Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
anthony fauci
You don't want to frighten the American public.
unidentified
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
anthony fauci
But you need to prepare for and assume.
unidentified
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
anthony fauci
This is going to be a real serious problem.
unidentified
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't, then the worst happens.

War Room, Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, live from the nation's capital, semi-occupied nation, you're in the War Room.
It's Thursday, the first of April, the year of our Lord, 2021.
It is Holy Thursday, or how's it referred to in the United States?
raheem kassam
It's Maundy Thursday.
steve bannon
Okay.
You know what that means?
It's Holy Thursday.
raheem kassam
Maundy is the washing of the feet.
steve bannon
Yes, yes, yes.
By the way, we're finishing, I think we're almost through Passover week.
It goes through Saturday, and we are at the four holiest days, I think, of the Christian calendar.
Big show today.
The key is in the first hour, our co-host is going to be Marjorie Taylor Greene as soon as she finishes up.
We've got a lot of breaking news.
We're going to start in Georgia, talk about the Woke Capitol, trying to reverse the election law down there.
We've also got the start, the clock is ticking now in Arizona as they've now selected a group to go in and do the hand audit.
A lot of news.
You got Matt Gaetz.
We're going to get into Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Reason why I have her on.
She's dropping bills in Congress that are, you know, to take Fauci's salary down to zero.
Technically, basically to fire Fauci.
unidentified
A full audit of everything he does.
steve bannon
Fill audit on everything he's done.
Get this tough border bill, which he's still tied together everything that hasn't been tied together yet, which is pretty amazing.
And just on and on and on.
She's still the firebrand that's out there.
Before we get her on here and go into the Georgia situation, I want to talk about, let's get to the update of Matt Gaetz overnight.
A lot of stories breaking on this.
Can you walk audience through just what is kind of the, because there's some confusion between This whole thing with the extortion.
And I think what the biggest confusion is, is that, is there actually evidence of that?
In fact, I read an analysis last night that somebody said, hey, if there's real, if there's real wires from this, particularly since the former U.S.
attorney, and this guy they're accusing, is it McKee or McGee?
Yeah, he's an eight year.
The main DOJ, the Organized Crime Task Force, and was the Assistant U.S.
Attorney for the Western District out there in Florida, which is big.
This guy had a big job.
He totally tied in to the historic administrative state apparatus.
Of DOJ.
And he has come out and said, absolutely, under no circumstances has this ever happened.
It's a lie.
And his law firm came out and said, Matt Gaetz has defamed us.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
It's one of the more prominent law firms, I guess, in that part of the state.
And that gets this whole thing of this extortion.
And now you get the Levinson situation brought in here, where they're working with people inside the FBI or CIA or others on the Levinson thing.
So walk the audience through exactly where do we stand with this?
raheem kassam
Not quite sure, is the answer to that.
And I think that's how a lot of people are feeling about this.
The stories that have come out overnight, Daily Beast and Business Insider and more things that are out there, they're currently all, and this goes back to what I said yesterday on the show, right?
steve bannon
I'm not saying pro or con, but I thought they put his case forward better than some of the original from the mainstream media.
raheem kassam
Well, I think what they do is they contextualize the entire thing, is to say, hey, you know, we heard on whatever it was now, Tuesday, or late Tuesday, whatever it was, that hey, you know,
Matt Gaetz is a sex trafficker and he's going to jail and the whole left had this, had this, you know, orgiastic response online and now you're seeing bit by bit, oh, this also includes this former FBI guy that's missing and this other guy in this probe and, you know, this law firm and this extortion claim and everybody's still scratching their heads and going, well, hold on, where's the 17-year-old girl that they've been talking about?
So, I think what you're seeing here um and again it goes it goes back to yesterday is that the the story was not a story in the sense that the facts of the case had not been fleshed out the facts of the case from the law enforcement perspective had not been fleshed out and yet the New York Times chose to just go with that and hit with that and run with that you know as if to say that you know we at the New York Times have a better handle on this than the Department of Justice or then the law firms engaged or anybody else engaged
Frankly, I think it speaks to journalistic malfeasance in that regard, because let's say... Why do you say malfeasance?
steve bannon
If you had a scoop like that, you'd run with it like crazy?
raheem kassam
I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole until I could stand the story up, right?
And they didn't stand the story up.
Did they stand the story up?
steve bannon
No.
They went with breaking news, and they put it out there.
Of course, it was one-sided, but they went with breaking news, and understanding that when more evidence came out, more information, I shouldn't say evidence, more information came out, and they did that.
raheem kassam
soon as Gates came out. Yeah but it's not the National Pulse, it's the New York Times, right?
It's the paper of record and the reason I say that is they have armies of reporters, they have armies of lawyers, they have armies of investigators, they have billions of dollars at their disposal to hire private investigators and they do, they all do this, right?
