kicked out, were screened through security, and now the security is where you see it being on this shot.
And for those on the radio, there's a live feed right now into the Coliseum in Maricopa County, Arizona.
You see the security being at a very high level and the training is ongoing as well.
Now, that is not to say that we should not have perfect, utmost, best security we possibly can here.
That is exactly what we want.
That is the whole goal of this whole exercise, is for secure and fair and full of integrity elections.
That is what we're fighting for.
There's no two ways about it.
So, lots to look at here.
The next couple of hours are going to be vital, but it's going to happen by 5 o'clock Local time, 8 o'clock eastern time.
Is the million dollars going to be put forward?
If not, there is no pause whatsoever.
The whole process continues if and unless, or maybe even when, Democrats run to federal court and try to stop it.
And again, the big picture.
President Trump put this out in a statement today.
Why are they fighting against it so hard?
Because they know that there's something stinky over there in Arizona.

That statement was very powerful, very powerful, covered a lot of territory.

Well, I can tell you first, Dan, that the President's been plugged into this issue in Arizona from the beginning, all the way, obviously, from November 3rd to now.
Definitely following what's going on with the audit, and you saw in the statement today, the key parts of the statement are, again, what are they hiding?
Why are the Democrats not in favor of ensuring that people know what actually happened in the election on November 3rd?
That is the key part of the statement.
Then the President does go ahead and address Governor Doug Ducey, the quote-unquote Republican Governor of Arizona, who has done nothing, nothing, to fight for election integrity in Arizona.
The President's very direct.
About both Democrats and the Rhino Republicans out there in Arizona and all over the country, who are now willing to stand up for what's right, which is election integrity in this country.
And the statement that's vital for everybody to read, it came out today from the Office of 45.
The 45th President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump, said it loud and clear.
All eyes are on Arizona.
The other side is sending over 70 lawyers there to combat this audit.
What are they hiding?
And the Republicans all over the country, and in Arizona specifically, better be standing up.
Stand up strong.
Fight back.
If there's resources needed, let's get in those resources in Arizona.
Let's make sure that this audit is completed and it is beyond any reproach from the cynical Democrats who you know are going to be trying to come at any angle to stop this.
Because again, they're hiding something.

The whole world, as we told the War Room Posse, the whole world's eventually going to get caught up to the posse and figure out that Arizona is the beating heart of this move from Georgia now to Arizona.
A couple of questions.
If they don't put up the million bucks, which I don't see how they don't do it, if they don't put up the million dollars, not only does the pause go away, what happens on Monday?
Is there a hearing?
Did the judge go through the procedures?

No, it's conditioned because this is all on plaintiff's word, right?
So the plaintiff's Do not do what they're supposed to do, per the judge, which is put up the million dollars, because the million dollars would go to the auditors to compensate them for the extension of time, right?
The amount of money lost by having this pause.
So if they don't put up the million dollars, that's it.
No pause, everything continues, no hearing, unless there's obviously other filings and so on and so forth.
It's going to be very interesting.
You're only about, what, two hours and 40 minutes left here on the dot to see what happens.
It's actually, unless we haven't gotten the news yet, it's somewhat surprising they haven't done it already.
They haven't put up the million.
Because if they were going to, why wouldn't they put up the bond right away?
So a lot of interesting things going on there.
There's got to be some, unless the Democrats, and I've got to give them more credit for that, unless they're just saying, you know what, we're giving up.

How would a federal judge Look at that.
It's kind of venue shopping.
They're going to federal court because a county judge told them, hey, you got to put up a million bucks to compensate this and we'll meet on Monday and go through your, you know, you'll give me information over the weekend.
I will review it.
I'll have a hearing Monday morning and we'll go through it.
How would a federal judge look at that to know that the guys had an opportunity but didn't want to do the million and came to a federal court?

They'd have to go to district court in Arizona.
You know, there's mutual respect among judges, justices.
I think a federal judge would look at this and say, well, you're not brave enough to take the opportunity given to you by the state judge, now you're coming to us, and it's a state election.
Keep in mind, there are no true federal elections in this country.
States control how elections are carried out, Article 2 of the Constitution.
So, unless there's a constitutional issue, which they have not claimed, they have not I think there's going to be real trouble for Democrats if they try to forum shop this out so quickly out of the state court in Arizona, going from state court straight to district court.

Let me ask you, what about, there's some questions out there about actually the chain of command, the best way to do this, right?
And look, there were some chatter saying, hey, we might've been able to be a little bit crisper.
People have been doing a great job, a little bit crisper.
In this hearing today, and the Democrats came in loaded for bear, as we know they are.
Right.
We know they are.
That's why.
Hey, that's why we're here in April, heading into May.
Right.
Heading into the last week of April.
We're into May.

Doing this instead of back in, you know, November or December when when the outcome would have been clear that what would on the actual physical vote, what actually happened.

This concept of a trustee.
Now, President of the Senate, Karen Phan, has just done an amazing job to date.
I mean, these guys have fought off everything, but there is these questions about kind of the accountability, how you run this thing.
What are you hearing about a trustee?

