| There was a man called Peter Daszak, and he spoke about his research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which had been going on for more than 15 years. | ||
| In that interview, Daszak also discussed his nonprofit organization, which had received millions from the U.S. | ||
| government. | ||
| Daszak channeled a substantial percentage of that money to the lab in Wuhan, which he described as, quote, a world-class lab of the highest standards. | ||
| Some of that work, again paid for by American taxpayers, went to something called gain-of-function research. | ||
| That involved manipulating viruses in a laboratory to make them more transmissible and more deadly. | ||
| In his YouTube interview, Peter Daszak spoke freely about all of this. | ||
| At the time, he had no reason not to. | ||
| Outside of a handful of diplomats, no one had raised concerns about the kind of research into bat viruses, very dangerous research it turns out, that was taking place in Wuhan. | ||
| According to Peter Daszak, his research and the grant money that supported it was necessary to create a vaccine to prevent the next global pandemic. | ||

| And that's exactly, of course, what happened to a Chinese virologist, Dr. Li-Men Yang, whom we've spoken to on the show. | ||
| Yang was working in Wuhan in the early days of the pandemic, but the American media dismissed her as a nut, as a conspiracy theorist. | ||

| That means 120 million would like to migrate somewhere else. | ||
| Gallup then asked them where they would like to move Of those who wanted to leave their country permanently, 35%, 42 million people said they wanted to go to the United States. | ||

| It actually minimizes speculation. | ||

| Right now, the capital gains tax rate is right at about 20-21%, okay? | ||
| That was lowered under President Trump under the groundbreaking tax cuts of 2017. | ||
| It was lowered to 20-21% from about 30%. | ||
| What do the Democrats want to do? | ||
| Get rid of it. | ||
| No capital gains, everything taxed at a higher personal rate, which will also go up to about 40%. | ||
| So, no incentive. | ||
| To keep a business for longer. | ||
| No incentive to keep stocks longer. | ||
| No incentive to keep real estate longer. | ||
| That is going to skyrocket speculation in this country. | ||
| You're going to see the sort of free-flowing of assets that diminish the value of those assets, and that are eventually going to completely kneecap our economy, even beyond where it is today. | ||