They hired Media Matters the other day to do an investigation for them but when it came to this particular issue and this particular congressman, not only did we see a jump to a conclusion and a passing of a story that simply was not fully fleshed out and isn't yet and won't be for a very long time, I guarantee you that, but also let's put this into a...
steve bannon
I think I do agree with you.
If they knew that there was some aspect of this extortion and didn't include that in the first draft of their story, the first one that came out had nothing about that, right?
raheem kassam
What else happened two days ago in the sexual allegations sphere?
steve bannon
I don't remember.
raheem kassam
That would be the 10th credible accuser of Governor Andrew Cuomo.
steve bannon
Okay.
unidentified
I thought they had like 27.
raheem kassam
Well, I think there are dozens of accusers.
I'm talking about credible accusers, i.e.
that have fully fleshed out stories, memories, narratives, times, places, etc, etc.
steve bannon
Let's, I want to get, we got Marjorie Taylor, Congressman Greene coming in.
Can we play the clip?
Can we play the clip first?
This is Congressman Greene.
This is why, you're such an inspiration as a fighter, but I gotta tell you, this inspired Raheem to get up off his couch, put his MyPillow away, and to come in.
Can we play the clip before we get?
I'm sure you...
So for a podcast audience, we have...
unidentified
Green, looks like an away bird.
That is...
What was your, what was the weight there?
marjorie taylor greene
That was That was 135 pounds and that was my 30th rep.
I did 30 reps for time at that weight.
So I was really tired trying to get that last one in.
Clean and jerk.
unidentified
That's heavier than Producer Cameron!
steve bannon
So, do you do that every other day?
What's your routine?
marjorie taylor greene
I would love to do it five to six days a week, but since I've become a member of Congress, it's been pretty hard to keep that schedule.
So it's not as often as I like, but I still keep at it.
I just think health and fitness is so important.
I call that my COVID protection, and that's the best COVID protection there is.
steve bannon
Well, we're going to get all that.
We love you because you're a fighter and you're bringing up elements that I don't think the rest of Capitol Hill, we think they're kind of asleep and we don't understand why.
We were going to start in Georgian World Capital, but I think we're into the Gates situation.
I know you've been very outspoken on this.
What's your assessment of where we stand right now with the information you've seen out there on this story?
marjorie taylor greene
Well, I have to agree with Rahim, what he was just saying about how the New York Times just jumped out there with allegations and rumors smearing Matt Gates in the public sphere.
And this is what the media does.
I mean, it's just like what we saw with Russian collusion conspiracy theories, just creating a big hoax and a lie.
And we don't know the truth here with Matt Gaetz.
And so I've been outspoken and I've said I stand with Matt Gaetz until we can see other evidence.
And unless, say, the young lady comes forward herself with allegations against him or we see real proof of these rumors that are being spread as if they're truth, Then I'm sitting it out and I won't believe it because I can tell you from experience, just because it's a headline and just because it says so in an article, it definitely does not mean it's true.
I have been a target of the media big time, so I understand that.
steve bannon
That's why I think this extortion thing is so, not just bizarre, but it's got to be, it's got to be exposed, and I think that they ought to release, if there was a wire warrant, and there are tapes, I don't know why they're not releasing this, because right now, and the lawyer, this guy, was it McGee?
He's a very prominent lawyer.
I mean, former Assistant U.S.
Attorney for Western Florida, which is a huge position.
Also, at Maine DOJ, was head of the Organized Crime Task Force.
I mean, this is one of the most senior law enforcement guys, and supposedly it took place in his law firm, which last night dropped the hammer on Matt Gaetz.
Oh, Matt Gaetz is defaming us.
That's that's a that's a clear line of demarcation.
What exactly happened?
What went on?
Why were they even trying to have approaching the Gates family with this information?
And and honestly, how did they get the information for if there is an investigation or something going on at Gates?
How did they get that information to be able to use it?
To look like get meetings or even begin in this this conversation.
And that's what I think.
I do think some of the articles, though, over the last 24 hours, I think Daily Beast, et cetera, are trying to lay out and they're making the case, I think, that, hey, this extortion thing.
And then when you bring Levinson in, for people who may not understand it, Levinson inside the government, there's been a huge fight for years.
Is Levinson dead?
Is he alive?
Did we do enough to get him?
Should we be doing more?
There's factions inside there.
Some people say he's dead.
Other people say, what was he doing at the time he got rolled up?
Others saying that the government has not done enough.
I know the family, it's a whole different thing.
So what's your perspective on that, Rahim and Congressman Green?
raheem kassam
Again, I mean, it is a cluster of information that is coming out in a way that, you know, this information is supposed to be poured over by law enforcement.
You're supposed to have investigations.
You're not supposed to have, you know, no offense to the Daily Beast, but you're not supposed to have the Daily Beast trying to piece together what's going on here, right?
So it's disturbing to me, I think, that so many people, clearly somebody reached a point Where they thought, okay, well, he's not playing ball, or we're not getting out of them what we want, and whether that was the $25 million or whatever it was, they ran and told to the New York Times.