I've been hearing the same thing that's been discussed up to now has not happened.
Some would say that at this point, it's too late to appoint a trustee.
Now, if you call it an overseer, if you say, okay, To make sure that everybody's confident, let's find somebody who is, again, beyond reproach, put them in charge, and that's the person that's going to ensure that all the policies and procedures are followed, that's fine.
But, you know, there's a process, right?
There's the President of the Senate, and there's the Sergeant-at-Arms of the Senate.
So, there's a process already for enforcing a Senate subpoena, and these are people who are elected by, in terms of the Senators themselves, they're elected by the people of Arizona.
And then the officials of the Senate are chosen, so I'm not sure it's necessary.
Now, is it one option?
Should we keep it as an arrow in the quiver in terms of, you know, if the Democrats keep on coming back as we expect them to do, to say, okay, you're so uncomfortable, fine, let's appoint an overseer or trustee.
Sure, it's an option, but right now, don't see it as necessary on its own volition at this point in time, especially if the Democrats do not put up the million And then this pause goes away, and if they don't go right to federal court, because then the audit continues.

Okay, you were a communication, you were a special assistant to the President in the White House, you were on the 16 campaign as head of surrogates, you were on the 20 campaign, you know communications, you were at Sinclair.
You see now the angle of attack.
You see Rachel Maddow saying, hey, it's Sidney Powell, it's Lin Wood, it's all the QAnon crazies, and you're going to have, this is all a bunch of amateurs out there.
All conspiracy theory.
I'm even too far gone for that, right?
No, but you see the angle of attack there.
Washington Post the same way.
They say they got doors open.
There's no security.
What would you recommend to the group out there understanding where they're coming as a media?
The local TV station, boom, had the thing right away.
So they're clearly thinking this through.
The Arizona Republic, the paper there is very liberal.
It's like the AJC in Atlanta.
Keep it tight.
You gotta keep it tight.
You gotta show that the security is full.
You have to show that everything is locked down.
I think the live videos are good.
for the narrative, to get back on track on this narrative.

And then you've gotta update the American people and the people of Arizona.
Say, okay, fine, those videos that they put out are from Monday and Wednesday.
That's from before training even started.
Here's where things stand today.
Look at all the security.
Look at the fencing.
Look at the organization.
Everything is being done by the book.
We've got to anticipate the attacks, anticipate what the Democrats are going to say, what they're going to hit us with, and know that it's coming and have the response.
Make sure that you've got your own video.
Make sure that these cameras that we're looking at are recording, right?
That everything can be played back, played forward.
Make sure there are no gaps.
Everything has to be absolutely perfect because it's all going to get examined second by second, inch by inch.
It's going to get examined, especially if, dare I say when, we get the result that we expect out of Arizona, which is a pretty significant margin of error on the 2.1 million ballots.

I mean, people are all over this.
So understand two things, ladies and gentlemen.
This is going to be looked at under a microscope, and any small detail is going to be blown up to some huge thing.
The other thing is that there's going to be the narrative that this is racist, this is nativist, this is xenophobic.
You're looking to...
Pick on illegal aliens and the votes and all that.
You're going to have Antifa, you're going to have certain elements of Black Lives Matter.

On election day, there was an issue about the color of the markers of the ballots, and there was an issue with whether the machines were reading the markers correctly.
The Democrats want not to make fun of everybody, including the media.
Oh, you guys are a joke.
You talk about color?
No, that doesn't matter at all.
But of course now, Color of the pens matters, right?
Because the Democrats, as we know, they always do.
No one's surprised.
They're picking and choosing when to make something an issue.
And it's two to one, right?
It's Democrats and media, three to one.
Democrats, media, big tech against one, against Republicans.
Democrats, media, big tech, and Reiner Republicans against real Republicans.
Call it four to one, right?
So that's why we have to be perfect because the onus is always on us.
We've pulled that election out in 2016.
Nobody expected it.
We've got to bring that level of execution here to this audit.

You got all the rhinos now are all piling in because they see it as a political situation.
The reality is MAGA Nation knows exactly what the policies are, what the policies should have been.
We fought this for four years with the RINOs.
They understand that the country now is in jeopardy, particularly as you see Biden in this global conference over the last two days on climate change so detached.
And a mask, and by the way, because they're making the case that coming off of COVID, you saw CNN, they're making the pivot now to climate change, and that's a bigger security threat than this open border.

The Arizona mirror, Democrats will not post the million dollar bond.
The election audit will not be paused.
The Democrats, again, repeat, the Democrats are not putting up the million dollar bond, which was required.
That bond was the condition upon which the audit was paused and there was going to be a hearing on Monday.
The Democrats are now effectively, and I don't know how they defend this, they are saying that they are not confident enough in their position to put up a million dollars.