And the New York Times appears to have not done any proper due diligence or pushback on this.
That's what's really disturbing to me because, you know, they've then had to go back to their story and go, hey, well, you know, there are two sides to the story.
Yeah, well, you know, no, Sherlock, that is exactly what you're supposed to do as reporters beforehand, is figure out what both sides of the story are.
I mean, how can an editor of a New York Times look at that and go, oh yeah, we're just going to run with that and not allow the other side to have it say in the same article with the same prominence?
I mean, you know that article was clicked millions upon millions of times before it was ever updated and read, and nobody's going back and going, oh, I wonder if the New York Times has gone back and updated their story.
Right, so that to me is what stands out as totally, totally and utterly bizarre in this scenario.
I think now what people will be most concerned about is, you know, what Matt Gaetz says next, where he tells the story next, and what law enforcement's role in all of this is going to be.
Like, what is the DOJ going to do?
Because this is totally out of their hands now.
steve bannon
Congressman Greene, you've got about two minutes.
Any thoughts?
We're going to move on to other topics in the next segment.
Any thoughts to close out this segment on Matt Gaetz and this breaking story from down in Florida?
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah, I've got plenty of thoughts about it.
New York Times is a business, and so they need a bunch of clicks to make money.
That's what all the media needs.
They need clicks.
They need everybody to read their articles.
They need everyone to watch their show so they can sell ad revenue, and that brings in the big bucks.
And you need salacious headlines.
And salacious stories in order to do that.
And until the New York Times and the Daily Beast want to dig in on Hunter Biden, then they can just, who cares about Matt Gaetz?
I honestly could care less until some real evidence comes out, and then we can have something to talk about.
But until then, it's he said, she said, and it's a bunch of bull and garbage and a great big distraction taking everything away from this ridiculous infrastructure package that only goes 6% to bridges, roads, and highways.
And it takes away from everything that's happening in our country that are real stories.
And so the New York Times, shame on them.
They're nothing but a bunch of gossip news and I'm sick and tired of it.
And the same with the Daily Beast.
Do something on Hunter Biden instead of helping him sell books.
steve bannon
Well, they're going to help him with all the Sob Sister stuff coming out of Hunter Biden's book.
They're going to help Hunter recoup that $3 million advance.
raheem kassam
Have we had a DOJ investigation into Hunter Biden's gun?
steve bannon
I don't think.
That went down the memory hole.
raheem kassam
The lie he told on the form about not being a drug user?
steve bannon
That went down the memory hole.
That's a felony, by the way.
marjorie taylor greene
They want to put you on a list and they want to be able to take your guns away.
New York Times needs to do better.
steve bannon
Short commercial break.
MTG is in the house when we return in The War Room.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
And now, questions about whether you may need a so-called vaccine passport for things like international travel, going to concerts or sporting events.
The White House says it'll leave that to the private sector.
U.S.
airline executives do not support a vaccine passport for domestic flying.
Tony, all this talk about Dr. Birx and how she now says, you know, this stuff was avoidable and that Trump was doing what everybody knew he was doing, he was pulling a hoax and all this other stuff.
You think she should have said more when she was there, especially given that she had a White House position?
anthony fauci
You know, Chris, she was in a tough situation.
You really need to understand.
She was living in the White House.
She had an office in the lower level of the West Wing.
I mean, I guess obviously you say she could have done more, but it was really tough on her.
You know, she she was a military person.
She understands the chain of command.
And I think if you ask her now, she probably would said she should have done more.
But you really need to cut her some slack the way I do.
You really have to, because she was in a tough situation.
unidentified
Then I'll put it on you.
You think you should have said more earlier on that you think you should have, even if it would have meant that maybe you would have been removed?
Do you think we'd be in a different place if you had said about the president and to the president, this guy's lying to you?
anthony fauci
Well, you know, I don't think you could just come out and say this guy's lying.
I don't know how good that would have been.
But I certainly clashed with the president.
You know that.
We had a considerable amount of stress and tension between us when I spoke out against him with hydroxychloroquine.
When he said that, you know, this is going to end tomorrow, it's going to go away.
And I said, no, it's not just going to go away.
There are a lot of things that we did that was contradictory to him, which, you know, obviously caused a lot of stress and strain.
But I just want to put that behind us and look ahead.
unidentified
Well, look, the only reason to bring it up is so that we learn to do better going forward if it ever happens again.
We've all learned a painful lesson about how important leadership is, and I'll be open about it.
I was worried about you at that time, you obviously know it, but the audience should also, that they would get rid of you, because that's all that mattered to him was fealty, not loyalty to the job or the cause, and hopefully we do get to a better place together and soon.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, appreciate your candor, and I appreciate you taking the opportunity.
steve bannon
Appreciate his candor.
Oh boy.
Oh boy.
That's Chris Cuomo.
Hang on.
I can't imagine the liabilities they got over the New York situation.
Now they find out that the timing of – remember, this is the way the system works, ladies and gentlemen.
Cuomo's brother got a $4 million advance.
For that book he wrote, and now they've got a situation where they may have the nursing home numbers being manipulated or put down at the same time he needs his draft of his book.
raheem kassam
Did he just say he appreciated Anthony Fauci taking the opportunity for a media hit?
steve bannon
Yes, exactly.
That's such a rare... Because he never does that.
It's a tough get.
OK, look, yesterday we had Mike Lindell in.
You know, Mike Lindell's going, firing off the football.
We've got big breaking news at Arizona we're going to get to later about the... they've selected the auditors.
You should know Dominion's already lighting them up.
I think USA Today's got a very negative story on a couple of the auditing firms.
So this thing's not going to stop.
It's going to continue to fight.
Mike Lindell, if you want to support Mike Lindell, you want to support MyPillow, you want to support the War Room, go to MyPillow.com today.
It's Holy Thursday.
It's the, you know, some of the most solemn days in the Christian calendar, but it's also the start of spring.
Go to MyPillow today.
Type in promo code WAROOM.
Look at the sheets, the slippers, all of it.
As we go through, get ready for Easter weekend.
Okay, now I want to pivot back to Marjorie Taylor Greene.
We're going to get to Georgia in a little while, but I want to focus on vaccine passports, Congressman Greene, and then Fauci.
Let's take passports first.
I think you've got some very strong opinions and ideas on this topic.
What say you, ma'am?
marjorie taylor greene
Absolutely.
Passports, thinking that we have to actually have a permission slip from Dr. Fauci with his COVID passports, vaccine passports, this very idea that's been thrown around that gives us permission to buy and sell, gives us permission to travel, to go to big events like baseball games, concerts, maybe eventually to enroll our children in school or to participate in the marketplace is a terrifying idea for most Americans.
This isn't a political party issue.
This is an issue that the government does not need to be involved in.
I want everyone to understand, we never want anyone to die of COVID.
That's not what anyone wants to happen.
But this is also a virus that was sent to us by China.
This virus has controlled our economy, controlled our country, and controlled our lives for the past year now.
But yet we have had 30 million people survive COVID-19.
That is never talked about.
Yes, we've had over 500,000 deaths in the United States.
But we have had 30 million people survive.
And now they're talking about vaccine passports, which would force people to take the vaccine, whether they want to or not, in order to be able to travel, to be able to go places, go to events.
And this is something the government should not be meddling in.
This is not what our government role is.
And that's why I'm introducing a bill today.
And it's called the We Will Not Comply Act.
And this is to stop the government from forcing us to be mandated to have vaccines in order to buy and sell, travel, participate in our American economy.
And so I'm very excited about this bill.
It has tremendous support from all over the country, and this is what has to be done.
The government has meddled in our lives far too much.
They don't want to require an ID to vote.
Democrats want to stop people from showing ID to vote.
But they want to require us to have a vaccine passport and it's completely wrong.
steve bannon
When you say support, because I'm going to get into these other bills you've got that are pretty thought through.
Support.
Do you have any co-sponsors on this to date from the Republican Party?
marjorie taylor greene
We are just introducing it today.
And so we're building co-sponsors.
And that's what I've been doing, reaching out to my colleagues.
And I think there definitely will be some people excited about it.
This has got huge support from the people and that's all that matters.
It doesn't matter about co-sponsors, it matters about the people.
steve bannon
So Congressman Green, the first thing you're going to say, you say government doesn't have a role.
What about the public health, the public health system and that role the government has in public health?
How do you balance that between individual liberties and particularly this thing of trying to mandate passports?
It's bad enough it would be for flying or for sporting events or for concerts, but eventually it looks like it could go to actually, can your kids go to school and can you actually go to work?
marjorie taylor greene
That's right.
Well, public health is very important, but they don't care about public health.
This is about control.
This is about forcing you to comply to vaccines.
And this is about putting people on list and knowing who is going where and what they're doing and whether they've been vaccinated or not.
If Democrats cared about vaccinations, if they cared about COVID, then they would shut our border down and wouldn't be allowing illegals to pour into our country with over 10% positive COVID-19 rates.
So this has nothing to do, these vaccine passports are not about COVID and it's not about public health.
It's all about control and it's about building into a more socialist, communist type society.
steve bannon
You know, real quickly, on Kudlow yesterday, and not in the War Room, and not with Dr. Yan or Steve Bannon or, you know, Peter Navarro, but they had the guy from, I think, Johns Hopkins that's come in, one of the top modelers, and he says, which I've been saying for a couple months, every time they talk about the vaccines now, and I'm not anti-vaxxer, but I want to make sure that we're science-based, evidence-based, and data-based, right?
Or is Congressman Greenhazard on a wall?
Trust the science across the room from across the hall from trust the science.
I trust the science, but I want to see the data and the evidence.
It's interesting.
And he finally brought it up.
Fauci never talks about the 30 million that have antibodies.
The herd immunity calculation.