Is that what the Arizona paper is saying?
Well, that's a question.
No, no, no, that's a question.
What the judge said, let's go to what he said he wanted to go through over the weekend and have a hearing on Friday.
It was really procedural.
And he says it's got to comply.
In fact, they're saying now that this has to still comply with a number of the orders the judge gave.
But that's all to comply with Arizona state law, which essentially their procedures do, right?
They all comply with Arizona state law.
I guess the fact is they didn't think they had enough there.
They weren't going to be able to disrupt this.
There was nothing they were going to give the judge over the weekend.
And I think that's a vote of confidence.
Besides all the Rachel Maddow and all the Washington Post, and they're going to come in hot on this thing, right?
That at the end of the day, they really didn't have anything to fight with.
Is that the way you take it as a lawyer?

As of now, that's exactly how I take it.
Now, I'm going to be glued to my phone looking for any breaking news or other action.
Are the Democrats going to take other steps here, right?
Will they try going to federal court?
But nevertheless, not doing this is an unquestionable admission of weakness.
Because if the Democrats were confident in their position, they would say, fine, here's the million dollars.
Sure, you know, it can go to pay for costs for delay, but it's worth it to pause this audit.
What this could say is the Democrats believe that the audit is now inevitable.
And no matter how much they've fought against it, no matter how much they've pushed against it, how much they're scared of it, the audit seems overwhelmingly inevitable, which is truly groundbreaking, and again, goes to the fact that the judge put up this number, and as we said in one of the prior segments, it is not a notional number.
It's not a throwaway number.
It's not 10 grand, 25 grand.
It's a million dollars.
And then if they had to forfeit a million dollars, that's a loss too, meaning it's a PR nightmare, right?
We just paid the other side a million dollars because we put out some fraudulent claims.
So there is a chance that the Democrats cut their losses here and said, you know what, we just don't have enough and it's got to move forward.
And sure, there's some video from Monday and Wednesday of some doors open, but look at the process now.
Look at the levels of security.
Look at the fencing on the walls.
Nowhere to go.
A million dollars not being put up.
This is when asked earlier today by somebody who's very important to all of us.
I said it was 50 50 50 50 whether the money would get put up and there it is.

If I'm their lawyer, I'd go to a federal court and then try to run all the way up.
But, you know, once a state court, there's going to be overwhelming evidence, overwhelming reason to go over and above a state court, especially the way it's been done here.
And by not taking this action of putting up the bond, keep in mind, it's just a bond.
They would have had to forfeit it only if the audit went forward.
So, the calculation here is put up the million dollars, which would be forfeited as long as the audit went forward, or not, and say, you know what, just go ahead with your audit.
And you know what, maybe the narrative of, what are you guys hiding, maybe it played through.
You know, the strong statement from President Trump.

Let's step back for a second and pull the camera back on this.
Remember, really Dominion and the voting system guys and really Perkins Coy have, I think, had enormously, they've played They've come in in power positions and kind of like too arrogant, not considering about what was going on.
You had Dominion put out that kind of screed a couple of weeks ago that caught me by surprise.
Why would they say that?
It got all worked up about who was going to do this voting.
You've had Perkins Coy send that kind of hysterical letter.
Right to the to the different companies that were doing it right and then announced with all these Democrat groups are going to basically have 70 to 100 lawyers on the ground.
All of a sudden you had this, which in hindsight, you're the first one that told me as soon as you read last night said, Steve, this thing is kind of half baked.
This is not have a lot of punch to it.
Right?
You called it last night.
Why is it and they seem to me and I think although their narrative is it's QAnon It's it's it's Lin Wood.
It's all these crazies.
It's the war room guys, right?
It's all these nutcases Our position looks like it gets stronger every day and they look a little more hysterical and particularly the put up or shut up Why would you go in here?
You had to game this out saying hey, the judge may ask to put some money up You got to say good if they do that, we're going in hard We're gonna do the main then come in and blow them up on Over the weekend and media nonstop and coming on Monday make a big deal about this that these guys don't know what they're doing.
They're trying to steal this are all amateurs.
Are we now seeing actually some cracks in the foundation of what has been really a machine since they came out with the Transition Integrity Project in July and told us how they were going to steal it and Time Magazine.
You know, memorialize that in their cover story, right, about how the secret history of the 23rd.
Are we seeing for the first time, because patriots have down, have hunkered down and said, hey, we're going to get this thing done.
And you've had some of the establishment Republicans work with them.
We're saying we're not going to back down on this thing.
Are now we starting to see because of that joint effort, we're starting to see some cracks in the Democratic monolith?

It's not like they're short on cash.

They're the ones that allowed for unchecked balloting in this election and got rid of, you know, increased the ballots, gutted the checks.
So, they're between a rock and a hard place, and you're right.
Most of the lawsuits against Fox News, the lawsuits against the great Mike Lindell, the American hero Rudy Giuliani, Dominion came in pretty cold.

These lawyers that signed yesterday's filing for TRO don't have their stuff together.
They're referencing the Klan Act from the 1800s.

That this is a cool and calculated response, and I think it's because they're actually worried.

We've been talking about this now since November 3rd, but about this audit, specifically about it starting, we've been talking about it for weeks.

The Democrats are talking about all this.
This is violating so many rights.

And that is what this move by not putting up the million dollars, which it looks like is not going to happen.