This is all about herd immunity.
The herd immunity calculation has just magically dropped.
And all their things, now they're talking about, hey, it was 60, now it's maybe 70, 80, maybe 90 in the same way.
And this is Fauci.
Fauci said it a couple of months ago.
We've got to vaccinate the school children because we've got to get to that 90.
And I said, well, hold it.
That takes out of what the denominator, the 30 or more million that actually have antibodies.
It takes out for the herd immunity calculation.
And I think, Congressman, what we need, before you start talking passports and, you know, you've got to get a passport, we need the CDC and, you know, the CDC, she's in meltdown, right?
So just to come forward with their models, their evidence, and just walk the American people through it.
Where do we actually stand, right?
What are these various variants?
The one that's on fire in Brazil, the Brazilian variant, how did that actually mutate that quickly?
What is it?
Is it coming through the southern border?
And then what's the calculation?
Before we even get to a passport, even discussion of it, what are we talking about?
If herd immunity is the goal, Then somebody should lay it out there and the President should stand up, should stand up there with other team members and kind of make that case to the American people.
What you have is Fowler going on and saying some stuff, other people... Go ahead, Congressman.
marjorie taylor greene
Right.
Well, let's look at it this way.
So they really want to control society.
That's what the Democrat Party wants.
And this is why they want vaccine passports.
But they're having a hard time making a law for that from a federal level because the entire public would be outraged.
Look, I'm not against vaccines either.
I want them to exist and I want them available for the people that want them.
But you cannot mandate a vaccine on everyone.
And so we've had 30 million Americans have already survived COVID And we've had just a little over 500,000 people die.
We're building herd immunity with those 30 million people already.
And then, yes, there's herd immunity happening with the people that have been vaccinated.
So if the vaccine is so wonderful, people that get the vaccine are safe.
If people do not want to get the vaccine and they want to trust their own natural immune system, they should be allowed to do that.
But we can't go into a mindset where we are holding people accountable for spreading disease and germs.
Because if we're going to go into that mindset, then you have to apply that across the board to every single virus and every single bacterium that exists.
And that is not a place that this country needs to go.
That is not the role of our government with public health.
Another thing we have to look at is we have to look at liability.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
We've got to take a short commercial break.
I want to get back to let you finish this thought about the liability and the liability of businesses, insurance, all of it.
Okay, take a short commercial break.
We're going to return.
MTG is in the house.
Raheem Kassam, Stephen K. Bannon, you're in the War Room.

Remember, this entire show is set up about human agency.
That's you.
Action, action, action.
The work on oneself begins with oneself.
Make sure it begins today on Holy Thursday.
OK, I want to turn now back to the Firebrand that I think has a very sophisticated communication strategy.
And her strategy is we got to whether it's infrastructure, COVID-19, these bills are radical in their nature.
And what you need to do is go brick by brick and explain it to the American people.
Once you do that, they'll start losing their political capital and none of this will get done.
But if you just sit there and roll over like the establishment Republicans and bleat and go on Fox and whine, which is what you've got right now, you're going to get rolled.
And you're going to have Barack Obama's fundamental transformation of the United States.
It's happening before your eyes.
Now, wherever they're exposed, whether it's on the border, or about the Wuhan lab, or China, go on and on, wherever they're exposed, all of a sudden the numbers start dropping.
They start dropping like a rock.
And that's because the American people have common sense.
They sit there going, I don't know about this.
Right?
So let's go back to the, let's finish up with the passports on liability.
Then I want to go to our favorite, our favorite guy, Tony Fauci.
So what about, what about, what's the liability issue regarding the passports?
marjorie taylor greene
Okay.
So the biggest problem that we have, the biggest problem we have right now with COVID-19 and how it has affected business and how it has affected the way people can function in the society is that most businesses, and that's all sizes, small businesses to large corporations, are afraid of the fact that people can sue them about COVID-19.
If someone dies, they're afraid they can get sued.
And so they have this big liability sitting over their heads.
And so that's why we've seen through corporations, this leaning to put communist behavior, communist principles and policies on their employees and on their customers, such as forcing employees to work from home, such as forcing employees to wear masks, Such as forcing customers to wear masks or limiting the amount of people they're allowed to even come in their store or business or restaurant.
So this is all for fear of being sued.
So that is one of the things that my bill will stop.
And here's how it stops it.
We flip it around, okay?
We need to flip it around because we need to give people the right to sue if they are discriminated against because they didn't wear a mask.
They're discriminated against because they didn't get their vaccine passport or forced into getting their vaccine.
You see, that gives the rights and the power back to each person and to protect their individual liberties.
Another thing that we have to pay attention to is government abuse.
And so, for example, in California, a lot of people don't know this, but in California, If a company, if it is sourced back that an employee at their company got COVID-19 while they were at work, the state of California is fining businesses.
I spoke to a business owner just a couple weeks ago.
Their business got fined $40,000 because two employees contracted COVID-19 while they were at work.
And this is terrifying.
This is something that's draconian.
It's tyrannical.
It should not exist where the government is fining businesses because someone caught COVID.
We can't do that.
And so this is why my bill is important.
Number one, it stands up for everyone's rights and stops the force of vaccine passports.
But it very importantly gives people the right to sue if they are discriminated against.
And that is a very, very big deal because the discrimination has been real.
We've seen people kicked off airplanes over masks.
We're seeing this threat of the vaccine passport and you're going to watch it come through corporations.
They're going to be the ones that force it on you because the Biden administration knows they can't go that far right now.
And so this is why this bill is so important.
steve bannon
Why are you from Georgia?
Why the woke corporations down there?
Why is Coke and was it Home Depot and Delta?
All these companies that are renowned as Atlanta is their headquarters and Georgia is where they're from.
Why are they?
Why are they?
Why are they all sudden turning on this?
Which, by the way, I think this bill only goes three quarters of what it should to make sure you get voter integrity and you have really, you know, every legal vote counts.
Every every real vote of American citizen has to count.
You can't suppress American citizens to vote.
They have to have.
marjorie taylor greene
You're talking about Georgia.
steve bannon
Yeah, the Georgia legislation.
All the deregulation, all the tax cuts the Republicans gave these companies for years, they wanted all that, they wanted to feed out the trough of deregulation and tax cuts, but now they're turned on, the deplorables, they've turned on the people of Georgia and they're all over, and it's getting worse, you know, last night Delta came out, they're all over it, they want to unwind this bill, say it's a Jim Crow bill, what say you?
marjorie taylor greene
OK, so this is what I say.
This is why I keep throwing the phrase corporate communism out, because what we're seeing and what you're talking about with Coca-Cola, Delta and other companies here in Georgia, they're receiving pressure from Democrats, Democrat organizations to speak out and be against the new Georgia election legislation that Governor Kemp just signed into law.
But we're also seeing them constantly involve themselves in political areas they shouldn't.
Business needs to stay private and stay out of government.
The same way people say keep religion out of government, business needs to stay out of government.
And so who are the customers of the businesses?
That's me and you and everyone listening to this show.
And what I keep trying to say over and over again is the people in this country have all the power, not the big corporations and not the federal government, not even your state and local governments.
It is the people.
You have the power because you are paying the taxes.
And so this is what the American people have to remember, and everyone seems to have forgotten.
Whining and complaining on social media will get you nowhere.
People just going on and on on Fox News, which means nothing anymore, will get us nowhere.
But when the American people figure out how to come together and organize, and I don't mean in a violent way, I'm not talking about that, but organize in a productive way, And build into action.
And that means all of you need to be activists, Republican activists.
Get active.
Don't sit at home complaining.
Get active.
Then you can start reeling your country back in.
And you can do that with corporations.
Don't allow them to push communist policies on you.
You have the voice because you have the power of something Absolutely.
Same way if you don't like a certain food at a restaurant, don't go there.
steve bannon
So you're advocating if you don't like what Coke's saying, if you don't like what Delta, don't fly Delta, don't drink Coke, make a decision.
Absolutely.
marjorie taylor greene
Same way if you don't like a certain food at a restaurant, don't go there.
If you don't like it, don't use their product, don't buy from them.
steve bannon
Okay let's go to Tony Fauci.
You've also got a very interesting bill you're putting forward on Tony Fauci.
First off, explain what it is, what's your purpose, and do you have co-sponsors yet?
marjorie taylor greene
Okay, Fire Fauci Act is extremely important.
Dr. Fauci is the highest paid federal employee out of the entire federal government.
He makes $434,312.
Now listen, we have 4 million federal employees.
He makes more money than all of them and the president of the United States.
Dr. Fauci has been running the show in this country and that is not his role.
His role is he's the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
That is supposed to provide scientific leadership.
Policy guidance and overall operational administrative coordination for the Institute.
He is not supposed to run our country.
Dr. Fauci has been running our country, and he hasn't been running it.
He's been shutting it down with his ever-changing advice.
Don't wear a mask.
Wear a mask.
Wear two masks.
Wear three masks.
Get the vaccine.
Get the vaccine again.
Maybe we need the vaccine every year.
steve bannon
Hang on.
But Congressman, hang on for a second.
You say he's running the country.
He reported to a guy named Donald Trump.
Did he run Donald Trump?
marjorie taylor greene
Donald Trump took his advice.
President Trump took his advice at the time.
And so this virus came in.
You know, people always talk about President Trump just does everything he wants.
President Trump took the advice of the doctor that he was supposed to listen to, and the administration made decisions based on that advice.
But now so much time has gone by, we have seen where Dr. Fauci has taken us.
So it's different to look back a year ago to where we are right now.
It's time to defund Dr. Fauci and fully fully defund him by no longer paying his paycheck and we should not be listening to Dr. Fauci anymore.
He has taken this country. 400,000 small businesses have closed. Children have been staying home. Some of them are still staying at home and not back in school. Everything is wrong and it's due to Dr. Fauci. We've got to fire this man and we've got to move forward.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on for a second. So walk people how How do you defund Fauci?
Just walk through the mechanics of it so people can get a grip of it.
Make sure you put the bill up and obviously it should be part of the conversation, but walk through how you actually do that.
marjorie taylor greene
Right.
It's very easy.
You block all federal funding for his paycheck.
That's how you fire Fauci.
If federal funding is blocked to go to the man's paycheck, then he is defunded and he no longer is getting paid for his job.
steve bannon
Do you need a bill?
Do you need a statutory change to do this?
Isn't that just what you do in the Appropriations Committee?
Or does his bill it?
He's head of N.A.I.D.
inside of N.I.H.
reporting up to Collins.
Isn't his billet, by definition, that billet has a paycheck and has money and resources that goes with it?
Do you have to remove him as head of that?
Are you saying you can actually, you guys are researchers, you can actually go in statutorily, pass something and then get appropriations to approve it so he gets zero?
unidentified
Right.
marjorie taylor greene
We can defund anything we want in the government, and I would love to defund a whole lot of things.
And right now, Dr. Fauci, with his ever-changing flip-flopping advice, needs to be defunded because of his role and him being the most powerful person in the federal government.
He is the highest paid.
Why is he paid more than the President of the United States?
Why has he paid more than many other people?
It doesn't make any sense.
And who approved of this?
It shouldn't be this way.
But he is continuing to control the narrative and keep this country living in fear.
You see, we have a problem, Steve.
All over the country, everyone has lived a different experience over the past year.
If you live in a blue state, a very locked down state like California, New York, the only experience you've had is extreme shutdown.
And so many people because of that are living in fear and they're listening to Dr. Fauci and the fact that they've got to wear a mask everywhere they go.
They got to wear them outside.
They got to stay away from everyone.
They got to get their vaccines and they can't function.
But yet California has the same COVID rate.
As a state like Georgia and Florida, it's no different.
unidentified
They've had many, many cases and many, many deaths, and they've been shut down.
steve bannon
But they are recalling.
We had Lydia Friend from the Women of Watson.
She's a Democrat, and all the Democrats out there, they're recalling.
She's got a sign on her front lawn saying, recall Newsom.
They're recalling Newsom, and Cole is under investigation for the nursing home.
So you're seeing, just real quickly, we only got 30 seconds here, is Fauci more powerful With Biden?
Or do you think he was more powerful under President Trump?
marjorie taylor greene
I think he continues to be powerful all the way across the board.
I think President Trump, he did a good job because no one had ever dealt with this before.
And so he listened to the experts and listened to the advice that was coming at the time.
But yet they're still continuing to listen and they're using it as a political tool for control.
Another thing my bill does is it audits.
We need an audit from the Comptroller General and the Government Accountability Office.
We've got to audit all of this and find out what did they know and when did they know it.
And then we can move on and make decisions with that.
steve bannon
We've got to bounce to a commercial break.
So it's an audit and defunding Fauci.
unidentified
Okay?
steve bannon
Both in the bill.
Take a short commercial break.
We're going to go to the border with MTG next.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, go to MyPillow.com today to support Mike Lindell, the MyPillow American Company, manufacturing company up in Minnesota, and of course the War Room.
Go to MyPillow.com today.
Make sure you type in promo code WARROOM.
Up to 66% discounts on many products, but you've got the slippers 40% off and these two-for-one sheets that go to today.
Okay, on National Pulse right now we have an analysis up Raheem Kassam of Congressman Greene's defund Fauci and what I really like about that is the audit over there, a special audit to exactly tell us exactly what's going on over there, right?
raheem kassam
Right, exactly.
And, you know, I like this strategy.
I like the strategy of auditing, what we're seeing in the audits in the elections, and I like the strategy of auditing, because the devil is in the detail.
steve bannon
And we've got to get to the bottom of this gain-of-function thing, which we're going to continue on.
We talked about it a year ago, remember, the first couple of shows, this gain-of-function.
The audit, I think, will bring up exactly what they've been doing, and who had they been funding, and why had they been funding it, and what is the scientific evidence.
That we should be having people in these P4 labs outside the United States do gain a function.
Obama's administration stopped it.
Why is it happening now?
Okay.
We've got, I want to bring in, we've only got so much time with Congressman Greene, I want to talk about her bill on the border.
Victor Avila, former special agent with ICE, frequent contributor here to the War Room, got some new footage.
Victor, tell us what you got, what we're looking at, and then I'm going to have, after you describe it, I'm going to have Congressman Greene comment on that and her bill before we lose her.
So what do we got here today, sir?
unidentified
Uh, I went down to the border, the McAllen Mission, Texas area, spent a couple of days and I was actually able to make contact with border patrol agents.
And let me tell you, Steve, what I saw as a seasoned law enforcement officer and worked, worked most of my career on the border and in Mexico.
Uh, I've never seen anything like this.
Uh, the conditions are, are dire.
They're worse than, than what I thought.
And, uh, uh, before me, why I was actually down there by the levee in the river.
400 plus individuals were released, but not to the Donna Center that you've seen, not to the other McAllen Center or shipped to El Paso.
They were released to the footage that you're seeing to a bus station in McAllen, Texas.
These are individuals without a notice to appear, without any background checks.
As you're going to see in this video, there's a lot of women, men, and children.
This is only part of the 400 plus that were released.
Nowhere to more Border Patrol facilities other than just to the bus station.
From here, they go into this tent and get DNA tested.
I'm sorry, COVID tested.
There is no DNA testing, by the way.
We don't know if these children belong to these individuals or if they're next of kin or parents or not.
Then they go through across the street through a place called Catholic Charities, an NGO that provides them some toiletries.
And then they wait for their airfare.
And bus fare, by the way, they're boarding airplanes and buses without any identification.
I was able to talk to the Border Patrol agents in the airport.
And the only thing that they're using is a Form 213 that the Border Patrol agents gave these illegal aliens.
And I wasn't allowed to board with that ID.
steve bannon
Hang on one second, because I'm going to roll you over to the next segment.
I've got to get Congressman Greene before she left.
By the way, I thought the Biden administration was telling me all these people were being sent back to Mexico, only the children.
Congressman Greene, your bill wraps everything up on border protection.
How many co-sponsors do you have now of Republicans?
marjorie taylor greene
I believe we're up to five now.
Strong conservatives.
This is this is unbelievable.
I was just listening to Victor talk about this.
You know, Chip Roy yesterday, he was out at the border and came across some teenagers coming across.
Couldn't get Border Patrol to help out because they're so overwhelmed.
I mean, there's so many people coming in and you've got a United States congressman coming up and catching teenagers coming across our border.
Um, you know, the, the toddlers, we saw the video of the toddlers being dropped across the, the border fence or the, the border wall and, and so many things happening.
Um, but my, my bill is the strongest border security bill I've met with president Trump early this earlier this week.
And, and I'm excited to let him know about it because it brings back all of his executive orders that he made for our border security.
It will fully fund the wall to finish building the wall and protect our Southern border.
Defund sanctuary cities, which we must do.
Those are completely illegal.
And also put a four-year moratorium on immigration during the rest of Joe Biden's presidency because Joe Biden has proved that he cannot be trusted with our border security for what's happening here at the southern border.
And these stories that Victor is saying is just more evidence of it.
steve bannon
Hang on, but how come you only have five?
How come you don't have dozens?
In fact, why don't you have everybody in the Republican conference?
Why are they not co-sponsors of your bill, ma'am?
marjorie taylor greene
Well, they should be co-sponsors of my bill if they actually want to put into action the words that they're speaking on all the media interviews they do, social media posts, and so forth.
They should be putting their name, signing it, co-sponsoring This bill, the Protect America First Act, H.R.
unidentified
1883.
marjorie taylor greene
So perhaps people at home can call your representative and tell them to co-sponsor my bill if they really care about our border security and really care about protecting our country, then they should sign their name on.
And I would love to have them added.
I've asked everyone.
We've emailed their offices and their chief of staffs and their legislative directors.
But it's been interesting to see that we can't get everyone signed on.
steve bannon
Okay, Congressman Green, how do people get access to you?
How do they follow you?
You obviously have a very focused audience here on the work you're doing across the board in so many different areas, and I can tell you people really support.
They want you to be more of a firebrand.
They think it's too sleepy up here.
They think people are too comfortable.
It's like the Washington Generals and the Harlem Globetrotters, right?
They're comfortable losing.
They're comfortable not fighting.
marjorie taylor greene
And they like fighting.
And I totally agree with people at home.
I'm one of you that just got elected and is now a member of Congress.
And I want you to know I represent Northwest Georgia, but I also represent all of you all over the country.
And my favorite thing to do is engaging with people, because for me, it's always people over politicians.
So if you want to follow me, I'm on all of the social media, Marjorie Taylor Greene on Facebook.
I'm on Twitter at MTGreene, G-R-E-E-N-E-E.
I'm also RepMTG, that's my official Twitter page.
I'm on Telegram, Instagram, and so many more platforms.
So look me up, follow there, and you'll see lots of things I posted, videos.
My website is marjorytaylorgreen.com.
Don't forget, Green has an E on the end.
And then you can also see my official website at green.house.gov.
You can sign up for my newsletter and find out everything that's going on coming from my office.
And then also I encourage you, if you come to Washington, D.C., come to my office and visit me.
I would love to see you.
And I'm demanding that we get our Capitol back open again because the people need to be able to come and check out what's happening in Washington.
steve bannon
Congressman Greene, thank you very much.
It's been an honor to have you on here for the hour, walking us through all these topics.
Thank you.
Audience, thanks.
marjorie taylor greene
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Thank you.
